Using the ligand 1,4,5-triazanaphthalene (abbreviated as tan) in combination with Cu(II) salts, three mononuclear compounds, Cu(tan)2Cl2 (1), Cu(tan)2Br2 (3), Cu(tan)2(NO3)2 (5) and three polynuclear compounds, [Cu(tan)Cl2]n (2), [Cu(tan)Br2]n (4), [Cu(tan)(NO3)2]n (6) have been synthesized and characterized by UV-Vis, EPR, FTIR and Far-FTIR spectroscopies. The crystal structures of compounds 1, 3, 5 and 6 are reported, as well as that of the dioxane adduct of compound 4, [Cu(tan)Br2(C4H8O2)](C4H8O2) (4A).The structure of (2) was solved by X-ray powder diffraction. The coordination geometry around the Cu(II) atoms is tetrahedral for (1) and (3), square-pyramidal for (4A) and distorted octahedral for (5) and (6). Magnetic susceptibility measurements on the polynuclear compounds revealed weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the Cu(II) atoms with interaction constants (J) of J = −9.1 and −10.5 cm−1, for 4 and 6, respectively. For compound 2 two options for possible interactions were considered, with interaction constants which vary for Jrung −22.0 to −13.5 cm−1 and Jrail −19.6 to −17.0 cm−1. These figures are discussed in the light of relevant structural parameters and literature.  相似文献

The reactions of 1,3,5-tris-(trimethylsilylethynyl)benzene (1) with Cu2O and 1,1,1,5,5,5,-hexafluoroacetylacetone in alkyne to Cu ratios 1:0.5, 1:1 and 1:3 in CH2Cl2 at room temperature give copper complexes (η2-1,3,5-tris(trimethylsilylethynyl)benzene)(Cu(hfac)) (2), (η22-1,3,5-tris(trimethylsilylethynyl)benzene)(Cu(hfac))2 (3) and (η222-(1,3,5- tris(trimethylsilylethynyl)benzene))2(Cu(hfac))3(4), respectively. In the same conditions, 2,5-bis-(trimethylsilylethynyl)thiophene (5) reacts with 0.5 or 1 equiv. of Cu2O to give (η22-2,5-bis(trimethylsilylethynyl)thiophene)(Cu(hfac)) (6) and (η22-2,5-bis(trimethylsilylethynyl)thiophene)(Cu(hfac))2 (7), respectively, and 1,4-bis(trimethylsilyl)-1,3-butadiyne (8) with 0.5 equiv. of Cu2O give (η22-1,4-bis(trimethylsilyl)-1,3-butadiyne)(Cu(hfac))2(9). All the new compounds have been characterized by analytical and spectroscopic methods and their thermal properties were examined by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).  相似文献

Three new coordination polymers {[Cu(HL)(H2O)]·H2O}n (1), [Ag(H2L)]n (2), and {[Co(HL)(phen)(H2O)]·8H2O}n (3) [H3L = 5-(1H-imidazol-4-ylmethyl)aminoisophthalic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline] have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The results of X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that complex 1 displays (3, 3)-connected 2D network with (4, 82) topology, while complexes 2 and 3 have infinite 1D chain structure, in which one of the two carboxylic groups of H2L/HL2− is uncoordinated. The 2D layers of 1 or the 1D chains of 2 and 3 are further linked together by hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions to form 3D supramolecular frameworks. Moreover, the electrochemical properties of complexes 1 and 2 have been studied by modified glassy carbon electrodes of 1 (Cu-GCE) and 2 (Ag-GCE), and the results indicate that the Cu-GCE and Ag-GCE show one-electron redox peaks. In addition, both Cu-GCE and Ag-GCE have good electrocatalytic activities toward the reduction of H2O2 in phosphate buffer (pH 5.5) solution.  相似文献

