武夷山甜槠林细根生物量和生长量研究   总被引:65,自引:8,他引:65  
对武夷山甜槠林细根生物量和生长量的季节动态及其在不同群落发育阶段下的变化进行了初步研究,并对细根在养分归还中的作用进行了分析.结果表明,甜槠成熟林细根生物量为10.645t·hm-2,生长量为7.3715t·hm-2·a-1,分解量为4.6775t·hm-2·a-1,年周转率0.69次;细根生物量和生长量随林龄增长的变化模式为单峰型曲线,生物量至34龄时达到最大值,生长量至群落郁闭阶段(58龄)达到最大值;甜槠成熟林中,通过细根死亡的N素归还量占群落年归还总量的49.5%,多于凋落物途径,P、Mg归还量所占比例为42.3%和28.9%,略低于凋落物途径;K、Ca归还以降水淋溶为主,其次是凋落物途径,而细根途径仅占总归还量的19.3%和9.2%.  相似文献

从2006—2008年,研究了川西亚高山林线交错带群落凋落物产量及N、P、K、Ca和Mg主要养分归还动态。结果表明:林线交错带植被凋落物年产量为389.83kg.hm-2.a-1,5种主要养分年归还量总量为15.82kg.hm-2.a-1,归还量排序为Ca>N>K>Mg>P。其中,叶、枝和其他混合杂物分别占凋落物总量的72.2%、17.9%和9.9%,占养分归还总量的87.4%、7.0%和5.6%。凋落物各组分及养分归还月动态均呈单峰曲线型变化,叶高峰期在9月,而枝、杂物则在10月。凋落物养分含量季节动态因不同凋落物组分和养分元素而异。叶凋落物中N、P、K和Mg含量在生长高峰的6、7月较高,而Ca含量较低;枝凋落物各元素含量总体上月变化不显著,其他混合杂物各元素含量6与10月相对较高,其余各月则无显著差异。  相似文献

人为干扰对鼎湖山马尾松林土壤细根和有机质的影响   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:4  
通过处理 (根据当地习惯收割凋落物和林下层 )和保护 (无任何人为干扰 )样地的比较试验 ,1990~ 1995年期间研究了人为干扰对鼎湖山生物圈保护区马尾松 (Pinus massoniana)林土壤细根和有机质的影响。在此 5 a的研究期间 ,由于人为干扰活动而直接从处理样地取走的林下层和凋落物总量为 2 1.7t/ hm2。在保护样地 ,林下层生物量从 2 .2 t/ hm2增加至 11.10 t/ hm2 ,地表凋落物 (包括枯死的林下层 )量则从 3.0 t/ hm2 增加至 13.3t/ hm2 。收割林下层和凋落物这种人为干扰活动对林地土壤细根生物量的影响不明显 ,但却显著降低土壤轻腐殖质 (Soil lightorganic matter)量。在细根分解过程中 ,其分解速率在处理样地(试验结束时细根残存量占起始量的 4 0 .8% )显著高于在保护样地 (试验结束时细根残存量占起始量的 4 4 .3% ) ;与 Ca、Mg和K元素不同 ,N和 P两种元素的释放速率在处理样地显著高于保护样地 ,表明这种人为干扰活动不仅直接取走所收割的林下层和凋落物中的养分 ,而且还可能增加林地有效养分的流失潜力  相似文献

在全球变化背景下,植物凋落物输入的改变对森林生态系统地下生态过程具有重要的影响。中亚热带森林中,细根进入凋落物层生长是一种常见现象,然而凋落物量的改变对细根生长影响的研究较少。通过对中国中亚热带针叶林、针阔混交林及常绿阔叶林这3种典型森林进行地上凋落物添加和去除实验,研究不同凋落物处理水平下细根生物量、垂直分布及形态特征的变化。结果表明:与对照(CK)相比,地上凋落物去除(LR)分别导致针叶林和针阔混交林细根总生物量显著降低40.3%和37.5%,而凋落物添加(LA)使常绿阔叶林中的细根总生物量明显提高了19.4%。不同层次的细根生物量对凋落物处理的响应不同,从针叶林到常绿阔叶林,凋落物量的改变对细根的垂直分布的影响加剧。LA处理明显提高常绿阔叶林凋落物层的细根生物量百分比(相比对照提高了10.6%)以及降低7.5—15 cm土层的细根生物量百分比(相比对照降低了10.4%)。凋落物层中生长的细根生物量和凋落物层厚度呈高度线性相关(R~2=0.742,P0.01),并且和凋落物层生物量也呈显著线性相关(R~2=0.521,P0.01)。3种森林类型细根的根长密度(RLD)和比根长(SRL)变化趋势与细根所处的层次紧密相关,而不同凋落物处理对它们的影响均不明显,说明细根对养分的获取策略表现为在养分丰富的凋落物层和表土层投资更多的生物量和更活跃的代谢,而不是改变细根形态的表型可塑性。  相似文献

