放牧强度引起的草原植物群落物种多样性与地上生物量变化是近年来草地生态系统研究的热点问题。以内蒙古锡林郭勒克氏针茅草原为研究对象,探究植物群落结构特征、物种多样性与地上生物量之间相互关系及其对不同放牧强度的响应。结果表明:随着放牧强度的增加植物群落结构逐步向退化方向演替;植物群落高度逐渐降低(P<0.05),密度逐渐增加(P<0.05),盖度总体呈下降趋势(P<0.05);植物群落和原有群落优势种地上生物量总体呈下降趋势(P<0.05),而退化指示物种的地上生物量逐渐增加(P<0.05);轻度、中度放牧条件下群落物种Margalef指数、Pielou指数、Simpson指数均显著高于重度放牧(P<0.05);地上生物量与Shannon-Wiener指数、Margalef指数和Pielou指数呈正相关关系,而与Simpson指数呈负相关关系。综上所述,克氏针茅草原植物群落结构和功能在不同放牧强度下产生不同的响应,适度放牧有利于提高群落物种多样性与生物量。  相似文献

研究了不同放牧强度对贝加尔针茅草原群落植物多样性和生产力的影响。结果表明,在牧压梯度上,不同的植物表现出不同的生态适应对策,贝加尔针茅种群随着牧压的增加,种群株丛破碎化、小型化,羊草耐牧性较强,在中牧阶段生产力最高。群落初级生产力随着放牧强度的增加逐渐下降。较大的放牧压力下,群落中适口性差、耐牧的杂类草植物渐趋增加。而在更大的放牧压力下,群落逐步被耐牧的小丛生禾草、旱生小苔草、小灌木和灌木所替代。草地群落的稳定性随着放牧强度增加逐渐降低。放牧干扰对群落植物多样性和生产力及其稳定性的影响是不同步的,不对称的。植物群落初级生产力对放牧干扰的响应更迅速,变化更剧烈。  相似文献

The Stipa grandis steppe in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region occupies an area of 2798081 hm2. On the basis of the genetic variation, it was found that its adaptability to the environmental conditions under grazing pressure was significant. Using the Inter-Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR) procedure, the changes to the genetic diversity of the Stipa grandis population under different grazing pressures were observed. Plant samples were collected from a series of grazing gradients of the Stipa grandis steppe in Dalinuoer National Nature Reserve in the Inner Mongolia (located at 116°38′–116°41′E and 43°25′–43°27′N.), which has the following vegetation types in abundance: Leymus chinensis is the constructive species; the dominant species include Stipa grandis, Cleistogenes squarrosa, and Artemisia frigida; the companion species is Potentilla acaulis and others. According to the grazing pressure, the following four grazing gradients were identified from the dwellings of the herdsmen to the enclosure site: (1) no grazing (CK enclosure site); (2) light grazing (LG); (3) moderate grazing (MG); (4) heavy grazing (HG). Young leaves of each Stipa grandis were collected during the growing season. The results showed that the Stipa grandis showed abundant genetic diversity despite the fact that certain polymorphic loci were lost; at the same time, new polymorphic loci emerged when grazing pressure increased; a total of 10 primers were used, and 74 bands were produced in total, of which 65 bands were polymorphic; the total percentage of polymorphism was 89%; the percentage of polymorphic loci of the Stipa grandis population decreased with the increase of grazing pressure; the percentage of polymorphic loci was 62.2% in the no-grazing (CK) population, 64.9% in the light-grazing (LG) population, 58.1% in the moderate-grazing (MG) population, and 56.8% in the heavy-grazing (HG) population; the genetic diversity of the population in the descending order using the Shannon's information index is as follows: (1) light grazing (0.3486); (2) no grazing (0.3339); (3) moderate grazing (0.3249); (4) heavy grazing (0.2735) with the same distributional pattern as the Nei's genetic diversity index. The test showed the following: As the grazing pressures increased, the change of genetic diversity decreased; the genetic differentiation coefficient among the population (Gst) was 0.1984, which showed the presence of small partial genetic diversity (19.8%) among populations; gene flow (Nm*) between primers varied from 0.9806 to 3.4463, and the mean gene flow (Nm*) was 2.0202; the UPGMA cluster figure that was constructed on the basis of the genetic distance matrix showed four populations that became genetically closer at each step: (1) The first group was the moderate-grazing (MG) population and the heavy- grazing (HG) population; (2) The second group consisted of the no-grazing (CK) population and the light-grazing (LG) population; (3) The two groups gathered together.  相似文献

