将小麦发育的温度效应曲线化,以发育生理生态过程为基础,利用作物生理发育时间(Physiological Development Time,简称PDT)为尺度,提出系统地预测小麦顶端发育阶段和物候生育期的模拟模型.预测的顶端发育阶段包括单棱期、二棱期、小花原基分化期、雌雄蕊原基分化期、药隔期、四分体期、抽穗期.物候发育阶段包括种子萌发、出苗期、分蘖期、越冬期、返青期、拔节期、孕穗期、抽穗期、开花期、灌浆期、成熟期.模型中用来描述特定品种发育遗传差异的参数有温度敏感性、生理春化时间、光周期敏感性和基本早熟性,分别体现了不同品种小麦在热效应、春化作用、光周期反应以及最早开花时间这四方面的遗传特性,共同决定了不同品种到达各发育阶段的生理发育时间  相似文献

地区间发展不平衡是制约区域协调发展战略落实的重要障碍之一。基于2010—2019年长三角区域41个地级市的面板数据,构建了包含经济发展、科教事业、基础建设、人民生活、资源环境5个子系统的区域协调发展指标体系,借助GeoDa和ArcGIS软件,运用区域协调发展测度模型、探索性空间数据分析等方法,探讨区域协调发展的时空演变特征及各要素内部相关性。结果表明: 从区域发展的角度来看,长三角区域的发展协调性逐年增强。2010—2019年,上海市、苏州市等地区的经济发展、科教事业水平领先于其他城市,皖西北地区、舟山市、黄山市发展协调程度较弱。从空间自相关的角度来看,长三角区域各子系统平均自相关程度依次为人民生活>经济发展>资源环境>科教事业>基础建设。其中,经济发展与科教事业的全局莫兰指数呈下降趋势,科教事业没有呈现出显著相关性,基础建设的莫兰指数基本处于较低水平,不同年份浮动程度较大,人民生活在空间上具有明显的高-高与低-低集聚特征,资源环境的全局莫兰指数呈现“V”字形分布。经济建设和科教事业是与区域协调发展相关性最强的两种因素。  相似文献

海洋绿色发展是海洋高质量发展的重要内容,坚持生态优先和资源可持续的绿色发展模式对于海洋可持续的意义重大。在梳理了海洋绿色发展概念与内涵基础上,以沿海11省市为研究对象,基于2006-2017年沿海各省市的面板数据,建立海洋绿色发展评价指标体系,通过可变模糊识别模型对海洋绿色发展水平进行测度,并运用Arcgis软件和马尔可夫空间模型对其进行时空演变分析,最后运用面板数据模型进行影响因素分析。结果表明:①2006-2017年我国海洋绿色发展水平一直保持增长趋势,总体提高了19.6%,但整体仍呈中等水平,且地区差异明显。在空间分布上,空间集聚特征依然明显,东南沿海地区总体海洋绿色发展水平相对较高,西南和东北部分地区海洋绿色发展水平相对较低。②从时空演化特征来看,上海、天津、山东的海洋绿色发展水平相对较高,河北、广西的海洋绿色发展水平相对较低。区域背景对海洋绿色发展类型转移具有显著影响,高水平区域背景对海洋绿色发展水平增长具有辐射、促进作用,而低水平区域背景对增长具有制约、减缓作用。③从外部因素来看,政府调控、陆域经济水平和开放程度对海洋绿色发展有正向显著影响,环境治理有负向显著影响;从内部因素来看,海洋产业结构、海洋管理和海洋资源利用都有正向显著影响。根据总结以上结论,针对不同地区的海洋绿色发展情况提出不同的发展途径与对策,为海洋绿色发展提供科学的参考依据。  相似文献

