Accumulation of lipid droplets (LDs) induces cardiac dysfunctions in type 2 diabetes patients. Recent studies have shown that hydrogen sulphide (H2S) ameliorates cardiac functions in db/db mice, but its regulation on the formation of LDs in cardiac tissues is unclear. Db/db mice were injected with NaHS (40 μmol·kg-1) for twelve weeks. H9c2 cells were treated with high glucose (40 mmol/L), oleate (200 µmol/L), palmitate (200 µmol/L) and NaHS (100 µmol/L) for 48 hours. Plasmids for the overexpression of wild-type Hrd1 and Hrd1 mutated at Cys115 were constructed. The interaction between Hrd1 and DGAT1 and DGAT2, the ubiquitylation level of DGAT1 and 2, the S-sulfhydration of Hrd1 were measured. Exogenous H2S ameliorated the cardiac functions, decreased ER stress and reduced the number of LDs in db/db mice. Exogenous H2S could elevate the ubiquitination level of DGAT 1 and 2 and increased the expression of Hrd1 in cardiac tissues of db/db mice. The S-sulfhydration of Hrd1 by NaHS enhanced the interaction between Hrd1 and DGAT1 and 2 to inhibit the formation of LD. Our findings suggested that H2S modified Hrd1 S-sulfhydration at Cys115 to reduce the accumulation of LDs in cardiac tissues of db/db mice.  相似文献

Muscle atrophy occurs in many pathological states, including cancer, diabetes and sepsis, whose results primarily from accelerated protein degradation and activation of the ubiquitin‐proteasome pathway. Expression of Muscle RING finger 1 (MuRF1), an E3 ubiquitin ligase, was increased to induce the loss of muscle mass in diabetic condition. However, hydrogen sulphide (H2S) plays a crucial role in the variety of physiological functions, including antihypertension, antiproliferation and antioxidant. In this study, db/db mice and C2C12 myoblasts treated by high glucose and palmitate and oleate were chose as animal and cellular models. We explored how exogenous H2S attenuated the degradation of skeletal muscle via the modification of MuRF1 S‐sulfhydration in db/db mice. Our results show cystathionine‐r‐lyase expression, and H2S level in skeletal muscle of db/db mice was reduced. Simultaneously, exogenous H2S could alleviate ROS production and reverse expression of ER stress protein markers. Exogenous H2S could decrease the ubiquitination level of MYOM1 and MYH4 in db/db mice. In addition, exogenous H2S reduced the interaction between MuRF1 with MYOM1 and MYH4 via MuRF1 S‐sulfhydration. Based on these results, we establish that H2S prevented the degradation of skeletal muscle via MuRF1 S‐sulfhydration at the site of Cys44 in db/db mice.  相似文献

Naphthoquinone derivatives have been reported to possess various pharmacological activities, such as antiplatelet, anticancer, antifungal, and antiviral properties. In this study, we investigated the effects of a newly-synthesized naphthoquinone derivative, 2-decylamino-5,8-dimethoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (2-decylamino-DMNQ), on VSMC proliferation and examined the molecular basis of the underlying mechanism. In a dose-dependent manner, 2-decylamino-DMNQ inhibited PDGF-stimulated VSMC proliferation with no apparent cytotoxic effect. While 2-decylamino-DMNQ did not affect PDGF-Rβ or Akt, it did inhibit the phosphorylation of Erk1/2 and PLCγ1 induced by PDGF. Moreover, 2-decylamino-DMNQ suppressed DNA synthesis through the arrest of cell cycle progression at the G0/G1 phase, including the suppression of pRb phosphorylation and a decrease in PCNA expression, which was related to the downregulation of cell cycle regulatory factors, such as cyclin D1/E and CDK 2/4. It was demonstrated that both U0126, an Erk1/2 inhibitor, and U73122, a PLCγ inhibitor, increased the proportion of cells in the G0/G1 phase of the cell cycle. Thus, these results suggest that 2-decylamino DMNQ has an inhibitory effect on PDGF-induced VSMC proliferation and the mechanism of this action is through cell cycle arrest at the G0/G1 phase. This may be a useful tool for studying interventions for vascular restenosis in coronary revascularization procedures and stent implantation.  相似文献

