高原鼢鼠线粒体谱系地理学和遗传多样性   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
高原鼢鼠是一类地下独居啮齿动物,为青藏高原特有种之一。为研究该物种的谱系地理学和遗传多样性,本文测定了采自青藏高原东部3个地理种群8个小种群共37个个体的线粒体D-loop区序列变异。在长度为627bp的序列中,共发现50个变异位点,定义了26种单倍型。该物种的单倍型多样性(Haplotype diversity,H)较高和核苷酸多样性(Nucleotide diversity,πn)较低。谱系分析得到3个稳定的分支,分别与采集的地理种群相吻合:同一地理种群内单倍型之间遗传差异小,而不同地理来源的单倍型之间存在较大区别。距离隔离分析表明高原鼢鼠的遗传分化与地理距离呈正相关。AMOVA分析同样表明地理种群之间存在显著差异:地理种群间变异占遗传变异的80.45%。高原鼢鼠的这种遗传结构特点可能主要是由于第四纪气候变迁、该物种稳定的地下生活环境和有限的迁移能力造成的。  相似文献

甘肃鼢鼠小肠仅为相同体重高原鼢鼠小肠长度的70%,为满足相同的能量需求,甘肃鼢鼠消化系统中某些部位必然会发生相应调整,以代偿其较短的小肠在能量消化吸收方面的不足.本研究应用苏木精-伊红染色技术,对成年甘肃鼢鼠和高原鼢鼠的小肠组织学结构进行了对比研究.结果显示,甘肃鼢鼠十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛间距均显著小于高原鼢鼠,而其空肠管径显著大于高原鼢鼠,两种鼢鼠小肠总绒毛面积无明显差异.研究表明,甘肃鼢鼠通过缩小小肠绒毛间距并增大空肠管径来增加小肠吸收表面积,减缓食物通过速率,提高小肠对食物的营养吸收和消化功能,进而代偿其较短的小肠在能量消化和吸收方面的不足.  相似文献

高原鼢鼠(Myospalax baileyi) 不同地理种群的形态变异   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
本文采用主成分分析和聚类分析两种方法,分析了高原鼢鼠(Myospalax baileyi)12 个地理种群17 项形态特征的变异。主成分分析结果显示,分析构建的雄性前3 个主成分累积贡献率为78.483% ,而雌性前4 个主成分累积贡献率为79.587% 。对种群间形态差异分析贡献最大的指标为颅全长、基长、后头宽等反映头骨大小性状,以及顶嵴、额嵴最小间距体现的颧弓扩张程度指标。主成分分析结果与聚类分析结果一致,12 个地理种群分化构成两个大的地域性群体:一个由甘肃种群构成的甘肃群体;另一个由四川种群和青海种群构成的混合群体。两个地域性群体实际上反映出两个不同的分化方向:一个方向表现为头骨较小,顶嵴、额嵴相对分开即颧弓扩张程度小,如甘肃群体;另一个则表现为头骨较大,顶嵴、额嵴相对靠拢即颧弓扩张程度大,如混合群体。这种地域群体的形态变异可以解释为,地下洞道系统中环境因子选择作用对高原鼢鼠形态变化产生了重要影响。  相似文献

