The reaction of MCl2 · 2H2O (M = Cu, Zn) with 2,3,5,6-tetra(2-pyridyl)pyrazine (tppz) (referred hereafter as L) in 2:1 molar ratio in acetonitrile at room temperature afforded binuclear complexes [M23-L)Cl4] [Cu (1), Zn (2)] where the ligand is bis-tridentate manner. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, FAB-MS, IR, EPR, NMR and electronic spectral studies. Solid state structures of both the [Cu23-L)Cl4] · 5H2O (1), [Zn23-L)Cl4] · H2O (2) have been determined by single crystal X-ray analyses. A well-resolved uudd cyclic water tetramer and water monomer were reported in the crystal host of [Cu23-L)Cl4] · 5H2O (1) and [Zn23-L)Cl4] · H2O (2) showing the contribution of the water cluster to the stability of the crystal host 1 and 2.  相似文献

Two new manganese(II) complexes, [Mn(L1)(L1H)(ClO4)(H2O)][ClO4]2·0.5CH3CN·H2O (1) [L1 = trans-(±)2-(2,5-di(pyridin-2-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-4-yl)pyridine)] and [Mn2(μ-L2)2(H2O)3(CH3CN)3][ClO4]4·2CH3CN (2) [L2 = cis-(±)2-(2,5-di(pyridin-2-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-4-yl)pyridine)], have been prepared and examined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, showing that complex 1 is a mononuclear compound, whereas complex 2 is a dinuclear species. The cis/trans isomers L1 and L2 have similar coordination properties, but behave as bidentate and tridentate chelating ligands, respectively, giving distorted octahedral metal coordination geometries. X-ray diffraction studies revealed that the molecular and crystal structures are stabilized by a series of intra- and intermolecular interactions. In both cases extended supramolecular networks are generated, in compound 1 through O-H···O, O-H···N, N-H···O, N-H···N, C-H···O, C-H···N, C-H···π and π···π interactions, and in compound 2 through O-H···O, O-H···N, C-H···O and π···π interactions. The observed structural differences between the two metal complexes might be a consequence of these stabilizing effects.  相似文献

Four new coordination complexes [Cd(DPBA-3)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2·2H2O (1), [Cd(DPBA-3)(DMF)(NO3)2]·DMF (2), [Cd3(DPBA-3)2(SCN)6]·2DMF·4H2O (3) and [Zn(DPBA-3)(SCN)2] (4) [DPBA-3 = N,N′-di(pyridin-3-yl)pyridine-3,5-dicarboxamide] have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 1, 3 and 4 exhibit three different types of one-dimensional (1D) chain structures constructed by the metal ions and DPBA-3 ligands, and the Cd(II)-DPBA-3 1D chains in 3 are further linked by bridging SCN ligands to afford a three-dimensional (3D) framework. Complex 2 possesses a (6,3) two-dimensional (2D) layer structure. In 1-4, the hydrogen bonds involving the amide groups play important role to stabilize the resultant frameworks. The photoluminescence properties of the DPBA-3 and the complexes were studied in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Four new fluconazole-bridged zinc(II) and cadmium(II) complexes with dicarboxylate co-ligands, namely [Zn(HFlu)(TPA)]n (1), {[Cd(HFlu)2(TPA)]·2CH3OH}n (2), [Zn(HFlu)2(Suc)(H2O)2]·H2O (3), and [Cd(HFlu)2(Suc)(H2O)2]·H2O (4), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction (HFlu = 2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-propan-2-ol, H2TPA = terephthalic acid, and H2Suc = succinic acid). Complex 1 displays a 2-D corrugated network with common (4,4) topology, in which two types of grids constructed by two bridging TPA dianions and two HFlu ligands are found. Complex 2 shows an unusual (3,6) coordination layer consisting of alternative PMPM Cd-HFlu helical chains in which the Cd(II) nodes are also fixed by terephthalate dianions in a cis fashion. The isostructural complexes 3 and 4 have 20-membered dimeric macrocyclic motifs with the Zn···Zn and Cd···Cd distances of 11.258(2) and 11.528(2) Å, respectively. The fluorescence and thermal stability of complexes 1-4 have also been investigated.  相似文献

