1. Nitrogenase from the facultative anaerobe Klebsiella pneumoniae was resolved into two protein components resembling those obtained from other nitrogen-fixing bacteria. 2. Both proteins were purified to homogeneity as shown by the criteria of disc electrophoresis and ultracentrifugal analysis. 3. The larger component had a mol.wt. of 218000 and contained one Mo atom, 17Fe atoms and 17 acid-labile sulphide groups/mol; it contained two types of subunit, present in equal amounts, of mol.wts. 50000 and 60000. All the common amino acids were present, with a predominance of acidic residues. The apparent partial specific volume was 0.73; ultracentrifugal analysis gave s020,w=11.0S and D020,w=4.94×10−7cm2/s. The specific activities (nmol of product formed/min per mg of protein) when assayed with the second nitrogenase component were 1500 for H2 evolution, 380 for N2 reduction, 1200 for acetylene reduction and 5400 for ATP hydrolysis. The reduced protein showed electron-paramagnetic-resonance signals at g=4.3, 3.7 and 2.015; the Mössbauer spectrum of the reduced protein consisted of at least three doublets. The u.v. spectra of the oxidized and reduced proteins were identical. On oxidation the absorbance increased generally throughout the visible region and a shoulder at 430nm appeared. The circular-dichroism spectra of both the oxidized and reduced proteins were the same, consisting mainly of a negative trough at 220nm. 4. The smaller component had mol.wt. 66800 and contained four Fe atoms and four acid-labile sulphide groups in a molecule comprising two subunits each of mol.wt. 34600. All common amino acids except tryptophan were present, with a predominance of acidic residues. The apparent partial specific volume calculated from the amino acid analysis was 0.732, which was significantly higher than that obtained from density measurements (0.69); ultracentrifugal analysis gave s020,w=4.8S and D020,w=5.55×10−7cm2/s. The specific activities (nmol of product formed/min per mg of protein) were 1050 for H2 evolution, 275 for N2 reduction, 980 for acetylene reduction and 4350 for ATP hydrolysis. The protein was not cold-labile. The reduced protein showed electron-paramagnetic-resonance signals in the g=1.94 region. The Mössbauer spectrum of the reduced protein consisted of a doublet at 77°K. The u.v. spectra of reduced and O2-inactivated proteins were identical, and inactivation by O2 generally increased the absorbance in the visible region and resulted in a shoulder at 460nm. The circular-dichroism spectra exhibited a negative trough at 220nm and inactivation by O2 decreased the depth of the trough. 5. The reduction of N2 and acetylene, and H2 evolution, were maximal at a 1:1 molar ratio of the Fe-containing protein to the Mo–Fe-containing protein; excess of the Mo–Fe-containing protein was inhibitory. All reductions were accompanied by H2 evolution. The combined proteins had no ATP-independent hydrogenase activity.  相似文献

A critical study has been made of circular dichroism (CD) measurements at the wavelengths around 500, 290, and 220 nm. Instruments calibrated at 290 nm with (+)-camphor-10-sulfonic acid gave results for molecular ellipticities [θ] showing deviations up to >30%, at both 220 and 490 nm. Older instruments tended to given higher values of [θ] at 490 nm and lower values at 220 nm, probably due to the age of the Pockel cells.  相似文献

The maximum at 220 nm in the circular dichroism spectrum of native collagen solution changed to a negative value after heat denaturation or collagenase hydrolysis. The enzyme induced rate of CD change at 220 nm was shown to be first order in collagen concentration. The specific rate constant k is actually a combined rate constant kfast and kslow in which the ratio kf/ks is 4.1. The initial rates were linear with respect to enzyme concentration, and the Km was found to be 5.5 × 10?7 M. The rate of ultraviolet hyperchromicity at 220 nm on collagen hydrolysis was determined. The kfast was the same as that obtained by CD. The kf/ks ratio was 4.6. Both methods may be readily used to assay for collagenase activity.  相似文献