The effect of temperature and light conditions (spectral quality, intensity and photoperiod) on germination, development and conidiation of tomato powdery mildew (Oidium neolycopersici) on the highly susceptible tomato cv. Amateur were studied. Conidia germinated across the whole range of tested temperatures (10–35°C); however, at the end‐point temperatures, germination was strongly limited. At temperatures slightly lower than optimum (20–25°C), mycelial development and time of appearance of the first conidiophores was delayed. Conidiation occurred within the range of 15–25°C, however was most intense between 20–25°C. Pathogen development was also markedly influenced by the light conditions. Conidiation and mycelium development was greatest at light intensities of approximately 60 μmol/m2 per second. At lower intensities, pathogen development was delayed, and in the dark, conidiation was completely inhibited. A dark period of 24 h after inoculation had no stimulatory effect on later mycelium development. However, 12 h of light after inoculation, followed by continuous dark, resulted in delayed mycelium development and total restriction of pathogen conidiation (evaluated 8 days postinoculation). When a longer dark period (4 days) was followed by normal photoperiod (12 h/12 h light/dark), mycelium development accelerated and the pathogen sporulated normally. When only inoculated leaf was covered with aluminium foil while whole plant was placed in photoperiod 12 h/12 h, the intensive mycelium development and slight subsequent sporulation on covered leaf was recorded.  相似文献

Progesterone may contribute to the maternal suppression of immunity to the fetus by modulating the Th1/Th2 balance. To clarify whether progesterone directly or indirectly affects T cell differentiation, we used two experimental systems with isolated T cells in vitro. In one system, isolated CD4+CD8+thymocytes differentiated into Th1 and Th2 by two pulse stimulations with defined combinations of ionomycin and PMA followed by the treatment with IL-12, IL-4, and IL-2. In the second system, functional differentiation was induced in purified naive CD4 T cells with cytokines and Abs to CD3 and CD28. In both systems, progesterone added with cytokines suppressed Th1 development at concentrations associated with pregnancy, but enhanced the development of IL-10-producing Th2 cells. Because IL-10 is known to inhibit APC production of IL-12, Th1 development may be also suppressed indirectly by progesterone. However, progesterone failed to enhance IL-10 production in the absence of IL-12. The p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) inhibitor SB203580 inhibited Th1 development and enhanced Th2 development, as did progesterone, indicating that p38 MAPK and extracellular signal-regulated kinase pathways are involved in Th1 development. However, the progesterone effects may not be simply due to a modulation of MAPK activities, because the inhibitor did not significantly affect the development of IL-10-producing cells in the presence or absence of progesterone. Glucocorticoids exerted effects similar to those of progesterone on Th1/Th2 development even at lower concentrations. These results suggest that progesterone as well as glucocorticoids directly inhibit Th1 development and enhance Th2 development.  相似文献

Manipulation studies of the temporal availability of nutrients during parasitoid larval development (high‐quality host vs. host deprivation) demonstrated that parasitoid access to nutrition affected the wing morph development of Melittobia digitata Dahms (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae), but not the parasitoid's ovarian development. Around 70% of programmed short wing morph larvae (SWM) that had been host‐deprived at 120 h after host parasitization shifted their development and emerged as long wing morphs (LWM). A reversion in morph development of programmed LWM was also found when the larvae were offered new hosts after up to 120 h of development, and both programmed SWM or LWM larvae that differentiated as SWMs had a similar egg load. Although precocene treatment of programmed SWM induced 30% of LWM development, morph development of programmed LWM remained unaltered if treated with methoprene, a juvenile hormone analogue (JHA), indicating that the morph development of M. digitata does not appear to be under juvenile hormone control. However, both precocene and JHA affected the ovarian development of the emerging female. We hypothesize that specific nutrients from the host hemolymph, or changes in the host internal composition at the parasitoid larval sensitive stage (120–123 h) induce changes in pathways that control parasitoid metabolism and nutrient allocation decisions during the cell growth and development of imaginal discs.  相似文献

