Enterococcus faecalis is an opportunistic pathogen that causes serious infections in humans and animals and is also an important bacterium for dairy and probiotic supplement production. Therefore, bacteriophages infecting E. faecalis may be useful for phage therapy against multidrug-resistant strains or may threaten industrial fermentation. We isolated a virulent Siphoviridae bacteriophage, BC-611, specifically infecting E. faecalis strain NP-10011 but not infecting other E. faecalis strains or other enterococci. Although the genome sequence of BC-611 resembled that of enterococcal bacteriophage SAP6, BC-611 was marked by its narrow host specificity.  相似文献

In early 2012, a widespread porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) occurred in eastern China. A cell-adapted isolate, SD-M, was at the four-passage level of virulent field strain SD, which was isolated from a 2-day-old dead suckling piglet that had suffered from severe diarrhea in Shandong Province, China. We report here the complete genome sequence of SD-M. This sequence will promote a better understanding of the molecular pathogenesis of PEDV.  相似文献

The porcine parvovirus JT strain (PPV-JT) was isolated from a piglet showing nonsuppurative myocarditis in Shandong, China, in 2010. The complete genomic sequence of PPV-JT, 4,941 bp long, was determined from clones made from replicative form (RF) DNA. The genomic analysis demonstrated that the PPV-JT might be involved in a recombination event, which will help us understand the molecular characteristics and evolutionary of PPV in China.  相似文献

Porcine orthoreoviruses belong to the family Reoviridae and cause mainly mild enteritis in piglets. We present here the complete genome sequence of a novel porcine orthoreovirus strain (GD-1) isolated from a piglet in southern China. The full‐length nucleotide sequence of the Iranian isolate of Eggplant mottled dwarf virus (EMDV), a phytorhabdovirus, was determined using the random polymerase chain reaction method (rPCR) followed by PCR with specific primers to fill in the gaps. The negative‐sense RNA genome of the Iranian isolate of EMDV contains 13154 nucleotides and seven open‐reading frames (ORFs) in the order 3′‐leader‐N‐X‐P‐Y‐M‐G‐L‐trailer‐5′. These ORFs encode the nucleocapsid, X protein (of unknown function), phosphoprotein, Y protein (putative movement protein), matrix protein, glycoprotein and RNA‐dependent RNA polymerase, respectively. EMDV has a 199 nt 3′ leader RNA and a 151 nt 5′ trailer, and the ORFs are separated by conserved intergenic sequences. Phylogenetic analyses indicate that EMDV is most closely related to Potato yellow dwarf virus, which has a distinctly different geographical distribution.  相似文献

A porcine circovirus 2 (PCV2) strain, designated CC1, was isolated and purified from tissue samples from pigs with wasting syndromes in China. We report the complete genome sequence of PCV2b strain CC1 with a deletion of C at position 1053 resulting in elongation of open reading frame 2 (ORF2) and formation of ORF5. 对SV40中国云南分离株YNQD38进行了全基因组核苷酸序列测定。覆盖了整个基因组的9个重叠的基因片段被扩增和测序,与其它SV40株进行了序列比对并基于全基因序列建立了遗传进化树。结果显示:基因组全长5125bp,基因组构成与其它SV40毒株相似,均有6个开放读码框架和1个调控区。YNQD38与已被证实高度保守的其它SV40比,全基因组核苷酸同源性仅为91.0%。在SV40的保守区VP1、VP2、VP3、小t抗原(t-ag)和部分大T抗原(不包括大T抗原C末端)区,YNQD38与其它SV40之间核苷酸同源性分别为90.7%~91.1%、91.7%~92.0%、90.2%~90.8%、92.8%~93.3%、88.5%~89.7%。在SV40的可变区大T抗原C末端(T-ag-C)编码区,YNQD38同源性更低,仅为65.7%~74.3%。YNQD38发生在保守区的核苷酸变异多为无义突变,而发生在变异区的核苷酸变异多为有义突变。YNQD38的调控区缺少一个完整的72bp增强子,这种特别的调控区的结构以前未见报道。基于整个基因组构建的进化树显示该株病毒形成了一个独特的组。以上结果表明YNQD38是目前报道的SV40中变异最大的一株,而且也是第一株被完整测序的SV40中国株。这个报道不仅为SV40中国株的基础研究提供了一个完整清楚的分子生物学资料,还对这样一株高度变异的SV40能否成为人类致病因子进行了初步探讨。  相似文献

