Changes in gastric mucosal thymidine kinase (TK) activity (an indicator of proliferative activity) were examined in young (4 month) and aged (24 month) Fischer-344 male rats 6 h after intragastric administration of either 2 M NaCl (1 ml/130 g b.w.) or an equivalent volume of water (control). These changes were related to the expression of c-myc gene, tyrosine kinase (Tyr-K) activity and tyrosine-specific phosphorylation of proteins in the gastric mucosa. Basal gastric mucosal TK activity (data from the controls) in the aged rats was found to be 75% (P less than 0.001) above the young animals. This was accompanied by increased expression of c-myc gene and a 67% (P less than 0.001) enhancement in Tyr-K activity. Intragastric administration of 2 M NaCl resulted in gastric mucosal damage (as evidenced by lesions index) in both age groups. However, in aged rats, the lesions index was found to be about 75% higher than in their younger counterparts. In young rats, mucosal injury resulted in a 95% rise in TK activity, whereas in aged rats it was increased by only 38%, when compared with corresponding controls. This 2-fold rise in TK activity in young rats was also associated with increased expression of the c-myc gene. In young rats, administration of hypertonic saline caused a 90% (P less than 0.001) increment in Tyr-K activity and significantly stimulated tyrosine-specific phosphorylation of five mucosal proteins with an apparent molecular mass of 170, 120, 100, 55 and 43 kDa. On the other hand, administration of hypertonic saline to the aged rats caused only a small 16% (P less than 0.025) increase in Tyr-K activity, and produced no apparent change in either expression of c-myc gene or tyrosine-specific phosphorylation of any of the proteins in the gastric mucosa, when compared with the corresponding controls. We conclude that aging increases the susceptibility of the gastric mucosa to damaging agents and diminishes its regenerative capacity. We also suggest that Tyr-K may play a role in determining these events.  相似文献

Administration of pharmacological doses of epidermal growth factor (EGF) or transforming growth factor-alpha (TGF-alpha) in young rats stimulates gastric mucosal proliferation, but, in aged rats, the same treatment inhibits proliferation. This may be due to enhanced ligand-induced internalization of EGF receptor (EGFR). In support of this, we demonstrated that although a single injection of EGF (10 microg/kg) or TGF-alpha (5 microg/kg) in young (4-6 mo old) rats greatly increased membrane-associated EGFR tyrosine kinase activity, the same treatment slightly inhibited the enzyme activity in aged (24 mo old) rats. This treatment also produced a greater abundance of punctate cytoplasmic EGFR staining in gastric epithelium of aged rats, consistent with EGFR internalization. In vitro analyses demonstrated that exposure of isolated gastric mucosal cells from aged but not young rats to 100 pM TGF-alpha resulted in marked increases in intracellular EGFR tyrosine kinase activity and that induction of EGFR tyrosine kinase activity in mucosal membranes from aged rats occurred at doses 1,000-fold less than those required in young rats. Our data suggest that aging enhances sensitivity of the gastric mucosa to EGFR ligands. This may partly explain EGFR-mediated inhibition of gastric mucosal proliferation in aged rats.  相似文献

H. pylori infection has been considered a risk factor for the development of gastric malignancy. Ornithine decarboxylase and tyrosine kinases activities are increased in patients with colon or esophageal cancer. In this study we compared the ODC and tyrosine kinases activities in the gastric mucosa of children with H. pylori infection and normal mucosa. Gastric biopsies were prospectively collected from children during routine upper endoscopic procedure. H. pylori infection was determined histologically. Biopsies were analyzed for ODC activity, total tyrosine kinases activities, and for the activity of protooncogene tyrosine kinase pp60(c-src). The mean ODC activity (pmol 14CO2/mg. protein/hr) and total tyrosine kinases activity (pmol 32P/mg. protein) were 186 and 5877 for H. pylori infected mucosa; and 229 and 4300, for normal mucosa, respectively (p> 0.05). Tyrosine kinase pp60(c-src) protein levels were similar between H. pylori infected mucosa and normal mucosa (3.12 and 2.15 pmol 32P/mg. protein, respectively; p>0.05). There was no correlation between gastric inflammation and the level of ODC or tyrosine kinase activities. ODC and tyrosine kinase activities in the gastric mucosa are similar in children with H. pylori infection compared to normal mucosa. The data suggest that these enzymes cannot be used as markers for future cancer development in children.  相似文献