A fundamental step in neuronal development is the acquisition of a polarized form, with distinct axons and dendrites. Although the ability to develop a polarized form appears to be largely an intrinsic property of neurons, it can be influenced by environmental cues. For example, in cell cultures substrate and diffusible factors can enhance and orient axonal development. In this study we examine the effects of growth on each of two cell adhesion molecules (CAMs), NgCAM and N-cadherin, on the development of polarity by cultured hippocampal neurons. We find that although the same pattern of development occurs on control substrates and the CAMs, the CAMs greatly accelerate the rate and extent of development of axons—axons form sooner and grow longer on the CAMs than on the control substrate. In contrast, the CAMs have opposite effects on dendritic development—N-cadherin enhances, but NgCAM reduces dendritic growth compared to control. These results provide further evidence that the development of polarity is largely determined by a cell-autonomous program, but that environmental cues can independently regulate axonal and dendritic growth.  相似文献

The limb and external genitalia are appendages of the body wall. Development of these structures differs fundamentally in that masculine development of the external genitalia is androgen dependent, whereas development of the limb is not. Despite this fundamental difference in developmental regulation, epithelial-mesenchymal interactions play key roles in the development of both structures, and similar regulatory molecules are utilized as mediators of morphogenetic cell-cell interactions during development of both the limb and external genitalia. Given the relatively high incidence of hypospadias, a malformation of penile development, it is appropriate and timely to review the morphological, endocrine, and molecular mechanisms of development of the genital tubercle (GT), the precursor of the penis in males and the clitoris in females. Morphological observations comparing development of the GT in humans and mouse emphasize the validity of the mouse as an animal model of GT development and validate the results of experimental studies. Accordingly, the use of mutant mice provides important insights into the roles of specific regulatory molecules in development of the external genitalia. While our current understanding of the morphological and molecular mechanisms of mammalian external genitalia development is still rudimentary, this review summarizes the current state of our knowledge and whenever possible draws from the rich experimental embryology literature on other relevant organs such as the developing limb. Future research on the hormonal and molecular mechanisms of GT development may yield strategies to prevent or reduce the incidence of hypospadias and to elucidate the molecular genetic mechanisms of GT morphogenesis, especially in relation to common organogenetic pathways utilized in other organ systems.  相似文献

Significant efforts have been made toward the development of high-performance biosensors for various applications. Advances in nanotechnology have resulted in the development of highly sensitive electrochemical sensing devices. It is believed that highly sensitive and selective biosensors can be realized through the integration of biomolecules and nanomaterial-based sensor platforms. Numerous articles have described combining biomolecules as recognition elements with nanotechnology for the development of biosensors with enhanced selectivity and sensitivity. What was unique about our laboratory was the detailed simulation of a human rearing environment for infant chimpanzees, together with continuous, intensive observation and recording of behavioral development. Communication in American Sign Language (ASL) was integrated into this procedure in a way that simulates the teaching of vocal and gestural languages to human children. The result is a comprehensive longitudinal record of the stage by stage development of two-way communication in sign language and its relation to basic aspects of behavioral development such as: locomotion, manipulative skills, observational learning, and social play. In the longitudinal records of five infant chimpanzees, we can trace the patterns of development and also examine the consistency of individual differences through the first five years. The central question is the relation between developing skills in the use of American Sign Language and the rest of behavioral development. To analyze factors that influence development, we have compared records for infant chimpanzees reared in the crossfostering laboratory with records for chimpanzees reared in the wild by their own mothers and chimpanzees reared in cages under conventional laboratory conditions, as well as with records of development for human children, reared in homes and reared in institutions.  相似文献

Recent studies on the rate and pattern of dental development indicate that the growth and maturation of early hominids were more similar to the extant apes than to modern humans. This contrasts with the previously held opinion derived from combined dental development, pattern and attrition studies claiming that early hominids were more hominine in their development (Mann, 1975). This paper explores the origin of this difference of opinion and reviews immature hominid dentitions with the benefit of improved radiographs and new data on the pattern and rate of pongid dental development. Paranthropus and Australopithecus specimens are shown to possess an ape-like development pattern but incisor development is specialized in the former and superficially human-like in pattern. The present and recent studies on dental development rate and pattern justify the position that early hominids were more ape-like in their growth and development. Therefore, ages at death calculated from pongid dental development schedules are provided for most immature early hominids. More detailed studies of early hominid developmental biology are now possible. It is suggested that divergent heterochronic processes characterize changes in brain/body proportions during hominid evolution. Relative rates of bone remodeling processes can now be identified on early hominid skeletons. The paleodemographic analysis of early hominids is little changed by the developmental model one chooses.  相似文献

