近年来学术界对香科科属植物的化学成分和生理活性给予了很大关注。从该属植物中分离得封有萜类、黄酮类、苯丙素类化合物,生物活性测试表明该属植物具有抗氧化、抗菌消炎、解热镇痛、利胆利尿、降糖降压等活性,对昆虫具有拒食作用。本文综述了2000年来香科科属20余种植物成分及生物活性研究进展,为该属植物的研究与利用提供理论依据。  相似文献

A new neo-clerodane diterpenoid, teumarin, was isolated from the aerial part of Teucrium marum. Its structure, 19-acetoxy-4α,18:15,16-diepoxy-2β,6β-dihydroxy-neo-cleroda-13(16),14-dien-20,12S-olide, was established by chemical and spectroscopic means and by comparison with closely related compounds.  相似文献

Teucrium pumilum L., T. lepicephalum Pau, T. libanitis Schreber, T. turredanum Losa & Rivas Goday, and T. carolipaui Vicioso ex Pau (Labiatae) constitute an aggregate included in the Pumilum subsection (Polium section). These species are endemic and geographically restricted to central and south-eastern Spain. They grow under different climatic conditions and have different edaphic requirements, particularly the gypsum and lime affinities. The effects of some ecological factors (i.e. edaphic and climatic factors) on the germination parameters of these Teucrium species were investigated. The species under study differed in their germination behaviour. The majority of the germination parameters appeared more correlated to edaphic than to climatic factors and particularly to the water availability in the soil. The calcicolous T. carolipaui, which grows in the driest habitat, had a more rapid germination than the gypsophilous species. This could be due to the existence of a narrower optimal germination period for T. carolipaui. The different germination requirements of these species of Teucrium are important results to be considered in conservation programs of these endemic and endangered taxa. Section Editor: H. Micromorphology and distribution of trichomes in different plant parts of Teucrium scorodonia and Teucrium siculum from five populations in Italy are described. The composition of volatile compounds in the same plants has also been studied. The micro-morphological characters of the two taxa differ only in the calyces. T. siculum from the Euganean hills shows a great shape variability in the bracts. As far as the volatile compounds are concerned, this taxon reveals a somewhat special position, particularly for the presence of monoterpenes, which are lacking in T. siculum from Central and Southern Italy.  相似文献

Volatiles from wild Tunisian diploid (2n=2x=26) and tetraploid (2n=4x=52) Teucrium polium L. populations from five bioclimatic zones were assessed by GC and GC/MS. Thirty-eight compounds were identified. Main volatiles at the species level were myrcene (6; 15.3%), germacrene D (27; 9.0%), alpha-pinene (6.6%), beta-pinene (3; 5.8%), and alpha-cadinol (38; 5.1%). A significant variation among populations was observed. The tetraploid populations belonging to the sub humid and lower semi arid bioclimates showed a high amount of myrcene (6; 24.2-43.8%), those from the upper arid contain high percentages of alpha-cadinol (38; 50.6%). The dominant compounds in diploid populations, mainly located in the semi arid zone, are alpha-pinene (1) and germacrene D (27). Population chemical structure, assessed by a principal component analysis (PCA) using all identified compounds, is concordant with bioclimate and ploidy level. In situ conservation of populations should be made appropriately according to these two factors.  相似文献

In the present work, three varieties of Teucrium orientale, var. orientale, var. puberulens, and var. glabrescens, were collected and investigated for chemical composition of the oils. Subsequent gas chromatography (GC-FID) and gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC/MS) revealed high abundance of sesquiterpenes in the essential oils analyzed. All the oils contained β-caryophyllene (22.6, 8.5, and 6.3%, resp.) and hexadecanoic acid (7.9, 12.8, and 13.1%). Germacrene D (24.6 and 33.4%) and bicyclogermacrene (6.7 and 8.5%) were found to be the main constituents of var. orientale and var. puberulens, respectively. The high percentages of β-cubebene (26.9%), α-cubebene (9.0%), and α-copaene (7.2%) established the diversity of var. glabrescens. The qualitative difference between the essential oils allowed the differentiation between the varieties in agreement with the morphological observations described in Flora of Turkey for each variety studied. In addition, a cluster analysis of twelve Teucrium taxa based on the essential-oil composition has been carried out. Hovewer, the analysis did not clearly reflect the infrageneric classification of the genus, it largely confirmed the relationships between the infraspecific taxa of Teucrium orientale and T. chamaedrys.  相似文献