Preparations, XPS and electronic spectroscopy, and magnetism of seven new one-dimensional cyano-bridged coordination polymers, chiral [Cu(RR-chxn)2][Pd(CN)4] · 2H2O (1), [Cu(trans-chxn)2][M(CN)4] · 2H2O (2, 4, and 6 for M = Pd, Ni, and Pt), and [Cu(cis-chxn)2][M(CN)4] · 2H2O (3, 5, and 7 for M = Pd, Ni, and Pt) (RR-chxn = cyclohexane-(1R,2R)-diamine, trans-chxn = racemic trans-cyclohexane-(1,2)-diamine, and cis-chxn = racemic cis-cyclohexane-(1,2)-diamine) have been reported in view of tuning of their electronic properties by stereochemistry of chxn ligands and metal-substitution. Comparison of Cu 2p1/2 and 2p3/2 peaks of XPS and broad d-d bands around 18 000 cm−1 of electronic spectra are described systematically for 1-7. Variable-temperature magnetic measurement shows that complexes 1-7 indicate weak antiferromagnetic interactions via cyano-bridges. Because of semi-coordination coupled with pseudo Jahn-Teller elongation and electrostatic interaction for 1, the axial Cu-N coordination bond distances of 2.330(7) and 3.092(8) Å are considerably longer than those of equatorial ones in the range from 2.016(6) to 2.030(6) Å. The former bond distances of 1 are intermediate values among the related Ni (2.324(6) and 3.120(8) Å) and Pt (2.34(1) and 3.09(1) Å) complexes.  相似文献

Five copper(I) complexes having general formula [Cu2(μ-X)22-P,P-B-dppf)2] (X = Cl(1), Br(2), I(3), CN(4), and SCN(5)) were prepared starting with CuX and B-dppf in 1:1 molar ratio in DCM-MeOH (50:50 V/V) at room temperature. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR and electronic spectral studies. Molecular structures for 1, 2 and 4 were determined crystallographically. Complexes 1, 2 and 4 exist as centrosymmetric dimers in which the two copper atoms are bonded to two bridging B-dppf ligands and two bridging (pseudo-)halide groups in a μ1 bonding mode to generate nearly planar Cu2(μ1-X)2 framework. Both bridging B-dppf ligands are arranged in antiperiplanar staggered conformation in 1 and 2 (mean value 56.40-56.76°), and twisted from the eclipsed conformation (mean value 78.19°) in 4. The Φ angle value in 4 is relatively larger as compared to 1 and 2. This seems to indicate that the molecular core [Cu2(μ1-X)2] in 4 is a sterically demanding system that forces the B-dppf ligand to adopt a relatively strained conformation in comparison to less strained system in 1 and 2. All the complexes exhibit moderately strong luminescence properties in the solution state at ambient temperature.  相似文献

Two copper(II) chloride complexes of amidino-O-methylurea (L1), [Cu(L1)Cl2] (1), and (N-benzyl)-amidino-O-methylurea (L2), [Cu(L2)Cl2] (2), were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, diffuse reflectance, electron spin resonance and electrospray ionization mass spectra. Their cytosine binding abilities has been studied and found that two cytosine molecules are able to coordinate with the copper centers by replacing the chloride ligands to yield the bifunctional binding adducts [Cu(L1)(cyt)2]Cl2 (1c) and [Cu(L2)(cyt)2]Cl2 (2c), respectively. The shift of the CO band of cytosine in both cytosine-bound products to higher energy suggested that the N(3)-cytosine atom coordinates to the copper center. The large blue shifts of the d-d absorbance maxima and the nine superhyperfine splitting from the CuN4 chromophore were also observed in their electronic and EPR spectra. Their thermal decompositions have also supported the interaction of cytosine with complexes 1 and 2. Density functional calculations have also been performed and revealed that square planar coordination geometry is more stable for both 1c and 2c. The binding energy of 1c is found to be ∼20% lower than that of 2c, indicative of the higher binding potential of 1c.  相似文献

A series of potassium isothiocyanato-(N-salicylidene-amino acidato)cuprates with the general formulas of K2[Cu2(sal-aa)2(μ-NCS)2nH2O, where n = 0 or 4 and (sal-aa) stands for the dianion of N-salicylideneamino acid derived from glycine (I), dl-α-alanine (II), dl-valine (III), dl-phenylalanine (IV), and {K[Cu(sal-β-ala)(μ-NCS)]}n for β-alanine (V), respectively, was synthesized and fully characterized by elemental analysis, UV-Vis and IR spectroscopy, ESI-MS spectrometry, magnetic measurements, and X-ray structural analysis (II and IV). It has been found that the copper(II) atom adopts a distorted square-pyramidal surrounding in the dimeric complexes I-IV, while the geometry in the polymeric complex V can be described as distorted square-bipyramidal. The analysis of magnetic properties revealed weak antiferromagnetic exchanges in the dinuclear species I-IV and an alternating ferro/antiferromagnetic exchange in the case of 1D-polymeric compound V. Moreover, the complexes were tested for their antibacterial activity against the G+ bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, G− bacteria Escherichia coli, filamentous fungi Microsporum gypseum, and yeast Candida albicans. The best results were achieved with G+ bacteria S. aureus with MIC values in the range of 0.22-0.57 mmol L−1. It may be concluded that both the antimicrobial and antifungal activity decreased within the tested group of cuprates derived from α-amino acids with the increasing lipophility of the complexes, i.e.I → IV.  相似文献

