Agastache rugosa (Fisch. & C.A.Mey.) Kuntze has been widely used as a food spice and a remedy for colds in Korea, China and Japan. In this study, one new flavone glycoside (1) along with six flavonoids (27), nine phenyl glycosides (816) and three megastigmane glycosides (1719) were isolated from the leaves of A. rugosa. By extensive spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR, and MS data, the structure of the new compound (1) was elucidated as acacetin 7-O-β-(6″-(E)-crotonylglucopyranoside). From present investigation, compound 1 and 719 were isolated for the first time from the genus Agastache and 1, 16, 18 and 19 in the Lamiaceae family.  相似文献

Phytochemical study of the leaves and the stem bark of Pseudospondias microcarpa (A. Rich.) Engl. afforded eight phenolic compounds: scopoletin (1), ferulic acid (2), isovitexin (3), rhoifolin (4), quercetin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (5), justicialoside A (6), granduloside A (7) and pithecellobiumol B (8). The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic means including 1D and 2D NMR and MS, and by comparison with previously reported data. This is the first report on the isolation of these compounds from the genus Pseudospondias. The chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds within the family Anacardiaceae is discussed.  相似文献

From the leaves of Schefflera sessiliflora De P. V., two new oleanane-type triterpene saponins, named scheffleraside A (1), scheffleraside B (2); together with two known saponins, chikusetsusaponin IVa (3), 3-O-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  3)]-β-d-glucuronopyranosyl hederagenin (4) were isolated by various chromatography methods. Its chemical structure was elucidated by IR, UV, HR-ESI-MS, NMR 1D and 2D experiments and comparison of their NMR data with previous reported data.  相似文献

A chemical analysis of Ibervillea lindheimeri (A. Gray) Greene led to the isolation of 23,24-dihydrocucurbitacin F (1), 23,24-dihydrocucurbitacin D (2) and 2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl 23,24-dihydrocucurbitacin D (3). Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analyses and by comparison of their spectral data with those reported in the literature. In addition, 10 compounds were detected by GC–MS analyses from the hexane extract. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report examining the chemical composition of I. lindheimeri.  相似文献

A pair of new sesquiterpene isomers containing a spiro heterocyclic skeleton, dothimes A (1) and B (2), together with six known compounds, quindoline (3), (S)-3-(3-indolyl)lactic acid methyl ester (4), dankasterone B (5), dibutyl phthalate (6), (1S,3R,4R,7S)-3,4-dihydroxy-α-bisabolol (7), and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (8), were isolated from the plant-derived fungus Botryosphaeria dothidea. The structures of all isolated compounds were determined based on extensive spectroscopic analyses, including 1D/2D nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and high resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HRESIMS) data, as well as by comparison with literature reports. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited inhibitory effects on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced nitric oxide (NO) production with IC50 values of 63.66 and 58.29 μM, respectively.  相似文献

A new putrescine bisamide phenolic glycoside, N-(trans-feruloyl)-N′-(para-hydroxybenzoyl) putrescine bisamide-4′-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside (1), designated as lallenmantoside (1), together with one known phenolic glycoside, cucurbitoside d (2), were isolated from the seeds of Lallemantia iberica (M. Bieb.) Fisch. & C. A. Mey. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis, and by comparison with literature data. A new compound, pheglycoside A (1), along with four known aromatic glycosides (2-5) and three known lignan glycosides (68) were isolated from Streblus ilicifolius (Vidal) Corner. The structure of compound 1 was determined by spectral analyses, including HRESIMS, 1D, and 2D NMR (COSY, HSQC, and HMBC) experiments. The absolute configuration of compound 1 was determined using the CD spectrum and experiment data. From the present investigation, all these compounds were isolated for the first time from S. ilicifolius. It is interesting that phenylpropanoid glycoside and aromatic glycosides are reported for the first time in the genus Streblus. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was summarized.  相似文献

