根据四川画稿溪国家级自然保护区桫椤(Alsophila spinulosa)种群分布特点,设立4个样地1个样带共44个样方(20 m×20 m),从种群密度、生命表和生境关联(草本层郁闭度和林分受干扰强度)等方面研究了保护区桫椤种群的结构特征。结果表明,每个桫椤种群样方的平均密度为0.088株/m2,幼苗密度为0.049株/m2;桫椤种群的死亡率和消失率曲线变化基本一致,发育过程中出现3个死亡高峰值,分别在第1龄级(H0.01 m)、第7龄级(3.90 m≤H4.80 m)和第10龄级(H≥6.60 m)阶段;种群生存率单调下降,累计死亡率单调上升,第7龄级以后,种群生存率小于1%;根据种群生存率函数Si、累计死亡率函数Fti、死亡密度函数fti和危险率函数λti4个生存函数曲线表明,画稿溪桫椤种群具有前期锐减、中期稳定、后期衰退的特点。桫椤各龄级阶段密度与草本层郁闭度均无显著相关(p≥0.18),然而桫椤幼苗(第1龄级)以上的个体密度、第7龄级密度与干扰度之间呈显著负相关(p0.05)。综合分析表明,画稿溪桫椤种群具有一定的自然更新能力,但人为活动的干扰可能是限制桫椤种群的因素之一。  相似文献

为揭示水杉(Metasequoia glyptostroboides)原生母树种群的生存现状与数量动态,预测未来种群的发展趋势,基于野外种群调查数据,对种群结构与动态进行探讨。结果表明:(1)种群自然更新不良,DBH40 cm的个体仅占种群个体总数的4.5%,纺锤型的径级结构表明种群属衰退型。(2)种群幼龄个体存活率较低,中龄个体生存能力强,Ⅷ龄级之后存活量快速减少,存活曲线接近Deevey-Ⅲ型;种群死亡率和消失率整体上都随龄级增大而升高,均在Ⅸ龄级达到最大值。(3)生存分析表明,种群呈前期略减、中期波动、后期衰退的特征;幼龄阶段是种群生活史中的脆弱环节,Ⅷ龄级之后种群进入生理衰退期。(4)时间序列预测表明,未来8年期间种群幼龄和中龄个体不断减少,老龄个体渐增,种群整体的长期稳定性难以维持。总之,幼龄个体严重缺乏是种群趋于衰退的主要原因,保持适当的人工辅助恢复和加强现有植株及其生境保护是种群更新复壮的关键。  相似文献

为探究海南吊罗山山铜材(Chunia bucklandioides)种群结构与动态特征,以当地山铜材野生种群为研究对象,将种群集中分布区域设为典型样地并开展样地调查,以空间代替时间构建种群年龄结构,采用动态量化分析、绘制存活曲线、计算生存函数等方法分析现有种群结构特点和动态特征,并通过时间序列预测模型推测种群未来发展趋势。结果表明:(1)吊罗山山铜材种群年龄结构接近不规则金字塔型,动态量化分析显示该种群为增长型种群,但第Ⅰ~Ⅲ龄级间存在衰退现象,种群增长性弱,稳定性差,受外界干扰敏感度高,有向稳定型种群转变的趋势。(2)随龄级增加,山铜材标准化存活个体数量减少,生命期望降低,死亡率和消失率总体呈上升趋势,存活曲线趋近于Deevey-Ⅱ型。(3)生存分析显示吊罗山山铜材种群具有前期增长、中期稳定、后期衰退的特点。(4)经过未来2、4、6龄级时间后,Ⅰ~Ⅲ龄级个体数量将逐渐减少,Ⅳ~Ⅶ龄级个体数量少量增加,幼龄苗木自我更新能力不足,种群存在规模收缩和衰退的风险。研究表明,生境碎片化、分布范围小、植株结实量少和幼龄个体不足是导致吊罗山山铜材濒危的主要因素,建议通过设立自然保护小区、辅助种子入...  相似文献

