The amino-functionalized metallocene (C5H4CH(Me)NMe2)2ZrCl2, [(CpN)2ZrCl2] was synthesized by salt metathesis of ZrCl4 and 2 equiv. of C5H4CH(Me)NMe2Li. The metallocene was obtained in good yield as a mixture of rac and meso diastereomers as established by NMR spectroscopy. The addition of 2 equiv. of n-BuLi to the metallocene (CpN)2ZrCl2 produced a co-catalyst system which was active, at a 1.0 mol% loading, in the dehydropolymerization of PhSiH3 to poly(phenylsilane), PPSi. The PPSi was obtained as a 9:1 linear–cyclic mixture (Mw=3850, Mn=2300) as established by GPC analysis; 29Si{1H} NMR spectroscopy revealed an atactic polymer microstructure.  相似文献

The solution of [RhCl(PPh3)3] in acidic 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloroaluminate(III) ionic liquid (AlCl3 molar fraction, xAlCl3=0.67) was investigated by 1H and 31P{1H} NMR. One triphenyl phosphine is lost from the complex and is protonated in the acidic media, and cis-[Rh(PPh3)2ClX], (2), where X is probably [AlCl4], is formed. On, standing, 2 is converted to trans-[Rh(H)(PPh3)2X], (3). The reaction of 2 and H2 also produces trans-[Rh(H)(PPh3)2X], (3). 1H and 31P{1H} NMR support the suggestion that a weak ligand such as [AlCl4], present in solution may interact with the metal centre. When [RhCl(PPh3)3] is dissolved in CH2Cl2/AlCl3/HCl for comparison, two exchanging isomers of what is probably [RhH{(μ-Cl)2AlCl2}{(μ-Cl)AlCl3}(PPh3)2], (6) and (7), are formed.  相似文献

The formation of three [Tl(en)n]3+ complexes (n=1–3) in a pyridine solvent has been established by means of 205Tl and 1H NMR. Their stepwise stability constants based on concentrations, Kn=[Tl(en)n 3+]/{[Tl(en)n−1 3+]·[en]}, at 298 K in 0.5 M NaClO4 ionic medium in pyridine, were calculated from 205Tl NMR integrals: log K1=7.6±0.7; log K2=5.2±0.5 and log K3=2.64±0.05. Linear correlation between both the 205Tl NMR shifts and spin–spin coupling 205Tl–1H versus the stability constants has been found and discussed. A single crystal with the composition [Tl(en)3](ClO4)3 was synthesized and its structure determined by X-ray diffraction. The Tl3+ ion is coordinated by three ethylenediamine ligands via six N-donor atoms in a distorted octahedral fashion.  相似文献

The triazenide complex of Pt(II) trans-(o-Tol)Pt(PEt3)2N3Ar2(1) (Ar = p-FC6H4) was synthesized by reaction of (o-Tol)Pt(PEt3)2BF4 with Ar2N3Na. The 1H, 19F and 31P NMR spectra of this complex in toluene-d8 were studied at different temperatures. Two kinds of dynamic processes were observed. The first one is the intramolecular N,N′ migration of the (o-Tol)Pt(PEt3)2 group, detected by 19F NMR. The second process, revealed by 1H, 19P NMR, is the rotation around the partially double N(2)–N(3) bond. Thermodynamic parameters for these processes were calculated from dynamic NMR spectra.  相似文献

为探寻减轻水稻抽穗开花期高温热害的技术途径,以3个籼型杂交稻品种为材料,于2017—2018年在江西省吉安县、余干县、南昌县进行田间试验.在抽穗开花期自然高温下,设置叶面喷施5个不同浓度的水杨酸(SA)处理(SA1~SA5分别为100、500、1000、1500、2000 μmol·L-1)和5个不同浓度的磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)处理(K1~K5分别为7.35、14.70、22.05、29.40、36.75 mmol·L-1),并以叶面喷施蒸馏水为对照(CK),分析中稻生理特征和产量.结果表明: 与对照相比,SA处理和KH2PO4处理分别降低了剑叶丙二醛含量,提高了叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性,其中SA2和K3处理效果最好.SA2、SA3和K3、K4处理提高了水稻穗粒数、结实率和产量,其中SA2和K3处理效果显著,与对照相比,SA2处理分别使穗粒数、结实率和产量增加了7.0%、4.0%和11.9%,K3处理增加了3.9%、4.7%和6.6%.抽穗开花期高温下,采取叶面喷施500 μmol·L-1 SA或22.05 mmol·L-1 KH2PO4的技术措施可显著提高中稻产量.  相似文献