The different subspecies of Phytophthora alni, P. alni subsp. alni (Paa), P. alni subsp. uniformis (Pau), and P. alni subsp. multiformis (Pam), are recent and widespread pathogens of alder in Europe. They are believed to be a group of emergent heteroploid hybrids between two phylogenetically close Phytophthora species. Nuclear and mitochondrial DNA analyses were performed, using a broad collection of P. alni and two closely related species, P. cambivora and P. fragariae. Paa possesses three different alleles for each of the nuclear genes we studied, two of which are present in Pam as well, whereas the third matches the single allele present in Pau. Moreover, Paa displays common mtDNA patterns with both Pam and Pau. A combination of the data suggests that Paa may have been generated on several occasions by hybridization between Pam and Pau, or their respective ancestors. Pau might have P. cambivora as a species ancestor, whereas Pam seems to have either been generated itself by an ancient reticulation or by autopolyploidization.  相似文献

From the aerial part of Teucrium flavum subsp. glaucum a new neo-clerodane diterpenoid, teuflavin, and a new 19-nor-neo-clerodane glucoside, teuflavoside, have been isolated, besides the previously known diterpene teuflin. The structures of teuflavin (19-acetoxy-4α,18:15,16-diepoxy-6β-hydroxy-3-keto-neo-cleroda-13(16),14-diene-20,ξ,12S-hemiacetal) and teuflavoside (18-acetoxy-15,16-epoxy-19-nor-neo-cleroda-4,13(16),14-trien-20,12S-olid-6β-yl-2′-O-acetyl-β-d-glucopyranoside) were established by chemical and spectroscopic means and by correlation with known compounds. 2,6-Dihydroxyacetophenone and five structurally related compounds were tested for their effects on metabolism of[2-14C]IAA in stem segments of 3-week-old American germander (Teucrium canadense). Pre-treatment of the plants with 2 mM 2,6-dihydroxyacetophenone for 12 hr significantly reduced the formation of two radioactive metabolites, which were tentatively identified as N-(indole-3-acetyl)-L-aspartic acid and N-(indole-3-acetyl)-L-glutamic acid. The chemical pre-treatment also decreased the level of a less polar metabolite chromatographically indistinguishable from oxindole-3-acetic acid, an oxidative product of IAA, and other unidentified metabolites of IAA. Concomitantly, the level of free [2-14C]IAA increased significantly in the treated tissue. 2,4-, 2,5- and 3,4-Dihydroxyacetophenones, as well as 3-bromo-2,6-dihydroxyacetophenone and 2-hydroxy-6-methoxyacetophenone, did not show a similar effect.  相似文献

Recently, the isolation from Teucrium fruticans of neo-clerodanes, namely 7beta-hydroxyfruticolone, 11-hydroxyfruticolone, deacetylfruticolone and 6-acetyl-10-hydroxyteucjaponin B, in addition to fruticolone, isofruticolone and 8beta-hydroxyfruticolone (three out of the four previously reported ones), and 6-acetylteucjaponin B (isolated from T. scordium and T. grisebachii) was reported. Minor compounds presumably of neo-clerodane nature were shown by HPLC analysis on a new extract. Three new compounds, difuranofruticol, deoxyfruticolone and 10-hydroxyteucjaponin B, and the known 7,8-didehydrofruticolone were unambiguously elucidated based on extensive NMR spectral studies (one- and two-dimensional experiments). The compounds were assayed for their antifeedant activity against Spodoptera littoralis and for their antifungal activity against Rhizoctonia solani. Compounds 9-11 showed low antifeedant activity and the feeding ratio of 12 was moderate-low. None of the tested compounds displayed significant activity against R. solani.  相似文献

