Intravenous (IV) tissue-type plasminogen activator (tPA) is the only approved noninvasive therapy for acute ischemic stroke (AIS). However, after tPA treatment, the outcome of patients with different subtypes of stroke according to their vascular risk factors remains to be elucidated. We aim to explore the relationship between the outcome and different risk factors in patients with different subtype of acute strokes treated with IV tPA. Records of patients in this cohort were reviewed. Data collected and analysed included the demographics, vascular risk factors, baseline National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores, 90-day modified Rankin Scores (mRS), and subtypes of stroke. By using the 90-day mRS, patients were dichotomized into favorable versus unfavorable outcome in each subtype of stroke. We identified the vascular risk factors that are likely associated with the poor outcome in each subtype. Among 570 AIS patients received IV tPA, 217 were in the large artery atherosclerosis (LAA) group, 146 in the small vessel occlusion(SVO) group, and 140 in the cardioaortic embolism(CE) group. Lower NIHSS score on admission was related to favorable outcome in patients in all subtypes. Patients with history of dyslipidemia were likely on statin treatment before their admission and hence less likely to have elevated cholesterol level on admission. Therefore, there was a possible paradoxical effect on the outcome in patients with LAA and SVO subtypes of strokes. SVO patients with history of diabetes had higher risk of unfavorable outcome. SVO patients had favorable outcome if their time from onset to treatment was short. In conclusion, the outcome of patients treated with IV tPA may be related to different vascular risk factors associated with different subtypes of stroke.  相似文献

Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have begun to identify the common genetic component to ischaemic stroke (IS). However, IS has considerable phenotypic heterogeneity. Where clinical covariates explain a large fraction of disease risk, covariate informed designs can increase power to detect associations. As prevalence rates in IS are markedly affected by age, and younger onset cases may have higher genetic predisposition, we investigated whether an age-at-onset informed approach could detect novel associations with IS and its subtypes; cardioembolic (CE), large artery atherosclerosis (LAA) and small vessel disease (SVD) in 6,778 cases of European ancestry and 12,095 ancestry-matched controls. Regression analysis to identify SNP associations was performed on posterior liabilities after conditioning on age-at-onset and affection status. We sought further evidence of an association with LAA in 1,881 cases and 50,817 controls, and examined mRNA expression levels of the nearby genes in atherosclerotic carotid artery plaques. Secondly, we performed permutation analyses to evaluate the extent to which age-at-onset informed analysis improves significance for novel loci. We identified a novel association with an MMP12 locus in LAA (rs660599; p = 2.5×10−7), with independent replication in a second population (p = 0.0048, OR(95% CI) = 1.18(1.05–1.32); meta-analysis p = 2.6×10−8). The nearby gene, MMP12, was significantly overexpressed in carotid plaques compared to atherosclerosis-free control arteries (p = 1.2×10−15; fold change = 335.6). Permutation analyses demonstrated improved significance for associations when accounting for age-at-onset in all four stroke phenotypes (p<0.001). Our results show that a covariate-informed design, by adjusting for age-at-onset of stroke, can detect variants not identified by conventional GWAS.  相似文献

On admission to hospital during the acute phase of a stroke presumed due to ischaemic infarction in one cerebral hemisphere 93 patients were examined to determine the factors associated with a poor prognosis for immediate survival. The patients particularly at risk were those who were overtly unconscious and those with any combination of impaired consciousness, dense hemiplegia, and failure of conjugate ocular gaze towards the side of the limb weakness. Necropsy evidence suggested that these signs usually indicate infarction of the whole of one middle cerebral artery territory which is often secondary to internal carotid artery occlusion and commonly produces fatal cerebral oedema.  相似文献

目的建立一个能模拟冠状动脉旁路移植术桡动脉桥情况的模型。方法50只新西兰兔,股动脉与颈总动脉行端侧吻合,两吻合口之间的颈总动脉予以结扎。术后1、3、7、14、56d分别取完整动脉桥,进行肉眼观察,HE染色观察病理变化,弹力纤维染色,计算机测算血管内膜厚度、新生内膜中膜比指数;电镜观察血管内皮细胞变化。结果50只兔成功建立动脉桥,无手术及围手术期死亡,桥血管总通畅率为86%,对通畅的桥血管作形态学观测发现血管移植后7d起至56d内膜增厚有统计学差异。结论本动物模型可以较好地模拟冠状动脉旁路移植术桡动脉桥的情况。  相似文献

