荧光成像已被广泛应用于生物医学和临床诊断领域。近红外(Near-infrared,NIR,700–1 700nm)荧光成像在NIR波段对生物组织显影,与可见光波段(400–760 nm)的传统荧光成像相比,更有助于提高成像的信噪比和灵敏度。高质量的荧光成像需要借助良好的荧光探针,纳米技术的快速发展使具备良好荧光特性的有机染料不断涌现。与无机荧光探针相比,有机荧光探针具有安全性高、生物相容性好、光学稳定性强等优点。因此有机荧光探针辅助的NIR荧光成像可为研究者提供生物样品的结构和动态信息,是当前光学、化学、生物医学等多学科交叉研究领域的热点。文中结合近年来有机荧光探针在宫颈癌成像应用中的研究,概述了几种典型的有机荧光探针辅助NIR荧光成像在宫颈癌中的应用,如吲哚青绿、七甲川菁染料、罗丹明类荧光探针和聚合物荧光纳米颗粒,并对其发展前景和应用价值进行了展望。  相似文献

目的:以肿瘤血管靶向肽GX1修饰的人血清白蛋白(HSA)作为吲哚菁绿(ICG)的载体,合成近红外荧光探针GX1-HSA-ICG,研究其作为近红外荧光探针在荷人胃癌裸鼠活体中的靶向成像能力。方法:以HSA作为ICG的载体,通过化学修饰与GX1共价连接,合成GX1-HSA-ICG纳米颗粒探针;使用SDS-PAGE对探针合成进行鉴定;采用探针与脐静脉内皮细胞HUVEC以及与肿瘤细胞共培养的脐静脉内皮细胞Co-HUVEC进行结合和竞争抑制试验,验证探针和Co-HUVEC细胞结合的特异性;利用小动物活体成像系统对皮下荷胃癌小鼠进行近红外荧光活体成像,验证探针在体内的胃癌靶向性。结果:成功合成GX1-HSA-ICG。细胞结合与竞争抑制实验显示GX1-HSA-ICG可与Co-HUVEC细胞特异性结合;荷瘤小鼠活体成像也显示出GX1-HSA-ICG较ICG有更长体内的循环时间,并且胃癌组织局部较HSA-ICG有更强的聚集。结论:本研究成功合成了胃癌血管靶向肽GX1修饰的HSA为荧光染料载体的胃癌血管靶向探针,成功对荷胃癌裸鼠进行了活体成像。使用HSA为载体的探针较单纯使用ICG的肿瘤局部滞留能力显著提高,GX1增加了探针的胃癌靶向特异性。该探针在胃癌的早期诊断和抗肿瘤血管生成治疗评估中具有潜在的应用价值。  相似文献

二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱(DPPC)包被的硫硒镉水溶性量子点转入细菌内,得到“量子点-细菌”复合探针,在
“量子点-细菌”表面通过1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺 (EDC)活化法进一步偶联叶酸分子,制得
“量子点-细菌-叶酸”复合纳米生物探针. 将纳米生物探针经尾静脉注入Lewis肺癌小鼠体内,采用冰冻组
织切片,考察探针在小鼠体内脏器及肿瘤的分布情况. 结果表明,在肿瘤部位检测到较强的量子点光致发光
信号,而在肺、肝、脾等脏器中只检测到微弱的量子点发光信号. “量子点-细菌-叶酸”复合纳米生物探

近红外荧光蛋白因激发光和发射光波长位于近红外区,在动物组织中光吸收和光散射最低,更适宜于动物活体组织的深层成像.构建了一种携带近红外荧光蛋白(near-infrared fluorescent protein,iRFP)713基因的重组表达质粒pAAV-iRFP713,将重组表达质粒与辅助质粒共转染AAV-293细胞,包装重组腺相关病毒(recombinant adeno-associated virus,rAAV)rAAV-iRFP713.重组腺相关病毒表达载体感染体外培养的癌细胞,48h后,荧光显微镜检测显示近红外荧光蛋白在癌细胞中高效表达,荧光明亮.重组腺相关病毒表达载体注射小鼠骨骼肌,48h后,用近红外荧光活体成像系统检测证明近红外荧光蛋白在小鼠骨骼肌中表达较强, 活体组织成像清晰.实验结果表明近红外荧光蛋白在体内体外均能很好地表达并荧光成像,为动物活体组织标记和成像的研究提供新方法.  相似文献