为了探讨高原鼢鼠和高原鼠兔心脏对低氧环境的适应机制,以Sprague-Dawley (SD)大鼠为对照,测量三者的心脏/体重比(HW/BW)、右心室/(左心室 室间隔)重量比[RV/(LV S)];应用免疫组织化学方法测定心肌微血管密度(microvessel density, MVD);通过显微体视学技术比较线粒体的面数密度(NA,单位面积中线粒体数目)、体密度(Vv,单位体积心肌纤维中线粒体的体积密度)、面密度(Sv,单位体积心肌纤维中线粒体外膜的面积密度)、比表面(δ,线粒体外膜面积与其自身体积的比);用分光光度法测定心肌中的肌红蛋白(myoglobin, Mb)含量、乳酸(lactic acid, LD)含量和乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase, LDH)活力;聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳观察LDH同工酶谱.结果显示:高原鼢鼠和高原鼠兔HB/WB显著大于SD大鼠(P<0.05), RV/(LV S)显著小于SD大鼠(P<0.05).高原鼢鼠、高原鼠兔和SD大鼠心肌MVD和线粒体NA依次递减(P<0.05);高原鼢鼠线粒体Vv显著低于高原鼠兔和SD大鼠(P<0.05),高原鼠兔与SD大鼠之间没有明显差异;高原鼢鼠线粒体Sv显著高于SD大鼠(P<0.05),与高原鼠兔相比无明显差异;高原鼠兔和SD大鼠的线粒体δ无显著差异,但均明显低于高原鼢鼠(P<0.05).高原鼢鼠和高原鼠兔心肌Mb含量显著高于SD大鼠(P<0.05);高原鼢鼠心肌LD含量显著高于高原鼠兔和SD大鼠(P<0.05);两种高原动物心肌LDH活力显著低于SD大鼠(P<0.05).同工酶谱显示,高原鼢鼠、高原鼠兔和SD大鼠的LDH中H亚基所占比例依次递减.以上结果提示,高原鼢鼠和高原鼠兔通过增加心肌线粒体Sv、MVD以及Mb含量提高其在低氧环境获取氧的能力;同时,由于生境和习性上的不同,两者线粒体指标又表现出差异性.  相似文献

目的:探讨高原鼢鼠对洞道低氧高二氧化碳环境的代谢适应机制。方法:用酶活力分析法,分析春季、夏季和秋季高原鼢鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力、乳酸含量和组织LDH活力,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析血清和组织LDH同工酶谱。结果:高原鼢鼠血清LDH活力在春夏秋三季具有明显的差异,春季高于夏季,夏季高于秋季,血清乳酸含量表现出同样的变化趋势;春季血清中五种同工酶条带都清晰可见,夏季血清中LDH5和LDH4清晰可见,秋季血清中只能看见LDH5带。骨骼肌、心肌和脑组织LDH活力较高,而且从春季到秋季显著降低;肝、肾和肺组织LDH活力较低,肝组织LDH活力春季显著高于夏季和秋季,夏秋两季之间没有明显差异;肾和肺组织LDH活力在春季与夏季之间没有明显差异,但秋季明显降低。心、肝、肺、肾、脑和肌肉组织LDH同工酶谱,在春夏秋三季都显示出五条带,并表现出明显的组织差异;各组织同工酶含量也有不同程度的季节差异。结论:高原鼢鼠体内糖酵解过程具有明显的季节性变化,从春季到秋季依次降低,这与它们的季节性活动特点和洞道中氧气和二氧化碳的季节性波动有关。  相似文献

To explore the adaptive mechanisms of plateau zokor (Myospalax baileyi) to the enduring digging activity in the hypoxic environment and of plateau pika (Ochotona curzoniae) to the sprint running activity, the functional differences of malate-aspartate shuttle system (MA) in liver of plateau zokor and plateau pika were studied. The ratio of liver weight to body weight, the parameters of mitochondria in hepatocyte and the contents of lactic acid in serum were measured; the open reading frame of cytoplasmic malate dehydrogenase (MDH1), mitochondrial malate dehydrogenase (MDH2), and the partial sequence of aspartate glutamate carrier (AGC) and oxoglutarate malate carrier (OMC) genes were cloned and sequenced; MDH1, MDH2, AGC and OMC mRNA levels were determined by real-time PCR; the specific activities of MDH1 and MDH2 in liver of plateau zokor and plateau pika were measured using enzymatic methods. The results showed that, (1) the ratio of liver weight to body weight, the number and the specific surface of mitochondria in hepatocyte of plateau zokor were markedly higher than those of plateau pika (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05), but the content of lactic acid in serum of plateau pika was significantly higher than that of plateau zokor (P < 0.01); (2) MDH1 and MDH2 mRNA levels as well as their enzymatic activities in liver of plateau zokor were significantly higher than those of plateau pika (P < 0.01 or 0.05), AGC mRNA level of the zokor was significantly higher than that of the pika (P < 0.01), while no difference was found at OMC mRNA level between them (P > 0.05); (3) mRNA level and enzymatic activity of MDH1 was significantly lower than those of MDH2 in the pika liver (P < 0.01), MDH1 mRNA level of plateau zokor was markedly higher than that of MDH2 (P < 0.01), but the activities had no difference between MDH1 and MDH2 in liver of the zokor (P > 0.05). These results indicate that the plateau zokor obtains ATP in the enduring digging activity by enhancing the function of MA, while plateau pika gets glycogen for their sprint running activity by increasing the process of gluconeogenesis. As a result, plateau pika converts the lactic acid quickly produced in their skeletal muscle by anaerobic glycolysis and reduces dependence on the oxygen.  相似文献

