攀钢冶炼渣堆土壤与优势植物的重金属含量   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3

采用原子吸收分光光度法测定攀钢西渣场冶炼渣堆土壤和6科12种优势植物中Mn、Pb、 Ni、 Cu、Cd等5种重金属含量,并计算优势植物对重金属的富积系数和转移系数.结果表明:渣堆土壤中重金属含量Mn最高(3869.14 mg/kg),次后顺序为Pb>Ni>Cu>Cd;植物与土壤的重金属分布基本一致;所测优势植物中,多数植物对重金属的富积系数较低,而转移系数却较高,如天名精对Cu的转移系数为5.1,羽芒菊对Pb转移系数为3.3,五月艾对Cd的转移系数为6.0,其中8种植物(天名精、羽芒菊等)对Mn的转移系数均大于1.该结果为重金属污染土壤的植物修复提供了参考物种,同时也为植物重金属耐受机制的研究提供了筛选对象.  相似文献

利用含不同浓度的重金属选择性培养基,对采集的微生物样本进行分离,并筛选出一株超高耐受重金属菌ZM-12。对ZM-12的16S rDNA高变区序列进行BLAST比较和MEGA 4.0分析,结果通过同源进化树分析表明该菌属于肠杆菌属(Enterobacter)。对该菌进行生理生化实验、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)的测定和火焰原子吸收实验,结果表明:ZM-12属于革兰氏阴性杆菌,在不同种类的重金属培养基中,其MIC值各不相同,Cu2+、Pb2+、Mn2+、Ni2+对ZM-12的MIC值分别为22.33 mmol/L、14.48 mmol/L、>200 mmol/L、58.69 mmol/L。通过火焰原子吸收的方法,测定了ZM-12对培养基中重金属的去除率,培养一定时间后,分别测定了溶液中重金属Pb2+、Mn2+、Cu2+、Ni2+的浓度,得到其最大去除率分别达到97.68%、99.93%、41.23%、99.46%。该菌株的发现及鉴定为重金属污染环境的治理提供了参考。  相似文献

Under the present investigation effectiveness of three aquatic macrophytes Pistia stratiotes L. (water lettuce), Spirodela polyrrhiza W. Koch (duckweed) and Eichhornia crassipes were tested for the removal of five heavy metals (Fe, Zn, Cu, Cr and Cd). These plants were grown at three different concentrations (1.0, 2.0 and 5.0mgl(-1)) of metals in laboratory experiment. Result revealed high removal (>90%) of different metals during 15 days experiment. Highest removal was observed on 12th day of experiment, thereafter it decreased. Results revealed E. crassipes as the most efficient for the removal of selected heavy metals followed by P. stratiotes and S. polyrrhiza. Results from analysis confirmed the accumulation of different metals within the plant and a corresponding decrease of metals in the water. Significant correlations between metal concentration in final water and macrophytes were obtained. Plants have accumulated heavy metals in its body without the production of any toxicity or reduction in growth. Selected plants shown a wide range of tolerance to all of the selected metals and therefore can be used for large scale removal of heavy metals from waste water.  相似文献

The glutathione (GSH) status and heavy metal tolerance were investigated in four Paxillus involutus strains isolated from different heavy-metal-polluted and non-polluted regions of Europe. The heavy metal burden in the habitats did not affect significantly either the heavy metal (Cr2O72−, Cd2+, Hg2+, Pb2+, Zn2+, Cu2+) tolerance and accumulation or the GSH production of the strains tested. Exposures to heavy metals increased the intracellular GSH concentrations in 12 from 24 experimental arrangements (four strains exposed to six heavy metals) independently of the habitats of the strains. The importance of GSH in heavy metal tolerance (high MIC values, ability to accumulate heavy metals and to grow in the presence of heavy metals) was thus demonstrated in this ectomycorrhizal fungus.  相似文献

Four grain size correction procedures were tested for their applicability for comparing concentrations of heavy metals and organic micropollutants (PCBs, PAHs) in sediments. A simple and straightforward procedure proved best: wet sieving of fresh sediment, isolating and analysing the < 63 m grain size fraction and expressing the pollutant concentration as a proportion of the fraction's dry weight. The total analytical errors, expressed as the variation coefficient of the average concentrations, were 3.8–7.6% for heavy metals, 12–24% for PCBs and 5.3–9.9% for PAHs.  相似文献