传统光声成像外源对比剂的光吸收主要集中在可见光区和传统近红外区(NIR,750~900 nm),开发具有更高光学组织穿透能力的近红外二区(NIR-Ⅱ,1 000~1 700 nm)光吸收外源对比剂对活体深层组织光声成像具有重要意义。本文中,作者选取了光吸收峰在1 000 nm左右的半导体型单壁碳纳米管为近红外二区光学吸收外源对比剂,测试了其在近红外二区激光激发下能够产生较强的光声效应。进一步地,作者通过将该纳米材料包埋在仿体组织的不同深度的位置,获得了仿体组织的深层光声成像,成像深度可达1.5 cm。试验结果表明,具有近红外二区光吸收能力的半导体型单壁碳纳米管在活体深层组织光声成像中有很大的应用潜力。  相似文献

目的:了解非线性光学显微镜在肝纤维化成像及定量分析研究中的地位。方法:分别用前向二次谐波(SGH)及背向双光子荧光(TPEF)对肝脏标本的成纤维胶原(Ⅰ/Ⅲ)和肝细胞浆进行成像,将结果与传统的Masson’s三染色法进行比较。随后用非线性光学显微镜对不同肝纤维化阶段的大鼠肝脏标本成像,并对图像进行统计分析。结果:(1)用二次谐波成像的肝内成纤维胶原分布图较传统的方法更清晰,易于进一步定量分析;(2)双光子荧光信号可以清晰的显示肝细胞形态;(3)非线性光学显微镜得到的肝纤维化图像易于用软件进行定量分析。结论:非线性光学显微镜是研究肝纤维化进程的灵敏、准确、快速、简单、客观的新方法。其对肝纤维化的定量分析具有重要临床意义。  相似文献

【背景】产气荚膜梭菌ε毒素(ε toxin,ETX)是由B型和D型产气荚膜梭菌产生的一种肠毒素,具有迅速的致命性和经济上的破坏性。【目的】研究ETX对小鼠多个脏器的损伤情况及其在不同小肠肠段的结合情况。【方法】构建纯化偶联红色荧光蛋白的mScarlet-ETX,使用小动物活体成像观察其在小鼠体内的累积情况;使用病理学技术观察ε毒素对小鼠各个脏器和不同肠段的结合情况,以及对脏器的损伤情况。【结果】产气荚膜梭菌感染后,产生的ETX能累积于脑、肾、肺、肝、脾和心脏组织中,并能导致这些脏器的损伤。ETX在小鼠的小肠中主要累积于结肠中。【结论】产气荚膜梭菌ε毒素导致多器官组织损伤,并主要在结肠上被吸收,为治疗和预防携带ε毒素的产气荚膜梭菌感染提供了理论依据。  相似文献

大脑功能的成像检测在认知神经科学领域具有极其重要的意义。现代光子学技术的发展为认知脑成像提供了新的研究手段,在神经系统信息处理机制研究中发挥重要作用。文章介绍了在神经元、神经元网络、特定脑皮层功能构筑以及系统与行为等不同层次开展神经系统信息处理机制研究的各种光学成像技术,包括多光子激发荧光显微成像、内源信号光学成像、激光散斑成像和近红外光学成像等,并评述了这些有特色的光学成像技术在多层次获取和分析神经信息中的研究进展。  相似文献

目的 构建可实时监测的小鼠原发性肝癌(HCC)模型。方法 通过高压水动力学转染技术,PB转座子系统和小鼠活体成像技术建立可实时监测的、由特定癌基因驱动的小鼠原发性肝癌模型。结果 YAP5SA基因诱导表达的小鼠原发性肝癌可以成功模拟Hippo信号通路失活的肝癌亚型;通过每隔1周连续检测,整合YAP5SA-IRES-Fluc的小鼠荧光峰值信号在早期逐渐降低,于3周左右,荧光峰值信号与对照组相比,出现明显差异;PTEN-YAP5SA+模型组的荧光信号峰值与YAP5SA+对照组的荧光信号峰值相比,整体均值偏高;索拉菲尼给药1周后,本模型小鼠的荧光信号停止上升,呈现平稳的趋势。结论 成功构建了一种可实时监测的小鼠原发性肝癌模型,可以进行不同肝癌亚型的分子表征,并以此为基础,为临床筛选肝癌靶向药物提供新方法。  相似文献

