温度和盐度对中华多刺鱼胚胎发育过程的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
2006年3-5月,在北京怀柔水库入库河流怀九河的西四渡河河段,采集性成熟的中华多刺鱼(Pungitius sinensis),人工干法授精获取受精卵,观察并记录受精卵的胚胎发育历程;设置温度和盐度梯度,观察温度和盐度对中华多刺鱼胚胎发育过程的影响。结果表明:北京地区的中华多刺鱼胚胎发育的起始温度(生物学零度)为4.7℃,适宜的发育水温为14.0℃-16.0℃,与中华多刺鱼繁殖盛期(4月中下旬)自然水体的水温相近;平均水温14.0℃时,中华多刺鱼完成胚胎发育约需183h;水温升至22.5℃时,胚胎的孵化率仅为22.2%;水温升至25.0℃时,受精卵不能孵化,此温度应是中华多刺鱼胚胎发育温度的上限。实验表明,北京地区中华多刺鱼的胚胎对盐度的耐受力较为有限,在与自然水体相同的盐度下(0‰)其孵化率接近100%;随着盐度的升高,孵化率降低,8‰盐度时,仅有56%的受精卵孵化;至20‰时,受精卵全部死亡,此盐度应为中华多刺鱼胚胎发育的盐度上限。  相似文献

石生针茅(Stipa tianschanica var.klemenzii)草原是中国荒漠草原最具代表性的植被类型。该文利用2010–2016年生长季的野外调查数据并结合已有文献资料,对中国石生针茅草原的生态地理分布、群落学特征以及类型划分进行了全面系统的分析。结果表明:中国石生针茅草原主要分布在内蒙古锡林郭勒高原西部和乌兰察布高原,常分布在棕钙土基质的高平原上;分布区气候干旱,群落高度、盖度、生物量和物种丰富度较低;根据80个样地的数据统计,石生针茅草原共记录到种子植物165种,隶属于29科85属,其中以偶见种(存在度<20%)居多,占87%,常见种和恒有种较少,存在度大于50%的物种有石生针茅、银灰旋花(Convolvulus ammannii)、无芒隐子草(Cleistogenes songorica)、细叶韭(Allium tenuissimum);物种生活型以地面芽植物和一年生植物居多,分别占55%和20%;水分生态类型以典型旱生植物居多,占47%,其次为强旱生植物和中旱生植物;区系地理成分以亚洲中部和东古北极成分为多,分别占37%和26%;根据生活型和物种的优势度,石生针茅群系可划分为6个群丛组、29个群丛。  相似文献

2015年10月,河南省鱼类资源调查队在河南省林州市进行鱼类资源普查时,采集到30尾刺鱼目Gasterosteiformes鱼类,综合采用形态学和分子系统学的方法确定其为中华多刺鱼Pungitius sinensis,为河南省新纪录种,标本保存于河南师范大学水产学院鱼类标本室。本文对该鱼的主要鉴定特征、分布区域、可能的来源、生存环境等做了初步分析。该鱼在我国北方(辽宁、黑龙江、吉林、天津、河北等省市)及韩国、日本北方均有分布,记录最南分布区域为北京市,为北京市二级保护鱼类。此次报道进一步扩大了该鱼最南端分布界限,为进一步开展该鱼的基础研究提供了重要参考资料。  相似文献

Taoqupognathus为潘德尔刺类的一多分子器官属。其特征明显:单维,片状,具有不同发育程度的后缘隆起。该属仅在澳大利亚东部和中国上奥陶统分布,已知有4种,而且具有较精确的区域对比价值。形态特征的支序分析显示:在晚奥陶世中期(Eastonian),T.philipi-T.blandus-T.tumidus谱系代表了该属的主要演化趋向。Taoqupognathus属的分布表明,澳大利亚东部和中国在当时有着密切的生物地理联系。该属可能在Eastonian早期起源于新南威尔世中部地区,在中-晚Eastonian期时达到发展高潮,并已扩展到中国各板块。继而可能在Eastonian末期和Bolindian早期全部绝灭。  相似文献

