3种野生牛肝菌的菌塘土壤细菌多样性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
【目的】以远东疣柄牛肝菌(Leccinum extremiorientale)、美味牛肝菌(Boletus edulis)和小孢粉孢牛肝菌(Tylopilus microsporus)菌塘为研究对象,揭示其菌塘土壤细菌的菌群多样性。【方法】通过高通量测序方法,分析这3种野生牛肝菌菌塘土壤细菌的菌群结构及多样性。【结果】远东疣柄牛肝菌菌塘土样中的主要细菌类群为变形杆菌门(53.6%)、酸杆菌门(33.8%)、拟杆菌门(4.7%)、放线菌门(1.7%);美味牛肝菌中主要类群为酸杆菌门(40.7%)、变形杆菌门(38.1%)、拟杆菌门(10.3%)、放线菌门(3.1%);小孢粉孢牛肝菌中酸杆菌门(65.3%)、变形杆菌门(23.8%)、拟杆菌门(4.9%)为主要类群。细菌在属级分类水平上,远东疣柄牛肝菌菌塘主要属中69.8%为未知属,其余为伯克氏菌属Burkholderia(16.0%)、酸杆菌门中的Candidatus Solibacter(5.9%)和酸孢菌属Acidocella(3.3%)。美味牛肝菌中主要的属分布在未知类群(83.0%),此外,还有Candidatus Solibacter(8.0%),伯克氏菌属Burkholderia(2.1%)。小孢粉孢牛肝菌菌塘中,分别为未知类群(80.9%)和Candidatus Solibacter(12.6%)。【结论】3种牛肝菌菌塘土壤中细菌类群具有丰富的多样性,其中含有大量未知类群。  相似文献

菌根食用菌是一个未被合理利用的非木质林产品类群。通过文献和数据调研,本名录共收录532个中国菌根食用菌分类单元,它们隶属于28科62属,包括子囊菌门的39个分类单元以及担子菌门的493个分类单元。其中红菇科和牛肝菌科种类最丰富,红菇属、乳菇属、枝瑚菌属、蜡伞属、乳牛肝菌属、口蘑属、块菌属、牛肝菌属、鹅膏菌属和丝膜菌属是我国菌根食用菌的代表属。本研究揭示了我国菌根食用菌的多样性,并对我国菌根食用菌持续发展给予了初步建议。  相似文献

本文报道松塔牛肝菌属四个新种,即:裸皱松塔牛肝菌Strobilomyces gla-bellus Ying sp.nov.,阔裂松塔牛肝菌S.latirimosus Ying sp.nov.,微茸松塔牛肝菌S.subnudus Ying sp.nov.,短绒松塔牛肝菌S.velutinus Ying sp.nov.;及四个中国新记录种,即:柔鳞松塔牛肝菌S.mollis Corner,疣鳞松塔牛肝菌S.nigricans Berk.,锥鳞松塔牛肝菌S.polypyramis Hook.,半裸松塔牛肝菌S.semi-nudus Hongo.松塔牛肝菌属Strobilomyces以其具有变黑的担子果与菌幕、不粘的菌盖上有疣状、绵绒状或刺状鳞片以及黑褐色带明显纹饰的孢子而易于识别。Singer(1945)按孢子纹饰的不同将松塔牛肝菌属分为两个组,其一为具疣、刺和网纹的种类;另一为具纵贯孢子两端的翼状棱纹的种类。对于后者的归属问题,Pegler & Young持不同见解,并于1981建立了非洲牛肝菌属AfroboletusPegler & Young以纳孢子具翼状纵棱和孢缘边(rim)的种类;含2—4种,分布在非洲近赤道的地区。在中国,松塔牛肝菌属已报道过三个种,即:松塔牛肝菌Strobilomyces,floc-copus(Vahl.ex Fr.)Karst.光头松塔牛肝菌S.glabriceps Chiu和混淆松塔牛肝菌S.confusus Sing.。裘维蕃(1948,1957)曾描述过网孢松塔牛肝菌Strobi-lomyces retisporus(Pat.et Bak.)Gilb.但因其子实体色鲜红至褐红而不变黑色、子层体淡暗黄色且菌肉不变红-黑色、孢子具网纹而宜转隶于Heimiellia Boedijn(1951)。文中有新分类单位和国内已知种的分种检索表、新种的拉丁文和英文描述并有绘图和扫描电镜照片示明孢子纹饰。  相似文献