为了进一步研究镉、锌、铅 3种重金属元素间的相互作用以及对植物吸收重金属能力的影响 ,在模拟单一重金属污染试验研究的基础上 ,采用正交回归设计方案 ,研究了 Cd、Zn、Pb复合污染情况下紫花苜蓿和披碱草两种敏感性植物对 3种重金属的吸收效应。结果表明 ,在单一污染条件下 ,镉元素对紫花苜蓿生长的影响大于锌、铅 ,铅元素对披碱草生长的影响大于锌、镉 ;紫花苜蓿对于镉的吸收累积显著高于披碱草 ,植物内镉元素浓度最高达到 1 0 88.5 mg/kg,而披碱草对于铅元素的吸收则高于紫花苜蓿 ,植物内铅元素浓度最高达到 1 3 4 5 .5 mg/kg。在复合污染条件下 ,两种植物对铅、锌和铅、镉的吸收在不同浓度范围内分别存在存在着协同效应和拮抗效应 ;同时两种植物对锌、镉元素在实验涉及浓度范围内都存在着拮抗效应。这对于深入研究复合污染条件下重金属的土壤环境化学行为 ,对植物的综合毒性以及不同植物对重金属的吸收累积效应等 ,具有一定的参考意义  相似文献

Liquefaction residues (LR) are the main by-products of sewage sludge (SS) liquefaction. This study quantitatively evaluates the potential ecological risk and pollution degrees of heavy metals (Pb, Zn, Cu, Cd, Cr and Ni) in LR versus SS. The leaching rates (R1) of heavy metals in LR were much lower than those in SS, revealing that the mobility/leachability of heavy metals was well suppressed after liquefaction. Geo-accumulation index (Igeo) indicated that the liquefaction process significantly weakened the contamination degrees of heavy metals. Potential ecological risk index (RI) demonstrated that overall risks caused by heavy metals were obviously lowered from 1093.56 (very high risk) in SS to 4.72 and 1.51 (low risk) in LR1 and LR2, respectively. According to the risk assessment code (RAC), each tested heavy metal had no or low risk to the environments after liquefaction. In a word, the pollution hazards of heavy metals in LR were markedly mitigated.  相似文献

研究了柠檬酸、草酸和乙酸对污泥中Cd、Pb、Cu和Zn等重金属的去除效果,并分析了污泥中重金属的形态变化和生物有效性.结果表明,随着反应时间和酸浓度的增加,污泥中重金属(Cu除外)的去除率也相应增加.污泥加入柠檬酸溶液反应7 h即可去除污泥中52.0%的Pb和74.2%的Zn, 24 h后可去除76.0%的Pb和92.5%的Zn,草酸和乙酸对重金属的去除率较低.柠檬酸去除的Pb和Zn主要以稳定态存在,并导致污泥中不稳定态重金属的比例上升,其中可交换态重金属浓度有不同程度的增加.虽然有机酸对Cd和Cu的去除率较低,但反应后可交换态Cd和Cu的浓度仍有小幅增加.  相似文献

本文报导食用菌对重金属的吸收积累性能及重金属对食用菌生长代谢的影响。从供试的香菇、凤尾菇、金针菇及木耳等食用菌研究表明:对Hg、Pb、As、Ni、Cd、Cu、Zn等重金属均有不同程度的富集作用,其中对Hg的富集是极显著的,但对Pb则不明显。从福建省食用菌生产点采样测定结果看,子实体中的重金属含量均不超标。上述重金属对食用菌生长均有不同程度的不良影响,尤其以Hg和As为突出。对产量影响的顺序以香菇最大、凤尾菇次之、金针菇较弱。重金属在一定范围内对香菇抗坏血酸氧化酶活性有激活作用,对纤维素酶有抑制作用。  相似文献

Breeding of mycoparasitic Trichoderma strains for heavy metal resistance   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
AIMS: This study was designed to investigate the effects of 10 heavy metals on the in vitro activities of beta-glucosidase, cellobiohydrolase, beta-xylosidase and endoxylanase enzymes for six strains of Trichoderma, and to isolate and characterize heavy metal-resistant mutants. METHODS AND RESULTS: At a concentration of 1 mmol, only mercury showed significant inhibitory effects on the in vitro enzyme activities; in all other cases, the enzymes remained active. A total of 177 heavy metal-resistant mutants were isolated and tested for cross-resistance to other heavy metals. Some mutants were effective antagonists of Fusarium, Pythium and Rhizoctonia strains, even on media containing the respective heavy metals. CONCLUSION: Trichoderma strains could be developed as biocontrol agents that are effective against plant pathogenic fungi, even under heavy metal stress. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: Trichoderma mutants resistant to heavy metals might be of value for use with heavy metal-containing pesticides, as part of an integrated plant protection system.  相似文献