An improved synthetic procedure for pentabenzylcyclopentadiene Bz5C5H was developed. Six new organomolybdenum and organotungsten halides η5-Bz5C5M(CO)3X(M = Mo, W; X = Cl, Br, I) were syntesized through the reaction of η5-Bz5C5M(CO)3Li (derived from Bz5C5H, n-BuLi and M(CO)6) with PCl3, PBr3 or I2 and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The structure of η5-Bz5C5Mo(CO)3I was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. It crystallized in the monoclinic space groupp P2/c with cell parameters a = 13.294(4), B = 15.147(4), C = 19.027(3) Å, β = 108.32(2)°, V = 3637(2) Å3, Z = 4 and Dx = 1.50 g cm−3. The final R value was 0.035 for 4564 observed reflections.  相似文献

Several novel dimers of the composition [M2Cl4(trans-dppen)2] (M=Ni (1), Pd (2), Pt (3)) containing trans-1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethene (trans-dppen) have been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction methods, NMR spectroscopy (195Pt{1H}, 31P{1H}), elemental analyses, and melting points. The intramolecular [2+2] photocycloaddition of the two diphosphine-bridges in 3 produces [Pt2Cl4(dppcb)] (4), where dppcb is the new tetradentate phosphine cis,trans,cis-1,2,3,4-tetrakis(diphenylphosphino)cyclobutane. Neither 1 nor the free diphosphine trans-dppen shows this reaction. In the case of 2 the photocycloaddition is slower than in 3. This difference can be explained by the shorter distance between the two aliphatic double bonds in 3 than in 2, but also different transition probabilities within ground and excited states of the used metals could be involved. Furthermore, variable-temperature 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy of 2 or 3 reveals a negative activation entropy of 2 for the [2+2] photocycloaddition, but a positive of 3. The removal of chloride from 4 by precipitating AgCl with AgBF4, and subsequent treatment with 2,2′-bipyridine (bipy) or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) leads to [Pt2(dppcb)(bipy)2](BF4)4 (5) and [Pt2(dppcb)(phen)2](BF4)4 (6), respectively. In an analogous reaction of 4 with PMe2Ph or PMePh2, [Pt2(dppcb)(PMe2Ph)4](BF4)4 (7) and [Pt2(dppcb)(PMePh2)4](BF4)4 (8) are formed. Complexes 1–8 show square–planar coordinations, where the compounds 4–8 have also been characterized by the above mentioned methods together with fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry (7, 8). The crystal structure of 4 reveals two conformations, which arise from an energetic competition between the sterical demands of dppcb and an ideal square–planar environment of Pt(II). The free tetraphosphine dppcb can be obtained easily from 4 by treatment with NaCN. It has been characterized fully by the above methods including 13C{1H} and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The X-ray structure analysis shows the pure MMMP-enantiomer in the solid crystal, which is therefore optically active. This chirality is induced by a conformation of dppcb, where all four PPh2 groups are non-equivalent. Variable-temperature 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy of dppcb confirms this explanation, since the single signal at room temperature is split into two doublets at 183 K. The goal of this article is to demonstrate the facile production of a new tetradentate phosphine from a diphosphine precursor via Pt(II) used as a template.  相似文献

