通过对N、P、K不同施肥条件下的“秦油2号”油菜植株内含物等与萝卜蚜有翅率关系的研究,建立了8个数学模型,结果表明可溶性糖、总N、糖与蛋白质之比和丝氨酸与萝卜蚜有翅率有密切关系,其次是天门冬氨酸、苏氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸、含水量、水溶性蛋白、酰胺氮和含P量等。  相似文献

本文研究两种品系油菜植株成分与桃蚜(Myzus persicae(Sulzer))、萝卜蚜(Lipaphis erysimi(Kaltenbach))的种群消长及成蚜翅型的关系。经分析得出如下结果:1.桃蚜种群消长与苏氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸、丙氨酸、硬脂酸等含量有关;桃蚜成蚜无翅率与精氨酸、谷氨酸、酪氨酸、异亮氨酸等含量有关。2.萝卜蚜种群消长与苏氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、含水量有关;萝卜蚜成蚜无翅率与含水量。亚麻酸。苏氨酸、油酸,天门冬氨酸、丝氯酸、亚油酸等含量有关。  相似文献

Two hemoglobin components are recognized in erythrocytes of the adult Tinamou. We determined the amino acid sequences of Tinamou D-, A-, and -globins from intact globin chains and several chemically cleaved fragments. A remarkable feature of Tinamou hemoglobin was a deletion in the D-globin chain. This has not been reported in the literature, except in pigeon embryonic D-globin. The amino acid sequences of Tinamou globin were highly similar to those of Ostrich and Rhea hemoglobin. Comparison between Tinamou, Ostrich, and Rhea that suggested the evolution speed of globin, D = A > , was related with the early appearance birds. The important residues in Tinamou hemoglobin as the heme contact and oxygen binding regions were highly conserved in other species.  相似文献

We evaluated the effect of "weak" CYP2E1 binders (ethanol, acetone and glycerol) "tight" CYP2E1 binders (4-methylpyrazole, imidazole, isoniazid and pyridine) and CCl 4 (suicide substrate of CYP2E1) on the NADPH-dependent production of microsomal reactive oxygen species (ROS), lipid peroxidation (LPO), and subsequent modification of microsomal and CYP2E1 proteins. The oxidation of 2',7'-dichlorofluorescin diacetate (DCFHDA) was used as an index of formation of microsomal ROS and LPO-derived reactive species. Microsomal LPO was determined by malondialdehyde (MDA) HPLC measurement. Addition of NADPH to rat liver microsomes initiated DCFHDA oxidation and MDA formation, leading to further selective modification of microsomal proteins and proteases-independent degradation of CYP2E1 protein. Iron chelators prevented these processes whereas hydroxyl radical scavengers showed weak effects, suggesting an important role of LPO. Among the tested CYP2E1 binders, only isoniazid strongly inhibited NADPH-dependent DCFHDA oxidation, LPO and modification of microsomal proteins. Other CYP2E1 binders showed weak inhibitory effects of these processes. Concerning NADPH-dependent modification of CYP2E1 protein, all of the tested CYP2E1 binders, except glycerol, prevented this process with a different potency (isoniazid > 4-methylpyrazole=imidazole=pyridine &#100 acetone > ethanol). "Tight" binders were more effective than "weak" binders. The CCl 4 stimulated the DCFHDA oxidation, LPO and CYP2E1 protein modification. Among the tested CYP2E1 binders, only isoniazid effectively scavenged 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radicals. In microsomes isolated from CYP2E1 transfected HepG2 cells, isoniazid inhibited the CYP2E1-dependent DCFHDA oxidation whereas other CYP2E1 binders did not inhibit this reaction although these compounds strongly inhibited CYP2E1 activity. The present study demonstrates that CYP2E1 binders and isoniazid differentially inhibit LPO-catalyzed oxidative modification of CYP2E1 protein in NADPH-dependent microsomal reactions. It seems that CYP2E1 binders protect CYP2E1 from the oxidative modification mainly by binding to the active site of the enzyme, rather than by blocking the reactive species production. The strong protective effect of isoniazid can be attributed to its ability to scavenge free radicals. These effects of CYP2E1 binders are considered to contribute to the regulation of hepatic CYP2E1 protein levels via stabilization of the protein.  相似文献

