An attempt is made to apply cluster analysis to comparison of local faunas in the Northern Hemisphere at the species level by the example of the subfamily Arctiinae (Lepidoptera, Arctiidae). A total of 200 North African, Eurasian (New Guinea inclusive), and North American (north of the United Mexican States) local faunas have been considered. It is found that the circumarctic fauna is clearly separated from the Palearctic and Nearctic ones, being closer to the former only at the level of genera. Therefore, it is not reasonable to recognize the united European-Canadian subprovince of the boreal belt according to the tiger moth faunas. The Palearctic tiger moth fauna is characterized by relatively smooth variations within the boreal, subboreal, and western subtropical belts. The fauna gradually changes from the Amur catchment area to South China, Himalayas, and India so that all fauna types of these regions are closely related to one another and, to a lesser extent, to equatorial fauna types of Southeast Asia islands. The boundary between the Palearctic and Oriental (Indo-Malayan) provinces should be drawn north of the Yangtze catchment area. The most dramatic fauna change at the species level takes place between North China and the Yangtze catchment, and at the genus level, between Northern and Northeastern China. It is reasonable to establish a broad transition area between the two zoogeographic provinces in Eastern Asia. On the grounds of the nonuniform tiger moth fauna, the South Chinese-East Himalayan subprovince should be assigned to the Oriental (Indo-Malayan) province rather than the Palearctic one, as was repeatedly proposed. The Southwest-Asian fauna (Arabian Peninsula and southern Iran) is transitional between the Palearctic, African, and Oriental ones. Many African taxa penetrate to the west and south of the Arabian Peninsula, whereas Oriental and Paleotropical species penetrate to southern Iran. It is reasonable to elevate considerably the rank of the Quinghai-Tibet highland fauna by distinguishing its habitat as a separate zoogeographic subprovince, because the similarity between this fauna type and any other Palearctic fauna at the species level is much less than between temperate faunas of the Palearctic and Nearctic. The assignment of this fauna to the Palearctic is confirmed only at the genus level.  相似文献

The physical conditions on the Blue Nile Bank near Khartoum and the seasonal succession of the invertebrate fauna are described. The fauna is dominated by beetles, mainly Carabidae, in the rainy season which coincides with the annual flood and by spiders, mainly Lycosidae, in the dry season. Climatically, the habitat is relatively mild and food is relatively abundant. The main problem with which the fauna has to contend is the annual rise and fall of the Nile.  相似文献

23 species of fresh water parasites were recorded from cherry salmon of which 11 species were first recorded from this host and 14 species from the Maritime Territory. The monogeneans Tetraonchus awakurai and T. oncorhynchus are specific for this host. Most strongly it is infected with parasites the intermediate hosts of which are benthic organisms. Oligochaetes, larvae of amphibiotic insects and amphipods play a considerable role in the feeding of cherry salmon in fresh water. Differences in the parasitic fauna of this fish from southern and northern parts of the Maritime Territory were found out. In the north the food ration of this species is more limited with predominance of oligochaetes in it. Diversity of the aquatic fauna, the abundance of invertebrates and fishes in it, the history of fauna formation define the peculiarities of parasitic fauna of the cherry salmon.  相似文献

在广西崇左地区已发现4个早更新世的哺乳动物群,从老到新分别是:鲤鱼山百孔洞动物群(距今约200万年);泊岳山的巨猿洞动物群(距今约180万年);三合大洞动物群(距今约120万年);以及缺缺洞动物群(早于距今100万年)。事件6距今约260万年,应出现在百孔洞动物群之前,为步氏巨猿的最低层位事件(The Gigantopithecus blacki LSD)。事件7距今约190万年,应当出现在泊岳山的巨猿洞动物群和百孔洞动物群之间,为武陵山大熊猫的最低层位事件(The Ailuropoda wulingshanensis LSD)。事件8距今约100万年,应出现在缺缺洞动物群的末尾,为中华乳齿象的最高层位事件(The Sinomastodon HSD)。生物事件有规律地出现在寒冷期的末尾,或温暖期的开始。  相似文献

