棉铃虫成虫对性信息素的电生理和行为反应研究   总被引:2,自引:3,他引:2  
通过EAG和风洞实验,研究了棉铃虫雌雄成虫对性信息素组分和诱芯(Z-11-16Ald∶Z-9-16Ald=97∶3)的电生理反应。其中棉铃虫雌、雄蛾对诱芯的平均EAG反应测定值分别为1.06mV和4.32mV,分别高出对照(无性信息素空白诱芯)0.67mV和0.366mV,差异均达到极显著水平(雌蛾:t=25.020, P≤0.01;雄蛾:t=44.269,P≤0.01);棉铃虫雌蛾对性信息素组分(Z-11-16-Ald和Z-9.16Ald)的EAG反应值随浓度增加而增加;雄蛾在被剪除触角后与雌蛾不能正常交配,而雌蛾在被剪除触角后仍有40%的交配率,比正常雌雄蛾的交配率(70%)有所下降;在风洞实验中,雄蛾没有顺风远离诱源的飞行行为,趋向诱源的比率为81.8%,与对照有显著差异。研究表明性信息素组分对棉铃虫的交配活动有明显的影响。  相似文献

以顺3-己烯乙酸酯为标准化合物,研究了豆野螟雌、雄成虫触角对不同浓度的植物挥发性和性信息素化合物组分的触角电位(EAG)反应.结果表明:豆野螟雌、雄成虫触角对植物挥发性气味具有强烈的EAG反应,但在大部分浓度下,雌、雄虫的反应没有显著差异.在测试的9种植物挥发性化合物中,雌、雄虫对高浓度反-2-己烯醛刺激的相对EAG反应的最大值分别达到250%和260%,且雌、雄虫触角对这种化合物的EAG反应的形状也有很大差异;但对豇豆花气味中的柏木烯和柏木脑没有明显的EAG反应.雌、雄蛾对性信息素都有明显反应,且雌、雄虫的反应存在显著差异,雄虫触角对性信息素化合物主要组分(反10,反12)-十六碳二烯醛的EAG反应的最大值达到250%,远超过雌虫反应的最大值(53%).雌、雄成虫这种神经感觉反应的差异反映了它们在感器结构、功能和行为上的差异.  相似文献

粘虫雄蛾触角对其性信息素的电生理反应   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
用自行组装的触角电位仪,测定了粘虫Mythimna separata雄蛾蛾龄对标准化合物顺-11-十六碳烯醛(Z11-16:A1d)、顺-9-十六碳烯醛(Z9-16:Ald)和十六碳醛(16:A1d)的EAG反应的影响,分析了雄蛾触角对3种标准化合物的剂量-反应关系,发现粘虫雄蛾对Zll-16,Ald和Z9-16:Ald的剂量-反应曲线呈现出典型的“S”型,并且反应阐值较低。而对16:A1d几乎没有反应。最为重要的是检测了粘虫雄蛾对雌蛾腺体提取物的EAG反应,反应值的大小与样品中所提取的雌蛾腺体数目成正比。通过检测粘虫雄蛾对羽化不同天数,以及同一天羽化、在暗期不同时辰提取的雌蛾腺体提取物的EAG反应,证实了粘虫雄蛾的反应曲线与雌蛾释放性信息素的时辰节律呈正相关。还比较了烟青虫和粘虫雄蛾对粘虫雌蛾腺体提取物的EAG反应,间接证实了粘虫雌蛾腺体提取物中可能含有次要组分Z9-16;A1d。  相似文献

测定了棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera处女雌蛾和交配雌蛾对小麦花中单一或多个挥发性物质的EAG反应。在单组分或多组分的测定中,棉铃虫处女蛾和交配蛾在P=0.05水平上并不存在显著性差异,但在混合的绿叶气味物质中加入含量为1×10-5~5×10-5(体积比)的正庚醛时,交配蛾对混合物的触角电位反应显著高于处女蛾的反应(P<0.05)。  相似文献

