To study systolic pressure gradients developed between the left ventricular wall, its chamber, and the aortic root, in one group of dogs left ventricle ventral wall intramyocardial pressure, left ventricular outflow tract pressure, and aorta pressure were compared with aortic flow as well as left ventricular dimension changes during control conditions as well as during positive intropic states induced by isoproterenol, stellate ganglion stimulation, and noradrenaline. In another group of dogs systolic pressures in the ventral wall of the left ventricle, the main portion of the left ventricular chamber, and the aorta were compared with aortic flow during similar interventions, before and after the administration of phentolamine. Pressure gradients between the wall of the left ventricle and the outflow tract of the left ventricle were minimal during control states, but during the three positive inotropic states were increased significantly. In contrast, pressure gradients between the outflow tract of the left ventricle and the aortic root were insignificant during positive inotropic states; those between the wall and main portion of the chamber were only significantly different during left stellate ganglion stimulation. The data derived from these experiments indicate that useful peak power output of the left ventricle (systolic aortic pressure X flow) is unchanged following isoproterenol infusion, but is increased by stellate ganglion stimulation and noradrenaline. The useful peak power output index (an index of left ventricular efficiency derived by dividing useful peak power output by peak intramyocardial pressure) was reduced more by isoproterenol than the other two interventions.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨慢性肾功能不全患者应用三维斑点追踪技术对其左心室收缩功能和右心室功能的评估价值。方法:选择我院收治的慢性肾功能不全患者82例,根据患者肾功能将其分为轻度慢性肾功能不全组[慢性肾脏病(CKD) 2期,47例],中-重度慢性肾功能不全组(CKD 3~5期,35例),另选取同期医院体检的健康志愿者30例作为对照组,应用二维超声及三维斑点追踪技术检测各组心脏指标,比较三组二维超声指标、三维斑点追踪技术指标,应用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析三维斑点追踪技术对患者左心室收缩功能和右心室功能的评估价值。结果:中-重度慢性肾功能不全组室间隔舒张末期厚度(IVSTd)、肺动脉收缩压(PASP)显著高于轻度慢性肾功能不全组、对照组,右心室面积变化分数(RVFAC)、组织运动三尖瓣环位移(TAPSE)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)显著低于轻度慢性肾功能不全组、对照组(P<0.05)。中-重度慢性肾功能不全组左室整体圆周收缩期峰值应变(LGCS)、左室整体纵向收缩期峰值应变(LGLS)、右室整体圆周收缩期峰值应变(RGCS)右室整体纵向收缩期峰值应变(RGLS)、显著高于轻度慢性肾功能不全组、对照组,左室整体径向收缩期峰值应变(LGRS)、三维左室射血分数(3D-LVEF)、右室整体径向收缩期峰值应变(RGRS)、三维右室射血分数(3D-RVEF)显著低于轻度慢性肾功能不全组、对照组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,三维斑点追踪技术对慢性肾功能不全患者左心室收缩功能和右心室功能的评估价值较高。结论:三维斑点追踪技术可以准确检测心脏的纵向运动、圆周运动、径向运动,为临床早期发现慢性肾功能不全患者的心脏功能异常提供依据。  相似文献

Left ventricular systolic time intervals and plasma noradrenaline concentrations were determined in twelve newborn infants during acute moderate hypovolaemia. Rapid withdrawal of 8.5 ml of blood per kg body weight shortened the left ventricular ejection time from 204 to 176 msec (P less than 0.001) and increased the plasma noradrenaline concentration from 3.4 to 4.0 nmol/l (P less than 0.05). Systemic blood pressure was unchanged. It is concluded that even a moderate reduction in blood volume is associated with marked changes in left ventricular dynamics. The shortening of left ventricular ejection time during hypovolaemia probably reflects left ventricular adaptation to decreased volumes and response to increased noradrenaline release.  相似文献

