Summary Active fibrous septa are a common feature in liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. Their etiology and formation were studied using cultures of tissue fragments or cells included in collagen gels. Liver fragments obtained from patients with cirrhosis or severe schistosomal fibrosis were able to reorganize the gel and to form discrete, interconnecting fibrous septa composed of parallel arrays of collagen, subsequently colonized by migrating connective tissue cells. The same was obtained in cultures of fibrogranulomatous lesions isolated from schistosome-infected mice livers. However, fragments of normal human and murine liver tissue did not show the capacity to form fibrous septa. Septa formation was also obtained in cultures of cell spheroids formed by liver connective tissue cells isolated from human fibrotic or cirrhotic liver tissues, but not with spheroids of normal skin fibroblasts or smooth muscle cells. This experimental model may represent the fibrous septa formation in vivo, depending on the activity of liver connective tissue cells. The ability of tissue fragments or cell spheroids to form septa in collagen gels might reflect the degree of fibrosis present in the liver tissue in vivo. Radiotherapy is one of the major treatment regimes for thoracic malignancies, but can lead to severe lung complications including pneumonitis and fibrosis. Recent studies suggest that epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) plays an important role in tissue injury leading to organ fibrosis. To investigate whether radiation can induce EMT in lung epithelial cells and also to understand the potential mechanism(s) associated with this change, rat alveolar type II lung epithelial RLE-6TN cells were irradiated with 8 Gy of (137)Cs γ-rays. Western blot and immunofluorescence analyses revealed a time-dependent decrease in E-cadherin with a concomitant increase in α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and vimentin after radiation, suggesting that the epithelial cells acquired a mesenchymal-like morphology. Protein levels and nuclear translocation of Snail, the key inducer of EMT, were significantly elevated in the irradiated cells. Radiation also induced a time-dependent inactivation of glycogen synthase kinase-3β (GSK3β), an endogenous inhibitor of Snail. A marked increase in phosphorylation of ERK1/2, but not JNK or p38, was observed in irradiated RLE-6TN cells. Silencing ERK1/2 using siRNAs and the MEK/ERK inhibitor U0126 attenuated the radiation-induced phosphorylation of GSK3β and altered the protein levels of Snail, α-SMA, and E-cadherin in RLE-6TN cells. Preincubating RLE-6TN cells with N-acetylcysteine, an antioxidant, abolished the radiation-induced phosphorylation of ERK and altered protein levels of Snail, E-cadherin, and α-SMA. These findings reveal, for the first time, that radiation-induced EMT in alveolar type II epithelial cells is mediated by the ERK/GSK3β/Snail pathway.  相似文献

Fukuyama-type congenital muscular dystrophy (FCMD) and laminin-alpha2 deficient congenital muscular dystrophy (MDC1A) are congenital muscular dystrophies (CMDs) and they both are categorized into the same clinical entity of muscular dystrophy as Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). All three disorders share a common etiologic defect in the dystrophin-glycoprotein complex, which connects muscle structural proteins with the extracellular basement membrane. To investigate the pathophysiology of these CMDs, we generated microarray gene expression profiles of skeletal muscle from patients in various clinical stages. Despite diverse pathological changes, the correlation coefficient of overall gene expression among these samples was considerably high. We performed a multi-dimensional statistical analysis, the Distillation, to extract determinant genes that distinguish CMD muscle from normal controls. Up-regulated genes were primarily extracellular matrix (ECM) components, whereas down-regulated genes included structural components of mature muscle. These observations reflect active interstitial fibrosis with less active regeneration of muscle cell components in the CMDs, characteristics that are clearly distinct from those of DMD. Although the severity of fibrosis varied among the specimens tested, ECM gene expression was consistently high without substantial changes through the clinical course. Further, in situ hybridization showed more prominent ECM gene expression on muscle cells than on interstitial tissue cells, suggesting that ECM components are induced by regeneration process rather than by 'dystrophy.' These data imply that the etiology of FCMD and MDC1A differs from that of the chronic phase of classical muscular dystrophy, and the major pathophysiologic change in CMDs might instead result from primary active fibrosis.  相似文献

