对秦岭太白山野生植物美观马先蒿根中的氨基酸、蛋白质、还原性糖、总糖及微量元素进行了测试分析。结果表明 :美观马先蒿根中总氨基酸含量为 8 12 5 %、蛋白质含量为 0 5 4%、还原性糖含量为 6 0 7%、总糖含量为 12 70 %以及含有人体必需的微量元素 7种 ,而致癌可疑元素Pb、Cd低于国际控制标准 ,为开发利用这一资源提供营养学依据。  相似文献

The production of fermentable sugars from olive tree biomass was studied by dilute acid pretreatment and further saccharification of the pretreated solid residues. Pretreatment was performed at 0.2%, 0.6%, 1.0% and 1.4% (w/w) sulphuric acid concentrations while temperature was in the range 170-210 degrees C. Attention is paid to sugar recovery both in the liquid fraction issued from pretreatment (prehydrolysate) and that in the water-insoluble solid (WIS). As a maximum, 83% of hemicellulosic sugars in the raw material were recovered in the prehydrolysate obtained at 170 degrees C, 1% sulphuric acid concentration, but the enzyme accessibility of the corresponding pretreated solid was not very high. In turn, the maximum enzymatic hydrolysis yield (76.5%) was attained from a pretreated solid (at 210 degrees C, 1.4% acid concentration) in which cellulose solubilization was detected; moreover, sugar recovery in the prehydrolysate was the poorest one among all the experiments performed. To take account of fermentable sugars generated by pretreatment and the glucose released by enzymatic hydrolysis, an overall sugar yield was calculated. The maximum value (36.3 g sugar/100 g raw material) was obtained when pretreating olive tree biomass at 180 degrees C and 1% sulphuric acid concentration, representing 75% of all sugars in the raw material. Dilute acid pretreatment improves results compared to water pretreatment.  相似文献

Immense interest has been devoted to the production of bulk chemicals from lignocellulose biomass. Diluted sulfuric acid treatment is currently one of the main pretreatment methods. However, the low total sugar concentration obtained via such pretreatment limits industrial fermentation systems that use lignocellulosic hydrolysate. Sugarcane bagasse hemicellulose hydrolysate is used as the carbon and nitrogen sources to achieve a green and economical production of succinic acid in this study. Sugarcane bagasse was ultrasonically pretreated for 40 min, with 43.9 g/L total sugar obtained after dilute acid hydrolysis. The total sugar concentration increased by 29.5 %. In a 3-L fermentor, using 30 g/L non-detoxified total sugar as the carbon source, succinic acid production increased to 23.7 g/L with a succinic acid yield of 79.0 % and a productivity of 0.99 g/L/h, and 60 % yeast extract in the medium could be reduced. Compared with the detoxified sugar preparation method, succinic acid production and yield were improved by 20.9 and 20.2 %, respectively.  相似文献

稀酸水解玉米芯制备丁二酸   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
利用正交设计得到稀H2SO4水解玉米芯制备混合糖液的优化工艺:玉米芯料液比1∶5(质量体积比),物料粒径250~380μm、H2SO4用量3%(体积分数)、水解温度126℃、反应时间2.5 h。此工艺条件下的总糖收率达90%,总糖质量浓度为60 g/L,发酵抑制物糠醛含量为0.87 g/L,5-羟甲基糠醛含量为0.68 g/L。在此基础上利用活性炭吸附和Ca(OH)2中和对玉米芯混合糖液进行脱毒及脱盐处理,SO42-脱除率达96%,色素脱除率为96%,糠醛、5-羟甲基糠醛及多酚类物质脱除率均高于50%。处理后的玉米芯多组分糖液作为产琥珀酸放线杆菌(Actinobacillus succino-genes)NJ113的发酵C源,当培养基中初始总糖质量浓度为50 g/L时,丁二酸收率为61.68%,丁二酸质量浓度为30.8 g/L;初始总糖质量浓度为70 g/L时,丁二酸收率仍可达50%以上,丁二酸质量浓度为35.2 g/L。发酵实验表明,将经过脱毒脱盐处理的玉米芯多组分糖液替代葡萄糖作为C源发酵制备丁二酸具有可行性。  相似文献