The kinetics of the anation reactions of [M(RNH2)5H2O]3+ (M = Rh, R = H, Me, Et, Pr; M = Cr, R = H, Me, Pr) with several ligands (H3PO4/H2PO4, H3PO3/H2PO3, CF3COO, Br, Cl, SCN) have been studied at different temperatures and acidities at I = 1.0 M (LiClO4. Results obtained for the anation rate constants and thermal activation parameters are compared with the previously published data for R = H, in order to establish the effects of the amine substituents in the reaction mechanism proposed for the substitution reactions of these complexes. The results obtained are interpreted on the basis of a mechanism where the bond formation process is more important in the substitution on M = Cr complexes than in that of the M = Rh complexes, as already pointed out for the published ΔΛ values for the water exchange on these systems. A simple Langford-Gray classification becomes inadequate to describe these situations where the increase of the steric demand of the amine substituents shifta the Ia-Id classification to the Id side, although no dramatic changes in the reaction mechanism are found. It is concluded that a More O'Ferall ‘continuous’ type of approach to the mechanism classification of the substitution reactions is much more useful in this case.  相似文献

Manganese tricarbonyl complexes (η5-C5H4CH2CH2Br)Mn(CO)3 (3) and (η5-C5H4CH2CH2I)Mn(CO)3 (4), with an alkyl halide side chain attached to the cyclopentadienyl ligand, were synthesized as possible precursors to chelated alkyl halide manganese complexes. Photolysis of 3 or 4 in toluene, hexane or acetone-d6 resulted in CO dissociation and intramolecular coordination of the alkyl halide to manganese to produce (η51-C5H4CH2CH2Br)Mn(CO)2 (5) and (η51-C5H4CH2CH2I)Mn(CO)2 (6). Low temperature NMR and IR spectroscopy established the structures of 5 and 6. Photolysis of 3 in a glass matrix at 91 K demonstrated CO release from manganese. Low temperature NMR spectroscopy established that the coordinated alkyl halide complexes are stable to approximately −20°C.  相似文献

A new scheme was proposed for synthesizing poly(ethylene glycol)-g-chitosan (PEG-g-CS), where methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) iodide (MPEG-I) (Mn 2000) was used for N-substitution of triphenylmethyl chitosan (TPM-CS) in organic medium. The graft copolymers were obtained by subsequent removal of protecting groups with dichloroacetic acid. By varying PEG-I/TPM-CS feed ratio, the grafting levels (GL) of PEG can be adjusted. The chitosan derivatives were characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and DSC. All the copolymers were soluble in water over wide pH range. Furthermore, organosolubility of the hybrids in DMF and DMSO was also achieved when the DS value more than 24%. The lysozyme degradation rate of the copolymers in aqueous neutral medium decreased with the increase of GL value.  相似文献

The reaction between [(η6-p-cymene)Ru(H2O)3]X2 and 4,7-phenanthroline (phen) leads to the formation of the rectangular tetranuclear complexes [(η6-p-cymene)4Ru4(μ-4,7-phen-N4,N7)2(μ-OH)4]X4 (X = NO3, 1a; SO3CF3, 1b) which have been structurally characterised by X-ray crystallography. 1H NMR spectroscopic studies suggest the presence of a partially dissociated dinuclear species of type [(η6-p-cymene)2Ru2(μ-4,7-phen-N4,N7)(solv)4]4+ in equilibrium with the tetranuclear cyclic species found in the solid state. The temperature effect for this equilibrium was studied by variable temperature 1H NMR experiments in D2O and MeOD. The results reveal that the proportion of the tetranuclear species increases with the polarity of the solvent which favour stacking interactions between the phenanthroline moieties. In addition, the reactivity of the tetranuclear species towards the nucleosides guanosine (Guo), cytidine (Cyt), 2′-deoxythymidine (Thy) and 2′-deoxyadenosine (dAdo) has been monitored by 1H NMR as a potential model for the interaction of the 1 species with the probable DNA target. The results reveal that the 1 systems are able to bind the nucleobases endocyclic nitrogen atoms of Guo Cyt, and dAdo.  相似文献