为探讨沙漠公路防护林地表凋落物的分解速率和养分释放动态对施肥的响应,采用凋落物分解袋法,对塔里木沙漠公路防护林地乔木状沙拐枣(Calligonum arborescens)同化枝、梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)同化枝和多枝柽柳(Tamarix ramosissima)枝凋落物在施肥处理下的分解及养分释放特征进行研究。结果表明:经过420d的分解,3种凋落物质量残留率在对照(不施肥)、施用氮肥、施用磷钾复合肥处理间存在显著性差异(P0.05)。乔木状沙拐枣同化枝、梭梭同化枝和多枝柽柳枝在对照处理下的质量残留率分别为56.95%、31.32%和50.24%。施肥处理下3种凋落物均呈现出梭梭同化枝分解速率最快,多枝柽柳枝次之,乔木状沙拐枣同化枝分解最慢。施用磷钾复合肥极显著提高了3种凋落物的分解速率(P0.01);施用氮肥则促进多枝柽柳枝的分解,抑制乔木状沙拐枣和梭梭同化枝的分解。凋落物分解过程中,对照组3种植物凋落物的C、N、P和K元素均呈现净释放状态;施肥后凋落物的N、P和K元素呈现出富集-释放的模式。凋落物初始P含量和C/N、C/P比值是分解初期的主导因素,初始K、木质素、纤维素含量和C/N、木质素/N比值是分解后期的主要控制因素。研究表明,施肥显著影响沙漠公路防护林地表凋落物的分解,增加防护林地表凋落物的养分归还量,延后养分释放的时间,改善塔里木沙漠公路防护林地的土壤肥力。凋落物初始C/N比值是预测塔里木沙漠凋落物分解的重要因素,且不同分解时期影响凋落物分解的初始化学组成有所差异。  相似文献

凋落物的生产和分解是生态系统养分循环的重要过程,受到大气氮沉降的深刻影响。但目前相关研究主要集中于森林和草地生态系统,氮沉降对灌丛生态系统凋落物养分归还的影响规律尚不清楚。因此选择亚热带分布广泛的杜鹃灌丛为研究对象,进行了为期两年的模拟氮沉降试验。试验设置4个处理:对照(CK, 0 g m-2 a-1)、低氮(LN, 2 g m-2 a-1)、中氮(MN, 5 g m-2 a-1)和高氮(HN, 10 g m-2 a-1)。结果显示:CK、LN、MN和HN 4种处理下,群落年平均凋落物量分别为(1936.54±358.9)、(2541.89±112.5)、(2342.97±519.8)、(2087.22±391.8) kg/hm2,LN、MN和HN处理样地的凋落量分别比对照样地高出32.68%、21.16%和7.93%;凋落叶、花果、凋落枝和其他组分占总凋落量的比例分别为75.75%、15.09%、7.70%和1.45%,不同浓度氮处理下各组分的凋落量均高于对照样地;凋落物组分表现出明显的季节动态:凋落叶在10—11月份达到峰值,凋落枝在10月份达到峰值,花果凋落物则在5月份凋落量最高,不同氮处理下凋落物的季节动态基本一致;白檀凋落叶分解速率显著高于杜鹃,二者分解95%所需时间分别为5.08—11.11 a和7.69—17.65 a,施氮使白檀凋落叶分解周期比对照样地缩短18.18%—54.28%;凋落叶分解过程中,N元素表现为富集-释放模式,P元素表现为富集模式。研究表明,氮添加能够促进群落中白檀凋落叶分解及N、P元素的释放,说明施氮可以调节凋落叶养分释放模式,对灌丛生态系统的养分循环具有调控作用。  相似文献

在尤溪人工林生态站内,对杉木幼林生态系统凋落物数量、组成、动态、养分归还量及分解作用的定位研究结果表明:杉木幼林生态系统年均凋落量为1.06thm-2,杉木凋落物各组分占总量的比例表现为:叶>枝>杂物>花果,其中枝叶占杉木幼林凋落物的93.40%。杉木幼林凋落物凋落节律表现为双峰型,两个凋落高峰分别为3月和12月。每年通过凋落回归林地的N、P、K分别为8.50kghm-2、0.68kghm-2、6.52kghm-2,不同处理凋落物的分解速率表现为:埋置处理>地表淋溶处理>地表无淋溶处理,地下埋置及降水淋溶能促进凋落物的分解。  相似文献