物种分布模型(Species distribution models,SDMs)是基于物种的生态位要求,通过将物种已知的分布数据和对应地区的环境数据联系起来,以预测该物种在不同时间和空间下的地理分布的一种数学工具。它为地史时期生物地理分布的重建、生物生态特征的分析及生物与地球环境协同演化研究等提供了一种新的途径。此方法具有研究精度高、预测效果好及应用广泛等优点,尤其适合开展高精度的古生物地理、古生态及生物宏演化等相关研究。文章着重介绍物种分布模型的基本原理及建模流程,在此基础上以笔石种Tang yagraptus typicus Mu作为建模实例进一步说明物种分布建模的详细步骤,最后概述此方法在古生物研究中的适用性及存在的问题。  相似文献

柳莺属Phylloscopus一直是中国鸟类分类学中问题最多,研究最不完善的类群。在上世纪末的10年中,新增加了12种柳莺,包括新发现的3种和亚种被提升到种地位的9种。本文回顾和介绍了我国柳莺属分类研究概况,包括四川柳莺P.sichuanensis,海南柳莺P.hainanus和峨眉柳莺P.emeiensis3个新发现种。黄腰柳莺青藏亚种P.proregulus chloronotus和甘肃亚种P.p.kansuensis,黄腹柳莺P.affinis subaffinis亚种。黄腰柳莺青藏亚种P.proregulus chloronotus和甘肃亚种和P.c.sindianus亚种,黄眉柳莺P.inormatus humei亚种等的分类地位已由亚种升为种,但黑眉柳莺P.ricketti goodsoni亚种分类地位仍存在着争议,最后提出了目前我国柳莺属分类上尚存在的一些问题。  相似文献

物种多样性沿海拔梯度的垂直分布格局一直是生物多样性研究的热点问题,其中最为普遍的分布模式为中峰格局。为了解太白山北坡小型兽类物种组成和物种多样性垂直分布格局,本研究于2020和2021年两年的6至9月采用样线法、铗日法和陷阱法对太白山北坡小型兽类物种进行调查。在海拔780~3767.2 m之间,以200 m为梯度,设置采集样点15个,累计布置4150铗次,陷阱105个,样线8条。共记录小型兽类4目7科12属21种148只,阔叶林中的小型兽类物种多样性普遍高于针叶林,物种多样性在中海拔地区栓皮栎(Quercus variabilis)林、锐齿槲栎(Q.aliena)林最高,高海拔地区秦岭冷杉(Abies fargesii)林最低。小型兽类物种多样性垂直分布格局为左偏倚中峰格局,物种多样性在1500~2300 m海拔段内出现峰值。这种分布格局和林型中小型兽类东洋界与古北界、特有种与非特有种在太白山地区交汇有关,太白山北坡南北纵列的山脉-沟谷地貌为南北物种扩散和迁移提供了有利条件,在沟谷内气候和地理特征相似,形成了规律的林型垂直带谱,这使得小型兽类物种多样性垂直分布也具有相似的特点。  相似文献