Plateau zokors Myospalax baileyi are subterranean rodents and endemic to the cold and hypoxic (2800-4300 m above sea level) climate of the farm, prairie, alpine prairie, and meadow habitats across the Tibetan plateau. The complete mitochondrial (mt) genome of M. baileyi has been determined. Our results showed that the total length of the mitogenome was 16,351 bp, and had a gene content of 13 protein coding, 22 tRNAs and 2 rRNAs. Except for the seven tRNA and Nd6 genes, all other mt genes are encoded on the heavy strand. The overall base composition of the heavy strand is 33.65% A, 29.65% T, 24.42% C, and 12.28% G, with an AT content of 63.3%.  相似文献

高原鼢鼠和高原鼠兔是青藏高原土著动物,对低氧具有很好的适应性.为了探讨在低氧环境中两者肺细叶结构的适应特征,应用体视学方法测量了肺细叶相关指标.结果发现 :高原鼢鼠和高原鼠兔肺单位面积肺泡数显著高于SD大鼠,单个肺泡面积和弹性纤维/肺实质比显著低于SD大鼠;高原鼢鼠肺泡隔厚度最厚,高原鼠兔最薄,且三种动物具显著差异; 高原鼢鼠和高原鼠兔气-血屏障的算术平均厚度(Ta)和调和平均厚度(Th) 均显著低于SD 大鼠;在三个级别的微血管中,高原鼠兔中膜肌层厚度显著低于高原鼢鼠,两种高原动物均显著低于SD大鼠;高原鼢鼠和高原鼠兔的微血管密度(MVD)显著高于SD大鼠.以上结果表明,高原鼢鼠和高原鼠兔肺细叶结构特征表现出一定趋同,这些特征有利于在低氧条件下提高肺气体扩散容量;但是,肺泡隔厚度和微血管中膜肌层厚度/血管外径比又表现出明显的差异,可能是不同生境造成的[动物学报 54(3):531-539,2008].  相似文献

高原鼢鼠是青藏高原特有的地下鼠,受到高原低氧以及洞穴低氧的双重低氧环境压力。经RNA 提取、RT-PCR、亚克隆与测序,本研究获得高原鼢鼠神经型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)的编码区序列,并对其分子特征进行了分析。结果显示:高原鼢鼠nNOS 基因编码区(CDS)全长4 290 bp,编码1 429 个氨基酸残基;CDS 与大鼠、小鼠、兔、狗、人的同源性分别为90% 、89% 、87% 、87% 、89% ;结构域上,高原鼢鼠nNOS 具有PDZ蛋白结构域、氧化域、还原域及钙调素结合位点等nNOSs 所具有的典型结构域;基于nNOS 的最大似然树和贝叶斯树均支持高原鼢鼠与大鼠、小鼠具有最近的亲缘关系,与形态或其它分子标记构建的进化关系相符;分子进化分析检测到高原鼢鼠nNOS 中存在3 个正选择位点---332 T、1200 G 和1334 P,但均未达到统计显著水平。本研究为揭示高原鼢鼠nNOS 的表达特征及其在低氧适应中的作用与调控机制研究奠定了初步基础。  相似文献

Subterranean herbivores affect the plant community by plant consumption and burrowing activities. However, diet selection of subterranean herbivores has not been studied in detail in complex natural fields, mainly for lack of an accurate method to determine diet species, frequency, and biomass. Plateau zokors' (Eospalax baileyi) caching habit for the long inclement winter makes it possible to solve this problem. We studied the diet composition and biomass in caches and vicinity of plateau zokors' burrow systems. We found that plateau zokors are dietary generalist but show a significant selection among the available food items, plant parts, functional groups, organ types, and habitats. These results suggested that plateau zokors strictly selected their diet and were able to adjust their foraging strategy according to the different conditions of food abundance and quality. Plateau zokors' selective foraging can directly reduce the proportion of toxicity forbs; plateau zokors can be recognized as an important element to influence the alpine meadow plant community and cattle husbandry.  相似文献