本项研究以Tenax TA、Tenax GR为吸附剂,正己烷为洗脱剂,得到了玉米雄穗、玉米花丝、棉花花、棉花顶尖、棉蕾、芹菜、花生叶及花的挥发油。触角电位(EAG)测试结果表明,参试寄主植物及器官的挥发油均有一定的EAG活性,EAG的反应幅度为0.1~1.2mV,雌性棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera对其产卵寄主或器官的EAG反应在1~10日龄内有随着日龄增加而增大的趋势,交配蛾对棉花花、棉花嫩尖、芹菜、棉蕾的挥发油的EAG反应显著高于处女蛾,雌蛾在经过花生、玉米花丝及棉花顶尖挥发油处理的滤纸上落卵量显著高于对照,表明这几种挥发油中含有可刺激棉铃虫选择其产卵的它感信息化合物。剂量反应曲线表明,交配可显著降低雌蛾对棉花嫩尖和棉花花挥发油的敏感阈值。四臂嗅觉仪测试棉铃虫对不同寄主植物挥发油的行为反应表明,棉蕾、棉花叶、玉米花丝、花生的挥发油均具有-定的诱蛾活性,选择系数分别为0.78、0.61、0.49、0.31。  相似文献

为了探明竹横锥大象Cyrtotrachelus buqueti Guerin-Meneville是否存在两性间的引诱作用,以及寄主植物慈竹Neosinocalamus affinis笋对两性行为的影响,采用Y型嗅觉仪测定了竹横锥大象雌、雄成虫对4种虫体及寄主挥发物不同处理(雌、雄成虫,慈竹笋与雌、雄成虫的复合体)的行为反应,测定了触角不同部位对雌雄成虫3种虫体的提取物(整体、鞘翅、后肠)及其与寄主植物挥发物质联合作用的触角电位反应(EAG)。结果表明:雌成虫挥发物对雄虫有较高的引诱活性,对雌虫有驱避作用;雄成虫挥发物对雌虫有一定的引诱作用。雌、雄成虫对虫体与竹笋复合体气味的行为和电生理反应均显著或极显著高于对相应虫体挥发物的反应。经EAG测定,触角各部位对虫体不同部位挥发物的EAG值差异明显,触角端部对虫体与植物挥发性物质的联合作用EAG反应差异极其显著(P<0.01)。竹横锥大象对沾染雌雄成虫虫体提取物的玻璃棒有一定的兴奋表现,雌虫兴奋率为6.67%,雄虫为26.67%。结果提示,竹横锥大象种内存在信息素,雌虫释放的信息素对同类雄虫有很强的引诱作用,而雄虫所释放的信息素对同类雌虫有引诱作用,添加寄主植物能够增强两性间的引诱效果。  相似文献

【目的】筛选对灰茶尺蠖Ectropis grisescens成虫有引诱或驱避活性的植物性物质,为开发灰茶尺蠖的"推-拉"绿色防治策略提供可选择的基础材料。【方法】利用触角电位(EAG)和Y型嗅觉仪测定灰茶尺蠖雌、雄蛾对土荆芥Chenopodium ambrosioides、留兰香Mentha spicata和黄花蒿Artemisia annua 3种非寄主植物精油的触角电位和行为反应。【结果】灰茶尺蠖雌、雄蛾对土荆芥、留兰香和黄花蒿这3种非寄主植物精油均产生依浓度而变化的触角电位反应,随着精油浓度的升高,触角电位呈现先升高后下降的趋势,最大值分别出现在1,100和100 mg/L浓度下;雄虫对土荆芥和留兰香精油的EAG值大于雌虫,对黄花蒿精油的反应则相反。行为反应测试表明,土荆芥和黄花蒿精油对灰茶尺蠖雌、雄虫定向行为不显著,留兰香精油表现为显著的驱避作用。【结论】灰茶尺蠖对土荆芥、留兰香和黄花蒿这3种非寄主植物精油均产生电生理反应,其中留兰香精油对其具有显著驱避作用。  相似文献