During liver fibrosis hepatic stellate cells become activated, transforming into proliferative myofibroblastic cells expressing type I collagen and alpha-smooth muscle actin. They become the major producers of the fibrotic neomatrix in injured liver. This study examines if activated stellate cells are a committed phenotype, or whether they can become deactivated by extracellular matrix. Stellate cells isolated from normal rat liver proliferated and expressed mRNA for activation markers, alpha-smooth muscle actin, type I procollagen and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1 following 5-7 day culture on plastic, but culture on Matrigel suppressed proliferation and mRNA expression. Activated stellate cells were recovered from plastic by trypsinisation and replated onto plastic, type I collagen films or Matrigel. Cells replated on plastic and type I collagen films proliferated and remained morphologically myofibroblastic, expressing alpha-smooth muscle actin and type I procollagen. However, activated cells replated on Matrigel showed <30% of the proliferative rate of these cells, and this was associated with reduced cellular expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen and phosphorylation of mitogen-activated protein kinase in response to serum. Activated HSC replated on Matrigel for 3-7 days progressively reduced their expression of mRNA for type I procollagen and alpha-smooth muscle actin and both became undetectable after 7 days. We conclude that basement membrane-like matrix induces deactivation of stellate cells. Deactivation represents an important potential mechanism mediating recovery from liver fibrosis in vivo where type I collagen is removed from the liver and stellate cells might re-acquire contact with their normal basement membrane-like pericellular matrix.  相似文献

The enforcement of sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) signaling network protects from radiation-induced pneumonitis. We now demonstrate that, in contrast to early postirradiation period, late postirradiation sphingosine kinase-1 (SphK1) and sphingoid base-1-phosphates are associated with radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis (RIF). Using the mouse model, we demonstrate that RIF is characterized by a marked upregulation of S1P and dihydrosphingosine-1-phosphate (DHS1P) levels in the lung tissue and in circulation accompanied by increased lung SphK1 expression and activity. Inhibition of sphingolipid de novo biosynthesis by targeting serine palmitoyltransferase (SPT) with myriocin reduced radiation-induced pulmonary inflammation and delayed the onset of RIF as evidenced by increased animal lifespan and decreased expression of markers of fibrogenesis, such as collagen and α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA), in the lung. Long-term inhibition of SPT also decreased radiation-induced SphK activity in the lung and the levels of S1P-DHS1P in the lung tissue and in circulation. In vitro, inhibition or silencing of serine palmitoyltransferase attenuated transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β)-induced upregulation of α-SMA through the negative regulation of SphK1 expression in normal human lung fibroblasts. These data demonstrate a novel role for SPT in regulating TGF-β signaling and fibrogenesis that is linked to the regulation of SphK1 expression and S1P-DHS1P formation.  相似文献

Affinity purified rabbit anti-mouse E-cadherin antibodies, reacting with diverse rat epithelia, were used to characterize epithelial changes in a radiation-induced fibrosis model of rat lung by immunoblotting techniques, immunoperoxidase and immunofluorescence microscopy. Immunostaining of normal rat lung tissues revealed a predominant staining of type II pneumocytes. Immunoelectron microscopy confirmed the immunohistochemical data of normal lung tissue obtained at the light microscopic level. In severely injured rat lung, we found enhanced immunoreactivity for E-cadherin at the surface of type I alveolar epithelial cells. The results suggest that E-cadherin is an adhesion molecule that is modulated after pathological alteration of the alveolar epithelium and that the antiserum may be useful for the characterization of normal and diseased rat epithelia.  相似文献