研究了湖北神农架巴山冷杉 (Abies fargesii) 天然林凋落物量、凋落物N、P、K、Ca、Mg的含量及其归还量。结果表明:巴山冷杉天然林的年凋落量为5702.99kg·hm-2;巴山冷杉林的凋落 物组成比较丰富, 主要有落叶、落枝、球花、球果和其他5部分, 其中以落叶为多, 占总凋落量的46.00%;凋落量的月变化模式呈双峰型, 分别在2006年10~11月和2007年4~5月达到峰值;凋落物养分含量的大小顺序为:N>K>Ca>P>Mg;N、P、 K、Ca、Mg的年归还量分别为:39.1063、4.5346、13.4367、5.4965和0.0911kg·hm-2;就凋落物各组分的养分年归 还量而言, 落叶的养分归还量远远大于其余组分的养分归还量, 占总归还量的52.65%。因此, 不论凋落量还是养分归还量, 巴山冷杉林凋落物中的落叶都占绝对优势。  相似文献

通过处理(根据当地习惯收割凋落物和林下层)和保护(无任何人类活动)样地的比较,在3年时间里研究了鼎湖山生物圈保护区马尾松(Pinus massoniana)林凋落物,养分动态及其对人类干扰的响应,处理和保护样地年平均凋落物总量分别为:2.388和2.342t/hm^-2.a^-1,它们主要由针叶组成(45.4%-78.8%),皮+枝占12.4%-14.4%,杂物8.6%-40.2%,凋落物量具有明显的年,季和月变化规律。尽管为人工起源的马尾松林,但其凋落物的空间分布很不均匀(变异系数>22%),凋落物中主要营养元素浓度因组分和季节不同而异,但总的趋势以杂物和春季的浓度最高。凋落物主要营养元素的归还量亦随季节和组分不同而异,其年平均归还总量为:处理样地N15.85kg.hm^-2.a^-1.P0.63kg.hm^-2.a^-1,K2.86kg.hm^-2.a^-1,Ca6.04kg.hm^-2.a^-1和Mg1.77kg.hm^-2.a^-1;保护样地N16.24kg.hm^-2.a^-1,P0.67kg.hm^-2.a^-1,k2.61kg.hm^-2.a^-1,Ca5.41kg.hm^-2.a^-1和Mg2.09kg.hm^-2.a^-1,当停止人为干扰后,凋落物产量及其养分归还量相对于继续受干扰的松林趋向逐年增加。  相似文献

为了解武夷山森林凋落物量和养分归还特征,对武夷山3个海拔典型森林的凋落物量和养分动态开展连续3年的监测。结果表明,常绿阔叶林(645 m)、针阔混交林(1 028 m)和针叶林(1 442 m)的凋落物总量分别为471.25、453.77和409.84 g/m~2,森林凋落物总量随海拔升高呈减少的趋势。武夷山3种典型森林的凋落物总量具有明显的季节变化,均呈双峰型,但常绿阔叶林与针阔混交林和针叶林的凋落物总量峰值和次峰值出现时间近似相反。3种典型森林凋落物中落叶占绝对优势(78.1%~87.6%),落枝和其他组分较少。武夷山3种典型森林凋落物的养分年归还量均表现为C N K P,且养分归还总量随海拔升高而减少。常绿阔叶林的凋落物量和养分归还量较高,可能与环境条件和植被特征相关。这为中亚热带森林生态系统养分循环和森林碳循环机理研究提供了理论依据。  相似文献

The mature embryo of seven species belonging to five genera of Indian bamboos is described. In all these the basic pattern of embryo organisation is same: the scutellar and coleoptilar bundles are not separated by an internode, the epiblast is absent, the lower portion of the scutellum and the coleorhiza are separated by a cleft and the margins of embryonic leaves overlap. The features unique to fleshy fruited bamboos are: presence of a massive scutellum, the juxtaposition of plumule and radicle and the occurrence of a bud in the axil of the coleoptile. The fleshy fruit bearing bamboos should be classified into one group, the tribeMelocanneae. Evidence is provided to recognise additional groups in the subfamilyBambusoideae.  相似文献

Komárek has recently reviewed the various species assigned to the green algal genusNeochloris Starr (Chlorococcales, Chlorococcaceae) and removed those with uninucleate vegetative cells to a new genus,Ettlia. Watanabe & Floyd, unaware ofKomárek's work, also reviewed the species ofNeochloris and distributed them among three genera—Neochloris, Chlorococcopsis gen. nov., andParietochloris gen. nov.—on the basis of details of the covering of the zoospore and the arrangement of the basal bodies of the flagellar apparatus. This paper reconciles these two treatments and makes additional recommendations at the ranks of genus, family, order, and class.  相似文献

