Using a TUR-D1001 X-ray unit and electronic image intensifier ZOX 190T-Chirana with an Admira 16 film camera the authors recorded the contractile function of the oesophageal groove in lambs. After an adaptation of the animals to the experimental conditions the lambs were given a contrast medium mixed with milk from a bottle with rubber nipple. The flow of the contrast through the terminal-part of the oesophagus, oesophageal groove and the canal of the omasum was recorded on a film, the rate of film taking was 16 frames per second. The analysis of the film showed that in lambs aged 2 weeks the passage of the contrast medium through oesophageal groove and omasal canal was slower than in adult animals. The film visualizing the function of the groove is of considerable instructive value.  相似文献

It is established that clofelin suppresses the human and dog insulin gastric secretion as well as human basal and histamine secretion. Clofelin has no effect on the secretory function of the dog stomach, stimulated by pentagastrin, carbachol histamine. It is supposed that clofelin-induced suppression of the human histamine gastric secretion takes place due to the inhibition of basal secretory component being a part of the common secretory effect on histamine. Clofelin may be promising drug in the treatment of patients with hypertension and duodenum ulcer.  相似文献

A non-amyloidogenic function of BACE-2 in the secretory pathway   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
beta-Site amyloid precursor protein cleavage enzyme (BACE)-1 and BACE-2 are members of a novel family of membrane-bound aspartyl proteases. While BACE-1 is known to cleave beta-amyloid precursor protein (betaAPP) at the beta-secretase site and to be required for the generation of amyloid beta-peptide (Abeta), the role of its homologue BACE-2 in amyloidogenesis is less clear. We now demonstrate that BACE-1 and BACE-2 have distinct specificities in cleavage of betaAPP in cultured cells. Radiosequencing of the membrane-bound C-terminal cleavage product revealed that BACE-2 cleaves betaAPP in the middle of the Abeta domain between phenylalanines 19 and 20, resulting in increased secretion of APPs-alpha- and p3-like products and reduced production of Abeta species. This cleavage can occur in the Golgi and later secretory compartments. We also demonstrate that BACE-1-mediated cleavage of betaAPP at Asp1 of the Abeta domain can occur as early as in the endoplasmic reticulum, while cleavage at Glu11 occurs in later compartments. These data indicate that the distinct specificities of BACE-1 and BACE-2 in their cleavage of betaAPP differentially affect the generation of Abeta.  相似文献

目的:建立记录小鼠在体海马"前穿通纤维-齿状回"(PP-DG)神经通路长时程增强(LTP)的方法.方法:动物麻醉后固定于立体定位仪上,参照立体定位参数将刺激电极插入至前穿通纤维,记录电极插入至DG颗粒细胞层,而后进行LTP的诱发和记录.结果:对各种实验条件优化后,成功记录了Balb/c小鼠海马PP-DG通路LTP.应用该方法对快速老化模型小鼠(SAM)的快速老化亚系SAMP8和抗快速老化亚系SAMRl海马神经突触可塑性进行考察,结果表明在体海马LTP与脑片LTP和行为学实验结果相符.结论:成功建立了小鼠在体海马PP-DG通路LTP的记录方法,可用于整体动物神经突触可塑性的评价.  相似文献

As compared to control subjects, patients with duodenal ulcer show decreased levels of serum G and increased levels of serum Group I pepsinogen (PGI). On the other hand, pregnant women in their third trimester show an increased level of serum G and decreased levels of serum PGI. Gastrin stimulates gastric secretion and has a trophic effect on the parietal cells. Concentrations of PGI in serum reflect the capacity of pepsin-secreting cells which are, in turn, closely related to the parietal cell mass. Pepsinogen/G ratio (PGI/G) could represent the effective acid-peptic secretory capacity. This study suggests that for screening and clinical purposes PGI/G ratio provides a good potentially discriminatory marker of gastric secreting capacity reliably correlating and improving the diagnostic significance of single G and/or PGI serum levels.  相似文献