目的制备抗人大肠癌单克隆抗体ND-1的量子点荧光探针,实现对大肠癌细胞的靶向成像。方法采用共价偶联方法,以1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺盐酸盐(EDC)和N-羟基硫代琥珀酰亚胺(NHS)为缩合剂,通过在反应体系中加入不同摩尔比例的单克隆抗体ND-1和游离量子点QD605进行条件优化,制备偶联产物ND-1-QD605荧光探针;利用荧光光谱扫描技术对ND-1-QD605进行光学特性表征,并检测其抗光漂白能力;利用免疫荧光方法检测ND-1-QD605对大肠癌细胞的靶向结合能力。结果在量子点QD605与单克隆抗体ND-1摩尔比1:40条件下,可实现二者的高效偶联;荧光光谱分析显示ND-1-QD605保留了游离量子点QD605优良的荧光特性;在激发光照射1h内,ND-1-QD605荧光强度未发生明显改变;荧光显微镜观察可见该探针能够与表达有相应抗原LEA的人大肠癌CCL187细胞特异性结合,呈现高灵敏度、特异性荧光成像。结论制备的单克隆抗体ND-1的量子点荧光探针具有大肠癌细胞靶向成像能力,有望为大肠癌的体内靶向成像研究和临床诊断提供新方法。  相似文献

目的:对比内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌(expressed sequence tags,EST)小切开术联合内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌扩张术(endoscopic papillary balloon dilation,EPBD)与单纯EST对85岁以上老年胆总管结石患者的疗效。方法:选择我院于2014年1月~2020年2月收治的85岁以上老年胆总管结石患者150例,根据入院顺序随机分成两组,每组各75例,给予对照组单纯小切开EST术治疗,给予研究组小切开EST+EPBD术治疗。对比两组的一次取石成功率、机械碎石、结石复发率等指标;术中操作时间、术中出血量、住院天数、术后排便天数等临床指标;术后胆道感染、急性胰腺炎、高淀粉酶血症、术后腹痛等并发症的总发生率。结果:研究组一次取石成功率显著高于对照组,机械碎石、结石复发率均显著低于对照组(P0.05);研究组的术中操作时间、术中出血量、住院天数、术后排便天数均显著低于对照组(P0.05);研究组术后胆道感染、急性胰腺炎、高淀粉酶血症、术后腹痛、术后迟发性出血等并发症的总发生率为9.33%(7/75),显著低于对照组37.33%(28/75),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:小切开EST联合EPBD对85岁以上老年胆总管结石患者的疗效显著,该方法可有改善患者临床指标,降低术后并发症发生率,值得推荐至临床广泛应用。  相似文献

BackgroundThe use of near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence imaging with indocyanine green (ICG) for sentinel lymph node (SN) mapping has been investigated in lung cancer; however, this has not been fully adapted for minimally invasive surgery (MIS). The aim of our study was to develop a minimally invasive SN mapping integrating pre-operative electro-magnetic navigational bronchoscopy (ENB)-guided transbronchial ICG injection and intraoperative NIR thoracoscopic imaging.MethodsA NIR thoracoscope was used to visualize ICG fluorescence. ICG solutions in a 96-well plate and ex vivo porcine lungs were examined to optimize ICG concentrations and injection volumes. Transbronchial ICG injection (n=4) was assessed in comparison to a traditional transpleural approach (n=3), where after thoracotomy an ICG solution (100μL at 100μg/mL) was injected into the porcine right upper lobe for SN identification. For further translation into clinical use, transbronchial ICG injection prior to thoracotomy followed by NIR thoracoscopic imaging was validated (n=3). ENB was used for accurate targeting in two pigs with a pseudo-tumor.ResultsThe ICG fluorescence at 10 μg/mL was the brightest among various concentrations, unchanged by the distance between the thoracoscope and ICG solutions. Injected ICG of no more than 500μL showed a localized fluorescence area. All 7 pigs showed a bright paratracheal lymph node within 15 minutes post-injection, with persistent fluorescence for 60 minutes. The antecedent transbronchial ICG injection succeeded in SN identification in all 3 cases at the first thoracoscopic inspection within 20 minutes post-injection. The ENB system allowed accurate ICG injection surrounding the pseudo-tumors.ConclusionsENB-guided ICG injection followed by NIR thoracoscopy was technically feasible for SN mapping in the porcine lung. This promising platform may be translated into human clinical trials and is suited for MIS.  相似文献

