【目的】研究薇甘菊的入侵与地形、人为干扰间的关系,量化不同干扰因素对薇甘菊发生的影响,进一步揭示薇甘菊的发生规律,为薇甘菊的系统防治与管控提供技术支持。【方法】使用无人机遥感系统所获取的高分辨率航片作为数据源,通过目视解译方法确定薇甘菊的发生区域后结合3S技术手段,对深圳大鹏半岛210000 m2研究区内的薇甘菊发生状况与地形因子及人为干扰度间的关系进行系统分析。【结果】研究区内薇甘菊在低海拔区和阳坡分布居多,86.80%的薇甘菊入侵发生在人类轻中度干扰区,20°~40°坡度位置是薇甘菊的重点发生区。研究网格单元内薇甘菊的发生面积与坡度、高程显著负相关(P<0.01),与坡向相关性较差。【结论】在人为干扰较小的自然条件下,制约薇甘菊扩散发生的主要因子是入侵地的群落结构,而在人为干扰较为严重的地区,薇甘菊入侵的发生与人类活动消失后产生的空白生态位密切相关。  相似文献

通过实地踏查,收集薇甘菊(Mikania micrantha)在广东中山市的分布情况,绘制薇甘菊在中山市的分布图,并利用MaxEnt模型,对薇甘菊实际分布点的环境变量进行定量分析,预测出当前气候下薇甘菊在中山市的适生区。结果表明,中山市所辖25个镇(街道)和市自然保护地管护中心均有薇甘菊分布,总体呈南多北少的态势;ROC曲线的AUC值均在0.8以上,预测结果具有较高的可信度;降水量变化方差、海拔、最冷月份最低温度和最暖季降水量为限制薇甘菊在中山市分布的4个最大环境变量,累积贡献率达75.5%;中山市95.40%的地区对薇甘菊的生长具有不同程度的适宜性,其中高、中、低适生区面积分别占中山市面积的5.33%、33.56%、56.51%。综上所述,薇甘菊对中山市的入侵较为严重,扩散趋势未被遏制;MaxEnt模型能较好地预测薇甘菊在中山市的潜在分布区,但是存在一定偏差。  相似文献

【目的】马缨丹是世界10种最有害的入侵杂草之一,预测其潜在适生区变化对入侵植物防控具有重要意义。【方法】以马缨丹为研究对象,采用有效分布点数据1744份和10个气候因子,使用MaxEnt模型和ArcGIS10.4软件,选用当前气候情景以及2050sSSP126、2050sSSP245、2050sRCP5.8、2090sSSP126、2090sSSP245、2090sSSP585 6个不同气候情景,对马缨丹全球潜在分布区进行预测。【结果】温度和降水因子是制约马缨丹入侵的主要因子,其中年降水量(bio12,48.6%)、最干季度的平均温度(bio9,36.4%)、温度季节性(bio4,4.6%)和最热季度的平均温度(bio10,4.2%)是制约马缨丹分布格局的主要环境因子。南美洲、非洲南部、亚洲南部以及澳大利亚北部和东部具有较高的入侵风险。从当前气候情景到2050年气候情景再到2090年气候情景的过渡中,其适生区面积呈增加趋势,其中高适生区面积持续增加。【结论】在水热条件以及生物因素3个层面上严格防控马缨丹入侵,以增加土著生态系统的完整性。  相似文献

【目的】为保障马铃薯产业健康发展,加强腐烂茎线虫的检疫防控工作,对其在内蒙古地区的适生区进行预测分析。【方法】根据腐烂茎线虫在我国最新的分布和环境数据,通过MaxEnt生态位模型和ArcGIS软件,预测当前和未来气候条件下腐烂茎线虫在内蒙古地区的适生区。【结果】MaxEnt模型的AUC平均值为0.929,预测结果准确可靠。预测结果显示:当前气候条件下腐烂茎线虫在内蒙古地区的适生区面积为41.8万km2,占全区面积的35.31%。研究表明,在2021—2040年和2041—2060年,腐烂茎线虫在内蒙古地区的总适生区面积将不断扩大;其中在SSP1_2.6气候情景下,在赤峰市、通辽市和兴安盟将出现腐烂茎线虫的高适生区;在SSP3_7.0气候情景下,在鄂尔多斯市、赤峰市、通辽市将出现腐烂茎线虫高适生区。利用Jackknife刀切法计算得到影响腐烂茎线虫分布的主导环境因子为温度季节性变化方差、最湿月降雨量、最冷季平均温、昼夜温差月均温、最湿季平均温。【结论】腐烂茎线虫在内蒙古地区有进一步扩散的风险,建议在未来气候情景下出现腐烂茎线虫高度适生区的盟市,应加强调运检疫和疫情监测,防止腐烂茎线虫进一步扩散。  相似文献

