温室栽培条件下就盐浓度(CaCl_2和NaCl(1:1,W/W))对浩浩巴子叶脂肪酸和脂肪醇含量的影响作了研究,种子置盐溶液处理的砂基中萌发(电导率0.0,5.0,10.0,15.0ds/m)。用高压液相色谱仪、气相色谱仪和质谱仪分析其蜡酯和脂肪酸的组成。结果表明,经不同浓度的盐溶液处理,棕榈酸、二十碳烯酸、二十四烷酸和二十四烷醇的含量变化不大。然而,加大盐浓度会引起油醇和二十烷醇含量降低,二十二烷醇和二十六烷醇则相反。  相似文献

超临界CO2萃取黄绿卷毛菇所得产物进行了GC-MS分析,分离和鉴定了25种脂肪酸的成分和含量,其中亚油酸相对含量为10.6%,单不饱和脂肪酸相对含量占31.5%,包括反式油酸、顺式油酸、反式-10-羟基-6-甲氧基-十八烯(10)酸、顺式-10-羟基-6-甲氧基-十八烯(10)酸、反式-11-羟基-5-甲氧基-十八烯(11)酸、顺式-11-羟基-5-甲氧基-十八烯(11)酸、7-甲氧基-11-羟基-二十烯(11)酸和6-甲氧基-12-羟基-二十烯(12)酸等,饱和脂肪酸相对含量占56.9%。  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取花叶开唇兰挥发油,用GC毛细管柱进行分析,归一化法测定其相对含量,并用GC-MS法鉴定化学成分。检出182个成分,鉴定出73个化合物,占挥发油总量的92.64%,主要成分为:正十六烷酸(25.22%)、(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸甲酯(6.47%)、11,14,17-二十碳三烯酸甲酯(4.42%)、(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸(15.35%)和(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸甲酯(13.64%)。  相似文献

二点螟性外激素的化学结构及田间诱蛾效果   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
应用触角电位(EAG)技术,从70种合成的标样化合物中,确定顺-11-十六碳烯醇(Z11-16:OH)、顺-11-十六碳烯醛(z11-16:ALD)为二点螟性外激素的候选化合物。借助气相色谱(GC)、薄层色谱(TLC)和酯化反应,对此虫雌蛾腹尖提取物分析,显示出仅有与烯醇相同保留时间的活性峰,排除了烯醛存在的可能性,用田间诱蛾试验验证室内分析的结果证明:烯醇张烯醛以不同的比例混合后,随着烯醛在混合物中的比例增加,诱蛾活性也越来越低,只有烯醇单独存在时,才具有最高的诱蛾活性,而且高于一头未交配的活雌蛾诱蛾活性。用气相色谱一质谱(GC—MS)对雌蛾腹尖提取物进行分折,也证实了二点螟的性外激素成分是Z11-16:OH。  相似文献

用索氏提取法提取,甲酯化处理后采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术首次对卷丝苣苔(Corallodiscus kingianus)和勐醒芒毛苣苔(Aeschynanthus mengxingensis)中脂肪酸成分进行了分析.从卷丝苣苔的脂肪酸成分中鉴定出33个化合物,占检出物总质量分数的95.44%,主要成分为9,12-十八碳二烯酸、(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸、十六烷酸.从勐醒芒毛苣苔的脂肪酸成分中鉴定出30个化合物,占检出物总质量分数的94.23%,主要成分为14-甲基-十五烷酸、(E)-9-十八碳烯酸、10,13-十八碳二烯酸.二者有15个组分是相同的.  相似文献

采用毛细管气相色谱—质谱联用技术对藏药短管兔耳草挥发性化学成分进行了研究,经毛细管色谱分离出62个峰,共确定了其中41种化学成分,所鉴定的化合物含量占全挥发油的77.32%;用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各化学成分的相对含量,其主要化学成分为:二苯胺(16.47%)、邻苯二甲酸丁基—8—甲基壬基酯(6.42%)、二十六碳烷(4.76%)、十六烷酸(3.66%)、二十四碳烷(3.40%)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(3.38%)、二十二碳烷(3.30%)、二十碳烷(3.26%)、十六烷酸乙酯(2.77%)、十八碳烷(2.76%)、戊酸(2.48%)、3—乙基环辛烯(2.05%)等。  相似文献