These studies were undertaken to analyze the changes in testicular ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) mRNA levels and ODC activity in rats from birth to maturity. Levels of ODC mRNA were initially low in animals aged 10-17 days. Beginning at 21 days, ODC mRNA levels began to rise, reaching maximal levels by 40 days (p less than 0.01). The size of the 2.2- and 2.6-kb ODC mRNAs did not appear to change with age, as determined by Northern blot analysis. The increase in ODC mRNA that began at 21 days paralleled the increase in testis weight. This increase in ODC mRNA preceded the appearance of rat protamine-1 mRNA, a germ cell-specific mRNA found in round spermatids, which was first detected on Day 40. In contrast, levels of sulfated glycoprotein-2 mRNA, which, in the testis, is found exclusively in Sertoli cells, were highest at Day 17 and thereafter declined gradually with age. Unlike the increase in ODC mRNA levels, ODC activity was highest in 10-day-old animals and thereafter declined steadily with age, reaching minimal levels by 40 days (p less than 0.01). Thus, the increase in testicular ODC mRNA levels was in marked contrast to the decrease in testicular ODC activity. Incubation of cytosolic extract from 40-day-old animals with that from 10- or 17-day-old animals inhibited ODC activity approximately 50%, when compared to cytosols from 10- or 17-day-old animals. Dialysis of cytosol from 40-day-old animals prior to incubation with cytosol from 10-day-old animals relieved this inhibition.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

We recently identified a novel protein tyrosine kinase that specifically phosphorylates truncated pp60c-src (Mr = 53,000) at a tyrosine residue(s) distinct from its autophosphorylation site. In this study, we examined whether this enzyme phosphorylates intact pp60c-src (Mr = 60,000) and determined its phosphorylation site. Non-neuronal and neuronal forms of intact pp60c-src were separately purified from the membrane fraction of neonatal rat brain by sequential column chromatographies. The novel kinase phosphorylated tyrosine residues of both forms of intact pp60c-src. The phosphorylation occurred in parallel with autophosphorylation of pp60c-src, and in both forms the final stoichiometry estimated was quite similar to that of autophosphorylation (about 5%). The enzyme also phosphorylated pp60c-src in which the kinase activity had been destroyed by an ATP analogue, p-fluorosulfonylbenzoyl 5'-adenosine. The phosphorylation site of the non-neuronal form was analyzed by sequential peptide mapping with tosylphenylalanyl chloromethyl ketone-treated trypsin and alpha-chymotrypsin. Tryptic digestion of the phosphorylated pp60c-src yielded a unique phosphopeptide that cross-reacted with an antibody specific for the carboxyl-terminal sequence of chicken pp60c-src. Digestion of the phosphopeptide with chymotrypsin yielded a product that comigrated with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to the carboxyl-terminal 15 residues of chicken pp60c-src. These results clearly indicate that the carboxyl-terminal sequence of rat pp60c-src is identical to that of chicken pp60c-src, and a tyrosine residue corresponding to chicken Tyr527 is the phosphorylation site. This phosphorylation resulted in a decrease in the enolase phosphorylating activity of pp60c-src. Kinetic experiments indicated that this decrease in activity was due to a decrease in the Vmax value of pp60c-src. These findings support our previous proposal that the novel tyrosine kinase acts as a specific regulator of pp60c-src in cells.  相似文献

An organ culture system was utilized to examine the effect of gastrin (G-17-I) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) on colonic mucosal ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) activity, and the expression of the ODC gene. Exposure of colonic mucosal explants to either gastrin or EGF (50-500 ng/ml) for only 4 h resulted in a profound stimulation (150-600%) in ODC activity over the basal level. These increases were essentially abolished by difluoromethylornithine (DFMO; 2 nmol/ml) or CaCl2 (2 umol/ml). Gastrin also activated the ODC gene in the colonic mucosa as evidenced by increased steady-state ODC mRNA levels in the colonic mucosal explants after 4 h exposure to the hormone, when compared with the controls. It is concluded that colonic mucosal ODC is responsive to both gastrin and EGF.  相似文献

