Uranyl(VI) and thorium(IV) complexes of the type UO2(NO3)2(L1)2, UO2(NO3)2(L2)2, UO2(CH3COO)2L1, UO2(CH3COO)2L2, Th(NO3)4(L1)2 and Th(NO3)4(L2)2 (L1 = (2-nitro)phenyl-bis-phenyl phosphine oxide, L2 = triferrocenylphosphine oxide) are reported, together with their physico-chemical properties.The crystal structure of UO2(NO3)2(L1)2 is also reported. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 17.78(1), b = 13.88(1), c = 17.37(1) Å, β = 114.8(1)° for Z = 4. The uranium atom is 8-coordinated, the uranyl(VI) group being equatorially surrounded by an irregular hexagon of six oxygen atoms from two trans neutral ligands and two nitrato groups. 相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of four new complexes with the bioactive ligand 3-aminoflavone (3-af) are reported. The complexes of general formula [M(3-af)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 · nH2O], where M = Co(II), Ni(II), and Zn(II), and n = 0, 2, 0, respectively, and [Cu(3-af)2(NO3)2] compound were prepared and studied. In particular, to investigate the binding in detail, the crystal structures of the free ligand (3-af) and [Cu(3-af)2(NO3)2] (1) were determined. The new coordination compounds were identified and characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic measurements, and infrared and ligand-field spectra. The crystal structure of the Cu(II) complex reveals that the ligand acts as a N,O-bidentate chelate ligand forming a five-membered ring with the copper(II) ion. The copper(II) ion is octahedrally surrounded by the two amino nitrogens and two carbonyl oxygens from two chelating organic ligands in trans arrangement. Two molecules of coordinated nitrate anions occupy axial positions. The spectral and magnetic properties are in accordance with the structural data of the copper(II) compound. From X-ray powder-diffraction patterns and IR spectra, the complexes of nickel(II) (2) and cobalt(II) (3) were found to be mutually isomorphous. The results of the spectroscopic studies suggest a mononuclear structure of 2 and 3 complexes. The variable-temperature (1.8-300 K) magnetic susceptibility data of 2 indicate a weak ferromagnetic interaction. The magnetic behavior of complex 3 is characteristic of cobalt(II) systems with an important orbital contribution via spin-orbit-coupling and also suggests a weak ferromagnetic interaction. 相似文献

Reaction of 4-amino-6-methyl-1,2,4-triazin-thione-5-one (AMTTO, 1) with 2-thiophenecarboxaldehyde and 2-furaldehyde led to the corresponding iminic compounds 6-methyl-4-[thiophene-2-yl-methylene-amino]-3-thioxo-[1,2,4]-triazin-3,4-dihydro(2H)-5-one (TAMTTO, 2) and 4-[furan-2-yl-methylene-amino]-6-methyl-3-thioxo-[1,2,4]-triazin-3,4-dihydro(2H)-5-one (FAMTTO, 3). Treatment of 2 with AgNO3 gave the complex [Ag2(TAMMTO)4](NO3)2 · 4MeOH (4) and of 2 and 3 with [Ag(PPh3)2]NO3 gave the complexes [Ag(TAMTTO)(PPh3)2]NO3 · 1.5THF (5) and [Ag(FAMTTO)(PPh3)2]NO3 (6), respectively. All the compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Compound 2 and all the complexes have been characterized by X-ray diffraction studies, respectively. In addition, 5 and 6 have been characterized by 31P NMR spectroscopy. Refluxing WCl4(PMe3)3 under a nitrogen atmosphere in the presence of two equivalents of sodium amalgam leads to a reduction to the W(II) complex [cis,mer-WCl2(PMe3)3]2N2 (1), which can be converted to [mer,trans-WCl3(PMe3)2]2N2 (2) via appropriate oxidation/chlorination. Structural data have been obtained for both complexes, and demonstrate significantly increased steric crowding in 1 due to PMe3/PMe3 interactions. The N-N bond distances in the two compounds are similar, at 1.279(4) and 1.243(18) Å, respectively. 相似文献

The reaction of uranyl oxalate trihydrate with guanidinium acetate at room temperature in water yields known uranyl complex with composition (CN3H6)2[UO2(C2O4)2(H2O)]·H2O as a first phase and a novel complex (CN3H6)5[(UO2)3O(OH)2(CH3COO)(C2O4)3] as a second. The second phase was investigated by means of IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The trinuclear discrete complex contains two symmetrically independent uranyl ions with a pentagonal bipyramid structure and has a nonplanar geometry. The distortion of its equatorial plane is caused by substitution of a monodentate bridge hydroxide anion by a bidentate bridge acetate-anion. The acidic ligands found in the complex are usually in competition for a place in coordination sphere of an uranyl ion, thus peculiarities of the complex formation are discussed in terms of ‘crystallochemical analysis’. 相似文献

