Bacillus thuringiensis var israelensisδ-endotoxin protein active against mosquitoes was inactivated by prior incubation with lipids extracted from Aedes albopictus cells. Experiments with lipid dispersions and multilamellar liposomes showed that the toxin binds to phosphatidyl choline, sphingomyelin and phosphatidyl ethanolamine provided these lipids contain unsaturated fatty acids. Phosphatidyl serine binds toxin less efficiently and phosphatidyl inositol, cardiolipin, cerebroside and cholesterol show no affinity for the toxin. The results suggest an insecticidal mechanism in which interaction of toxin with specific plasma membrane lipids causes a detergent-like rearrangement of the lipids, leading to disruption of membrane integrity and eventual cytolysis. 相似文献

Casearia species are found in the America, Africa, Asia, and Australia and present pharmacological activities, besides their traditional uses. Here, we reviewed the chemical composition, content, pharmacological activities, and toxicity of the essential oils (EOs) from Casearia species. The EO physical parameters and leaf botanical characteristics were also described. The bioactivities of the EOs from the leaves and their components include cytotoxicity, anti-inflammatory, antiulcer, antimicrobial, antidiabetic, antioxidant, antifungal, and antiviral activities. The main components associated with these activities are the α-zingiberene, (E)-caryophyllene, germacrene D, bicyclogermacrene, spathulenol, α-humulene, β-acoradiene, and δ-cadinene. Data on the toxicity of these EOs are scarce in the literature. Casearia sylvestris Sw. is the most studied species, presenting more significant pharmacological potential. The chemical variability of EOs components was also investigated for this species. Caseria EOs have relevant pharmacological potential and must be further investigated and exploited. 相似文献

<正> 我们在《广西植物》第4卷第3期发表了“中华猕猴桃硬毛变种学名订正”一文之后,最近又向中国科学院植物研究所植物园张洁女士借得为李惠林博士提供的采自台湾岛的刺毛猕猴桃Actinidia chinensis Planch.var.setosa Li标本三张仔细观察,见此种植物的叶子(标本上共有十余片)的先端都为急尖或短渐尖,腹面均被粗糙硬毛,营养枝上的叶子和结果枝上的叶子同是如此形态。八月十七日采得的果标本(产自嘉义阿里山)干燥后椭圆形,长仅23毫米。据此而论,它的形态特征与中华猕猴桃形态特征的差别之大,比美味猕猴桃 相似文献

采用长江三峡库区的2个植物新变种,一个属于报春花科,与显苞过路黄(Lysimachia rubiginosa Hemsl.var.rubiginosa)相比较,其特点为四叶轮生,命名为秭归过路黄(Lysimachia rubiginosa Hemsl.var.ziguiensisZ.E.Zhao et J.Q.Wu);另一个属于车前草科,与疏花车前(Plantago erosaWall)的区别为:本变种叶披针形,近似锐裂,基三出脉,花无柄,花柱长4-7mm,无毛,命名为丰都车前(Plantago erosa Wall.var.fengdouensisZ.E.ZhaoetY.Wang)。 相似文献

已知世界杜鹃属(Rhododendron)植物约967种(种下分类等级未计算在内)。本文基于植物区系学的观点,讨论了属内8个亚属:常绿杜鹃亚属、杜鹃亚属、马银花亚属、映山红亚属、羊踯躅亚属、云间杜鹃亚属、纯白杜鹃亚属、异蕊杜鹃亚属的系统位置、分布式样。分析了系统发育和地理分布上的时间、空间关系。认为常绿杜鹃亚属和杜鹃亚属是在本属植物起源后的早期阶段就沿不同途径迁徙、繁衍的两个演化枝。自第三纪以来,它们的性状发展多样,种系高度分化。在现存类群中最具原始性状的亚属是常绿杜鹃亚属,这个亚属的云锦杜鹃亚组Subsect.Fortunea,耳叶杜鹃亚组Subsect.Auriculata 保持较多原始性状。种的分布遍及欧洲、北美洲、亚洲、大洋洲(有1种),东亚种类最多,马来西亚次之。中国-喜马拉雅地区既是多度中心又是多样化中心,马来西亚仅是多度中心。大多数种为地方特有性分布,特有现象十分突出,东亚和马来西亚的特有种共约862种,占种总数的89%以上中国有6个亚属(Candidastrum,Mumeazalea不产)约562种,其中特有种约405种。分析第三纪的化石记录,杜鹃属在全球分布的时间、地点,杜鹃属保持原始或古老性状的类群的现代适生地,认为中国西南至中国中部最有可能是杜鹃属植物的起源地,始祖类群起源的时间会是在晚白垩纪至早第三纪。讨论了杜鹃属在第三纪至第四纪向北半球北部的传布,向亚洲西南、亚洲东南和向东亚的传布以及向大洋洲的传布。从杜鹃属在全球传布的现象和途径,看来现代分布格局形成的原因取决于三方面的因素:时间和窨历史对植物繁衍、传播有着重要制约作用,并受制于植物种系自身具有的遗传性和对环境强烈变化的反应能力。 相似文献
