本文根据红细胞血型基因频率,用Harpending和Jenkins(1973)方法计算了中国22个人群间的遗传距离,同时在国内首次运用主坐标分析及其排序方法展示了中华民族的遗传结构,反映出中国东西人群与南北人群间的基因流。  相似文献

调查了云南省施甸县木老元乡哈寨村104名“本人”的4个细胞血型系统分布。结果表明,“本人”的ABO血型系统分布特点是,基因频率p(0.3069)〉基因频率q(0.1739);在MNSs血型系统中,基因频率m(0.6538)〉基因频率n(0.3462);在P血型系统中,基因频率P1(0.1798)较低。这些均与我国南方少数民族的分布特点基本相符。与我国大部分地区一样。Rh因型系统的单倍型频率中最高的  相似文献

The present paper reports the distribution of blood groups and ABH saliva secretion in two Andhra tribal populations: the Koya Dora and the Konda Kammara. 100 Koya Dora and nearly 110 Konda Kammara adults of both sexes were tested for A1A2BO, MN, Rh (CcDEe) blood groups and ABH saliva secretion. The gene frequencies for A1A2BO, MN and ABH and the gene as well as chromosome frequencies for Rh (CcDEe) systems were calculated. Koya Doras show a higher incidence of A gene than B gene, while the reverse trend is seen in Konda Kammaras. Both the tribes show a high M gene frequency. No Rh(D) negative individual was found in Koya Doras, while 4.59% of Konda Kammaras are Rh(D) negative. The chromosomes CDE, CdE, cDe, cdE, Cde and cde are absent in Koya Doras, while only the four chromosomes CDE, CdE, cDe and cdE are absent in Konda Kammaras. The chromosome CDe shows the highest frequency in both the tribes. The frequency of secretors is, as usual, higher than that of nonsecretors in both the tribes. The intergroup variation between the two tribes is not statistically significant for MN, Rh (CcDEe) and ABH systems, while the difference is significant for the A1A2BO blood groups. Suitable comparisons have also been made with all the other available data from Andhra Pradesh tribal populations with respect to different systems studied. Finally Fi estimates have been calculated after Harpending et al. (1973) and Workman et al. (1974) for Koya Doras and Konda Kammaras to assess their degree of endogamy, considering the codominant systems studied, which suggest that Koya Doras are relatively more isolated than Konda Kammaras.  相似文献

微卫星位点DYS19在中国人群中的多态研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
以人DNA为模板,经PCR扩增后,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离扩增片段,再经高灵敏度银染着色,对中国陕西汉族、广东汉族、宁夏回族、辽宁满族、四川彝族、西藏藏族、广西壮族、广西瑶族、新疆维吾尔族、湖南土家族等10个人群535名个体的Y染色体上微卫星位点DYS19的遗传多态性进行了研究。结果表明:中国人群中以等位基因C(194bp)为主要等位基因,基因频率范围在0.25-0.61;等位基因B(190bp)、D(198bp)次之,基因频率范围分别为0.08—0.36、0.06—0.42;而等位基因A(186bp)和E(202bp)频率较低,频率范围分别为0—0.07和0—0.38。在壮族中还检测出了一名携带F(206bp)等位基因的个体。中国人群DYS19等位基因的分布与蒙古人种群体以C型为主的结果相一致。X^2成对比较表明瑶族、藏族与大多数其它中国民族间DYS19表型分布存在差异(P< 0.05)或显著性差异(P< 0.01)。中国人群DYS19的基因频率至今在文献中尚未见报道。  相似文献

调查了云南基诺族、布朗族和拉祜族各100人的 ABO、Rh、MN和 P血型系统。结果表明 ,ABO血型系统中 p基因频率拉祜族最高 (0 .2420 ) ,基诺族最低 (0 .0779) ,布朗族居中(0 .2144 )。 r基因频率是基诺族最高 (0 .6971) ,拉祜族最低 (0 .5288) ,布朗族居中 (0 .5964)。Rh血型系统中 ,基诺族和拉祜族都是以 CCDee和 Cc DE-为常见类型 ,而且都是 CCDee最高 ,Cc DE-次之。拉祜族和基诺族的 CDe频率分别为 0 .7433和 0 .6950 ;c DE频率分别为 0 .1 871和0 .2517;基因频率 d为零。MN血型系统中 ,这 3个民族都是基因频率 m>n。P血型系统中 ,本次调查的 3个民族的p1基因频率在全国已调查过的汉族和少数民族中均是最高值 (拉祜族0 .50 99,布朗族 0 .4690 ,基诺族 0 .4359)。  相似文献