To better characterize the relationship between left ventricular volume response and improved ventricular ejection and output during supine exercise in normal subjects, 36 healthy asymptomatic volunteers (age 39 +/- 17 yr) were studied with radionuclide ventriculography during recumbent bicycle ergometry. Relative changes in left ventricular end-diastolic and end-systolic volume were measured at rest and during exercise by a modification of the radionuclide counts-based method that accounted for variability in stress blood pool counts. A biphasic response was noted in left ventricular end-diastolic volume with an initial increase in early exercise (8.5 +/- 11% at 200 kpm/min and 11 +/- 12% at 300 kpm/min) followed by a progressive and significant decline at peak exercise (-3.3 +/- 18% at 547 +/- 140 kpm/min; P < 0.05). There was substantial variation in end-diastolic volume response at peak exercise in the group as a whole, which could be more closely related to changes in end-systolic volume (r = 0.84, P < 0.0001) than in heart rate (r = -0.57, P < 0.01) or age (r = 0.36, P < 0.05) of the study subjects. Despite the decline in ventricular filling, systolic function appeared to improve dramatically at peak exercise (change in left ventricular ejection fraction 15.5 +/- 6.4, P < 0.0001). We investigated the performance of brain natriuretic peptides (BNP and NT-proBNP) in detecting various degrees of left ventricular systolic dysfunction. The NT-proBNP assay (Roche) and the BNP assay (Bayer Shionoria) were performed in 46 patients (mean age 50 years; range 20-79 years) with various types of heart disease (chronic heart failure due to coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy, acquired valve disease, congenital heart diseases) and different impairment of left ventricular systolic dysfunction was assessed by echocardiography. Patients were divided into four groups according to the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) correlated with clinical severity. Significant differences in medians of NT-proBNP and BNP values between all groups were determined (P= 0.0161 for NT-proBNP and P=0.0180 for BNP). For identifying patients with severe systolic dysfunction (LVEF<40%), receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis for both BNP and NT-proBNP was performed. The diagnostic performances expressed as areas under the curve were of 0.69 for NT-proBNP (cut off value 367 pg/ml) and 0.60 for BNP (cut off value 172 pg/ml). However, the BNP showed higher sensitivity (85 % vs. 63 %) and a higher positive predictive value (69 % vs 55 %) than the NT-proBNP. The negative predictive values of BNP and NT-proBNP were similar (70 % and 71 % respectively). Brain natriuretic peptides are promising markers for the diagnosis of severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction.  相似文献

Cardiac remodeling (hypertrophy and fibrosis) and an increased left ventricular diastolic stiffness characterize models of hypertension such as the SHR and DOCA-salt hypertensive rats. By contrast, hyperthyroidism induces hypertrophy and hypertension, yet collagen expression and deposition is unchanged or decreased, whereas diastolic stiffness is increased. We determined the possible role of increased calcium influx in the development of increased diastolic stiffness in hyperthyroidism by administering verapamil (15 mg/[kg x d] orally) to rats given triiodothyronine (T3) (0.5 mg/[kg x d] subcutaneously for 14 d). Administration of T3 significantly increased body temperature (control: 36.7 +/- 0.2 degrees C; T3: 39.6 +/- 0.2 degrees C), left ventricular wet weight (control: 2.09 +/- 0.02 mg/kg; T3 3.07 +/- 0.07 mg/kg), systolic blood pressure (control: 128 +/- 5 mmHg; T3: 156 +/- 4 mmHg), and left ventricular diastolic stiffness (control: 20.6 +/- 2.0; T3: 28.8 +/- 1.4). Collagen content of the left ventricle was unchanged. Contractile response to noradrenaline in thoracic aortic rings was reduced. Relaxation in response to acetylcholine (ACh) was also reduced in T3-treated rats, whereas sodium nitroprusside response was unchanged. Verapamil treatment of hyperthyroid rats completely prevented the increased diastolic stiffness and systolic blood pressure while attenuating the increased body temperature and left ventricular weight; collagen content remained unchanged. ACh response in thoracic aortic rings was restored by verapamil. Thus, in hyperthyroid rats, an increased calcium influx is a potential mediator of the increased diastolic stiffness independent of changes in collagen.  相似文献