The reaction of aqueous solutions of the preformed 1:1 Cu(ClO4)2-polydentate amine with tetrasodium 1,2,4,5-benzene tetracarboxylate (Na4bta) afforded three different types of polynuclear compounds. These include the tetranuclear complexes: [Cu4(Medpt)44-bta)(ClO4)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2·2H2O (1), [Cu4(pmdien)44-bta)(H2O)4](ClO4)4 (2), [Cu4(Mepea)44-bta)(H2O)2](ClO4)4(3), [Cu4(TPA)44-bta)](ClO4)4·10H2O (4) and [Cu4(tepa)44-bta)](ClO4)4·2H2O (5), the di-nuclear: [Cu2(DPA)22-bta)(H2O)2]·4H2O (6), [Cu2(dppa)22-bta)(H2O)2]·4H2O (7) and [Cu2(pmea)22-bta)]·14H2O (8) and the trinuclear complex [Cu3(dppa)33-bta)(H2O)2.25](ClO4)2·6.5H2O (9) where Medpt = 3,3′-diamino-N-methyldipropylamine, pmedien = N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, Mepea = [2-(2-pyridyl)ethyl]-(2-pyridylmethyl)methylamine, TPA = tris(2-pyridylmethyl)amine, tepa = tris[2-(2-pyridyl)ethyl)]amine, DPA = di(2-pyridymethyl)amine, dppa = N-propanamide-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine and pmea = bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-[2-(2-pyridylethyl)]amine. The complexes were structurally characterized by elemental analyses, spectroscopic techniques, and by X-ray crystallography for complexes 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 and 9. X-ray structure of the complexes reveal that bta4− is acting as a bridging ligand via its four deprotonated caboxylate groups in 1, 2 and 4, three carboxylate groups in 9 and via two trans-carboxylates in 6 and 7. The complexes exhibit extended supramolecular networks with different dimensionality: 1-D in 2 and 4 due to hydrogen bonds of the type O-H···O, 2-D in 1 and 7, and 3-D network in 6 as a result of hydrogen bonds of the types N-H···O and O-H···O. Magnetic susceptibility measurements showed very weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the CuII ions in 1-5, 7-9 (|J| = 0.02-0.87 cm−1) and weak ferromagnetic coupling for 6 (= 0.08 cm−1).  相似文献

Four palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes of 2,2′-dipyridylamine (dpya) with saccharinate (sac), cis-[Pd(dpya)(sac)2]·H2O (1), cis-[Pt(dpya)(sac)2]·H2O (2), [Pd(dpya)2](sac)2·2H2O (3) and [Pt(dpya)2](sac)2·2H2O (4), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR, TG-DTA and X-ray diffraction. In 1 and 2, the metal ions are coordinated by two N-bonded sac ligands, and two nitrogen atoms of dpya, resulting in a neutral square-planar coordination sphere, while in 3 and 4, the metal ions are coordinated by two dpya ligands to generate square-planar cationic species, which are stabilized by two sac counter-ions. The mononuclear species of 1 and 2 interact each other through weak intermolecular N-H?O, C-H?O and π?π interactions to form a three-dimensional network, while the ions of 3 and 4 are connected by N-H?N and OW-H?O hydrogen bonds into one-dimensional chains. On heating at 250 °C, the solid cationic complexes of 3 and 4 convert to corresponding anhydrous neutral complexes of 1 and 2 after elimination of a dpya ligand. In addition, all complexes 1-4 are luminescent at room temperature and their emissions seem to be attributed to the MLCT fluorescence.  相似文献

Complexes [Cu(HSas)(H2O)] · 2H2O (H3Sas = N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-l-aspartic acid) (1), [Cu(HMeSglu)(H2O)] · 2H2O (H3MeSglu = (N-(2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzyl)-l-glutamic acid) (2), [Cu2(Smet)2] (H2Smet = (N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-l-methionine) (3), [Ni(HSas)(H2O)] (4), [Ni2(Smet)2(H2O)2] (5), and [Ni(HSapg)2] (H2Sapg = (N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-l-aspargine) (6) have been synthesized and characterized by chemical and spectroscopic methods. Structural determination by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies revealed 1D coordination polymeric structures in 2 and 4, and hydrogen-bonded network structure in 5 and 6. In contrast to previously reported coordination compounds with similar ligands, the phenol remains protonated and bonded to the metal ions in 2 and 4, and also probably in 1. However, the phenolic group is non-bonded in 6.  相似文献