Cytochemical investigations on oocyte development, fertilizationand early embryonic development have been reviewed. Inter andintra-group variability in the succession of metabolic phaseswas considered with respect to selection pressures which inturn appeared to modulate phases. Quantitative investigationswere particularly considered. In early development, attention was focused on changes in thechromosomal organization which might reflect on control of development.Some of the unusual forms of chromosomal organizations in earlydevelopment were discussed. Cytochemical studies have not offered any insights into precociousdifferentiation, but they have added substantially to the understandingof chemical and organizational changes during oogenesis andearly development.  相似文献

The effect of inhibiting ATP production via oxidative phosphorylation during pericompaction of in vitro produced bovine embryos was investigated. This was achieved by: (i) varying the atmospheric O2 concentration (0, 1, 2, 4 and 7%); (ii) addition of oxidative phosphorylation inhibitors, NaN3 and antimycin A; and (iii) addition of 2,4-dinitrophenol, an uncoupler of oxidative phosphorylation from electron transport. The development of embryos under various O2 concentrations from day 5 to day 7 of development indicated that an optimal concentration occurred at about 2%. Addition of NaN3 revealed that doses above 100 mumol l-1 were toxic to embryo development, but that concentrations of 5-10 mumol l-1 stimulated embryo development by 10-25%. A similar result was observed after addition of 2,4-dinitrophenol, whereas antimycin A was inhibitory at doses as low as 1 mumol l-1. At concentrations of NaN3 or 2,4-dinitrophenol that stimulated embryo development, the number of cells of the resulting blastocysts was also significantly increased. Addition of NaN3 from day 1 of development inhibited subsequent development. Metabolic data of NaN3-treated embryos revealed that O2 uptake was significantly lower at inhibitory doses (100 mumol l-1). A significant (P < 0.05) log linear increase in glucose uptake was measured between the three concentrations of NaN3 (0, 10 and 100 mumol l-1). These results demonstrate that ATP production via oxidative phosphorylation is essential for bovine embryo development in vitro. However, transient (subacute) inhibition appears to be beneficial to embryo development and the number of cells, perhaps by creating a more favourable intracellular environment.  相似文献

为了探究正常的儿童保健对早产儿生长和智力发育的影响,并明确早产儿的生长和智力发育分别与儿童保健的影响,本研究选取40例早产儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组进行常规育儿管理,观察组采用儿童保健管理。统计分析两组早产儿在0.5岁、1岁、1.5岁和2岁的生长(头围,体重和身高)和智力(智力和心理活动)发育情况及相关性。研究发现,儿童保健可明显促进早产儿的生长和智力发育,且正规儿童保健与早产儿的生长和智力发育呈正相关关系,均具有显著性差异。本研究结果说明,儿童保健可明显促进早产儿的生长和智力发育,具有重要的临床应用价值。  相似文献

Factors influencing adventitious bud and root development, callus induction and embryogenesis were investigated in stem and leaf cultures of Petunia inflata R. E. Fries and Petunia hybrida cv. Cascade and cv. Rose du ciel grown on a synthetic nutrient medium. Indoleacetic acid caused limited callus development and root formation whereas naphthaleneacetic acid Induced abundant roots. 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid promoted callus growth and differentiation of embryos which eventually developed into plantlets. Cytokinins such as benzyladenine, zeatin and kinetin induced bud development. A combination of auxins and cytokinins caused an interaction which was manifested in altered morphogenetic response. Thus 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in conjunction with benzyladenine caused suppression of bud development and retarded differentiation of embryos. Likewise, when benzyladenine was used with indoleacetic acid root development was totally inhibited and abundant buds were produced.  相似文献