以初筛得到的 1株干酪乳杆菌鼠李糖亚种突变株R2 (Lactobcilluscaseisubsp .rhamnosusR2 )为出发菌株 ,经紫外线、硫酸二乙酯、复合诱变处理 ,筛选出 1株产乳酸较高的突变株ZY ,L 乳酸含量达 93.9%。以正交试验为基础对发酵培养基进行优化 ,采用优化后的培养基发酵 4d ,残糖降至 0 .1 %以下 ,L 乳酸产量达9.5 7g/ 2 0 0mL ,对糖的转化率达 96 .3%。  相似文献

采用间歇式反应器在超临界条件下,以有机酸(甲酸、乙酸和丙酸)为催化剂对稻秆进行水解糖化研究,重点考察反应温度、反应时间、固液比对还原糖产率的影响。实验表明:有机酸的加入有利于稻秆的水解糖化,稻秆水解速率和还原糖产量都有所提高,这种趋势在加入甲酸时最为明显;随着反应时间的延长,还原糖产量会逐渐减少;适当提高固液比有助于增加还原糖产量。稻秆超临界水解糖化的最佳条件:甲酸体积分数3%、固液比4:60(g/mL)、反应温度410℃、反应时间5min,在此条件下,还原糖产量最高,达6.65g/L。  相似文献

An efficient process for the production of fuel ethanol from bamboo that consisted of hydrolysis with concentrated sulfuric acid, removal of color compounds, separation of acid and sugar, hydrolysis of oligosaccharides and subsequent continuous ethanol fermentation was developed. The highest sugar recovery efficiency was 81.6% when concentrated sulfuric acid hydrolysis was carried out under the optimum conditions. Continuous separation of acid from the saccharified liquid after removal of color compounds with activated carbon was conducted using an improved simulated moving bed (ISMB) system, and 98.4% of sugar and 90.5% of acid were recovered. After oligosaccharide hydrolysis and pH adjustment, the unsterilized saccharified liquid was subjected to continuous ethanol fermentation using Saccharomycescerevisiae strain KF-7. The ethanol concentration, the fermentation yield based on glucose and the ethanol productivity were approximately 27.2 g/l, 92.0% and 8.2 g/l/h, respectively. These results suggest that the process is effective for production of fuel ethanol from bamboo.  相似文献

从土壤中筛选到一株产L-苹果酸的黄曲霉菌,经紫外线、亚硝基胍(NTG)、硫酸二乙酯(DES)和^60Co辐射等诱变处理,并经多次分离得到一株性能稳定的高产L-苹果酸突变株黄曲霉HA5800,35℃,200r/min摇瓶发酵120h,产L-苹果酸72g/L、糖酸转化率为74.22%,经山东省卫生防疫站检定,该菌株不产黄曲霉素素B1。  相似文献

Sugarcane-pressmud, a by-product of cane-sugar manufacture, was used as a substrate for production of citric acid by Aspergillus niger CFTRI 30, in a solid-state fermentation system. Of the 170 g of sugar supplied, 131 g were consumed, with a 79% yield of citric acid over 120 h. Potassium ferrocyanide improved the conversion to about 88% and lowered the fermentation time by 24 h. Enrichment with sugar and NH4NO3 was essential to improve productivity. About 174 g citric acid/kg dry sugarcane-pressmud were produced after 120 h in ferrocyanid-treated medium which initially contained 12.5% (w/w) effective sugar and 0.1% (w/w) NH4NO3. About 3% (w/w) of the original sugar present in the sugarcane-pressmud was non-utilizable. This is the first report on the potential of sugarcane-pressmud for citric acid production.V.S. Lactobacillus delbrueckii was grown on sugarcane molasses, sugarcane juice and sugar beet juice in batch fermentation at pH 6 and at 40°C. After 72 h, the lactic acid from 13% (w/v) sugarcane molasses (119 g total sugar l−1) and sugarcane juice (133 g total sugar l−1) was 107 g l−1 and 120 g l−1, respectively. With 10% (w/v) sugar beet juice (105 g total sugar l−1), 84 g lactic acid l−1 was produced. The optical purities of d-lactic acid from the feedstocks ranged from 97.2 to 98.3%.  相似文献