Multidentate ligands containing tripodal pyridyl-amine moieties tethered to a carboxylate group by alkyl linkers of varying lengths were synthesized to obtain a series of water-soluble ligands to elucidate the effects of the differing coordination environments on the properties of the resulting metal complexes. These new, water-soluble ligands, [bis-(2-pyridin-2-yl-ethyl)-amino]-acetic acid (L1), 3-[bis-(2-pyridin-2-yl-ethyl)-amino]-propionic acid (L2), 4-[bis-(2-pyridin-2-yl-ethyl)-amino]-butyric acid (L3), and 6-[bis-(2-pyridin-2-yl-ethyl)-amino]-hexanoic acid (L4), were treated with copper(II) perchlorate hexahydrate to yield the corresponding Cu(II) complexes, which have all been characterized by X-ray crystallography. L1 binds Cu(II) to form the tetrameric complex {[Cu(μ-1)][ClO4] · 4H2O}4 (1) in the solid state, whereas the Cu(II) complexes of ligands L2-L4 form long-chain one-dimensional polymeric complexes {[Cu(μ-L2)][ClO4] · H2O}n (2), {[Cu(μ-L3)][ClO4] · H2O}n (3), and {[Cu(μ-L2)][ClO4]  · H2O}n (4), respectively, in the solid state. Complexes 1-4 dissolved in 10% (v/v) CH3CN aqueous solution were tested for their ability to promote the hydrolysis of the activated ester compound 4-nitrophenylacetate (NA), with 3 being the most active complex and 1 being the least active, possibly due to differences in the ability of the carboxylate moiety to act as either a general base or a nucleophile in the hydrolysis of NA as dictated by the tether length. The pKa values of the copper-bound aquo ligands in solution were measured by spectrophotometric titration.  相似文献

A series of new binuclear copper (II) and nickel (II) complexes of the macrocyclic ligands bis(1,4,7-triazacyclononan-1-yl)butane (Lbut) and bis(1,4,7-triazacyclononan-1-yl)-m-xylene (Lmx) have been synthesized: [Cu2LbutBr4] (1), [Cu2Lbut(imidazole)2Br2](ClO4)2 (2), [Cu2Lmx(μ-OH)(imidazole)2](ClO4)3 (3), [Cu2Lbut(imidazole)4](ClO4)4 · H2O (4), [Cu2Lmx(imidazole)4](ClO4)4 (5), [Ni2 Lbut(H2O)6](ClO4)4 · 2H2O (6), [Ni2Lbut(imidazole)6](ClO4)4 · 2H2O (7) and [Ni2Lmx (imidazole)4(H2O)2](ClO4)4 · 3H2O (8). Complexes 1, 2, 7 and 8 have been characterized by single crystal X-ray studies. In each of the complexes, the two tridentate 1,4,7-triazacyclononane rings of the ligand facially coordinate to separate metal centres. The distorted square-pyramidal coordination sphere of the copper (II) centres is completed by bromide anions in the case of 1 and/or monodentate imidazole ligands in complexes 2, 4 and 5. Complex 3 has been formulated as a monohydroxo-bridged complex featuring two terminal imidazole ligands. Complexes 6-8 feature distorted octahedral nickel (II) centres with water and/or monodentate imidazole ligands occupying the remaining coordination sites. Within the crystal structures, the ligands adopt trans conformations, with the two metal binding compartments widely separated, perhaps as a consequence of electrostatic repulsion between the cationic metal centres. The imidazole-bearing complexes may be viewed as simple models for the coordinative interaction of the binuclear complexes of bis (tacn) ligands with protein molecules bearing multiple surface-exposed histidine residues.  相似文献