It has often been assumed that the role of aromatic side chains in the far-ultraviolet region of protein circular dichroism (CD) is negligible. However, some proteins have positive CD bands in the 220–230 nm region which are almost certainly due to aromatic side chains. The contributions to the CD of interactions between tryptophan side chains and the nearest neighbor peptide groups have been studied, focusing on the indole Bb transition which occurs near 220 nm. Calculations on idealized peptide conformations show that the CD depends strongly on both backbone and side-chain conformation. Because of the low symmetry of indole, rotation about the CC bond (dihedral angle 2) by 180° generally leads to large changes in the CD, often causing the Bb band to reverse sign. When side-chain conformational preferences are taken into account, there is no strong bias for either positive or negative Bb rotational strengths. The observation that simple tryptophan derivatives such as N-acetyl-L-tryptophan methylamide have positive CD near 220 nm implies either that these derivatives prefer the R region over the region, or that there is little preference for 2 < 180° over 2 > 180°. Nearest-neighbor-only calculations on individual tryptophans in 15 globular proteins also reveal a small bias toward positive Bb bands. Rotational strengths of the Bb transition for some conformations can be as large as 1.0 Debye-Bohr magnetons in magnitude, corresponding to maximum molar ellipticities greater than 105 degcm2/dmol. Although a substantial amount of cancellation occurs in most of the examples considered here, such CD contributions could be significant, especially in proteins of low helix content.  相似文献

A thorough spectral investigation of the copper(II) complex of the antitumor compound, bleomycin, has been carried out in solution employing optical, difference optical, electron spin resonance, and circular dichroism techniques. The optical spectrum of a pH = 7 solution of the 1:1 complex between copper(II) and bleomycin is characterized by a broad weak band in the visible region (λmax = 610 nm) that cannot be resolved and intense ultraviolet bands at 317 (? = 2800), 327 (shoulder), 250 (? = 4700), and 257 nm (shoulder). The circular dichroism spectrum in the visible region shows the broad and weak visible absorption band contains at least three components (558, 675, and 880 nm) that are likely to be “d-d” in origin. The electron spin resonance spectrum is characteristic of a tetragonal d9 copper(II) system showing no rhombic distoritions at X-band frequencies (gx = gy ± 0.002). The spin Hamiltonian parameters for the pH = 7.0 solution corrected for second order effects are A = 177 × 10?4 cm?1, A ? 15 × 10?4 cm?1, g = 2.214, g = 2.039. Most interesting was the observation of extra hyperfine splitting due to endogenous nitrogen coordination in a 30% glycerol glass (AN = 12.0 × 10?4 cm?1). That pattern is best interpreted as a seven-line sequence associated with three liganded nitrogens. A dramatic change in all spectral properties occurs when the pH of the copper(II)-bleomycin complex is lowered to 2.5. All these data taken together suggest a CuN3O coordination complex in solution. Details and justifications as well as a discussion of the limitations of the interpretations are presented.  相似文献

Light scattering and viscometric studies have been carried out on two preparations, A and B, of rooster comb hyaluronate. Sedimentation rate studies have also been performed with A. Light scattering measurements in 0.2 m KCl for preparation A gave a molecular weight of 3.3 × 106 and for B, 1.0 × 106. In (0.1–0.3) M NaCl similar measurements gave a particle weight for A of (4.4–6.4 × 106 and for B (1.7–2.8 × 106. In 0.066 m CaCl2 molecular weight values of 9.5 × 106 for A and 1.7 × 106 for B were obtained. Thus in the presence of Na+ and Ca2+ ions aggregates of chains persisted into dilute solution. Measurements by light scattering on A and B in 4 m guanidinium chloride gave values in the same range as those obtained in 0.2 m KCl. Sedimentation rate studies on A gave values of 10.3 Svedbergs in 0.2 m KCl and 12.2 Svedbergs in 0.2 m NaCl and 0.066m CaCl2. The shear dependence of the viscosity was studied using a conicylindrical viscometer at shear rates between 0.5 and 20 s?1. Preparation A in 0.2 m KCl and NaCl yielded values for (νsp/cc→0 of 5000 and 7100 ml g?1 respectively in keeping with the tendency to aggregate. The behaviour for preparation B was similar. In 0.066 m CaCl2 there was a marked dependence of viscosity on shear speed below 10 s?1 for all concentrations and the value of (νsp/c)→0 at 0 s?1 for preparation A was 7700 ml g?1 while at a shear rate of 8 s?1 (νsp/c)c→0 ? 5000 ml g ?1. Similar effects were found for preparation B and the data suggest associations of chains disruptable by weak shear forces. The increase in viscosity with concentration in the presence of 0.066 m CaCl2 was much less than in the presence of KCl or NaCl, suggesting that the Ca2+ had a marked effect on the ”rigidity’ of the molecules in solution. A viscometric titration experiment with Ca2? showed that a level of 0.02 m CaCl2 in 0.2 m NaCl was sufficient to produce the change in viscosity presented above and that significant perturbations of the viscosity were present at 0.005?0.01 m CaCl2.  相似文献