调查了219名宁夏回族的 ABO、MNSs、Rhesus、P、Lewis、Duffr、Kidd Diego 、Kell、Lutheran和Xg等11种系统的红细胞血型。结果表明,宁夏回族有较高的q(0.2530)、Fy~a(0.9270)、CDe(0.6225) 和E(0.2660) 等基因或染色体频率;d(0.0557)、s(0.0594)、P_1(0.1316)和 Le~a(0.3882)等基因频率较低;而未发现K和Lu~a基因;Di~a的频率为0.0349,也处于低水平;Ns(0.4984)连锁率高于 Ms(0.4422);Xg~a基因频率为0.4432。11个系统的红细胞血型的分布和遗传距离分析均反映了宁夏回族的遗传组成具有我国北方民族的特征,尤其接近于北方汉族和蒙古族,与新疆维吾尔族则存在较大的差异。  相似文献

报道了九个人群的耵聍位点基因。计算表明中国各族人群在耵聍位点上的遗传分化程度非常大,固定指数F_(ST)=0.22。本文根据耵聍基因频率在我国和邻近地区的分布趋势,认为亚洲东北地区应是干型基因的起源地,目前世界上耵聍位点基因频率分布格局主要是基因扩散的结果,而非选择作用造成的。  相似文献

Autosomal gene pools of 27 populations representing 12 ethnic groups of Siberia, Central Asia, and the Far East have been characterized for the first time using a set of eight polymorphic Alu insertions. The results of our analysis indicate a significant level of genetic diversity in populations of northern Eurasian and the considerable differentiation of their gene pool. It was shown that the frequency of the Alu (?) allele at the CD4 locus was inversely related to the magnitude of the Mongoloid component of the gene pool: the lowest and highest frequencies of the CD4 Alu deletion were recorded in Eskimos (0.012) and in Russians and Ukrainians (0.35), respectively. A gene flow analysis showed that Caucasoid populations (Russians, Tajiks, and Uzbeks), as well as Turkic ethnic groups of southern Siberia (Altaians and Tuvans), Khanty, and Mansi populations, in contrast to ethnic groups of eastern Siberia and the Far East, have been recipients of a considerable gene flow. A correlation analysis showed that genetic distances determined using polymorphic Alu insertions were correlated with the anthropological characteristics of the populations studied.  相似文献

根据中国13个人口逾百万的民族及台湾高山族的红细胞血型座位的基因频率,分析了各血型系统的分化程度。结果表明,中国人群在MNSs系统上的分化十分显著。对各民族间的亲缘关系分析表明,汉族、朝鲜族、蒙古族、回族,满族和藏族等北方民族首先聚集在一起,侗族、高山族、壮族和彝族等聚集在一起,然后白族与南北两大人集聚集在一起,最后才是维吾尔族与其它人群相聚。本文以华北汉族作为蒙古人种的代表,探讨了世界上三大人种间的遗传关系,结果表明,黄种人与黑种人之间的遗传差异最小,而黑种人与白种人之间的遗传差异最大。根据基因分化系数(G_(ST))和Shannon信息测度(H),中国民族间的遗传差异均仅占中国人总遗传变异量的2%左右,这说明,绝大部分遗传变异存在于各民族之内。  相似文献

The distribution of genetic markers of blood groups (ABO, Rhesus, MNSs, P, Duffy, Kell-Cellano), plasma proteins (Hp, Gc, Tf, C'3) and red-cell enzymes (AcP, EstD, GLO-1), and also ABH secretion among 10 populations of Western Georgia has been studied. The common characteristic of distribution of gene frequencies for the markers studied was obtained as a whole in Georgia. The Georgians were compared for these markers with some populations of the Caucasus, Europe and West Asia. Among Caucasian populations, Georgians are most similar to Abkhasians. According to some systems, Georgians are close to European groups (ABO, Dubby, GLO-1, EstD), while they are similar to West-Asian groups, as judged by other systems (ABH secretion, AcP). According to Rhesus and MNSs systems, Georgians differ both from populations of Europe and from populations of West Asia.  相似文献