Protein aggregates are a major risk factor for immunogenicity. Until now most studies on aggregate-driven immunogenicity have focused on linking physicochemical features of the aggregates to the formation of anti-drug antibodies. Lacking is however, basic knowledge on the effect of aggregation on the biodistribution and clearance of therapeutic proteins in vivo. The aim of current study was to get insight into the effect of aggregation on biodistribution in mice using different routes of administration. Fluorescently labeled stressed and unstressed mouse serum albumin was injected via different routes in mice and detected via in vivo fluorescence imaging up to 48 hrs post-injection. We found that biodistribution of stressed MSA significantly differed from its unstressed counterpart. Subcutaneous and intramuscular administration resulted in accumulation of protein at the site of injection, from which clearance of stressed MSA was considerably slower than clearance of unstressed MSA. Upon intravenous and intraperitoneal injection of stressed MSA, fluorescent “hotspots” were observed in the spleens, livers and lungs. Further and more detailed examination of biodistribution after intraperitoneal injection showed higher fluorescence in most of tested organs suggesting more efficient diffusion and/or lymphatic uptake from peritoneum of unstressed MSA than the stressed formulation.  相似文献

目的:通过放射性核素~(99m)Tc标记BmK CT多肽制备靶向胶质瘤的显像剂,探讨~(99m)?Tc-BmK CT用于胶质瘤显像的可行性。方法:采用BmK CT多肽游离的氨基与DTPA酸酐反应得到BmK CT-DTPA,经99m Tc标记后通过柱层析分离纯化制备~(99m)?Tc-BmK CT。测定标记物在PBS溶液和血清中不同时间点放射性化学纯度,评价BmK CT-~(99m)?Tc体外稳定性。新西兰白兔耳缘静脉注射~(99m)Tc-BmK CT进行SPECT显像,观察不同时间点体内的放射性分布。皮下胶质瘤裸鼠经尾静脉注射~(99m)Tc-BmK CT,观察不同时间点肿瘤的摄取情况;注射后4 h处死裸鼠,分离肿瘤和主要器官进行离体SPECT显像,并用勾画感兴趣区法分析相对放射性计数。结果:~(99m)Tc标记BmK CT多肽标记率大于80%,经柱层析分离纯化后放射性化学纯度大于99%。标记物在PBS和血清稳定性良好,6 h内放射性化学纯度均大于95%,12 h内放射性化学纯度大于90%。正常白兔SPECT显像表明~(99m)Tc-BmK CT主要浓聚在肝脏、脾脏和肾脏,软组织持续显影微弱,甲状腺区及胃肠未见核素浓聚;显像剂主要通过泌尿系统排泄,24 h肾脏与肝脏显影接近。胶质瘤裸鼠SPECT显像表明,注射后4 h肿瘤显像清楚,ROI分析结果显示肿瘤/肌肉比4.26±0.25,标记物在肿瘤内代谢缓慢,8 h肿瘤部位仍有较高摄取。结论:本研究成功制备了~(99m)Tc标记BmK CT多肽,标记物主要被肝、脾和肾摄取,经泌尿系统排泄;~(99m)Tc-BmK CT能够在皮下胶质瘤中浓聚,注射后4 h肿瘤显影清晰,瘤内代谢缓慢,有潜力成为一种新型胶质瘤分子探针。  相似文献