Native, NaCl-treated, trypsin-treated, and polylysine-bound nucleohistones were studied in 2.5 × 10?4 M EDTA, pH 8.0, using circular dichroism (CD) and thermal denaturation. Removal of histone I by 0.6 M NaCl has a much smaller effect on both Δε220 and Δε278 than the removal of other histones. This indicates that histone I has less helical content and less conformational effect on the DNA in nucleohistone. By extrapolating to 100% binding by histones other than I, the positive CD band near 275 nm is close to zero. Comparison is also made between the effects of binding by the more basic and the less basic halves of histones by trypsin-digestion and polylysine-binding experiments. Trypsin digestion of nucleohistone reduces melting band IV at 82°C much more than melting band III at 72°C. However, the CD changes of Δε278 and Δε220 induced by trypsin digestion are small, unless melting band III is also reduced by the use of a higher trypsin level. This implies that the less basic halves of histones, which stabilize DNA to 72°C (melting band III), have more helical structure and are more responsible for conformational change in DNA than are the more basic halves, which stabilize DNA to 82°C (melting band IV). Polylysine binding to nucleohistone diminishes melting band III but has no effect on melting band IV. This binding affects only slightly the Δε220 of nucleohistone, indicating that polylysine interferes very little with the structure of the less basic halves of bound histones. The implications of these studies with respect to chromatin structure are discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

A number of fully self-complementary oligodeoxynucleotides have been synthesized and examined for their ability to assume the left-handed Z-DNA conformation in high salt solutions. The B- and Z-forms are identified by circular dichroism spectra, covering both the long-(220–300 nm) and short-wavelength (185–220 nm) regions, the latter showing CD bands very useful for identifying the sense of the helix winding. The main results of the study can be summarized as follows:

a) sequences composed by AT and CG blocks do support the B to Z transition, even when the AT contents amounts to 50%;

b) the occurrence of consecutive purine-purine or pyrimidine-pyrimidine dyads does not inhibit the B to Z transition, although a stronger reduction of water activity is required;

c) (AC)n and (GT)n containing oligonucleotides do undergo the B to Z transition in solution;

d) a millimolar quantity of Ni2+ concomitant with 5 M NaC104 is found to be very effective in bringing about the B to Z transition in most of the sequences considered in this study.  相似文献

Oligomers of bacteriopheophytin (BPh) and bacteriochlorophyll (BChl) were formed in mixed aqueous-organic solvent systems, and in aqueous micelles of the detergent lauryldimethylamine oxide (LDAO). Conditions were found that gave relatively homogeneous samples of oligomers and that allowed quantitative comparisons of the spectroscopic properties of the monomeric and oligomeric pigments. The formation of certain types of oligomers is accompanied by a large bathochromic shift of the long-wavelength (Qy) absorption band of the BChl or BPh, and by a substantial increase in its dipole strength (hyperchromism). The hyperchromism of the Qy band occurs at the expense of the Soret band, which loses dipole strength. The Qx band shifts slightly to shorter wavelengths and also loses dipole strength. The CD spectrum in the near-infra-red (Qy) region becomes markedly nonconservative. (The net rotational strength in the Qy region is positive.) This also occurs at the expense of the bands at shorter wavelengths, which gain a net negative rotational strength. The spectroscopic properties of the oligomers resemble those of some of the BChl-protein complexes found in photosynthetic bacteria. The oligomerization of BPh in LDAO micelles is linked to the formation of large, cylindrical micelles that contain on the order of 105 LDAO molecules. However, the spectral changes probably occur on the formation of small oligomers of BPh; they begin to be seen when the micelles contain about 10 molecules of BPh. The BPh oligomers formed in LDAO micelles fluoresce at 865 nm, but the fluorescence yield is decreased about 40-fold, relative to that of monomeric BPh. The fluorescence yield is insensitive to the BPh/LDAO molar ratio, suggesting that the oligomers formed under these conditions are predominantly dimers. When the oligomers are excited with a short flash of light, they are converted with a low quantum yield into a metastable form. This transformation probably involves alterations in the geometry of the oligomer, but not full dissociation.  相似文献