Five MnII-sdba coordination polymers with mono-, di-, tri-, tetra-nuclear cores based on the V-shaped 4,4′-dicarboxybiphenyl sulfone (H2sdba) ligands: [Mn(sdba)(phen)2(H2O)]n·3nH2O (1), [Mn2(sdba)2(μ-H2O)(py)4]n (2), [Mn3(sdba)2(Hsdba)2(2,2′-bipy)2]n (3), [Mn4(sdba)4(4-mepy)2(H2O)4]n·2nH2O (4) and [Mn4(sdba)4(bpp)4(μ-H2O)2]n·0.5nH2O (5) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, 2,2′-bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, 4-mepy = 4-picoline, bpp = 1,3-bi(pyridine-4-yl)propane) were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. The M-O-C metal clusters in above complexes act as SBUs, and the V-shaped sdba ligands link the SBUs to generate the novel frameworks. In complexes 1 and 3 their 1D chains are linked into the 2D planes through various hydrogen bonding. Complex 2 displays the 3D structure with interpenetrated threefold, while complexes 4 and 5 both exhibit the 3D structures with the tetra-nuclear Mn4 units. The magnetic susceptibility studies in the 2-300 K range for these complexes reveal the existence of anti-ferromagnetic exchange interactions between the MnII ions.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of novel coordination polymers [Co(HCCB)(H2O)2]n (1), [Zn(HCCB)(H2O)2]n (2), {[Cd(HCCB)2]·0.5[Cd(μ-H2O)(H2O)4]2}n (3) and [Cu(HCCB)(H2O)2]n (4) based on 3-(carboxymethylamino)-4-chlorobenzoic acid (H3CCB) and mononuclear complexes [Cu(HBCCB)(H2O)]·H2O (5), [Co(HBCCB)(H2O)]·H2O (6), [Zn(HBCCB)(H2O)] (7) and [Cd(HBCCB)(H2O)] (8) containing 3-bis(carboxymethylamino)-4-chlorobenzoic acid (H3BCCB) have been described. The compounds under investigation have been characterized by elemental analyses, spectral studies and structures of 1-3 and 5 determined crystallographically. Structural data of 1 and 2 revealed that the deprotonated HCCB2− bridges metal centers leading to a double stranded 1D chain. On the other hand, the HCCB2− coordinated thorough carboxylate oxygen and amino nitrogen in 3 to afford a 1D chain whose charge neutrality is maintained by inclusion of aqua-bridged dimer [{Cd(μ-H2O)(H2O)4}2]4+. Strong Cu?Cl interaction (2.754 Å) in 5 imposes a coordination geometry that is half-way between the square planar and square pyramidal. The H3CCB, H3BCCB and 1-3 and 5 are fluorescent at rt. Thermal studies (TG and DSC) on 1-3 suggested higher stability of 2 relative to 1 and 3 [ΔHf (kcal/mol), ΔSf = 152.17, 0.60, 1; 195.56: 0.86, 2; 69.33:0.36, 3].  相似文献

A series of Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes of the hexaaza macrocycles, 3,6,9,17,20,23-hexaazatricyclo[23.3.1.111,15]triaconta-1(29),11(30),12,14,25,27-hexaene (L1) and 3,6,9,16,19,22-hexaazatricyclo[22.2.2.211,14]triaconta-1(26),11(29),12,14(30),24(28),25-hexaene (L2), have been prepared and the crystal structures determined for [Ni2L1(O2CCH3)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (1), [Ni2L2(DMF)6](ClO4)4 · 2H2O (2), {[Cu2L2Br(O2CCH3)](ClO4)2}n (3), [Cu2L2(μ-CO3)(H2O)2]2(ClO4)4 · 8H2O (4), [Cu2L2(O2CCH3)2](BF4)2 (5), and [Cu2L1(μ-imidazolate)Br]2Br4 · 6H2O (6). In these complexes, two metal centers are bound per ligand; in 1 and 3-6, the N3 subunits of L1 or L2 coordinate meridionally to the metal centers, whilst in 2, each N3 subunit in L2 adopts a facial mode of coordination. The binuclear cations in 1 and 2 have chair-like conformations, with the distorted octahedral Ni(II) coordination spheres completed by terminal water and a bidentate acetate ligand in 1 and three DMF ligands in 2. The Cu(II) centers in 3-6 generally reside in square planar environments, although a weakly binding ligand enters the coordination sphere in some cases, generating a distorted square pyramidal geometry. The binuclear [Cu2L2]4+ units in 3, 4 and 5 adopt similar bowl-shaped conformations, stabilized by H-bonding interactions between pairs of amine groups from L2 and a perchlorate or tetrafluoroborate anion. In 3, the binuclear units are linked through acetate groups, bridging in a syn-anti fashion, to produce a zig-zag polymeric chain structure, whilst 4 incorporates a tetrameric cation consisting of two binuclear units linked via a pair of carbonate bridges. Compound 6 features an imidazolate bridge between the two Cu(II) centers bound by L1. Pairs of [Cu2L1(μ-imidazolate)]3+ units are then weakly linked through a pair of bromide anions.  相似文献