We report here the genome sequence of a recombinant porcine circovirus type 2 strain SD-3, isolated from a commercial swine farm with an outbreak of postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS) in pigs in Shandong Province of China. The complete circular genome of this isolate is 1,767 nucleotides in length. This recombinant isolate has the ORF1 regions from PCV2a viruses and ORF2 regions from PCV2b. The findings will help us to understand the molecular evolution of porcine circovirus type 2 and the relationship between porcine circovirus type 2 and disease.  相似文献

The complete genome of the English isolate of rat cytomegalovirus (RCMV-E) was determined. RCMV-E has a 202,946-bp genome with noninverting repeats but without terminal repeats. Thus, it differs significantly in size and genomic arrangement from closely related rodent cytomegaloviruses (CMVs). To account for the differences between the rat CMV isolates of Maastricht and England, RCMV-E was classified as Murid herpesvirus 8 by the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses.  相似文献

Porcine kobuvirus, an emerging virus, may be the underlying etiological cause of a large-scale outbreak of diarrhea in suckling piglets in China that started in 2010. We report the complete genome sequence of the porcine kobuvirus variant CH/HNXX-4/2012 with a 30-amino-acid deletion in its 2B-coding region that was isolated in this outbreak. This will help the phenotypic variation and evolutionary characteristics of porcine kobuvirus to be understood.  相似文献

人乳头瘤病毒6型(Human papillomavirus type 6,HPV6)是引起生殖器疣与复发性喉乳头瘤的主要病原体之一.为明确2019年济南市1例尖锐湿疣患者的病毒基因组序列特征,本研究提取其尖锐湿疣组织标本总DNA,分两段进行HPV6全基因组PCR扩增和步移法Sanger测序,将拼接后的序列与全球36条不同来源的HPV6全基因组序列进行对比分析.结果 显示,1013/19/JN/CHN/HPV6株(以下简称1013/HPV6)基因组全长8031bp,属于变异谱系B1,与全球不同地区HPV6分离株序列的同源性为98.4%~99.9%.1013/HPV6株与B1亚谱系参考株AF092932全基因组序列相比具有19个核苷酸变异位点,分布在7个开放阅读框架(Open Reading Frames,ORFs)和非编码区内.本研究首次分析了分离自中国大陆的HPV6全基因序列特征,研究结果为HPV分子进化的进一步研究和分型诊断试剂的优化提供了数据.  相似文献

Here we report the complete genome sequence of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) strain LC, which was recently isolated from sucking piglets that suffered from severe watery diarrhea in Guangdong. Astrovirus (AstV) infections are among the most common causes of gastroenteritis and are also associated with extraintestinal manifestations in humans and many animals. Herein, for the first time, the complete genome sequence of newly identified porcine astrovirus genotype 3 (PAstV3) strain US-MO123 was determined. Sequence comparison and phylogenetic analysis showed that PAstV3 has the closest relationship with mink AstV and the human AstV strains VA1, VA2, and SG, indicating the same ancestral origin and zoonotic potential of the virus.  相似文献

Astroviruses have been widely described in mammalian and avian species. Here, we report a complete genome sequence of a novel porcine astrovirus (PoAstV) isolated from a porcine fecal sample in China. The genome consists of 6,611 nucleotides, excluding the 3′ poly(A) tail, and has two open reading frames (ORFs). ORF1 maps between nucleotide positions 19 and 4211 and encodes a 1,396-amino-acid (aa) polyprotein precursor consisting of nonstructural protein and putative RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, and ORF2 maps between nucleotide positions 4202 and 6531 and encodes a 775-aa polyprotein which is a capsid precursor protein. The genome sequence of the virus was distinct enough from those of the known PoAstVs to be considered a novel sequence. Phylogenetic analysis based on the predicted amino acid sequence of the complete capsid region showed that this strain may be a novel porcine astrovirus.  相似文献
