In this work, a three-level Box-Behnken factorial design was employed combining with response surface methodology (RSM) to optimize the medium composition for the production of the mycelial biomass and exo-polymer in submerged cultures by Grifola frondosa GF9801. A mathematical model was then developed to show the effect of each medium composition and their interactions on the production of mycelial biomass and exo-polymer. The model estimated that, a maximal yield of mycelial biomass (17.61 g/l) could be obtained when the concentrations of glucose, KH2PO4, peptone were set at 45.2 g/l, 2.97 g/l, 6.58 g/l, respectively; while a maximal exo-polymer yield (1.326 g/l) could be achieved when setting concentrations of glucose, KH2PO4, peptone at 58.6 g/l, 4.06 g/l and 3.79 g/l, respectively. These predicted values were also verified by validation experiments. Compared with the values obtained by other runs in the experimental design, the optimized medium resulted in a significant increase in the yields of mycelial biomass and exo-polymer. Maximum mycelial biomass yield of 22.50 g/l was achieved in a 15-l fermenter using the optimized medium.  相似文献

Supercritical fluid chromatography with mass spectrometric detection was evaluated as a technique for the analysis of drugs in biological fluids. Dog plasma was spiked with a model drug, mebeverine, and with a deuterium-labeled analog of mebeverine. The spiked plasma was prepared for analysis by solid-phase extraction on octadecylsilane cartridges. Mebeverine levels in the spiked dog plasma samples were determined by interpolation from a standard curve. Accuracy and precision of the analysis were determined within and between days. In general, accuracy was found to be 100 ± 15% for plasma samples spiked with 6 to 60 ng mebeverine/ml. The relative standard deviation for replicate sample analysis over this concentration range was between 5 and 12.5%.  相似文献

A plasma membrane was immuno-isolated from a post-nuclear supernatant of a cultured rat hepatocyte, the Fao cell, using a cellulose immuno-adsorbent and antibodies raised against a variety of endogenous antigens of hepatocytes: 5'-nucleotidase, a plasma membrane fraction and the whole Fao cell. The antibodies which recognize antigens on the cell surface were selected from the total serum by first binding the antiserum to suspension cells. Alternatively, the plasma membrane and Fao antisera were affinity purified on a column prepared from a Triton X-114 extract of a plasma membrane fraction. The immuno-isolation was most efficient when carried out with either the plasma membrane or the Fao anti-serum. When alkaline phosphodiesterase I or 5'-nucleotidase was used as the plasma membrane marker, 40-60% of the plasma membrane of the post-nuclear supernatant was isolated representing a maximum 34-fold increase in the specific activity of the enzymes in the bound material. Using the NaB-[3H]4-labelled glycoproteins of the plasma membrane or the IgG bound to the plasma membrane as alternative markers, an 80% isolate of the plasma membrane of the post-nuclear supernatant was achieved, resulting in an estimated 40-fold purification. The non-specific binding was low despite the use of a post-nuclear supernatant as the input fraction. The characterization of the bound materials suggested that the whole plasma membrane was immuno-isolated and not a particular domain.  相似文献

Plasma fibronectin (FN) of buffalo (Babulis babulis) was purified to apparent homogeneity, using gelatin-Sepharose and heparin-Sepharose affinity columns. It was found to have two subunits of molecular mass 246 kDa and 228 kDa, on SDS-gel. Its immunological cross-reactivity with anti-human plasma FN was confirmed by Western blotting. The amino acid composition was found to be similar to that of human and bovine plasma FNs. Buffalo plasma FN contained 2.23% neutral hexoses and 1.18% sialic acids. No titrable sulfhydryl group could be detected in the absence of denaturant. Reaction with DTNB indicated 3.4 sulfhydryl groups in the molecule, whereas BDC-OH titration gave a value of 3.8 -SH groups in buffalo plasma FN. Stoke's radius, intrinsic viscosity, diffusion coefficient and frictional ratio indicated that buffalo plasma FN did not have a compact globular conformation at physiological pH and ionic strength. Molecular dimensions (average length, 120 nm; molar mass to length ratio, 3950 nm(-1) and mean diameter, 2.4 nm) as revealed by rotary shadowing electron microscopy further supported the extended conformation of buffalo plasma FN. These results show that buffalo plasma FN has similar properties as that of human plasma FN.  相似文献

