Summary A single melatonin injection was administered intraperitoneally to three avian species in two doses (250 and 500 g · 100 g body wt–1). Norepinephrine (NE), epinephrine (E), and corticosterone (C) contents of the adrenal gland were measured spectrofluorometrically 0.5, 2, and 24 h after injection. The results showed that melatonin at the lower dose caused a decrease of NE content in bulbul (42%), babbler (52%), and pigeon (39%), while at the higher dose it resulted in a decrease of NE only in bulbul (51%) 0.5 h after treatment. Melatonin at the lower dose also caused a decrease of NE in bulbul (45%) and babbler (53%) 2 and 24 h, respectively, after treatment, while at the higher dose it resulted in an increase of NE in bulbul (82%) and a decrease of NE in babbler (44%) 24 h after injection.Both low and high doses of melatonin resulted in a decrease of E content in bulbul (32–43%), babbler (34–43%), and pigeon (44–56%) 0.5 h after treatment, and a 34–46% decrease of E in bulbul and a 32–33% decrease of E in babbler 2 h after treatment. A 57% decrease of E was evident in pigeon with the lower dose of melatonin 2 h after injection. Melatonin at the higher dose caused a 67% increase of E in babbler and a 41% decrease of E in pigeon 24 h after administration. Melatonin at the lower dose resulted in an increase of C content in bulbul (70%), babbler (132%), and pigeon (69%) 0.5 h after treatment. A 60% increase of C was evident in pigeon following the lower dose of melatonin 24 h after injection. Melatonin at the higher dose resulted in an increase of C in the bulbul of 72% and 86% at 0.5 and 24 h, respectively, after treatment. The results indicate that melatonin produces significant changes of NE, E, and C contents in three avian species. We investigated possible healing effects of melatonin (MEL) on biochemical and histological changes in the lungs of rat offspring caused by exposure to nicotine (NT) in utero. Pregnant rats were divided randomly into five groups. The SP group was treated with physiological saline. The EA group was treated with ethyl alcohol. The MEL group was treated with MEL. The NT group was treated with NT. The NT + MEL group was treated with NT and MEL. At the end of the study, the biochemistry and histopathology of lung tissue of the offspring were examined. Reduced alveolar development and increased numbers of alveolar macrophages and mast cells were observed in the NT group compared to the SP, EA and MEL groups. We also found increased malondialdehyde (MDA) levels and decreased total glutathione (GSH) levels in the NT group. Application of MEL ameliorated the histological and biochemical damage caused by NT. The number of alveoli was greater in the NT + MEL group than in the NT group. Also, the increased numbers of alveolar macrophages and mast cells resulting from exposure to NT were decreased following MEL treatment. We found that MEL caused a significant decrease in the level of MDA. Maternal exposure to NT caused significant structural and biochemical changes in the lungs of the offspring and administration of MEL ameliorated the changes.  相似文献

Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) taken from rats implanted with chronic cisternal cannulae and extracts prepared from rat adrenal gland and striatum were subjected to Sephadex G-50 chromatography and HPLC. Fractions were monitored using specific radioimmunoassays (RIA) for the pentapeptide methionine enkephalin (Met-Enk) and methionine enkephalin-Arg6-Gly7-Leu8 (Met-EnkRGL). In rat CSF, striatum and adrenal gland, three Met-EnkRGL-immunoreactive (IR) peaks of Mrs 8000, 5000 and 1000 daltons were detected. The same peaks were also found to possess Met-Enk-immunoreactivity after enzyme digestion of Sephadex G-50 fractions with trypsin and carboxypeptidase B (CPB), suggesting their derivation from proenkephalin. HPLC of the 8K and 5K peaks on a column of Ultrapore RPSC showed them to elute discretely with similar retention times, indicative of hydrophobic peptides of large molecular weight. Their similar hydrophobicities yet significant separation during gel filtration would suggest that the 8K and 5K peptides are structurally closely related yet different with respect to their molecular weights. HPLC of the small molecular weight material from rat striatum and adrenal gland revealed the presence of Met-EnkRGL and Met-EnkRGL sulphoxide in both tissues. In rat striatum Met-Enk and its sulphoxide were also detected. The oxidised pentapeptide was found to be present in rat CSF, together with two unidentified small molecular weight Met-Enk-IR peaks detected without prior enzyme digestion of fractions. The small molecular weight Met-EnkRGL-IR material in rat CSF was found to be comprised of two unknown peptides which were less hydrophobic than Met-EnkRGL and its sulphoxide derivative.  相似文献