Using thermal and photochemical methods a series of new chromium complexes has been prepared: (ν6-p-C6H4F2)Cr(CO)3; (ν6-C6H5CF3)Cr(CO)3; [m-C6H4(CF3)2]Cr(CO)3; (ν6-C6H5F)Cr(CO)2H(SiCl3); (ν6-C6H5F)Cr(CO)2(SiCl3)2; (p-C6H4F2)Cr(CO)2-H(SiCl3); (C6H5CF3)Cr(CO)2H(SiCl3(p-C6H4F2)Cr(CO)2(SiCl3)2; C6H5CF3)Cr(CO)2(SiCl3)2; [m-C6H4(CF3)2]Cr(CO)2-H(SiCl3); [m-C6H4(CF3)2]Cr(CO)2(SiCl3)2. Two compounds were structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. These data combined with IR and 1H NMR have allowed assessment of some of the electronic and steric effects. The Cr-arene bond is considerably longer in the Cr(II) derivatives than in the Cr(0) species. Also the Cr center, as might be expected, is less electron rich in the Cr(II) dicarbonyl disilyl derivatives. The ν6-p-C6H4F2 ligands are slightly folded so that the C---F carbons are moved further away from the Cr center. Comparison of structural and electronic effects is made with a series of similar chromium compounds reported in the literature. These new (arene)Cr(II) derivatives possess more labile ν6-arene ligands, which promise a rich chemistry at the chromium center.  相似文献

Response surface methodology was applied to determine the optimal medium composition for sulphuric acid production by an indigenous Thiobacillus thiooxidans. With a view to reducing the number of experiments and obtaining the mutual interactions between the variables, a 24 full-factorial central composite design was employed for experimental design and analysis of the results. Four independent variables, KH2PO4, (NH4)2SO4, MgSO4 and elemental sulphur, in the growth medium were tested. Elemental sulphur was found to exhibit positive correlation with the sulphuric acid yield, whereas the other three variables showed no significant effect. No mutual interactions were found between elemental sulphur and each of the other three variables. The optimal composition of the growth medium to achieve the optimal production of sulphuric acid was determined as follows (g/l): KH2PO4=3.5, (NH4)2SO4=4.9, MgSO4=0.7 and elemental sulphur=23.7. The corresponding sulphuric acid production and dry cell weight were 38 662 ppm and 0.7 g/l, which are about 2.6- and 1.75-fold increase, respectively, compared with those using the conventional T. thiooxidans optimum growth medium.  相似文献

The plasma levels of deoxycorticosterone sulfate (DOC-SO4) in near-term pregnant women are 100 times those in plasma of men or non-pregnant women. Yet, neither the tissue site of synthesis nor the precursor of DOC-SO4 that enters maternal plasma is known. Several potential sources have been excluded: plasma DOC-SO4 is not derived from plasma DOC; and the secretion of C21-steroids (other than aldosterone) from the maternal adrenals during human pregnancy is not increased. Similarly, the transfer of DOC-SO4 from fetal plasma cannot account for the high level of DOC-SO4 in the maternal compartment, and a reduced clearance of plasma DOC-SO4 during pregnancy cannot account for the high levels of DOC-SO4. Indeed, the rate of clearance of DOC-SO4 from plasma is 10–100 times that of most other steroid sulfates. To address this question further, we evaluated the possibility that fetal plasma pregnenolone-3,21-disulfate serves as a precursor for DOC-SO4 formation in the placenta. The preferential hydrolysis of the 3β-sulfate of pregnenolone-3,21-disulfate in placenta would give rise to pregnenolone-21-monosulfate, which, if acted upon by placental 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase/Δ5 → 4 isomerase, could give DOC-SO4. [3H]Pregnenolone-3,21-disulfate was incubated with minces of human placental tissue for 5, 20, 60 and 120 min. Radiolabelled DOC-SO4, DOC, and pregnenolone-21-monosulfate were isolated from the incubation media and quantified. After a 5 min incubation, 7.5% of substrate was converted to DOC-SO4; and after 20, 60 and 120 min 30% of the [3H]pregnenolone-3,21-disulfate was recovered from the media of these incubations as [3H]DOC-SO4. [3H]DOC was also present in the incubation media and the concentrations of this product increased as a function of incubation time. Therefore, pregnenolone-3,21-disulfate, which is present in very high concentrations in fetal plasma (1000 ng/ml), is metabolized in the placenta to DOC-SO4. Because of the fetal and maternal vascular arrangements of the hemochorioendothelial placenta of human pregnancy, steroids produced in syncytiotrophoblasts preferentially enter the intervillous space; thus, fetal plasma pregnenolone-3,21-disulfate may serve as a placental precursor of maternal plasma DOC-SO4.  相似文献