Three novel heterometallic complexes [Cu(en)2Cr(NCS)4(NH3)2][Cr(NCS)4(NH3)2] · 6dmf (1), [Cu(en)2Cr(NCS)4(NH3)2](OAc) (2) and [{Cu(en)2}3{Cr(NCS)4(NH3)2}2(NCS)2](NCS)2 (3) have been synthesized in a one-pot reaction from copper powder, Reineckes salt, NH4X [X = OAc (2), NCS (3)] in a dmf (1) or CH3CN (2, 3) solution of ethylenediamine (en). X-ray studies showed that 1 and 2 consist of cationic polymeric chains, formed by and building blocks that bridged through thiocyanate anions. In both complexes, distinct hydrogen bonds are present and serve to increase the dimensionality of the compound from one to two (in 1) or three (in 2). The main structural feature of 3 is the pentanuclear Cu3Cr2 cation which is H-bonded with uncoordinated thiocyanate groups generating a 3D supramolecular assembly. The shortest Cu?Cr distances are 5.840(1) Å for 1, 5.856(1) and 6.018(3) Å for 2 and 6.009(9) and 6.465(9) Å for 3. Compounds 1 and 2 are essentially paramagnets whereas compound 3 shows a weak antiferromagnetic coupling. The magnetic properties are simulated and discussed in terms of the structural features.  相似文献

The preparation, crystal structures and magnetic properties of three copper(II) compounds of formulae [Cu2(dmphen)2(dca)4] (1), [Cu(dmphen)(dca)(NO3)]n (2) and [Cu(4,4-dmbpy)(H2O)(dca)2] (3) (dmphen=2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline, dca=dicyanamide and 4,4-dmbpy=4,4-dimethyl-2,2-bipyridine) are reported. The structure of 1 consists of discrete copper(II) dinuclear units with double end-to-end dca bridges whereas that of 2 is made up of neutral uniform copper(II) chains with a single symmetrical end-to-end dca bridge. Each copper atom in 1 and 2 is in a distorted square pyramidal environment: two (1) or one (2) nitrile-nitrogen atoms from bridging dca groups, one of the nitrogen atoms of the dmphen molecule (1 and 2) and either one nitrile-nitrogen from a terminal dca ligand (1) or a nitrate-oxygen atom (2) build the equatorial plane whereas the second nitrogen atom of the heterocyclic dmphen fills the axial position (1 and 2). The copper-copper separations through double (1) and single (2) end-to-end dca bridges are 7.1337(7) (1) and 7.6617(7) (2). Compound 3 is a mononuclear copper(II) complex whose structure contains two neutral and crystallographically independent [Cu(4,4-dmbpy)(H2O)(dca)2] molecules which are packed in two different layer arrangements running parallel to the bc-plane and alternating along the a-axis. The copper atoms in both molecules have slightly distorted square pyramidal surroundings with the two nitrogen atoms of the 4,4-dmbpy ligand and two dca nitrile-nitrogen atoms in the basal plane and a water oxygen in the apical position. A semi co-ordinated dca nitrile-nitrogen from a neighbour unit [2.952(6) Å for Cu(2)-N] is in trans position to the apical water molecule in one of the two molecules, this feature representing part of the difference in supramolecular connections in the alternating layers referred to above. Magnetic susceptibility measurements for 1-3 in the temperature range 1.9-290 K reveal the occurrence of weak antiferromagnetic interactions through double [J=−3.3 cm−1 (1), ] and single [J=−0.57 cm−1 (2), ] dca bridges and across intermolecular contacts [θ=−0.07 K (3)].  相似文献

[Cu(bapp)ClO4]+ (1) and [Cu(bapp)Cl]+ (2) were prepared by the reaction of 1,4-bis(3-aminopropyl)piperazine (bapp) with copper acetate and copper chloride in the presence of sodium perchlorate, respectively, and structurally characterized. Complex 1 has a square-pyramidal geometry, whereas [Cu(3,2,3-tet)(ClO4)]+ (A) has a polymeric octahedral geometry in its X-ray crystal structure. Complex 1 is stable against disproportionation, whereas complex A is unstable in the mono-valent Cu(I) state. An aqua ligand on complex 1 in aqueous solution is substituted by NO with kinetic constants of kf=43±2 M−1 s−1 and kb=(8.8±0.2)×10−2 s−1 at 25 °C, whereas there were no spectral changes observed for complex A in saturated NO solution.  相似文献

