报道了采自藏东南林区的炭角菌属一新种-委陵菜生炭角菌。该种子座直立,头部分叉或柄基分枝,地上部分高2 ̄4.5cm,顶端可孕,子囊座柱状或圆锥状或扁平,长1 ̄3cm,宽3 ̄7mm,表面精糙,桑葚状,黑色;内部蜡质,中实,白色。柄柱状,直或扭转,具纵皱折,地上具延伸的假根。子囊壳卵圆形,450 ̄500×200 ̄300μm,孔口突出,盾状或疣状。子囊棒状,70 ̄100×6 ̄8μm,8孢子,顶端遇Melz  相似文献

报道了采自藏东南林区的炭角菌属一新种──委陵菜生炭角菌(XylariapotentillaeA.SXusp.nov.)。该种子座直立,头部分叉或柄基分枝,地上部分高2~4.5cm,顶端可孕。子囊座柱状或圆锥状或扁平,长1~3cm,宽3~7mm,表面精糙,桑葚状,黑色5内部蜡质,中实,白色。柄柱状,直或扭转,具纵皱折,地下具延伸的假根。子囊壳卵圆形,450~500×200~300μm,孔口突出,盾状或疣状。子囊棒状,70~100×6~8μm,8孢子,顶端遇Melzer's试剂变蓝部分为长方体状,6×2.5μm。子囊孢于单行排列,梭形、不等边椭圆形至半球形,10~163×5~7.5μm,成熟后褐至黑褐色,光滑,芽缝不明显,直,稍短于孢子长度。侧丝多,细长,径15μm,无色,无隔。地下假根寄生在蕨麻委陵菜(Potentillaanserina)的活根上。模式标本保存于西藏高原生态研究所标本室(HXZE)。  相似文献

山小橘隔担菌Septobasidium glycosmidis新种,担子果生在叶两面,切片厚180-350μm,菌丝柱褐色,高50-150μm,宽20-100μm,原担子近球形或倒卵形,13-18×12-14μm,存留,担子圆柱形,弯曲或者强烈弯曲,4胞,27-35×6.5-10μm。合欢隔担菌Septobasidium albiziae新种,担子果生在树干上,切片厚180-330μm,菌丝柱褐色,高30-60μm,宽20-300μm,担子圆柱形或者棒状,通常在隔膜处收缩,直或者稍弯曲,4胞,20-32×6-10μm。  相似文献

报道了蕉孢壳属真菌4个中国新记录种,即:马克欧文蕉孢壳菌Diatrype macowaniana、波纹蕉孢壳菌Diatrype undulata、俄勒冈蕉孢壳菌Diatrype oregonensis和刺蕉孢壳菌Diatrype spilomea。其中,马克欧文蕉孢壳菌和波纹蕉孢壳菌采自吉林省,前者的主要特征为子座扁球状,不规则,黑色至黑褐色,子囊孢子短棒状、无色透明;后者主要特征为子座大片垫状蔓延,呈波浪状轮廓,表面黑色,通常具明显边界,子囊孢子腊肠状、淡黄色;俄勒冈蕉孢壳菌D. oregonensis采自云南省,其主要特征为子座呈圆锥状肿块,圆形或多边形,表面黑色,子囊孢子腊肠状,透明至淡黄色;刺蕉孢壳菌D. spilomea采自海南省,其主要特征为子座从树皮中裂出,垫状,轮廓不规则,边缘陡,黑棕色至黑色,子囊孢子短棒状,透明无色。根据采集的材料对以上4种的宏观和微观特征进行了详细描述及图示。  相似文献

A new speciesDactylospora mangrovei is described and illustrated and compared withD. haliotrepha andD. canariensis, all marine inhabiting species.Dactylospora haliotrepha andD. mangrovei are tropical/sub-tropical mangrove species collected in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand, whileD. canariensis was described from temperate waters. Based on field investigations as well as morphological and molecular systematic studies we found a new species of Bothriospermum which can be easily distinguished from all other known congeneric species by its unlobed faucal appendages and very long styles. We conducted molecular phylogenetic analyses based on a combined dataset from nrITS, plastid rps16, trnL‐trnF and trnG‐trnS regions. The results indicated that the new species indeed belongs in Bothriospermum and that it is well separated from other congeneric clusters, but that the genus Bothriospermum is paraphyletic with Nihon and Thyrocarpus clusetered within it. As a result, Bothriospermum longistylum sp. nov. is described and illustrated here. A revised key to species of Bothriospermum and a distributional map are also presented.  相似文献

Heliconema hainanensis sp. nov. collected from Uroconger lepturus (Richardson) (Anguilliformes: Congridae), Muraenesox cinereus (Forsskål) and Congresox talabonoides (Bleeker) (Anguilliformes: Muraenesocidae) in the South China Sea was described using light and scanning electron microscopy. The new species differs from its congeners by the following morphology: pseudolabia, the number and arrangement of caudal papillae (4 pairs of pedunculate precloacal papillae arranged in 2 groups of 2 and 2 pairs and 6 pairs of pedunculate postcloacal papillae arranged in 4 groups of 1, 2, 1 and 2 pairs), the length of spicules [left spicule 0.51-0.69 mm, right spicule 0.20-0.27 mm, spicule (right:left) ratio 1:2.20-2.69] and the morphology of the female tail tip. In addition, specimens of the new species collected from the three different hosts and specimens of an unidentified species of Heliconema collected from U. lepturus were characterised using molecular methods by sequencing the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) of ribosomal DNA. Analyses and comparison of the ITS sequence of H. hainanensis sp. nov. with Heliconema sp. support the validity of the new species based on morphological observations. An identification key to the species of Heliconema is also provided.  相似文献

Ferula paeoniifolia X. G. Ma & C. Y. Liao sp. nov., from Sichuan Province, Southwest China, is described and illustrated. The new species is most similar to F. kingdon‐wardii Wolff in morphology, but differs significantly in its ternate‐2‐pinnate compound leaves with much broader leaflets. The key morphological characteristics and nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region were also compared between F. paeoniifolia and its relatives.  相似文献

Here we describe and illustrate a new species, Orchidantha crassinervia sp. nov. (Lowiaceae), from Guangxi Province, China. The species is closely related to O. yunnanensis and O. virosa, but can be distinguished from these species in possessing a very thick midrib of the labellum, fewer flowers per inflorescence and by a shorter plant height.
