中国蓼科植物化学成分研究进展   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
我国有蓼科植物13属约235种,37变种.通过对已报道的蓼科植物的化学成分综述分析,表明:大黄属、何首乌属、虎杖属与酸模属都含有蒽醌类化合物(如大黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚等);而养麦属与蓼属富含黄酮类化合物,极少有蒽醌类存在.蓼科植物化学成分主要为蒽醌类和黄酮类,鞣质在该科中普遍存在;生物碱很少、有些属还含有芪类.  相似文献

在《中国植物志》以及各地方植物志中关于毛脉蓼Polygonum ciliinerve (Nakai) Ohwi的分类位置还存在争议, 鉴于此, 本研究应用扫描电子显微镜、常规石蜡切片以及表皮离析方法对毛脉蓼的营养和繁殖器官进行了观察, 并对毛脉蓼的系统分类位置进行了全面的分析和探讨。结果表明, 毛脉蓼的主要药用部位是块茎, 而不是块根, 且来源于匍匐茎节上的腋芽或者顶芽; 叶的上表皮细胞近长方形, 下表皮浅波状, 叶上、下面沿叶脉均具乳头状突起, 且其叶上、下表皮均具多数腺毛; 叶主脉中5个维管束呈一轮分布, 叶柄横切面具10个维管束, 其中7个小的排成一圈, 1个较大的维管束位于沟槽近中央的部位, 而另2个小的维管束位于沟槽两侧的突起中; 果皮的微形态为孔穴状纹饰, 种子横切面为三棱形。由于这些结构与何首乌P. multiflorum都有显著的差异, 尤其二者的药用部位在形态发生和结构特征上有着本质的区别, 故建议将毛脉蓼作为一个独立的种, 而非何首乌的变种。  相似文献

通过红色、黄色、绿色、蓝色滤光膜对毛脉酸模进行遮膜处理。采用高效液相色谱法对毛脉酸模根样品中的蒽醌类成分含量进行测定,研究光质对毛脉酸模根次生代谢产物蒽醌类成分的影响。进行了方差分析。二年生黄膜处理中蒽醌类成分含量显著性高于处理组及空白组。一年生空白组及对照组中蒽醌类成分含量显著性高于处理组。结果表明黄膜处理显著提高二年生毛脉酸模中中蒽醌类成分含量。  相似文献

为探讨微生物发酵炮制何首乌的机制,采用HPLC考察何首乌微生物发酵前后二苯乙烯苷类和蒽醌类化学成分的变化。何首乌经米根霉发酵后,产生了新的蒽醌类成分大黄素-6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,而二苯乙烯苷类成分无变化。同时药理研究发现,大黄素-6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷对家兔肠平滑肌的收缩作用弱于大黄素。由此推断,在何首乌发酵炮制过程中,米根霉可催化大黄素转化为大黄素-6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,从而降低何首乌的泻下作用。实验结果初步验证了微生物发酵炮制何首乌的科学性。  相似文献

为了筛选出可以专一性降解何首乌中蒽醌类成分而不破坏其有效成分二苯乙烯苷的菌种,降低何首乌的毒副作用,我们建立了一种炮制何首乌的新方法.采用HPLC法和UV分光光度计法,对不同菌株发酵的何首乌样品及其发酵前后的化学成分进行比较分析.结果显示:米根霉(Rhizojpus oryzae)、菌株YMS-010(Mucor.sp.)发酵样品的游离型总蒽醌、大黄素、大黄素甲醚的含量均有较大幅度的降低.菌株YMS-006(Aspergillus)、黑曲霉(Aapergillus nigers)、酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)三株菌株发酵何首乌样品有未知成分产生,且含量较高.通过筛选发现米根霉、菌株YMS-006具有专一性降解蒽醌类成分而不破坏二苯乙烯苷的能力,获得了具有发酵炮制作用的菌株.  相似文献

应用石蜡切片、半薄切片、组织化学和荧光显微镜观察相结合的方法研究了木立芦荟叶内芦荟素细胞的发生、发育以及其蒽醌类物质的积累过程。结果表明,在叶内原形成层束分化成维管束初期,原形成层束外侧的一层细胞发育成维管束鞘。原生韧皮部筛管产生时,其外方尚保留1-2层原形成层细胞,当后生韧皮部和木质部开始分化时,此层细胞分裂。在后生韧皮部和木质部发育成熟过程中,这些细胞体积逐渐增大,并液泡化,发育成为大型薄壁细胞(芦荟素细胞),位于筛管外侧。据此,芦荟叶维管束内的大型薄壁细胞的来源与韧皮部相同,属于特化的韧皮部薄壁组织细胞。用醋酸铅处理过的上述材料的切片观察表明,芦荟素细胞在细胞体积增大,并液泡化时,在液泡内出现蒽醌类物质沉淀物,在成熟细胞的大液泡中充满沉淀物,此时,在荧光显微镜下芦荟素细胞发出桔黄色荧光。可见,此种芦荟素细胞是芦荟叶内蒽醌类物质的主要储存场所。  相似文献