Karenitecin is a novel, highly lipophilic camptothecin derivative with potent anticancer potential. We have developed a sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of karenitecin concentration in human plasma and urine. Karenitecin was isolated from human plasma and urine using solid-phase extraction. Separation was achieved by gradient elution, using a water and acetonitrile mobile phase, on an ODS analytical column. Karenitecin was detected using fluorescence detection at excitation and emission wavelengths of 370 and 490 nm, respectively. Retention time for karenitecin was 16.2±0.5 min and 8.0±0.2 min for camptothecin, the internal standard. The karenitecin peak was baseline resolved, with the nearest peak at 3.1 min distance. Using normal volunteer plasma and urine from multiple individuals, as well as samples from the 50 patients analyzed to date, no interfering peaks were detected. Inter- and intra-day coefficients of variance were <4.4 and 7.1% for plasma and <4.9 and 11.6% for urine. Assay precision, based on an extracted karenitecin standard plasma sample of 2.5 ng/ml, was +4.46% with a mean accuracy of 92.4%. For extracted karenitecin standard urine samples of 2.5 ng/ml assay precision was +2.35% with a mean accuracy of 99.5%. The mean recovery of karenitecin, at plasma concentrations of 1.0 and 50 ng/ml, was 81.9 and 87.8% respectively. In urine, at concentrations of 1.5 and 50 ng/ml, the mean recoveries were 90.3 and 78.4% respectively. The lower limit of detection (LLD) for karenitecin was 0.5 ng/ml in plasma and 1.0 ng/ml in urine. The lower limit of quantification (LLQ) for karenitecin was 1 ng/ml and 1.5 ng/ml for plasma and urine, respectively. Stability studies indicate that when frozen at −70°C, karenitecin is stable in human plasma for up to 3 months and in human urine for up to 1 month. This method is useful for the quantification of karenitecin in plasma and urine samples for clinical pharmacology studies in patients receiving this agent in clinical trials.  相似文献

Poor outcome of extramedullary disease in multiple myeloma patients and lack of outcome predictors prompt continued search for new markers of the disease. In this report, we show circulating microRNA distinguishing multiple myeloma patients with extramedullary disease from myeloma patients without such manifestation and from healthy donors. MicroRNA-130a was identified by TaqMan Low Density Arrays and verified by quantitative PCR on 144 serum samples (59 multiple myeloma, 55 myeloma with extramedullary disease, 30 healthy donors) in test and validation cohorts as being down-regulated in myeloma patients with extramedullary disease. Circulating microRNA-130a distinguished myeloma patients with extramedullary disease from healthy donors with specificity of 90.0% and sensitivity of 77.1%, patients with extramedullary disease from newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients with specificity of 77.1% and sensitivity of 34.3% in the test cohort and with specificity of 91.7% and sensitivity of 30.0% in the validation cohort of patients. Circulating microRNA-130a in patients with extramedullary myeloma was associated with bone marrow plasma cells infiltration. Further, microRNA-130a was decreased in bone marrow plasma cells obtained from patients with extramedullary myeloma in comparison to bone marrow plasma cells of myeloma patients without such manifestation, but it was increased in tumor site plasma cells of patients with extramedullary disease compared to bone marrow plasma cells of such patients (p<0.0001). Together, our data suggest connection between lower level of microRNA-130a and extramedullary disease and prompt further work to evaluate this miRNA as a marker of extramedullary disease in multiple myeloma.  相似文献

Eleven male subjects took part in a 100 km running competition. Alterations in the total plasma protein and in ten individual plasma protein concentrations in blood and urine were measured prior to the run, immediately after and after 1 day of recovery. Five individual proteins showed a 7-10%, and lysozyme a 40%, increase in the plasma after the run. On the contrary, the haptoglobin concentration fell to 40% of its pre-race level. None of these variations were correlated with the plasma volume change. The present data showed a moderate hemolysis, as evidenced by plasma lysozyme and hemoglobin-haptoglobin binding. The urinary excretion of plasma proteins was slightly increased, especially albumin and alpha1-acid-glycoprotein. The renal clearance of plasma proteins revealed that the 100 km run induced a moderate increase of glomerular permeability without any signficant change in the tubular reabsorption process.  相似文献