发展了一套测定棉铃虫Helicoverpaarmigera (H櫣bner)对植物挥发物的行为反应的生测系统。这套系统由嗅觉仪、风洞和风洞室组成。用这套系统测定了棉铃虫对萎蔫后的枫杨Pterocaryastenoptera叶、加拿大杨Populuscanadensis叶、香椿Toonasisnensis叶、新鲜的芹菜与胡萝卜花挥发物以及苯乙醛的行为反应。结果显示 ,萎蔫的枫杨叶、加拿大杨叶、香椿叶的挥发物均对棉铃虫处女雌蛾表现出显著的引诱作用 ,而对已交配过的雌蛾和雄蛾无明显的引诱作用 ;新鲜的芹菜与胡萝卜花挥发物对棉铃虫两性性成虫均不表现出显著的引诱作用 ;苯乙醛对棉铃虫处女雌、雄蛾有较强的引诱作用。讨论了杨树枝把引诱棉铃虫的原因。  相似文献

利用触角电位技术(EAG)研究棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera对17种植物气味物质的嗅觉反应,实验结果表明:棉铃虫雄蛾、雌蛾对所试各种植物气味物质均无明显的嗅觉反应差异,不同种类的气味物质能引起不同的EAG反应。对其中的几种植物气味物质进行了引诱产卵实验及田间诱蛾实验,结果表明:某些寄主植物的挥发性次生物质显示出较好的引诱产卵活性,且对棉铃虫性诱剂具有增效和协同作用。田间实验数据显示,增加了植物气味物质的棉铃虫性诱剂与单一的棉铃虫性诱剂相比差异显著。  相似文献

为筛选出适宜配制横坑切梢小蠹(Tomicus minor Hartig)引诱剂的有效化合物,测定了横坑切梢小蠹雌、雄成虫对寄主云南松主要挥发性化合物的触角电位(EAG)和行为反应。结果表明:与对照相比,在10 g·L-1浓度刺激下所测试的9种植物挥发物都能引起横坑切梢小蠹雌、雄虫触角的EAG反应,且触角对不同挥发物的EAG反应差异显著(P0.05),其中雌、雄虫对(+)-α-蒎烯、(+)-柠檬烯、(+)-3-蒈烯、β-蒎烯和异松油烯的EAG反应较强;在剂量反应试验中,雌、雄虫的EAG反应都随着(+)-α-蒎烯、(+)-柠檬烯、(+)-3-蒈烯和β-蒎烯浓度的增加而增强,当浓度增加到10 g·L-1时,EAG反应最强;而雌、雄虫对异松油烯的EAG反应在1 g·L-1最强;除(+)-柠檬烯没有明显的定向作用外,(+)-α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、(+)-3-蒈烯和异松油烯对横坑切梢小蠹均表现出了明显的引诱作用;行为反应多重比较表明,(+)-α-蒎烯在10 g·L-1浓度下对雌雄虫的引诱作用最大。该研究结果可为开发横坑切梢小蠹林间引诱剂提供参考。  相似文献

用含Bt毒素的人工饲料饲养棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera 3龄幼虫至成虫(死亡率为40%~50%),采用触角电位 (electroantennogram, EAG) 技术,测定了雄蛾对雌蛾性信息素2种组分顺9-十六碳烯醛(Z9-16:Ald)、顺11-十六碳烯醛(Z11-16:Ald)及其混合物(Z11-16:Ald∶Z9-16:Ald=97∶3)的EAG反应。结果表明,Bt毒素对雄蛾感受性信息素单一组分和混合物的EAG反应均具促进作用;且随信息素剂量的增加,这种促进作用也随之增强。这一结果对于评价和实施延缓棉铃虫对Bt棉抗性的“庇护所"策略,具有一定的参考意义。  相似文献

