A new phenylpropanoid glycoside isoangoroside C was isolated from the roots of Scrophularia scorodonia. Its structure was determined on the basis of spectral data as: 3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-beta-phenylethoxy-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosy l-(1-->6)alpha L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)-4-O-Z-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside. Additionally, one known phenylpropanoid, angoroside C, and five known iridoid glycosides, harpagoside, bartsioside, 8-O-acetyl-harpagide, aucuboside and harpagide were isolated and identified.  相似文献

From the aerial parts of Marrubium alysson a new phenylpropanoid glycoside, alyssonoside, and five known glycosides, verbascoside (= acteoside), leucosceptoside A, martynoside, forsythoside B and leucosceptoside B were isolated. On the basis of spectral data, the structure of the new compound was elucidated as beta-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)]-O- [beta-D-apiopyranosyl-(1-->6)]-4-O-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyra noside.  相似文献

Two new phenylpropanoid glycosides (2'-O-acetylplantamajoside and 2'-O, 6"-O-diacetylplantamajoside), a new iridoid glycoside (10-O-(cinnamoyl)-6'-O-(desacetylalpinosidyl)-catalpol), the two known iridoid glycosides globularin and isoscrophularioside, and the known phenylpropanoid glycoside platamajoside were isolated from the methanolic extract of the underground parts of Wulfenia carinthiaca. Structure elucidations were based on high-resolution mass spectrometry and extensive 1-D and 2-D NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

From the ethanolic extract of Smilax bracteata, six phenylpropanoid glycosides, smilasides G-L (1-6), along with four known phenylpropanoid compounds, helonioside A, helonioside B, smilaside E, and (1-p-O-coumaroyl-6-O-feruroyl)-beta-d-fructofuranosyl-alpha-d-glucopyranoside, and fourteen known phenolic compounds were isolated. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses. Moreover, 1-6 exhibited moderate scavenging activities against DPPH radicals.  相似文献

Bioassay-guided fractionation of EtOH extract of the roots of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl. resulted in the isolation of three new iridoid glycosides, i.e., 6'-O-caffeoylharpagide (1), 6'-O-feruloylharpagide (2), and 6'-O-beta-glucopyranosylharpagoside (3), and five new aromatic glycosides, i.e., 2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl O-alpha-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->6)-O-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-beta-glucopyranoside (4), phenyl O-beta-xylopyranosyl-(1-->6)-O-beta-glucopyranoside (5), 3-methylphenyl O-beta-xylopyranosyl-(1-->6)-O-beta-glucopyranoside (6), 6-O-cinnamoyl beta-fructofuranosyl-(2-->1)-O-alpha-glucopyranosyl-(6-->1)-O-alpha-glucopyranoside (7), and 6-O-feruloyl beta-fructofuranosyl-(2-->1)-O-alpha-glucopyranosyl-(6-->1)-O-alpha-glucopyranoside (8), together with four known compounds, i.e., 6'-O-alpha-D-galactopyranosyl harpagoside (9), 6'-O-(p-coumaroyl) harpagide (10), harpagoside (11), and angoroside C (12). Activity of the isolated compounds on [Ca2+](i) increase induced by KCl was evaluated on rat cardiac myocytes using confocal laser scanning microscopy. Iridoid glycosides 1, 10, and 11, and aromatic glycosides 5 and 6 significantly inhibited the increase of [Ca2+](i) induced by KCl at 100 microM.  相似文献

Using pulse radiolysis technique, the reaction between hydroxyl radical and 7 phenylpropanoidglycosides: echinacoside, verbascoside, leucosceptoside A, martynoside, pediculariosides A, M and N which were isolated from Pedicularis were examined. The rate constants of these reactions were determined by transient absorption spectra. All 7 phenylpropanoid glycosides react with hydroxyl radical at high rate constants within (0.97-1.91)×1010L · mol-1 · s-1. suggesting that they are effective hydroxyl radical scavengers. The results demonstrate that the numbers of phenolic hydroxyl groups of phenylpropanoid glycosides are directly related to their scavenging activities. The scavenging activities are likely related to o-dihydroxy group of phenylpropanoid glycosides as well.  相似文献

Chloranthus spicatus (Thunb.) Makino (Chloranthaceae) has been used to treat aches, trauma, and bleeding in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Phytochemical investigation of the leaves of this plant led to the isolation an unusual new phenylethanoid diglycoside, spicaoside (1), and a new phenylpropanoid diglycoside, 1-allyl-3-methoxy-4- [apiofuranosyl(1 ⿿ 2)-glucopyranosyloxybenzene] (2), along with two known sesquiterpenoid glycosides, chloranoside A (3) and chloranthalactone E 8-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (4). Their structures were established by spectroscopic means. New compounds 1 and 2 showed moderate tyrosinase inhibitory activities with the IC50 value of 15.4 μM and 29.1 μM. This study represents the first report of glycoside from C. spicatus.  相似文献