Native LDL may be a mitogenic stimulus of VSMC proliferation in lesions where endothelial disruption occurs. Recent studies have demonstrated that the mitogenic effects of LDL are accompanied by Erk1/2 activation via an unknown G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR). In this article, we report that LDL translocated PKCβII and PKCθ from cytosol to plasma membrane, and inhibition of PKCβII and PKCθ decreased LDL effects via the deactivation of Erk1/2. Moreover, pertussis toxin, but not cholera toxin or heparin, inhibited LDL-induced translocation of PKCβII and PKCθ, suggesting that Gi protein plays a role in LDL effects. Of LPA, S1P, and LDL, whose signaling is conveyed via Gi/o proteins, only LDL induced translocation of PKCβII and PKCθ. Inhibition of PKCβII or PKCθ, as well as of Erk1/2 and GPCR, decreases LDL-induced upregulation of Egr-1, which is critical for cell proliferation. This is the first report, to our knowledge, that the participation of PKCθ in VSMC proliferation is unique.  相似文献

Histone acetyltransferases and deacetylases maintain dynamics of lysine acetylation/deacetylation on histones and nonhistone substrates involved in gene regulation and cellular events. Hos2 is a Class I histone deacetylases that deacetylates unique histone H4‐K16 site in yeasts. Here, we report that orthologous Hos2 deacetylates H4‐K16 and is also involved in the acetylation of histone H3‐K56 and the phosphorylation of histone H2A‐S129 and cyclin‐dependent kinase 1 CDK1‐Y15 in Beauveria bassiana, a filamentous fungal insect pathogen. These site‐specific modifications are evidenced with hyperacetylated H4‐K16, hypoacetylated H3‐K56, and both hypophosphorylated H2A‐S129 and CDK1‐Y15 in absence of hos2. Consequently, the Δhos2 mutant suffered increased sensitivities to DNA‐damaging and oxidative stresses, disturbed cell cycle, impeded cytokinesis, increased cell size or length, reduced conidiation capacity, altered conidial properties, and attenuated virulence. These phenotypic changes correlated well with dramatic repression of many genes that are essential for DNA damage repair, G1/S transition and DNA synthesis, hyphal septation, and asexual development. The uncovered ability for Hos2 to directly deacetylate H4‐K16 and to indirectly modify H3‐K56, H2A‐S129, and CDK1‐Y15 provides novel insight into more subtle regulatory role for Hos2 in genomic stability and diverse cellular events in the fungal insect pathogen than those revealed previously in nonentomophathogenic fungi.  相似文献

H2S (hydrogen sulfide), regarded as the third gaseous transmitter, is implicated in ulcerative colitis and colorectal cancers. The present study investigates the effects of H2S on cell proliferation in human colon cancer HCT 116 cells and SW480 cells. We identified the two key enzymes, CBS and CSE, for H2S synthesis in HCT 116 cells. An exogenously administered H2S donor NaHS induced cell proliferation in a concentration‐dependent manner, with optimal proliferative concentration at 200 μmol/l. NaHS administration increased Akt and ERK phosphorylation. Blockade of Akt and ERK activation attenuated NaHS‐induced cell proliferation. Cell‐cycle analysis showed that NaHS treatment for 6 h decreased the proportion of cells in G0–G1 phase and increased the proportion of cells in S phase. Protein expressions of Cyclin D1 and PCNA (proliferating cell nuclear antigen) were not altered, but the cyclin‐dependent kinase inhibitor p21Waf1/Cip1 was inhibited significantly by NaHS treatment. NaHS significantly reduced NO metabolite levels. In conclusion, NaHS induced human colon cancer cell proliferation. This effect might be mediated by the increase of Akt and ERK phosphorylation and the decrease of p21Waf1/Cip1 expression and NO production. The results suggested a role for H2S in human colonic cancer development.  相似文献