Chronic stress affects brain areas involved in learning and emotional responses. Although most studies have concentrated on the effect of stress on limbic-related brain structures, in this study we investigated whether chronic stress might induce impairments in diencephalic structures associated with limbic components of the stress response. Specifically, we analyzed the effect of chronic immobilization stress on the expression of sympathetic markers in the rat epithalamic pineal gland by immunohistochemistry and western blot, whereas the plasma melatonin concentration was determined by radioimmunoassay. We found that chronic stress decreased the expression of three sympathetic markers in the pineal gland, tyrosine hydroxylase, the p75 neurotrophin receptor and alpha-tubulin, while the same treatment did not affect the expression of the non-specific sympathetic markers Erk1 and Erk2, and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase. Furthermore, these results were correlated with a significant increase in plasma melatonin concentration in stressed rats when compared with control animals. Our findings indicate that stress may impair pineal sympathetic inputs, leading to an abnormal melatonin release that may contribute to environmental maladaptation. In addition, we propose that the pineal gland is a target of glucocorticoid damage during stress.  相似文献

Adrenomedullin (ADM) is a hypotensive peptide, highly expressed in the mammalian adrenal medulla, which belongs to a peptide superfamily including calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and amylin. Quantitative autoradiography demonstrated the presence of abundant [125I]ADM binding sites in both zona glomerulosa (ZG) and adrenal medulla. ADM binding was selectively displaced by ADM(22–52), a putative ADM-receptor antagonist, and CGRP(8–37), a ligand that preferentially antagonizes the CGRP1-receptor subtype. ADM concentration-dependently inhibited K+-induced aldosterone secretion of dispersed rat ZG cells, without affecting basal hormone production. Both ADM(22–52) and CGRP(8–37) reversed the ADM effect in a concentration-dependent manner. ADM counteracted the aldosterone secretagogue action of the voltage-gated Ca2+-channel activator BAYK-8644, and blocked K+- and BAYK-8644-evoked rise in the intracellular Ca2+ concentration of dispersed ZG cells. ADM concentration-dependently raised basal catecholamine (epinephrine and norepinephrine) release by rat adrenomedullary fragments, and again the response was blocked by both ADM(22–52) and CGRP(8–37). ADM increased cyclic-AMP release by adrenal-medulla fragments, but not capsule-ZG preparations, and the catecholamine response to ADM was abolished by the PKA inhibitor H-89. Collectively, the present findings allow us to draw the following conclusions: (1) ADM modulates rat adrenal secretion, acting through ADM(22–52)-sensitive CGRP1 receptors, which are coupled with different signaling mechanisms in the cortex and medulla; (2) ADM selectively inhibits agonist-stimulated aldosterone secretion, through a mechanism probably involving the blockade of the Ca2+ channel-mediated Ca2+ influx; (3) ADM raises catecholamine secretion, through the activation of the adenylate cyclase/PKA signaling pathway.  相似文献

This study was designed to evaluate the effect of melatonin on cholestatic oxidative stress under constant light exposure. Cholestasis was induced by double ligature and section of the extra-hepatic bile duct. Melatonin was injected i.p.(1000 microg kg(-1) day(-1)). Malondialdehyde, reduced glutathione, catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione reductase, peroxidase and transferase were determined in liver. After bile-duct obstruction and under constant light exposure, an increase in malondialdehyde (p < 0.05) and a slight decrease in reduced glutathione were seen. Enzyme activity, with the exception of glutathione reductase, had significantly diminished. After melatonin administration, malondialdehyde fell (p < 0.001), whereas there was an increase in reduced glutathione (p < 0.0001) compared with untreated controls. Constant light exposure was associated with an increase in hepatic oxidative stress. Treatment with melatonin decreased lipid peroxide synthesis, and permitted a recovery of both reduced glutathione and scavenger enzyme activity.  相似文献