A new compound, pheglycoside A (1), along with four known aromatic glycosides (2-5) and three known lignan glycosides (68) were isolated from Streblus ilicifolius (Vidal) Corner. The structure of compound 1 was determined by spectral analyses, including HRESIMS, 1D, and 2D NMR (COSY, HSQC, and HMBC) experiments. The absolute configuration of compound 1 was determined using the CD spectrum and experiment data. From the present investigation, all these compounds were isolated for the first time from S. ilicifolius. It is interesting that phenylpropanoid glycoside and aromatic glycosides are reported for the first time in the genus Streblus. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was summarized.  相似文献

In this paper, we report studies on morphological, phytochemical, and biological aspects of a population belonging to Aconitum anthora L. Two compounds, quercetin 3-O-((beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->3)-(4-O-(E-p-coumaroyl))-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-galactopyranoside))-7-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (1) and kaempferol 3-O-((beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->3)-(4-O-(E-p-coumaroyl))-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-galactopyranoside))-7-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (2), together with two known flavonol glycosides (3-4) were isolated and identified from A. anthora. The antioxidant activity of the four identified flavonoids was screened by three in vitro tests.  相似文献

Four new pregnane glycosides, stelmatocryptonoside A, B, C, and D (1-4), were isolated from the stems of Stelmatocrypton khasianum. On the basis of chemical and spectral data, the structures of 1-4 were established as 3beta, 16alpha-dihydroxy-pregn-5-en-20-one-16-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside; 3beta, 20-dihydroxy-pregn-5-en-20-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-digitalopyranoside; 3beta, 16alpha-dihydroxy-pregn-5-en-20-one-16-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside; and 3beta, 16alpha-dihydroxy-pregn-5-en-20-one-16-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside. Six new triterpenoid saponins have been isolated from the stem bark of Elattostachys apetala together with four known triterpenoid saponins. Three of these new compounds are glycosides of a newly described genin, 29-hydroxyhederagenin (1). A benzyl-protected analog of the phenylpropanoid glycoside arenarioside, (4-benzyloxyphenyl)ethyl alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)-4-O-[(E)-3,4-di-O-benzyl-caffeoyl]-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->6)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside (22), was synthesized through two different routes from D-glucose. This is the first approach on the synthesis of a trisaccharide phenylpropanoid glycoside, although the benzyl-protecting group in the backbone of the arenarioside analog could not be removed by conventional debenzylation procedures.  相似文献

The synthesis of dibenzyl 6-O-naphthylmethyl-2,3,5-tri-O-benzoyl-beta-D-galactofuranosyl-(1-->5)-2,3-di-O-benzoyl-6-O-benzyl-beta-D-galactofuranosyl-(1-->4)-3-O-benzyl-2-O-pivaloyl-alpha-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)-2-acetamido-2-deoxy-4,6-di-O-benzoyl-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl phosphate (1), a protected form of the tetrasaccharide phosphate of the linkage region of the arabinogalactan-peptidoglycan complex in the mycobacterial cell wall, has been accomplished. Key steps include the coupling of four monosaccharide building blocks with complete stereoselectivity by glycosylations employing thioglycosides, 2'-carboxybenzyl glycosides, and glycosyl fluorides as glycosyl donors. The alpha-glycosyl phosphate linkage was also stereoselectively elaborated by reaction of a tetrasaccharide hemiacetal with tetrabenzyl pyrophosphate in the presence of a base.  相似文献