该研究以极小种群野生植物——峨眉含笑(Michelia wilsonii)为对象,采用样地调查法对雅安市周公山峨眉含笑野生种群进行群落调查,依据空间代替时间理论及匀滑技术,将种群动态变化情况量化,编制种群静态生命表,绘制存活曲线、死亡率曲线、消失率曲线和生存函数曲线分析其年龄结构现状,并用时间序列预测模型对其未来的数量动态进行预测,以揭示峨眉含笑的生存潜力和濒危机制,为该种群的恢复与重建提供依据。结果表明:(1)研究区内峨眉含笑种群的数量变化动态指数VpiVpi′均大于0,年龄结构呈倒J型,存活曲线趋于Deevey Ⅱ型,种群结构属于增长型,但种群的演替过程存在波动性,幼苗的数量丰富但向幼树的发展受阻,幼树向中、壮树阶段的补充也有所减少,种群存在衰退风险。(2)峨眉含笑野生种群的死亡率和消失率均在第Ⅰ龄级、第Ⅶ~Ⅷ龄级和第Ⅹ龄级出现高峰,而在第Ⅱ~Ⅵ龄级阶段比较稳定。(3)随龄级增加,峨眉含笑种群的生存率持续下降,累积死亡率持续上升,危险率在第Ⅰ龄级时最高(1.308),死亡密度在第Ⅶ~Ⅷ龄级降至最低,在整个龄级阶段中对应龄级的危险率均高于生存率,种群存在断代衰退的风险。(4)时间序列预测分析表明,经历未来2、4、6、8个龄级时间后,中、壮树阶段个体数量有减少的趋势。研究认为,峨眉含笑野生种群具有前期锐减、中期稳定、后期衰退的特点。  相似文献

该研究以分布于长白山阔叶红松林内的红松(Pinus koraiensis)种群为对象, 通过编制种群静态生命表, 计算数量动态指数, 绘制存活曲线、死亡率曲线和消失率曲线, 应用4个生存函数并引入谱分析和时间序列预测模型, 分析红松种群年龄结构, 揭示其天然更新过程及未来发展趋势, 以期为野生红松种群的保护和恢复提供科学依据。结果显示: 红松种群数量变化具有阶段性, 幼龄(I-III龄级)和成龄(VII-X龄级)个体数量多, 中龄(IV-VI龄级)和老龄(XI-XIV龄级)个体数量少, 形成明显间断的两个优势年龄分布区。种群存活曲线趋近于Deevey-Ⅲ型, 表明幼龄个体死亡率高。忽略外部干扰时的总体数量动态变化指数大于>0, 表明红松种群为增长型; 考虑未来外部干扰时的种群动态变化指数趋近于0, 结合死亡率和消失率曲线呈现出连续先增后降的复杂动态变化趋势, 可知该种群受外界随机干扰时增长不明显。生存函数分析显示, 红松种群具有前期锐减、中期稳定、后期衰退的特点。谱分析表明红松种群天然更新呈周期性波动。未来2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10个龄级时间后, 红松幼、中龄个体数逐渐减少, 而成、老龄个体数量将逐渐增加。幼龄个体死亡率高、生存空间和资源条件有限, 老龄个体生理衰老明显是限制红松种群增长的主要原因。建议加强幼龄个体的抚育工作, 提高其存活率和生存质量; 保护和改善生存环境, 从而促进红松种群的自然更新和恢复。  相似文献

为了阐明秦岭巴山冷杉(Abies fargesii)种群的结构特征和动态规律,对位于秦岭中段南坡佛坪保护区内不同海拔分布的巴山冷杉种群的年龄结构、生命表以及存活曲线等进行了研究.结果表明: 在海拔2350、2500和2700 m,巴山冷杉种群都表现为衰退型,种群个体主要聚集在中龄级,幼龄级的个体都极度缺乏.在各海拔巴山冷杉种群生命表中,死亡量(dx)、死亡率(qx)和消失率(Kx)都为负值,反映了种群幼龄个体的缺乏程度.随着海拔的升高,幼龄级个体数量增加而大龄级个体数量减少.巴山冷杉种群生命表和存活曲线的分析表明,巴山冷杉种群个体存活量最多的年龄级和出现最大死亡率的年龄级都随着海拔的降低而依次后推.随着海拔的升高,巴山冷杉种群的分布格局由随机分布类型过渡为聚集分布类型.  相似文献