群落组成结构的异质性是群落动态的主要属性。本研究采用样线、样方调查方法,基于物种频度与幂函数法则,分析了内蒙古克氏针茅草原围栏封育和自由放牧条件下群落物种结构与空间异质性的变化。结果表明:在围栏外和围栏内不同利用方式下,物种均呈现集中分布;从水分生态型、生活型、生育型、种子传播型和植物科属等不同功能群类别来看,旱生植物和中旱生植物广泛分布,生活型以多年生草本植物为主,依靠重力传播种子的植物占有相对较大的比例,达到60%以上,禾本科、百合科、菊科和豆科等适牧植物具有相对优势;在围栏保护状态下,物种多样性增加,群落异质性降低,放牧退化草原开始向群落状况良好的草原类型演替。  相似文献

放牧作为草地的主要利用方式,对草地生态系统的结构和功能具有显著影响。目前长期放牧对草地土壤团聚体组成及其稳定性的影响还知之甚少。本研究依托2004年建立的内蒙古短花针茅荒漠草原长期放牧试验平台,设置围封禁牧(对照)、轻度、中度和重度放牧强度,研究不同放牧强度下土壤团聚体组成和稳定性的变化,并结合相关土壤理化指标探究影响土壤团聚体稳定性的主要因素。结果表明: 放牧显著改变了不同粒径土壤团聚体的组成。与对照相比,大团聚体(0.25~2 mm)含量在轻度放牧下保持不变,而在中度和重度放牧下显著下降;重度放牧显著降低了小团聚体(0.053~0.25 mm)含量,而中度和重度放牧显著增加了微团聚体(<0.053 mm)含量。土壤团聚体稳定性在轻度放牧下维持较高水平,但在中度和重度放牧下显著降低。土壤团聚体稳定性与大团聚体含量呈显著正相关,与微团聚体含量呈显著负相关。土壤pH值、容重、有机碳及其他理化性质共同作用于土壤团聚体组成进而对其稳定性产生影响。综上,对于荒漠草原而言,适度放牧可以维持较高的土壤团聚体稳定性。  相似文献

根据样方调查资料,采用聚类分析法,研究了青海湖区针茅草原围栏封育后植物群落特征及群落多样性变化。结果表明,草原经过长期围栏后,群落内优势种发生了不同程度的分异,由围栏外的紫花针茅(Stipa purpurea) 青海苔草(Carex ivanovae)草原演变成围栏内的冷地早熟禾(Poa crymophila) 猪毛蒿(Artemisia scoparia)草原群落,导致了群落结构特征的变化;长期的围栏活动对提高草原群落的盖度和生产能力是有益的,但却降低了群落的物种丰富度和多样性;草原开垦后,对周围草原有明显的影响,所形成土垄的群落特征和多样性变化都发生了极大的差异,成为赖草(Leymus secalinus) 大籽蒿(Artemisia sieversiana)群落类型,群落的物种丰富度和多样性均降低。  相似文献

放牧干扰是影响草地植物性状的方式之一,植物叶片性状能够客观反映植物对生长环境的适应性.本文以呼伦贝尔克氏针茅草原不同放牧强度的样地为研究区,探讨叶片性状间的相互关系及在不同放牧梯度上和不同生活型功能群之间的变化规律.结果表明:克氏针茅草原植物的主要叶片性状在不同生活型植物之间差异均不显著,但是各个性状之间的相关性较强.在放牧梯度上,重度放牧样地上叶片磷含量和氮磷比值与中度放牧区和轻度放牧区有显著差异;在生活型功能群分类中,放牧对多年生杂草的叶片磷含量和氮磷比值有显著影响,表明多年生杂草对放牧较为敏感,重度放牧改变了植物养分利用策略.合理放牧可以改善克氏针茅草原植物养分性状并有利于遏制草原的退化.  相似文献

The rangelands of Stipa tenacissima and Lygeum spartum (Poaceae) constitute one of the main typical ecosystems in the Iberian Peninsula and North Africa. This study examines the seasonal changes in aboveground biomass accumulation and translocation of some major (Ca and K) and trace elements (Br, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Sr and Zn) from topsoil to shoots of these perennial grasses. Species, season and their interaction significantly affected the dry biomass (DW) and chemical composition of both species and their surrounding soil. The maximum DW was found in spring due to high physiological activity and was correlated positively with rainfall. A significant relationship between seasons and chemical elements was found. For both species the maximum concentrations of Ca, Cu and Zn were found in spring season. However L. spartum had the highest concentrations of K, Cr, Br, and Sr in autumn season, indicating exceptional ability of these species to accumulate large contents of these elements during the active growth periods. By way of contrast, in the topsoil the highest concentrations of almost all chemical elements were found in summer and autumn. Principal component analyses (PCA) showed that growth of L. spartum was highly associated with K, Ca, Zn, Br and Sr, whereas topsoil was correlated with Cu, Cr, Fe and Mn concentrations. Translocation factor (TFx) of chemical elements was not identical across the two species, demonstrating inter–specific variability to uptake chemical elements. The maximum values of TFx were recorded for K, Ca and Sr especially for L. spartum. To cope with arid conditions, S. tenacissima and L. spartum sprout quickly by increasing their rate of growth and nutrient uptake as soon as soil water is available after the rain.  相似文献

