本文描述了采自海南省的光叶菝葜Smilax corbularia Kunth var.woodii(Merr.)T.Koyama上的膨孢柄锈菌Puccinia oedospora J.Y.Zhuang sp.nov.此菌的夏孢子大小38—50×35—42μm,壁分两层,内层肉桂褐色,厚2—2.5μm,外层无色膨大,厚达5—13μm,顶部两端具明显帽状突起;冬孢子大小30—48×20—30μm,双胞,壁亦分两层,内层淡黄褐色或污黄色,极薄,外层近无色,厚2—3μm。就孢壁结构而言,此菌酷似分布中、南美寄生于紫葳科和马鞭草科植物上的饰柄锈菌属Prospodium的种。但其冬孢子壁光滑,柄无饰物,其寄主属单子叶植物的百合科(或菝葜科),故暂把它置于柄锈菌属中。  相似文献

本文描述了柄锈属的二个新种,一种是寄生在金线草(Antenoron filiforme(Thunb.)Roberty et Vautier](蓼科)上的金线草柄锈(Puccinia antenori J.Y.Zhuang et Wang sp.nov.),模式标本采自福建省浦城;另一种是寄生在花锚(Halenia sp.)(龙胆科)上的波壁柄锈(Puccinia undulitunicata J.Y.Zhuang et Wang sp.nov.),模式标本采自四川省炉霍与甘孜之间的锣锅梁子。金线草柄锈的夏孢子堆均匀密布于叶背面,褐色粉末状;夏孢子亚球形、倒卵形或椭圆形,18—35×17—23μm,壁厚1—2μm,淡黄褐色,有刺,芽孔2个,生在腰部附近。冬孢子堆颜色较深;冬孢子棍棒形或椭圆形,隔膜处不缢缩或稍缢缩,25—45×13—23μm, 顶壁厚3.5—5μm,肉桂褐色,光滑;上部细胞芽孔顶生,下部细胞芽孔生于隔膜附近。本种近似韦氏蓼柄锈(Puccinia polygoni-weyrichii T.Miyake),但其夏孢子壁厚度均匀,冬孢子顶壁增厚,而后者夏孢子顶壁增厚(5—7μm),冬孢子壁厚度均匀(2—2.5μm)。波壁柄锈的冬孢子堆在叶两面散生,黑褐色或黑色粉末状。夏孢子在冬孢子堆中混杂,近球形或宽椭圆形,22—25×18—23μm,壁厚2—2.5μm,密生小刺,暗褐色,有3—5个散生的芽孔。冬孢子椭圆形或倒卵形,隔膜处不缢缩,25—40×20—25μm,壁波状起伏,厚度不均匀(1.5—2.5μm),栗褐色;上部细胞芽孔顶生,下部细胞芽孔近基生或基生。本种由于冬孢子壁呈波状起伏而不同于龙胆科植物上的其他已知的柄锈。  相似文献

报道了中国菊科植物上柄锈菌属1新种和1新记录变种。拐轴鸦葱Scorzonera divaricata上的苏尼特柄锈菌Puccinia sonidensis为新种;猫儿菊Hypochaeris ciliata上的山柳菊柄锈菌猫儿菊变种Puccinia hieracii var.hypochaeridis为中国新记录。提供了详细的形态描述和线条图。研究标本保存在赤峰学院菌物标本室(CFSZ)和中国科学院菌物标本馆(HMAS)。  相似文献

对生长在青藏高原东北部海拔高度为3700m处的盆花垂头(Cremanthodiumdiscoideum)和唐古特乌头(Aconitumtangutcum)叶肉细胞叶绿体光合膜系进行超微分析表明:叶绿体被膜异常,基拉片层叠垛程度小,基粒和基质类囊体肿胀严重。叶绿体超微结构上的这些特征,是青藏高原低气压、严寒和强辐射等生态条件综合作用的结果。  相似文献

本文描述了采自海南省琼中县牛紏吴茱萸Evodia trichotoma (Lour.) Pierre(芸香科)上的柄锈菌一新种——Puccinia evodiae-trichotomae J. -y. Zhuang。本种与巴布亚一新几内亚产的吴茱萸Evodia sp.上的另一种柄锈菌Puccinia evodiae Cumm.略近似,但冬孢子堆裸露呈垫状,而后者则深埋于病瘿中。冬孢子形状与大小和后者相仿,然而少数孢子可长达60μm,顶壁有时略增厚,颜色很浅或近几色。镜下可见一些孢子已萌发,推测可能属无眠冬孢型。芸香科植物上的柄锈菌目前仅知10种,本种特征与它们均不相同,故鉴定为新种。本新种模式标本保藏在中国科学院微生物研究所真菌标本室。  相似文献

