目前,国内外对于1,3-丙二醇(1,3-propanediol,1,3-PD)的生产研究正在由化学法逐渐向生物法转变。该文着重介绍了生物法生产1,3-PD的生产菌株和生物合成途径,综述了关键酶的性质特点和基因克隆表达情况,对关键酶晶体结构的相关研究成果进行了介绍,进一步探讨了运用宏基因组技术和酶分子改造技术来获得新型高性能关键酶的方法,并展望了基因工程菌的应用前景,从而推动了对1,3-PD生产途径中关键酶的了解及1,3-PD的生产应用研究。  相似文献

基因工程微生物(genctically enginccred microorganism,GEM)生态学的研究已成为微生物分子生态学的一项主要研究内容之一.随着分子标记和分子生物学检测手段的引入,传统的微生物生态学研究被注入了新的活力,在分子水平上探讨基因工程微生物与环境及环境中土著生物之间的关系已成为可能.基因工程微生物生态学是一门内容涉及分子生物学、微生物学、生态学等诸多学科的新型交叉边缘学科.本文提出加紧进行转基因生物生态学和转基因生物的风险评价的研究工作,建立适合中国国情的检测手段和评价标准,有助于我国基因工程微生物生态学的健康发展.  相似文献

We presented small groups of chimpanzees with two collective action situations, in which action was necessary for reward but there was a disincentive for individuals to act owing to the possibility of free-riding on the efforts of others. We found that in simpler scenarios (experiment 1) in which group size was small, there was a positive relationship between rank and action with more dominant individuals volunteering to act more often, particularly when the reward was less dispersed. Social tolerance also seemed to mediate action whereby higher tolerance levels within a group resulted in individuals of lower ranks sometimes acting and appropriating more of the reward. In more complex scenarios, when group size was larger and cooperation was necessary (experiment 2), overcoming the problem was more challenging. There was highly significant variability in the action rates of different individuals as well as between dyads, suggesting success was more greatly influenced by the individual personalities and personal relationships present in the group.  相似文献

There are many forms of mineral supplements currently available. Among these mineral-enriched gluconates and yeast are considered two of the more biologically available supplements. The purpose of this study was to use zinc (Zn)- or copper (Cu)-deficient rats to determine whether the organically bound mineral in yeast or the salt gluconate form was more bioavailable, i.e., is absorbed and found in a greater concentration in liver. It was demonstrated that Zn-enriched yeast was 3.7 times more bioavailable than the Zn gluconate and that Cu-enriched yeast was 1.4 times more bioavailable than the Cu gluconate.  相似文献

为了解盐生植物的解剖结构与抗盐性和抗旱性的关系,以二色补血草、草木樨,艾蒿、猪毛菜为材料,通过徒手切片和显微观察了植物的叶、茎、腺毛、分泌腔、气孔、表皮毛分布和结构。结果显示:猪毛菜的气孔密度低、气孔器小,表皮毛密集,叶面积小,抗旱能力最强;艾蒿的表皮毛长、浓密,气孔密度较低、气孔较小,抗旱性较强;二色补血草表皮毛短、密集,但气孔密度较高、气孔器较大,抗旱性较差;草木樨表皮毛短、稀疏,气孔密度较高、气孔也较大,抗旱性最差;二色补血草有发达的内分泌和外分泌组织,根系吸收的大量盐份积累在分泌腔中,并通过盐腺排出叶片,是排盐植物,耐盐性强;猪毛菜具有发达的内分泌组织,有大量分泌腔,且有粘液细胞和大量薄壁细胞,是耐盐植物,耐盐性强;草木樨具有较多的盐腺,是泌盐植物,耐盐性较强;艾蒿无盐腺等分泌组织。猪毛菜可以作为盐碱地"生物脱盐器"。  相似文献

根据2006年5月和8月在奉贤附近海域(30°32.40′N-30°49.8′N;121°25.2′E-121°54′E)进行的渔业资源、生态调查资料,对该水域仔稚鱼的种类组成、数量分布的季节变化及其与水环境的关系作了分析.结果表明:鲈形目和鲱形目出现的种类最多;春季种类组成复杂,结构相对夏季要稳定,种间分布较均匀;夏季优势种较春季突出,优势度较大, 数量较多,平面分布呈现由内侧向外侧的递减趋势;长江径流与外海水在外侧水域的南汇嘴处形成咸淡水交汇水域,环境稳定性较差,加之海域处于强潮流区,水沙运移频繁,对仔鱼平面分布产生影响;此海域沿岸地处化工区,水体污染严重,仔鱼的数量和种群减少.  相似文献