【背景】薇甘菊是入侵性和危害性极强的外来入侵植物,对生物多样性和农林业生产造成严重影响。观测薇甘菊新枝的月生长动态,了解薇甘菊快速生长扩散的原因,能够为薇甘菊的合理防治提供参考。【方法】采用定点定时观测法,历时2年对海南7个市县薇甘菊新枝的月生长量进行测定。【结果】薇甘菊在海南全年可生长,一新枝月平均生长66 cm,全年累计平均生长795 cm。薇甘菊生长高峰期在6月和8月,其中6月平均生长120 cm,8月平均生长106 cm。薇甘菊最小生长量在1月和12月,平均生长量均为21 cm。薇甘菊在6—10月生长较快,一新枝累计平均生长489 cm,占全年生长量的61.5%;在4—5月和11月生长次之,一新枝累计平均生长196 cm,占全年生长量的24.7%;在1—3月和12月生长缓慢,一新枝累计平均生长110 cm,占全年生长量的13.8%。薇甘菊的花果期在10月至次年3月,一些种群在1—3月再次开花或在3—5月开花。薇甘菊的生长量与温度呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.91;与降雨量呈显著正相关,相关系数0.56。【结论与意义】薇甘菊是多分枝植物,一新枝年生长量可达795 cm,能迅速生长形成种群。温度是薇甘菊生长的主要因素,降雨在一定程度促进了薇甘菊的生长。  相似文献

【目的】当前全球气候变化、土地利用改变、人类活动加剧等正威胁着传粉昆虫的多样性及分布;蜜蜂是生态系统中重要的传粉昆虫类群,对气候、环境变化响应敏感。本研究以重要的传粉昆虫大蜜蜂Apis dorsata为对象,探讨全球变化格局下其潜在适生区变化以及影响其分布的关键因子。【方法】通过文献、馆藏和野外调查系统收集了全球范围内大蜜蜂的物种分布数据,使用13个环境变量通过MaxEnt模型模拟了大蜜蜂当前的潜在适生区;使用9个气候变量并结合公共地球系统模型(CCSM4)模拟了大蜜蜂过去、当前和未来的潜在适生区。【结果】AUC比率显示MaxEnt模型对大蜜蜂的潜在适生区模拟具有较高的准确性,模拟结果表明大蜜蜂的中高潜在适生区主要分布在南亚和东南亚湿润的热带雨林、热带季节性雨林和低地雨林。人类影响、温度季节性变化、等温性、最冷季均温和海拔是影响大蜜蜂潜在适生区的5个最主要因子;在人类影响下大蜜蜂的潜在适生区向山区和连片的湿润常绿森林区收缩,中高潜在适生区显著减少且呈破碎化趋势。基于9个气候变量和CCSM4气候模型对过去、当前和未来的模拟结果显示:在过去的末次冰盛期,东南亚地区可能是大蜜蜂的避难所;在未来,广布于热带地区的大蜜蜂适生区与当前的相近,且部分地区适生指数升高。【结论】基于气候的模拟结果显示大蜜蜂能积极应对未来气候变暖,但随人类活动的加剧及全球气候变化,大蜜蜂仍然面临较大的威胁,需要加强其在南亚和东南亚的中高潜在适生区的重视和保护。  相似文献

四川省是我国气候变化的敏感区之一,区域气候的暖干化趋势严重影响植物物种组成与分布。岷江冷杉(Abies faxoniana)作为我国特有种,其分布的动态变化对气候变化具有十分重要的指示作用。基于现有岷江冷杉分布数据、气候、土壤、地形等环境因子,运用最大熵模型(MaxEnt)预测当代气候条件下岷江冷杉潜在分布区,并分析未来时期(2050s和2070s)不同气候变化情景下(RCP2.6、RCP4.5和RCP8.5)岷江冷杉潜在适生分布区,筛选影响岷江冷杉分布的主导环境因子及阈值,探讨岷江冷杉分布对气候变化的响应机制。结果表明:(1)当前岷江冷杉的高适生区集中分布于岷江流域上游地区,在未来两个时期岷江冷杉潜在中、高适生区的面积较当代气候条件下适生区面积均有所增加,且适生区总体向四川南部扩张,北部适宜生境丧失。(2)岷江冷杉潜在中适生区在低排放浓度下(RCP2.6)面积占比最高,而潜在高适生区在高排放浓度下(RCP8.5)的面积占比最高。(3)影响岷江冷杉分布的主要环境因子分别是:降水季节性变异系数、气温年变化幅度、年降水量和海拔(累计贡献>70%)。适宜岷江冷杉潜在分布的环境条件是气温...  相似文献

