The examination of lid development in drupes which represent four sections of the genus Potamogeton is presented. Lids are present in all the studied fruitlets. The lid is an atypical structure for drupes. There are interspecific differences in the shape of the mature dehiscence layers of the lids. The dehiscence layers develop centrifugally in the Potamogeton pericarps. The Potamogeton fruitlets open by the pressure developed from the germinating embryo. The splitting of the pericarp takes place through two regions of mechanically weak layers with small pectin rich walled cells. The fruitlet opening mechanisms in the different Potamogeton sections are similar.  相似文献

东太湖水生植被及其沼泽化趋势   总被引:24,自引:0,他引:24  
1996年东太湖水生植被调查结果表明,沉水植被、挺水植被及浮叶植被面积分别为73.8、45.5和6.7km2。有9个群丛,其中微齿眼子菜(Potamogetonmaackianus)群丛、菰(Zizanialatifolia)群丛、伊乐藻微齿眼子菜(ElodeanutaliPotamogetonmaackianus)群丛和芦苇(Phragmitescommunis)群丛分布面积较大,分别占东太湖总面积的3939%、2827%、1120%和640%。与1960年相比,水生植被变化极为明显,突出表现为环湖水陆交错带的芦苇群丛严重退化和消失,菰群丛发展迅速并向湖心蔓延占据了东太湖总面积的2827%;微齿眼子菜取代了竹叶眼子菜(Potamogetonmalaianus)、黑藻(Hydrilaverticilata)及苦草(Valisnerianatans),成为沉水植被的优势种,占据了东太湖整个湖心区;外来种伊乐藻(Elodeanutali)侵入,并形成一定规模的群丛。综观该湖区水生植被演化过程,可知东太湖已经出现沼泽化趋势,应引起足够重视  相似文献

Two new ent-labdane glycosides, one known furano-ent-labdane and a new hydroxylated fatty acid were isolated from the dichloromethane extract of the freshwater aquatic plant Potamogeton lucens. The new compounds were assigned the structures of beta-d-glucopyranosyl-8(17),13-ent-labdadien-16,15-olid-18-oate, 18-beta-d-glucopyranosyloxy-8(17),13-ent-labdadien-16,15-olide and 13(R)-hydroxy-octadeca-(9Z,11E,15Z)-trien-oic acid by spectroscopic means. The algicidal activity of these compounds was tested against Raphidocelis subcapitata. Based on our previous study of Potamogeton pectinatus, other constituents were identified in P. lucens by LC-UV-MS, LC-NMR and GC-MS. The lipophilic extract profiles of both species are presented. Two other species, Potamogeton perfoliatus and P. crispus, were also investigated by analytical comparison of their non-polar extracts. The distribution of ent-labdanes characterized in Potamogeton is summarized.  相似文献

在野外通过用钢管在水泥池子中进行吊盆悬挂试验,研究了在1a生长周期内不同底质(软泥和黄土)、不同水深(30、60、90、120 cm和150 cm)对太湖马来眼子菜(Potamogeton malaianus Miq.)生长的影响,试图探询太湖马来眼子菜的最佳生长习性,为太湖进行沉水植物生态修复提供科学依据.结果表明:(1)水深对马来眼子菜的影响比底质的影响大.马来眼子菜的株长、生物量和分蘖数在不同的水深梯度呈显著性差异,而两种底质间却没有显著性差异.(2)马来眼子菜适合在水温为20~30℃的范围内快速生长.(3)马来眼子菜的最佳生长深度是60~120 cm.在60~120 cm的水深范围内马来眼子菜的分蘖数随着时间变化在缓慢增加,株长、株长增加量、相对生长速率和干重增加量均随水深的增加而增大,而水深较大或较小时马来眼子菜都会因为光照不足或者容易脱水等因素限制其生长和繁殖.(4)在经过冬季越冬期后马来眼子菜的营养生长能力下降,繁殖能力上升.  相似文献

The mechanism of antimutagenicity of water extracts of grass-wrack pondweed (Potamogeton oxyphylus Miquel), curled pondweed (Potamogeton crispus L.) and smartweed (Polygonum hydropiper L.) towards benzo[a]pyrene mutagenicity in Salmonella typhimurium was investigated. The antimutagenic components in the aquatic plants were water-soluble, heat-resistant and had a high molecular weight; chlorophyll did not play an important role.  相似文献