2型糖尿病可能加重颈动脉斑块的易损性并增加缺血性中风的风险,关于2型糖尿病患者伴有颈动脉斑块特征的急性中风亚型鲜有研究报道。本研究旨在探讨2型糖尿病患者颈动脉斑块特征与MRI确定的急性脑梗死病变特征之间的关系。本研究以颈内动脉区急性脑血管病患者为研究对象,所有患者分为2型糖尿病组和非2型糖尿病组,分别行颈动脉和脑部MRI扫描,测定同侧颈动脉斑块的形态和特征,以及颅内和颅外颈动脉狭窄。基于中风亚型和急性脑梗塞病变模式对患者进行评估。研究结果表明,与非2型糖尿病患者相比,2型糖尿病患者颈动脉型IV-VI病变的患病率更高,斑块负荷更大,以及富脂质坏死核(LRNC)更大。在有症状的颈动脉LRNC患者中,与非2型糖尿病组相比,2型糖尿病组颈内动脉区出现较多的伴有大穿孔动脉梗塞形态和较大的急性脑梗塞。LRNC%>23.5%的颈动脉斑块是2型糖尿病患者存在颈动脉狭窄的急性脑梗塞病变的独立危险因素。颈动脉斑块特征的量化,尤其是MRI诊断的富脂质坏死核对中风风险具有潜在应用价值。  相似文献

Objectives: The goal of our study was to investigate the associations of oxidized LDL (apoB100 aldehyde-modified form) and acute phase proteins (fibrinogen, CRP) with acute ischemic stroke severity and outcome.

Materials and Methods: The study included 61 ischemic stroke patients and 64 controls. Strokes were subtyped according to TOAST criteria, the severity and outcome of stroke (at 1 year) were measured.

Results: The mean triglyceride, fibrinogen, CRP and glucose values were significantly higher among cases. The median oxLDL value for patients with large artery atherosclerosis (LAA) type of stroke was significantly higher than for other subtypes. The oxLDL values did not correlate with age, stroke severity and outcome.

Conclusions: Inflammatory markers (fibrinogen and CRP) predicted the stroke severity and outcome whereas elevation of oxLDL levels did not. Our data refer to possibility that there may exist some links between the LAA subtype of stroke and elevated oxLDL (apoB100 aldehyde-modified form).  相似文献

Background

Stroke is the second most common cause of mortality in China. Although most subtypes of ischemic stroke share similar risk factors, they have different etiologies. Our study aimed to evaluate the different risk factor profiles between the stroke subtypes, lacunar infarcts (LI) and large-artery atherosclerosis (LAA), and clarify the characteristics of current acute ischemic stroke in China.

Methods

In this cross-sectional study, we analyzed the clinical characteristics of 1982 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were admitted to the neurology department at the Peking University First Hospital between 2007 and 2014. Ischemic stroke was further classified into LAA, LI, cardioembolism (CE) and undetermined causes of infarction (UDI) according to TOAST classification. Demographic characteristics, risk factors, as well as the findings of laboratory and imaging tests of 1773 patients with LAA and LI, were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic analysis.

Results

Of the 1982 ischemic stroke patients included in this study, 1207 were diagnosed with LAA, 566 with LI, 173 with cardioembolism (CE) and 36 with undetermined causes of infarction (UDI). By comparing the risk factors in multivariate logistic regression analysis, hypertension [odds ratio (OR) = 1.832] and white matter leukoaraiosis (WML) (OR = 1.865) were found to be more strongly correlated with LI than LAA. Low density lipoprotein- cholesterol (LDL-c) (OR = 0.774) were more strongly related to LAA than LI.

