关于体外培养周期型马来丝虫(periodic Brugia malayi)感染期幼虫(L_3),近年来国内外有一些报道,系应用含哺乳动物组织细胞系或原代细胞的培养系统培养彭亨丝虫和马来丝虫L_3,可使其幼虫发育至Ⅳ期蚴(L-4)或早期成虫(Chen and Howells,1979; Wong et al.,1982;Mak et al.,1983;郑惠君等,1984)。但未见应用含人体组织细胞系的体外培养系统培养布鲁属丝虫L_3的报道。本研究  相似文献

根据山东长清县张夏镇馒头山馒头组采集到的三叶虫新材料,重新厘定和恢复群星虫(Asteromajia Nan and Chang,1982)作为裂头虫科内有效属名的地位,将徐庄虫(Hsuchuangia Lu and Zhu in Qiu et al.,1983),八公山虫(Bagongshania Lin in Qiu et al.,1983)作为群星虫的晚出异名。修订我国以往所描述的毛庄期和徐庄期4个属(Kochaspis Resser,1935,Asteromajia Nan and Chang,1982,Hsuchuangia Lu and Zhu in Qiu et al.,1983,Bagongshania Lin in Qiu et al.,1983)内的15个种的特征和头尾搭配,归并为4属,10种:Temnoura huoshanensis(Zhang and Wang,1985),Zhongtiaoshanaspis angustilimbata(Meng in Zhou et al.,1977),Solenoparia funingensis(An in Duan et al.,2005),Asteromajia hsuchuangensis(Lu in Lu and Dong,1952),A.quadrata(Resser and Endo,1937),A.liuheensis(An,1966),A.huainanensis(Lin in Qiu et al.,1983),A.lüliangshanensis(Zhang and Wang,1985),A.?yangchengensis(Zhang and Wang,1985),A.?longiceps(Lu and Zhu,2001),其中后2个种的归属尚有疑问。  相似文献

微丝蚴在外周血液中的出现,不仅有明显的日夜周期性,还有明显的季节周期性,后一现象不仅发生在马来丝虫(陆素筠,1956)或班氏丝虫的患者(Brengues等,1975),也见于有犬恶丝虫或匐形恶丝虫寄生的犬体(Kume和Ohishi,1965;Katamme等,1970;Aoki,1971;Cancrml,1975a、b;Sawyer,1975)。本文报道实验感染周期型马来丝虫的长爪沙鼠体内微丝蚴的季节周期性。  相似文献

Dear Editor,Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has infected more than 200 million people,causing coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)worldwide.Lungs are the primary target organ of SARS-CoV-2 infection.The mild COVID-19 cases develop symptoms of fever,fatigue,muscle weakness,chest pain,headache and cough(Chen et al.,2020;Wang et al.,2020;Zhu et al.,2020),while severe COIVD-19 cases might have pneumonia,breathing difficulties,multiple organ failure and death(Chen et al.,2020;Wang et al.,2020;Zhu et al.,2020).Both the clinicians and researchers have largely focused on the acute phase of COVID-19,but the long-term health consequences of the COVID-19 patients after clinical recovery remain less investigated.Several clinical cohorts demonstrated that some patients discharged from hospital still experience symptoms including fatigue,muscle weakness,chest pain,cough and breathing difficulties(Carfi et al.,2020;Lim et al.,2020;Huang et al.,2021).Moreover,severely impaired pulmonary diffusion capacities and abnormal chest imaging manifestations were observed in some convalescent patients(Huang et al.,2021).Surprisingly,residual virus(An et al.,2020;Yao et al.,2020;Kim et al.,2021)were detected in some convalescent patients.  相似文献

采用人工感染法,对严重联合免疫缺陷小鼠(Scid 小鼠) 进行夜现周期性斑氏丝虫实验感染研究。结果表明,斑氏丝虫经人工感染后能在Scid 小鼠体内发育成熟并产生微丝蚴,且虫体回收率较高为6~30% ,平均14-8% 。感染的10 只小鼠均在外周血中检获出微丝蚴,及解剖收集到成虫,感染成功率高达100% 。作者认为Scid 小鼠由于T、B淋巴细胞功能缺如,不能产生相应的抗丝虫感染抗体,是一种易于感染成功、潜伏期短、微丝蚴密度及成虫回收率高的较理想的实验动物。  相似文献

本实验用长爪沙鼠体内周期型马来丝虫微丝蚴,感染东乡伊蚊收集感染期幼虫,经腹腔内注射55只小白鼠(昆明种)后,定期抽查小白鼠腹腔液和解剖小白鼠观察丝虫发育情况。在14天、30天、60天、140天和160天时,分别检获了Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期幼虫、童虫和成虫。成虫感染率为34.6%(9/26)。91天还查出微丝蚴。实验结果表明:周期型马来丝虫可以在昆明种小白鼠体内发育到成虫并产生微丝蚴。  相似文献