The cardinalfishes (Apogonidae) are a diverse clade of small, mostly reef-dwelling fishes, for which a variety of morphological data have not yielded a consistent phylogeny. We use DNA sequence to hypothesize phylogenetic relationships within Apogonidae and among apogonids and other acanthomorph families, to examine patterns of evolution including the distribution of a visceral bioluminescence system. In conformance with previous studies, Apogonidae is placed in a clade with Pempheridae, Kurtidae, Leiognathidae, and Gobioidei. The apogonid genus Pseudamia is recovered outside the remainder of the family, not as sister to the superficially similar genus Gymnapogon. Species sampled from the Caribbean and Western Atlantic (Phaeoptyx, Astrapogon, and some Apogon species) form a clade, as do the larger-bodied Glossamia and Cheilodipterus. Incidence of visceral bioluminescence is found scattered throughout the phylogeny, independently for each group in which it is present. Examination of the fine structure of the visceral bioluminescence system through histology shows that light organs exhibit a range of morphologies, with some composed of complex masses of tubules (Siphamia, Pempheris, Parapriacanthus) and others lacking tubules but containing chambers formed by folds of the visceral epithelium (Acropoma, Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia). Light organs in Siphamia, Acropoma, Pempheris and Parapriacanthus are distinct from but connected to the gut; those in Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia are simply portions of the intestinal tract, and are little differentiated from the surrounding tissues. The presence or absence of symbiotic luminescent bacteria does not correlate with light organ structure; the tubular light organs of Siphamia and chambered tubes of Acropoma house bacteria, those in Pempheridae and the other Apogonidae do not.  相似文献

Twenty three species in 11 genera were examined in the field to determine hosts. OnlyStriga asiatica andSeymeria cassioides have a narrow host range being restricted to grasses and pines, respectively. Intracellular cysteine aspartate-specific proteases (caspases) play both signaling and effector roles in realizing the program of cell death. Caspases function as proteolytic cascades unique for each cell type and signal triggering apoptosis. All parts of the proteolytic cascades are duplicated and controlled by feedback signals. Amplification cycles between pairs of caspases (the third and the sixth, the ninth and the third, the twelfth and the sixth, and others) help multiply the initial apoptotic signal. The presence of physiological inhibitors of apoptosis that directly interact with caspases creates a multilevel regulatory network of apoptosis in cell. The caspase proteolytic cascades are also regulated by sphingolipid secondary messengers, among them ceramide, sphingosine, and their phosphates. Moreover, an association of the caspase signaling with ubiquitin-dependent proteolysis is shown in cells. In particular, the use of extracellular activators and inhibitors of caspases allows irreversible activation of apoptosis in tumor cells or the prevention of apoptosis in cortical neurons under neurodegenerative diseases.  相似文献

The Drosophila Pax6 homolog twin of eyeless (toy) is so far the first zygotically expressed gene involved in eye morphogenesis in Drosophila. The study of its expression during embryogenesis is therefore informative of the initial events of eye development in Drosophila. We have analyzed how the initial expression domain of toy at cellular blastoderm is regulated. We show that the three maternal patterning systems active in the cephalic region (the anterior, terminal and dorsal-ventral systems) cooperate with zygotically activated gap genes to shape the initial expression domain of toy. Whereas Bicoid, Dorsal and Torso signaling synergistically act as activators, Hunchback, Knirps and Decapentaplegic act as repressors.  相似文献

A molecular phylogeny of Hebeloma species from Europe   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
In order to widen the scope of existing phylogenies of the ectomycorrhizal agaric genus Hebeloma a total of 53 new rDNA ITS sequences from that genus was generated, augmented by sequences retrieved from GenBank, and analysed using Bayesian, strict consensus and neighbour joining methods. The lignicolous Hebelomina neerlandica, Gymnopilus penetrans, and two species of Galerina served as outgroup taxa. Anamika indica, as well as representatives of the genera Hymenogaster and Naucoria, were included to test the monophyly of Hebeloma, which is confirmed by the results. Hebeloma, Naucoria, Hymenogaster and Anamika indica cluster in a strongly supported monophyletic hebelomatoid clade. All trees largely reflect the current infrageneric classification within Hebeloma, and divide the genus into mostly well-supported monophyletic groups surrounding H. crustuliniforme, H. velutipes, H. sacchariolens, H. sinapizans, and H. radicosum, with H. sarcophyllum being shown at an independent position; however this is not well supported. The section Indusiata divides with strong support into three groups, the position of the pleurocystidiate Hebeloma cistophilum suggests the possible existence of a third subsection within sect. Indusiata. Subsection Sacchariolentia is raised to the rank of section.  相似文献