The Schiff base ligands 2-(2,6-diisopropylphenyliminomethyl)phenol H(L1), 5-diethylamino-2-(2,6-diisopropylphenyliminomethyl)phenol H(L2), 2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-(2,6-diisopropylphenyliminomethyl)phenol H(L3), 3-(2,6-diisopropylphenyliminomethyl)naphthalen-2-ol H(L4) and 4-(2,6-diisopropylphenyliminomethyl)-5-hydroxymethyl-2-methylpyridin-3-ol H(L5) have been synthesized by the condensation, respectively, of salicylaldehyde, 4-(diethylamino)salicylaldehyde, 3,5-di-tert-butylsalicylaldehyde, 2-hydroxy-1-napthaldehyde and pyridoxal with 2,6-diisopropylaniline. The copper(II) bis-ligand complexes [Cu(L1)2] 1, [Cu(L2)2] 2, [Cu(L3)2] 3, [Cu(L4)2] 4 and [Cu(L5)2] · CH3OH 5 of these ligands have been isolated and characterized. The X-ray crystal structures of two of the complexes [Cu(L1)2] 1 and [Cu(L5)2] · CH3OH 5 have been successfully determined, and the centrosymmetric complexes possess a CuN2O2 chromophore with square planar coordination geometry. The frozen solution EPR spectra of the complexes reveal a square-based CuN2O2 chromophore, and the values of g and g/A index reveal enhanced electron delocalization by incorporating the strongly electron-releasing -NEt2 group (2) and fusing a benzene ring on sal-ring (4). The Cu(II)/Cu(I) redox potentials of the Cu(II) complexes reveal that the incorporation of electron-releasing -NEt2 group and fusion of a benzene ring lead to enhanced stabilization of Cu(II) oxidation state supporting the EPR spectral results. The hydrogen bonding interactions between the two molecules present in the unit cell of 5a generate an interesting two-dimensional hydrogen-bonded network topology.  相似文献

Cobalt(II), copper(II) and zinc(II) dipicolinato complexes having thiamine dication with compositions [HT][CoL2]·5H2O (1), [HT][CuL2]·5H2O (2) and [HT][ZnL2]·5H2O (3) (L = dipicolinato anion, T = thiamine cation) are synthesized, characterized by X-ray diffraction and other spectroscopic techniques. The thiamine part in these complexes exists as divalent cations. The second protonation of thiamine takes place at the less crowded nitrogen atom of the pyrimidine ring. These complexes are stabilized by electrostatic and hydrogen-bonding interactions of -N+-H and -COO groups along with crystallized water molecules. The complexes are stable in solution as determined by 1H NMR and visible study. The complex 1 has two medicinal components which can be easily separated by controlling pH in aqueous medium. It gets decomposed on treatment with sodium hydroxide at pH > 8 to form neutral complex {[Na2(μ-H2O)3(H2O)3][CoL2]·H2O}2.  相似文献

The nickel(II) complexes of the compositions [Ni(hmidtc)(bpy)2]ClO4 (I), [Ni(hmidtc)(phen)2]ClO4 (II), [Ni(hmidtc)(phen)2]SCN (III), [Ni(hmidtc)(phen)2]PF6 (IV), [Ni(hmidtc)(phen)2]BPh4 (V), [Ni(hmidtc)(phen)2]AcO·2H2O (VI) and [Ni(hmidtc)(phen)2]Br·H2O (VII), involving a combination of one hexamethyleneimine-dithiocarbamate anion (hmidtc) and two bidentate N,N-donor ligands (2,2′-bipyridine (bpy) for I or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) for II-VII), have been prepared. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity measurements, UV-Vis and IR spectroscopy, magnetochemical measurements and thermal analysis. A single-crystal X-ray analysis of the complex I revealed a distorted octahedral geometry with the nickel(II) ion coordinated by four nitrogen atoms (from two bidentate-coordinated bpy molecules) and two sulfur atoms (from one bidentate-coordinated hmidtc anion), together giving an NiN4S2 donor set.  相似文献

