A phytochemical study of the whole plants of Chimaphila japonica Miq. led to the isolation of 23 compounds, including ten triterpenoids (110), six flavonoids (1116), two sterols (17 and 18), two quinonoids (19 and 20), one saccharide derivative (21), one phenolic glycoside (22), and one megastigmane glycoside (23). The structures of these isolated compounds were identified using NMR spectroscopy (1H and 13C) by comparison with previously reported data. All compounds, except 19 and 22, were reported from C. japonica for the first time. Among them, 16 compounds (14, 69, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20, 21, and 23) were reported from genus Chimaphila for the first time, while compounds 12, 16, and 23 were isolated from the Ericaceae family for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of the isolates was also discussed.  相似文献

The phytochemical study of the leaves of Rhododendron dauricum L. (Ericaceae) led to the isolation and identification of 44 compounds, including fourteen triterpenoids (114), thirteen flavonoids (1527), eight phenols (2835), four grifolin derivatives (3639), two diterpenoids (4041), two megastigmanes (4243) and one sesquiterpenoid (44). The chemical structures of these compounds were identified by spectroscopic data and compared with those previously reported. This is the first report on compounds 25, 31, 34, 40, 43, and 44 from the family Ericaceae, compound 42 from the genus Rhododendron, and compounds 24, 28, 30, 32, 33 and 35 from R. dauricum. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was discussed.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigations on the leaves of Rhododendron dauricum L. (Ericaceae) resulted in the isolation of thirteen known grayanane diterpenoids (113). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with the literature. The structure and absolute configuration of grayanotoxin VI (1) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis for the first time. This is the first time to report the isolation of grayanane diterpenoids 110, 12, and 13 from Rhododendron dauricum. Grayanotoxin VI (1) was isolated from the genus of Rhododendron for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of grayanane diterpenoids (113) was discussed.  相似文献

A chemical investigation of Dioscorea collettii led to the isolation of twenty-nine compounds, including six steroid saponins (16), thirteen monocyclic phenols (719), two flavonoids (2021), three sterols (2224), and five cyclodipeptides (2529). The chemical structures of these compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic methods and by comparing their data to that reported in the literature. This study is the first report of compounds 24, 7, 1417, 21, and 2324 in D. collettii, while compounds 813, 18–20, and 2529 were first isolated from the genus Dioscorea and the family Dioscoreaceae. The chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds is discussed.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation of the leaves of Lyonia ovalifolia var. hebecarpa (Franch. ex F.B. Forbes & Hemsl.) Chun (Ericaceae) led to the isolation of 22 compounds, including eight diterpenoids (18), two sesquiterpenoids (9 and 10), two monoterpenoids (11 and 12), two iridoids (13 and 14), four phenylpropanoids (1518), and four lignans (1922). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with literature data. The absolute configuration of bisdeacetylkalmitoxin VI (1) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis for the first time. Notably, all the isolates 122 were reported from the genus of Lyonia for the first time, and compounds 912 and 1522 were obtained from the Ericaceae family for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of compounds 122 was discussed.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the roots of Sanguisorba officinalis L. led to the isolation of thirty-eight compounds, including seventeen triterpenoids (117), six monoterpenoid glycosides (1823), six flavonoids (2429), six phenols (3035), two glycosides (3637), and one lignan (38). The chemical structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and by comparisons of spectroscopic data with reported values in the literature. Compounds 18, 29, and 3637 were the first to be reported in the family Rosaceae, compounds 10, 12, 15, 2728, and 38 were firstly identified from the genus Sanguisorba, and compound 11 was obtained from S. officinalis for the first time. Their chemical structures were determined on the basis of MS, NMR, and further supported by comparison with those reported in the literature. This is the first report that compounds 12, 4, 8, and 1214 are present in the genus Clausena, and all of these compounds were isolated from C. dunniana for the first time. Twenty-five sesquiterpenoids including seventeen guaiane-type sesquiterpenoids and glucose glycosides (117), six eudesmane-type sesquiterpenoids (1823), and two germacrane-type sesquiterpenoids (24 and 25) were isolated from the aerial parts of Saussurea laniceps Hand.-Mazz. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and comparison with previously reported spectral data. Among them, compounds (6 and 8) are new, and seven compounds (2, 9, 12, 1819, 2223) are reported for the first time from the genus Saussurea. This paper deals with the isolation, structural elucidation and chemotaxonomic significance of these sesquiterpenoids from S. laniceps.  相似文献

Fourteen compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol reflux extract of Asarum sieboldii Miq. var. Seoulense Nakai, including five phenanthrene derivatives (15), three isobutyl amides (68), three phenylpropanoids (911) and three lignins (1214). The structures of these compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods and by comparison with the reported spectroscopic data. Among them, compounds 6 and 11 were firstly reported from the family Aristolochiaceae, and compounds 3 and 4 were reported for the first time from the genus Asarum. Additionally, compounds 1, 2 and 8 were isolated from A. sieboldii Miq. var. Seoulense Nakai for the first time. These compounds have shown chemical relationships between A. sieboldii Miq. var. Seoulense Nakai and other species of Asarum as well as those found in the genus Aristolochia in the family Aristolochiaceae.  相似文献

One new monoterpenoid glycoside (1), together with seven known compounds, including two alkaloids (23), three phenylpropanoids (46), and two nucleosides (78) were isolated from the calyces of Physalis alkekengi var. franchetii. Their structures were elucidated by a combination of detailed spectroscopic analyses, chemical methods, and comparison with reported data. All chemical structures were elucidated via 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopic methods, and further supported by comparison with literature data. Compound 11 was isolated from the genus Raphanus for the first time. Notably, Compounds 7, 9, and 12–14 were reported in the Brassicaceae family for the first time. Phytochemical investigation of the leaves of Isatis tinctoria Linnaeus led to the isolation of thirty compounds, including thirteen indole alkaloids (1–13), seven quinazolinone alkaloids (14–20), two quinoline alkaloids (21–22), one quindoline alkaloid (23), one simple amide alkaloid (24) and six monoterpenes (25–30). According to spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with the previously reported literature, their structures were elucidated. Among them, six compounds (12, 13, 17, and 2224) have not been reported from the family Brassicaceae and eight compounds (3, 7, and 2530) were isolated from the genus Isatis for the first time. Eighteen compounds were isolated from the stem and root bark of Daphne giraldii Nitsche, including three categories: flavans (16), diphenylpropanes (712), and lignans (1318). This is the first report on the occurrence of compounds 9, 11, 1315, and 1718 in D. giraldii. These compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic methods and by comparing their data to those reported in the literature. On the basis of our previous chemical research, the chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds was discussed to a greater degree.  相似文献

Eight phenolic compounds, including two catechins (1 and 2), two proanthocyanidins (3 and 4), three lignans (57), and one phenol (8), were isolated from roots of Vaccinium dunalianum Wight (Ericaceae), together with two triterpenes (9 and 10). All of them were isolated from the title plant for the first time. Their chemical structures were established based on the extensive MS and NMR spectroscopic analysis. Phytochemical characterization of the whole plants of Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand.-Mazz. Led to the isolation of two indole derivatives (12), seven monoterpenoids (39), two sesquiterpenoids (1011), and four pyrone derivatives (1215). The structures of these compounds were examined with spectroscopic methods, and also by comparing with previously reported spectroscopic data. Among them, ten compounds (12, 611, 1415) are reported from Erigeron breviscapus for the first time. In addition, three compounds (2, 89) are isolated for the first time from Asteraceae family. On the basis of chemical research, we also described the chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds.  相似文献