根据种群生命表和生存分析理论,以高度级为基础编制了桫椤种群特定时间生命表,绘制了生存函数曲线,分析了种群的生命过程.结果表明:桫椤种群结构为前期增长、后期稳定类型.生命期望在第4龄级最大,此阶段种群生存质量相对较高.种群存活曲线属于典型的Deevey-Ⅲ型.种群生命过程有3个死亡高峰期,分别是第2龄级向第3龄级、第10龄级向第11龄级和第12龄级向第13龄级生长阶段.种群存活率随龄级增加呈单调减少,相应的积累死亡率呈单调增加,变动幅度为前期大、后期小;死亡密度函数曲线呈现前期下降、后期平缓稳定的特点,凹点出现于第4龄级.谱分析结果显示,桫椤种群数量波动性是大周期内有小周期的多谐波迭加,各周期作用基本上随周期的缩短而减小,基波的影响最显著.  相似文献

兴安杜鹃(Rhododendron dauricum)是大兴安岭森林群落灌木层的优势种,其种群统计研究尚属空白。以大兴安岭呼中区不同海拔和林型的兴安杜鹃种群为对象,编制了静态生命表,计算生存分析函数,采用时间序列分析种群数量动态。结果表明,低海拔梯度(600m)的落叶松林中,兴安杜鹃幼龄级(Ⅰ-Ⅱ)个体较多,占67.31%,且幼龄级死亡率和消失率较低,存活率较高,存活曲线为Deevey Ⅰ型曲线,为增长型种群。种群的衰退期转折点在Ⅱ-Ⅲ龄级,未来种群数量呈增长趋势。中低海拔梯度(600-900m)的白桦林中,中龄级(Ⅱ-Ⅲ)个体数量较多,占45%以上,中龄级死亡率和消失率较低,存活率较高,存活曲线为Deevey Ⅰ型曲线,为稳定型种群。种群的衰退期转折点在Ⅲ-Ⅴ龄级之间,由于种群密度制约,未来种群数量逐渐趋于衰退。高海拔梯度(1200m)的落叶松林中,种群个体总数最少。其中,Ⅰ龄级个体数量最多,占33.52%,但死亡率和消失率较高,存活率较低,Ⅱ-Ⅴ龄级死亡率和消失率较低,存活率较高,存活曲线为Deevey Ⅲ型曲线,为增长型种群,但增长趋势较弱。种群的衰退期转折点在Ⅴ龄级,未来种群数量呈增长趋势,但由于环境限制,种群数量更趋于稳定。可以认为,大兴安岭兴安杜鹃种群数量整体稳定。海拔和林型是影响兴安杜鹃种群数量的重要因素,海拔为600-900m,郁闭度为45%-50%的白桦林为兴安杜鹃的适宜生境,成为灌木层中的主要优势种。  相似文献

为了阐明太白红杉(Larix potaninii var.chinensis)种群的年龄结构和未来发展趋势,合理保护现有资源,在太白山地区调查了 29个样地(10 m×10m),对处于不同生境的 5个种群的年龄结构、静态生命表和时间序列预测进行了分析。种群年龄结构分析表明,各种群个体数量主要集中于Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ龄级(个体数量比重占68.64%),幼、老龄个体数量较少。受所处生境条件影响,不同种群年龄结构特点不同:海拔较低的种群(B)由于水热条件适宜,林内有林窗出现,幼龄级个体数相对丰富;而其他种群由于幼龄个体严重缺乏,衰退趋势明显。太白红杉不同种群生命表和存活曲线的分析表明,尽管所处的生境差异较大,但存活曲线基本属于Deevey Ⅲ型,种群偏离典型存活曲线的程度与幼苗缺乏程度有关,一般V-Ⅸ龄级死亡率较高。时间序列分析表明,在未来20、60、100和200年中,各太白红杉种群均会呈现老龄级株数先增加后减少的趋势,种群稳定性维持困难。太白红杉种群年龄结构和动态趋势与银杉(Cathaya argyrophylla)等其他濒危植物比较,导致种群衰退的原因相似:在郁闭的林下种子萌芽和幼苗生长困难。应该利用太白红杉喜光、耐旱和中老年个体产种量丰富的特性,对现有太白红杉林分实行就地保护,合理抚育管理。低海拔地区,应适当间伐非目的树种  相似文献