在对西藏高原北部针茅草地根围土壤中的丛枝菌根(AM)真菌种类分离鉴定基础上,研究了藏北针茅草地的土壤质地、pH、有机质和有效磷含量对AM真菌孢子密度、分离频度、相对多度、重要值、物种多样性指数和均匀度的影响.结果表明: 针茅草地根围土壤中共分离鉴定出AM真菌3属15种,其中,球囊霉属9种、无梗囊霉属6种、盾巨孢囊霉属1种.球囊霉属和无梗囊霉属为藏北针茅草地AM真菌的优势属;近明球囊霉和光壁无梗囊霉为藏北高寒草原针茅属植物根围AM真菌的优势种.不同质地土壤中AM真菌孢子密度、分离频度、相对多度和重要值均表现出球囊霉属>无梗囊霉属>盾巨孢囊霉属的趋势;土壤pH值对AM真菌种群组成无明显影响,球囊霉属和无梗囊霉属真菌分离频度、相对多度和重要值随土壤pH升高而增加,盾巨孢囊霉属则呈现相反趋势;不同土壤有机质含量范围内,AM真菌孢子密度等各项指标均呈球囊霉属>无梗囊霉属>盾巨孢囊霉属,而AM真菌属的分布没有明显规律;土壤有效磷含量对AM真菌种丰度和孢子密度影响较小.研究区域内AM真菌物种多样性指数和均匀度随着土壤有效磷含量升高而增加.  相似文献

人类活动干扰对生物多样性和生态系统功能的影响机制是近年来生态学研究的一个热点问题。该研究以内蒙古锡林郭勒草原生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站的大型放牧控制实验为平台, 系统地研究了不同降水(丰水年份和平水年份)和地形(平地和坡地)条件下, 放牧对典型草原不同空间尺度植物多样性(α、β和γ多样性)的影响。研究发现: (1)降水和地形条件及其交互效应对植物多样性有明显的影响, 丰水年份的α、β和γ多样性均高于平水年份; 降水和地形条件存在交互效应, 平水年份坡地系统的α多样性高于平地系统, 丰水年份平地系统的α和γ多样性高于坡地系统, 而地形对β多样性并没有显著影响; (2)随着放牧强度的增加, 平地和坡地的α多样性均呈逐渐下降的趋势, 不同植物群落成员型(优势种、常见种和稀有种)对放牧的响应及其对α多样性的贡献不同, 其中稀有种对α多样性的贡献最大, 常见种次之, 优势种最小; (3) γ多样性对放牧强度的响应受地形条件的影响, 随着放牧强度的增加, 平地γ多样性呈逐渐下降的趋势, 而坡地γ多样性呈现先减少后增加的趋势; (4)平地β多样性随放牧强度的增加而逐渐减小, 而坡地并没有明显的规律。该研究表明, 植物多样性对放牧的响应受降水和地形因素的调控, 平地对放牧的缓冲能力强于坡地, 干旱会加剧过度放牧对生物多样性的影响; 稀有种对于草地生态系统的多样性维持具有重要意义。因此, 在确定合理的放牧强度时, 应结合降水和地形条件。在平水年份需加强平地系统植物多样性的保护, 而在丰水年份需加强坡地系统植物多样性的保护, 从而实现草地资源的可持续性利用。  相似文献

采用不同载畜率的围栏放牧试验,研究了内蒙古高原荒漠草原亚带短花针茅(Stipa breviflora Gfiseb.)草原群落在不同载畜率水平植物多样性变化规律和对草地生产力的影响。研究结果表明:在2a的放牧过程中,不同载畜率植物多样性指数的均值随年度的增加有降低的趋势,但年度间差异未达到显著水平;不同年度内,植物多样性指数均在载畜率1.027只羊/(hm^2·a)附近出现峰值;且载畜率为1.027只羊/(hm^2·a)时植物补偿性生长最高,是最理想的载畜率水平。研究结果支持群落物种多样性与生产力相关格局中的负二次函数关系的单峰格局模型,即中等生产力水平物种多样性最高。  相似文献