The effect of dietary supplementation with cysteine on the plasma homocysteine concentration was investigated in rats fed on 10% casein (10C) and 30% casein (30C) diets. The 10C diet significantly increased the plasma homocysteine concentration as compared with the 30C diet. The hyperhomocysteinemia induced by the 10C diet was significantly suppressed by cysteine supplementation even at a 0.3% level, whereas cysteine did not decrease the plasma homocysteine concentration when added to the 30C diet. In contrast, 0.3% methionine supplementation of the 10C diet tended to increase the plasma homocysteine concentration. Cysteine supplementation to rats fed on the 10C diet did not alter the plasma cysteine concentration and the hepatic activities of cystathionine beta-synthase and betaine:homocysteine S-methyltransferase, whereas it significantly decreased the hepatic concentrations of S-adenosylmethionine and betaine. These results suggest that cysteine supplementation might be effective for suppressing the hyperhomocysteinemia induced by a low-protein diet.  相似文献

A sensitive assay for determination of rifalazil (also known as ABI-1648 and KRM-1648) in human plasma is described. The analytical method utilizes liquid-liquid extraction of plasma with methyl tert-butyl ether, followed by reversed-phase liquid chromatography with a C18 column and a mobile phase gradient utilizing 0.1% formic acid in water and acetonitrile, respectively. Electrospray mass spectrometry in the positive ion mode with selected reaction monitoring of rifalazil and an isotope labeled internal standard, 13C4-rifalazil (ABI-9901) was used for selective and sensitive detection. The calibration range was 0.050-50 ng/mL plasma using 200 microL plasma sample volume. The absolute extraction recovery of rifalazil from K2-EDTA plasma, evaluated at three concentration levels, was 88.6-97.3%, and the recovery for the internal standard was 96.8%. A study of plasma matrix effects showed a peak area response at 90-99% compared to neat solutions for both rifalazil and the internal standard. Stability evaluation of rifalazil in plasma, whole blood and methanol showed that the analyte stability was adequate when stored under study conditions. The precision, as evaluated in three validation batches, was consistent for fortified plasma quality control (QC) samples at four concentration levels, with < or =6% R.S.D. except for at the lowest quality control level where it was 10.7% R.S.D. The accuracy for QC samples (difference between found and nominal concentration) ranged from -2.3% to 5.1%. Similar precision and accuracy values were obtained over 6 months of routine application of this method. It was concluded that the performance improved markedly during routine operation by replacing a closely related structural analog internal standard with the stable isotope internal standard.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective bioanalytical liquid chromatographic method for diclofenac is described. The drug was detected as a fluorescent derivative, which was demonstrated by 1H NMR and mass spectrometric studies to be carbazole acetic acid. Diclofenac was derivatized by UV irradiation of the substance performed as a post-column photoreaction. The reactor was a PTFE capillary wound around a 254-nm UV lamp. Diclofenac was isolated from the plasma samples by precipitation of the proteins with acetonitrile. A 50-μl volume of the supernatant was injected onto a Nucleosil C18 column. The mobile phase was 32% acetonitrile in pH 6.6 buffer. Carbazole acetic acid was detected by a fluorescence detector using an excitation wavelength of 288 nm and an emission wavelength of 360 nm. The recovery was 92%, the standard curve was linear in the range 10–5500 ng diclofenac per ml plasma, and the relative standard deviation at 10 and 5000 ng of diclofenac per ml plasma was 9.0% and 3.3%, respectively. The limit of detection was 6 ng/ml at an injection volume of 50 μl. Chromatograms of human and rat plasma containing diclofenac are shown.  相似文献

Studies with 75Se have shown the existence of a rat plasma selenoprotein in addition to glutathione peroxidase. Because the function of the protein is not known, it has been referred to as selenoprotein P. A partially purified preparation was used to produce a monoclonal antibody to selenoprotein P. The antibody did not bind glutathione peroxidase as evidenced by its failure to remove glutathione peroxidase activity from rat plasma by immunoprecipitation. An immunoaffinity column was prepared with the monoclonal antibody, and selenoprotein P was purified 1270-fold from rat plasma in a two-step procedure. The purified selenoprotein P migrated in a single band with an Mr of 57,000 on sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Autoradiography demonstrated that this band contained 75Se when the protein was purified from rats which had received 75SeO2-(3). A competitive radioimmunoassay for selenoprotein P was developed. The selenoprotein P concentration in plasma of selenium-replete rats was determined with this assay to be 51 +/- 3.7 micrograms/ml. It was less than 5 micrograms/ml in plasma from selenium-deficient rats. Injection of 50 micrograms of selenium into selenium-deficient rats caused an increase in selenoprotein P from less than 10% of control to 52% of control in 6 h. Plasma glutathione peroxidase activity increased only from 2.2 to 3.1% of control. These experiments demonstrate that rat plasma contains a selenoprotein distinct from glutathione peroxidase. The concentration of this selenoprotein is depressed in selenium deficiency, as is glutathione peroxidase activity, but selenoprotein P increases more rapidly when selenium is supplied than does glutathione peroxidase activity.  相似文献