研究高原鼢鼠(Myospalax baileyi)洞道气体环境对了解其低氧适应机制具有重要作用。本试验在祁连山东段高寒草甸利用土壤原位气体测定仪,对高原鼢鼠采食活动洞道、非活动洞道、地表空气及无洞道土壤内的温度、氧气、二氧化碳、甲烷含量进行了连续12个月的监测。通过One-Way ANOVA检验、重复测量方差分析以及Pearson相关性分析发现,(1)高原鼢鼠活动洞道氧气含量,除10月、11月与非活动洞道无显著性差异外(P>0.05),均显著小于非活动洞道、地表空气和无洞道土壤(P<0.05);活动洞道二氧化碳含量,除7月、8月份与非活动洞道无显著性差异外(P>0.05),均显著大于非活动洞道、地表空气和无洞道土壤(P<0.05);活动洞道内甲烷含量各月均显著高于地表空气甲烷含量(P<0.05),与非活动洞道、无洞道土壤的月季差异各异。(2)高原鼢鼠活动洞道内氧气含量的最小值和二氧化碳的最大值均出现在5月和9月,其它处理下氧气最小值和二氧化碳最大值均出现在6-8月;4个处理下甲烷含量最小值在1月与12月出现,最大值出现在5月和9月。(3)月份、处理以及月份和处理间的交互作用均对氧气、二氧化碳、甲烷含量有显著影响(P<0.05)。可见,高原鼢鼠生存在低氧、高二氧化碳和较高甲烷含量的环境中,且洞道内部的气体环境会受季节和高原鼢鼠活动的影响。  相似文献

季节性繁殖是动物在长期进化中为适应环境变化而形成的生活史特征,受光周期和下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的严密调控。高原鼢鼠(Eospalax baileyi)是青藏高原特有的地下啮齿类动物,其繁殖活动表现出明显的季节性。然而,地下啮齿类动物精子发生的形态特征和关键调控因子尚不明确。本研究以成年高原鼢鼠为研究对象,发现繁殖期成年雄性睾丸曲精小管内有各级生殖细胞,附睾内有长形精子,生精上皮可分为10个期;而非繁殖期睾丸重量显著下降,曲精小管内仅见精原细胞和支持细胞。激素水平检测结果显示,与非繁殖期相比,繁殖期褪黑素水平显著降低(P < 0.05),促性腺激素释放激素、促黄体生成素和睾酮水平显著升高(P < 0.05),而卵泡刺激素水平无显著差异。进一步研究发现,精原细胞分化的关键诱导因子维甲酸水平和其调控基因表达均呈季节性变化,且外源维甲酸注射能够诱导非繁殖期高原鼢鼠重启精子发生。综上,高原鼢鼠虽为地下动物,但其精子发生与下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴激素水平明显相关,且受睾酮和维甲酸信号的调控。本研究首次揭示了高原鼢鼠精子发生的形态学特征和关键调控因子,为理解季节性繁殖动物尤其是地下啮齿类动物生殖生理的调控机制提供了重要参考。  相似文献

鼢鼠的造丘活动及不同休牧方式对草地植被生产力的影响   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
研究表明,高原鼢鼠的造丘活动在停止放牧扰动的条件下,对于过牧型退化草地而言,非但不会对草地生产力造成破坏,相反,在植被高度、植被组成和产草量等生产力构件上均表现出了显著的促进作用。在相同的休牧条件下,鼢鼠分布地植被性状的各项指标除植物多样性低于无鼢鼠分布地外,其余指标均极显著高于无鼢鼠分布地(P<0.01),其中丘缘地又极显著地高于丘间地(P<0.01);在同为3年的三种休牧方式中,实施绝对禁牧的方式最佳,其次为降低载牧量50%且于返青至6月前禁牧的方式,这两种休牧方式均可较好地满足鼠丘在退化草地植被恢复过程中充分发挥其生态功能所必需的外部条件。  相似文献