Mononuclear transition metal complexes of the polyether ionophorous antibiotic monensin (monensic acid, MonH) with nickel(II) and zinc(II) were prepared and characterized using single crystal X-ray diffraction and spectral methods. Monensin complexes crystallize as [Ni(Mon)2(H2O)2]·H2O·5MeCN (1) and [Zn(Mon)2(H2O)2]·H2O·4.5MeCN (2), respectively, in the monoclinic space group P21. Compounds 1 and 2 consist of two monoanionic monensic acid ligands (monensinates) bound in a bidentate coordination mode to the transition metal ion. The metal center is placed in an octahedral environment with monensin anions occupying the equatorial plane of complexes via oxygens of carboxylate and hydroxyl groups located at the both ends of ionophore molecule. The strongly folded antibiotic anions are supported by intramolecular H-bonds, most of them originating from the two aqua ligands attached to the metal(II) ions in axial positions and completing their 6-fold coordination. The bioactivity assay reveals that the presence of divalent metal ion in the monensin complexes influences the biological properties of the ligand and should be taken into account when discussing its mode of action.  相似文献

Four transition metal complexes of 3,8-di(thiophen-2′,2″-yl)-1,10-phenanthroline (dtphen), formulated as [Ni(dtphen)2(H2O)2]·(ClO4)2 (1), [Zn(dtphen)2(H2O)]·(ClO4)2 (2) [Cu(dtphen)2(H2O)]·(ClO4)2 (3), [Cu(dtphen)(phen)2]·(ClO4)2 (4) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) with different metal-to-ligand ratios, were synthesized and characterized herein. The X-ray single-crystal diffraction studies of 1-4 exhibit that different molecular configurations for the dtphen ligand can be observed where the side thiophene rings adopt the trans/trans, trans/cis, trans/disorder and cis/cis conformations relative to the central 1,10-phenanthroline unit in different compounds. Fluorescence emission spectra of 1-4 in methanol show that the fluorescence emission of 2 is much stronger than the other three metal complexes, which is mainly due to its full d10 electronic configuration of Zn(II) ion.  相似文献

Ten transition metal coordination complexes [Cu2(phen)(p-tpha)(μ-O)]n1, [Cu(m-tpha)(imH)2]n2, [Ni(5-Haipa)2(H2O)2]n3, [Ni(phen)2(H2O)2]·btc·[Ni(H2O)6]0.5·9H2O 4, [Co(2,5-pdc)(H2O)2]n·nH2O 5, [Co2(2,5-pdc)2(H2O)6]n·2nH2O 6, [Fe(2,5-Hpdc)2(H2O)2]·H2O 7, [Co(C6H4NO2)3]·H2O 8, [Fe22-btec)(μ2-H2btec)(bipy)2(H2O)2]n9, [Mn(phen)(2,5-pdc)(H2O)2]·H2O 10 (H4btec = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, 2,5-H2pdc = 2,5-pyridine-dicarboxylic acid, p-tpha = p-phthalic acid, m-tpha = m-phthalic acid, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, 5-H2aipa = 5-aminoisophthalic acid, imH = imidazole, H3btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid) were synthesized through hydrothermal method. They were characterized by UV-Vis absorption spectra, single-crystal X-ray diffraction and surface photovoltage spectra (SPS). Structural analysis indicated that the complexes 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9 were linked into infinite structures bridged by organic acid ligands. The other four complexes were molecular complexes and further connected to 2D or 3D structures by the hydrogen bonds. The SPS of complexes 1-10 indicate that there are positive response bands in the range of 300-800 nm showing different levels of photo-electric conversion properties. The intensity, position, shape and the number of the response bands in SPS are obviously different since the structure, species, valence, dn electrons configuration and coordinated environment of the center metals are different. There are good relationships between SPS and UV-Vis spectra.  相似文献