首次从魔芋中分离出由特殊羟基脂肪酰基构成的脑苷脂类化合物.通过光谱和化学方法鉴定为1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(2S,3R,4E,8Z)-2-(2'R-羟基脂肪酰基)-正十八碳-4,8-二烯鞘胺醇.其中羟基脂肪酰基主要由2-羟基-正十六酰基,2-羟基-正十八酰基,2-羟基-正二十酰基,2-羟基-正二十二酰基,2-羟基-正二十四酰基组成.  相似文献

为开发和利用白刺生态和药用的双重价值,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,分析研究青藏高原唐古特白刺超临界二氧化碳萃取种子油的化学成分。应用色谱面积归一法测定了各成分的相对百分含量。从检出的28个化合物中共鉴定了12种成分,占总量的85.99%。分别是(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸(亚油酸),双环[10.1.0]十三碳-1-烯,7-十五炔,γ-谷甾醇,γ-生育酚,1,E-8,Z-10-十六碳三烯,9,12-十八碳二烯醛,24-甲基-5-胆甾烯-3-醇,(Z)-9,17-十八碳二烯醛,豆甾烷-3,5-二烯,二十烷等。其中,(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸含量最高,占总量的65.85%。  相似文献

利用微生物发酵无花果开发特色香料,并采用同时蒸馏萃取装置收集挥发性成分并用气相色谱一质谱仪对生物技术制备的无花果香料挥发性成分进行分离和鉴定,经毛细管色谱分离出47种组分,确认了其中的45种成分,并用面积归一化法测定了各种成分的百分含量,其主要成分为:9,12-十八碳二烯酸乙酯(27.34%)、十六酸乙酯(23.99%)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(6.18%)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(5.52%)、9,12-十八碳二烯酸甲酯(4.72%)、十六酸甲酯(4.67%)、9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸乙酯(4.48%)、9-十八碳烯酸乙酯(3.80%)、糠醛(2.53%)、9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸甲酯(1.85%)、十八酸乙酯(1.42%)、9-十八碳烯酸甲酯(1.26%)等。  相似文献

测定了羊奶果(Elaeagnus conferta Roxb.)种子脂肪酸组成以及矿质元素含量。结果表明:脂肪酸含量为1.98%,主要是油酸(C18:1)34.15%、亚油酸(C18:2)31.51%、软脂酸(C16:0)13.83%、硬脂酸(C18:0)2.88%。饱和脂肪酸:单不饱和脂肪酸:多不饱和脂肪酸含量比为1:2.23:2.75。矿质元素K高达7837.69mgkg-1,Fe为30.99mgkg-1、Zn为10.13mgkg-1,Na为259.5mgkg-1。  相似文献

Baobab seed oil contains specific fatty acids. Most of the studies on baobab fatty acids have been carried out singly and in isolation from each other, making it difficult to compare results through different species. The objective of the present study is to establish the seed fatty acid composition of each Adansonia species in order to evaluate and understand the relationships between the oil chemical compositions, the baobabs’ taxonomy and, the ecological and geographical origin of each seed lot. The seed oils have been analysed using gas chromatography (GC). The oils of all baobab species contain three major fatty acids: palmitic, oleic and linoleic acids. They also contain specific fatty acids such as cyclopropenic and cyclopropanic acids, which are characteristic of the Malvaceae family seed oils. It was possible to distinguish three sections through principal components analysis using the eleven fatty acids identified by GC. The Adansonia section contains high rates of oleic acid (± 35%), the Brevitubae section is rich in palmitic acid (± 42%) and the Longitubae section contains high levels of dihydrosterulic acid (± 5%). The oil fatty acid composition, however, does not enable a definitive characterization of profiles according to species. The fatty acid composition is not significantly influenced by the geographical, soil and climate conditions of the collection sites.  相似文献