为了解高原鼢鼠在越冬期的食物选择与营养成分之间的关系,采集了67 个高原鼢鼠的冬季粮仓及环境样方,分析高原鼢鼠对每一种植物的选择指数,将其分成3 种食物类型:喜食、可变和不喜食。通过测定每一种植物的粗蛋白、粗纤维、水溶性糖和粗灰分的含量,比较分析了营养成分含量在3 种食物类型间的差异,及其与各种植物选择指数的相关关系。结果显示,高原鼢鼠储存的食物种类多达67 种,本文选取含量较高且样本量大于5 的39 种植物(占粮仓和样方总生物量的99% 以上其中喜食12 种、可变16 种、不喜食11 种)进行分析。在3 种食物类型之间,粗蛋白、粗纤维和水溶性糖含量均有极显著差异(P < 0. 001),粗灰分含量则无明显差异(P = 0.800)。喜食和可变类型的粗蛋白和水溶性糖含量显著高于不喜食类型(P < 0.01);喜食和可变类型的粗纤维含量则显著低于不喜食类型(P < 0. 01);喜食和可变类型之间这3 个指标差异都不显著(P >0. 05)。Spearman 相关分析显示,粗蛋白(R = 0.547,P < 0.001)和水溶性糖(R = 0.617,P < 0. 001)含量与选择指数显著正相关,粗纤维与选择指数显著负相关(R = - 0. 707,P <0. 001),粗灰分与选择指数则无显著相关关系(R = 0.032,P =0. 846)。结果表明,高原鼢鼠总体上偏好粗蛋白和水溶性糖含量高、粗纤维含量低的植物,对无机盐的含量则不敏感。  相似文献

The ability to detect bitter tastes is important for animals; it can help them to avoid ingesting harmful substances. Bitter taste perception is mainly mediated by bitter taste receptor proteins, which are encoded by members of the Tas2r gene family and vary with the dietary preference of a specific species. Although individuals with different genotypes differ in bitterness recognition capability, little is known about the relationship between genetic variation and food selection tendencies at the intraspecific level. In this study, we examined the relationship between genotypes and diet in plateau zokor (Eospalax baileyi), a subterranean rodent endemic to the Qinghai‐Tibet Plateau that caches food for the winter. We assayed the composition and taste profile of each plant contained in temporary caches and vicinity quadrats, which were representative of selected and available food, respectively. Bitter plant selection indices (Ebitter) were estimated. We also sequenced 26 candidate Tas2r genes from zokors and determined their relationships with the Ebitter of their caches. We identified four key results: (1) zokors varied considerably in both bitter food preference and Tas2r sequences; (2) five genes (zTas2r115, zTas2r119, zTas2r126, zTas2r134, and zTas2r136) exhibited allelic variation that was significantly associated with Ebitter; (3) synonymous SNPs, nonsynonymous SNPs, and pseudogenization are involved in the genotype–phenotype relationship; (4) the minor genotypes of zTas2r115, zTas2r134, and zTas2r136 and the major genotypes of zTas2r119 and zTas2r126 cached more bitter plants. Our results link Tas2r variation with food selection behavior at the population level for the first time.  相似文献

In order to determine the change characteristics of vaginal cells in the estrus cycle and the duration of the estrus cycle, vaginal smears and HE staining methods were used to observe and count the types, morphological changes, and proportions of vaginal cells in plateau zokor (Eospalax baileyi). The hormone secretion dynamics of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) in the serum of plateau zokor in the estrus cycle were determined by ELISA. The results showed that the main vaginal cells of plateau zokor were leukocytes, nuclear epithelial cells, incompletely cornified epithelial cells, and complete cornified epithelial cells. The proportion of nuclear epithelial cells in the proestrus was significantly higher than that during the other three periods (48. 4 ±3. 09)% (n=12, P < 0. 05). The proportion of complete cornified epithelial cells in the oestrus was the highest and significantly higher than that in the other three periods (59. 73 ±7. 59)% (n=15, P < 0. 05). The proportion of leukocytes in the metestrus and dioestrum was significantly higher than that in the proestrus and oestrus (P < 0. 05). The expression level of LH was the highest in the metestrus (4. 709 5 ±1. 094 0) ng/mL (n=6, P < 0. 05), which showed an increasing trend in proestrus and oestrus, and a decreasing trend in the metestrus and dioestrum. There was no significant difference in the expression level of FSH among the four periods (P > 0. 05); the estrus cycle duration of plateau zokor was 16 to 19 d, the characteristics of vaginal cell types in different stages of the estrus cycle were obvious, and the relative number was statistically significant. The study provided a basis for vaginal smear identification in the estrous cycle and reproductive physiology study of plateau zokor.  相似文献