Background aimsTracking administered natural killer (NK) cells in vivo is critical for developing an effective NK cell-based immunotherapy against human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Here the authors established a new molecular imaging using ex vivo-activated NK cells and investigated real-time biodistribution of administered NK cells during HCC progression.MethodsEx vivo-expanded NK cells from healthy donors were labeled with a near-infrared lipophilic cytoplasmic dye, and their proliferation, surface receptor expression and cytotoxicity activity were evaluated. Human HCC HepG2 cells were implanted into the livers of NOD.Cg-Prkdcscid IL2rgtm1Wjl/SzJ (NSG) mice. The authors administered 1,1’-dioctadecyltetramethyl indotricarbocyanine iodide (DiR)-labeled NK cells intravenously to non-tumor-bearing and intrahepatic HCC tumor-bearing NSG mice. Fluorescent imaging was performed using a fluorescence-labeled organism bioimaging instrument. Single cell suspensions from the resected organs were analyzed using flow cytometry.ResultsThe fluorescent DiR dye was nontoxic and did not affect the proliferation or surface receptor expression levels of the NK cells, even at high doses. The administered DiR-labeled NK cells immediately migrated to the lungs of the non-tumor-bearing NSG mice, with increased NK cell signals evident in the liver and spleen after 4 h. NK cells migrated to the intrahepatic tumor-bearing livers of both early- and late-stage HCC mice within 1 h of injection. In early-stage intrahepatic tumor-bearing mice, the fluorescence signal increased in the liver until 48 h post-injection and decreased 7 days after NK injection. In late-stage HCC, the NK cell fluorescence signal was the highest in the liver for 7 days after NK injection and persisted for 14 days. The purity of long-term persistent CD45+CD56+CD3 NK cells was highest in early- and late-stage HepG2-bearing liver compared with normal liver 2 weeks after NK injection, whereas highest purity was still observed in the lungs of non-tumor-bearing mice. In addition, Ki-67 expression was detected in migrated human NK cells in the liver and lung up to 72 h after administration. With HepG2 tumor progression, NK cells reduced the expression of NKp30 and NKG2D.ConclusionsAdministered NK cells were successfully tracked in vivo by labeling the NK cells with near-infrared DiR dye. Highly expanded, activated NK cells migrated rapidly to the tumor-bearing liver, where they persisted for 14 days after administration, with high purity of CD45+CD56+CD3 NK cells. Liver biodistribution and persistence of administered NK cells showed significantly different accumulation patterns during HCC progression.  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨吲哚菁绿荧光显像技术在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2020 年6月到2021年6月于我院行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的患者112例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各56例。两组均采用腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗,研究组术中应用吲哚菁绿荧光显像技术观察吻合口肠段血运情况。比较两组患者手术相关指标、术后并发症发生率、吻合口漏、吻合口出血发生率及围手术期死亡率。结果:两组患者术中均无死亡,两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、首次肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及术中死亡率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究组腹腔出血、腹腔感染、吻合口漏、吻合口出血发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组肠梗阻、切口感染、围手术期死亡率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:应用吲哚菁绿荧光显像技术可以显著降低腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者腹腔出血、腹腔感染、吻合口漏、吻合口出血发生率,在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中具有较好的应用价值。  相似文献

目的:比较经胰管预切开与双导丝技术在困难胆管插管中的插管效果及安全性。方法:收集我院2017年1月~2018年12月收治的60例经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术、反复进入胰管的困难胆管插管患者,将患者按照入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者分别经胰管预切开及双导丝技术辅助插管,对两组患者插管时间、插管成功率以及并发症的发生情况进行综合评价。结果:观察组患者插管时间短于对照组(P0.05),插管成功率为96.7%,显著高于对照组(73.3%,P0.05)。观察组和对照组患者并发症的发生率分别为10.0%、13.3%,组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:对困难胆管插管患者,采用经胰管预切开的方式辅助插管操作简单,插管时间短,成功率高,且不增加并发症发生率。  相似文献