The partitioning behavior of the pertechnetate anion was studied in aqueous biphasic systems (ABS) formed from (NH4)2SO4 and four types of polymers – poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG), poly(propylene glycol) (PPG), Pluronic (a PEG/PPG block copolymer), and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). Phase diagrams are reported for five (NH4)2SO4-polymer ABS systems including the polymers PEG-2000, PEG-3400, PEG-12 000, Pluronic-L64 (average molecular mass ≈ 2900), and PVP-K15 (average Mr≈10 000). Distribution ratios for the TcO4 anion in each of these ABS were investigated as a function of increasing salt concentration. In addition, the water-insoluble polymer PPG-2000 was studied. Pertechnetate partitions nearly quantitatively to the polymer-rich phase in each ABS, however, distribution ratios of near one were found for the PPG system. The relative ordering of the distribution ratios is PPGPVP-2000PEG-3400>PEG-12 000, exhibiting the expected increase in phase incompatibility with increasing polymer Mr. Investigation of pertechnetate partitioning in two additional ABS based on K3PO4 and NaOH with Pluronic-L64 revealed trends similar to those reported for PEG-2000; the distribution ratio (D) values increase in the order NaOH<(NH4)2SO43PO4. Despite the higher distribution ratios from Pluronic-L64 at lower concentrations than found for PEG, the limited useable range of salt concentrations available may limit the practical utilization of this polymer in ABS separations.  相似文献

Addition of (Cp*2YH)2 (4) to 2-methyl-1,4-pentadiene produced the yttrium-alkyl-alkene chelate complex Cp*2YCH2CH2CH2C(CH3)=CH2 (2) in which a disubstituted alkene is complexed to the metal center. Evidence for coordination of the alkene unit of 2 comes from the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of the vinyl units and from observation of nOe effects between Cp* protons and vinyl hydrogens. The disubstituted alkene ligand of 2 is weakly bound, and evidence for an equilibrium with substantial amounts of complex 3 with a free alkene was obtained from variable temperature 1H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Assessing petroleum biodegradation rates is an important part of predicting natural attenuation in subsurface sediments. Monitoring carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4) produced in situ, and their radiocarbon 14C), stable carbon (13C) and deuterium (D). signature provide a novel method to assess anaerobic microbial processes. Our objectives were to: (1) estimate the rate of anaerobic petroleum hydrocarbon (PH) mineralization by monitoring the production of soil gas CH4 and CO2 in the vadose zone of low-permeability sediment, (2) evaluate the dominant microbial processes using δ13C and δD, and (3) determine the proportion of CH4 and CO2 attributable to anaerobic mineralization of PH using 14C analysis. Argon was sparged into the subsurface to dilute existing CO2 and CH4 concentrations. Vadose zone CO2, CH4, oxygen, total combustible hydrocarbons, and argon concentrations were measured for 75 days. CO2 and CH4 samples were collected on day 86 and analyzed for 14C, δ13C, and δD. Based on CH4 soil gas production, the anaerobic biodegradation rate was estimated between 0.017 to 0.055 mg/kg soil-d. CH4 14C (2.6 pMC), δ13C (-45.64‰), and δD (-316‰) values indicated that fermentation of PH was the sale source of CH4 in the vadose zone. CO2 14C (62 pMC) indicated that approximately 47% of the total CO2 was from PH mineralization and 53% from plant root respiration. Although low-permeability sediment increases the difficulty of completely replacing in situ soil gas and assuring anaerobic conditions, this novel respiration method distinguished between anaerobic processes responsible for PH degradation.  相似文献