A twofold increase in left ventricular output was achieved by suturing a Telfon graft between the aorta and left atrium in dogs. Three weeks after surgery the animals were anesthetized and found to have left ventricular end-diastolic pressures averaging 36 mmHg with markedly elevated right ventricular systolic pressures (RVSP). Oxygen breathing resulted in a decrease in left ventricular pressures, RVSP, and arterial pressure in those animals which survived hypoxia. Fifty percent of the shunted dogs subsequently developed fatal pulmonary edema when allowed to breathe 10% oxygen in nitrogen. These animals showed no change in left ventricular function or pulmonary artery pressure (RVSP) in response to pure oxygen administration. It is suggested that there is a gradation of hemodynamic response to pure oxygen depending on the severity of left ventricular overload. In the severest case the 'fixing' of pulmonary hypertension may be due to neurohumoral mechanisms. The subsequent development of pulmonary edema in these animals with hypoxia either involves a change in permeability or a redistribution of hydrostatic pressure within the pulmonary vasculature.  相似文献

In isolated rat hearts perfused with HEPES and red blood cell-enriched buffers, we examined changes in left ventricular pressure induced by increases in heart rate or infusion of adenosine to investigate whether the negative force-frequency relation and the positive inotropic effect of adenosine are related to an inadequate oxygen supply provided by crystalloid perfusates. Hearts perfused with HEPES buffer at a constant flow demonstrated a negative force-frequency relation, whereas hearts perfused with red blood cell-enriched buffer exhibited a positive force-frequency relation. In contrast, HEPES buffer-perfused hearts showed a concentration-dependent increase in left ventricular systolic pressure [EC50 = 7.0 +/- 1.2 nM, maximal effect (Emax) = 104 +/- 2 and 84 +/- 2 mmHg at 0.1 microM and baseline, respectively] in response to adenosine, whereas hearts perfused with red blood cell-enriched buffer showed no change in left ventricular pressure. The positive inotropic effect of adenosine correlated with the simultaneous reduction in heart rate (r = 0.67, P < 0.01; EC50 = 3.8 +/- 1.4 nM, baseline 228 +/- 21 beats/min to a minimum of 183 +/- 22 beats/min at 0.1 microM) and was abolished in isolated hearts paced to suppress the adenosine-induced bradycardia. In conclusion, these results indicate that the negative force-frequency relation and the positive inotropic effect of adenosine in the isolated rat heart are related to myocardial hypoxia, rather than functional peculiarities of the rat heart.  相似文献

Despite advances, cardiac resynchronisation therapy (CRT) remains fundamentally orientated to the dyssynchrony of left bundle branch block (LBBB), in which septo-lateral electrical and mechanical delays predominate. For non-LBBB patients response rates to conventional CRT are lower and mortality and rehospitalisation rates are not reduced. Despite this, alternative approaches which tailor CRT to the differing dyssynchrony patterns of non-LBBB have yet to be developed. In the specific non-LBBB subgroup of right bundle branch block (RBBB) with left posterior fascicular block (LPFB), ventricular conduction via the left anterior fascicle results in a unique early lateral, and late septal depolarisation, or lateral to septal left ventricular (LV) delay, an electrical sequence which is followed mechanically. This latero-septal delay is somewhat the reverse of LBBB and was overcome by fusing right ventricular (RV) septal pacing with intrinsic conduction via the left anterior fascicle, achieving successful resynchronisation without implantation of a left ventricular lead. A stable fusion pattern was achieved via the ‘Negative AV Hysteresis with Search’ algorithm (Abbott, St Paul, Minnesota). Improvement in all standard CRT response indices was achieved at 3 months: QRS duration was reduced from 153 to 106 ms, ejection fraction increased from 14 to 32%, and LV end-systolic and end-diastolic diameters reduced by 19% and 12.5% respectively. NYHA class improved from III-IV to class II. Cardiac resynchronisation for RBBB with LPFB can be successfully achieved with a standard pacemaker or defibrillator without left ventricular lead implantation by fusing RV septal-only pacing with intrinsic conduction.  相似文献