本文报告采自四川西部九寨沟自然保护区菰帽悬钩子(Rubus pileatus Focke)上的一个锈菌新种。标本上仅见冬孢子堆,冬孢子双胞,类似柄锈菌的冬孢子。由于未见性子器,属的地位尚难确定。然而,此菌的冬孢子堆外观酷似悬钩子植物上特有的单种属阿氏锈菌属(Arthuriomyces)。镜下观察测得孢子大小为40-55(-65) × 22-28 μm,孢壁厚度为3-4.5 μm,有细皱纹,每个细胞各具一芽孔。从芽孔数及位置看符合阿氏锈菌属的特征,因而将此菌暂隶于此属,命名为悬钩子生阿氏锈菌(Arthuriomyces rubicola sp. nov.)  相似文献

报道了新疆锈菌4个新记录种,分别是寄生在芨芨草Achnatherum splendens上的鲜卑芨芨草柄锈菌Puccinia achnatheri-sibirici,高山露珠草Circaea alpina上的露珠草柄锈菌Puccinia circaeae,羊茅属植物Festuca sp.上的羊茅柄锈菌Puccinia festucae-ovinae和白羊草Bothriochloa ischaemum上的塞萨特柄锈菌Puccinia cesatii。其中芨芨草A.splendens为P.achnatheri-sibirici的国内新记录寄主。文中提供了该4种锈菌形态的文字描述及图片。引证标本保存于新疆农业大学菌物标本室(HMAAC)。  相似文献

本文报道采自东北地区的鸢尾柄锈菌一新变种和柄锈属一国内新记录种。新变种命名为鸢尾柄锈菌多孔变种[Puccinia iridis(DC.)Wallr.var.polyporis W.C.Liu var.nov.],区别于原变种的主要特征是其夏孢子小,芽孔5—7个,散生;而后者夏孢子较大,芽孔2—4个,赤道生。新记录种是短果茴芹柄锈菌(Puccinia pimpinellae-brachycarpae Tranzsch.et Ere-meeva),寄生在短果茴芹(Pimpinella brachycarpa Nakai)上。标本保存于沈阳农业大学真菌标本室和中国科学院微生物研究所真菌标本室。  相似文献

Yellow rust populations of Pakistan were characterised for their virulence pathotypes/races and pathogenetic variation using seedling evaluation of differential genotypes under glasshouse conditions in Murree (6000 feet above sea level). Differential genotypes comprised a world set, an European set, near isogenic lines and the universally susceptible bread wheat cultivar “Morocco”. Over the two-year study a total of 18 race groups were identified. Out of these 18 race groups, several (68E0, 64E0, 66E0, 70E0, 6E0, 71E0, 6E0, 2E0, 67E0, and 68E16) were found previously. The new race group 70E32 found probably evolved because of mutation from the previously existing 70E16. Virulence frequencies of yellow rust (Yr) resistance genes were also determined on near isogenic lines. The highest virulence frequencies (%) were found for Yr7 (88%), Yr9 (57%), Yr18 (70%), and Yr24 (69%). Virulence frequencies were low for Yr 1 (4%), Yr5 (7%), Yr10 (10%) and Yr15 (4%). Our studies indicated that virulence existed for almost all yr genes, necessitating regular monitoring of the yellow rust populations and intensifying efforts to identify new sources of resistance to this pathogen.  相似文献

本文记述了寄生在鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)体表和鳃上一种新的车轮虫(Trichodina carassii sp.nov.),虫体直径70(54.6—80.4)μm,附着盘直径58(51.6—67.2)μm,齿环直径32(27.0—36.2)μm,齿体25—30个,齿环中央有7—14个旧齿体残余物形成的颗粒结构。大核马蹄形。小核短杆状,在大核一端的外侧,其位置略有变动。口沟390—400°。齿钩镰刀状,齿棘较直,侧面具有若干个缺刻,末端钝圆或平截,近锥体的后方有一个不太明显的小突起。    相似文献

Wheat stripe rust is a destructive disease in the cool and humid wheat-growing areas of the world. Finding diverse sources of stripe rust resistance is critical for increasing genetic diversity of resistance for wheat breeding programs. Stripe rust resistance was identified in the alien species Psathyrostachys huashanica, and a wheat-P. huashanica amphiploid line (PHW-SA) with stripe rust resistance was reported previously. In this study, a P. huashanica 3Ns monosomic addition line (PW11) with superior resistance to stripe rust was developed, which was derived from the cross between PHW-SA and wheat J-11. We evaluated the alien introgressions PW11-2, PW11-5 and PW11-8 which were derived from line PW11 for reaction to new Pst race CYR32, and used molecular and cytogenetic tools to characterize these lines. The introgressions were remarkably resistant to CYR32, suggesting that the resistance to stripe rust of the introgressions thus was controlled by gene(s) located on P. huashanica chromosome 3Ns. All derived lines were cytologically stable in term of meiotic chromosome behavior. Two 3Ns chromosomes of P. huashanica were detected in the disomic addition line PW11-2. Chromosomes 1B of substitution line PW11-5 had been replaced by a pair of P. huashanica 3Ns chromosomes. In PW11-8, a small terminal segment from P. huashanica chromosome arm 3NsS was translocated to the terminal region of wheat chromosomes 3BL. Thus, this translocated chromosome is designated T3BL-3NsS. These conclusions were further confirmed by SSR analyses. Two 3Ns-specific markers Xgwm181 and Xgwm161 will be useful to rapidly identify and trace the translocated fragments. These introgressions, which had significant characteristics of resistance to stripe rust, could be utilized as novel germplasms for wheat breeding.  相似文献