The activity and mRNA level of hepatic enzymes in fatty acid oxidation and synthesis were compared in rats fed diets containing either 15% saturated fat (palm oil), safflower oil rich in linoleic acid, perilla oil rich in α-linolenic acid or fish oil rich in eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acids (DHA) for 15 days. The mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation rate was 50% higher in rats fed perilla and fish oils than in the other groups. Perilla and fish oils compared to palm and safflower oils approximately doubled and more than tripled, respectively, peroxisomal fatty acid oxidation rate. Compared to palm and safflower oil, both perilla and fish oils caused a 50% increase in carnitine palmitoyltransferase I activity. Dietary fats rich in n-3 fatty acids also increased the activity of other fatty acid oxidation enzymes except for 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase. The extent of the increase was greater with fish oil than with perilla oil. Interestingly, both perilla and fish oils decreased the activity of 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase measured using short- and medium-chain substrates. Compared to palm and safflower oils, perilla and fish oils increased the mRNA level of many mitochondrial and peroxisomal enzymes. Increases were generally greater with fish oil than with perilla oil. Fatty acid synthase, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, and pyruvate kinase activity and mRNA level were higher in rats fed palm oil than in the other groups. Among rats fed polyunsaturated fats, activities and mRNA levels of these enzymes were lower in rats fed fish oil than in the animals fed perilla and safflower oils. The values were comparable between the latter two groups. Safflower and fish oils but not perilla oil, compared to palm oil, also decreased malic enzyme activity and mRNA level. Examination of the fatty acid composition of hepatic phospholipid indicated that dietary α-linolenic acid is effectively desaturated and elongated to form EPA and DHA. Dietary perilla oil and fish oil therefore exert similar physiological activity in modulating hepatic fatty acid oxidation, but these dietary fats considerably differ in affecting fatty acid synthesis.  相似文献

Abstract: Rats were fed through four generations with a semisynthetic diet containing 1.0% sunflower oil (6.7 mg/ g n-6 fatty acids, 0.04 mg/g n-3 fatty acids). Ten days before mating, half of the animals received a diet in which sunflower was replaced by soya oil (6.6 mg/g n-6 fatty acids, 0.8 mg/g n-3 fatty acids) and analyses were performed on their pups. Fatty acid analysis in isolated cellular and subcellular material from sunflower-fed animals showed that the total amount of unsaturated fatty acids was not reduced in any cellular or subcellular fraction (except in 60-day-old rat neurons). All material from animals fed with sunflower oil showed an important reduction in the docosahexaenoic acid content, compensated (except in 60-day-old rat neurons) by an increase in the n-6 fatty acids (mainly C22:5 n-6). When comparing 60-day-old animals fed with soya oil or sunflower oil, the n-3/n-6 fatty acid ratio was reduced 16-fold in oligodendrocytes, 12-fold in myelin, twofold in neurons, sixfold in synaptosomes, and threefold in astrocytes. No trienes were detected. Saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids were hardly affected. This study provides data on the fatty acid composition of isolated brain cells.  相似文献

The kernel of lodes vitiginea (Hance) Hemsl. (Icacinaceae) contains 39---50% of oil. Analysing with GC, the main fatty acids are hexadecenoic and palmitic acid. By means of ozonization, GC/MS, IR, etc., the hexadecenoic acid was identified as cis- 7-hexadecenoic acid. Thirteen triglycerides (peak) have been separated by HPLC from oil, among them, eight triglycerides were identified by C,C with HHH, 18.4; HHP, 32.3%; PHP, 16.8% as the main composition.  相似文献

研究了植物油、脂肪酸和不同氮源对深层培养的灰树花生物量及胞外多糖产量的影响。添加较低浓度的橄榄油有利于胞外多糖的生产,而较低浓度的豆油促进生物量的提高。本实验及文献报道的结果显示不同的脂肪酸对生物量和胞外多糖的作用效果大小顺序为棕榈酸(十六碳饱和酸)>油酸(一烯酸)>亚油酸(二烯酸)>亚麻酸(三烯酸)>硬脂酸(十八碳饱和酸)。豆饼粉和大豆粉作为氮源时对生物量和胞外多糖的作用是蛋白质和脂肪酸共同作用的结果。  相似文献

Thus, olive oil gave 90% of nearly pure oleamide after 72 h at 60°C.