Melatonin supplementation has been proved to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects in humans. The aim of the study was to estimate the influence of a 30-day melatonin supplementation on oxidative and inflammatory state in the blood of intense training professional athletes. The study was conducted in 47 football players, 19 rowers, and 15 adults who did not practice sports (control group). Blood samples were taken once from the control group and twice from the athletes: before and after 30-day melatonin administration (5?mg daily before sleep). Serum levels of melatonin, isoprostanes, antiox-LDL antibodies, interleukin-6, and C-reactive protein were measured. In erythrocytes, the concentrations of reduced glutathione (GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA), and the activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), cytoplasmic superoxide dismutase (SOD-1), and glutathione reductase (GR) were determined. Melatonin supplementation caused a significant decrease in markers of oxidative stress and a significant increase in melatonin concentration and the activities of SOD-1 and GSH-Px in athletes. The obtained data showed increased oxidative stress and inflammatory processes in professional athletes during intense training and indicated that supplementation of melatonin in their daily diet may have a beneficial effect on the protection of tissues against the adverse action of RONS and inflammatory processes.  相似文献

The morphology of the adrenal gland has been studied for a number of animal species all over the world, yet the detailed data about ostrich chick has not been reported. In the present study, the morphological features of the adrenal gland in African ostrich chicks were investigated by means of gross anatomy, light and electron microscope. Differences between the left and right adrenal glands were found in shape, size and location. The interrenal tissue and chromaffin cell interdigitated irregularly. The interrenal tissue was divided into a peripheral zone (PZ) and a central inner zone (CZ), and the PZ was further distinguished into an outer area (subcapsular zone, SCZ) and an inner area (IZ). The cellular arrangement in these zones showed evident zonation that resembled the mammalian. This phenomenon had been previously described only for the pelicanus. The cytoplasm of interrenal cells in SCZ was stained lightly than in IZ and CZ, and contained several vacuoles. Additionally, unlike CZ cells, SCZ cells appeared to contain more mitochondria and less lipid droplets. Two types of chromaffin cells: epinephrine cells and norepinephrine cells could be detected. The type 1 granules possessed a central core and a variable distance between membrane and core; the type 2 granules had an eccentric core, which leant to one side of granule and sticked to the membrane, giving a lager lacouna appearance in another side of the granule.  相似文献

The purpose of our study was to evaluate the protective effect of melatonin in a rat model of caerulein‐induced acute pancreatitis. For the induction of experimental acute pancreatitis, four subcutaneous injections of caerulein (20 µg kg–1 body weight) were given to Wistar rats at 2‐h intervals. Melatonin was injected intraperitoneally (25 mg kg–1 body weight) 30 min before each caerulein injection. After 12 h, rats were sacrificed by decapitation. Blood and pancreas samples were collected and processed for serological and histopathological studies, respectively. Lipase, α‐amylase, corticosterone, total antioxidant power and cytokines interleukin (IL)‐1β, IL‐4 and tumour necrosis factor (TNF)‐α were determined using commercial kits. ANOVA and Tukey tests (P < 0.05) were performed for the statistical analysis of the results. Results showed that the administration of melatonin reduced histological damage induced by caerulein treatment as well as the hyperamylasemia and hyperlipidemia. Corticosterone and antioxidant total power were also reverted to basal activities. Furthermore, melatonin pre‐treatment reduced pro‐inflammatory cytokines IL‐1β and TNF‐α and increased the serum levels of anti‐inflammatory cytokine IL‐4. In conclusion, the findings suggest that the protective effect of melatonin in caerulein‐induced acute pancreatitis is mediated by the anti‐inflammatory ability of this indolamine. Melatonin is synthesized primarily in the pineal gland. Lithium affects the circadian rhythms that may explain its therapeutic effectiveness in the treatment of bipolar disorder. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of lithium on the biochemical parameters involved in melatonin synthesis in the pineal gland of viscacha. Viscachas were daily intraperitoneally injected with lithium chloride or saline solution for one month. Pineal mRNAs encoding β1-adrenoceptor and arylalkylamine-N-acetyltransferase enzyme (AA-NAT) were studied by in situ hybridization. Pineal melatonin concentrations were determined by radioimmunoassay, and AA-NAT and hydroxyindol-O-methyltransferase (HIOMT) activities were investigated by radiometric assays. The only parameters that decreased significantly were the expression of AA-NAT mRNA and pineal melatonin levels. Our data suggest that lithium treatment may decrease melatonin synthesis in the viscacha pineal gland by a complex mechanism that involves currently unknown events that are beyond a decrease in the expression of AA-NAT enzyme.  相似文献