放牧是草地管理和利用的主要方式,对草地生物多样性及其生态系统结构与功能产生深刻影响。土壤动物作为草地生态系统的重要组成部分,由于其生物生态学特性而使其分布受到放牧干扰的显著影响。然而,放牧如何影响土壤动物多样性尚缺乏系统总结与梳理。通过文献计量分析发现,关于放牧对土壤动物的影响研究论文中,美国发文最多(18.36%),其次是中国(16.39%),新西兰以12.14%的占比位居第三;国内外相关发文量经历了三个阶段:1999-2006年为起步发展阶段,2007-2013年为稳步发展阶段,2014年至今为快速发展阶段,国内外发文量分别在2021、2020年达到最高(15篇、81篇);相关论文的引用率逐年升高,2021年以3813次的引用率达到最高,说明放牧对土壤动物的影响研究引起了越来越多国内外学者的关注和重视。总结发现,放牧对土壤动物分布的影响主要以地上栖居和地下栖居土壤动物为研究对象,既包括直接作用途径,亦包括间接作用途径,而且作用方向取决于放牧强度和放牧方式。综合分析表明,以往的研究多注重于放牧对土壤动物产生的影响,忽视了放牧对土壤动物产生影响的作用途径的深入研究。根据我国草地资源分布特征及放牧对土壤动物的影响研究现状,提出未来我国在此领域研究的重点,为未来草地土壤动物多样性研究提供新思路。  相似文献

The knowledge of the ecology and distribution of ostracods from inland waters in Australia is reviewed. The large diversity of the athalassic saline fauna is discussed in detail and species diversity in different areas is analysed; salinity tolerance of the halobiont species is also presented. In addition discussion deals with hatching, permanent versus ephemeral water fauna, mode of locomotion, large size of some species, variation in size and ornamentation of shell. A brief characterization is attempted of the ostracods and the type of habitats in which they live. Finally, the distribution, species diversity in different areas and the endemicity of the fauna are outlined and a comparison of this fauna is made with that of other parts of the world.  相似文献

土壤动物多样性地理分布及其生态功能研究已成为地学和生态学等领域共同关注的科学前沿。本文在介绍相关研究最新进展的基础上, 讨论已有研究的局限性或不确定性, 展望未来研究的重点方向。近10年来, 代表性土壤动物类群的全球分布研究取得突破性进展; 国内土壤动物研究的尺度和采样区域也有明显拓展, 尤其在蚯蚓和线虫相关研究上取得了系列成果。结果表明, 土壤动物多样性随纬度的变化模式主要有两种, 即在低纬度的热带最高或在中纬度的温带最高; 而土壤动物多度与多样性可能同步变化、无明显关系、截然不同甚至相反; 降水、植物生产力和土壤有机质是土壤动物分布格局的关键驱动力, 但它们的影响力因土壤动物类群不同而异。土壤动物具有改善土壤物理结构、促进养分循环和有机碳稳定、提高作物健康水平等多重功能; 土壤动物的多功能性评估方兴未艾, 但仍面临诸多挑战。简单分析土壤动物随经纬度等的变化规律存在较大局限性, 考虑在基于地质-生态历史及“经纬度-海拔-离海岸距离”等构建的多维时空框架内, 探究土壤动物分布特征及其驱动力。土壤动物分布格局对其潜在的生态功能有关键影响, 但是目前对土壤动物分布格局的预测和模拟仍主要依靠经验模型; 代谢生态学等理论在土壤动物群落研究中的应用值得关注。探究分类多样性的冗余机制, 突出功能多样性, 可以将生物多样性与生态功能更好地联系起来; 同时, 需要在特定条件和时空下, 从整个土壤食物网及其与植物的联系中理解土壤动物多样性与多功能性的联系。建议未来关注两个研究方向: (1)量化人类活动和气候变化给土壤动物多样性和生态功能带来的巨大不确定性; (2)完善土壤动物群落特征预测的理论框架和开展土壤动物群落的精准调控, 综合评价其多功能性, 进而将土壤动物与人类福祉更紧密地联系起来。  相似文献

Six years of collecting in agricultural landscapes of the Moscow area and the Kuban Plain (Krasnodar Territory) revealed 286 species of spiders from 146 genera of 20 families. Two species, Clubiona pseudoneglecta Wund. and Palliduphantes insignis O.P.-C. are recorded for the Russian fauna for the first time, and 20 species are new to Moscow Province. Linyphiidae is the most species-rich family comprising about half of the species found in Moscow Province and about a quarter of those found in Krasnodar Territory. The species are classified into 13 arealogical groups. The bulk of the fauna is formed by the widespread, mostly Eurasian and Holarctic species. The spider fauna of Krasnodar Territory has smaller fractions of the Holarctic and Euro-Siberian species and larger fractions of the Palaearctic and Euro-Mediterranean species, as compared to the Moscow fauna. In general, the faunas of both the regions studied may be classified as European. The spider fauna of agrocenoses of Moscow Province is more similar to the faunas of European regions situated at the same latitude than to the fauna of Krasnodar Territory (the Kuban Plain).  相似文献