We have sequenced the entire exon (1,180 bp) encoding the zinc finger domain of the X-linked and Y-linked zinc finger genes (ZFX and ZFY, respectively) in the orangutan, the baboon, the squirrel monkey, and the rat; a total of 9,442 by were sequenced. The ratio of the rates of synonymous substitution in the ZFY and ZFX genes is estimated to be 2.1 in primates. This is close to the ratio of 2.3 estimated from primate ZFY and ZFX intron sequences and supports the view that the male-to-female ratio of mutation rate in humans is considerably higher than 1 but not extremely large. The ratio of synonymous substitution rates in ZFY and ZFX is estimated to be 1.3 in the rat lineage but 4.2 in the mouse lineage. The former is close to the estimate (1.4) from introns. The much higher ratio in the mouse lineage (not statistically significant) might have arisen from relaxation of selective constraints. The synonymous divergence between mouse and rat ZFX is considerably lower than that between mouse and rat autosomal genes, agreeing with previous observations and providing some evidence for stronger selective constraints on synonymous changes in X-linked genes than in autosomal genes. At the protein level ZFX has been highly conserved in all placental mammals studied while ZFY has been well conserved in primates and foxes but has evolved rapidly in mice and rats, possibly due to relaxation of functional constraints as a result of the development of X-inactivation of ZFX in rodents. The long persistence of the ZFY-ZFX gene pair in mammals provides some insight into the process of degeneration of Y-linked genes.Correspondence to: W.-H. Li  相似文献

Summary We have investigated the relationship between the G + C content of silent (synonymous) sites in codons and the amino acid composition of encoded proteins for approximately 1,600 human genes. There are positive correlations between silent site G + C and the proportions of codons for Arg, Pro, Ala, Trp, His, Gln, and Leu and negative ones for Tyr, Phe, Asn, Ile, Lys, Asp, Thr, and Glu. The median proteins coded by groups of genes that differ in silent-site G + C content also differ in amino acid composition, as do some proteins coded by homologous genes. The pattern of compositional change can be largely explained by directional mutation pressure, the genetic code, and differences in the frequencies of accepted amino acid substitutions; the shifts in protein composition are likely to be selectively neutral.Offprint requests to: D.W. Abstract The chloroplast ultrastructure, especially the thylakoid organization, the polypeptide composition of the thylakoid membranes and photosynthetic O2 evolution rate, chlorophyll (Chl) content and Chi a/b ratio were studied in leaves of nine plants growing in contrasting biotopes in the wild in South Finland. All the measurements were made at the beginning of the period of main growth on leaves approaching full expansion, when the CO2-saturated O2 evolution rate (measured at 20°C and 1500 μmol photons m?2s?1) was at a maximum, ranging from 19.2 to 6.9 μmol O2 cm?2 h?1. Among the species, the Chi a/b ratio varied between 3.75 and 2.71. In the mesophyll chloroplasts, the ratio of the total length of appressed to non-appressed thylakoid membranes varied between 1.07 and 1.79, the number of partitions per granum varied between 2.8 and 12.0 and the grana area between 21 and 42% of the chloroplast area. There was a significant relationship between the rate of O2 evolution of the leaf discs and the thylakoid organization in the mesophyll chloroplasts. The higher the O2 evolution rate, the lower was the ratio of the total length of appressed to non-appressed thylakoid membranes and also the lower the grana area. Although the relationship of the photosynthetic rate with the Chi content and the Chi a/b ratio of the leaves was not as clear, a significant negative correlation existed between the Chi a/b ratio and the ratio of appressed to non-appressed thylakoid membranes, indicating lateral heterogeneity in the distribution of different Chl- protein complexes.  相似文献

本文以喷Se、施Se作为外源Se,将作物籽实中的Se分为水溶态、K_2SO_4可提态、NaOH可提态、残余态4种形态。结论认为NaOH可提态Se、水溶态Se为作物籽实中Se的主要存在形态,其中Se(Ⅵ)在各形态Se中占有一定比例,并随外源Se的增加而变化。同时,外源Se可改变作物体内各组分Se的比例,并使大部分氨基酸的含量有所增加,进而对其遗传特性可能带来影响。  相似文献