Leukotriene-C4 synthase (LTC4S) generates LTC4 from arachidonic acid metabolism. LTC4 is a proinflammatory factor that acts on plasma membrane cysteinyl leukotriene receptors. Recently, however, we showed that LTC4 was also a cytosolic second messenger that activated store-independent LTC4-regulated Ca2+ (LRC) channels encoded by Orai1/Orai3 heteromultimers in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs). We showed that Orai3 and LRC currents were up-regulated in medial and neointimal VSMCs after vascular injury and that Orai3 knockdown inhibited LRC currents and neointimal hyperplasia. However, the role of LTC4S in neointima formation remains unknown. Here we show that LTC4S knockdown inhibited LRC currents in VSMCs. We performed in vivo experiments where rat left carotid arteries were injured using balloon angioplasty to cause neointimal hyperplasia. Neointima formation was associated with up-regulation of LTC4S protein expression in VSMCs. Inhibition of LTC4S expression in injured carotids by lentiviral particles encoding shRNA inhibited neointima formation and inward and outward vessel remodeling. LRC current activation did not cause nuclear factor for activated T cells (NFAT) nuclear translocation in VSMCs. Surprisingly, knockdown of either LTC4S or Orai3 yielded more robust and sustained Akt1 and Akt2 phosphorylation on Ser-473/Ser-474 upon serum stimulation. LTC4S and Orai3 knockdown inhibited VSMC migration in vitro with no effect on proliferation. Akt activity was suppressed in neointimal and medial VSMCs from injured vessels at 2 weeks postinjury but was restored when the up-regulation of either LTC4S or Orai3 was prevented by shRNA. We conclude that LTC4S and Orai3 altered Akt signaling to promote VSMC migration and neointima formation.  相似文献

The proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells may perform a crucial role in the pathogenesis of diabetic vascular disease. AMPK additionally exerts several salutary effects on vascular function and improves vascular abnormalities. The current study sought to determine whether sodium tanshinone IIA silate (STS) has an inhibitory effect on vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) proliferation and migration under high glucose conditions mimicking diabetes without dyslipidemia, and establish the underlying mechanism. In this study, STS promoted the phosphorylation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) at T172 in VSMCs. VSMC proliferation was enhanced under high glucose (25 mM glucose, HG) versus normal glucose conditions (5.5 mM glucose, NG), and this increase was inhibited significantly by STS treatment. We utilized western blotting analysis to evaluate the effects of STS on cell-cycle regulatory proteins and found that STS increased the expression of p53 and the Cdk inhibitor, p21, subsequent decreased the expression of cell cycle-associated protein, cyclin D1. We further observed that STS arrested cell cycle progression at the G0/G1 phase. Additionally, expression and enzymatic activity of MMP-2, translocation of NF-κB, as well as VSMC migration were suppressed in the presence of STS. Notably, Compound C (CC), a specific inhibitor of AMPK, as well as AMPK siRNA blocked STS-mediated inhibition of VSMC proliferation and migration. We further evaluated its potential for activating AMPK in aortas in animal models of type 2 diabetes and found that Oral administration of STS for 10 days resulted in activation of AMPK in aortas from ob/ob or db/db mice. In conclusion, STS inhibits high glucose-induced VSMC proliferation and migration, possibly through AMPK activation. The growth suppression effect may be attributable to activation of AMPK-p53-p21 signaling, and the inhibitory effect on migration to the AMPK/NF-κB signaling axis.  相似文献

Deterioration in the quality of mammalian mature oocytes during metaphase-II (M-II) arrest is called “oocyte aging”. Although histone acetylation may affect the progression of aging in murine oocytes, the mechanism is unknown. The objective was to determine the role of ooplasmic reactive oxygen species (ROS) in acetylation of histone H4 at lysine 12 (acH4K12) in porcine aged oocytes in vitro. Based on immunostaining with a specific antibody, acetylation of H4K12 in porcine oocytes increased during in vitro aging, which coincided with changing patterns of ooplasmic ROS content. Furthermore, both hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and the mitochondrial membrane potential disrupter, carbonyl cyanide 3-chlorophenylhydrazone (CCCP), which can moderately elevate oocyte ROS content, significantly increased acetylation levels of H4K12 in porcine oocytes. It was noteworthy that acetylation in the CCCP group was decreased when ROS was counteracted by cysteine, a common antioxidant. In addition, the intracellular mRNA abundance of acetyltransferase gene HAT1 in aged and H2O2 treated oocytes was higher than in M-II phase oocytes, suggesting that HAT1 was involved in this reaction. After parthenogenetic activation, a lower proportion of oocytes developed to the blastocyst stage after CCCP or H2O2 treatment when compared with M-II phase oocytes (20 and 0% for CCCP and H2O2 groups, respectively, versus 42% for the M-II group, P < 0.05). In conclusion, elevated levels of H4K12 acetylation were attributed to increased ooplasmic ROS content during porcine oocyte aging in vitro.  相似文献