A new ecological unit within the well-documented late Ordovician brachiopod Foliomena fauna is defined on the basis of assemblages from Northern Cuizhou and southern Sichuan. Southwest China. The Kassinella-Chrisriania Association, from the lower Ashgill Linhsiang and Chientsaokou formations, is dominated by the eponymous genera together with species of mainly Dedzetina, Sericoidea and Kozlowskites Foliomena is rare or absent. To date, the Foliomena fauna has been documented only from deep-water environments however, the new association apparently occupied shallower depths, probably in lowermost Benthic Assemblage Zone 3 and uppermost Benthic Assemblage Zone 4, presumably at the shallow end of the depth range of the Foliomere fauna. The incursion of the Foliomena fauna into relatively shallow-water environments may have been encouraged by abnormally low oxygen levels and sparse nutrients together with persistent soft substrates across this part of the Yangtze Platform during the early Ashgill. *** Ordovician, Ashgill, China, brachiopods. The formation of parasite fauna of fishes from water reservoirs of the Daugava differs from that of plain type water reservoirs of the moderate zone. Instead of expected flourishing of limnophilic elements an intense, increasing with years impoverishment of the specific composition of nearly all systematic groups of fish parasites is observed in the studied reservoirs. The impoverishment of the parasite fauna in the water reservoirs is associated first of all with their relatively small sizes, frequent and strong fluctuations of the water level and repeated dryings of large bottom areas. The investigations show that such a picture of fish parasite fauna genesis is observed in all relatively small water reservoirs with frequent and strong fluctuations of water level.  相似文献

The data on parasite fauna in the brown trout Salmo trutta, white fish Coregonus lavaretus, and grayling Thymall thymallus from the Paanajarvi-Olanga lake-river system (White Sea basin) are presented. As like-river systems in this area remain in natural conditions, without any anthropogenic pressure, the parasite fauna in salmonoideans from these water bodies had not been changed and has an archetypical state. The parasite fauna core is established in fishes aged 3+. Parasite species forming the core of the parasite fauna infected the brown trout, grayling and whitefish in different degree.  相似文献

为了考察松嫩平原黑土耕作区中小型土壤动物时空分布特征,在松嫩平原东南至西北选取5个典型区域,于2009年5、8、10月进行调查研究,共获取土壤动物15058只,分别隶属于54个类群,其中甲螨亚目、前气门亚目和节跳虫科3类为优势类群,占总数的69.94%,常见类群为8类,占总数的25.20%。分析结果表明:(1)不同采样区域土壤动物差异明显(P0.01),海伦区域样地的土壤动物密度、多样性指数、均匀性指数、优势度指数最高。绥化地区土壤动物类群与丰富度指数最高。(2)月份变化对土壤动物群落结构影响明显,土壤动物多样性特征随着月份变化起伏较大,8月份的土壤动物特征显著区别其它取样月份。(3)垂直分布上,土壤动物的个体数和类群数总体上是随土壤随着深度增加而减少,但不同采样区域土不同采样月份土壤动物垂直分布规律有一定差异。(4)从土壤动物与土壤环境关系来看,土壤环境的p H、全氮与全磷与土壤动物群落结构显著相关(P0.05),土壤动物个数、均匀性指数、丰富度指数、密度与土壤理化性质关系显著相关(P0.05),土壤动物优势类群和常见类群的数量与土壤中全磷、碳氮比、总有机碳关系较为密切。  相似文献

The focus of this study is to present bumblebee fauna of Arkhangelsk Region (north-western Russia). This research is based on the museum collections and materials collected by the authors. Collecting localities and data of faunistic records are given in the species list. We include 34 species in the fauna of bumblebees of Arkhangelsk Region. The regional fauna is dominated by Transpalaearctic species. Bumblebee fauna in the study region has low specificity. The recent distribution of bumblebee species in the study region is a result of post-glacial immigration.  相似文献

系统记述了在近两年从河南省许昌市灵井旧石器遗址出土的食肉目、长鼻目和奇蹄目化石:宽吻灵猫相似种(Viverra cf. zibetha)、熊未定种(Ursus sp.)、中国硕鬣狗相似种(Pachycrocuta cf. sinensis)、古菱齿象未定种(Palaeoloxodon sp.)、披毛犀(Coelodonta antiquitatis)、梅氏犀(Dicerorhinus mercki)、普通马(Equusca ballus)和蒙古野驴(Equus hemionus),并对灵井哺乳动物群的性质和年代进行了探讨,指出灵井动物群含有的北方种类较多,与北方区的很多动物群可以比较,属于北方区动物群,其生态环境为以平原草地为主,镶嵌有零散的森林,属北温带半湿润-半干旱大陆性季风气候,年平均温度似低于现在。灵井动物群中绝灭种类占44.4%,其时代应为晚更新世早期,其绝对年龄与许家窑接近,约在100kaBP。  相似文献