Creatine has been quantified in various tissues by a range of methodologies. This paper reports on the development and validation of a simplified HPLC assay to determine plasma creatine, plasma protein binding of creatine, creatine in microdialysate and creatine in over-the-counter products. An isocratic, reversed-phase (C(18)) HPLC assay, using potassium phosphate monobasic (pH 4) as a mobile phase, was validated in human plasma and microdialysis perfusion fluid (normal saline). The lower limit of quantification for the assay was 1 mg l(-1) in saline and 5 mg l(-1) in plasma. The RSD was below 6% and accuracy was below 12% in both matrices. Protein binding in human plasma was found to be negligible (<10%). Over-the-counter creatine monohydrate products tested contained 100% creatine monohydrate. This assay was found to be suitable for pharmacokinetic studies and the assessment of plasma creatine and skeletal muscle microdialysate.  相似文献

In this work, we exploited the capability of the plasma membrane Ca-ATPase to utilize ITP as a substrate to study its characteristics in plasma membrane vesicles purified from radish (Raphanus sativus L.) seedlings. The majority of the ITPase activity of plasma membrane was Ca(2+)-dependent. The Ca(2+)-dependent ITPase activity was Mg(2+)-dependent and was stimulated by the calcium ionophore A23187. It was inhibited by erythrosin B (concentration giving 50% inhibition, 50 nanomolar) and by vanadate (concentration giving 50% inhibition, 3 micromolar) and displayed a broad pH optimum around pH 7.2 to 7.5. Both the hydrolytic and the transport activity of the plasma membrane Ca-ATPase were half-saturated by Ca(2+) in the micromolar concentration range. No major effect of EGTA on the saturation kinetics of the enzyme was observed. The affinity of the plasma membrane Ca-ATPase for Ca(2+) was about fourfold higher at pH 7.5 than at pH 6.9. The Ca(2+)-dependent ITPase activity was stimulated about twofold by polyoxyethylene 20 cetyl ether, although it was inhibited by Triton X-100 and by lysolecithin.  相似文献