该研究收集新疆塔里木盆地西北缘44份核桃资源,其中树龄超过50 a的实生资源41份、主栽良种3个,并对其主要生化成分蛋白质、糖、脂肪、氨基酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸进行了多样性分析。结果表明:44份资源的生化成分变异幅度大,存在着丰富的多样性。各指标变异幅度由4.93%~30.93%,香农-维纳指数(H')变幅为1.38~2.02。17种氨基酸变异幅度由10.07%~35.71%,香农-维纳指数(H')变幅为1.85~2.20。主要生化成分主成分分析显示蛋白质、糖、脂肪三个主要成分的累计贡献率达81.67%。聚类分析表明,群组间生化成分存在显著差异,群组的聚类与地理分布有明显相关性,流域相同的资源的生化成分构成比例具有相似性。与主栽品种相比,实生资源在糖、蛋白质、脂肪等方面具有更高的变异幅度,因而具有一定的开发潜力。  相似文献

A simple synthesis of sugar fatty acid esters was developed in a nonaqueous solution using lipase modified by synthetic detergent. Esterification of sugar was accelerated by continuous removal of water from the reaction mixture with a molecular sieve. When glucose and palmitic acid (1:1 by mole) were used as the starting substrates, more than 90% of glucose was converted to its ester in this system. The resultant product was 6-O-palmitoylglucose. Other mono- or disaccharides were also esterified by the modified lipase with high yield. It was shown that the modified lipase might act as a catalyst for the synthesis of sugar fatty acid esters.  相似文献

对玉米芯稀硫酸水解条件及糖化液发酵L-乳酸进行了初步研究。结果表明,玉米芯木聚糖最适水解条件为2%H2SO_4、120℃、30 min、固液比1:10,糖化液还原糖含量可达40.8 g/L,主要成分为木塘。细菌A-19可以利用水解液中的葡萄糖和木糖产酸,最适发酵条件为45℃、pH 6.5,从45℃~51℃、pH 5.5~pH 6.5产量均较高。用未浓缩的水解液发酵24 h,L-乳酸产量为30.6g/L,残糖为1.6 g/L,糖酸转化率为82.6%;用浓缩1倍的水解液发酵48 h,L-乳酸产量为41.4 g/L,残糖4.1g/L,糖酸转化率为68.2%,在发酵48 h后继续补料发酵至72 h(补料液为浓缩3倍的水解液),L-乳酸产量为50.9 g/L,残糖6.3 g/L,糖酸转化率为71.8%。该研究为利用木质纤维素生产L-乳酸奠定了一定基础。  相似文献

本文测定了34个中国石榴主栽品种的单果重、可溶性固形物含量、糖酸比等9个经济性状,根据测定结果对各品种果实品质进行了模糊综合评判.结果表明,皖榴3号、皖榴2号、皖榴1号、大笨子等品种品质最佳;提出了评判结果等级划分的方法;各品种经济性状的相关与回归分析结果显示,果实百粒重与出汁率,可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量与糖酸比,出汁率与糖酸比,糖酸比与可溶性糖含量均呈极显著正相关(α=0.01,F>F0.01);出汁率与果皮光洁度呈极显著负相关(a=0.01,F>0.01);主成分分析结果表明,前5个主成分累积方差贡献率达到87.67%,基本概括了全部9个性状的主要信息.  相似文献

AIMS: The objective of this study was to determine the effect of increasing juice soluble solids above 40 degrees Brix on wine yeast's ability to grow and ferment the juice, with particular focus on acetic acid production, titratable acidity (TA) changes and the maximum amount of sugar consumed by the yeast. METHODS AND RESULTS: Riesling Icewine juices at 40, 42, 44 and 46 degrees Brix were inoculated with K1- V116 at 0.5 g 1(-1) and fermented at 17 degrees C until sugar consumption ceased. Increasing soluble solids showed strong negative linear correlations with yeast growth, sugar consumption and ethanol production (r = -0.999, -0.997 and 0.984, P < 0.001, respectively). Acetic acid, glycerol and TA production normalized to sugar consumed showed strong positive correlations to the initial juice concentration (r = 0.992, 0.963, and 0.937, P < 0.001 respectively) but no correlation was found for ethanol production. The acetic acid produced as a function of sugar consumed was positively correlated to the glycerol produced (r = 0.970, P < 0.001). The final TA of the wines ranged between 11.8 and 13.7 g 1(-1) tartaric acid, increasing by 2.3-3 g 1(-1) over the starting juice. The increase in TA was positively correlated to the increase in acetic acid produced after normalizing the data to the amount of sugar consumed (r =0.975, P < 0.001). The acid equivalents resulting from the increase in acetic acid accounted for 80-100% of the TA increase when converted to units of tartaric acid. In the final Icewines, acetic acid represented 19-20% of wine TA. CONCLUSIONS: Increasing Icewine juice concentration from 40 to 46 degrees Brix increases the proportion of yeast sugar metabolism towards glycerol and acetic acid production to cope with the increased osmotic stress by decreasing yeast growth, sugar consumption rate, the total amount of sugar consumed and the total amount of ethanol produced. The high proportional contribution of acetic acid to titratable acidity in Riesling Icewine may affect acidity perception. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: We have determined that 10% v/v ethanol would not be achievable with initial juice concentrations above 42 degrees Brix and that Riesling Icewine juice above 52.5 degrees Brix would be theoretically unfermentable. The high proportional contribution of acetic acid to TA may be an important factor in the organoleptic balance of these Icewines.  相似文献