The binding of one fluorine including triazole (C10H9FN4S, FTZ) to bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by spectroscopic techniques including fluorescence spectroscopy, UV–Vis absorption, and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy under simulative physiological conditions. Fluorescence data revealed that the fluorescence quenching of BSA by FTZ was the result of forming a complex of BSA–FTZ, and the binding constants (K a) at three different temperatures (298, 304, and 310 K) were 1.516?×?104, 1.627?×?104, and 1.711?×?104?mol L?1, respectively, according to the modified Stern–Volmer equation. The thermodynamic parameters ΔH and ΔS were estimated to be 7.752 kJ mol?1 and 125.217 J?mol?1?K?1, respectively, indicating that hydrophobic interaction played a major role in stabilizing the BSA–FTZ complex. It was observed that site I was the main binding site for FTZ to BSA from the competitive experiments. The distance r between donor (BSA) and acceptor (FTZ) was calculated to be 7.42 nm based on the Förster theory of non-radioactive energy transfer. Furthermore, the analysis of fluorescence data and CD data revealed that the conformation of BSA changed upon the interaction with FTZ.  相似文献

Psoriasis (PS) and Crohn disease (CD) have been shown to be epidemiologically, pathologically, and therapeutically connected, but little is known about their shared genetic causes. We performed meta-analyses of five published genome-wide association studies on PS (2,529 cases and 4,955 controls) and CD (2,142 cases and 5,505 controls), followed up 20 loci that showed strongest evidence for shared disease association and, furthermore, tested cross-disease associations for previously reported PS and CD risk alleles in additional 6,115 PS cases, 4,073 CD cases, and 10,100 controls. We identified seven susceptibility loci outside the human leukocyte antigen region (9p24 near JAK2, 10q22 at ZMIZ1, 11q13 near PRDX5, 16p13 near SOCS1, 17q21 at STAT3, 19p13 near FUT2, and 22q11 at YDJC) shared between PS and CD with genome-wide significance (p < 5 × 10−8) and confirmed four already established PS and CD risk loci (IL23R, IL12B, REL, and TYK2). Three of the shared loci are also genome-wide significantly associated with PS alone (10q22 at ZMIZ1, prs1250544 = 3.53 × 10−8, 11q13 near PRDX5, prs694739 = 3.71 × 10−09, 22q11 at YDJC, prs181359 = 8.02 × 10−10). In addition, we identified one susceptibility locus for CD (16p13 near SOCS1, prs4780355 = 4.99 × 10−8). Refinement of association signals identified shared genome-wide significant associations for exonic SNPs at 10q22 (ZMIZ1) and in silico expression quantitative trait locus analyses revealed that the associations at ZMIZ1 and near SOCS1 have a potential functional effect on gene expression. Our results show the usefulness of joint analyses of clinically distinct immune-mediated diseases and enlarge the map of shared genetic risk loci.  相似文献

A rapid high-performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed to determine piromidic acid in trout muscle tissue and in urine, in the presence of nalidixic, 7-hydroxymethylnalidixic, oxolinic and pipemidic acids and cinoxacin. A Nova-Pak C18 column was used with acetonitrile–4·10−4 M oxalic acid (40:60, v/v) as the mobile phase. A post-column change of pH was made with NaOH. Fluorimetric detection at 456 nm (λex 275 nm) was used. The instrumental detection limit was 5.91 ng/ml, based on height of peak. Pretreatment of the urine samples was not necessary and fish samples were extracted with sodium hydroxide solutions and cleaned by means of an extraction with chloroform. Detection limit was 147 ng/ml for urine and 5.91 ng/g for trout muscle. Good separation without interference from any other components was obtained. Recovery was better than 87% in urine and better than 72% in trout muscle tissue.  相似文献