Conclusions

This study found that hypertension and WML were more strongly correlated with LI than LAA. LDL-c was more strongly related to LAA than LI.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE--To study the natural course of carotid artery stenosis detected by ultrasonography. DESIGN--Prospective cohort study. Baseline examination in 1982-3 included ultrasound examination of carotid arteries, measurement of ankle-brachial blood pressure index, and detection of atrial fibrillation by 24 hour ambulatory electrocardiography. SETTING--Malmö, a city in southern Sweden with 230,000 inhabitants. SUBJECTS--470 men aged 68 years randomly selected from the population. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES--Incidence of stroke and transient ischaemic attack and all cause mortality during 10 years of follow up in relation to carotid stenosis, leg artery disease (ankle-brachial blood pressure index below 0.9), and atrial fibrillation. RESULTS--Fifty men had a stroke; six of these were haemorrhagic. Another 11 had a transient ischaemic attack. Eighteen of the men with carotid stenosis (21.6 events/1000 person years) and 43 of the men with normal carotid arteries (14.8 events/1000 person years) had a stroke or transient ischaemic attack (P = 0.188). Men with atrial fibrillation had an increased rate of cerebrovascular events (36.7/1000 person years (P = 0.048). The highest rate was found in men with asymptomatic disease of the leg arteries (38.6/1000 person years) (P < 0.001). The increased risk of stroke or transient ischaemic attack in this group remained after multivariate analysis (relative risk 2.0; 95% confidence interval 1.1 to 3.7). CONCLUSIONS--In this cohort carotid stenosis was not associated with an increased risk of stroke. Part of this lack of association was explained by the high mortality from ischaemic heart disease in men with severe stenosis. Twenty seven of the 61 cerebrovascular events, however, occurred in men who had normal carotid arteries, normal ankle pressure, and no atrial fibrillation.  相似文献

目的:探讨颈动脉粥样硬化、主动脉瓣膜钙化(aortic valve calcification,AVC)与动脉粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄(atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis,ARAS)的关系。方法:对我院162例行选择性冠脉造影合并肾动脉造影的患者进行颈动脉超声和超声心动图检查,测量颈动脉内中膜厚度(carotid artery intima-media thickness,CIMT)和主动脉瓣钙化的情况,根据患者是否患有ARAS进行分组,比较两组的性别、年龄、吸烟、病史、血脂水平、CIMT、颈动脉粥样硬化发生率和AVC发生率,计算颈动脉粥样硬化和AVC对ARAS的预测价值。结果:ARAS组高血压病史患者的构成比、胆固醇水平、CIMT、颈动脉粥样硬化发生率、AVC发生率均显著高于对照组,有明显的统计学差异(P0.05)。颈动脉粥样硬化预测ARAS的灵敏度较高,特异度偏低;AVC的灵敏度低,而特异度高;二者联合特异度明显增高。结论:颈动脉粥样硬化、AVC对ARAS的诊断有一定的参考价值,可用于排除诊断。  相似文献