Itis well known that interspecific hybrids occur in the genus Potamogeton. The linear-leaved Potamogeton species commonly have highly variable morphological characteristics. Their hybrids often show similar vegetative characters to their parental species and their identification based solely on morphology is not always conclusive. In order to clarify whether there are any hybrids from the linear-leaved Potamogeton plants collected in China, we used internal transcribed spacers (ITS) of nuclear ribosomal DNA and chloroplast rbcL gene sequences to identify the hybrids. Using ITS sequence additivity, we identified four hybrids, namely R orientalis (Rpusillus × P.oxyphyllus),P.pusillus × P. berchtoldii, P. foliosus × P. octandrus, and P. cristatus × P. octandrus. The latter three hybrids should be considered as new hybrids in Potamogeton. The maternal parents of the four hybrids were confirmed using chloroplast rbcL gene sequences.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to survey the distribution and habitat of submerged macrophytes in the Seta River outflow from Lake Biwa, Shiga Prefecture, Japan. To accomplish this, I instituted a field survey with sampling on January 2009. I collected nine submerged macrophyte species during the diving operation. Sample collection showed that submerged macrophytes flourished on both sides of the river but did not flourish in the central portion of the river. Alien species (Egeria densa and Elodea nuttallii) were collected on all survey lines, while domestic species (Ceratophyllum demersum, Myriophyllum spicatum, Hydrilla verticillata, Vallisneria biwaensis, Vallisneria denseserrulata, Potamogeton maackianus, and Potamogeton malaianus) were collected in large amounts on the survey lines near Lake Biwa. The dominant species in cohesive soil or fine soil was Egeria densa, while the dominant species in sand gravel was Potamogeton maackianus. Although Egeria densa was collected in sand gravel too, Potamogeton maackianus was not collected in cohesive soil or fine soil, which indicates that Egeria densa has high fertility and can survive in an oxygen-poor environment, while Potamogeton maackianus cannot survive in an oxygen-poor environment.  相似文献

SUMMARY. Changes in macrophyte richness, relative abundances, depth distributions and dominant species from 1937 to 1975 were assessed in Chautauqua, a eutrophic lake. Change was greatest in dominant species, with several formerly abundant native Potamogeton species being replaced by the exotics, Potamogeton crispus and Myriophyllum spicatum . Two extensively practiced management techniques, herbicidal poisoning and mechanized cutting, were considered to be primarily responsible for the observed macrophyte changes.  相似文献

Primary productivity of algal epiphytes on the surfaces of Phragmites, Potamogeton , and Nuphar was measured seasonally from June 1978, through June 1979, in the littoral zone of Lake Ohrid, using 14C methodology. Surface areas of individual macrophytes were determined throughout the study period through the use of a non-miscible surfactant and a calibration curve of surfactant weight versus known, calculated surface areas.
Mean total surface area available for epiphytic colonization during the study period was 1.032 m2 macrophyte surface per m2 of littoral zone for Phragmites , 0.810 m2 for Potamogeton , and 0.167 m2 for Nuphar . Seasonal rates of mean primary productivity of algal epiphytes on Phragmites from the surface to the light-compensation depth ranged from 84–1406 mg C m−2 littoral zone d−1; ranges for epiphytes on Potamogeton and Nuphar were 77–586 and 69–268 mg C m−2 littoral zone d−1, respectively. Maximum rates were observed typically during June; minimum rates were observed typically during August to December. Mean daily productivity rates over the 12 month period were for epiphytes on Potamogeton 167.0, on Nuphar 100.4 and on Phragmites 671.2 mg C m−2 littoral zone d−1. Calculated annual production for epiphytes on Nuphar was 36.65, on Potamogeton 60.95 and on Phragmites 245.0 g C m−2 littoral zone yr−1. Epiphytic production data were typically considerably higher than production data obtained for littoral and pelagial planktonic algae and compare favorably with published data for epiphytic and periphytic production in Lawrence Lake, Marion Lake, and Borax Lake.  相似文献

玄武湖菹草种群的发生原因及人工收割对水环境的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用以沉水植物为主的水生植物进行水体生态修复是目前研究的热点问题, 为研究南京玄武湖2005-2006年的菹草(Potamogeton crispus)种群发生的原因及人工收割对水体的影响, 对玄武湖不同湖区定期监测其透明度、溶解氧、pH、TN、TP等水质指标, 并进行分析, 结果表明: 对湖泊蓝藻水华的应急处理, 使水体透明度提高179.5%, DO含量增高24.1%, TN、TP分别降低54.1%、74.5%, pH由9.1降至8.7, 水质改善是菹草种群萌发并能大规模生长的主要原因。而菹草生长阶段短期内对菹草进行大规模收割使水体DO含量降低42.1%, 透明度下降51.5%(P0.05), 收割虽从水体中携带走部分氮、磷营养盐, 但差异不显著(P0.05), 且收割后TP出现升高现象。故在对草藻型湖泊生态修复过程中, 可先期通过物理或化学手段改善水体透明度、调节pH、降低营养盐, 使其满足水生植物萌发及幼苗生长的需求, 为水生植物后期存活并生长打下基础, 在后期生态管理过程中, 应逐步收割植株, 缓慢从水体携带营养盐, 以达到改善水质, 恢复及重建水生生态系统的目的。    相似文献