We have examined the gastric luminal content of Na+, K+, and protein and mucosal levels of myeloperoxidase in rats between the ages of 10 and 60 days in response to luminal instillation of ethanol (20 and 50% w/v). In control animals the appearances of ions and protein and myeloperoxidase activities were low and similar in all age groups. Luminal content of cations and protein increased in response to both 20 and 50% ethanol and were greater in animals older than 20 days when compared with younger rats. However, ethanol treatment resulted in a significant degree of mucosal cellular disruption and erosions in both young and mature rats. Myeloperoxidase activities in response to ethanol were not greater than control until animals were older than 20 days. Treatment of rats aged 10-60 days with intraperitoneal glycogen (1%) resulted in peritoneal granulocyte infiltration. The concentration of peritoneal cells increased as animals aged. With the exception of day 15, the myeloperoxidase content of the peritoneal leukocytes did not vary significantly at other ages examined. These data suggest that (1) mucosal efflux of Na+, K+, and protein in response to luminal ethanol increase as rats age from 10 to 60 days; (2) the ontogenic development of ethanol-induced cation and protein appearance parallel the increase in myeloperoxidase activity in the gastric mucosa; and (3) the increase in mucosal myeloperoxidase activity in response to ethanol likely reflects increased granulocyte infiltration as rats age.  相似文献

The tyrosine protein kinase activities of pp60c-src and pp60v-src were compared. The activities were qualitatively similar in vitro when the src proteins were bound in an immune complex with monoclonal antibody; both proteins utilized either ATP or GTP as phosphate donors, preferred Mn2+ to Mg2+, and had similar exogenous substrate specificities. The specific activity of pp60c-src was about 10-fold lower than that of pp60v-src for exogenous substrate phosphorylation but was only 1.1- to 2-fold lower than that of pp60v-src for autophosphorylation. Six glycolytic enzymes, including three not previously identified as substrates for pp60src phosphorylation, were phosphorylated by both pp60c-src and pp60v-src. Levels of pp60c-src fourfold higher than the amount of pp60v-src in src-plasmid-transformed cells did not detectably alter the level of phosphotyrosine in cellular proteins, but increasing the expression of pp60c-src another twofold (which induces cells to form foci in monolayer culture (P.J. Johnson, P.M. Coussens, A.V. Danko, and D. Shalloway, Mol. Cell. Biol. 5:1073-1083, 1985) resulted in a threefold increase in the level of cellular protein phosphotyrosine. Immunoprecipitation and analysis of the alkali-stable phosphoproteins by two-dimensional electrophoresis showed that, in contrast to pp60v-src-transformed cells, pp36 and enolase are only weakly phosphorylated in these high-level pp60c-src overexpresser cells. Even allowing for the in vitro differences in specific activities of phosphorylation, these results suggest that the pp60c-src tyrosine protein phosphorylating activity may be restricted relative to that of pp60v-src by additional in vivo mechanisms.  相似文献

Tyrosine phosphorylation of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) creates a high-affinity binding site for the src homology 2 domain of the Src family of tyrosine kinases. Assembly of a complex between FAK and Src kinases may serve to regulate the subcellular localization and the enzymatic activity of members of the Src family of kinases. We show that simultaneous overexpression of FAK and pp60(c-src) or p59(fyn) results in the enhancement of the tyrosine phosphorylation of a limited number of cellular substrates, including paxillin. Under these conditions, tyrosine phosphorylation of paxillin is largely cell adhesion dependent. FAK mutants defective for Src binding or focal adhesion targeting fail to cooperate with pp60(c-src) or p59(fyn) to induce paxillin phosphorylation, whereas catalytically defective FAK mutants can direct paxillin phosphorylation. The negative regulatory site of pp60(c-src) is hypophosphorylated when in complex with FAK, and coexpression with FAK leads to a redistribution of pp60(c-src) from a diffuse cellular location to focal adhesions. A FAK mutant defective for Src binding does not effectively induce the translocation of pp60(c-src) to focal adhesions. These results suggest that association with FAK can alter the localization of Src kinases and that FAK functions to direct phosphorylation of cellular substrates by recruitment of Src kinases.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine whether the circadian changes in ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) activity of different segments of the small intestine were governed by factors other than food intake. First, the effects of fasting on mucosal ODC activity were examined. The results indicate that mucosal ODC activity in 24 hr and 48 hr fasted rats decreased significantly compared with ad libitum-fed rats. Second, the circadian rhythm of mucosal ODC activity was characterized by measuring mucosal ODC activity in fasted rats at four time points (09:00, 15:00, 21:00, and 03:00 hr; light period: 06:00-18:00 hr). The results from this study indicate that there is a detectable baseline ODC activity in different segments of fasting intestine. In duodenum, mucosal ODC activity was highest at 15:00 hr (light period), a time at which the rat was normally not eating. In jejunum and ileum, mucosal ODC activity increased between 21:00 and 03:00 hr (dark period). The observation that small intestine exhibits a distinct circadian rhythm of ODC activity in fasted rats suggests that not only food but also intrinsic factors can modulate physiologic oscillations in mucosal ODC activity.  相似文献