目的:探讨血清癌抗原19-9(CA19-9)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、多层螺旋CT和核磁共振(MRI)联合检测对胆管癌的诊断价值,并分析肿瘤标志物与组织侵袭分子的相关性。方法:选择2017年1月至2018年8月赤峰学院附属医院收治的胆管癌患者62例作为胆管癌组,另选择同期我院收治的胆管良性病变患者55例作为胆管良性病变组。比较两组血清CA19-9、CA125水平以及组织侵袭分子含量,观察胆管癌患者和胆管良性病变患者的多层螺旋CT和MRI影像学征象,分析血清CA19-9、CA125、多层螺旋CT和MRI对胆管癌的诊断价值,并分析血清CA19-9、CA125水平与组织侵袭分子含量的相关性。结果:胆管癌组血清CA19-9、CA125水平高于胆总管良性病变组,胆管癌组织赖氨酰氧化酶样蛋白-2(LOXL2)、瞬时受体电位阳离子通道7(TRPM7)含量高于胆总管良性病变组,组织E钙黏素(E-cadherin)含量低于胆总管良性病变组(P0.05)。多层螺旋CT影像学征象:胆管癌可见胆总管、肝管内圆形或类圆形高密度影伴有管壁浸润,胆管内出现不规则结节,肿块与周围组织界限模糊,胆囊管及胆囊颈部浸润,肝叶萎缩,淋巴结肿大等;胆管良性病变则多为圆形或类圆形高密度影,管壁浸润、淋巴结肿大并不多见。MRI影像学征象:胆管癌肝内胆管与肝组织分界不清,肿块呈不规则或分叶状,胆囊增大,肝内外胆管不同程度扩张,胰管扩张,肝叶萎缩,淋巴结肿大;胆管良性病变胆管则多为"杯口状"低信号充盈缺损,胆管梗阻上方出现"鸟嘴样"改变等。血清CA19-9、CA125、多层螺旋CT和MRI联合检测对胆管癌诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于CA19-9、CA 125、多层螺旋CT、MRI单独诊断。胆管癌患者血清CA19-9、CA125水平与组织LOXL2、TRPM7含量呈正相关,与组织E-cadherin含量呈负相关(P0.05)。结论:血清CA19-9、CA125、多层螺旋CT和MRI联合检测对胆管癌诊断具有较好的价值,患者血清CA19-9、CA125水平与组织侵袭分子存在相关性,可以为胆管癌恶性程度的评估提供依据。  相似文献

BackgroundFor radioimmunotherapy purposes, a chemical complex with high absorption in cancer tumor is required. New chemicals are to be examined for their concentration in tumor and healthy organs. These are labeled with β-emitting radioisotopes to irradiate the tumor while deposited inside it.AimTo study the capability of recently developed chemical complex in targeting cancer tumor and investigate the distribution of 153Sm-TPTTC in rat organs as function of time.Materials and methodsThe chemical complex – [Tris(1,10-phenanthroline)Samarium(III)] trithiocyanate was prepared and labeled with 153Sm radioisotope. The labeled complex was injected to a population of tumor bearing mice. In 2, 4, 24, 48, 96 h after injection the animals were sacrificed and the concentration of Samarium complex was measured in various organs such as blood, heart, intestine, colon, liver, spleen, kidney, sternum and bone.ResultsThe concentration of the radiopharmaceutical in various organs was measured at different times. The temporal behavior of biodistribution of 153Sm-TPTTC was modeled and drawn as function of time.ConclusionIt is shown that 153Sm-TPTTC is concentrated in tumor tissue and liver much more than in other organs. 摘要 目的:探究一步法腹腔镜胆囊切术(LC)联合胆总管探查取石术(LCBDE)在慢性胆囊炎胆囊结石合并胆总管结石治疗中的有效性及安全性。方法:纳入2018年6月至2021年9月行一步法LC+LCBDE治疗的慢性胆囊炎胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者49例(观察组),并以行开腹胆囊切除术+胆总管切开取石治疗的慢性胆囊炎胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者43例为对照组,比较两组手术疗效及手术相关指标;观察患者手术前后肝功能指标、胆红素水平及免疫功能变化,并统计患者术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组及对照组手术成功率均为100%,两组对比无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组手术时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门恢复排气时间及住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后7 d的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一步法LC+LCBDE治疗慢性胆囊炎胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的成功率高,可促进术后胃肠功能及肝功能恢复,提高机体免疫力,并能降低术后并发症发生率。  相似文献