This study compared structural and contextual features of playful [rough-and tumble play (r/t)] and aggressive fighting based on direct playground observations of two classes of 8 and two classes of 11 year old children. Most bouts of r/t and aggressive fighting were dyadic, but significantly more bouts of the former involved three or more participants than the latter. Rough-and-tumble play was found to contain more individual action patterns than aggressive fighting, but the latter was more varied in form than some earlier studies had shown. Both wrestling and chasing were seen more in r/t than aggressive fighting, but restraint in bouts of chasing was not more common in playful chasing than aggressive chasing. Positive and neutral facial expressions were more characteristic of r/t, and negative facial expressions were more characteristic of aggressive fighting. Rough-and-tumble initiations were more likely to receive an r/t response and less likely to receive an aggressive response than were aggressive initiations. Participants in r/t were more likely to have been together than to have been apart prior to the encounter, but this tendency was strongly mediated by sex. In three out of the four classes, children were more likely to have been together prior to same sex r/t interactions and to have been apart prior to mixed sex r/t interactions. Participants in r/t were not significantly more likely to have been together beforehand than participants in aggressive fighting. Finally, while most bouts of r/t led to the participants remaining together, the proportion that did so was not significantly greater than was the case for bouts of aggressive fighting. Possible reasons why r/t and aggressive fighting did or did not differ in these ways are discussed.  相似文献

Activity of the gecko Ptyodactylus hasselquistii was recorded by Aktograph in cyclic light and temperature, continuous darkness or light with constant 30°C or cyclic temperature. The northern P. h. puiseuxi was more diurnal and the southern P. h. cf. hasselquistii more nocturnal than the common P. h. guttatus. Except in constant temperature and continuous light, activity was not randomly distributed throughout the day. The more nocturnal the animal was, the more the temperature played a role in determining its daily activity pattern.  相似文献

Do different cultures hold different views of intentionality? In four studies, participants read scenarios in which the actor’s distal intent (a focus on a broader goal) and proximal intent (a focus on the mechanics of the act) were manipulated. In Studies 1–2, when distal intent was more prominent in the actor’s mind, North Americans rated the actor more responsible than did Chinese and South Asian participants. When proximal intent was more prominent, Chinese and South Asian participants, if anything, rated the actor more responsible. In Studies 3–4, when distal intent was more prominent, male Americans rated the actor more responsible than did female Americans. When proximal intent was more prominent, females rated the actor more responsible. The authors discuss these findings in relation to the literatures on moral reasoning and cultural psychology.  相似文献

The study was carried out in two (A and B) citrus groves to clarify the spatial distribution patterns of eggs and larvae, and to analyse the mortality process of eggs. From the analysis by using the mean density and the mean crowding, it was clarified that the distributions of eggs were contagious and that larvae were more contagiously distributed than eggs. The τ and z indices showed that the operation of egg mortality was inversely density-dependent in both groves, and that the degree of inverse density-dependence was greater in A than in B grove. The spatial correlations between the emergence holes and the eggs or larvae in each tree, which were analysed by using ω index, showed that the distributions were more overlapping between the emergence holes and the larvae than the eggs. As the result of dividing trees into several groups according to the number of emergence holes, it was clarified that the survival rates of eggs were positively correlated with the number of emergence holes. In conclusion, inversely density-dependent mortality process was considered to be caused by lower mortality rates of eggs in the trees with more emergence holes. Especially in A grove, because the trees with more emergence holes were larger in diameter and more egg oviposition, the inversely density-dependent mortality process was considered to be detected more conspicuously than in B grove.  相似文献

An ecological study on the choice of microhabitat and diet of small mammals was carried out in Maynugus irrigation field of the Tigray region in northern Ethiopia. Abundance of rodents was high during the reproductive phase of the agricultural plants. Mastomys erythroleucus occurred more frequently in vegetable fields, whereas Arvicanthis dembeensis was more frequent in habitats with monocot plants. Scrotal males and reproductive females consumed more food by weight than abdominal males and quiescent females. Arvicanthis dembeensis consumed more food than M. erythroleucus. Both the species consumed more food during the main rainy season. All the cultivated plants were attacked by these rodents with a degree of difference in relation to season, species, sex, age and sexual condition. As rodent attack was more intense during the fruiting phase of the plants, rodent control management should be carried out during the flowering phase.  相似文献