Core antenna and reaction centre of photosytem I (PS I) complexes from the cyanobacteria Arthrospira platensis and Thermosynechococcus elongatus have been characterized by steady-state polarized absorption spectroscopy, including linear dichroism (LD) and circular dichroism (CD). CD spectra and the second derivatives of measured 77 K CD spectra reveal the spectral components found in the polarized absorption spectra indicating the excitonic origin of the spectral forms of chlorophyll in the PS I complexes. The CD bands at 669-670(+), 673(+), 680(−), 683-685(−), 696-697(−), and 711(−) nm are a common feature of used PSI complexes. The 77 K CD spectra of the trimeric PS I complexes exhibit also low amplitude components around 736 nm for A. platensis and 720 nm for T. elongatus attributed to red-most chlorophylls. The LD measurements indicate that the transition dipole moments of the red-most states are oriented parallel to the membrane plane. The formation of P700+A1 or 3P700 was monitored by time-resolved difference absorbance and LD spectroscopy to elucidate the spectral properties of the PS I reaction centre. The difference spectra give strong evidence for the delocalization of the excited singlet states in the reaction centre. Therefore, P700 cannot be considered as a dimer but should be regarded as a multimer of the six nearly equally coupled reaction centre chlorophylls in accordance with structure-based calculations. On the basis of the results presented in this work and earlier work in the literature it is concluded that the triplet state is localized most likely on PA, whereas the cation is localized most likely on PB.  相似文献

A sialic acid-binding lectin, named carcinoscorpin, has been isolated from the horseshoe crab Carcinoscorpius rotunda cauda. It is a glycoprotein of molecular-weight 420,000, having two subunits of molecular weight 27,000 and 28,000, both subunits responding to glycoprotein stain. Leucine was detected as the only NH2-terminal amino acid. The sedimentation constant of the native lectin was found to be 12.7 s. On digestion with trypsin, the lectin gave 18 soluble tryptic peptides. This lectin was found to be antigenically unrelated to another sialic acid-binding lectin, limulin, isolated from the horseshoe crab Limulus polyphemus. A lectin-specific disaccharide alcohol namely O-(N-acetylneuraminyl) (2 → 6)2-acetamido-2-deoxy-d-galactitol was found to quench the typical tryptophan fluorescence of the native lectin at 332 nm. The association constant for this interaction was determined spectrofluorimetrically and found to be 1.82 × 103m?1.  相似文献

Chromatography of glutaraldehyde-fixed skim-milk on controlled-pore glass (CPG-10, 300 nm) gave three micellar fractions whose averaged diameters, measured by electron microscopy, decreased progressively with increasing elution volume. Casein micelles with diameters up to 680 nm were detected. The casein composition of the same fractions from unfixed skim-milk was determined. As the fraction elution volume increased, κ-casein varied from 7.7 to 11.4% of total casein, giving αs/κ ratios of 6.1, 4.7 and 3.3.A plot of κ-casein content versus micelle surface-to-volume ratio for skim-milk and the column fractions approximated to a straight line. Re-calculation of the published results from two other studies also gave linear relationships between κ-casein content and surface area for artificial micelles. The three regression lines thus obtained had small intercepts. It was concluded that the data indicated the same fundamental structure for casein micelles, with a pre-dominant surface location for κ-casein, whether the micelles are natural or artificial and whether they are aggregated or by Ca2+ alone oy Ca2+ together with calcium phosphate-citrate complex.  相似文献

Examination of a variety of arabinose containing C-glycosylflavones has shown that the sign and intensity of the CD band at 250–275 nm (charge-transfer band) reflect not only the point of attachment of the sugar to the flavone but also depend upon the absolute and anomeric configuration, ring-size and ring-conformation in addition to the preferred rotameric conformation of the sugar about the C-aryl, C-l″ bond. A change in stereochemistry of arabinose from the α to β anomer resulted in sign inversion of the 250–275 nm CD band for 6-C-l-arabinosylflavones. Furthermore, a 6-C-arabinosylflavone containing α-l-arabinose exhibited an oppositely signed charge-transfer CD band in comparison to one which contained α-d-arabinose. 6,8-Di-C-glycosylflavones containing arabinose and glucose exhibited CD bands resulting from contributions due to both sugars, if the arabinose was not present as the β-pyranose form (1C4, conformation).  相似文献

The absolute configurations of fenvalerate and other related cyanohydrin esters were studied by circular dichroism (CD) measurements and by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Fenvalerate has UV absorption peaks around 278 nm associated with the 1Lb phenyl transitions and corresponding positive CD peaks were observed around 281 nm for the enantiomers of (S)-configuration at the cyanohydrin chiral center. Most of the other cyanohydrin esters also gave positive CD peaks for the enantiomers of (S)-configuration. CD spectra in the 180 to 250 nm range were also studied.