大叶冬青、枸骨叶的结构与苦丁茶基本相似:背腹叶;栅栏组织数层;外韧维管束;小维管束具维管束鞘;气孔仅分布于下表皮,有无规则型和轮列型两种;叶内有纤维、石细胞。叶内都含有单宁、淀粉、脂类及少量草酸钙结晶。叶结构主要区别在于苦丁茶叶主脉维管束成心形的环,另两种呈弧形;枸骨叶缘有横跨叶断面的大纤维束,而另两种叶缘仅少量纤维。  相似文献

Morphological asymmetry and behavioral laterality in vertebrate species have been intensively studied in recent years, while comparable invertebrate studies are rare. Here we demonstrate asymmetry in the curvature of the abdomen and laterality in evasive responses for two atyid shrimps, Limnocaridina latipes and Neocaridina denticulata. The frequency distributions of the angle of the abdominal curvature in both species were discretely bimodal, suggesting that the two populations are composed of both left- and right-type individuals. In N. denticulata, behavioral analysis using high-speed filming illustrated that the escape direction for each individual, evoked by a sudden non-lateralized stimulus, was correlated with its abdominal curvature: left- (right-) type shrimp jumped back-leftward (-rightward) significantly more than often. A crossing experiment with N. denticulata indicated that the trait frequency in the F1 generation from two left-type parents differed significantly from that of the F1 generation from two right-type parents, and that the trait frequency for the F1 generation from parents of different laterality types did not deviate from random. That is, offspring laterality type is affected by the lateralities of the parents, indicating that abdominal dimorphism in shrimp is genetically derived. These results suggest that shrimp have an innate laterality that controls their escape direction, which in turn may affect prey-predator interactions in the aquatic community.  相似文献

Aoraki denticulata (Arachnida, Opiliones, Cyphophthalmi, Pettalidae), a widespread 'mite harvestman' endemic to the South Island of New Zealand, is found in leaf littler habitats throughout Nelson and Marlborough, and as far south as Arthur's Pass. We investigated the phylogeography and demographic history of A. denticulata in the first genetic population-level study within Opiliones. A total of 119 individuals from 17 localities were sequenced for 785 bp of the gene cytochrome c oxidase subunit I; 102 of these individuals were from the Aoraki subspecies A. denticulata denticulata and the remaining 17 were from the subspecies A. denticulata major. An extraordinarily high degree of genetic diversity was discovered in A. denticulata denticulata, with average uncorrected p-distances between populations as high as 19.2%. AMOVA, average numbers of pairwise differences, and pairwise F(ST) values demonstrated a significant amount of genetic diversity both within and between populations of this subspecies. Phylogenetic analysis of the data set revealed many well-supported groups within A. denticulata denticulata, generally corresponding to clusters of specimens from single populations with short internal branches, but separated by long branches from individuals from other populations. No haplotypes were shared between populations of the widespread small subspecies, A. denticulata denticulata. These results indicate a subspecies within which very little genetic exchange occurs between populations, a result consistent with the idea that Cyphophthalmi are poor dispersers. The highly structured populations and deep genetic divergences observed in A. denticulata denticulata may indicate the presence of cryptic species. However, we find a highly conserved morphology across sampling localities and large genetic divergences within populations from certain localities, equivalent to those typically found between populations from different localities. Past geological events may have contributed to the deep genetic divergences observed between sampling localities; additionally, the high divergence within populations of A. denticulata denticulata suggests that the rate of COI evolution may be accelerated in this taxon. In contrast, the larger subspecies A. denticulata major shows much less differentiation between and within sampling localities, suggesting that it may disperse more easily than its smaller counterpart. The fact that the remarkable genetic divergences within populations of A. denticulata denticulata from certain localities are equivalent to divergences between localities poses a challenge to the rapidly spreading practice of DNA taxonomy.  相似文献