Phosphorylation of pp60c-src at Tyr-527, six residues from the carboxy terminus, has been implicated in regulation of the protein-tyrosine kinase activity of pp60c-src. Here we show that dephosphorylation of pp60c-src by phosphatase treatment in vitro caused a 10- to 20-fold increase in pp60c-src protein-tyrosine kinase activity. Binding of specific antibody to the region of pp60c-src which contains phosphotyrosine-527 also increased kinase activity. Each treatment increased phosphorylation of added substrates and of Tyr-416 within pp60c-src by a similar mechanism that involved altered interactions with ATP and increased catalytic rate. We suggest that the phosphorylated carboxy terminus acts as an inhibitor of the protein kinase domain of pp60c-src, unless its conformation is altered by either dephosphorylation or antibody binding. The antibody additionally stimulated the phosphorylation of forms of pp60c-src that had reduced gel mobility, much like those phosphorylated in kinase reactions containing pp60c-src activated by polyomavirus medium tumor antigen. These in vitro experiments provide models for the activation of pp60c-src in cells transformed by polyomavirus. We also show that autophosphorylation of pp60c-src at Tyr-527 occurs only to a very limited extent in vitro, even when Tyr-527 is made available for phosphorylation by treatment with phosphatase. This suggests that other protein-tyrosine kinases may normally phosphorylate Tyr-527 and regulate pp60c-src in the cell.  相似文献

We examined the role of mitogen-activated protein kinase (p(44/42) MAPK) in ANG II-induced contraction of lower esophageal sphincter (LES) and internal anal sphincter (IAS) smooth muscles. Studies were performed in the isolated smooth muscles and cells (SMC). ANG II-induced changes in the levels of phosphorylation of different signal transduction and effector proteins were determined before and after selective inhibitors. ANG II-induced contraction of the rat LES and IAS SMC was inhibited by genistein, PD-98059 [a specific inhibitor of MAPK kinases (MEK 1/2)], herbimycin A (a pp60(c-src) inhibitor), and antibodies to pp60(c-src) and p(120) ras GTPase-activating protein (p(120) rasGAP). ANG II-induced contraction of the tonic smooth muscles was accompanied by an increase in tyrosine phosphorylation of p(120) rasGAP. These were attenuated by genistein but not by PD-98059. ANG II-induced increase in phosphorylations of p(44/42) MAPKs and caldesmon was attenuated by both genistein and PD-98059. We conclude that pp60(c-src) and p(44/42) MAPKs play an important role in ANG II-induced contraction of LES and IAS smooth muscles.  相似文献

Several neuropeptides, injected intraventricularly (ivt), were assessed for their effects on cold-restraint-induced hypothermia and hemorrhagic gastric lesions in 24 hr fasted rats. Bombesin (5-1 μg) further enhanced the drop in body temperature following stress and markedly prevented the gastric erosions in a dose-dependent fashion (5-0.1 μg). β-endorphin exerted a similar effect, but only at the 5 μg dose level. Other peptides (neurotensin, substance P, somatostatin and TRH: 5 μg) did not influence susceptibility to the gastric mucosal damage. Somatostatin and TRH reduced the hypothermic effect of stress. Bombesin is 250 times less potent when injected systemically than ivt and its actions are not reversed by nalaxone. The prevention of gastric erosions by bombesin could initially involve a central mechanism of action, independent of opiate receptors and possibly related to the sustained and marked hyperglycemia observed in bombesin treated rats exposed to stress.  相似文献