The reaction of cellulose with a mixture of HNO3/H3PO4–NaNO2 (2:1:1.4, v/v/%w) at room temperature for different time intervals has been investigated to produce oxidized cellulose (OC), a biocompatible and bioresorbable polymer. The results revealed an increase in carboxyl content of OC with increasing reaction time, corresponding to about 8.0, 13.4, 17.4 and 18.4% carboxyl content after 12, 24, 36, and 48 h, respectively. The yield of OC ranged between 75 and 81%. The use of different ratios of HNO3 and H3PO4, (11:1, 4:1, 2:1, 1:1, 1:2, and 1:4; v/v), in the reaction had no significant effect on the carboxyl content and yield of the OC products. All products, as produced, were low crystallinity (27–35%) fibrous materials. The length of fibers decreased with increasing reaction time. After ball milling for 24 h, the length of fibers further decreased and products converted into a fine powder consisting of small fibers and aggregated non-fibrous particles. The degrees of polymerization (DP) of the OC products produced after 12, 24, and 48 h of reaction duration were 81, 63, and 53, respectively. After ball milling for 24 h, the corresponding values changed to 57, 51 and 46. However, no significant change in the crystallinity of the products was noted after ball milling. The TGA results showed the OC products to be less thermally stable than cellulose. The degradation temperature appears to decrease with increasing carboxyl content. In conclusion, the results show that the low crystallinity OC products can be successfully prepared in high yields and with different levels of carboxyl content from cellulose by treatment with a mixture of HNO3/H3PO4–NaNO2.  相似文献

5e-tert-Butyl-2e-[4-(substituted-ethynyl)phenyl]-1,3-dithianes with selected functional groups (R) on the ethynyl moiety are potent blockers of the GABA-gated chloride channel measured as inhibitor concentration (IC50) for 4-n-[3H]propyl-1-(4-ethynylphenyl)-2, 6,7-trioxabicyclo[2.2.2]octanebinding to bovine brain membranes. The terminal R substituents were introduced by coupling 5e-tert-butyl-2e-(4-iodophenyl)-1,3-dithiane with HC ≡ CR or 5e-tert-butyl-2e-(4-ethynylphenyl)-1,3-dithiane with XR. The potency of the parent compound (R=H) with an IC50 of 21 μM is equaled or exceeded by up to 7-fold (i.e. IC50 = 3–21 μM) by several carboxylic acids [R = (CH2)nCO2H (n = 0–3), (CH2nOCH2CO2H (n = 1–3) and CH2SCH2 CO2H] and their esters and two phosphonic acids (CH2CH2PO3H2 and CH2OCH2PO3H2) but not their esters. These carboxyl and phosphonic acids (and their salts) include the most potent water-soluble chloride channel blockers known. Conversion to the monosulfones increases activity of the R = H and CH2OH analogs by 1.2- to 3-fold but decreases that of the R = CH2CH2CO2R′ (R′ = H or CH3) derivatives by 3- to 13-fold. Quantitative structure-activity analyses for 44 2-[4-(substituted-ethynyl)phenyl]-dithianes suggests that the principal feature of the R substituent for high activity is its polarizable volume modeled as molecular refractivity, i.e. this substituent is not a well-defined pharmacophore and undergoes a structurally non-specific interaction with the receptor. These observations lay the background for preparing candidate affinity probes.  相似文献

Low-molecular-weight chitosan were prepared using 85% phosphoric acid at different reaction temperatures and reaction time. At room temperature, the viscosity average-molecular weights (Mv) of chitosan decreased to 7.1×104 from 21.4×104 after 35 days treatment. The degradation rate decreased with increasing hydrolysis time. The yields of chitosan also continuously decreased from 68.4 to 40.2% after 35 days. At 40, 60 and 80 °C, the molecular weight decreased to 3.70×104, 3.50×104 and 2.00×104 on 8 h hydrolysis, respectively. The yields of chitosan remain at a high level compared with that at room temperature and were 86.5, 71.4 and 61.3% at 40, 60 and 80 °C treatment, respectively. The different reaction time gave chitosan with different molecular weights. At 60 °C, the molecular weight of products decreased to 7.40×104 from 21.4×104 within 4 h, then decreased slowly to 1.90×104 in 15 h. It was also found that the water-solubility of chitosan increased as the molecular weight decreased.