The freshwater type of ninespine sticklebacks, genus Pungitius, is widely distributed in northern Japan and reproductively isolated from other genetically divergent types endemic to small regions in Japan. This type expresses dimorphism in its lateral plate morphology: complete and partial row morphs. The two morphs show a parapatric distribution in Japan. To clarify the process involving the distribution of these two morphs, we examined their phylogeography based on restriction fragment length polymorphism of an entire mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA). The survey was carried out with seven restriction enzymes on the populations of the freshwater type collected from 41 localities across the distribution range in Japan, and 6 further Pungitius populations from the Okhotsk Sea coast of Russia were appended. An unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic averages (UPGMA) tree among 54 mtDNA haplotypes resolved eight clustering groups that differed in sequence divergence by approximately 1.3%–2.1%. Two of the eight groups were found only in Russia. mtDNA phylogenies constructed by neighbor-joining and Wagner parsimony methods suggested that the haplotypes of each plate morph were polyphyletic. The geographic distribution pattern of these groups suggests that they should be classified into two broad categories, one with extensive distribution and the other with localized distribution of the constituent haplotypes within a group. The former groups were found mainly in the populations with the completely plated morph and the latter groups with the partially plated morph. It is supposed that twice dispersals of dimorphic or complete plated ancestors and genetic differentiation during the interglacial played an important role in the formation of the present distribution of the two morphs in Japan. The authors evaluated the adaptability of male nine-spined sticklebacks (Pungitius sinensis) at three salinity levels (0, 5 and 10 psu) by comparing nest building success rates with nest structures. Successful nest building decreased as salinity increased. In addition, nests built in fresh water (i.e., 0 psu) were glued together, whereas those built in brackish water (5 and 10 psu) broke easily and fell from the nest site to the gravel bottom. Based on these findings, the authors suggest that P. sinensis adapts to freshwater environments.  相似文献

Most studies seeking to provide evolutionary explanations for brain size variability have relied on interspecific comparisons, while intraspecific studies utilizing ecologically divergent populations to this effect are rare. We investigated the brain size and structure of first‐generation laboratory‐bred nine‐spined sticklebacks (Pungitius pungitius) from four geographically and genetically isolated populations originating from markedly different habitats. We found that the relative size of bulbus olfactorius and telencephalon was significantly larger in marine than in pond populations. Significant, but habitat‐independent population differences were also found in relative brain and cerebellum sizes. The consistent, habitat‐specific differences in the relative size of bulbus olfactorius and telencephalon suggest their adaptive reduction in response to reduced (biotic and abiotic) habitat complexity in pond environments. In general, the results suggest that genetically based brain size and structure differences can evolve relatively rapidly and in repeatable fashion with respect to habitat structure.  相似文献

The mechanosensory lateral line system of fishes is an important organ system conveying information crucial to individual fitness. Yet, our knowledge of lateral line diversity is almost exclusively based on interspecific studies, whereas intraspecific variability and possible population divergence have remained largely unexplored. We investigated lateral line system variability in four marine and five pond populations of nine-spined stickleback (Pungitius pungitius). We found significant differences in neuromast number between pond and marine fish. In particular, three of seventeen lateral line regions (viz. caudal peduncle superficial neuromasts; canal neuromasts from the anterior trunk and caudal peduncle) showed strong divergence between habitats. Similar results were obtained with laboratory-reared individuals from a subset of populations, suggesting that the patterns found in nature likely have a genetic basis. Interestingly, we also found habitat-dependent population divergence in neuromast variability, with pond populations showing greater heterogeneity than marine populations, although only in wild-caught fish. A comparison of neutral genetic (F(ST)) and phenotypic (P(ST)) differentiation suggested that natural selection is likely associated with habitat-dependent divergence in neuromast counts. Hence, the results align with the conclusion that the mechanosensory lateral line system divergence among marine and pond nine-spined sticklebacks is adaptive.  相似文献

Geastrum melanocephalum, originally described as Trichaster melanocephalus, is characterized by large basidiomata and an evanescent endoperidium. Although Trichaster was recently treated as a synonym of Geastrum and the specific name G. melanocephalum has often been used, it is still controversial whether Trichaster is an independent genus. Although a close affinity of G. melanocephalum and G. triplex has been suggested based on some morphological similarities, it is highly likely that G. triplex is polyphyletic because of its high morphological variability. To clarify the phylogenetic position of G. melanocephalum, it is therefore critical to evaluate the monophyly of G. triplex. This study sampled ITS, LSU, and atp6 genes from 144 specimens of Geastrales including G. melanocephalum and G. triplex from several continents. Results of phylogenetic analyses demonstrated G. melanocephalum is nested within Geastrum and is most closely related to the European and North American group of G. triplex. Morphological similarities of G. melanocephalum and European and North American G. triplex are also suggested. Based on phylogenetic and morphological evidence, we confirm Trichaster is a synonym of Geastrum, and the scientific name Geastrum melanocephalum should be accepted. Moreover, the present study revealed that taxa tentatively identified as “G. triplex” are highly polyphyletic, and a taxonomic revision of “G. triplex” is therefore needed.  相似文献