An integral component of human spermatozoa, a glycoprotein of Mr 143,000 (two subunits of Mr 76,000 and 67,000) was recognized by the a-HS 1A.1 monoclonal antibody. The antigen was localized on the plasma membrane over the sperm head, as demonstrated by transmission electron microscopy. The antigen-antibody binding on gametes during changes in their functional state was followed by an indirect immunofluorescence assay of live human spermatozoa. In freshly ejaculated spermatozoa the antibody binding pattern revealed a patchwork quilt-like topography of the plasma membrane over the acrosome; the percentage of positive cells varied from 20 to 78% with a mean of 50% (n = 82). Incubation in a capacitation medium could increase this percentage up to 98%, revealing new epitopes in an energy-dependent and temperature-independent manner; concomitantly, a part of the antigen migrated in energy-independent and temperature-dependent manner and accumulated in a ring over the postacrosome. When an acrosome reaction was induced in vitro in the presence of Ca2+ with either A23187, ionomycin or human follicular fluid, the HS 1A.1 antigen migrated until immobilization in a well defined pattern around the equatorial segment (single band) or around the equatorial and postacrosomal segments (2 or, seldom, 3 bands). The new antigen localization resulted from a lateral diffusion of pre-existing molecules, occurred in only a few minutes, did not require energy and was temperature-dependent. At the same time, the well outlined large patch burst into a multitude of small spots before vanishing. this veil-like labelling was often observed in spermatozoa kept in the seminal plasma or treated with a metabolic poison. The HS 1A.1 antigen localization reflects surface changes induced by the incubation in a capacitation medium and the acrosome reaction. Apart from the regional heterogeneity of the plasma membrane of a single cell, as noted above, there were differences in the plasma membrane changes in individual spermatozoa from the same ejaculate as well as in semen samples from different donors. The new antibody binding pattern was often alike in successive ejaculates of the same donor. In patients consulting for infertility the percentage of positive cells was often low and migration of the antigen was slight or absent.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the potential of gastrointestinal peptide plasma levels as biomarkers of radiation-induced digestive tract damage. To this end, plasma levels of substance P, GRP, motilin, PYY, somatostatin-28, gastrin, and neurotensin were followed for up to 5 days in pigs after a 16-Gy whole-body X-irradiation, completed by a histopathological study performed at 5 days. Each peptide gave a specific response to irradiation. The plasma levels of GRP and substance P were not modified by irradiation exposure; neither were those of motilin and PYY. Concerning gastrin, a 2-3-fold increase of plasma concentration was observed in pig, which presented the most important histological alterations of the stomach. The plasma levels of somatostatin, unchanged from 1 to 4 days after irradiation, was also increased by 130% at 5 days. In contrast, a diminution of neurotensin plasma levels was noted, firstly at 1 day (-88%), and from 3 days after exposure (-50%). The present study suggested that changes in gastrin and neurotensin plasma levels were associated with structural alterations of the stomach and ileum, respectively, indicating that they may be relevant biological indicators of radiation-induced digestive damage to these segments.  相似文献

We have isolated from human plasma a unique subclass of the high density lipoproteins (HDL) which contains a potent lipid transfer inhibitor protein (LTIP) that inhibited cholesteryl ester, triglyceride, and phospholipid transfer mediated by the lipid transfer protein, LTP-I, and phospholipid transfer mediated by the phospholipid transfer protein, LTP-II. This HDL subclass not only inhibited cholesteryl ester transfer from HDL to LDL or VLDL, but also inhibited cholesteryl ester transfer from HDL to HDL. The inhibitor protein was isolated by sequential chromatography of human whole plasma on dextran sulfate-cellulose, phenyl-Sepharose, and chromatofocusing chromatography. Isolated LTIP had the following characteristics: an apparent molecular weight of 29,000 +/- 1,000, (n = 10) by sodium dodecyl sulfate gel electrophoresis, and an isoelectric point of 4.6 as determined by chromatofocusing. LTIP remained functional following delipidation with organic solvents. Antibody to LTIP was produced, and an immunoaffinity column of the anti-LTIP was prepared. Passage of human, rat, or pig whole plasma over the anti-LTIP column enhanced cholesteryl ester transfer activity in human (17%), pig (200%), and rat plasma (125%). The HDL subclass containing LTIP was isolated from whole human HDL (d 1.063-1.21 g/ml) by immunoaffinity chromatography. The isolated LTIP-HDL complex was shown to: i) contain about 60% protein and 40% lipid, ii) have alpha and pre-beta electrophoretic mobility, iii) have particle size distribution somewhat smaller than whole HDL, about 100,000 daltons, as determined by gradient gel electrophoresis, and iv) contain only a small amount of apoA-I (less than 5%) and a trace amount of apoA-II. Assay of ultracentrifugally obtained lipoprotein fractions revealed that approximately 85% of the total functional LTIP activity was in the d 1.063-1.21 g/ml HDL fraction. Furthermore, immunoblot analysis of whole plasma by nondenaturing gradient gel electrophoresis revealed that LTIP was found predominantly in particles in the size range of HDL. This unique HDL subclass may play an important role in the regulation of plasma lipid transfer and metabolism.  相似文献

A sensitive and specific method for the simultaneous determination of the unchanged drug (solifenacin) and its major metabolite (M1, 4S-hydroxy solifenacin) in rat plasma was developed and validated. Both solifenacin and M1 were extracted from rat plasma by a two-step liquid-liquid extraction and analyzed by semi-micro HPLC with UV detection at an absorbance wavelength of 220 nm. The chromatographic separations were performed on a TSKgel ODS-80Ts (5 microm, 150 mmx2.0 mm i.d.) reversed-phase column with a mobile phase of 0.1 M phosphate buffer (pH 3.0):acetonitrile (71:29, v/v). The intra-day precision (expressed as coefficient of variation, CV) ranged from 0.4% to 1.7%, and the accuracy (expressed as relative error, RE) ranged from -5.2% to 2.0% for solifenacin. The corresponding precision ranged from 1.3% to 3.2%, and accuracy ranged from -4.0% to 8.6% for M1. The lower limit of quantitation for both solifenacin and M1 was 2 ng/ml when 1 ml of plasma was used. No endogenous interference was observed in rat plasma.  相似文献