A novel five-coordinate rhenium(III)-thiolato complex, Re(SCH2C6H4OCH3-p)3(PPh3)2 has been isolated during the reaction of trans-ReOCl3(PPh3)2 with p-methoxybenzyl mercaptan. In the unexpected structure that was acquired, the central metal has undergone a reduction from Re(V) to Re(III). The five-coordinate Re(III) complex has been characterized by spectroscopic methods, elemental analysis and X-ray crystallography. X-ray crystallographic studies showed the coordination geometry around rhenium to be that of a trigonal bipyramid. The basal plane is defined by three sulfur atoms of the monodentate ligand, while the two apical positions are occupied by two phosphines of the precursor. 相似文献

The reaction of TiCl4 with Li2[(SiMe2)2(η5-C5H3)2] in toluene at room temperature afforded a mixture of cis- and trans-[(TiCl3)2{(SiMe2)2(η5-C5H3)2}] in a molar ratio of 1/2 after recrystallization. The complex trans-[(TiCl3)2{(SiMe2)2(η5-C5H3)2}] was hydrolyzed immediately by the addition of water to THF solutions to give trans-[(TiCl2)2(μ-O){(SiMe2)2(η5-C5H3)2}] as a solid insoluble in all organic solvents, whereas hydrolysis of cis-[(TiCl3)2{(SiMe2)2(η5-C5H3)2}] under different conditions led to the dinuclear μ-oxo complex cis-[(TiCl2)2)(μ-O){(SiMe2)2(η5-C5H3)2}] and two oxo complexes of the same stoichiometry [(TiCl)2(μ-O){(SiMe2)2(η5-C5H3)2}]2(μ-O)2 as crystalline solids. Alkylation of cis- and trans-[(TiCl3)2{(SiMe2)2(η5-C5H3)2}] with MgCIMe led respectively to the partially alkylated cis-[(TiMe2Cl)2{(SiMe2)2(η5-C5H3)2}] and the totally alkylated trans-[(TiMe3)2{(SiMe2)2(η5-C5H3)2}] compounds. The crystal and molecular structure of the tetranuclear oxo complex [(TiCl)2(μ-O){(SiMe2)2(η5-C5H3)2}]2(μ-O)2 was determined by X-ray diffraction. 相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized and subjected to crystal structure analysis. Mr = 548.50, m.p. 108.1 °C (decom.), orthorhombic, Im2m,a = 7.006(2), b = 8.938(2), c = 13.619(2) Å V = 852.8(3) Å3, Z = 2, Dx = 2.136, Dm, (flotation in CCl4/CH2I2) = 2.128 g cm?3, λ(Mo-Kα) = 0.71069 Å, μ = 90.79 cm?1, F(000) = 519.89, T = 295 K, final RF = 0.036 and RG = 0.044 for 566 observed reflections. The discrete [UO2F4(H20)]2? anion has site symmetry m2m, its virtually linear uranyl moiety being surrounded by fluoro and aquo ligands occupying the vertices of a pentagon in the equatorial plane. Watet molecules serve to link the complex anions by hydrogen bonds into layers, between which the organic cations are accommodated. 相似文献

Complexes of the type [Pt(amine)4]I2 were synthesized and characterized mainly by multinuclear (195Pt, 1H and 13C) magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The compounds were prepared with different primary amines, but not with bulky amines, due to steric hindrance. In 195Pt NMR, the signals were observed between −2715 and −2769 ppm in D2O. The coupling constant 3J(195Pt-1H) for the MeNH2 complex is 42 Hz. In 13C NMR, the average values of the coupling constants 2J(195Pt-13C) and 3J(195Pt-13C) are 18 and 30 Hz, respectively. The crystal structure of [Pt(EtNH2)4]I2 was determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The Pt atom is located on an inversion center. The structure is stabilized by H-bonding between the amines and the iodide ions. The compound with n-BuNH2 was found by crystallographic methods to be [Pt(n-BuNH2)4]2I3(n-BuNHCOO). The crystal contains two independent [Pt(CH3NH2)4]2+ cations, three iodide ions and a carbamate ion formed from the reaction of butylamine with CO2 from the air. When the compound [Pt(CH3NH2)4]I2 was dissolved in acetone, crystals identified as trans-[Pt(CH3NH2)2(H3CNC(CH3)2)2]I2 were isolated and characterized by crystallographic methods. Two trans bonded MeNH2 ligands had reacted with acetone to produce the two N-bonded Schiff base Pt(II) compound. 相似文献