气候变化影响着植物物种的地理分布,预测物种潜在适生区对认识其地理分布特征及发挥其生态价值与经济价值具有重要意义。以高山栎组植物为研究对象,运用R语言ENMeval数据包调整调控倍频(RM)和特征组合(FC)优化的最大熵(MaxEnt)模型和ArcGIS软件,基于160条高山栎组植物分布点记录和22个环境因子进行潜在适生区预测,探讨影响其地理分布的主要环境因子,同时预测其在末次间冰期(Last interglacial,LIG)、末次盛冰期(Last glacial maximum,LGM)、全新世中期(Mid Holocene,MH)、当代(Current)、2041-2060年(2050年)和2061-2080年(2070年)3种不同CO2浓度排放路径下潜在适生区的空间分布格局及其质心变化趋势。结果表明:最优模型参数RM=2.5,FC=LQHPT时,MaxEnt模型复杂度和过拟合程度最低,模型预测准确性极高,AUC=0.960±0.15。综合刀切法贡献率、置换贡献率和单因子响应曲线可知影响其地理分布的主要环境因子是气温季节性变动系数(bio4)、高程(dem)、年降水量(bio12)和等温性(bio3),其适宜范围分别为435-625、1792-3978m、670-1050mm和41.5-50.3,累计贡献率高达81.6%,其中温度是影响高山栎组植物最重要的环境因子。当前气候条件下,高山栎组植物总适生区面积62.37×104km2,高适生区面积10.47×104km2,占总适生区面积的16.79%,集中分布于川滇横断山地区、滇中高原北部、藏东南以及黔西部分地区。各个时期间高山栎组植物的适生区面积差异较大,当代潜在适生区面积最小且破碎化最严重,可能由于气候变化及人类影响所致。未来各个时期潜在分布区面积均有增大的趋势,但RCP8.5情景下面积相较于其他情景有所降低,表明全球气候变暖背景下不利于高山栎组植物的长期生长。同时,质心分析表明未来气候条件下其分布有向低海拔和低纬度迁移的趋势。  相似文献

【目的】研究入侵植物薇甘菊提取物对土壤氮素矿化的影响及化感利己作用,为薇甘菊通过释放化感物质促进自身生长并排斥本地植物生长提供实验证据,为揭示薇甘菊的入侵机制提供理论依据。【方法】采用经典的化感生测实验、化感物质添加实验以及盆栽控制实验,对比研究薇甘菊及其本地伴生植物水提液和粗提物的化感生测效应、水提液和粗提物添加对土壤氮素的影响以及水提液添加对薇甘菊生长的影响。【结果】与本地伴生种相比,薇甘菊水提液的化感抑制作用较强且促进了土壤硝态氮的生成;而薇甘菊粗提物的化感作用较弱且抑制了土壤铵态氮和硝态氮的生成。水提液盆栽控制实验结果表明,与本地伴生种火炭母相比,薇甘菊水提液具有显著的化感利己作用,这与薇甘菊水提液处理后薇甘菊生长土壤中的蛋白酶活性增强和有效氮含量增加相一致。【结论】薇甘菊可通过水溶性化感物质促进有效氮的生成来实现化感利己作用。  相似文献