A new sesquiterpene (5E)-2-methyl-5-[(1′R*, 5′R*)-2-methylidene-7-oxobicyclo[3.2.1]oct-6-ylidene]-4-oxopentanoic acid (1) was isolated, in addition to the dihydroisocoumarin cis-(3R, 4R)-4-hydroxymellein, ergosterol peroxide and helvolic acid, from the culture of the fungus Emericellopsis minima associated with the marine sponge Hyrtios erecta. The structures of all the compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic data from 1D, 2D NMR and HRESITOFMS. Compounds 1 and cis-(3R, 4R)-4-hydroxymellein were found to show neither antimicrobial nor the in vitro growth inhibitory activities on three human tumor cell lines.  相似文献

A new phenol compound, (9S)-9-hydroxy-9-[(2-hydroxyphenyl)methoxy]-nonanoic acid methyl ester (1) was isolated from the stem bark of Alnus mandshurica (Callier) Hand.-Mazz., along with eight known compounds (29). The structure of compound 1 was determined by spectral analyses, including HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR (COSY, HMQC and HMBC) experiments. Chemical investigation of Ulmus wallichiana stem bark resulted in isolation and identification of three new compounds (2S,3S)-(+)-3′,4′,5,7-tetrahydroxydihydroflavonol-6-C-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), (2S,3S)-(+)-4′,5,7-trihydroxydihydroflavonol-6-C-β-d-glucopyranoside (3) and 3-C-β-d-glucopyranoside-2,4,6-trihydroxymethylbenzoate (8), together with five known flavonoid-6-C-glucosides (2, 47). Their structures were elucidated using 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis. The absolute stereochemistry in compounds 1 and 3 were established with the help of CD data analysis and comparison with the literature data analysis. All the isolated compounds (18) were assessed for promoting the osteoblast differentiation using primary culture of rat osteoblast as an in vitro system. Compounds 13 and 5 significantly increased osteoblast differentiation as assessed by alkaline phosphatase activity.  相似文献

A new furan-2-carbonyl C-(6′-O-galloyl)-β-glucopyranoside (scleropentaside F, 1) and a new alkyl glucoside [butane-2,3-diol 2-(6′-O-galloyl)-O-β-glucopyranoside, 2] were isolated from the entire hemi-parasitic plant, Dendrophthoe pentandra growing on Tectona grandis together with ten known compounds including, benzyl-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (3), benzyl-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  6)-β-d-glucopyranoside (4), benzyl-O-β-d-apiofuranosyl-(1  6)-β-d-glucopyranoside (5), methyl gallate 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (6), methyl gallate 3-O-(6′-O-galloyl)-β-d-glucopyranoside (7), (+)-catechin (8), procyanidin B-1 (9) and procyanidin B-3 (10), bridelionoside A (11), and kiwiionoside (12). In addition, compounds 1, 39 were isolated from this species growing on the different host, Mangifera indica. The structure elucidations were based on physical data and spectroscopic evidence including 1D and 2D experiments.  相似文献

Two new long-chain secobutanolides, illigerones A (1) and B (2), together with five known compounds, actinodaphnine (3), cryptodorine (4), β-sitosterol (5), daucosterol (6), and stigmasterol (7) were isolated from Illigera henryi W. W. Sm. The structures of 1 and 2 were identified by HRESIMS, EIMS, 1D/2D NMR, and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra. Compound 1 exhibited the moderate cytotoxic activities against five tumour cells. This is the first report of secobutanolides isolated from plants of Hernandiaceae.  相似文献