Assessment of toxigenic fungi on Argentinean medicinal herbs   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
This work was performed to determine the incidence of toxigenic fungi and their mycotoxins on 152 dried medicinal and aromatic herbs, belonging to 56 species, which are used as raw material for drugs. International methodologies for fungal enumeration and identification were applied as well as TLC and HPLC techniques for toxins detection. The 52% out of 152 samples were contaminated with species from Aspergillus genus, 27% belonging to the Flavi section and 25% to the Circumdati section. The 16% of the total samples was contaminated with species from Fusarium genus. Aspergillus flavus and A. parasiticus (Flavi section), were the predominant species isolated, 50% out of 40 isolates were toxigenic. Aflatoxin concentrations ranged from 10 to 2000 ng/g. Only 26% of isolates from the Circumdati section (A. alliaceus, A. ochraceus and A. sclerotiorum) produced ochratoxin A in low concentrations between 0.12 and 9 ng/g. From a total of 29 strains of Fusarium spp., 27.5% were Fusarium verticillioides and F. proliferatum, which produced fumonisin Bland fumonisin B2 ranged from 20 to 22000 microg/g and from 5 to 3000 microg/g respectively. The remaining species, F. equiseti, F. oxysporum, F. semitectum, F. compactum, F. sombucinum and F. solani were able to produce neither group A and B trichothecenes nor zearalenone. The incidence of A. ochraceus and Fusarium spp. and their toxigenic capacities on medicinal herbs were studied for the first time in Argentina. It would be important to look for natural contamination to define acceptability Limits which allow the control of sanitary quality of medicinal herbs used as phytotherapic medicines in several countries.  相似文献

Optimal conditions for the simultaneous determination of As, Sb and Sm in Chinese medicinal herbs using epithermal neutron activation analysis were investigated. The minimum detectable concentrations of 76As, 122Sb and 153Sm in lichen and medicinal herbs depended on the weight of the irradiated sample, and irradiation and decay durations. Optimal conditions were obtained by wrapping the irradiated target with 3.2 mm borated polyethylene neutron filters, which were adopted to screen the original reactor fission neutrons and to reduce the background activities of 38Cl, 24Na and 42K. Twelve medicinal herbs, commonly consumed by Taiwanese children as a diuretic treatment, were analysed since trace elements, such as As and Sb, in these herbs may be toxic when consumed in sufficiently large quantities over a long period. Various amounts of medicinal herbs, standardised powder, lichen and tomato leaves were weighed, packed into polyethylene bags, irradiated and counted under different conditions. The results indicated that about 350 mg of lichen irradiated for 24 h and counted for 20 min following a 30-60 h decay period was optimal for irradiation in a 10(11)n/cm s epithermal neutron flux. The implications of the content of the studied elements in Chinese medicinal herbs are discussed.  相似文献

在光学显微镜下观察了不同产地何首乌叶表皮结构特征,应用多元回归方法对不同产地何首乌的叶表皮特征与气候因子的关系进行了分析。观察的叶表皮特征指标有气孔密度、气孔指数、气孔器长、气孔器宽、气孔极区角质加厚、气孔器类型、表皮细胞垂周壁性状及叶表面角质条纹。观察结果:上表皮有少量气孔器分布;在下表皮,气孔器类型为非典型不等细胞型和不规则型,有少量腺鳞分布,气孔器密度每1mm2为241.7(64~573)个,气孔指数为17.1(7.5~26.5)%,气孔器长31.1(20~44)μm,气孔器宽23.1(16~38)μm。随着产地的不同,何首乌叶下表皮结构有明显差异。分析结果显示气孔器、气孔器宽度以及气孔密度均与纬度关系密切,随纬度的升高,气孔器长、气孔器宽呈减小的趋势,气孔密度呈增加的趋势,R2值分别为0.619、0.729、0.772。  相似文献

采用PCR直接测序法,测定了10个种源何首乌的核糖体DNA ITS区序列,并结合GenBank中相关植物的ITS序列(以萹蓄Polygonu maviculare为外类群),应用遗传距离与系统树分析法对不同种源何首乌的亲缘关系进行了分析。结果表明:(1)ITS1序列长度为195bp,G C含量为69.23%~72.31%,ITS2序列长度为189bp,G C含量为77.25%~80.95%,序列间遗传分化距离为0.00175~0.04945;(2)10个种源何首乌构成2个分支,广西田阳种源自成一支,与其它种源亲缘关系较远;(3)结合形态、分布与化学成分,支持将田阳何首乌作为何首乌的一个变种——棱枝何首乌。  相似文献