In order to evaluate the potential effects of rest grazing on organic carbon storage on the Stipa baicalensis steppe in Inner Mongolia, compared the S. baicalensis steppes after rest grazing for 3 years, 6 years, and 9 years, using potassium dichromate heating method, this study analyzed the organic carbon storage of plant and soil in the steppes among different periods of rest grazing. The results indicated that as the rest grazing years prolonged, the biomass included above-ground parts, litters and underground plant parts(roots) of the plant communities all increased, meanwhile the carbon content of the biomass increased with the rest grazing years prolonged. For the zero rest grazing (RG0) steppe and the steppes after a rest grazing of 3 years (RG3a), 6 years (RG6a), 9 years (RG9a), the carbon storage in above-ground parts of plant communities were 42.60 g C/m2, 66.33 g C/m2, 83.46 g C/m2, 100.29 g C/m2 respectively; the carbon storage of litters were 7.85 g C/m2, 9.12 g C/m2, 9.18 g C/m2, 11.54 g C/m2 separately; the carbon storage of underground plant parts (0–100 cm) were 281.40 g C/m2, 576.38 g C/m2, 745.33 g C/m2, 1279.61 g C/m2 respectively; and the carbon storage in 0–100 cm soil were 22991.14 g C/m2, 24687.75 g C/m2, 26564.86 g C/m2,33041.55 g C/m2. The results suggested that as the rest grazing years prolonged, the organic carbon storage in plant communities and soil increased. The carbon storage of underground plant parts and soil organic carbon mainly concentrated in 0–40 cm soil. After rest grazing for 3 years, 6 years, and 9 years, the increased soil organic carbon were as the 81.14%, 85.84%, and 89.46% of the total increased carbon; From the perspective of carbon sequestration cost, the total cost of RG3a, RG6a and RG9a were 2903.40 RMB/hm2, 5806.80 RMB/hm2, and 8710.20 RMB/hm2. The cost reduced with the extension of rest grazing years, 0.17 RMB/kg C, 0.16 RMB/kg C, 0.09 RMB/kg C for RG3a, RG6a and RG9a respectively. From the growth characteristics of grassland plants, the spring was one of the two avoid grazing periods, timely rest grazing could effectively restore and update grassland vegetation, and was beneficial to the sustainable use of grassland. From the available data, the organic carbon storage of RG9a was the highest, while the cost of carbon sequestration was the lowest. Therefore, spring rest grazing should be encouraged to continue for it was proved to be a very efficient grassland use measures.  相似文献

采用无底样框法对四子王旗荒漠草原不同放牧强度下的蝗虫群落进行了取样调查,比较了不同放牧强度下荒漠草原蝗虫群落的丰富度、多样性和均匀度指数及群落中蝗虫种类和数量随季节的动态变化,并对蝗虫种群分布与植物群落特征进行了相关性分析。结果表明,在不同放牧强度下蝗虫的群落结构及时间动态均存在一定差异,说明放牧活动对蝗虫群落结构有明显影响,其中,轻度放牧和重度放牧样地中蝗虫种群总数显著高于其他样地。不同种类的蝗虫群落与放牧强度之间关系表现复杂。  相似文献

放牧对脆弱的荒漠草原生态系统有着重要影响,且随放牧强度及持续时间不同而变化。鞘翅目昆虫是环境监测与生物多样性变化的指示生物。利用巴氏罐诱法对短花针茅荒漠草原不同放牧强度草地的甲虫群落组成和多样性进行调查,探究放牧对荒漠草原甲虫群落的影响。结果表明:(1)步甲科、金龟科为短花针茅荒漠草原甲虫群落优势类群,埋葬甲科、芫菁科、拟步甲科和花金龟科为常见类群。(2)放牧强度增加不利于维持更多的捕食性甲虫;对照和轻度放牧样地可维持更多的腐食性甲虫。(3)甲虫数量随放牧强度增加而递减;群落多样性以重度放牧草地最大,轻度放牧草地最小;群落优势度为对照、中度、重度显著高于轻度放牧草地。各甲虫类群在不同放牧强度草地出现时间、高峰期均不同。(4)对照、轻度、重度放牧样地的甲虫优势类群群落结构不同于其他生境,但均与中度放牧样地存在相似性。轻度、中度、重度放牧样地的甲虫稀有类群群落结构不同于其他生境,但均与对照样地存在相似性。(5)甲虫群落个体数与植物群落物种丰富度、盖度、植物平均高度、生物量呈显著正相关。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Margalef丰富度指数均与植物群落物种丰富度、生物量显著负相关...  相似文献