Corsica Island exhibited the particularity to display Teucrium flavum subsp. glaucum and subsp. flavum on the same territory with the same bioclimatic conditions. For the first time, volatile components extracted from aerial parts and genetic diversity of both Corsican T. flavum L. subspecies have been investigated through (i) the characterization of the chemical composition of essential oils and (ii) the study of three polymorphic genetic markers. Chemical analysis were performed using combination of capillary GC/RI, GC-MS after fractionation on column chromatography and the definition of the genetic structure were carried out using two chlororoplast markers (RPL32-TRNL and TRNL-F) and ribosomal nuclear markers (ITS region). According to statistical analysis, both subspecies were clearly distinguished by the chemical and genetic studies. Chemical compositions of oils from both subspecies were qualitatively similar but they differed by the normalized% abundances of their major components; oils from subsp. flavum were dominated by large amounts of hydrocarbon monoterpenes while oils obtained from subsp. glaucum were characterized by higher amounts of oxygenated compounds. The genetic analysis divided T. flavum L. populations in two groups, the first displayed subsp. glaucum populations and the latter group exhibited subsp. flavum populations. The presence of two groups is weakly consistent with chemical differentiation. These data suggest that the differences in the volatile composition of the two T. flavum subspecies depends more on the genetic background and less on environmental factors.  相似文献

The name Delphinium ambiguum L. should not be attached to the plant known as Delphinium nanum DC, but should be considered as a synonym for Consolida ajacis (L.) Teucrium species, such as germander, are rich in neo-clerodane diterpenoids and have been used in traditional folk medicine for their stimulant, diuretic, antipyretic and antiseptic properties. However, the furano neo-clerodane diterpenoids present in germander have been implicated in the in vivo hepatotoxicity of this botanical. In this study, authenticated germander (Teucrium chamaedrys L. and Teucrium canadense L.) was used as the source material. Methanol extracts of powdered plant mate rial were prepared and analysed by HPLC using Synergi Max-RP columns with monitoring at 220 nm. Limited amounts of teucrin A and other diterpenoid standards were analysed on a Synergi Max-RP column in order to determine their retention times and to generate calibration curves. The same standards were subjected to concurrent mass spectral analysis. Teucrin A and diterpenoids such as dihydroteugin, teuflin, teuflidin and teucvidin were tentatively identified in the plant extracts by HPLC-MS and 1H-NMR experiments. For the isolation of teucrium diterpenoids on a semipreparative scale, a solid-phase extraction method was developed for the first time using styrene divinylbenzene and strata-X sorbents for teucrin A and teuflin, respectively. Semi-preparative HPLC of the methanol extract of the powdered aerial parts of Teucrium plants was carried out on a semipreparative Synergi Max-RP column with photodiode array detection in order to confirm the identities of some diterpenoids by HPLC-MS and NMR.  相似文献

From the aerial part of Teucrium lanigerum, six new neo-clerodane diterpenoids, 7,8-dehydroeriocephalin, teulanigeral, teulanigin, 20-epi-teulanigin, teulanigerin and teulanigeridin, have been isolated. The first of these, 7,8-dehydroeriocephalin, is a natural substance, whereas the other compounds were isolated as their acetyl derivatives after acetylation of an inseparable mixture of natural diterpenoids. The structures of these substances were established mainly by spectroscopic means and, in the case of 7,8-dehydroeriocephalin, by partial synthesis from eriocephalin.  相似文献

The volatile constituents of Teucrium scordium L. ssp. scordioides, T. polium, and T. montanum, obtained by hydrodistillation, were investigated by GC-FID and GC/MS analyses. A total of 296 constituents were identified, representing 89.8-98.4% of the oil compositions. The oils of T. polium and T. montanum consisted mainly of sesquiterpenes (64.3 and 72.7%, resp.), with germacrene D (4; 31.0%) and δ-cadinene (10; 8.1%) as the main constituents, respectively. In contrast, the monoterpene menthofuran (1; 11.9%) predominated in the oil of T. scordium ssp. scordioides, and this clearly distinguished this species from the other Teucrium taxa investigated up to date. The chemistry of the volatiles of eight Teucrium taxa from Serbia and Montenegro were compared using multivariate statistical analysis, and this provided chemotaxonomically important conclusions.  相似文献

A new neo-clerodane diterpenoid, teuchamaedrin C, has been isolated from the aerial parts of Teucrium chamaedrys. Its structure, (12S,18S)-15,16-epoxy-neo-clerodane-13(16)14-dien-19,20-olide-18,6β-hemiacetal, was established by spectroscopic and chemical means.