Yeasts are often successful in metal-polluted environments; therefore, the ability of biofilm and planktonic cell Candida tropicalis to endure metal toxicity was investigated. Fifteen water-soluble metal ions, chosen to represent groups 6A to 6B of the periodic table, were tested against this organism. With in vitro exposures as long as 24 h, biofilms were up to 65 times more tolerant to killing by metals than corresponding planktonic cultures. Of the most toxic heavy metals tested, only very high concentrations of Hg2+, CrO4 (2-) or Cu2+ killed surface-adherent Candida. Metal-chelator precipitates could be formed in biofilms following exposure to the heavy metals Cu2+ and Ni2+. This suggests that Candida biofilms may adsorb metal cations from their surroundings and that sequestration in the extracellular matrix may contribute to resistance. We concluded that biofilm formation may be a strategy for metal resistance and/or tolerance in yeasts.  相似文献

Resistance levels to heavy metals in 21 mushrooms obtained mainly from Japan, but also from Thailand, were tested. The mushrooms were 7 Pleurotus species, 2 Pycnoporus and Pholiota species and one each of Agrocybe, Cryptoporus, Coriolus, Inonotus, Lampteromyces, Grifola, Flammulina, Lyophyllum, Agaricus, and Polyporus species. The Pleurotus species strains showed higher resistance to the heavy metals, copper, cadmium, zinc, nickel, cobalt, mercury than the other species. Pleurotus ostreatus exhibited the highest resistance to all these heavy metals. Pholiota species, Flammulina veltipes, Lyophyllum ulmarium, Agaricus bisporus and Polyporus arcularius were rather sensitive to all the metals tested. The accumulation of copper, zinc and cadmium in Pleurotus ostreatus was studied. The uptake of heavy metals into the mycelia of P. ostreatus increased proportionally to an increasing concentration of these metals in the medium.  相似文献

Waste Water Bacterial Isolates Resistant to Heavy Metals and Antibiotics   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Sewage water of Casablanca, an industrial city in Morocco, was studied for microorganisms resistant to heavy metals. Isolates were purified and collected on agar slants to be screened for resistance to heavy metals, including mercury in vitro. The strains that showed high resistance to heavy metals were also studied for their resistance to antibiotics and aromatic hydrocarbons. Results indicated that the strains most resistant to all tested products belonged to Ps. fluorescens, Ps. aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis, and Staphylococcus sp. These strains exhibit high minimal inhibitory concentrations for heavy metals such as cadmium (2 mm) or mercury (1.2 mm). Growth of Ps. fluorescens and Klebsiella pneumoniae in the presence of heavy metals was also determined, and the growth curves indicated that mercury, copper, and zinc present a slight inhibitory action, while cadmium and silver could have a potent inhibitory action on growth compared with the controls. These studies also investigated growth in media containing aromatic compounds as the sole source of carbon. The results demonstrate that these strains could be good candidates for remediation of some heavy metals and aromatic compounds in heavily polluted sites. Forty isolates of Bradyrhizobium sp. (cajanus) were isolated from the nodules of pigeon pea plants grown in fields receiving petrochemical industrial wastewater for the past 12 years and characterized using standard methods. The heavy metal analysis of field soil and treated wastewater showed their presence in varying concentrations. All isolates showed resistance to one or more metals at concentrations >200 g/ml. Multiple metal resistance was a common phenomenon in these isolates. There was no correlation between extractable soil metal concentration and the ability of the isolates to tolerate metal salts in their growth medium as evidenced from their minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). However, high incidence of metal resistance and the multiple nature of resistance might have been the result of continuous exposure of these strains to heavy metals in the treated wastewater of Mathura Oil Refinery. These strains were also found to be resistant to one or more of the 13 antibacterial drugs tested.  相似文献

本文综述了重金属对昆虫生态生理学研究的最新进展,指出了研究的不足和应着重关注的研究方向。短期重金属暴露对昆虫有急性毒性,而长期暴露有引起昆虫对重金属污染产生适应性进化的风险。重金属对昆虫的毒性依重金属浓度、暴露时间和染毒方式而异,也会通过食物链传递和积累而影响昆虫及其天敌之间的关系。重金属对昆虫的生理毒性包括降低血细胞或血淋巴内的能量物质、引起氧化还原平衡失调、抑制细胞免疫和体液免疫、破坏昆虫细胞或组织的完整性。昆虫对重金属胁迫的生理和生态适应包括对重金属的储存和排出,解毒相关蛋白的诱导,甚至重金属耐性的进化。  相似文献