【背景】菊科植物新疆千里光原产于欧亚大陆,在北美和澳洲为入侵植物,目前在中国只有新疆有分布记录。新疆千里光一旦成为入侵植物,将对农业、畜牧业和人类健康都可能产生危害,所以需要评估其在中国的扩散趋势。【方法】搜集新疆千里光在中国和世界其他地区的分布记录,结合当前和未来(2050年)气候条件下19种生物气候变量,应用Maxent模型和Diva Gis软件,定量预测新疆千里光在中国目前和未来的潜在分布区域;并通过接受者操作特征曲线(ROC)分析法对模型进行精度检验。另外,通过Maxent给出新疆千里光在欧洲(原产地)、北美洲和大洋洲(入侵地)以及中国等4个分布区的年均温度和年均降水量的气候阈值。【结果】用中国和全球分布的数据预测的结果有些差异。前者结果表明除了新疆地区,其他省份几乎没有新疆千里光的适生区;而后者显示在中国其他几个省份也有可能分布,且在甘肃四川交界处有较高适生性。前者模型精确度较高,但2个结果都显示新疆千里光在中国目前和未来的分布区大部分还是在新疆地区。中国分布区年均温度和年均降水量的阈值比其他2个地区都低。【结论与意义】新疆千里光在当前和未来气候条件下在中国未来的扩散趋势较弱,基本局限于新疆地区。用中国分布数据预测优于全球分布数据预测结果,新疆千里光不同分布区的气候阈值的差异揭示分布于中国的新疆千里光与其他地区的种群的生态位有所不同,可能是一个新的亚种,希望未来能进行进一步的研究。  相似文献

Scirtothrips perseae Nakahara was discovered attacking avocados in California, USA, in 1996. Host plant surveys in California indicated that S. perseae has a highly restricted host range with larvae being found only on avocados, while adults were collected from 11 different plant species. As part of a management program for this pest, a “classical” biological control program was initiated and foreign exploration was conducted to delineate the home range of S. perseae, to survey for associated natural enemies and inventory other species of phytophagous thrips on avocados grown in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, and Brazil. Foreign exploration efforts indicate that S. perseae occurs on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1500 m) from Uruapan in Mexico south to areas around Guatemala City in Guatemala. In Costa Rica, S. perseae is replaced by an undescribed congener as the dominant phytophagous thrips on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1300 m). No species of Scirtothrips were found on avocados in the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, or Brazil. In total, 2136 phytophagous thrips were collected and identified, representing over 47 identified species from at least 19 genera. The significance of these species records is discussed. Of collected material 4% were potential thrips biological control agents. Natural enemies were dominated by six genera of predatory thrips (Aeolothrips, Aleurodothrips, Franklinothrips, Leptothrips, Scolothrips, and Karnyothrips). One genus each of parasitoid (Ceranisus) and predatory mite (Balaustium) were found. Based on the results of our sampling techniques, prospects for the importation of thrips natural enemies for use in a “classical” biological control program in California against S. perseae are not promising.  相似文献

The cardinalfishes (Apogonidae) are a diverse clade of small, mostly reef-dwelling fishes, for which a variety of morphological data have not yielded a consistent phylogeny. We use DNA sequence to hypothesize phylogenetic relationships within Apogonidae and among apogonids and other acanthomorph families, to examine patterns of evolution including the distribution of a visceral bioluminescence system. In conformance with previous studies, Apogonidae is placed in a clade with Pempheridae, Kurtidae, Leiognathidae, and Gobioidei. The apogonid genus Pseudamia is recovered outside the remainder of the family, not as sister to the superficially similar genus Gymnapogon. Species sampled from the Caribbean and Western Atlantic (Phaeoptyx, Astrapogon, and some Apogon species) form a clade, as do the larger-bodied Glossamia and Cheilodipterus. Incidence of visceral bioluminescence is found scattered throughout the phylogeny, independently for each group in which it is present. Examination of the fine structure of the visceral bioluminescence system through histology shows that light organs exhibit a range of morphologies, with some composed of complex masses of tubules (Siphamia, Pempheris, Parapriacanthus) and others lacking tubules but containing chambers formed by folds of the visceral epithelium (Acropoma, Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia). Light organs in Siphamia, Acropoma, Pempheris and Parapriacanthus are distinct from but connected to the gut; those in Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia are simply portions of the intestinal tract, and are little differentiated from the surrounding tissues. The presence or absence of symbiotic luminescent bacteria does not correlate with light organ structure; the tubular light organs of Siphamia and chambered tubes of Acropoma house bacteria, those in Pempheridae and the other Apogonidae do not.  相似文献

Since 1999, four specific weevils (Coleoptera, Curculionidae) were released in the Republic of Congo against three exotic floating water weeds: Neochetina eichhorniae Warner and N. bruchi Hustache against water hyacinth, Neohydronomus affinis Hustache against water lettuce, and Cyrtobagous salviniae Calder and Sands against water fern. Recoveries of exotic weevils were made from all 24 release sites except one, and all four species have established and spread (up to 800 km for water hyacinth weevils). Within a few years of releases, control of water fern and water lettuce was such that fishing and navigation could be resumed, while reductions of water hyacinth populations were only beginning.  相似文献