Inhibitor of growth (ING) family of proteins are known to coordinate with histone acetyltransferases and regulate the key events of cell cycle and DNA repair. Previous work from our lab showed that Ing1b regulated the nucleotide excision repair by facilitating histone acetylation and subsequent chromatin relaxation. Further, it was also shown that Ing1b protected the cells from genomic instability induced cell death by promoting ubiquitination of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). In the present study we explored the role of Ing1b in the repair of oxidized DNA and prevention of oxidative stress induced genotoxic cell death. Using HCT116 cells we show that Ing1b protein expression is induced by treatment with H2O2. Ing1b lacking cells showed decreased ability to repair the oxidized DNA. PCNA monoubiquitination, a critical event of DNA repair was blunted in Ing1b knock down cells and augmented in Ing1b over expressing cells. Moreover, oxidative stress induced cell death was higher in cells lacking Ing1b whereas it was lower in Ing1b over expressing cells. Finally we show that inhibition of histone deacetylases, rescued the Ing1b knock down cells from cytotoxic effects of H2O2 treatment.  相似文献

The identity of calcium channels in the thyroid is unclear. In human follicular thyroid ML-1 cancer cells, sphingolipid sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P), through S1P receptors 1 and 3 (S1P1/S1P3), and VEGF receptor 2 (VEGFR2) stimulates migration. We show that human thyroid cells express several forms of transient receptor potential canonical (TRPC) channels, including TRPC1. In TRPC1 knockdown (TRPC1-KD) ML-1 cells, the basal and S1P-evoked invasion and migration was attenuated. Furthermore, the expression of S1P3 and VEGFR2 was significantly down-regulated. Transfecting wild-type ML-1 cells with a nonconducting TRPC1 mutant decreased S1P3 and VEGFR2 expression. In TRPC1-KD cells, receptor-operated calcium entry was decreased. To investigate whether the decreased receptor expression was due to attenuated calcium entry, cells were incubated with the calcium chelator BAPTA-AM (1,2-bis(o-aminophenoxy)ethane-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid). In these cells, and in cells where calmodulin and calmodulin-dependent kinase were blocked pharmacologically, S1P3 and VEGFR2 expression was decreased. In TRPC1-KD cells, both hypoxia-inducible factor 1α expression and the secretion and activity of MMP2 and MMP9 were attenuated, and proliferation was decreased in TRPC1-KD cells. This was due to a prolonged G1 phase of the cell cycle, a significant increase in the expression of the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors p21 and p27, and a decrease in the expression of cyclin D2, cyclin D3, and CDK6. Transfecting TRPC1 to TRPC1-KD cells rescued receptor expression, migration, and proliferation. Thus, the expression of S1P3 and VEGFR2 is mediated by a calcium-dependent mechanism. TRPC1 has a crucial role in this process. This regulation is important for the invasion, migration, and proliferation of thyroid cancer cells.  相似文献