The acid-base properties and Cu(II), Ni(II), Ag(I) and Hg(II) binding abilities of PAMAM dendrimer, L, and of the simple model compounds, the tetraamides of EDTA and PDTA, L1, were studied in solution by pH-metric methods and by 1H NMR and UV-Vis spectroscopy. PAMAM is hexabasic and six pKa values have been determined and assigned. PAMAM forms five identifiable complexes with copper(II), [CuLH4]6+, [CuLH2]4+, [CuLH]3+, [CuL]2+ and [CuLH-1]+ in the pH range 2-11 and three with nickel(II), [NiLH]3+, [NiL]2+ and [NiLH-1]+ in the pH range 7-11. The complex [CuLH4]6+, which contains two tertiary nitrogen and three amide oxygen atoms coordinated to the metal ion, is less stable than the analogous EDTA and PDTA tetraamide complexes [CuL1]2+, which contain two tertiary nitrogen and four amide oxygen atoms, due to ring size and charge effects. With increasing pH, [CuLH4]6+ undergoes deprotonation of two coordinated amide groups to give [CuLH2]4+ with a concomitant change from O-amide to N-amidate coordination. Surprisingly and in contrast to the tetraamide complexes [CuL1]2+, these two deprotonation steps could not be separated. As expected the nickel(II) complexes are less stable than their copper(II) analogues. The tetra-N-methylamides of EDTA, L1(b), and PDTA form mononuclear and binuclear complexes with Hg(II). In the case of L1(b) these have stoichiometries HgL1(b)Cl2, [HgL1(b)H−2Cl2]2−, [Hg2L1(b)Cl2]2+, Hg2L1(b)H−2Cl2 and [Hg2L1(b)H−5Cl2]3−. Based on 1H NMR and pH-metric data the proposed structure for HgL1(b)Cl2, the main tetraamide ligand containing species in the pH range <3-6.5, contains L1(b) coordinated to the metal ion through the two tertiary nitrogens and two amide oxygens while the structure of [HgL1(b)H−2Cl2]2−, the main tetraamide ligand species at pH 7.5-9.0, contains the ligand similarly coordinated but through two amidate nitrogen atoms instead of amide oxygens. The proposed structure of [Hg2L1(b)Cl2]2+, a minor species at pH 3-6.5, also based on 1H NMR and pH-metric data, contains each Hg(II) coordinated to a tertiary amino nitrogen, two amide oxygens and a chloride ligand while that of [Hg2L1(b)H−5Cl2]3−, contains each Hg(II) coordinated to a tertiary amino nitrogen, two amidate nitrogens, a chloride and a hydroxo ligand in the case of one of the Hg(II) ions. The parent EDTA and PDTA amides only form mononuclear complexes. PAMAM also forms dinuclear as well as mononuclear complexes with mercury(II) and silver(I). In the pH range 3-11 six complexes with Hg(II) i.e. [HgLH4Cl2]4+, [HgLH3Cl2]3+, [Hg2LCl2]2+, [Hg2LH−1Cl2]+, [HgLH−1Cl2] and [HgLH−2Cl2]2− were identified and only two with Ag(I), [AgLH3]4+ and [Ag2L]2+. Based on stoichiometries, stability constant comparisons and 1H NMR data, structures are proposed for these species. Hence [HgLH4Cl2]4+ is proposed to have a similar structure to [CuLH4]6+ while [Hg2LCl2]2+has a similar structure to [Hg2L1(b)H−5Cl2]3−.  相似文献

Synthesis and crystal structure of two coordination polymers of composition [MnII(H2bpbn)1.5][ClO4]2 · 2MeOH · 2H2O (1) and [CoII(H2bpbn)(H2O)2]Cl2 · H2O (2) [H2bpbn = N,N′-bis(2-pyridinecarboxamido)-1,4-butane], formed from the reaction between [Mn(H2O)6][ClO4]2/CoCl2 · 4H2O with H2bpbn in MeCN, are described. In 1 each MnII ion is surrounded by three pyridine amide units, providing three pyridine nitrogen and three amide oxygen donors. Each MnII center in 1 has distorted MnN3O3 coordination. In 2 each CoII ion is coordinated by two pyridine amide moieties in the equatorial plane and two water molecules provide coordination in the axial positions. Thus, the metal center in 2 has trans-octahedral geometry. In both 1 and 2, the existence of 1D zigzag network structure has been revealed. Owing to π-π stacking of pyridine rings from adjacent layers 1 forms 2D network; 2 forms 2D and 3D network assemblies via N-H?Cl and O-H?Cl secondary interactions. Both the metal centers are high-spin.  相似文献