In this present study, the duration of melatonin (Mel) administered to diabetic rats was prolonged so as to examine its effects on the biochemical liver parameters of diabetic rats. In the experiment, Male Sprague Dawley rats were divided randomly into five groups; the control, diabetic + Mel, diabetic, diabetic + insulin, and diabetic + Mel + insulin. Diabetes mellitus was induced by administration of a single dose of streptozotocin (60 mg/kg) intraperitoneally and rats were given vehicle as a solvent for Mel every day for 12 weeks. In the diabetic + Mel group, diabetic rats were administered Mel (10 mg/kg/day) for 12 weeks to treat diabetes. The diabetic + insulin group were diabetic rats given insulin (6 U/kg) subcutaneously for 12 weeks. The diabetic + Mel + insulin rats received insulin and Mel at the same dose and time. At the end of the experiment, the animals were decapitated and liver tissues were taken. The protective effect of Mel on liver tissue of diabetic rats was investigated, total antioxidant status, total oxidant status, reactive oxygen species, oxidative stress index, adenosine deaminase, xanthine oxidase, paraoxonase 1, sodium/potassium ATPase, myeloperoxidase, γ-glutamyl transferase, sorbitol dehydrogenase, tumor necrosis factor-alpha, homocysteine, nitric oxide, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, and glycoprotein levels were determined in liver tissues. Treatment with Mel and/or insulin has been found to have a protective effect on biochemical parameters. The results showed that administration of Mel to diabetic rats prevented the distortion of the studied biochemical parameters of liver tissues.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to investigate inflammatory, oxidative, and thrombotic parameters as biomarkers in farmers exposed to pesticides. Fifty farmers using chemical pesticides and 60 unexposed control men participated in this study. The Mediterranean diet compliance, the duration of pesticide use, and personal protection for pesticides handling were recorded using self-administered questionnaires. Serum biochemical parameters, oxidant/antioxidant, inflammatory, and thrombosis markers were determined. Our findings showed oxidative stress reflected by an increase in malondialdehyde, carbonyl proteins and superoxide anion levels and a decrease in vitamins C and E, glutathione, catalase, and superoxide dismutase activities in farmers. Serum C-reactive protein, prothrombin, and fibrinogen levels were enhanced in these farmers. In conclusion, inflammation, oxidative stress, and metabolic perturbations reflected the possibility of the effects of pesticides to farmers.  相似文献

This study aimed to determine the effects of melatonin on irradiation-induced apoptosis and oxidative stress in the brainstem region of Wistar rats. Therefore, the animals underwent whole-brain X-radiation with a single dose of 25 Gy in the presence or absence of melatonin pretreatment at a concentration of 100 mg/kg BW. The rats were allocated into four groups (10 rats in each group): namely, vehicle control (VC), 100 mg/kg of melatonin alone (MLT), irradiation-only (RAD), and irradiation plus 100 mg/kg of melatonin (RAM). An hour before irradiation, the animals received intraperitoneal (IP) melatonin and then were killed after 6 hr, followed by measurement of nitric oxide (NO), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), catalase (CAT), and total antioxidant capacity (TAC) in the brainstem region. Furthermore, the western blot analysis technique was performed to assess the caspase-3 expression level. Results showed significantly higher MDA and NO levels in the brainstem tissues for the RAD group when compared with the VC group (p < .001). Moreover, the irradiated rats exhibited a significant decrease in the levels of CAT, SOD, GPx, and TAC (p < .01, p < .001, p < .001, and p < .001, respectively) in comparison to the VC group. The results of apoptosis assessment revealed that the expression level of caspase-3 significantly rose in the RAD group in comparison with the VC group (p < .001). Pretreatment with melatonin ameliorated the radiation-induced adverse effects by decreasing the MDA and NO levels (p < .001) and increasing the antioxidant enzyme activities (p < .001). Consequently, the caspase-3 protein expression level in the RAM group showed a significant reduction in comparison with the RAD group (p < .001). In conclusion, melatonin approximately showed a capacity for neuroprotective activity in managing irradiation-induced oxidative stress and apoptosis in the brainstem of rats; however, the use of melatonin as a neuroprotective agent in humans requires further study, particularly clinical trials.  相似文献