The effect of GS (ginsenosides) on proliferation of chicken GCs (granulosa cells) from prehierarchical SYF (small yellow follicles) was evaluated, and involvement of the PKC (protein kinase C) signalling pathway as well as mRNA expression of cyclins and CDK (cyclin‐dependent kinase) were investigated. Whole SYF or GCs isolated from SYF were cultured in Medium 199 supplemented with 0.5% FCS (fetal calf serum). After 16 h, the cells were challenged with GS alone or in combination with PKC inhibitor H7 or activator PMA (phorbol 12‐myristate 13‐acetate) for 24 h in serum‐free medium. Results showed that in both whole follicles and pure GCs monolayer culture system, GS (0.1–10 μg/ml) significantly increased the number of GCs in SYF in a dose‐dependent manner, and this stimulatory effect was inhibited by H7, but enhanced by PMA. Meanwhile, the PCNA‐LI (proliferating cell nuclear antigen labelling index) of GCs displayed similar changes with the cell number. Mechanism of GS action was further evaluated in cultured GCs separated from SYF. Western blot analysis showed that 10 μg/ml GS increased PKC translocation from cytoplasm to the plasma membrane of the GCs to become the active state. This effect was blocked by H7. Furthermore, GS up‐regulated the expression of cyclin D1/CDK6 and cyclin E/CDK2 mRNAs in GCs; however, inhibition of PKC with H7 attenuated this stimulatory effect. These results indicated that GS could stimulate proliferation of chicken GCs through activated PKC‐involved up‐regulation of cyclin D1/CDK6 and cyclin E/CDK2 genes, subsequently promoting development of the chicken prehierarchical follicles.  相似文献

The present study was designed to investigate the role of endogenous sulfur dioxide (SO2) in vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) proliferation, and explore the possible role of cross-talk between cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP)/protein kinase A (PKA) and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (Erk)/mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways in this action. By cell counting, growth curve depict, flow cytometry and bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) labeling assays, we found that SO2 inhibited VSMC proliferation by preventing cell cycle progression from G1 to S phase and by reducing DNA synthesis. SO2 synthase aspartate aminotransferase (AAT1 and AAT2) overexpression significantly inhibited serum-induced proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) protein expression in VSMCs, demonstrated by western blot analysis. Moreover, overexpression of AAT1 or AAT2 markedly reduced incorporation of BrdU in serum-treated VSMCs. By contrast, either AAT1 or AAT2 knockdown significantly exacerbated serum-stimulated VSMC proliferation. Thus, both exogenous- and endogenous-derived SO2 suppressed serum-induced VSMC proliferation. However, annexin V-propidium iodide (PI) staining and cell cycle analysis demonstrated that SO2 did not influence VSMC apoptosis in the serum-induced proliferation model. In a platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)-BB-stimulated VSMC proliferation model, SO2 dephosphorylated the active sites of Erk1/2, MAPK kinase 1/2 and RAF proto-oncogene serine/threonine-protein kinase (c-Raf) induced by PDGF-BB. However, the inactivation of the three kinases of the Erk/MAPK pathway was not due to the separate interferences on them by SO2 simultaneously, but a consequence of the influence on the upstream activity of the c-Raf molecule. Hence, we examined the cAMP/PKA pathway, which could inhibit Erk/MAPK transduction in VSMCs. The results showed that SO2 could stimulate the cAMP/PKA pathway to block c-Raf activation, whereas the Ser259 site on c-Raf had an important role in SO2-induced suppression of Erk/MAPK pathway. The present study firstly demonstrated that SO2 exerted a negative regulation of VSMC proliferation via suppressing the Erk/MAPK pathway mediated by cAMP/PKA signaling.  相似文献

Two sister chromatids must be held together by a cohesion process from their synthesis during S phase to segregation in anaphase. Despite its pivotal role in accurate chromosome segregation, how cohesion is established remains elusive. Here, we demonstrate that yeast Rtt101‐Mms1, Cul4 family E3 ubiquitin ligases are stronger dosage suppressors of loss‐of‐function eco1 mutants than PCNA. The essential cohesion reaction, Eco1‐catalyzed Smc3 acetylation is reduced in the absence of Rtt101‐Mms1. One of the adaptor subunits, Mms22, associates directly with Eco1. Point mutations (L61D/G63D) in Eco1 that abolish the interaction with Mms22 impair Smc3 acetylation. Importantly, an eco1LGpol30A251V double mutant displays additive Smc3ac reduction. Moreover, Smc3 acetylation and cohesion defects also occur in the mutants of other replication‐coupled nucleosome assembly (RCNA) factors upstream or downstream of Rtt101‐Mms1, indicating unanticipated cross talk between histone modifications and cohesin acetylation. These data suggest that fork‐associated Cul4‐Ddb1 E3s, together with PCNA, coordinate chromatin reassembly and cohesion establishment on the newly replicated sister chromatids, which are crucial for maintaining genome and chromosome stability.  相似文献

Vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) from spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) exhibit hyperproliferation and overexpression of cell cycle proteins. We earlier showed that small peptide fragments of cytoplasmic domain of natriuretic receptor-C (NPR-C) attenuate vasoactive peptide-induced hyperproliferation of VSMC. The present study investigated if C-ANP4–23, a specific agonist of NPR-C, could attanuate the hyperproliferation of VSMC from SHR by inhibiting the overexpression of cell cycle proteins and examine the underlying signaling pathways contributing to this inhibition. The proliferation of VSMC was determined by [3H] thymidine incorporation and the expression of proteins was determined by Western blotting. The hyperproliferation of VSMC from SHR and overexpression of cyclin D1,cyclin A, cyclin E, cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (cdk2), phosphorylated retinoblastoma protein (pRb), Giα proteins and enhanced phosphorylation of ERK1/2 and AKT exhibited by VSMC from SHR were attenuated by C-ANP4–23 to control levels. In addition, in vivo treatment of SHR with C-ANP4–23 also attenuated the enhanced proliferation of VSMC. Furthemore, PD98059, wortmannin and pertussis toxin, the inhibitors of MAP kinase, PI3kinase and Giα proteins respectively, also attenuated the hyperproliferation of VSMC from SHR and overexpression of cell cycle proteins to control levels. These results indicate that NPR-C activation by C-ANP4–23 attenuates the enhanced levels of cell cycle proteins through the inhibition of enhanced expression of Giα proteins and enhanced activation of MAPkinase/PI3kinase and results in the attenuation of hyperproliferation of VSMC from SHR. It may be suggested that C-ANP4–23 could be used as a therapeutic agent in the treatment of vascular complications associated with hypertension, atherosclerosis and restenosis.  相似文献

Evidence is presented that association of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) with nuclear chromatin in human fibroblasts is related to the phosphorylation status of the protein. Using a hypotonic lysis procedure to extract the soluble form of PCNA, it has been shown that the remaining nuclear-bound form, predominantly in S-phase cells, is highly phosphorylated. Cells in early G1, or in G2 + M phases, contain basal levels of the bound form of the protein that is only weakly phosphorylated. Using fractionated immunoprecipitation techniques, PCNA was found to be associated with cyclin A in both soluble and insoluble fractions. In contrast, association of PCNA with cyclin D1 was found in the soluble fraction, while no detectable levels were present in the insoluble fraction. Immunofluorescence labeling and flow cytometric analysis of the cell cycle distribution of cyclin D1 and cyclin A showed that, like PCNA, maximal levels of both proteins were bound to nuclear structures at the G1/S phase boundary. These results suggest that binding of PCNA to DNA synthesis sites occurs after phosphorylation. Association with cyclin D1 and cyclin A might occur in a macromolecular complex assembled at the G1/S phase boundary to drive activation of DNA replication factors.  相似文献

Glutaredoxin 2 (Grx2) belongs to the oxidoreductase family and is an isozyme of glutaredoxin 1 (Grx1) present in the mitochondria, however its function is not well understood. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the potential anti-apoptotic function of Grx2 by examining its ability to protect complex I in the mitochondrial electron transport system using human lens epithelial cells as a model. We found that cells treated with 200 μM hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) for 24 h exhibited decreased viability and became apoptotic with corresponding Bax up-regulation, Bcl-2 down-regulation, caspase 3 activation and mitochondrial cytochrome c leakage. Grx2 over-expression (OE) could protect cells against H2O2-induced damage while Grx2 knockdown (KD) showed the opposite effect. Under the same conditions, H2O2 treatment caused 50% inactivation of complex I activity in control cells (vector only), 75% in Grx2 KD cells but only 20% in Grx2 OE cells. Furthermore, the inactivated complex I in the H2O2-treated cells could be protected mostly by importing the purified nascent Grx2 protein, but not the Grx2 protein mutated at the active site with C70S, or C73S, or with C70S plus C73S. Immunoprecipitation study also revealed that Grx2 co-precipitated with complex I, but not complex II, in the mitochondrial lysate. Thus, the mechanism of Grx2 protection against H2O2-induced apoptosis is likely associated with its ability to preserve complex I.  相似文献