放牧是内蒙古荒漠草原主要利用方式之一,研究不同放牧强度下土壤有机碳分布规律对退化草原恢复以及推广精准放牧技术具有重要的指导意义。基于不同放牧强度长期放牧样地(0、0.93、1.82、2.71羊单位hm-2(a/2)-1),采用高样本数量的取样设计并结合地统计学分析方法,研究荒漠草原土壤有机碳及其空间异质性。结果表明:中度放牧会显著降低0-30 cm土层全氮含量(P<0.05),全磷含量随放牧强度增强出现先降低后升高趋势;放牧样地土壤有机碳含量均显著低于对照样地(P<0.05),不同放牧强度处理土壤有机碳含量没有显著差异;土壤有机碳密度受放牧影响在0-20 cm土层出现显著下降(P<0.05),变化趋势同有机碳含量相似,碳氮比在重度放牧区0-10 cm土层显著降低(P<0.05)。土壤有机碳空间异质性和异质性斑块的破碎程度随放牧强度增加而增大;土壤有机碳含量与海拔高度在对照、轻度放牧和中度放牧区均呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),在重度放牧区土壤有机碳含量和海拔无显著相关性;土壤有机碳含量与土壤全氮、全磷含量均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。综上所述,放牧降低土壤有机碳含量,提高土壤有机碳空间异质性,土壤有机碳含量的空间变异受海拔和土壤养分含量等因素的共同影响。  相似文献

在草地生态系统中,大型草食动物放牧是重要的管理方式之一,对草地生物多样性起着关键的驱动作用。昆虫是草地生态系统中生物多样性的重要组成成分,对生态系统的食物网结构以及其功能与稳定性起着关键作用。已有研究结果表明,大型草食动物与昆虫存在密切联系,放牧对草地昆虫多样性或有正向、或负向、或无明显作用,这依赖于放牧管理方式、昆虫类群以及草地类型。放牧必然通过直接(采食、践踏或粪尿)或间接(植物群落组成或植被结构)作用对昆虫多样性产生显著的影响。当前,关于大型草食动物放牧对草地昆虫多样性影响研究较多,但是,从研究系统性、深入性和延续性来说还存在一定问题。本文在综述国内外对放牧对草地昆虫多样性的影响研究基础上,提出了今后的研究方向,对于理解放牧管理的草地昆虫多样性变化规律,以及为积极探索维持草地昆虫多样性的长期有效的科学管理措施提供理论指导。  相似文献

为了更好地理解放牧对草原生态系统物种多度分布格局的影响, 以及常见种和稀有种对维持群落多样性的作用, 以内蒙古典型草原为研究对象, 基于长期放牧控制实验平台(包括7个载畜率水平(0、1.5、3.0、4.5、6.0、7.5、9.0 sheep·hm-2)和两种地形系统(平地和坡地)), 研究了群落内全部物种、常见种和稀有种的丰富度和多度对放牧强度的响应规律, 并选取对数正态模型、对数级数模型和幂分割模型, 对物种多度数据进行拟合。结果表明: 1)平地系统中, 物种丰富度和多度在低放牧强度下(1.5、3.0 sheep·hm-2)增加, 而在中、高度放牧强度下(4.5-9.0 sheep·hm-2)降低, 全部物种的多度分布在大多数放牧强度下符合幂分割模型, 在高放牧强度下也符合对数正态模型; 坡地系统中, 物种丰富度和多度随着放牧强度增加而显著降低, 全部物种的多度分布在各个放牧强度下, 均符合幂分割模型和对数正态模型。2)随着放牧强度增加, 常见种的多度响应趋势与全部物种的响应趋势一致, 其多度分布均符合幂分割模型和对数正态模型; 稀有种的丰富度响应趋势与全部物种的响应趋势一致, 其多度分布符合幂分割模型, 同时也部分符合对数正态和对数级数模型。总之, 适宜的载畜率有利于生物多样性和初级生产力的提高, 平地系统中物种多度的响应在一定程度上支持放牧优化假说; 而坡地系统中不同物种多度的响应差异说明: 确定最佳载畜率时, 还需要考虑地形因素的影响。此外, 模型的拟合结果表明: 生态位分化机制对内蒙古典型草原物种多度分布起着主要作用, 常见种和稀有种通过不同的响应方式共同维持着草原生态系统的物种多样性。  相似文献