对胶州湾水体中悬浮颗粒物、柱状沉积物和底栖生物中重金属的污染与富集状况进行了分析与评价.结果表明:大量未处理的废水污水的排放入海与陆源物质向外海的有限扩散直接导致了点污染源对水体及生物体中重金属的富集.悬浮物中重金属的富集已明显受到人为因素的影响;柱状样的人为影响因子表明河口区沉积物的污染状况较其它海区重;胶州湾底栖生物体内重金属的含量与离污染源的远近有关系,底栖生物菲律宾蛤仔对重金属Cd的富集能力大于其它金属.  相似文献

The effects of heavy metals, both toxic (Pb, Cd) and essential (Cu, Zn) on the ultrastructure and the induction of Heat Shock Protein 70 (HSP70) have been studied in the aquatic moss Leptodictyum riparium Hedw. In vitro cultured L. riparium was treated with different heavy metals, both toxic, as cadmium or lead; and essential microelements such as Copper or Zinc concentrations ranging from 10(-3) to 10(-6) M to investigate both ultrastructural damage and HSP induction. TEM observations showed that sub-lethal concentrations of heavy metals caused only slight changes, largely localized in the chloroplasts. Among all the heavy metals tested, cadmium caused the most severe modifications. Heavy metals caused the decrease of the soluble protein content and the enhancement of proteins reacting versus HSP70 antibodies, suggesting that molecular chaperons might be involved in the resistance to toxic effects of lead, cadmium, copper and zinc. Therefore, the induction of HSP70 in L. riparium would confer a higher resistance to pollutants under stressful conditions lethal for other mosses and higher plant species. These results suggest that the moss L. riparium can tolerate heavy metals stress without incurring severe cellular/subcellular damage. Therefore it can be used as a useful indicator of heavy metals accumulation.  相似文献

The chemical stress factors for microbial life at deep-sea hydrothermal vents include high concentrations of heavy metals and sulfide. Three hyperthermophilic vent archaea, the sulfur-reducing heterotrophs Thermococcus fumicolans and Pyrococcus strain GB-D and the chemolithoautotrophic methanogen Methanocaldococcus jannaschii, were tested for survival tolerance to heavy metals (Zn, Co, and Cu) and sulfide. The sulfide addition consistently ameliorated the high toxicity of free metal cations by the formation of dissolved metal-sulfide complexes as well as solid precipitates. Thus, chemical speciation of heavy metals with sulfide allows hydrothermal vent archaea to tolerate otherwise toxic metal concentrations in their natural environment.  相似文献

The spatial and vertical distributions of heavy metals were quantitatively determined for organic-rich agricultural soils in the Southwestern Nile Delta. This study aims to undertake an assessment of heavy metals contamination in the soils of Quessna district using the inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy, remote sensing, and geographic information system techniques. In this study, 24 soil samples were collected at 12 sites representing the main suburbs in the Quessna district. The concentrations of the studied metals decreased in the order of Zn > Cr > Pb > Cu > Ni > Co. The contamination degree and ecological risk assessment for metals in soil samples were evaluated using the enrichment factor, geoaccumulation index, improved Nemerow's pollution index, Pollution load index, and potential ecological risk index. The spatial and vertical distribution of heavy metals concentrations were affected by soil properties such as clay and organic matter content and scavenger metals (Fe and Mn). The intensive urbanization, industrial activity, and agricultural practices are thought to be the main anthropogenic sources of heavy metals contamination. Further studies especially human health risk assessment are recommended to investigate possible risks for humans from heavy metals in this area.  相似文献

Heavy metals in soil can affect human health through the exposure pathways of oral ingestion, dermal contact, and inhalation. In this study, to assess the health risk of heavy metals in the agricultural area of Xinglonggang, 52 soil samples were collected and tested to obtain the concentrations of As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, V, and Zn in the soil. The enrichment factor indicated that the heavy metals of the agricultural soils were enriched, but the degree of enrichment was mild for all of the heavy metals. Coefficient analysis and principal component analysis indicated that V, Cr, Ni, and Pb were mainly from natural sources, As was from irrigation, Cu and Cd tended to be from chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and Zn was from mixed sources including irrigation, chemical fertilizers, and pesticides. A human-health risk assessment indicated that the residents in the study area face high risk from carcinogens and low risk from noncarcinogens; As and Cr are the major heavy metals affecting human health. This study provides a reference and a basis for formulating effective measures to prevent and control heavy metal enrichment in agricultural soils.  相似文献