Three Cu(II)-azido complexes of formula [Cu2L2(N3)2] (1), [Cu2L2(N3)2]·H2O (2) and [CuL(N3)]n (3) have been synthesized using the same tridentate Schiff base ligand HL (2-[(3-methylaminopropylimino)-methyl]-phenol), the condensation product of N-methyl-1,3-propanediamine and salicyldehyde). Compounds 1 and 2 are basal-apical μ-1,1 double azido bridged dimers. The dimeric structure of 1 is centrosymmetric but that of 2 is non-centrommetric. Compound 3 is a μ-1,1 single azido bridged 1D chain. The three complexes interconvert in solution and can be obtained in pure form by carefully controlling the synthetic conditions. Compound 2 undergoes an irreversible transformation to 1 upon dehydration in the solid state. The magnetic properties of compounds 1 and 2 show the presence of weak antiferromagnetic exchange interactions mediated by the double 1,1-N3 azido bridges (J = −2.59(4) and −0.10(1) cm−1, respectively). The single 1,1-N3 bridge in compound 3 mediates a negligible exchange interaction.  相似文献

The reaction of the bidentate Schiff-base ligands (3,4,5-MeO-ba)2en (L1) and (4-Me-ba)2en (L2) with Cu(SCN) in CH3CN yielded two copper(I) coordination polymers [Cu(L1)(SCN)]n (1) and [Cu(L2)(SCN)]n (2), which have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR- and 1H NMR-spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. The non-centrosymmetric structures of both Cu(I) complexes consist of an one-dimensional polymeric chain in which copper(I) ions are bridged by two thiocyanate groups bonding in an end-to-end fashion. The Cu(I)?Cu(I) separation is 5.604 Å in 1 and 5.706 Å in 2.  相似文献

New complexes of formulae [Cu(HL2)(H2O)(NO3)](NO3) (1), [{Cu(L1)(tfa)}2] (2), [{Cu(L1)}2(pz)](ClO4)2 (3) and {[{Cu(L1)}2(dca)](ClO4)}n (4), where HL1 = pyridine-2-carbaldehyde thiosemicarbazone, HL2 = pyridine-2-carbaldehyde 4N-methylthiosemicarbazone, Htfa = trifluoroacetic acid (CF3COOH), pz = pyrazine (C4H4N2) and dca = dicyanamide [N(CN)2], have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal structures of these compounds are built up of monomers (1), dinuclear entities with the metal centers bridged through the non-thiosemicarbazone coligand (2 and 3) and 1D chains of dimers (4). In all the cases, square-pyramidal copper(II) ions are present, except for the square-planar ones in 3. Magnetic measurements show antiferromagnetic couplings in 2, 3 and 4. The susceptibility data were fitted by the Bleaney-Bowers’ equation for copper(II) dimers derived from H = -2JS1S2 being the obtained J/k values −4.8, −4.3 and −5.1 K for compounds 2-4, respectively. The magnetic susceptibility of the already known [{Cu(HL1)(tfa)}2](tfa)2 compound has been also measured for the first time. The J/k value is -0.3 K, lower than that in 2. The nuclease activity of 3 and 4 has been analyzed.  相似文献

Asymmetric trigonal-bipyramidal Zn(II) complex 1 formed by 2-[bis(2-aminoethyl)amino]ethanol (L) was found to be able to promote the cleavage of supercoiled plasmid DNA pBR322 to the nicked and linear DNA via a hydrolytic manner but only in neutral Tris-HCl buffer, no cleavage was observed in HEPES or NaH2PO4/Na2HPO4 buffer. However, the copper complex 2 of L, possessing the similar coordination geometry, can only promote DNA cleavage via an oxidative mechanism in the presence of ascorbic acid. ESI-MS study implies that complex 1 exist mainly as [Zn(L)]2+/[Zn(L-H)]+ in neutral Tris-HCl buffer. Moreover, there is no discriminable species for complex 1 in HEPES or NaH2PO4/Na2HPO4 buffer. A phosphate activation mechanism via phosphate coordinating to Zn(II) center of [Zn(L)]2+/[Zn(L-H)]+ to form the stable trigonal-bipyramidal structure is proposed for the hydrolytic cleavage promote by complex 1. For complex 2, the abundance of [Cu(L)Cl]+ is higher than that of [Cu(L)]2+/[Cu(L-H)]+ in Tris-HCl buffer. The lower phosphate binding/activating ability of Cu(II) in complex 2 may be the origin for its incapability to promote the hydrolytic DNA cleavage. However, the readily accessible redox potential of Cu(II) makes complex 2 promote the oxidative DNA cleavage. Although the DNA cleavage promoted by complex 1 has no specificity, trigonal-bipyramidal Zn(II) complexes formed by asymmetric tripodal polyamine with ethoxyl pendent should be a novel potential model for practical artificial nuclease.  相似文献