A molecular phylogeny of Hebeloma species from Europe   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
In order to widen the scope of existing phylogenies of the ectomycorrhizal agaric genus Hebeloma a total of 53 new rDNA ITS sequences from that genus was generated, augmented by sequences retrieved from GenBank, and analysed using Bayesian, strict consensus and neighbour joining methods. The lignicolous Hebelomina neerlandica, Gymnopilus penetrans, and two species of Galerina served as outgroup taxa. Anamika indica, as well as representatives of the genera Hymenogaster and Naucoria, were included to test the monophyly of Hebeloma, which is confirmed by the results. Hebeloma, Naucoria, Hymenogaster and Anamika indica cluster in a strongly supported monophyletic hebelomatoid clade. All trees largely reflect the current infrageneric classification within Hebeloma, and divide the genus into mostly well-supported monophyletic groups surrounding H. crustuliniforme, H. velutipes, H. sacchariolens, H. sinapizans, and H. radicosum, with H. sarcophyllum being shown at an independent position; however this is not well supported. The section Indusiata divides with strong support into three groups, the position of the pleurocystidiate Hebeloma cistophilum suggests the possible existence of a third subsection within sect. Indusiata. Subsection Sacchariolentia is raised to the rank of section.  相似文献

Komárek has recently reviewed the various species assigned to the green algal genusNeochloris Starr (Chlorococcales, Chlorococcaceae) and removed those with uninucleate vegetative cells to a new genus,Ettlia. Watanabe & Floyd, unaware ofKomárek's work, also reviewed the species ofNeochloris and distributed them among three genera—Neochloris, Chlorococcopsis gen. nov., andParietochloris gen. nov.—on the basis of details of the covering of the zoospore and the arrangement of the basal bodies of the flagellar apparatus. This paper reconciles these two treatments and makes additional recommendations at the ranks of genus, family, order, and class.  相似文献

The genusKarschia, in the earlier sense, including saprophytes and parasites on lichens, has been thought to be a non-lichenized parallel genus of the lichen genusBuellia. Modern workers included it on the one hand inBuellia, on the other hand combined it with bitunicate ascomycetes. It is now proved thatKarschia is heterogeneous and contains but superficially similar members both of the genusBuellia of theLecanorales and of typical or masked bitunicateAscomycetes. Therefore, it can not be regarded as a link betweenLecanorales andDothideales. The type species ofKarschia belongs to theDothideales.

Synopsis In a fourteen month study (May 1976 – June 1977) I examined the following characteristics of an intertidal bay goby (Lepidogobius lepidus) in Morro Bay, California, U.S.A.: annual and seasonal patterns of abundance, age composition and growth rates, survivorship and mortality patterns, and the reproductive cycle for female gobies. Fishes were collected with the aid of quinaldine and otoliths and ovaries removed. Age and growth rates were estimated from otolith annuli using a back calculation formula and a Brody-Bertalanffy growth curve. Mortality rates were derived using the methods of Heincke (1913), Robson & Chapman (1960), mean age, and a catch curve (Ricker 1975). A gonad index was used to describe the annual reproductive cycle. Results indicated that abundance fluctuated seasonally and that these fluctuations appeared to be caused by reproductive emigrations. Bay gobies reached an age of 7+ and a standard length of 87 mm. Growth was relatively constant (6 mm yr−1) until age 5, at which point it began to decline. The mean rates of survivorship, mortality, and instantaneous mortality were 0.75, 0.25, and 0.29 respectively. Mortality rates for individual age classes ranged from 0.13 to 0.51 and increased with age. This stock appears to reproduce mainly during the winter.  相似文献

The mature embryo of seven species belonging to five genera of Indian bamboos is described. In all these the basic pattern of embryo organisation is same: the scutellar and coleoptilar bundles are not separated by an internode, the epiblast is absent, the lower portion of the scutellum and the coleorhiza are separated by a cleft and the margins of embryonic leaves overlap. The features unique to fleshy fruited bamboos are: presence of a massive scutellum, the juxtaposition of plumule and radicle and the occurrence of a bud in the axil of the coleoptile. The fleshy fruit bearing bamboos should be classified into one group, the tribeMelocanneae. Evidence is provided to recognise additional groups in the subfamilyBambusoideae.  相似文献