Stroke is among the most frequent causes of death and adult disability, especially in highly developed countries. However, treatment options to date are very limited. To meet the need for novel therapeutic approaches, experimental stroke research frequently employs rodent models of focal cerebral ischaemia. Most researchers use permanent or transient occlusion of the middle cerebral artery (MCA) in mice or rats.Proximal occlusion of the middle cerebral artery (MCA) via the intraluminal suture technique (so called filament or suture model) is probably the most frequently used model in experimental stroke research. The intraluminal MCAO model offers the advantage of inducing reproducible transient or permanent ischaemia of the MCA territory in a relatively non-invasive manner. Intraluminal approaches interrupt the blood flow of the entire territory of this artery. Filament occlusion thus arrests flow proximal to the lenticulo-striate arteries, which supply the basal ganglia. Filament occlusion of the MCA results in reproducible lesions in the cortex and striatum and can be either permanent or transient. In contrast, models inducing distal (to the branching of the lenticulo-striate arteries) MCA occlusion typically spare the striatum and primarily involve the neocortex. In addition these models do require craniectomy. In the model demonstrated in this article, a silicon coated filament is introduced into the common carotid artery and advanced along the internal carotid artery into the Circle of Willis, where it blocks the origin of the middle cerebral artery. In patients, occlusions of the middle cerebral artery are among the most common causes of ischaemic stroke. Since varying ischemic intervals can be chosen freely in this model depending on the time point of reperfusion, ischaemic lesions with varying degrees of severity can be produced. Reperfusion by removal of the occluding filament at least partially models the restoration of blood flow after spontaneous or therapeutic (tPA) lysis of a thromboembolic clot in humans.In this video we will present the basic technique as well as the major pitfalls and confounders which may limit the predictive value of this model.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE--To estimate the prevalence and outcome of symptomatic internal carotid artery lesions in young adults. DESIGN--Multicentre hospital based observational study with five year follow up. SETTING--Seven neurological departments in northern and central Italy. SUBJECTS--240 patients (115 men) aged 15-44 with a recent transient ischaemic attack or stroke in the carotid territory. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES--(a) Prevalence of symptomatic internal carotid artery stenosis or occlusion detected by continuous wave Doppler ultrasonography at entry; (b) incidence rates of cerebral, cardiac, and non-vascular death; non-fatal stroke; and non-fatal myocardial infarction. RESULTS--Carotid stenoses of 50-99% and occlusions were found in 38 patients (15.8%). Both conditions were significantly more frequent in patients aged over 35 and in those with hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and stroke at entry. The standardised mortality ratio at five years was 10.5 (95% confidence interval 5.0 to 19.3). Survival of patients with stenoses of 0-49% and occlusions was significantly better than that of patients with stenoses of 50-99%. Carotid stenosis of 50-99% was an independent predictor of death (hazard ratio 7.9; 95% confidence interval 2.2 to 29) and non-fatal stroke (hazard ratio 7.4; 1.5 to 37.4). CONCLUSIONS--The prevalence of carotid stenosis or occlusion in young adults after a cerebrovascular event is low. Though patients with high grade symptomatic carotid stenosis are at risk of non-fetal and fetal events, patients with internal artery occlusion apparently have a benign prognosis.  相似文献

本文研究血管外膜在血管重塑及功能调控中的作用。实验采用在体去除兔颈动脉外膜的方法,于术后即刻、1周及2周取出动脉作组织学、免疫组织化学染色及血管反应性测定。结果显示:(1)去除颈动脉局部外膜对内皮及中层平滑肌无明显损伤;(2)去除外膜后血管平滑肌细胞增殖,并有新生内膜形成;(3)与对照例比较,去外膜侧血管对去甲肾上腺素的收缩反应在术后即刻及1周时减弱(P<0.05)。上述研究结果提示:去除动脉外膜可导致血管内膜增殖及血管平滑肌收缩功能的改变,表明外膜可能参与血管重塑及对血管功能的调控。  相似文献

目的:研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病与代谢综合征及颈动脉内膜厚度的关系。方法:选择2014年8月至2015年4月在我院就诊的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者60例作为研究组,另选择同期在我院接受健康体检的60名志愿者作为对照组。比较两组空腹血糖、甘油三酯及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、代谢综合征的发生率、颈动脉内膜厚度以及合并与不合并代谢综合征的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺功能和颈动脉内膜厚度,并采用多元回归分析颈动脉内膜厚度与慢性阻塞性肺疾病及代谢综合征的相关性。结果:与对照组相比,研究组患者空腹血糖(FPG)明显升高,而甘油三酯(TG)水平明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。研究组代谢综合征的发病率、颈动脉内膜厚度均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并代谢综合征患者的肺功能明显优于无代谢综合征的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);合并代谢综合征的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者FEV1占预计值百分比及FEV1/FVC均明显高于无代谢综合征慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的对应值,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示慢性阻塞性肺疾病与颈动脉内膜厚度呈独立相关性,而代谢综合征与颈动脉内膜厚度无直接相关性。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病与颈动脉内膜厚度呈独立相关,且慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并代谢综合征患者发生颈动脉粥样硬化的风险更高。  相似文献