Because the name Potamogeton ×babingtonii has been synonymised with P. ×angustifolius, no valid binominal exists for the hybrid P. lucens×praelongus. A morphological and anatomical study presented here demonstrates that specimens regarded by Hagström as Potamogeton ×babingtonii f. danicus really represent the hybrid between P. lucens and P. praelongus. As a consequence, a new binominal for this hybrid is introduced and its basionym Potamogeton ×babingtonii f. danicus is lectotypified. Morphological and anatomical characters of Potamogeton ×jutlandicus nom. nov. (=P. lucens×praelongus) are provided and its taxonomic delimitation is discussed.  相似文献

修复白洋淀镉污染水体的沉水植物筛选试验   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了筛选出适宜修复白洋淀镉(Cd)污染水体的沉水植物,该研究通过室内模拟试验,分析了四种沉水植物黑藻、狐尾藻、金鱼藻和菹草对Cd的耐受性及对底泥Cd的富集和迁移能力。结果表明:(1)通过毒性测试研究,Cd对黑藻、狐尾藻、金鱼藻及菹草的4 d-EC50(半数抑制浓度)分别为0.51、0.81、0.03、0.12 mg·L-1,狐尾藻对Cd的耐性最强,黑藻次之,金鱼藻对Cd的耐性最低; 四种沉水植物对Cd的最大富集量分别为27.89、15.28、22.54、32.74 g·kg-1,菹草对Cd的富集能力最强,黑藻次之,狐尾藻对Cd的富集能力最低。(2)通过Cd污染底泥修复研究,黑藻、狐尾藻和菹草体内Cd富集量整体表现为根>叶片和茎(P<0.05); 地上部、根对Cd的富集能力分别表现为黑藻>菹草>狐尾藻,菹草>黑藻>狐尾藻; 三种沉水植物对Cd的迁移能力则表现为黑藻>狐尾藻>菹草。总之,黑藻对底泥中Cd富集和迁移能力均较强,且耐性较高,是最适合修复白洋淀Cd污染水体的沉水植物。  相似文献

通过大范围的野外调查和室内测定,运用Levins及Pianka公式,对近代黄河三角洲湿地水生植物的构成及主要物种的生态位进行了研究.结果表明:调查样方内共有水生植物34 种,隶属于16科26属;各调查区域间物种组成和群落类型具有一定的差异性.区域形成的年份越久,其物种数和群落类型就越丰富;挺水植物中以芦苇的生态位宽度最大,为0.905,藨草的最低,为0.127; 沉水植物中轮藻、穗花狐尾藻、川蔓藻及小茨藻的生态位宽度较大,分别为0.783、0.673、0.669和0.640,金鱼藻的最低,仅为0.100.龙须眼子菜、大茨藻和苦草间,马来眼子菜和菹草间生态位重叠值较大,说明这几种植物具有相似的环境适应能力.物种的生态位宽度与该物种的分布范围及耐盐区间的大小存在显著的相关性,由此可以断定土壤和水体盐度是导致黄河三角洲湿地水生植物生态位分化的关键因子.  相似文献

SUMMARY. 1. The impact of crayfish on the biomass, density and shoot morphology of four submersed plant species was examined under semi-natural conditions. Male or female crayfish ( Orconectes virilis ) were held for 5 weeks at biomasses of 0, 5, 10 or 18 g m−2 (live weight) in twelve plastic pools (4.67 m2, surface area) containing Potamogeton richardsonii, Myriophyllum exalbescens, Nuphar variegatum and Sparganium eurycarpum .
2. Crayfish significantly affected biomass, density and/or shoot morphology of all four macrophyte species. Differences in the effect of crayfish on macrophyte growth were related to plant species, crayfish sex and activity, and the abundance of alternative foods.
3. The effect of female crayfish on macrophyte growth was generally stimulatory. Myriophyllum and Potamogeton biomass, Potamogeton density and Myriophyllum length increased in the presence of female crayfish, possibly due to the reduction in herbivorous snails as a result of crayfish predation. In contrast, plant growth decreased in the presence of male crayfish: Myriophyllum, Nuphar and Potamogeton biomass, Myriophyllum and Sparganium density, and Sparganium and Poiamogeton length were reduced at male crayfish biomasses between 5 and 18 g m−2.
4. These results indicate that even relatively low densities of crayfish can greatly affect the growth of submersed aquatic plants. Because of their ability to modify aquatic macrophyte, macroinvertebrate and, ultimately, fish communities, the introduction of crayfish into lakes where they do not occur could have a major effect on the structure and composition of the littoral zone.  相似文献