A new chromane, 5,8-dihydroxy-2-(10′-phenyldecyl)chroman-4-one (1) was isolated from the stem bark of Scyphocephalium ochocoa, along with three known compounds (24). Re-investigation of the culture broth of the marine bacterium Staphylococcus sp. (no. P-100826-4-6) afforded a new cyclic tetrapeptide namely staphylopeptide A (1), along with five known compounds, cyclo (l-prolyl-l-valine) (2), cyclo (l-prolyl-l-tyrosine), (3), cyclo (l-prolyl-l-alanine) (4), l-phenylalanine (5), and l-tryptophan (6). The structures of the isolated compounds were determined by extensive IR, 1D (1H and 13C) and 2D (1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY) NMR and HRFABMS spectral measurements. Three saponins, including two dimeric triterpenoid glucosides possessing an unusual skeleton, ivorenosides A and B, and a monomeric triterpenoid saponin (ivorenoside C), together with the known sericoside, were isolated from the bark of Terminalia ivorensis. Their structures were established on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR data, chemical methods and tandem MS–MS spectrometry as a dimer of β-d-glucopyranosyl-18,19-seco-2α,3β,19,19,24-pentahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oate and β-d-glucopyranosyl-2α,3β,19α,24-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oate (ivorenoside A, 1), a dimer of β-d-glucopyranosyl-18,19-seco-24-carboxyl-2α,3β,19,19-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oate and β-d-glucopyranosyl-2α,3β,19α,24-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oate (ivorenoside B, 2) and β-d-glucopyranosyl-2α,3β,19β,24-tetrahydroxyolean-11-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oate (ivorenoside C, 3). Ivorenosides A and B are the first examples in nature of dimeric triterpenoid saponins with a 18,19-seco E ring of one of the two units. These isolated compounds were evaluated for their antioxidant properties and further for their cytotoxic activity against four human cancer cell lines. Ivorenoside B and C exhibited scavenging activity against DPPH and ABTS+ radicals with IC50 values comparable with that of the standard drug Trolox and ivorenoside A showed antiproliferative activity against MDA-MB-231 and HCT116 human cancer cell lines with IC50 values of 3.96 and 3.43 μM, respectively.  相似文献

Four new stilbeno-phenylpropanoids, gnetumonins A−C (13) and (−)-gnetucleistol F (4), together with two known compounds, gnetupendin A and (+)-gnetofuran A, were isolated from the caulis of Gnetum montanum Markgr. Talaromyces amestolkiae CS-O-1, isolated from Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook. f., was identified based on its ITS and 18S rDNA gene sequencing. A new meroterpenoid, chrodrimanin T (1), along with six known compounds, nicotinamide (2), penipyridone D (3), penipyridone A (4), 3-benzylidene-8,8a-dihydroxy-2-methyl-hexahydro-pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione (5), butyl-isobutyl-phthalate (6), and aspergillumarin A (7), were isolated from Talaromyces amestolkiae CS-O-1. The structures and relative configurations of these compounds were established by the analysis of HRMS, 1D and 2D-NMR spectroscopy and the comparison with data in the literature. Two new chlorinated secondary metabolites, saccharochlorines A and B (1 and 2), were isolated from the saline cultivation of a marine-derived bacterium Saccharomonospora sp. (KCTC-19160). The chemical structures of the saccharochlorines were elucidated by 2D NMR and MS spectroscopic data. Saccharochlorines A and B (1 and 2) exhibit weak inhibition of β-secretase (BACE1) in biochemical inhibitory assay, but they induced the release of Aβ (1–40) and Aβ (1–42) in H4-APP neuroglial cells. This discrepancy might be derived from the differences between the cellular and sub-cellular environments or the epigenetic stimulation of BACE1 expression.  相似文献

A novel flavonoid, (?)-2R,3R-3,5,4′-trihydoxyflavan-[6,7:5″,6″]-2″-pyranone, named uncariechin (1), was isolated from the methanolic extract of the leaves of Uncaria longiflora var. pteropoda (Miq.) Ridsd. along with the known (?)-epiafzelechin (2) and (?)-epicatechin (3), methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde, four pentacyclic oxindole alkaloids, isopteropodine, pteropodine, uncarine F and isopteropodic acid, previously found in the stems, and two coumarins, scopoletin and 3,4-dihydroxy-7-methoxycoumarin. Structures of the compounds were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR, FTIR, UV, MS, and experimental as well as calculated electronic circular dichroism (ECD) data. Compounds 2 and 3 were evaluated for their neurotoxic and neuroprotective properties against differentiated SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cell lines using the MTS assay. Compounds 2 and 3 did not show any neurotoxic effects but showed strong protective potential against hydrogen peroxide-induced neurotoxicity with maximum cell viability at a concentration of 1 μM.  相似文献