Moringa oleifera is a miracle plant rich in nutrients, antioxidants, and antibiotic properties. Present study was designed to evaluate various biochemical attributes of leaves and flowers of M. oleifera. Plant parts (leaves, flowers) of M. oleifera, collected from different roadsides of Multan district, Punjab, Pakistan, were used as experimental material. Result indicates that alkaloids, saponin, carbohydrates, fats, and protein had a high value in the aqueous extract of both leaves and flowers of M. oleifera. Whereas phenol content was high in methanolic leaves extract and the phenol contents were high in aqueous extract of flowers. The extract yield of M. oleifera leaves and flowers both showed a higher percentage in aqueous extract (57.5%), followed by methanol extract and lowest in ethyl acetate extract. Flavonoids contents were higher in ethyl acetate extract of leaves (33.67%) and aqueous extract of flowers (53.71%). While crude fiber was high in methanolic extract of leaves (12.40%) and in flowers crude fiber was high in ethyl acetate extract (15.86%). The moisture contents were higher in leaves (8.87%) than flowers (7.3%) and similarly, ash percentage in flowers (52.60%) than leaves (41.84%). Ethyl acetate extracts of M. oleifera leaves show antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa while methanolic extract of M. oleifera flowers shows antibacterial activity against Xanthomonas sp. Maximum growth inhibits show in all extracts of leaves against Aspergillus flavus, F. oxysporum, and P. glabrum except for the concentrated aqueous extract of leaves. While in flowers maximum growth inhibits all extracts against P. glabrum, A. niger, and A. flavus except the diluted ethyl acetate extract. Phytochemicals present in different parts of moringa have significant edible and commercial potential. Moringa extracts exhibited significant antimicrobial activity, therefore have applications in pharmaceuticals.  相似文献

Abstract Electroantennogram responses (EAGs) of Lysiphlebia japonica (Ashmead) (Hymenoptera: Aphidiidae) to cotton plant volatiles and cotton aphid pheromones were measured with EAG recording techniques. No sexual difference of EAG responses was found to all test samples under concentration of 10 μl/ml. The most effective chemicals were 1-heptanol, hexanal, heptanal, saturated primary-alcohols with six-carbon to nine-carbon chain and benzaldehyde. Both male and female showed the highest EAGs to green leaf volatiles (GLVs) and moderate EAGs to terpenoids among which geraniol was the most active. Cotton aphid pheromones elicited relative high EAGs. Among the four plant extracts, cotton leaf extract was the most effective. Dose curves were constructed from six female wasps' EAGs to four chosen chemicals, in which GLVs showed lower thresholds than terpenoids. According to the results above, we may draw the following conclusions: GLVs could be more important in longer distance orientation, while terpenoids may be more important in shorter ranges. Aphid pheromones may be effective attractants to parasitoids. Preadult experience can influence the antenna1 sensitivity of the parasitoid.  相似文献

用不同人工饲料连续饲养棉铃虫Heliothis armtgera;通过试验比较,设计和发展了适合于大量饲养棉铃虫的紫云英-麦胚人工饲料。与自然饲料相比,用这种人工饲料饲养的棉铃虫发育快、存活率高、蛹大、成虫产卵多。已经用紫云英-麦胚人工饲料连续饲养棉铃虫16代,各代幼虫的存活率在85—97%之间,成虫平均产卵1,000多粒,孵化率不低于70%。6龄幼虫对这种人工饲料的利用和转化效率分别是26.7%和65.0%。  相似文献

Our previous results showed that an extract of the abdomens of mated females of the cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera, deterred oviposition of conspecifics. In this paper, we found that the extract, in addition to reducing conspecifics’ oviposition, could elicit strong electroantennogram responses from mated females. The EAG elicitors mainly came from mature chorionated eggs in the ovarioles. Laid eggs or their surface extract evoked similar EAG responses. The main chemical components of the EAG elicitors from mature chorionated and laid eggs were myristic, palmitic, stearic, and oleic acids. A blend of authentic fatty acids at the ratio found in the laid eggs and in an amount equivalent to 100 laid eggs mimicked the EAG response and deterring effect. Moreover, these four oviposition-deterring fatty acids and their corresponding methyl esters evoked significantly higher EAG responses from both mated females and males than hexane blank and background. The EAG values differed among the test chemicals and between sexes. These results demonstrate that the four fatty acids from eggs are at least partially responsible for the oviposition-deterring effect of the extract from the abdomens of mated female H. armigera and that the moths may detect these chemicals olfactorily by antennae.  相似文献