Intra-individual inter-ejaculate variations in the amounts of protein, fructose, N-acetylamino sugar, phosphate, sialic acid and amino sugar in washed coagulum from normal ejaculates of men were highly consistent (N = 9). All the prostatic components studied (acid phosphatase, zinc, calcium and citric acid), except zinc, in the washed coagulum were reduced by 90% of their values in semen (N = 5). The seminal vesicular markers (fructose, N-acetylamino sugar and phosphate) had no association with the coagulum structure and represented the soluble components (N = 5). The concentrations of protein and zinc in the coagulum were higher than those of semen by 114% and 32% respectively. The coagulum contained sialic acid and amino sugar as integrated components.  相似文献

A two-stage autocatalytic hydrothermal pretreatment was proposed to improve the cassava straw utilization. The two-stage hydrothermal pretreatment was a process of which the first stage adopted lower-severity conditions (temperature and time) to improve the C-5 sugar yields and the second stage employed more severities to enhance C-6 sugar yield during enzyme hydrolysis. After employing this process, the maximum yields of C-5 and C-6 sugars were 68.49% and 81.02% when treating at 180 °C for 60 min for the first stage and 200 °C for 20 min for the second stage. Based on this, the autocatalytic pretreatment was investigated, which was a method to further enhance the pretreatment intensity by recycling pretreated liquid rich in byproduct organic acids (acetic acid, lactic acid and formic acid) during two-stage hydrothermal pretreatment. The results showed that the C-5 sugar yields of the first stage increased to 81.12% when recycled pretreated liquid twice, which led to 0.93 wt% byproduct organic acid. After the second stage, the C-6 sugar yield increased to 88.60% during enzymatic hydrolysis. Besides, mass balance and development potentials were analyzed. The results revealed that two-stage autocatalytic hydrothermal pretreatment could effectively enhance pretreatment intensity and provide promising methods of directionally depolymerizing cassava straws.  相似文献

The role of sugar nucleotides in polysaccharide synthesis is discussed. The presence of acid soluble nucleotides in bracken rhizomes was demonstrated (20 μmol/kg fresh weight) and the uridine series was shown to predominate accounting for some 80% of the total. The following were identified, UDP-glucose (60%), UDP-galactose (15%), UDP-xylose (9%), UDP-arabinose (3%), UDP-glucuronic acid (4%), GDP-mannose (6%) and GDP-fucose (3%). It is probable that these sugar nucleotides supply the full complement of sugars identified in the carbohydrate fractions of bracken.  相似文献

The time course for the partial deglycosylation of blood-group-specific glycoproteins from human ovarian-cyst fluids with 0.25 M-H2SO4/acetic acid and 6 M-HCl in methanol was studied. Either reagent readily removed about 80% of the carbohydrate from the glycoproteins to leave non-diffusible glycopeptides that contain N-acetylgalactosamine as the predominant sugar. Some changes in amino acid distribution were observed during the deglycosylation, which were attributed to an accelerated break-up of the nonglycosylated regions of the parent glycoprotein. The N-acetylgalactosaminyl-peptides isolated were judged to be polydisperse by gel filtration, and ion-exchange chromatography divided the glycopeptide population into several fractions with differing amino acid compositions. A Lumbricus terrestris hexosaminidase preparation was successful in removing almost all the remaining sugar from the glycopeptides, but caused further rupture of the peptide. When a per O-acetylated glycoprotein was treated with the H2SO4/acetic acid reagent the glycopeptide contained, in addition to N-acetylgalactosamine, about 50% of the sialic acid present in the parent glycoprotein, indicating that most of this sugar is located near the peptide end of the carbohydrate chains.  相似文献