Thrombin stimulation of platelets induces a transient increase in the specific activity of pp60c-src followed by a redistribution of pp60c-src to the Triton X-100-insoluble, cytoskeleton-rich fraction. Concomitant with the observed increase in pp60c-src activity was a rapid dephosphorylation of tyrosine 527 in 10 to 15% of pp60c-src molecules. In addition, we found that pp60c-src from the Triton-insoluble fraction was phosphorylated on tyrosine 416, the autophosphorylation site which is phosphorylated in activated oncogenic variants of pp60src. Furthermore, in platelets from patients with Glanzmann's thrombasthenia (which are deficient in the integrin receptor GPIIb-IIIa), pp60c-src was not translocated to the Triton-insoluble fraction, and there was a sustained increase in pp60c-src activity following thrombin treatment. These results suggest that pp60c-src is rapidly activated in thrombin-stimulated platelets, potentially by a protein tyrosine phosphatase, before it translocates to a cytoskeletal fraction, where many of its potential substrates are found. The evidence that the cytoskeletal association of pp60c-src is dependent upon engagement of the integrin receptor GPIIb-IIIa suggests that integrin-cytoskeletal complexes may serve to compartmentalize and anchor activated enzymes involved in signal transduction.  相似文献

The Mastomys (Praomys natalensis) species are a unique natural model in which the bioactivity of gastric carcinoids may be studied. Several investigators have previously demonstrated that these tumors contain large amounts of histamine. In this study we investigated the presence of peptides associated with the neoplasm. The levels and location of gastrin, gastric inhibitory peptide (GIP), neurotensin, peptide YY (PYY), pancreatic polypeptide (PP), glucagon, bombesin, vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and somatostatin (SRIF) were investigated by radioimmunoassay and immunocytochemistry. In addition the distribution of these peptides were evaluated in the gastrointestinal tract of young and old animals to investigate possible age-related changes. PYY and enteroglucagon (EG) were significantly (P less than 0.001) elevated in both tumor tissue (676 +/- 152, 551 +/- 164 pmol/g) and plasma (620 +/- 160, 500 +/- 147 pmol/l) of tumor-bearing animals. Immunocytochemistry revealed PYY- and EG-like immunoreactivity in 20-30% of tumor cells. A significant decrease (P less than 0.05) in bombesin was noted in older animals, but no changes in gastric tissue content of PYY or EG could be detected between young and old animals. Gastrin was not detected in tumors and there were no significant changes in tissue or plasma levels with age. Small bowel concentrations of VIP and PYY were higher in the older mastomys (P less than 0.05). In contrast, colonic levels of bombesin, VIP, somatostatin and PYY were significantly lower (P less than 0.05) in older mastomys compared with young. The age-related changes in several peptides may reflect an adaptive response to acid hypersecretion. The multi-hormonal character of these neoplasms suggests that these tumors develop from a pluripotential stem cell.  相似文献

Ornithine decarboxylase (ODC), the key enzyme of polyamine biosynthesis, becomes upregulated during cell proliferation and transformation. Here we show that intact ODC activity is needed for the acquisition of a transformed phenotype in rat 2R cells infected with a temperature-sensitive mutant of Rous sarcoma virus. Addition of the ODC inhibitor alpha-difluoromethyl ornithine (DFMO) to the cells (in polyamine-free medium) before shift to permissive temperature prevented the depolymerization of filamentous actin and morphological transformation. Polyamine supplementation restored the transforming potential of pp60v-src. DFMO did not interfere with the expression of pp60v-src or its in vitro tyrosine kinase activity. The tyrosine phosphorylation of most cellular proteins, including ras GAP, did not either display clear temperature- or DFMO-sensitive changes. A marked increase was, however, observed in the tyrosine phosphorylation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase and proteins of 33 and 36 kD upon the temperature shift, and these hyperphosphorylations were partially inhibited by DFMO. A DFMO-sensitive increase was also found in the total phosphorylation of calpactins I and II. The well-documented association of GAP with the phosphotyrosine-containing proteins p190 and p62 did not correlate with transformation, but a novel 42-kD tyrosine phosphorylated protein was complexed with GAP in a polyamine- and transformation-dependent manner. Further, tyrosine phosphorylated proteins of 130, 80/85, and 36 kD were found to coimmunoprecipitate with pp60v-src in a transformation-related manner. Altogether, this model offers a tool for sorting out the protein phosphorylations and associations critical for the transformed phenotype triggered by pp60v- src, and implicates a pivotal role for polyamines in cell transformation.  相似文献