Two-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography (2DSTE) offers valuable information in the echocardiographic assessment of ventricular myocardial function. It enables the quantification and timing of systolic ventricular myocardial deformation. In addition, 2DSTE can be used to identify mechanical dyssynchrony, which is an important parameter in predicting the response to cardiac resynchronization therapy for heart failure. Detailed knowledge of normal timing of systolic deformation and its degree of synchronicity in children is lacking. We aimed to establish the normal timing of left ventricular myocardial systolic deformation using 2DSTE in a large cohort of healthy children and young adults. Transthoracic echocardiograms were acquired in 195 healthy subjects (139 children and 56 young adult <40 yr of age) and were retrospectively analyzed. Time to peak systolic longitudinal, circumferential, and radial strain was determined by means of speckle tracking. Strong, statistically significant relations between age as well as various anthropometric variables (e.g., heart rate) and timing of systolic deformation (P < 0.0001) were present. The extent of dyssynchronous deformation increased with age. This is the first report that establishes reference values per cardiac segment for time to peak systolic myocardial strain values in all three directions assessed with 2DSTE in a large pediatric and young adult cohort. We emphasize the need for using age-specific reference values as well as heart rate correction for the adequate interpretation of 2DSTE measurements.  相似文献

目的:研究心肌梗死患者择期行经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗对左心室重构和收缩功能的影响。方法:选取2009年12月到2014年12月我院收治的心肌梗死择期行PCI治疗的患者60例(研究组),另选同期单纯心绞痛行PCI治疗的患者60例(对照组)。比较治疗前、后两组左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、收缩末期容积(LVESV)、每搏量(SV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期压(LVESP)和左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)。结果:治疗后研究组LVEDV、LVESV、SV、LVEF、LVESP和LVEDP均显著优于治疗前,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05),对照组治疗前、后LVEDV、LVESV、SV、LVEF、LVESP和LVEDP比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:心肌梗死患者行PCI治疗具有较好的效果,能显著改善患者的左心室重构和收缩功能。  相似文献

To investigate ventricular tachycardias produced in healthy canine myocardium by stimulation of sympathetic ganglia or cardiac nerves, we simultaneously recorded a surface ECG and 63 ventricular electrograms in anesthetized open-chest dogs. Isochronal and isopotential maps were generated off-line by computer. Ventricular tachycardia with uniform beat-to-beat morphology was induced in 13 or 22 dogs by electrical stimulation of the left stellate ganglion (five experiments), the left middle cervical ganglion (four experiments), the left caudal pole cardiopulmonary nerve (two experiments), or the ventrolateral cardiac nerve (eight experiments). It was not inducible by stimulation of the right-sided major cardiopulmonary nerves or ganglia. In most instances the earliest measured electrical excitation occurred on the posterior aspect of the ventricles. Isochronal maps demonstrated a radial spread of the impulse away from the area of earliest excitation. Changes in the region of earliest excitation and (or) activation pattern were accompanied by changes in QRS morphology. The potential gradients measured between areas displaying positive and negative T waves on the anterior and left lateral aspects of the ventricles were significantly increased by ventrolateral cardiac nerve stimulation. However, the ventricular regions where these potential gradients existed differed from the regions of earliest excitation during ventricular tachycardia. These results demonstrate that the thoracic autonomic nervous system can induce repetitive ventricular excitation originating from consistent loci.  相似文献

目的:探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)早期脑钠肽(BNP)水平与左室重构及预后的关系。方法:用放射免疫法测定AMI患者早期血浆BNP水平;用超声心动图检查测量左室收缩末容积(ESV)、左室舒张末容积(EDV)、射血分数(EF)并通过计算得左室质量(LVM)。并根据左心室容积指标分组,左心室容积增加率〉20%为左心室重构组,否则为非重构组,比较两组血浆BNP水平。结果:重构组恢复期左心室舒张末期及收缩末期容积指数均高于非重构组(P〈0.01),亦高于急性期左心室容积(P〈0.01)。重构组早期血浆BNP浓度明显高于非重构组(P〈0.01),恢复期也较非重构组高(P〈0.01)。重构组早期BNP浓度与恢复期左心室容积及容积变化量之间呈正相关。结论:AMI早期BNP升高与急性期左室重构密切相关,血浆BNP浓度可以作为溶栓治疗再通的观察指标及预后判断依据。  相似文献