The current geographical distribution of the ninespine stickleback (Pungitius pungitius) was shaped in large part by the glaciation events of the Pleistocene epoch (2.6 Mya–10 Kya). Previous efforts to elucidate the phylogeographical history of the ninespine stickleback in North America have focused on a limited set of morphological traits, some of which are likely subject to widespread convergent evolution, thereby potentially obscuring relationships among populations. In this study, we used genetic information from both mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) sequences and nuclear microsatellite markers to determine the phylogenetic relationships among ninespine stickleback populations. We found that ninespine sticklebacks in North America probably dispersed from at least three glacial refugia—the Mississippi, Bering, and Atlantic refugia—not two as previously thought. However, by applying a molecular clock to our mtDNA data, we found that these three groups diverged long before the most recent glacial period. Our new phylogeny serves as a critical framework for examining the evolution of derived traits in this species, including adaptive phenotypes that evolved multiple times in different lineages. In particular, we inferred that loss of the pelvic (hind fin) skeleton probably evolved independently in populations descended from each of the three putative North American refugia.  相似文献

The contemporary distribution and genetic structure of a freshwater fish provide insight into its historical geodispersal and geographical isolation following Quaternary climate changes. The short ninespine stickleback, Pungitius kaibarae, is a small gasterosteid fish occurring in freshwater systems on the Korean Peninsula and in southeast Russia. On the Korean Peninsula, P. kaibarae populations are distributed in three geographically separated regions: the NE (northeast coast), SE (southeast coast), and a limited area in the ND (Nakdong River). In this study, we used mitochondrial loci and microsatellites to investigate the evolutionary history of P. kaibarae populations by assessing their pattern of genetic structure. Our analyses revealed a marked level of divergence among three regional populations, suggesting a long history of isolation following colonization, although ND individuals showed relatively higher genetic affinity to populations from SE than those from NE. The populations from NE showed a great degree of interpopulation differentiation, whereas populations from SE exhibited only weak genetic structuring. Upon robust phylogenetic analysis, P. kaibarae formed a monophyletic group with Russian P. sinensis and P. tymensis with strong node confidence values, indicating that P. kaibarae populations on the Korean Peninsula originated from the southward migration of its ancestral lineage around the middle Pleistocene.  相似文献

We explored variation in mitochondrial ND2 gene sequences from 171 stonechats (Saxicola torquata complex) collected from 27 Eurasian and 3 African localities. We found that two widespread neighboring Eurasian subspecies of Siberian stonechat, Saxicola maura maura and S. m. stejnegeri, although very similar in appearance, are not each other’s closest relatives. Eastern Asian S. m. stejnegeri appears to have split from other Palearctic, African, and island stonechats well before differentiation occurred among the latter taxa. Our data indicate that European (S. t. rubicola), central Palearctic (S. m. maura) and eastern Palearctic (S. m. stejnegeri) are independently evolving, and could each warrant separate species status, as assumed earlier for S. rubicola, S. maura and S. torquata. However, we found three localities at which individuals from different major groups occurred. Thus, although these are likely phylogenetic species it is unclear whether they are biological species. There was little phylogeographic structure within the three major Palearctic clades, although samples from Spain might be showing incipient divergence. We maintain that the topology of a mtDNA gene tree is a valid means to discern taxonomic limits.  相似文献