目的探讨急性缺血性脑梗死初发与再发与颈动脉斑块、嗜酸性粒细胞水平与血小板活化水平之间的相关性。 方法本研究选取50例被诊断为急性缺血性脑梗死的患者,患者均进行颈部血管超声检查,根据有无颈动脉斑块分为2组,均进行嗜酸性粒细胞、血小板活性CD62p水平等指标检测。两组间比较采用t检验。 结果有颈动脉斑块形成的急性缺血性脑梗死患者,其嗜酸性粒细胞计数低于无颈动脉斑块患者(P < 0.05),而其血浆CD62p水平高于无颈动脉斑块患者(P < 0.05),1年随访中复发率更高(P < 0.05)。 结论急性缺血性脑梗死患者的初发与复发与颈动脉斑块存在,嗜酸性粒细胞计数及CD62p水平密切相关。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To identify risk factors for operative stroke and death from carotid endarterectomy. DESIGN: Systematic review of all studies published since 1980 which related risk of stroke and death to various preoperative clinical and angiographic characteristics, including unpublished data on 1729 patients from the European carotid surgery trial. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE: Operative risk of stroke and death. RESULTS: Thirty six published studies fulfilled our criteria. The effect of 14 potential risk factors was examined. The odds of stroke and death were decreased in patients with ocular ischaemia alone (amaurosis fugax or retinal artery occlusion) compared with those with cerebral transient ischaemic attack or stroke (seven studies; odds ratio 0.49; 95% confidence interval 0.37 to 0.66; P < 0.00001). The odds were increased in women (seven studies; 1.44; 1.14 to 1.83; P < 0.005), subjects aged > or = 75 years (10 studies: 1.36; 1.09 to 1.71; P < 0.01), and with systolic blood pressure > 180 mm Hg (four studies; 1.82; 1.37 to 2.41; P < 0.0001), peripheral vascular disease (one study; 2.19; 1.40 to 3.60; P < 0.0005), occlusion of the contralateral internal carotid artery (14 studies; 1.91; 1.35 to 2.69; P < 0.0001), stenosis of the ipsilateral internal carotid siphon (five studies; 1.56; 1.03 to 2.36; P = 0.02), and stenosis of the ipsilateral external carotid artery (one study; 1.61; 1.05 to 2.47; P = 0.03). Operative risk was not significantly related to presentation with cerebral transient ischaemic attack versus stroke, diabetes, angina, recent myocardial infarction, current cigarette smoking, or plaque surface irregularity at angiography. Multiple regression analysis of data from the European carotid surgery trial identified cerebral versus ocular events at presentation, female sex, systolic hypertension, and peripheral vascular disease as independent risk factors. CONCLUSIONS: The risk of stroke and death from carotid endarterectomy is related to several clinical and angiographic characteristics. These observations may help clinicians to estimate operative risks for individual patients and will also facilitate more meaningful comparison of the operative risks of different surgeons or at different institutions by allowing some adjustment for differences in case mix.  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨颈动脉超声定量参数联合平均血小板体积(MPV)/血小板计数(PC)比值、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者预后不良的预测价值。方法:选择2020年3月至2022年3月合肥市第二人民医院收治的97例AIS患者,所有患者均行颈动脉超声检查和血常规检查,获得颈动脉超声定量参数,计算MPV/PC比值、NLR。出院后90 d采用改良Rankin量表(mRS)评估患者预后,将患者分为预后不良组和预后良好组。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析颈动脉超声定量参数、MPV/PC比值、NLR联合预测AIS患者预后不良的价值。结果:预后不良组动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、MPV/PC比值、NLR大于预后良好组(P<0.05),收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)小于预后良好组(P<0.05)。IMT、PSV、EDV、MPV/PC比值、NLR预测AIS患者预后不良的曲线下面积分别为0.751、0.710、0.693、0.769、0.771,联合IMT、PSV、EDV、MPV/PC比值、NLR预测AIS患者预后不良的曲线下面积为0.883,高于单独指标预测。结论:颈动脉超声定量参数联合MPV/PC比值、NLR在AIS患者预后不良评估中具有较高的预测价值。  相似文献