羽叶丁香(Syringa pinnatifolia Hemsl.)是中国特有的珍稀濒危物种,首次对中卫香山和贺兰山甘沟保护区两地的天然种群进行调查,通过建立种群静态生命表,绘制种群存活曲线描绘其种群结构特征,利用种群数量动态预测和时间序列分析定量研究其未来的发展趋势。结果显示,中卫香山种群属于增长型,贺兰山甘沟种群属于衰退型,二者对外界干扰均比较敏感。两地羽叶丁香种群均不同程度地缺乏幼苗,种群发展主要靠中老龄个体维持,存活曲线都趋向于Deevey-Ⅱ型,死亡率曲线和危险率曲线均显示随着年龄的增长,各龄级呈波状上升趋势,且中卫香山种群波动更明显,生存分析也显示中卫香山种群更早进入衰退期,结合生境气候条件,贺兰山甘沟地区更适宜羽叶丁香的生存。动态指数和时间序列分析显示羽叶丁香种群具有前期缺乏,中期稳定,后期衰退的动态特征,幼龄个体的缺乏是导致其濒危的重要原因之一。因此,建议在目前封山育林保护基础上,加强羽叶丁香高效繁育技术研究,并适当进行人工抚育,以保证其种群的正常更新。  相似文献

Scirtothrips perseae Nakahara was discovered attacking avocados in California, USA, in 1996. Host plant surveys in California indicated that S. perseae has a highly restricted host range with larvae being found only on avocados, while adults were collected from 11 different plant species. As part of a management program for this pest, a “classical” biological control program was initiated and foreign exploration was conducted to delineate the home range of S. perseae, to survey for associated natural enemies and inventory other species of phytophagous thrips on avocados grown in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, and Brazil. Foreign exploration efforts indicate that S. perseae occurs on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1500 m) from Uruapan in Mexico south to areas around Guatemala City in Guatemala. In Costa Rica, S. perseae is replaced by an undescribed congener as the dominant phytophagous thrips on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1300 m). No species of Scirtothrips were found on avocados in the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, or Brazil. In total, 2136 phytophagous thrips were collected and identified, representing over 47 identified species from at least 19 genera. The significance of these species records is discussed. Of collected material 4% were potential thrips biological control agents. Natural enemies were dominated by six genera of predatory thrips (Aeolothrips, Aleurodothrips, Franklinothrips, Leptothrips, Scolothrips, and Karnyothrips). One genus each of parasitoid (Ceranisus) and predatory mite (Balaustium) were found. Based on the results of our sampling techniques, prospects for the importation of thrips natural enemies for use in a “classical” biological control program in California against S. perseae are not promising.  相似文献

The cardinalfishes (Apogonidae) are a diverse clade of small, mostly reef-dwelling fishes, for which a variety of morphological data have not yielded a consistent phylogeny. We use DNA sequence to hypothesize phylogenetic relationships within Apogonidae and among apogonids and other acanthomorph families, to examine patterns of evolution including the distribution of a visceral bioluminescence system. In conformance with previous studies, Apogonidae is placed in a clade with Pempheridae, Kurtidae, Leiognathidae, and Gobioidei. The apogonid genus Pseudamia is recovered outside the remainder of the family, not as sister to the superficially similar genus Gymnapogon. Species sampled from the Caribbean and Western Atlantic (Phaeoptyx, Astrapogon, and some Apogon species) form a clade, as do the larger-bodied Glossamia and Cheilodipterus. Incidence of visceral bioluminescence is found scattered throughout the phylogeny, independently for each group in which it is present. Examination of the fine structure of the visceral bioluminescence system through histology shows that light organs exhibit a range of morphologies, with some composed of complex masses of tubules (Siphamia, Pempheris, Parapriacanthus) and others lacking tubules but containing chambers formed by folds of the visceral epithelium (Acropoma, Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia). Light organs in Siphamia, Acropoma, Pempheris and Parapriacanthus are distinct from but connected to the gut; those in Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia are simply portions of the intestinal tract, and are little differentiated from the surrounding tissues. The presence or absence of symbiotic luminescent bacteria does not correlate with light organ structure; the tubular light organs of Siphamia and chambered tubes of Acropoma house bacteria, those in Pempheridae and the other Apogonidae do not.  相似文献

Since 1999, four specific weevils (Coleoptera, Curculionidae) were released in the Republic of Congo against three exotic floating water weeds: Neochetina eichhorniae Warner and N. bruchi Hustache against water hyacinth, Neohydronomus affinis Hustache against water lettuce, and Cyrtobagous salviniae Calder and Sands against water fern. Recoveries of exotic weevils were made from all 24 release sites except one, and all four species have established and spread (up to 800 km for water hyacinth weevils). Within a few years of releases, control of water fern and water lettuce was such that fishing and navigation could be resumed, while reductions of water hyacinth populations were only beginning.  相似文献