The pressure-volume (P-V) relationship of the canine left ventricle can reasonably be simulated by a time-varying elastance model. In this model the total mechanical energy generated by a contraction can be determined theoretically from the change in the elastance. Applying this theory to the actual left ventricle, we have found that the area in the P-V diagram circumscribed by the end-systolic P-V relation line, the end-diastolic P-V relation curve, and the systolic segment of the P-V trajectory is equivalent to the total mechanical energy generated by ventricular contraction. We call this area the systolic P-V area (PVA). We have studied experimentally the correlation between the PVA and myocardial oxygen consumption (VO2) in the canine left ventricle. VO2 was linearly correlated with PVA regardless of the contraction mode and loading conditions in a given left ventricle. The VO2-PVA relation parallel shifted upward with positive inotropic agents. This shift comprised a significant increase in VO2 component for the unloaded contraction. We therefore consider that further analyses of the VO2-PVA relationship will greatly promote our understanding of cardiac energetics.  相似文献

Glossopharyngeal insufflation (GI), a technique used by breath-hold divers to increase lung volume and augment diving depth and duration, is associated with untoward hemodynamic consequences. To study the cardiac effects of GI, we performed transthoracic echocardiography, using the subcostal window, in five elite breath-hold divers at rest and during GI. During GI, heart rate increased in all divers (mean of 53 beats/min to a mean of 100 beats/min), and blood pressure fell dramatically (mean systolic, 112 to 52 mmHg; mean diastolic, 75 mmHg to nondetectable). GI induced a 46% decrease in mean left ventricular end-diastolic area, 70% decrease in left ventricular end-diastolic volume, 49% increase in mean right ventricular end-diastolic area, and 160% increase in mean right ventricular end-diastolic volume. GI also induced biventricular systolic dysfunction; left ventricular ejection fraction decreased from 0.60 to a mean of 0.30 (P = 0.012); right ventricular ejection fraction, from 0.75 to a mean of 0.39 (P < 0.001). Wall motion of both ventricles became significantly abnormal during GI; the most prominent left ventricular abnormalities involved hypokinesis or dyskinesis of the interventricular septum, while right ventricular wall motion abnormalities involved all visible segments. In two divers, the inferior vena cava dilated with the appearance of spontaneous contrast during GI, signaling increased right atrial pressure and central venous stasis. Hypotension during GI is associated with acute biventricular systolic dysfunction. The echocardiographic pattern of right ventricular systolic dysfunction is consistent with acute pressure overload, whereas concurrent left ventricular systolic dysfunction is likely due to ventricular interdependence.  相似文献

Positive pleural pressure (Ppl) decreases left ventricular afterload and preload. The resulting change in cardiac output (CO) in response to these altered loading conditions varies with the baseline level of cardiac contractility. In an isolated canine heart-lung preparation, we studied the effects of positive Ppl applied phasically during systole or diastole on CO and on the cardiac function curve (the relationship between CO and left atrial transmural pressure). When baseline cardiac contractility was enhanced by epinephrine infusion, systolic and diastolic positive Ppl decreased CO equally (1,931 +/- 131 to 1,419 +/- 124 and 1,970 +/- 139 to 1,468 +/- 139 ml/min, P less than 0.01) and decreased the pressure gradient driving venous return. However, neither shifted the position of the cardiac function curve, suggesting that the predominant effect of positive Ppl was decreased preload. When baseline cardiac contractility was depressed by severe respiratory acidosis, diastolic positive Ppl pulses caused no significant change in CO (418 +/- 66 to 386 +/- 52 ml/min), the cardiac function curve, or the pressure gradient for venous return. However, systolic positive Ppl pulses increased CO from 415 +/- 70 to 483 +/- 65 ml/min (P less than 0.01) and significantly shifted the cardiac function curve to the left. Thus the effect of Ppl pulsations on CO works through different mechanisms, depending on the state of cardiac contractility.  相似文献

目的:探讨超声二维斑点追踪成像技术(2DSTI)评价主动脉瓣狭窄(AS)患者左室功能早期改变的临床价值。方法:选取我院自2012年4月至2012年12月左室射血分数(LVEF)正常的AS(中-重度)患者30例(AS组),正常对照组30例。获取心尖位左室长轴观、二腔观和四腔观各节段收缩期纵向峰值应变(SL),并计算左室基底段、中间段、心尖段SL平均值及左室整体纵向应变值(GLS)。结果:AS组与对照组的左室射血分数差异无统计学意义(P0.05),AS组与对照组的主动脉瓣瓣口面积及平均压差具有统计学意义(P0.05);AS组患者整体、基底段、中间段、心尖段的GLS均低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:超声二维斑点追踪成像技术能够评价主动脉瓣狭窄左室心肌收缩功能的早期异常改变。  相似文献