Radiation-induced fibrosis is an untoward effect of high dose therapeutic and inadvertent exposure to ionizing radiation. Transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) has been proposed to be critical in tissue repair mechanisms resulting from radiation injury. Previously, we showed that interruption of TGF-beta signaling by deletion of Smad3 results in resistance to radiation-induced injury. In the current study, a small molecular weight molecule, halofuginone (100 nm), is demonstrated by reporter assays to inhibit the TGF-beta signaling pathway, by Northern blotting to elevate inhibitory Smad7 expression within 15 min, and by Western blotting to inhibit formation of phospho-Smad2 and phospho-Smad3 and to decrease cytosolic and membrane TGF-beta type II receptor (TbetaRII). Attenuation of TbetaRII levels was noted as early as 1 h and down-regulation persisted for 24 h. Halofuginone blocked TGF-beta-induced delocalization of tight junction ZO-1, a marker of epidermal mesenchymal transition, in NMuMg mammary epithelial cells and suggest halofuginone may have in vivo anti-fibrogenesis characteristics. After documenting the in vitro cellular effects, halofuginone (intraperitoneum injection of 1, 2.5, or 5 microg/mouse/day) efficacy was assessed using ionizing radiation-induced (single dose, 35 or 45 Gy) hind leg contraction in C3H/Hen mice. Halofuginone treatment alone exerted no toxicity but significantly lessened radiation-induced fibrosis. The effectiveness of radiation treatment (2 gray/day for 5 days) of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) tumors grown in C3H/Hen was not affected by halofuginone. The results detail the molecular effects of halofuginone on the TGF-beta signal pathway and show that halofuginone may lessen radiation-induced fibrosis in humans.  相似文献

R-banded karyotypes were established on fibroblasts from fibrotic tissues derived from experimental fibrosis induced in pigs, either surgically or by 64 Gy of gamma-rays from iridium-192. No chromosome aberrations were observed in the surgical fibrosis. In radiation-induced fibrosis, the high frequency of abnormal karyotypes and the frequent complexity of the chromosomal rearrangements suggest that the fibroblasts originated either from the 64-Gy area, or from the penumbra, but certainly not from non-irradiated areas. At early passages in vitro, almost all karyotypes were different, demonstrating a multiclonal origin of fibrotic tissue. At late passages (above 24), the situation was quite different, with the persistence of one or two clones only, demonstrating a strong selective pressure occurring in vitro.  相似文献

When damaged, skeletal muscle regenerates. In the early phases of regeneration, inflammatory cells such as neutrophils/granulocytes and macrophages infiltrate damaged muscle tissue. To reveal the roles of macrophages during skeletal muscle regeneration, we injected an antibody, AFS98 that blocks the binding of M-CSF to its receptor into normal mice that received muscle damages. Anti-M-CSF receptor administration suppressed macrophage but not neutrophil infiltration. Histological study indicated that suppression of macrophages function leads to the incomplete muscle regeneration. In addition FACS and immunohistochemical study showed that the acute lack of macrophages delayed proliferation and differentiation of muscle satellite cells in vivo. Furthermore, mice injected with the anti-M-CSF receptor antibody exhibited not only adipogenesis, but also significant collagen deposition, i.e., fibrosis and continuous high expression of connective tissue growth factor. Finally we indicate that these fibrosis markers were strongly enriched in CD90(+) cells that do not include myogenic cells. These results indicate that macrophages directly affect satellite cell proliferation and that a macrophage deficiency severely impairs skeletal muscle regeneration and causes fibrosis.  相似文献

Excessive DNA damage induced by ionising radiation (IR) to normal tissue cells is known to trigger cellular senescence, a process termed stress-induced premature senescence (SIPS). SIPS is often accompanied by the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS), and this is reported to be important for the initiation and maintenance of SIPS. However, the source of ROS during SIPS after IR and their significance in radiation-induced normal tissue damage remain elusive. In the present study, we tested the hypothesis that the NADPH oxidase (NOX) family of proteins mediates ROS production in SIPS-induced cells after IR and plays a role in SIPS-associated biological events. X-irradiation of primary mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) resulted in cellular senescence and the concomitant increase of intracellular ROS. Among all six murine NOX isoforms (NOX1–4 and DUOX1/2), only NOX4 was detectable under basal conditions and was upregulated following IR. In addition, radiation-induced ROS production was diminished by genetic or pharmacological inhibition of NOX4. Meanwhile, NOX4 deficiency did not affect the induction of cellular senescence after IR. Furthermore, the migration of human monocytic U937 cells to the culture medium collected from irradiated MEFs was significantly reduced by NOX4 inhibition, suggesting that NOX4 promotes the recruitment of inflammatory cells. Collectively, our findings imply that NOX4 mediates ROS production in radiation-induced senescent cells and contributes to normal tissue damage after IR via the recruitment of inflammatory cells and the exacerbation of tissue inflammation.  相似文献