We examined the role of CCK in bombesin-induced pancreatic growth in rats using the CCK receptor antagonist L-364,718. Rats (155 +/- 1 g, 8-10 per group) received subcutaneous injections every 8 h for 5 days with bombesin (0.6, 1.7 and 5 nmol/kg) or bombesin in combination with L-364,718 (1 mg/kg). After 5 days the pancreas was removed and pancreatic weight, protein content, DNA, amylase and chymotrypsin contents were determined. Bombesin produced a significant increase (48-475%) of pancreatic weight, tissue contents of protein, DNA, amylase and chymotrypsinogen (F = 82, P less than 0.001). When a large dose of bombesin (5 nmol/kg) was combined with L-364,718 a significant inhibition (up to 70%) of all tissue parameters was observed (P less than 0.001). L-364,718 did not affect the growth response to a small dose of bombesin (0.6 nmol/kg). Plasma CCK levels 15 min after a single injection of bombesin (0.6, 1.7 and 5 nmol/kg) were significantly increased in response to the 5 nmol/kg dose (2.0 +/- 0.7 to 3.4 +/- 0.8 pM, F = 6.9, P less than 0.01). No increases of CCK plasma levels were found in response to the 0.6 and 1.7 nmol/kg doses of bombesin, corresponding to the lack of effects of L-364,718 on growth parameters at these doses. Measuring the time-course of CCK plasma levels after a single injection of 5 nmol/kg bombesin revealed an increase from basal values of 1.4 +/- 0.3 pM to maximal levels of 3.5 +/- 0.5 pM after 15 min (F = 7.1, P less than 0.001). Values returned to basal after 60 min. These results suggest that low doses of bombesin act directly at the acinar cell or through release of non-CCK growth factors whereas high doses of bombesin act in part through CCK release.  相似文献

We introduced two mutations into the carboxy-terminal regulatory region of chicken pp60c-src. One, F527, replaces tyrosine 527 with phenylalanine. The other, Am517, produces a truncated pp60c-src protein lacking the 17 carboxy-terminal amino acids. Both mutant proteins were phosphorylated at tyrosine 416 in vivo. The specific activity of the Am517 mutant protein kinase was similar to that of wild-type pp60c-src whereas that of the F527 mutant was 5- to 10-fold higher. Both mutant c-src genes induced focus formation on NIH 3T3 cells, but the foci appeared at lower frequency, and were smaller than foci induced by polyoma middle tumor antigen (mT). The wild-type or F527 pp60c-src formed a complex with mT, whereas the Am517 pp60c-src did not. The results suggest that one, inability to phosphorylate tyrosine 527 increases pp60c-src protein kinase activity and transforming ability; two, transformation by mT involves other events besides lack of phosphorylation at tyrosine 527 of pp60c-src; three, activation of the pp60c-src protein kinase may not be required for transformation by the Am517 mutant; and four, the carboxyl terminus of pp60c-src appears to be required for association with mT.  相似文献

Elevated levels of pp60c-src tyrosine kinase activity have been implicated in both tumorigenesis and cell differentiation. We have found a 2- to 4-fold elevation in pp60c-src specific activity in certain human melanoma cell lines compared to human foreskin fibroblasts. This activation of pp60c-src did not appear to be related to melanoma tumor progression, because when normal human epidermal melanocytes were examined, it was found that they contained pp60c-src having a 7-fold elevation in specific activity compared to pp60c-src from human fibroblasts. It was determined that pp60c-src from melanocytes was not the neuronal form, pp60c-src+. Melanocyte pp60c-src exhibited a reduced level of phosphorylation on its carboxyl-terminal regulatory site, tyrosine 530, which might be responsible for its elevated specific activity. These results suggest that, in melanocytes, regulation of tyrosine 530 phosphorylation-dephosphorylation favors activation of pp60c-src. This activation may be involved in the growth, differentiation, or function of human melanocytes.  相似文献