Reaction of LaCl3·7H2O containing small amounts of La(NO3)3·7H2O as an impurity with 12-crown-4 or 18-crown-6 in 3:1 CH3CN:CH3OH resulted in the isolation of the mixed anion complexes [LaCl2(NO3)(12-crown-4)]2, [La(NO3)(OH2)4(12-crown-4)]Cl2·CH3CN and [LaCl2(NO3)(18-crown-6)]. The nine-coordinate dimer, [LaCl2(NO3)(12-crown-4)]2, has all of the anions in the inner coordination sphere and La3+ has a capped square antiprismatic geometry. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with (at −150 °C) a = 12.938(6), B = 15.704(3), C = 13.962(2) Å, and Dcalc = 2.08 g cm−3 for Z = 4. The second complex isolated from the same reaction, [La(NO3)(OH2)4(12-crown-4)]Cl2·CH3CN, has the bidentate nitrate anion in the inner coordination sphere but the two chloride anions are in a hydrogen bonded outer sphere. This complex is ten-coordinate 4A,6B-expanded dodecahedral and crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21 with (at 20 °C) A = 7.651(2), B = 11.704(7), C = 11.608(4) Å, β = 95.11(2)°, and Dcalc = 1.80 g cm−3 for Z = 2. The 18-crown-6 complex, [LaCl2(NO3)(18-crown-6)], has all inner sphere anions and has ten-coordinate 4A,6B-expanded dodecahedral La3+ centers. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with (at 20 °C) a = 14.122(7), B = 13.563(5), C = 19.311(9) Å, and Dcalc = 1.89 g cm−3 for Z = 8. 相似文献

The organotin complex [Ph3SnS(CH2)3SSnPh3] (1) was synthesized by PdCl2 catalyzed reaction between Ph3SnCl and disodium-1,3-propanedithiolate which in turn was prepared from 1,2-propanedithiol and sodium in refluxing THF. Reaction of 1 with Ru3(CO)12 in refluxing THF affords the mononuclear complex trans-[Ru(CO)4(SnPh3)2] (2) and the dinuclear complex [Ru2(CO)6(μ-κ2-SCH2CH2CH2S)] (3) in 20 and 11% yields, respectively, formed by cleavage of Sn-S bond of the ligand and Ru-Ru bonds of the cluster. Treatment of pymSSnPPh3 (pymS = pyrimidine-2-thiolate) with Ru3(CO)12 at 55-60 °C also gives 2 in 38% yield. Both 1 and 2 have been characterized by a combination of spectroscopic data and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. 相似文献

The reaction between the linear trinuclear complex [Pt{Fe(CO)3(NO)}2(PhCN)2] and Ph2(2-C5H4N)PSe led to the isolation and characterization of the 46-electron cluster [(CO)3Fe(μ3-Se){Pt(CO)P(2-C5H4N)Ph2}2] (1), whose structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The cluster typology, which consists of an open triangle Pt---Fe---Pt capped by a μ3-Se atom, is rather rare. The chemical bonding in 1 and in similar systems has been analyzed through density functional theory (DFT) and qualitative MO approaches. A strict analogy with the well understood L2M(μ-acetylene)ML2 systems is invoked by considering 1 as formed by the (CO)3FeSe tetrahedral unit stabilized by sidewise interactions of the triple bond with two d10-L2M fragments. Otherwise, the 18-electron (CO)3FeSe monomer is unstable as an isolate molecule. This is confirmed by our DFT calculations that indicate how the well characterized dimer (CO)3Fe(μ-Se2)Fe(CO)3 lies as much as, approximately, 58 kcal mol−1 deeper in energy. Finally, by considering an analogy with [L2M(μ-dichalcogen)ML2]0, +2 redox systems (M=Pd, Pt), reduction of 1 to a dianion has been hypothesized and the structure of the latter has been tentatively explored by DFT calculations. 相似文献

A new complex of composition [Cu(2-NO2bz)2(nia)2(H2O)2] (1) (nia = nicotinamide, 2-NO2bz = 2-nitrobenzoate) has been prepared and its composition and stereochemistry as well as coordination mode have been determined by elemental analysis, electronic, infrared and EPR spectroscopy, magnetization measurements over the temperature range 1.8-300 K, and its structure has been solved, as well. The complex structure consists of the centrosymmetric molecules with Cu(II) atom monodentately coordinated by the pair of 2-nitrobenzoato anions and by the pair of nicotinamide molecules, forming nearly tetragonal basal plane, and by a pair of water molecules that complete tetragonal-bipyramidal coordination polyhedron about the copper atom. The complex 1 exhibits magnetic moment μeff = 1.86 B.M. at 300 K which decreases to μeff = 1.83 B.M. at 1.8 K. The magnetic susceptibility temperature dependence obeys Curie-Weiss law with Curie constant of 0.442 cm3 K mol−1 and with Weiss constant of −1.0 K. EPR spectra at room temperature as well as at 77 K are of axial type with g⊥ = 2.065 and g∥ = 2.280 and exhibit clearly, but partially resolved parallel hyperfine splitting with AII = 160 G, that is consistent with the determined molecular structure of 1. In order to analyze the factors influencing the degree of tetragonal distortion of coordination polyhedron, the dataset of 72 structures similar to that of 1 was extracted from CCD and analyzed. A significant correlation between the average Cu-Oax bond length and tetragonality parameter τ which was found as a consequence of the Jahn-Teller effect. 相似文献