Zokor (Mysopalacinae) is a group of subterranean rodents. Although they are regarded as important components in the ecosystems they belong to, due to their underground lifestyle, very little is known about their ecology and behavior. Development of microsatellite markers can potentially assist in addressing behavioral and ecological questions such as dispersal, mating and social systems. Here we report the development of 11 polymorphic microsatellite loci from the genome of Eospalax cansus using 454 shot-gun sequencing. Genetic diversity was assessed using DNA samples of 47 individuals of E. cansus from a single location. Cross-amplification in Eospalax baileyi was also tested, with five polymorphic markers being amplified successfully. These markers are the first published microsatellites loci from E. cansus and will be invaluable for studies addressing ecological and behavioral questions involving E. cansus and E. baileyi, and potentially other species in Mysopalacinae.  相似文献

以祁连山东段高寒草甸栖息的高原鼢鼠(Myospalax baileyi)为研究对象,探讨放牧干扰下高原鼢鼠适合栖息地选择的影响因素,为合理控制草原鼠害和保护生物多样性提供科学依据。在5个不同放牧强度小区中,连续3年监测高原鼢鼠相对种群密度变化,同时获取植被和土壤的变化数据。分析高原鼢鼠相对种群密度、植被(盖度、高度、频度、植被生物量、植被均匀度、丰富度、多样性和地下根系生物量)和土壤(紧实度、容重、水分)之间的关系。中度放牧干扰下,高原鼢鼠相对种群密度最低,不利于对栖息地的选择,轻度、次轻度放牧区的高原鼢鼠相对种群密度高于重度、次重度放牧区的;轻度放牧干扰的草地有利于高原鼢鼠种群数量的增加。高原鼢鼠相对种群密度与土壤紧实度、容重呈显著负相关(R=﹣0.921、﹣0.883,P0.05);与土壤水分呈显著正相关(R=0.879,P0.05);高原鼢鼠相对种群密度与地下根系生物量呈极显著正相关(R=0.982,P0.01),与植被丰富度呈显著正相关(R=0.921,P0.05),与地上植被总盖度呈显著正相关(R=0.909,P0.05),与地上生物量、均匀度、多样性呈不显著正相关(P0.05)。在草地放牧干扰系统中,非生物因素土壤紧实度、水分可能是高原鼢鼠栖息地选择的首要选择因素,食物资源也许是次要选择因素。  相似文献

雄性哺乳动物尿道球腺(bulbo-urethral gland)(以下简称B.U.腺)的研究,早已引起人们注意,曾先后对多种家畜(Bharagwaj等,1962;Ali等,1978)、大鼠(Heller1932;Geuze等,1976,1978)、小鼠(Hall,1936)、豚鼠(Nittinger,1973)以及其它野生鼠类,如仓鼠(转引自Geuze等,1978)、穴兔(Dahlback 等,1981)和4种欧洲睡鼠(Hrabe vit,1968)等动物的B.U.腺进行了研究。其内容多着重于组织化学、超微结构以及与性活动的关系。  相似文献

通过对比分析了高寒草甸生态系统的高原鼢鼠(Myospalax baileyi)、高原鼠兔(Ochotona curzoniae)及根田鼠(Microtus oeconomus)的四肢骨,结果表明,地下啮齿动物高原鼢鼠的四肢骨比地面种类高原鼠兔和根田鼠的对应骨骼粗壮,显示其较强的挖掘能力。与挖掘效率相关的尺骨挖掘动力臂系数,高原鼢鼠为0.3617,而高原鼠兔和根田鼠不到0.17。高原鼢鼠与其他两物种的四肢骨重量分布也明显不同:高原鼢鼠的前肢骨重量超过后肢骨,而高原鼠兔及根田鼠则正好相反;高原鼠兔及根田鼠的桡尺骨重量在四肢骨中最低,而高原鼢鼠的桡尺骨重量在四肢骨中则最高。这些特征反映了地下啮齿动物为了适应地下生活方式,其四肢骨骼系统已经发生了显著变化,这对于研究地下啮齿动物的进化适应性问题具有重要意义。  相似文献