PurposeTo evaluate the respiratory motion of adrenal gland metastases in three-dimensional directions using four-dimensional computed tomography (4DCT) images.MethodsFrom January 2013 to May 2016, 12 patients with adrenal gland metastases were included in this study. They all underwent 4DCT scans to assess respiratory motion of adrenal gland metastases in free breathing state. The 4DCT images were sorted into 10 image series according to the respiratory phase from the end inspiration to the end expiration, and then transferred to FocalSim workstation. All gross tumor volumes (GTVs) of adrenal gland metastases were drawn by a single physician and confirmed by a second. Relative coordinates of adrenal gland metastases were automatically generated to calculate adrenal gland metastases motion in different axial directions.ResultsThe average respiratory motion of adrenal gland metastases in left-right (LR), cranial-caudal (CC), anterior-posterior (AP), 3-dimensional (3D) vector directions was 3.4 ± 2.2 mm, 9.5 ± 5.5 mm, 3.8 ± 2.0 mm and 11.3 ± 5.3 mm, respectively. The ratios were 58.6% ± 11.4% and 63.2% ± 12.5% when the volumes of GTVIn0% and GTV In100% were compared with volume of IGTV10phase. The volume ratio of IGTV10phase to GTV3D was 1.73 ± 0.48.ConclusionsAdrenal gland metastasis is a respiration-induced moving target, and an internal target volume boundary should be provided when designing the treatment plan. The CC motion of adrenal gland metastasis is predominant and >5 mm, thus motion management strategies are recommended for patients undergoing external radiotherapy for adrenal gland metastasis.  相似文献

Summary VIP-like immunoreactivity was revealed in a few chromaffin cells, medullary ganglion cells and a plexus of varicose nerve fibers in the superficial cortex and single varicose fibers in the juxtamedullary cortex and the medulla of the rat adrenal gland. VIP-like immunoreactive chromaffin cells were polygonal in shape without any distinct cytoplasmic processes and they appeared solitarily. Their cytoplasm contained abundant granular vesicles having a round core and the immunoreactive material was localized to the granular core. VIP-immunoreactive ganglion cells were multipolar and had large intracytoplasmic vacuoles. The immunoreactive material was localized not only in a few granular vesicles but also diffusely throughout the axoplasm. VIP-immunoreactive varicose nerve fibers in the superficial cortex were characterized by abundant small clear vesicles and some large granular vesicles, while those in the juxtamedullary cortex and medulla and the ganglionic processes were characterized by abundant large clear vesicles, as well as the same vesicular elements as contained in the nerves in the superficial cortex. The immunoreactive material was localized on the granular cores and diffusely in the axoplasm in both nerves. Based on the similarity and difference in the composition of the vesicles contained in individual nerves, it is likely that the VIP-immunoreactive nerve fibers in the medulla and the juxtamedullary cortex are derived from the medullary VIP-ganglion cells, while those in the superficial cortex are of extrinsic origin. The immunoreactive nerve fibers in both the cortex and the medulla were often in direct contact with cortical cells and chromaffin cells, where no membrane specializations were formed. The immunoreactive nerve fibers were sometimes associated with the smooth muscle cells and pericytes of small blood vessels in the superficial cortex. In addition they were often seen in close apposition to the fenestrated endothelial cells in the cortex and the medulla, only a common basal lamina intervening. Several possible mechanisms by which VIP may exert its effect in the adrenal gland are discussed.  相似文献

Introduction: The increasing prevalence of hyperglycaemia implicates a state of oxidative stress and inflammation. Traditional and emerging biomarkers associated with increasing hyperglycaemia were assessed to clarify their role they play in hyperglycaemia.