By HPLC, the elution order of the diastereoisomers of cyanohydrin esters were closely correlated with their absolute configuration and the (RS,SR)-pair consistently eluted earlier than the (RR,SS)-pair for α-substituted phenylacetic acid esters.  相似文献

A systematic study was made of certain variables of the rubella hemagglutination-inhibition (HI) test system and their effect on antigen and antibody titers. Erythrocytes from pigeons and 1-day-old chicks gave similar antigen and antibody titers, but goose erythrocytes gave lower titers. Indicator erythrocytes could be stored in Alsever's solution at 4 C for as long as 2 weeks without losing sensitivity in hemagglutination (HA) and HI tests. Antigen titers varied by eightfold or more in different diluent systems; titers were generally higher at pH 6.2 than at pH 7.2. A diluent without Ca2+ gave antigen titers as high as those obtained in diluents with added Ca2+ ions. Antibody titers also varied in different diluent systems. HEPES diluents at pH 6.2 gave higher antibody titers than those obtained in other diluents, but occasional “false-positive” inhibition reactions were seen. Kaolin suspended in borate saline at pH 9.0 effectively removed inhibitor from sera without absorbing specific antibody, but at pH 7.3 it removed various amounts of specific antibody. Antibody titers of sera treated with kaolin at pH 9.0 were similar to those of sera treated with heparin-MnCl2; treatment with dextran sulfate-CaCl2 gave lower antibody titers. Antigens varied widely in sensitivity for detecting HI antibody and in the ability to detect diagnostically significant increases in antibody. Sensitivity in detecting antibody was not related to the HA titer of the antigens. Tween-ether-treated antigens gave lower antibody titers but were more reliable than corresponding untreated antigens for serological diagnosis of infection.  相似文献

A blue luminescent dichlorido-bridged dinuclear copper(II) (S = 1/2) complex, [CuII2(HL)2(μ-Cl)2]·2H2O, 1a was synthesized with the 1:1 reaction of the acyclic tridentate salicylaldehyde 2-pyridyl hydrazone ligand, HL, 1. The complex 1a displays multiple bands in the visible region (400-470 nm). The association constant (Kass, UV-Vis) was found to be 1.186 × 104 for 1a at 298 K. The copper(II)-copper(III) oxidation potential lies near 0.32 V versus Ag/AgCl electrode. On excitation at 390 nm, the ligand 1 strongly emits at 444 nm due to an intraligand 1(π-π) transition. Upon complexation with copper(II) the emission peak is slightly red shifted (λex 390 nm, λem 450 nm, F/F0 0.81) with little quenching. Molecular structure of 1a (Cu···Cu 3.523 Å) has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. DFT and TDDFT calculations strongly support the spectral behavior of the ligand and the complex. The complex 1a exhibits a strong interaction towards DNA as revealed from the Kb (intrinsic binding constant) 2.05 × 104 M−1 and Ksv (Stern-Volmer quenching constant) 2.47 values. The complex exhibits cytotoxic effect and the LD50 value for HeLa cells was calculated as 5.44 μM at which the cell cycle was arrested at G2/M phase.  相似文献

Absorbance changes in the picosecond region were studied in isolated reaction centers of the green photosynthetic bacterium Chloroflexus aurantiacus upon selective excitation of the primary electron donor, P, at 870 nm. The results indicate that the first observed state is an excited state of P (P1) which appears to transfer an electron to a bacteriochlorophyll a molecule absorbing at 812 nm (B1) in 10 ± 2 ps as indicated by a bleaching at this wavelength. This reaction is followed by a rapid electron transfer (3 ± 1 ps) from B1 to bacteriopheophytin a, so that the fraction of reaction centers in the state P+B1 remains small during the experiment. An apparent bleaching at 925 nm is ascribed to stimulated emission from excited P, which emission disappears upon formation of P+. The difference between these time constants for electron transfer and those observed for the same reactions in reaction centers of the purple photosynthetic bacterium Rhodopseudomonas (Rhodobacter) sphaeroides is discussed in terms of the energy difference between P1 and P+B1, which appears to be larger for C. aurantiacus.  相似文献