Six accessions of Triticum turgidum var. dicoccoides L. (4x, AABB) of diverse origin were tested with 10 races of leaf rust (Puccinia recondita f.sp. tritici Rob. ex Desm.) and 10 races of stem rust (P. graminis f.sp. tritici Eriks. &Henn.). Their infection type patterns were all different from those of lines carrying the Lr or Sr genes on the A or B genome chromosomes with the same races. The unique reaction patterns are probably controlled by genes for leaf rust or stem rust resistance that have not been previously identified. The six dicoccoides accessions were crossed with leaf rust susceptible RL6089 durum wheat and stem rust susceptible 'Kubanka' durum wheat to determine the inheritance of resistance. They were also crossed in diallel to see whether they carried common genes. Seedlings of F1, F2, and BC1F2 generations from the crosses of the dicoccoides accessions with RL6089 were tested with leaf rust race 15 and those from the crosses with 'Kubanka' were tested with stem rust race 15B-1. The F2 populations from the diallel crosses were tested with both races. The data from the crosses with the susceptible durum wheats showed that resistance to leaf rust race 15 and stem rust race 15B-1 in each of the six dicoccoides accessions is conferred by a single dominant or partially dominant gene. In the diallel crosses, the dominance of resistance appeared to be affected by different genetic backgrounds. With one exception, the accessions carry different resistance genes: CI7181 and PI 197483 carry a common gene for resistance to leaf rust race 15. Thus, wild emmer wheat has considerable genetic diversity for rust resistance and is a promising source of new rust resistance genes for cultivated wheats.  相似文献

Stripe rust, caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici (Pst), is a serious yield-limiting factor for wheat production worldwide. The objective of this study was to identify and map a stripe rust resistance gene in wheat line Shaannong 104 using SSR markers. F(1) , F(2) and F(3) populations from Shaannong 104/Mingxian 169 were inoculated with Chinese Pst race CYR32 in a greenhouse. Shaannong 104 carried a single dominant gene, YrSN104. Six potential polymorphic SSR markers identified in bulk segregant analysis were used to genotype F(2) and F(3) families. YrSN104 was closely linked with all six SSR markers on chromosome 1BS with genetic distances of 2.0 cM (Xgwm18, Xgwm273, Xbarc187), 2.6 cM (Xgwm11, Xbarc137) and 5.9 cM (Xbarc240). Pedigree analysis, pathogenicity tests using 26 Pst races, haplotyping of associated markers on isogenic lines carrying known stripe rust resistance genes, and associations with markers suggested that YrSN104 was a new resistance gene or an allele at the Yr24/Yr26 locus on chromosome 1BS. Deployment of YrSN104 singly or in combination to elite genotypes could play an effective role to lessen yield losses caused by stripe rust.  相似文献

Uromyces vankyorum (Basidiomycota, Uredinales) growing on Atriplex lampa in the cool Patagonian dwarf shrub semi-desert is described as a new species and a new member of the Argentinean rust mycota. The fungus is morphologically similar to Uromyces atriplicis on Atriplex vesicaria from halophytic shrublands of South Australia. U. atriplicis seems to be derived from U. vankyorum as indicated by its shortened life cycle lacking the urediniospore stage. The species are interpreted as trans-pacific vicariants and represent one of the rare examples for the austral South American-Australasian element among rust fungi. The disjunct distribution of rust fungi between austral South America, Australia and New Zealand is reviewed and discussed. Available data suggest migration of rust fungi along Gondwanan land bridges rather than long-distance dispersal of spores by air currents. 【背景】三裂叶豚草是我国重要的外来入侵植物之一,其传播速度快,已给我国造成巨大的经济损失。近年来发现的三裂叶豚草锈菌是一种对其具有生物防治潜力的病原菌。【方法】本文利用显微技术研究了三裂叶豚草锈菌的侵染过程及其对寄主结构的影响。【结果】三裂叶豚草锈菌菌丝可从多处侵入同一个叶肉细胞,胞间菌丝与叶肉细胞相接触可使部分细胞壁增厚。锈菌侵染使三裂叶豚草叶脉末梢导管分枝增多,造成三裂叶豚草水分代谢失调;叶片细胞内膜系统破碎化,细胞器结构受到不同程度的破坏,导致细胞内膜系统紊乱,细胞器结构稳定性降低。【结论与意义】豚草锈菌侵染破坏了三裂叶豚草叶片的细胞结构。本研究为深入研究豚草锈菌的致病机理奠定了基础。  相似文献