The complexes [Ln(pytpy)(NO3)2(μ-OCH3)]2 (Ln = Eu(III), Tb(III), Dy(III), pytpy=4′-(n-pyridyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine, n = 2, 3) were synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analyses, UV–Vis and luminescent spectroscopy. Three complexes crystallized in monoclinic system, P21/n space group. Lanthanide ions are nine-coordinated by three nitrogen atoms from tridentate pytpy ligands, four oxygen atoms from two bidentate nitrate groups and two oxygen atoms from two methoxo groups, forming distorted tricapped trigonal prismatic geometries. The dimethoxo-bridges connect two metal ions in asymmetric fashion into dimeric structures with short LnLn distances of 3.767(1), 3.740(1) and 3.720(1) Å for Eu(III), Tb(III) and Dy(III) complexes, respectively. Photoluminescence measurement indicates that 1 and 3 emit the characteristic luminescence of Tb(III) and Eu(III) ions in the solid state, respectively. The luminescent spectrum of Eu(III) complex in solvents was also investigated. 相似文献

The first heterometallic chain cluster {[Mn4(hmp)6(NO3)2FeNO(CN)5·4CH3CN}n (1) based on the [Mn4(hmp)6] SMM has been synthesized. 1 has one-dimensional chain structure: the [Mn4(hmp)6] units are linked via CN-groups of nitroprusside anions. Its magnetic and relaxation properties and low temperature IR spectra under light irradiation have been investigated. The ferromagnetic exchange constants have been calculated. 相似文献

Reaction of [Ru2(O2CMe)4]Cl with K3[Cr(CN)5NO] in water forms Hx[RuII/III2(O2CMe)4]3−x-[Cr(CN)5NO]·zH2O (x = 0.2) that magnetically orders at 4.0 K and possesses an interpenetrating body centered cubic [a = 13.2509(2) Å] structure with random locations of the bridging nitrosyl ligands, and x/3 vacant cation sites. Similarly, the aqueous reaction of [Ru2(O2CMe)4]Cl with Na2[Fe(CN)5NO] forms paramagnetic [Ru2(O2CMe)4]2[Fe(CN)5NO]·H2O, which has a similar tetragonal interpenetrating structure [a = 13.0186(1) Å, c = 13.0699(2) Å] where the NO ligands are presumably nonbridging and 1/3 of the expected cation sites are unoccupied. The presence of uncoordinated NO sites in addition to missing neighboring [Ru2(O2CMe)4]+ units, results in significant vacancies (or holes) in the lattice. 相似文献

Bimetallic alkylidene complexes of molybdenum (RF3O)2(ArN)MoCH-SiMe2-CHMo(NAr)(ORF3)2 (1) and (RF3O)2(ArN)MoCH-SiPhVin-CHMo(NAr)(ORF3)2 (2) (Ar = 2,6-C6H3; RF3 = CMe2CF3) have been prepared by the reactions of vinyl silicon reagents Me2Si(CHCH2)2 and PhSi(CHCH2)3 with known alkylidene compound PhMe2C-CHMo(NAr)(ORF3)2. Complexes 1 and 2 were structurally characterized. Two new spin-crossover complexes, [Fe(Medpq)(py)2(NCS)2] · py · 0.5H2O (1) and [Fe(Medpq)(py)2(NCSe)2] · py (2) (Medpq = 2-methyldipyrido[3,2-f:2′,3′-h]-quinoxaline, py = pyridine), have been synthesized. The crystal structures were determined at both room temperature (298 K) and low temperature (110 K). Complexes 1 and 2 crystallize in the orthorhombic space group Pbca and monoclinic space group P21/n, respectively. In both complexes, the distorted [FeN6] octahedron is formed by six nitrogen atoms from Medpq, the trans pyridine molecules and the cis NCX− groups. The thermal spin transition is accompanied by the shortening of the mean Fe–N distances by 0.194 Å for 2. The mononuclear [Fe(Medpq)(py)2(NCS)2] and [Fe(Medpq)(py)2(NCSe)2] neutral species interact each other via π-stacking, resulting in a one-dimensional extended structure for both 1 and 2. There exist C–HX (X = S, Se) hydrogen bonds for both complexes. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements and Mössbauer spectroscopy reveal the occurrence of a gradual spin transition. The transitions are centered at T1/2 = 120 K for 1 and T1/2 = 180 K for 2, respectively. 相似文献