应激性心肌病(SCM)属于临床上较为常见的一种急性心血管病事件,其中心理因素、疾病因素、药物因素以及躯体应激因素等均可诱发该病。SCM患者的主要表现为胸痛,且伴有可逆性左心室功能障碍、心肌损伤标志物水平异常以及心电图异常等,与急性心肌梗死存在高度相似。SCM患者心室造影可见左室心尖部收缩力明显下降,心底部代偿性收缩增强,从而导致患者左室于收缩末期主要形态为圆底窄颈。由于SCM患者的收缩期左室造影形状和日本渔民用以捕捉章鱼的鱼篓相似,因此SCM又被称之为章鱼篓心肌病。本研究主要是通过患者的临床表现、诊断以及发病机制三个方面对SCM的研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床SCM的防治提供参考依据。  相似文献

To test the hypothesis that alterations in electrical activation sequence contribute to depressed systolic function in the infarct border zone, we examined the anatomic correlation of abnormal electromechanics and infarct geometry in the canine post-myocardial infarction (MI) heart, using a high-resolution MR-based cardiac electromechanical mapping technique. Three to eight weeks after an MI was created in six dogs, a 247-electrode epicardial sock was placed over the ventricular epicardium under thoracotomy. MI location and geometry were evaluated with delayed hyperenhancement MRI. Three-dimensional systolic strains in epicardial and endocardial layers were measured in five short-axis slices with motion-tracking MRI (displacement encoding with stimulated echoes). Epicardial electrical activation was determined from sock recordings immediately before and after the MR scans. The electrodes and MR images were spatially registered to create a total of 160 nodes per heart that contained mechanical, transmural infarct extent, and electrical data. The average depth of the infarct was 55% (SD 11), and the infarct covered 28% (SD 6) of the left ventricular mass. Significantly delayed activation (>mean + 2SD) was observed within the infarct zone. The strain map showed abnormal mechanics, including abnormal stretch and loss of the transmural gradient of radial, circumferential, and longitudinal strains, in the region extending far beyond the infarct zone. We conclude that the border zone is characterized by abnormal mechanics directly coupled with normal electrical depolarization. This indicates that impaired function in the border zone is not contributed by electrical factors but results from mechanical interaction between ischemic and normal myocardium.  相似文献

The hemodynamic response to submaximal exercise was investigated in 38 mongrel dogs with healed anterior wall myocardial infarctions. The dogs were chronically instrumented to measure heart rate (HR), left ventricular pressure (LVP), LVP rate of change, and coronary blood flow. A 2 min coronary occlusion was initiated during the last minute of an exercise stress test and continued for 1 min after cessation of exercise. Nineteen dogs had ventricular fibrillation (susceptible) while 19 animals did not (resistant) during this test. The cardiac response to submaximal exercise was markedly different between the two groups. The susceptible dogs exhibited a significantly higher HR and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP) but a significantly lower left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) in response to exercise than did the resistant animals. (For example, response to 6.4 kph at 8% grade; HR, susceptible 201.4 +/- 5.1 beats/min vs. resistant 176.2 +/- 5.6 beats/min; LVEDP, susceptible 19.4 +/- 1.1 mmHg vs. resistant 12.3 +/- 1.7 mmHg; LVSP, susceptible 136.9 +/- 7.9 mmHg vs. resistant 154.6 +/- 9.8 mmHg.) beta-Adrenergic receptor blockade with propranolol reduced the difference noted in the HR response but exacerbated the LVP differences (response to 6.4 kph at 8% grade; HR, susceptible 163.4 +/- 4.7 mmHg vs. resistant 150.3 +/- 6.4 mmHg; LVEDP susceptible 28.4 +/- 2.1 mmHg vs. resistant 19.6 +/- 3.0 mmHg; LVSP, susceptible 122.2 +/- 8.1 mmHg vs. resistant 142.8 +/- 10.7 mmHg). These data indicate that the animals particularly vulnerable to ventricular fibrillation also exhibit a greater degree of left ventricular dysfunction and an increased sympathetic efferent activity.  相似文献