已知世界杜鹃属(Rhododendron)植物约967种(种下分类等级未计算在内)。本文基于植物区系学的观点,讨论了属内8个亚属:常绿杜鹃亚属、杜鹃亚属、马银花亚属、映山红亚属、羊踯躅亚属、云间杜鹃亚属、纯白杜鹃亚属、异蕊杜鹃亚属的系统位置、分布式样。分析了系统发育和地理分布上的时间、空间关系。认为常绿杜鹃亚属和杜鹃亚属是在本属植物起源后的早期阶段就沿不同途径迁徙、繁衍的两个演化枝。自第三纪以来,它们的性状发展多样,种系高度分化。在现存类群中最具原始性状的亚属是常绿杜鹃亚属,这个亚属的云锦杜鹃亚组Subsect.Fortunea,耳叶杜鹃亚组Subsect.Auriculata 保持较多原始性状。种的分布遍及欧洲、北美洲、亚洲、大洋洲(有1种),东亚种类最多,马来西亚次之。中国-喜马拉雅地区既是多度中心又是多样化中心,马来西亚仅是多度中心。大多数种为地方特有性分布,特有现象十分突出,东亚和马来西亚的特有种共约862种,占种总数的89%以上中国有6个亚属(Candidastrum,Mumeazalea不产)约562种,其中特有种约405种。分析第三纪的化石记录,杜鹃属在全球分布的时间、地点,杜鹃属保持原始或古老性状的类群的现代适生地,认为中国西南至中国中部最有可能是杜鹃属植物的起源地,始祖类群起源的时间会是在晚白垩纪至早第三纪。讨论了杜鹃属在第三纪至第四纪向北半球北部的传布,向亚洲西南、亚洲东南和向东亚的传布以及向大洋洲的传布。从杜鹃属在全球传布的现象和途径,看来现代分布格局形成的原因取决于三方面的因素:时间和窨历史对植物繁衍、传播有着重要制约作用,并受制于植物种系自身具有的遗传性和对环境强烈变化的反应能力。  相似文献

From the stem bark of Newbouldia laevis three phenylethanoid glycosides, designated as newbouldioside A-C, were isolated together with a sodium salt of analogue B and the known compounds, verbascoside, 5-hydroxydehydro-iso-alpha-lapachone, 3,8-dihydroxydehydro-iso-alpha-lapachone, apigenin and luteolin. The structures of the phenylethanoid glycosides were elucidated by spectroscopic methods as beta-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl 5-O-syringoyl-beta-D-apiofuranosyloxy-(1-->2)-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside, ss-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl 5-O-syringoyl-beta-D-apiofuranosyloxy-(1-->2)-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)]-6-O-E-feruloyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside, and beta-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl 3-O-E-feruloyl-beta-D-apiofuranosyloxy-(1-->2)-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-6-O-E-sinapoyl-beta-D-glucopyranoside, respectively.  相似文献

Six cycloartane-type triterpene glycosides were isolated from Astragalus icmadophilus along with two known cycloartane-type glycosides, five known oleanane-type triterpene glycosides and one known flavonol glycoside. The conformational behavior of the synthetic hexa- and heptasaccharide methyl beta-glycosides alpha-D-Manp-(1 --> 6)-[alpha-D-Manp-(1 --> 3)-][beta-D-Xylp-(1 --> 2)-]beta-D-Manp-(1 --> 4)-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1 --> 4)-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1 --> OMe and alpha-D-Manp-(1 --> 6)-[alpha-D-Manp-(1 --> 3)-][beta-D-Xylp-(1 --> 2)-]beta-D-Manp-(1 --> 4)-beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1 --> 4)-[alpha-L-Fucp-(1 --> 6)-]beta-D-GlcpNAc-(1 --> OMe, representing the xylosylated and the xylosylated alpha-(1 --> 6)-fucosylated core structures of N-glycans in alpha(D)-hemocyanin of the snail Helix pomatia, respectively, were investigated by 1H NMR spectroscopy in combination with molecular dynamics (MD) simulations in water. 1H and 13C chemical shifts of the oligosaccharides were assigned using 1H-(1)H COSY, TOCSY, and NOESY, and 1H-(13)C HMQC techniques. Experimental 2D 1H cross-peak intensities from one series of NOESY and one series of ROESY experiments of the two oligosaccharides were compared with calculated values derived from MD trajectories using the CROSREL program, yielding information about the conformation of each glycosidic linkage of the methyl glycosides. The flexibility of the linkages was described by generalized order parameters and internal rotation correlation times. Analysis of the data indicated that several conformations are likely to exist for the alpha-D-Man-(1 --> 6)-beta-D-Man, the alpha-L-Fuc-(1 --> 6)-beta-D-GlcNAc, and the alpha-D-Man-(1 --> 3)-beta-D-Man linkage, whereas the beta-D-Xyl-(1 --> 2)-beta-D-Man-(1 --> 4)-beta-D-GlcNAc-(1 --> 4)-beta-D-GlcNAc fragment occurs in one rigid conformation. No significant differences were found between the corresponding structural elements in both methyl glycosides. NOESY and ROESY experiments proved to be suitable for providing the experimental data required, however, due to more overlap within the ROESY spectra, reducing the accuracy of the analysis, NOESY spectral analysis is preferred.  相似文献