Cryogel, prevalent in the plasma of rheumatism patients, is a plasma fibronectin (pFN)-extra domain A containing FN (EDA(+)FN)-fibrinogen (Fbg) complex formed by adding heparin (HP) at a low temperature (4 degrees C). Although EDA(+)FN does not usually exist in normal plasma, its prevalence in rheumatic patients causes cryogelation in plasma. Removal of cryogel is thus a promising and novel approach to treating rheumatism. As HP-EDA(+)FN aggregate, which is induced by the main component of cryogel, is considered to be an anion, cationic materials capable of eliminating this anionic conjugate were innovated in this study. We found that an amino group density of 100-130 micromol/g (dry weight) of adsorbents prompted selective adsorption of the EDA(+)FN-HP complex. Elimination of EDA(+)FN as high as 80% accompanied by removal of the components of total FN (pFN) (10%) and Fbg (10%) in the model patient plasma was established.  相似文献

Osteosarcoma (OS) is the most common malignant bone tumor in children. To identify a plasma proteomic signature that can detect OS, we used SELDI MS to perform proteomic profiling on plasma specimens from 29 OS and 20 age-matched osteochondroma (OC) patients. Nineteen statistically significant ion peaks that were differentially expressed in OS when compared with OC patients were identified (p < 0.001 and false discovery rate < 10%). Using the proteomic profiles, we constructed a multivariate 3-nearest neighbors classifier to distinguish OS from OC patients with a sensitivity of 97% and a specificity of 80% based on external leave-one-out crossvalidation. Permutation test showed that the classification result was statistically significant (p < 0.00005). One of the proteins (m/z 11 704) in the proteomic signature was identified as serum amyloid protein A (SAA) by PMF. The higher plasma level of SAA in OS patients was further validated by Western blotting when compared to that of osteochrondroma patients and normal subjects as reference. The classifier based on this plasma proteomic signature may be useful to differentiate malignant bone cancer from benign bone tumors and for early detection of OS in high-risk individuals.  相似文献

The accuracy and repeatability of freezing rates and effects of evaporation were examined using a new cryomicroscope system to establish its usefulness in assessing the development of cryopreservation protocols for bovine semen. Post-thaw sperm plasma membrane integrity, as assessed by using combinations of fluorescent stains and flow cytometry, was used in evaluating protocols for freezing spermatozoa on the cryomicroscope. Semen was diluted in Test-yolk (20%) extender containing 7% glycerol and frozen in 0.5-ml straws, 0.25-ml straws (over liquid nitrogen for 8 min) or in a quartz crucible using a Linkam BCS 196 cryomicroscope. Thawed samples were diluted with Hepes buffered medium containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin (BSA) and stained with either carboxymethylfluorescein diacetate (CMFDA) or SYBR-14 each in combination with propidium iodide (PI). Flow cytometry analysis of the samples revealed 2 major populations: 1) spermatozoa with intense green fluorescence (stained with CMFDA or SYBR-14), which were classified as plasma membrane-intact and 2) spermatozoa with intense red fluorescence, (stained with PI), which were classified as plasma membrane-damaged. Samples frozen using the cryomicroscope contained 29 and 26 % plasma membrane-intact (PMI) sperm cells, as assessed by CMFDA and SYBR-14, respectively. Cryopreservation of spermatozoa in 0.5-ml straws resulted in 22 and 20% plasma membrane- intact sperm cells, while spermatozoa frozen in 0.25-ml straws resulted in 34 and 31% PMI sperm cells for CMFDA and SYBR-14, respectively. No significant difference was observed (P > 0.05) for PMI spermatozoa stained with either CMFDA or SYBR-14. In addition, the ability to recover spermatozoa after freezing on the cryomicroscope establishes the Linkam BCS 196 as a useful tool for the study of sperm cell cryopreservation.  相似文献