The pollen morphology of 19 species in the genera Potamogeton, Zannichellia and Triglochin from China was examined under light and scanning electron microscopes. 1. Pollen characteristics (1) Potamogeton L. (Plate 1, 2:1-8) Pollen grains spheroidal, subspheroidal, rarely oblate or ovoid, (17-35)24.41×27.76(18-45)μm in size; anaperturate; exine 1-2μm thick, 2layered or obscure; crass-reticulate, reticulate or finely-reticulate under LM, distinctly reticulate under SEM; muri uniform or not uniform, smooth or granular, rarely with processes; bacula thicker or thinner at the intersection of muri. (2) Zannichellia L. (Plate 2:9) Pollen grains spheroidal, ,(20-26)23.1×24.15(21-27) μm in size; anaperturate; exine 1 μm thick, stratification obscure; nearly reticulate under LM, shallowly reticulate under SEM; luminae shallow, large and irregular, muri very thin and not uniform; bacula absent. (3) Triglochin L. (Plate 2:10-11) Pollen grains spheroidal or subspheroidal; (20-30)23.65×23.7(20-30) μm in size; anaperturate; exine about 1μm thick, stratification obscure, finely reticulate under LM, distinctly reticulate under SEM; luminae rather large or minute; muri uniform, with 1-2 lines of granules, bacula present or absent. 2. Pollen types of Potamogeton L. (1) Thin muri--thick bacula: Potamogeton pectinatus, P. intramongolicus, P. filiformis, P. pamiricus; (2) Uniform muri and bacula: 1) Large pollen subtype: Potamogeton crespus; 2) Medium-sized pollen subtype: Potamogeton heterophyllus, P. perfoliatus, P. distinctus, P. malaianus; 3) Minute pollen subtype: Potamogeton oxyphyllus, P. obtusifolius, P. lucens, P. cristatus, P. gramineus, P. octandrus, P. pusillus  相似文献

大型溞引导的沉水植被生态修复对滴水湖水质的净化效果   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
2007年4月-2008年1月,在滴水湖D港中段长950m(水量为10000m3)的修复区内投放大型溞(Daphnia magna),以滤除水华藻类等颗粒有机物,然后移栽伊乐藻、苦草、轮叶黒藻、光叶眼子菜和菹草等沉水植物,逐月监测水体中总氮(TN)、铵态氮(NH4+-N)、硝态氮(NO3--N)、亚硝态氮(NO2--N)、总磷(TP)、活性磷酸盐(PO43--P)和COD等水质指标,分析沉水植被栽培对滴水湖水体水质的净化效果.结果表明:试验期间,修复区水体TN、TP、NO3--N、NO2--N、NH4+-N、PO43--P和COD显著低于对照区(P0.01),溶解氧(DO)增加了50.4%,水体透明度(SD)平均在3.4~3.7m,水质达到国家Ⅱ~Ⅲ类地表水水质标准;2008年3月应用已构建的沉水植被群落对富营养化流水水体水质进行净化试验,7d后修复区流水水体除BOD外,TN、TP、NO3--N、NO2--N、NH4+-N、PO43--P和COD均显著降低(P0.01),DO增加了17.98%,SD提高了30cm.利用大型溞控藻后移栽沉水植物对滴水湖水体水质的净化效果十分显著.  相似文献

A major irrigation system in the Lower Valley of the Rió Negro, Argentina, has been invaded by aquatic plants, with Potamogeton illinoensis Morong dominant in irrigation channels and Potamogeton pectinatus L. dominant in drainage channels. Although several other macrophytes are present, problems are largely caused by the dominant species. Results are presented for plant biomass response to weed control treatments using a chain-cutting method in the principal irrigation channel of the system. Peak above-ground biomass of Potamogeton illinoensis was reduced by about 38% by this physical control regime. The treated populations regrew rapidly after spring clearance, but did not regrow after subsequent mid- and late-season clearance operations, even though untreated population biomass remained high during this period. The highest density of Potamogeton illinoensis ramets was found in treated areas. Chain- cutting produced no discernible effect on dissolved oxygen, water temperature, water conductivity, pH or light extinction coefficient compared with untreated check sectors of the channel.  相似文献

Sediment samples from 5 stations in the northern Baltic proper, 6.5 o/oo S, were collected in April 1987 and the emergence of seedlings was recorded over 120 days in a greenhouse at 20°C. Total seedling densities varied from 0 to 3328 m-2: and of seven species, Zannichellia palustris and Chara spp. were the most abundant among seedlings and sporelings, respectively. Several common macrophytes in the area were rare as seedlings and no seedlings were recorded for the most abundant angiosperms, Potamogeton pectinatus, Potamogeton perfoliatus and Ranunculus baudotii. Except for the few annual species, reproduction by seeds contributed little to the dynamics of the vegetation in the area and no correlation was found between vegetation composition and the seed bank. For perennial species the winter survival of vegetative propagules is the most important factor for vegetation dynamics.  相似文献