中国大型高等真菌生物多样性的关键类群   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14  
由于生物多样性的关键类群在科学研究、社会经济及生态系统中所处的重要地位,有必要对其进行筛选和确定。在多年的野外考察和有关文献资料分析的基础上,参照植物和动物关键类群的划分原理及方法,结合高等真菌的特点将大型高等真菌划分为3种类型:濒危类群、重大科学价值类群和重要经济类群。其中,濒危类群指在近年的考察和报告中发现的数量急剧减少或由于过度的采集资源明显受到威胁的种类,其中有虫草属(Cordyceps)的中华虫草(C.siaensis)、块菌属(Tuber)的中华块菌(T.sinense)、假下陷块菌(T.pseu—doexcawatum)、喜马拉雅块菌(T.himalayense)、革菌属(Thelephora)的干巴菌(T.ganbajun)、口蘑属的松茸(Tricholoma matsuatke)及其近缘种和蒙古口蘑(T.mongolicum);重大科学价值类群指在真菌系统演化或与动、植物和其它真菌协同进化中的一些重要类群,或在应用研究领域具重要价值的类群,如鸡Zong菌属(Termitomyces)、鹅膏属(Amanita)、腹菌与伞菌的过渡类型如地红菇属(Macowanites)、粉褶包属(Richoniella)、轴腹菌属(Hydnangium)、腹牛肝菌属(Gastroboletus)等、牛肝菌类中的一些特殊单种属和寡种属如圆花孢牛肝菌属(Heimiel-la)、圆孔牛肝菌属(Gyroporus)等;重要经济类群指广为利用的食用菌、药用菌和外生菌根菌,其中主要有虫草属的中华虫草、块菌属的中华块菌、鸡Zong菌属盾尖鸡Zong菌(T.dypeatus)、鸡Zong菌(T.ewrhizus)、球形鸡Zong菌(T.gtoulus)、口蘑属的松茸群及蒙古口蘑、牛肝菌属(Bolaus)的美味牛肝菌(B.edulis)、小美牛肝菌(R.speciosus)、茶褐牛肝菌(B.brunneissimus)等,乳菇的红汁乳菇(L,hatsudake)、松乳菇(L.deliciosus)、多汁乳菇(L.volemus)、红菇属的变绿红菇(R.vir-escens)、蓝黄红菇(R.cyanoxantha)、鹅膏属的红黄鹅膏(A.hemibapha)、隐花青鹅膏(A.mang-iniana)、灵芝属(Ganoderma)的灵芝(G,lucidum)及紫芝(G,sinense)、竹荪属(Dictyophora)、豆马勃属(Pisdithus)的一些种。这些种由于具有重要的经济价值而受到过度的采集,故往往与濒危的种类一致。关键类群的筛选与提出为大型高等真菌的研究、应用和保护提供参考。  相似文献

依据牛肝菌属卷边组Boletus sect. Appendiculati内7个物种的核糖体基因rDNA内转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacer,ITS)序列比对,设计5对ITS特异引物,分别用于卷边牛肝菌Boletus appendiculatus与亚卷边牛肝菌B. subappendiculatus、卷边牛肝菌与拟桃红牛肝菌B. pseudoregius、华靛牛肝菌B. roseoflavus与卷边牛肝菌B.?appendiculatus、华靛牛肝菌与华美牛肝菌B. speciosus、拟桃红牛肝菌与华美牛肝菌的相互识别。ITS区段的PCR扩增结果表明,5对ITS特异引物皆成功扩增出可用于辨别这些近缘物种的目的条带。但未能设计出ITS特异引物,以识别华靛牛肝菌与桃红牛肝菌B. regius两个近缘物种。  相似文献

The current distribution of the endangered Mexican beech [Fagus grandifolia var. mexicana (Martinez) Little] is restricted to relict isolated populations in small remnants of montane cloud forest in northeastern Mexico, and little is known about its associated biota. We sampled bolete diversity in two of these monospecific forests in the state of Hidalgo, Mexico. We compared alpha diversity, including species richness and ensemble structure, and analyzed beta diversity (dissimilarity in species composition) between forests. We found 26 bolete species, five of which are probably new. Species diversity and evenness were similar between forests. Beta diversity was low, and the similarities of bolete samples from within and between forests were not significantly different. These results support the idea that the two forests share a single bolete ensemble with a common history. In contrast, cumulative species richness differed between the forests, implying that factors other than the mere presence of the host species have contributed to shaping the biodiversity of ectomycorrhizal fungi in relict Mexican beech forests.  相似文献

Bolete Productivity of Cistaceous Scrublands in Northwestern Spain. Cistaceous scrublands dominated by Cistus ladanifer and Halimium lasianthum are widely distributed in northwestern Spain and are known to harbor the popular edible mushrooms Boletus edulis and B. aereus. As commercial harvest of these species is an important activity in Spain’s forests, in some cases generating greater revenue than timber production, we tried to determine whether there is commercial potential for bolete harvest in young cistaceous scrublands. Transects of 50 m × 2 m were randomly established in cistaceous scrublands and bolete yield was measured. High production of these valuable mushrooms was associated with 3-year-old plants, a much earlier onset than observed for Pinus and Quercus stands. Management recommendations for the studied scrub ecosystems are proposed that take into account the economic value of the mushrooms.  相似文献