l-3-Phenylpropane-1,2-diamine (dapp) was prepared by a three-step synthesis based on l-phenylalanine and characterized, including determination of stability constants with M2+ ions (Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd). The reaction of L-3-phenylpropane-1,2-diamine as the [Cu(dapp)2]2+ complex ion with formaldehyde and nitroethane in basic solution yields the acyclic (5-methyl-5-nitro-1,9-diphenyl-3,7-diazanonane-1,9-diamine)copper(II) complex ion, [Cu(1)]2+, as the major product. In addition, small amounts of the macrocyclic complex ion (2,10-diphenyl-6,13-dimethyl-6,13-dinitro-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane)copper(II), [Cu(2)]2+, form. Reduction of the [Cu(1)]2+ ion with zinc in aqueous acid yields the acyclic polyamine 5-methyl-1,9-diphenyl-3,7-diazanonane-1,5,9-triamine (3), an analogue of the previously reported pentaamine 5-methyl-3,7-diazanonane-1,5,9-triamine. Using the bis(l-3-phenylpropane-1,2-diamine)palladium(II) as precursor and an excess of other reagents, the macrocyclization reaction to produce [Pd(2)]2+ proved more successful. Reduction and recomplexation to copper(II) allowed isolation of the 2,9-dibenzyl-6,13-diammonio-6,13-dimethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane)copper(II) ion, [Cu(4H22+)]4+. The acyclic complex [Cu(1)]2+ promotes the hydrolytic cleavage of plasmid DNA modestly; a mechanism to support this observation is presented.  相似文献

Synthesis, crystal structures, and spectroscopic and magnetic properties of new one-dimensional cyano-bridged bimetallic complexes, [CuII(N-Eten)2][MII(CN)4] (N-Eten = N-ethylethylenediamine; MII = NiII (1) and PtII (2)), have been reported. Both complexes consist of one-dimensional alternate chains of CuII and MII moieties. The Pt-C bond distances of 1.997(3) and 2.001(3) Å for 2 are considerably longer than the Ni-C bond lengths of 1.866(3) and 1.872(3) Å for 1. Because of pseudo Jahn-Teller distortion, the axial Cu-N bond distances of 2.554(2) and 2.550(3) Å for 1 and 2 are longer than those of equatorial ones of 2.008(2) and 2.056(2) Å for 1 and 2.010(2) and 2.054(2) Å for 2. In contrast to MII-C bond distances, the Cu-N ones of 1 are similar to those of 2 regardless of element-substitution. These complexes indicate weak antiferromagnetic interactions with Weiss constants = − 4.68 and −3.95 K for 1 and 2, respectively. The emission spectrum of 2 (λex = 360 nm) exhibits a broad band with peaks at 22 800 and 24 000 cm−1 at 298 K. The Cu 2p1/2 and 2p3/2 peaks of XPS spectra are compared systematically to various copper(II) complexes showing different bridging features or distorted coordination geometries as models for excited structures induced by external physical conditions. The spectroscopic properties are discussed from the viewpoint of magneto-optical properties.  相似文献