Plant cells produce a vast amount of secondary metabolites. Production of some compounds is restricted to a single species. Some compounds are nearly always found only in certain specific plant organs and during a specific developmental period of the plant. Some secondary metabolites of plants serve as defensive compounds against invading microorganisms. Nowadays, it is attempted to substitute the biological and natural agents with chemically synthesized fungicides. In the present research, the antifungal activities of essential oils of seven medicinal plants on mycelial growth of three soilborne plant pathogenic fungi were investigated. The plants consisted of Zataria multiflora, Thymus carmanicus, Mentha pieperata, Satureja hortensis, Lavandual officinolis, Cuminum cyminum and Azadirachta indica. The first five plants are from the family Labiatae. Examined fungi, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici, Fusarium solani and Rhizoctonia solani are the causal agents of tomato root rot. Essential oils of Z. multiflora, T. carmanicus, M. pieperata, S. hortensis and C. cyminum were extracted by hydro-distillation method. Essential oils of L. officinalis and A. indica were extracted by vapor-distillation method. A completely randomized design with five replicates was used to examine the inhibitory impact of each concentration (300, 600 and 900 ppm) of each essential oil. Poisoned food assay using potato dextrose agar (PDA) medium was employed. Results showed that essential oils of A. indica, Z. multiflora, T. carmanicus and S. hortensis in 900 ppm at 12 days post-inoculation, when the control fungi completely covered the plates, prevented about 90% from mycelial growth of each of the fungi. While, the essential oils of M. pieperata, C. cyminum and L. officinalis in the same concentration and time prevented 54.86, 52.77 and 48.84%, respectively, from F. solani growth. These substances did not prevent from F. oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici and R. solani growth. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of essential oils of T. carmanicus, Z. multiflora and A. indica from R. solani and F. solani growth was 900 and 600 ppm, respectively. In addition, the MIC of essential oils of these plants and essential oil of S. hortensis from F. oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici growth was 900 ppm. The MIC of essential oils of M. pieperata, C. cyminum and L. officinalis from F. solani growth was 900 ppm.  相似文献

Eighteen major, minor and trace elements in 12 Chinese medicinal herbs commonly consumed by Taiwanese Children as diuretics were determined by instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA). Dried and powdered herb samples were irradiated in a neutron flux of ca. 2 x 10(12) n/cm2 s under separate short and long irradiation schemes. Lichen (IAEA-336) was used as the reference standard, and tomato leaves (NIST-SRM 1570a) were employed for cross-checking the accuracy of the results. INAA was shown to be a reliable multi-element analytical method for determining the content of both toxicologically and nutritionally important minerals in Chinese medicinal herbs. Determined elements were present in the dried herbs in concentrations ranging from 10(4) to 10(-3) microg/g. The mineral contents and the maximum daily intake values of the tested herbs were compared with published values and with the recommended daily intakes for Taiwanese children as specified by the World Health Organization.  相似文献

Traditional Chinese material medica are an important component of the Chinese pharmacopeia. According to the traditional Chinese medicinal concept, Chinese herbal medicines are classified into different categories based on their therapeutic effects, however, the bioactive principles cannot be solely explained by chemical analysis. The aim of this study is to classify different Chinese herbs based on their therapeutic effects by using delayed luminescence (DL). The DL of 56 Chinese herbs was measured using an ultra‐sensitive luminescence detection system. The different DL parameters were used to classify Chinese herbs according to a hierarchical cluster analysis. The samples were divided into two groups based on their DL kinetic parameters. Interestingly, the DL classification results were quite consistent with classification according to the Chinese medicinal concepts of ‘cold’ and ‘heat’ properties. In this paper, we show for the first time that by using DL technology, it is possible to classify Chinese herbs according to the Chinese medicinal concept and it may even be possible to predict their therapeutic properties. 中药的准确鉴定涉及到人民生命安全和切身利益。传统的鉴定方法,即感官评价、显微鉴定和理化鉴定均存在不同程度的局限性,而分子鉴定则为中药的快速和准确鉴定带来了新的契机。为了使中药的分子鉴定得到更加广泛和有效的应用,应该高度重视相关标准、规范的制订。本文提出了中药分子鉴定的一些主要方法:1)真伪品鉴定:特异聚合酶链式反应法;2)正品和替代品鉴定:DNA条形码鉴定法;3)多基源鉴定:群体遗传学分析法;4)产地鉴别:分子谱系地理学分析法。经上述方法仍无法鉴别的贵重药材可进一步应用人类亲子鉴定的方法,开发特异微卫星标记进行进一步的鉴定。  相似文献