Results: 309 participants attending a rural diabetic screening program were categorised into control and quintile groups based upon glucose levels: 1st quintile - <4.5?mmol/L and 4th, 5th quintile - >6.1?mmol/L. Significant results were obtained for anthropometric data and biochemical markers - glucose, HbA1c and total cholesterol (P?P?P?P?Conclusion: This study provided further evidence that inflammatory and oxidative stress biomarkers may contribute to diagnostic information associated with preclinical increases in BGL. Further we have provided a unique study in the analysis of ratios of inflammatory biomarkers and correlations with increasing BGL.  相似文献

Summary The effect of unilateral adrenalectomy on the incorporation of tritiated leucine into the ventromedial nucleus of both sides of the rat hypothalamus was studied by light- and electron-microscopical autoradiography. The left adrenal had been removed and 14 days later labeled amino acid was given intravenously. Rats were killed 5, 30, 60 and 120 min after isotope administration. Following unilateral adrenalectomy there is a marked difference in the autoradiographic reaction of both sides of the hypothalamic ventromedial nucleus. On the right side the number of autoradiographic silver grains is much higher than on the left side, the difference being statistically significant for each animal and for each time interval. In accordance with previous findings the data suggest the existence of a neural pathway from the adrenal gland to the hypothalamus.  相似文献

Immunohistochemistry has been used to demonstrate tyrosine hydroxylase (TH), dopamine--hydroxylase (DBH), phenylethanolamine N-methyltransferase (PNMT), neuropeptide Y (NPY) and vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) immunoreactivities, and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity was demonstrated in rat adrenal glands. The TH, DBH, NPY and VIP immunoreactivities and AChE activity were observed in both the large ganglion cells and the small chromaffin cells whereas PNMT immunoreactivity was found only in chromaffin cells, and not in ganglion cells. Most intraadrenal ganglion cells showed NPY immunoreactivity and a few were VIP immunoreactive. Numerous NPY-immunoreactive ganglion cells were also immunoreactive for TH and DBH; these cells were localized as single cells or groups of several cells in the adrenal cortex and medulla. Use of serial sections, or double and triple staining techniques, showed that all TH- and DBH-immunoreactive ganglion cells also showed NPY immunoreactivity, whereas some NPY-immunoreactive ganglion cells were TH and DBH immunonegative. NPY-immunoreactive ganglion cells showed no VIP immunoreactivity. AChE activity was seen in VIP-immunopositive and VIP-immunonegative ganglion cells. These results suggest that ganglion cells containing noradrenaline and NPY, or NPY only, or VIP and acetylcholine occur in the rat adrenal gland; they may project within the adrenal gland or to other target organs. TH, DBH, NPY, and VIP were colocalized in numerous immunoreactive nerve fibres, which were distributed in the superficial adrenal cortex, while TH-, DBH- and NPY-immunoreactive ganglion cells and nerve fibres were different from VIP-immunoreactive ganglion cells and nerve fibres in the medulla. This suggests that the immunoreactive nerve fibres in the superficial cortex may be mainly extrinsic in origin and may be different from those in the medulla.  相似文献

目的:探讨模拟100 m氦氮氧(Trimix)常规潜水对家兔氧化应激和炎性反应的影响。方法:空白组家兔8只,模拟100 m Trimix;常规潜水组家兔8只。模拟潜水按照Haldane理论计算所得的水下阶段减压表减压。Elisa法检测家兔模拟潜水前、后血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化脂质(LPO)等氧化/抗氧化指标的变化。同样采用Elisa法检测空白组和潜水组家兔肺、脑组织γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素8(IL-8)、髓过氧化物酶活力(MPO)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)等炎性因子的表达,并比较组织湿干比(Wet/Dry ratio)。结果:家兔潜水后SOD和GSH活性明显降低(P<0.01),CAT、MDA和LPO含量明显升高(P<0.01);潜水组家兔肺、脑组织中IL-8、IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α、MMP-9和MPO的表达均较空白组显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);潜水组家兔肺、脑组织湿干比与空白组差异不显著。结论:模拟100 m Trimix常规潜水对家兔氧化应激和炎性反应有显著影响。  相似文献