To characterize the differences between fibrotic myofibroblasts and normal fibroblasts, we studied two differentiation markers: -smooth muscle (SM) actin, a specific marker of myofibroblast differentiation, and -actin, which is overexpressed in the fibrotic tissue. Experiments were performed on fibroblasts isolated from normal pig skin and on subcutaneous myofibroblasts isolated from pig radiation-induced fibrosis. Three culture models were used: cells in monolayers, equivalent dermis, consisting of fibroblasts embedded into a matrix composed of type I collagen, and in vitro reconstituted skin, in which the matrix and containing life fibroblasts were overlaid with keratinocytes. Samples were studied using immunofluorescence and western-blotting. In monolayers cultures, both fibrosis and normal cells expressed -SM actin. Furthermore, similar amounts of -actin protein were found. In these conditions, the resulting alterations in the phenotypes of cells made comparison of cultured fibrotic and normal cells irrelevant. Under the two 3-D culture models, normal fibroblasts no longer expressed -SM actin. They expressed -actin at the basal level. Moreover, the fibrotic myofibroblasts in both 3-D models retained their differentiation features, expressing -SM actin and overexpressing -actin. We found that this normalization was mainly related to the genomic programmation acquired by the cells in the tissue. Cellular motility and microenvironment were also involved, whereas cellular proliferation was not a major factor. Consequently, both three-dimensional models allowed the study of radiation-induced fibrosis in vitro, provided good extrapolations to in vivo conditions and avoided certain of culture artefacts.  相似文献

A side effect of radiation therapy in the head and neck region is injury to surrounding healthy tissues such as irreversible impaired function of the salivary glands. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is clinically used to treat radiation-induced damage but its mechanism of action is largely unknown. In this study, we investigated the molecular pathways that are affected by HBOT in mouse salivary glands two weeks after radiation therapy by microarray analysis. Interestingly, HBOT led to significant attenuation of the radiation-induced expression of a set of genes and upstream regulators that are involved in processes such as fibrosis and tissue regeneration. Our data suggest that the TGFβ-pathway, which is involved in radiation-induced fibrosis and chronic loss of function after radiation therapy, is affected by HBOT. On the longer term, HBOT reduced the expression of the fibrosis-associated factor α-smooth muscle actin in irradiated salivary glands. This study highlights the potential of HBOT to inhibit the TGFβ-pathway in irradiated salivary glands and to restrain consequential radiation induced tissue injury.  相似文献

During the course of a mild chemical peritonitis, new skeletal muscle fibers develop and persist over a twelve-month interval in the diaphragmatic peritoneum. Light and electron microscopic studies revealed that the ectopic fibers developed from myoblasts and myotubes to fully differentiated muscle cells in the same manner as normally situated skeletal muscle. The ectopic fibers were separated from the intrinsic muscle by dense connective tissue and an elastic lamina. Diaphragms taken from normal rats and transplanted to the omentum of isogeneic recipients also developed skeletal muscle neogenesis in the same ectopic location as in the normal diaphragm. Satellite cells, reactive fibroblasts in the peritoneum, mesenchymal stem cells or blood-borne myoblast precursor cells could be the source of these ectopic muscle fibers. The results of the present studies, however, cannot provide conclusive evidence for the origin of the new muscle fibers. Regardless of their source, the methods employed may represent a unique model for the development and prolonged maintenance of skeletal muscle fibers in a heterotopic location in vivo.  相似文献

Pulmonary fibrosis is a common delayed side effect of radiation therapy, and it has a poor prognosis. Tgfb1 is a potent chemoattractant for fibroblasts and stimulates the production of collagen, the protein that contains hydroxyproline. Since collagen is by far the most abundant protein in the lung, comprising 60-70% of the tissue mass, analysis of the hydroxyproline content in lung tissues provides a reliable quantitative index for pulmonary fibrosis. Thus hydroxyproline and Tgfb1 may be involved in the development of fibrosis. In this study, we investigated radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis in a mouse model. C57BL/6 mice were assigned into four groups: no treatment, treated with Angelica sinensis treated only, X-irradiated only (a single fraction of 12 Gy to the thorax), and Angelica sinensis treatment plus radiation. We assayed expression of hydroxyproline and the mRNA and protein of Tgfb1 in the four groups. We found that Angelica sinensis down-regulated the production of Tgfb1 and hydroxyproline in mice with radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis. This study has demonstrated for the first time that Angelica sinensis inhibits the progress of radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis, possibly by down-regulating the expression of the proinflammatory cytokine Tgfb1. These data suggest that Angelica sinensis may be useful in preventing and/or treating radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis in the clinic.  相似文献