The larks (Alaudidae) tend to be taxonomically arranged in a large number of small genera. There appear to be few characters which will separate the genera Alauda, Galerida and Lullula, and in recent times additional species have been placed in the first two genera without a reappraisal of the characters by which each genus is defined. Ten species are involved and originally these belonged to eight different genera. In this group of ten species of eight genera as at present, six morphological generic characters are examined separately: the length of the tenth primary in relation to the roundness of the wing, the length of the hind claw, the profile of the crest, the conspicuousness of the superciliary stripe, the thickness and taper of the bill, and the length of tertiaries and secondaries. All ten species show these characters, and the variation in any single character is fairly evenly graded through the group without marked discontinuity. The succession of species within the gradation varies from one character to another. It is not possible to find any group of characters which will subdivide the group of species. Little is known of the behaviour of the ten species but examination of song-flight suggests that such characters may also show a gradation without obvious subdivision. It is considered that the present data do not justify the retention of the present genera for these species, and that it would be preferable to group them under the earliest generic name, Alauda. The characters defining the Alauda group are listed and the relation of Chersophilus duponti to the group is discussed.  相似文献

The obligate association of boletes with their plant partners is critical to understanding biogeographic distribution of these fungi. Only in rare instances are boletes not obligatory associates of plants; the majority are presumed or proven partners in obligate symbioses with a variety of plants. The array of plant-associated distributions provides a potential handle for evaluating bolete distribution on a global scale. However, migration processes remain unclear and distributions are often disjunct. As an illustration of phylogeographic studies of putatively widespread bolete taxa, we present preliminary analyses for Tylopilus ballouii using LSU rDNA and RPB1 sequence data. The LSU data suggest geographic structuring of the tested accessions. However, RPB1 data indicate that long-distance dispersal events (possibly mediated by humans) are possible, or that selection or other factors have obscured geographical patterns. Molecular divergence between samples in RPB1 argues against panmixis, and indicates that populations have been isolated for long periods.  相似文献

The Casuarinaceae consists of the 4 genera Gymnostoma, Ceuthostoma, Casuarina and Allocasuarina. All the genera are found living today in Australia, Malaysia, Melanesia, and Southeast Asia. An abundant and widespread fossil record of the genus Gymnostoma is known from New Zealand, Argentina, South Africa, and Australia. This paper provides a compilation of basic vegetative and reproductive morphological data of the 4 genera of the Casuarinaceae with special emphasis on these features in Gymnostoma. The features are presented in tabular form and the data are compared and discussed. Most of the genera can be clearly distinguished by the morphology of their vegetative and reproductive organs. Species differences within the extant genera often are difficult to distinguish; therefore, comparative systematic analysis of these fossils from fragmentary and incomplete remains ranging through time will be very difficult, and care must be taken when interpreting evolutionary trends from them.  相似文献

Field-collected mosquitoes of the two main malaria vectors in Africa, Anopheles gambiae sensu lato and Anopheles funestus, were screened for their midgut bacterial contents. The midgut from each blood-fed mosquito was screened with two different detection pathways, one culture independent and one culture dependent. Bacterial species determination was achieved by sequence analysis of 16S rRNA genes. Altogether, 16 species from 14 genera were identified, 8 by each method. Interestingly, several of the bacteria identified are related to bacteria known to be symbionts in other insects. One isolate, Nocardia corynebacterioides, is a relative of the symbiont found in the vector for Chagas' disease that has been proven useful as a paratransgenic bacterium. Another isolate is a novel species within the gamma-proteobacteria that could not be phylogenetically placed within any of the known orders in the class but is close to a group of insect symbionts. Bacteria representing three intracellular genera were identified, among them the first identifications of Anaplasma species from mosquitoes and a new mosquito-Spiroplasma association. The isolates will be further investigated for their suitability for a paratransgenic Anopheles mosquito.  相似文献

Plant pathogens are responsible for many crop plant diseases, resulting in economic losses. The use of bacterial agents is an excellent option to fight against plant pathogens and an excellent alternative to the use of chemicals, which are offensive to the environment and to human health. Two of the most common biocontrol agents are members of the Bacillus and Pseudomonas genera. Both bacterial genera have important traits such as plant growth-promoting (PGP) properties. This review analyzes pioneering and recent works and the mechanisms used by Bacillus and Pseudomonas in their behaviour as biocontrol and PGP agents, discussing their mode of action by comparing the two genera. Undoubtedly, future integrated research strategies for biocontrol and PGP will require the help of known and novel species of both genera.  相似文献

Abstract. Some groups of insects, such as certain Ichneumonidae and fungus-feeding Phlaeothripidae, appear to have undergone frequent reversal or parallelism (homoplasy) of characters during evolution so that extant species present almost every imaginable permutation and combination of characters. Recognition of holophyletic genera in such groups is difficult. Large monothetically defined genera are often not holophyletic, whilst small genera need to be defined by a large and invariable character-suite. Any classification produced by adopting small genera will not possess one of the valuable attributes of the classical Linnaean system, its predictive ability; a large proportion of new species will require new genera. For groups exhibiting a high degree of homoplasy it is suggested that a polythetic classification be erected. Polythetic genera can be holophyletic groups and are not merely phenetic assemblages. The probability of correctly assigning a species (either a new one or when making an identification) is shown to be higher for a polythetic classification. A simple key device, the polyclave, is given to enable practical separation of two polythetic taxa. It is suggested that homoplasy, and its associated problems in classification, may be associated with a particular type of biology in which population size is not limited by direct competition.  相似文献