Syntheses and crystal structures of tren-based amide, L1, N,N′,N″-tris[(2-amino-ethyl)-4-nitro-benzamide] and L2, N,N′,N″-tris[(2-amino-ethyl)-2-nitro-benzamide] are reported and compared with previously published tripodal amide receptor L3, N,N′,N″-tris[(2-amino-ethyl)-3-nitro-benzamide]. The crystallographic results show intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions between two arms of the tripodal receptor and two other adjacent molecules in cases of L1 and L2 whereas in addition to the above interactions an aromatic π···π stacking among tripodal arms is also observed in L3. Receptors L1, L2 and L3 having electron withdrawing -NO2 substituted (para, ortho and meta, respectively) phenyl moieties are explored toward their solution state anion binding properties and selectivity studies. The substantial changes in chemical shifts are observed for the amide protons (-NH) and aromatic protons (-CH) with F and Cl in cases of L1 and L3, and only with F for L2, indicating the participation of -NH and -CH protons in the solution state binding events. Binding constants for the above cases are calculated by 1H NMR titration upon monitoring the -NH signal. Receptor L2 shows exclusive selectivity toward F in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). The structural aspects of binding I, ClO4 and SiF62− with the monoprotonated L1, L1H+·I·DMF (1), L1H+·ClO4·DMF (2) and L1H+·0.5SiF62−·H2O (3), respectively are examined crystallographically. Anion binding with multiple receptor units is observed via amide N-H···anion as well as aryl C-H···anion hydrogen-bonding interactions in all the complexes as observed in cases of previously reported crystal structures of anionic complexes of protonated L3. The aryl group having nitro functionality that contributes to solution state anion binding with the neutral receptor and solid state coordination in complexes 1-3 through CH···anion interactions is noteworthy.  相似文献

Five new complexes [Cu2(L1)I2] (1), [Cu(L2)I]2 (2), {[Cu2(L2)I2](CH3CN)3} (3), [Cu2(L3)I2] (4) and {[Cu(L3)I](CH3CN)}2 (5) have been obtained by reacting three structurally related ligands, 2,3-bis(n-propylthiomethyl)quinoxaline (L1), 2,3-bis(tert-butylthiomethyl)quinoxaline (L2) and 2,3-bis[(o-aminophenyl)thiomethyl]quinoxaline (L3) with CuI, respectively, at different temperatures. Single crystal X-ray analyses show that 1, 3, 4 possess 1D chain structures, while 2 and 5 are discrete dinuclear molecules. It is interesting that the reactions of CuI with L1 at room temperature and 0 °C, respectively, only afforded same structure of 1 (1a and 1b), while using L2 (or L3) instead, two different frameworks 2 and 3 (or 4 and 5) have been obtained. The structural changes mainly resulted from the different conformations that L2 or L3 adopted at different temperatures. Our research indicates that terminal groups of ligands take an essential role in the framework formation, and the reaction temperature also has important effect on the construction of such Cu(I) coordination architectures. Furthermore, the influence of hydrogen bonds on the conformation of ligands and the supramolecular structures of these complexes have also been explored. The luminescence properties of complexes 1, 2, and 4 have been studied in solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Three complexes of the composition {[Cu(μ1,5-dca)2(mppca)2] · H2O}n (1), [Cu(μ1,5-dca)2(nppca)2]n (2) and [Cu(μ-Cl)2(mppca)2]n (3) (dca = dicyanamide, ; mppca = N-(4′-methylphenyl)-4-pyridinecarboxamide; nppca = N-(4′-nitrophenyl)-4-pyridinecarboxamide) have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray crystallography and magnetic susceptibility studies. Different supramolecular structures of the complexes have been constructed by different non-covalent motifs in the crystalline solids. In complex 1, adjacent copper(II) atoms are connected by double μ1,5-dca(end-to-end) bridges to form a chain-like structure. The chains are linked by π-π interactions and hydrogen bonds between the ligands and water molecules to form a 3D network. In complex 2, copper(II) atom has a coordination environment similar to 1, but water molecules have not been found. Weak C-H?N hydrogen bonding and π-π interaction yield a 3D supramolecular network which is different from that of complex 1. Complex 3 is a 1D polymeric chain in which Cu(II) ions are bridged by Cl, and only CH/π interactions had been found. Magnetic measurements revealed antiferromagnetic properties of 1, 3 and ferromagnetic behavior of 2.  相似文献

The synthesis, structural characterization and magnetic property of two new coordination polymers [Cu(pyz)(μ-CH3CO2)4]n (1) and [Cu(pyz)(μ-CCl3CO2)4]n (2) (pyz = pyrazine) are reported. Here, the carboxylato bridged two dinuclear copper(II) complexes are linked through pyrazine giving a 1-D alternating chain. The magnetic property of the complexes indicates a significant difference originated from the introduction of electron withdrawing substituent on the bridging dicarboxylate. Complex 1 exhibits strong antiferromagnetic interactions with J = −344.61 cm−1, whereas 2 exhibits comparatively less strong antiferromagnetic coupling with J = −238.53 cm−1.  相似文献