We investigated the distribution of myofibroblasts and CD34-positive stromal cells in normal gallbladder and its pathological conditions (cholecystitis, n=25) using immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. In the wall of normal gallbladder, myofibroblasts were generally absent from all layers, but many CD34-positive stromal cells were observed in the connective tissue layer. In chronic cholecystitis with mild perimuscular fibrosis, a small to moderate number of myofibroblasts appeared in the mucosal layer. In chronic cholecystitis with marked perimuscular fibrosis, a small to large number of myofibroblasts appeared predominantly in the connective tissue layer, whereas the number of CD34-positive stromal cells decreased at the same location, although the number of myofibroblasts increased. In chronic cholecystitis with xanthogranulomatous foci, a small to large number of myofibroblasts were observed in the periphery of the xanthogranulomatous reaction and adjacent area. In contrast, CD34-positive stromal cells were completely absent or were limited to the area just around the xanthogranulomatous reaction. Induction of collagen type I and III mRNA was predominantly observed in the cytoplasm of myofibroblasts associated with the marked fibrosis, which consisted primarily of mature collagen fibers, and in the cytoplasm of myofibroblasts around the xanthogranulomatous reaction, respectively. Finally, myofibroblasts were observed in all subtypes. The increased number of myofibroblasts was most prominent in the connective tissue layer of chronic cholecystitis with marked perimuscular fibrosis or in the area adjacent to xanthogranulomatous foci of chronic cholecystitis. Under these conditions, CD34-positive stromal cells tended to disappear from the connective tissue layer, which exhibited an increase in myofibroblasts.  相似文献

Amplification of the c-myc oncogene has been detected by Southern blotting in the DNA of radiation-induced skin cancers in the rat. In the current work the localization of oncogene amplification within specific cells in the different cancers and in multiple biopsies of the same cancer was studied by in situ hybridization. The amount of amplification was measured by counting grains on tissue sections hybridized in situ to biotin-labeled human c-myc third exon, rat v-H-ras, and rat v-Ki-ras probes. The in situ estimates of c-myc amplification were generally correlated with previous findings using the Southern blot method, but within each cancer only a fraction of cells exhibited amplification. Multiple biopsies of a squamous carcinoma showed amplification of v-H-ras and c-myc but not v-Ki-ras during tumor growth, but none of these oncogenes were amplified during tumor regression. The c-myc-positive cells were distributed uniformly within the cancers and exhibited a more uniform nuclear structure in comparison to the more vacuolated c-myc-negative cells. A high [3H]thymidine labeling index was found in irradiated epidermal cells on Day 7 after exposure, and yet no evidence of c-myc oncogene amplification was found in situ. No c-myc amplification was found in unirradiated normal epidermis or in irradiated epidermal cells in the vicinity of radiation-induced cancers. The data indicate that c-myc amplification is cell-specific within radiation-induced carcinomas and does not occur in epidermal cells proliferating in response to radiation exposure.  相似文献

Skeletal muscle atrophy can occur as a consequence of immobilization and/or starvation in the majority of vertebrates studied. In contrast, hibernating mammals are protected against the loss of muscle mass despite long periods of inactivity and lack of food intake. Resident muscle-specific stem cells (satellite cells) are known to be activated by muscle injury and their activation contributes to the regeneration of muscle, but whether satellite cells play a role in hibernation is unknown. In the hibernating 13-lined ground squirrel we show that muscles ablated of satellite cells were still protected against atrophy, demonstrating that satellite cells are not involved in the maintenance of skeletal muscle during hibernation. Additionally, hibernating skeletal muscle showed extremely slow regeneration in response to injury, due to repression of satellite cell activation and myoblast differentiation caused by a fine-tuned interplay of p21, myostatin, MAPK, and Wnt signaling pathways. Interestingly, despite long periods of inflammation and lack of efficient regeneration, injured skeletal muscle from hibernating animals did not develop fibrosis and was capable of complete recovery when animals emerged naturally from hibernation. We propose that hibernating squirrels represent a new model system that permits evaluation of impaired skeletal muscle remodeling in the absence of formation of tissue fibrosis.  相似文献