The associations of the butterfly fauna of the Japanese islands of Hokkaido, Honshu, Kyushu, Shikoku and Ryukyu Rett are analysed with respect to one another and to the fauna of the far-east U.S.S.R. A faunal discontinuity exists between the fauna of Ryukyu Rett and all other areas. The fauna of Ryukyu Rett can be considered as being of the Oriental region, the faunas of the other Japanese islands as being of the Palaearctic region. This view was reinforced with conclusions drawn from MacArthus&Wilson's theory of island biogeography (1963, 1967). The divergence of die faunas of the Japanese islands is dependent on their isolation - the further the distance between islands, the greater the isolation and the greater the faunal divergence. Thus the fauna of all silands of Japan, except of the Ryukyu Rett, have a close association with the far-east Russian fauna. There is a greater similarity between these faunas than between the fauna of the islands of Hokkaido, Honshu, Kyushu and Shikoku with respect to that of Ryukyu Rett.  相似文献

Summary   The Western Australian Environmental Protection Authority has indicated that terrestrial fauna surveys undertaken for the purpose of preparing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) are providing inadequate information for decision-makers to assess development impacts on biodiversity and ecosystems. This study examined the current standard of terrestrial vertebrate fauna surveys undertaken as the basis for preparing an EIA. In the absence of a protocol to assess current standards of terrestrial fauna surveys, 'best practice' was defined and quantified through consultation with an 'expert panel'. Data from fauna surveys contained in 15 recent EIA reports from the Goldfields region of Western Australia were critically examined to determine the extent of compliance with 'best practice'. The majority of surveys performed poorly against the established criteria. A few reports addressed many of the issues comprehensively, however, at least 50% failed to mention or adequately address a high proportion of criteria considered essential, including searches of government databases, detection of rare/endangered fauna and multiseasonal sampling. All reports failed to employ sufficient trapping effort at both the biotope and landscape scales to adequately assess terrestrial vertebrate fauna biodiversity. These results indicate the need to redress minimum standards for terrestrial fauna surveys in order to meet the expectations of the EIA process.  相似文献

为了筛选对茶叶害虫有控制作用的蚂蚁种类,采用样地调查法研究了重庆地区茶园蚁科昆虫进行区系。发现蚁科昆虫4亚科,19属,39种,其中记录中国特有种7个,重庆新记录种37个。区系分析表明:重庆地区茶园蚂蚁区系在属级水平上以东洋界和古北界成分为主体,与马来西亚界和非洲界关系最紧密,与马拉加西界关系最远;在种级水平上以东洋界成分为主体,与古北界关系最紧密,与非洲界和马拉加西界关系最远;在中国动物地理区划中以华中区成分为主体,与其它地理区之间随着距离增加,关系逐步疏远。  相似文献

呼伦贝尔草地风蚀沙化土壤动物对环境退化的响应   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
为揭示草地沙化过程中土壤动物与土壤环境要素的相互关系,采用野外调查和实验室检测相结合的方法,对呼伦贝尔沙化草地不同沙化阶段土壤有机质、水解氮、速效磷、土壤水分含量、pH值,以及土壤动物群落结构、种群密度、多样性等进行了比较研究.共获得土壤动物4门6纲12目,优势类群中小型土壤动物仅线虫目1类,占总捕获量的94.3%;大型土壤动物为鞘翅目和半翅目2类,占总捕获量的79.7%.随草地沙化程度的不断加剧,土壤动物类群数量、种群密度、多样性和均匀性均呈明显递减趋势,严重沙化草地土壤中的土壤动物完全消失.回归分析表明,呼伦贝尔不同沙化阶段草地0~20cm土层土壤动物密度与土壤养分含量、土壤含水量、pH值及地表枯落物量呈显著线性相关,说明土壤动物群落对沙化草地土壤环境的改变较敏感.  相似文献

土壤动物多样性变化及其对环境的指示作用已被学术界和政府决策部门高度关注。本文从土壤动物多样性监测的重要性及面临的挑战、国内外土壤动物多样性监测概况等方面进行了评述, 提出了未来、尤其是2016-2020年我国土壤动物多样性监测的目标、站点布局、样地设置、监测类群和指标等, 并讨论了在制定土壤动物多样性监测方案时需考虑的问题, 有助于在全国开展多点化土壤动物多样性及分布状况的监测工作, 建立标准统一、数据共享的土壤动物监测网, 提供完整的、可信的监测数据, 为国家生态文明建设提供科技支撑。  相似文献