目的:观察痛风患者氧化应激指标与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的变化,探讨高尿酸引起内皮功能损伤和颈动脉粥样硬化的机制。方法:选择痛风患者123例,正常健康者116例,检测两组患者血尿酸、细胞间粘附分子1(ICAM-1)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、纤溶酶原激活抑制剂-1(PAI-1)、收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、HDL-C、LDL-C、TC、TG等糖、脂代谢指标及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。分析痛风患者内皮损伤相关因子水平和颈动脉IMT的关系。结果:痛风组血清细胞间粘附分子1(ICAM-1)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、纤溶酶原激活抑制剂-1(PAI-1)水平较对照组增高,颈动脉IMT明显增厚,NO水平较对照组降低,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。血尿酸水平、ICAM-1、ET-1、PAI-1与IMT密切相关(P0.01)。结论:痛风患者较对照组存在更明显的代谢紊乱,血管内皮功能损伤,更易发生动脉粥样硬化。  相似文献

Background

Little is known about clinical features and prognosis of patients with ischaemic stroke caused by infarction in the territory of the anterior cerebral artery (ACA). This single centre, retrospective study was conducted with the following objectives: a) to describe the clinical characteristics and short-term outcome of stroke patients with ACA infarction as compared with that of patients with ischaemic stroke due to middle cerebral artery (MCA) and posterior cerebral artery (PCA) infarctions, and b) to identify predictors of ACA stroke.

Methods

Fifty-one patients with ACA stroke were included in the "Sagrat Cor Hospital of Barcelona Stroke Registry" during a period of 19 years (1986–2004). Data from stroke patients are entered in the stroke registry following a standardized protocol with 161 items regarding demographics, risk factors, clinical features, laboratory and neuroimaging data, complications and outcome. The characteristics of these 51 patients with ACA stroke were compared with those of the 1355 patients with MCA infarctions and 232 patients with PCA infarctions included in the registry.

Results

Infarctions of the ACA accounted for 1.3% of all cases of stroke (n = 3808) and 1.8% of cerebral infarctions (n = 2704). Stroke subtypes included cardioembolic infarction in 45.1% of patients, atherothrombotic infarction in 29.4%, lacunar infarct in 11.8%, infarct of unknown cause in 11.8% and infarction of unusual aetiology in 2%. In-hospital mortality was 7.8% (n = 4). Only 5 (9.8%) patients were symptom-free at hospital discharge. Speech disturbances (odds ratio [OR] = 0.48) and altered consciousness (OR = 0.31) were independent variables of ACA stroke in comparison with MCA infarction, whereas limb weakness (OR = 9.11), cardioembolism as stroke mechanism (OR = 2.49) and sensory deficit (OR = 0.35) were independent variables associated with ACA stroke in comparison with PCA infarction.

Conclusion

Cardioembolism is the main cause of brain infarction in the territory of the ACA. Several clinical features are more frequent in stroke patients with ACA infarction than in patients with ischaemic stroke due to infarction in the MCA and PCA territories.  相似文献

目的:探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶(Lp-PLA2)的表达及与斑块稳定性及神经功能缺损的关系。方法: 按照颈动脉彩超结果将2014 年5 月-2015 年1 月我院收治的80 例急性缺血性脑卒中患者分为斑块稳定组(25 例)、斑块不稳定 组(39 例)和无斑块组(16 例),并于同期随机抽取120 例健康体检者为对照组。采用散射比浊法测定各组血浆Lp-PLA2,同时采 用美国国立卫生研究所中风量表(NIHSS 评分)对三组的神经功能缺损情况进行评估。结果:斑块稳定组、斑块不稳定组以及无斑 块组血浆Lp-PLA2 高于对照组,斑块稳定组、斑块不稳定组高于无斑块组,斑块不稳定组高于斑块稳定组,差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05),患者血浆Lp-PLA2水平与动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性呈正相关性(rs=0.638,P<0.05)。神经功能缺损中型组、重型组血 浆Lp-PLA2 高于轻型组,重型组高于中型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者血浆Lp-PLA2 水平与神经功能缺损程度呈正相关 性(rs=0.715,P<0.05)。结论:血浆Lp-PLA2 可作为预测急性缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉硬化斑块稳定性以及评估患者神经功能缺 损程度的重要指标。  相似文献