The regrowth of mesenchymal tissue (stroma) surrounding the malignant epithelium is an important step in tissue remodelling during and after irradiation. The radiation-induced fibroblastic changes were studied on tissue samples taken before, during and after the radical irradiation of the squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck. Elongated fibroblasts with large amount of rough endoplasmic reticulum were seen around the tumor epithelium before radiation. The fibrosis increased during irradiation and at the same time the shape of the fibroblasts changed so that they became more triangular and nuclear structures became more prominent together with hyperchromasia. The amount of cell organelles declined although there was a large amount collagen present. Epithelial cells invaded through the basal lamina. In most samples the basal lamina could not be seen at all and the tumor cells were dispersed between stromal elements. On the other hand there were close contacts between epithelial and mesenchymal cells throughout the study in places where the basal lamina was broken, which might indicate epithelio-mesenchymal interaction. Also the connective tissue formed by fibroblasts and collagen might be part of the radiation induced healing and destruction of the tumor cells.  相似文献

This study tested the hypothesis that insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) expression is increased at sites of fibrosis in diseased intestine of patients with Crohn's disease (CD). IGF-I mRNA was quantified by RNase protection assay in uninvolved and involved intestine of 13 CD patients (10 ileum, 3 colon) and 7 ulcerative colitis (UC) patients (colon). In situ hybridization histochemistry compared the localization of IGF-I and procollagen alpha1(I) mRNAs. Masson's trichrome staining and immunohistochemistry for IGF-I precursor, alpha-smooth muscle actin (A), vimentin (V), desmin (D), and c-kit were used to examine the mesenchymal cell subtypes that express IGF-I and collagen in uninvolved and involved ileum and colon of CD patients and "normal" ileum and colon from noninflammatory controls. IGF-I mRNA was elevated in involved ileum and colon of patients with CD but not in involved colon of patients with UC. IGF-I and procollagen alpha1(I) mRNA showed overlapping distribution within fibrotic submucosa and muscularis propria of involved CD ileum and colon. In involved CD intestine, increased IGF-I precursor expression localized to mesenchymal cells in regions of tissue disorganization and fibrosis in muscularis mucosa, submucosa, and muscularis propria. In these regions, there were increased numbers of V(+) cells relative to normal or uninvolved intestine. Increased IGF-I expression was localized to cells with a phenotype typical of fibroblasts (V(+)/A(-)/D(-)), myofibroblasts (V(+)/A(+)/D(+)), and, to a lesser extent, cells with normal enteric smooth muscle phenotype (V(-)/A(+)/D(+)). We conclude that increased IGF-I expression in multiple mesenchymal cell subtypes and increased numbers of cells with fibroblast/myofibroblast phenotype are involved in fibrosis associated with CD.  相似文献

Osteopontin is a multifunctional matricellular protein that is expressed by many cell types. Through cell-matrix and cell-cell interactions the molecule elicits a number of responses from a broad range of target cells via its interaction with integrins and the hyaluronan receptor CD44. In many tissues osteopontin has been found to be involved in important physiological and pathological processes, including tissue repair, inflammation and fibrosis. Post-natal skeletal muscle is a highly differentiated and specialised tissue that retains a remarkable capacity for regeneration following injury. Regeneration of skeletal muscle requires the co-ordinated activity of inflammatory cells that infiltrate injured muscle and are responsible for initiating muscle fibre degeneration and phagocytosis of necrotic tissue, and muscle precursor cells that regenerate the injured muscle fibres. This review focuses on the current evidence that osteopontin plays multiple roles in skeletal muscle, with particular emphasis on its role in regeneration and fibrosis following injury, and in determining the severity of myopathic diseases such as Duchenne muscular dystrophy.  相似文献