利用放射化学的方法分别检测了棉铃虫Helicoverpaarmigera、粘虫Mythimnaseparata幼虫和成虫肠中咽侧体静止激素 (allatostatin ,AS)样的活性物质。发现在棉铃虫、粘虫幼虫和成虫肠中均存在的AS样活性物质 ,可以在体外抑制咽侧体 (corporaallata,CA)的保幼激素 ( juvenilehormone,JH)的生物合成。生物测定的结果表明 ,粘虫幼虫肠中AS样活性物质的含量较棉铃虫的高 ;粘虫 1个幼虫肠当量对CA的JH合成的抑制率达 4 3% ,而棉铃虫幼虫肠只有 2 6%。无论是棉铃虫还是粘虫 ,雌成虫中肠对CA的抑制比雄成虫中肠的高 ,后肠对CA的JH合成的抑制明显的低于中肠对CA的抑制。中肠对CA的JH合成的抑制是可回复的。中肠粗提物经蛋白酶水解后对CA合成JH的抑制率降低 ,表明肠中AS样的活性物质是肽或蛋白质  相似文献

The braconid wasp Cotesia plutellae is an important larval parasitoid of the diamondback moth (DBM) Plutella xylostella, which a major pest of crucifers in the tropics and subtropics. The peripheral olfactory responses of antennal chemoreceptors of C. plutellae to various cruciferous host plants of DBM and host larval body (cuticle) extracts were examined by electroantennogram (EAG) detection and the behavioral response to a concentration of 1% was analyzed in a Y‐tube olfactometer. Females of C. plutellae exhibited dose‐dependant EAG response for all the extracts tested. Antennal stimulation with 0.1 and 1% concentrations elicited stronger EAG responses than lower concentrations for all the extracts. Host plant extracts were more stimulatory to virgin females, while gravid females exhibited increased antennal sensitivity to host larval body extract odors. In the flight orientation studies, virgin females exhibited increased orientation toward host plant extracts, while gravid females oriented more toward host larval body odors. The EAG response profile and the corresponding orientation behavior revealed a differential preference by the parasitoid wasp to host plant and host‐related cues. Mustard and cauliflower extracts were more attractive to females than other extracts. The possible behavioral manipulation of this specialist parasitoid using these extracts for effective biological control of diamondback moth is discussed.  相似文献

Genetically modified cotton, Gossypium hirsutum L., cultivars ('Bollgard') that produce crystalline proteins from Bacillus thuringiensis (Berliner) are valuable tools for managing lepidopteran insect pests in the United States. However, high numbers of bollworm, Helicoverpa zea (Boddie), larvae have been observed feeding in white flowers of these cultivars. Fresh tissue bioassays were conducted to investigate bollworm survival on Bollgard and 'Bollgard II' cottons. Bollworm survival was higher on square and flower anthers than on other floral structures on 'Deltapine 5415' (conventional cotton) and 'NuCOTN 33B' (Bollgard). Bollworm survival at 72 h was higher on all floral structures from Deltapine 5415 than on corresponding structures from NuCOTN 33B. ELISA tests indicated that CryIA(c) expression varied among plant parts; however, bollworm survival did not correlate with protein expression levels. Trends in bollworm survival on Bollgard II were similar to those on Bollgard and conventional cotton; however, survival was lower on all structures of Bollgard II than on corresponding structures of Bollgard and conventional cotton. These data support field observations of bollworm injury to white flowers and small bolls and provide a better understanding of larval behavior on Bollgard cotton.  相似文献