A molecular phylogeny of Hebeloma species from Europe   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
In order to widen the scope of existing phylogenies of the ectomycorrhizal agaric genus Hebeloma a total of 53 new rDNA ITS sequences from that genus was generated, augmented by sequences retrieved from GenBank, and analysed using Bayesian, strict consensus and neighbour joining methods. The lignicolous Hebelomina neerlandica, Gymnopilus penetrans, and two species of Galerina served as outgroup taxa. Anamika indica, as well as representatives of the genera Hymenogaster and Naucoria, were included to test the monophyly of Hebeloma, which is confirmed by the results. Hebeloma, Naucoria, Hymenogaster and Anamika indica cluster in a strongly supported monophyletic hebelomatoid clade. All trees largely reflect the current infrageneric classification within Hebeloma, and divide the genus into mostly well-supported monophyletic groups surrounding H. crustuliniforme, H. velutipes, H. sacchariolens, H. sinapizans, and H. radicosum, with H. sarcophyllum being shown at an independent position; however this is not well supported. The section Indusiata divides with strong support into three groups, the position of the pleurocystidiate Hebeloma cistophilum suggests the possible existence of a third subsection within sect. Indusiata. Subsection Sacchariolentia is raised to the rank of section.  相似文献

Komárek has recently reviewed the various species assigned to the green algal genusNeochloris Starr (Chlorococcales, Chlorococcaceae) and removed those with uninucleate vegetative cells to a new genus,Ettlia. Watanabe & Floyd, unaware ofKomárek's work, also reviewed the species ofNeochloris and distributed them among three genera—Neochloris, Chlorococcopsis gen. nov., andParietochloris gen. nov.—on the basis of details of the covering of the zoospore and the arrangement of the basal bodies of the flagellar apparatus. The genusKarschia, in the earlier sense, including saprophytes and parasites on lichens, has been thought to be a non-lichenized parallel genus of the lichen genusBuellia. Modern workers included it on the one hand inBuellia, on the other hand combined it with bitunicate ascomycetes. It is now proved thatKarschia is heterogeneous and contains but superficially similar members both of the genusBuellia of theLecanorales and of typical or masked bitunicateAscomycetes. Therefore, it can not be regarded as a link betweenLecanorales andDothideales. The type species ofKarschia belongs to theDothideales.

Synopsis In a fourteen month study (May 1976 – June 1977) I examined the following characteristics of an intertidal bay goby (Lepidogobius lepidus) in Morro Bay, California, U.S.A.: annual and seasonal patterns of abundance, age composition and growth rates, survivorship and mortality patterns, and the reproductive cycle for female gobies. Fishes were collected with the aid of quinaldine and otoliths and ovaries removed. Age and growth rates were estimated from otolith annuli using a back calculation formula and a Brody-Bertalanffy growth curve. Mortality rates were derived using the methods of Heincke (1913), Robson & Chapman (1960), mean age, and a catch curve (Ricker 1975). A gonad index was used to describe the annual reproductive cycle. Results indicated that abundance fluctuated seasonally and that these fluctuations appeared to be caused by reproductive emigrations. Bay gobies reached an age of 7+ and a standard length of 87 mm. Growth was relatively constant (6 mm yr−1) until age 5, at which point it began to decline. The mean rates of survivorship, mortality, and instantaneous mortality were 0.75, 0.25, and 0.29 respectively. Mortality rates for individual age classes ranged from 0.13 to 0.51 and increased with age. This stock appears to reproduce mainly during the winter.  相似文献

The mature embryo of seven species belonging to five genera of Indian bamboos is described. In all these the basic pattern of embryo organisation is same: the scutellar and coleoptilar bundles are not separated by an internode, the epiblast is absent, the lower portion of the scutellum and the coleorhiza are separated by a cleft and the margins of embryonic leaves overlap. The features unique to fleshy fruited bamboos are: presence of a massive scutellum, the juxtaposition of plumule and radicle and the occurrence of a bud in the axil of the coleoptile. The fleshy fruit bearing bamboos should be classified into one group, the tribeMelocanneae. Evidence is provided to recognise additional groups in the subfamilyBambusoideae.  相似文献
