Two new iridoids, 1,3-dimethoxy-4,7-dimethyl-octahyhro-cyclopenta[c]pyran-6,7-diol (1) and isovillosol (2), together with two known compounds, were isolated from the roots of Patrinia scabra. Their structures were elucidated by different spectroscopic methods including IR, HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR experiments as well as X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

用70%乙醇提取黄花败酱黄酮类化合物,得到粗黄酮,经聚酰胺纯化,得到精制黄酮。结果表明:黄花败酱干粉中总黄酮含量为2.35%,粗黄酮、精制黄酮中黄酮含量分别为8.81%和21.39%。黄花败黄酮类化合物主要是黄酮和黄酮醇两类,其中含有芦丁成分。  相似文献

采用种子繁殖、扦插繁殖和分株繁殖试验对白花败酱的繁育技术进行研究。结果表明 :上述三种方式的繁殖效果均表现良好 ,其中分株繁殖苗长势量好 ,见效最快 ;白花败酱适应性强 ,适于人工繁育栽培。  相似文献

Studies In model plants showed that SEPALLATA (SEP) genes are required for the Identification of floral organs and the determination of floral meristems In Arabidopsis. In this paper a SEP homolog, TrSEP3, was Isolated from a China-specific species, Taihangla rupestrisi Yü et LI. Phylogenetlc analysis showed that the gene belongs to the SEP3-clade of SEP (previous AGL2) subfamily. In situ hybridization was used to reveal the potential functional specification, and the results showed that TrSEP3 expression was first observed in floral meristems and then confined to the floral primordla of the three inner whorls. In the matured flower, TrSEP3 was strongly expressed In the tips of pistils and weak In stamens and petals. The evolution force analysis shows that TrSEP3 might undergo a relaxed negative selection. These results suggested that TrSEP3 may not only function In determining the identity of floral merlstems and the primordia of three inner whorls, but also function In matured reproductive organs.  相似文献

用去壁低渗染色体制片方法,对白花败酱(Patrinia villosa Juss)茎尖细胞染色体制片,研究其染色体组型.结果表明:白花败酱为二倍体、体细胞染色体数目为22;染色体组型公式为2n=2x=22=10m 4sm 4st 4t,第2、3、4、5、8号染色体为中间着丝点染色体,第6、11号染色体为近中着丝点染色体,第1、10号染色体为近端着丝点染色体,第7、9号染色体为端部着丝点染色体;染色体基数x=11,该染色体组内最长与最短染色体长度比值为3.037,臂比大于2:1的染色体共4条,占总数的36.4%,则白花败酱的核型类型为2B型.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the methanol extract from the whole plants of Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch. resulted in the isolation of four new triterpenoid saponins (14) along with six known compounds (510). On the basis of spectroscopic and chemical methods, the structures of the new compounds were established as 3-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-xylopyranosyl-12β,30-dihydroxy-olean-28,13β-olide (1), 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-xylopyranosyl-12β,30-dihydroxy-olean-28,13β-olide (2), 3-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-12β, 30-dihydroxy-olean-28,13β-olide (3), and 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-xylopyranosyl-oleanolic acid 28-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (4), respectively. Compounds 1–3 possess a novel 12β,30-dihydroxy-olean-28,13β-lactone aglycone and a 12β-hydroxy substituent that is rarely found in this kind of triterpenoid saponin.  相似文献

通过愈伤组织诱导不定芽发生途径,建立了崖白菜的组培再生体系,研究了崖白菜幼嫩子房和不同植物生长调节剂对其愈伤组织诱导和不定芽发生的影响。结果表明,以崖白菜的幼嫩子房作为外植体,诱导子房分化形成愈伤组织的最适培养基为MS+6.BA1.0mg·L-1+2,4-D0.2mg·L-1,诱导率可达82.83%;最适的不定芽分化培养基为Ms+6-BA0.5mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1;诱导不定芽生根的最适培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.1mg·L-1。  相似文献

Patrinia scabiosifolia (PS) has bioactivities such as antitumor and anti‐inflammation effects. However, its effects on human skin physiological activities, such as skin regeneration and wound healing, remain unclear. In this study, we investigated the effects of absolute extracted from PS flower (PSF) on migration and proliferation of human dermal keratinocyte (HaCat). The yield of PSF absolute obtained by solvent extraction method was 0.105 % and its five constituents were found in GC/MS analysis. The PSF absolute induced the proliferation and migration of HaCats. The absolute increased the phosphorylation of serine/threonine‐specific protein kinase (Akt) and extracellular signal‐regulated kinase1/2 (Erk1/2) in HaCats. In addition, the absolute stimulated the outgrowth of collagen sprouting of HaCats. These results demonstrated, for the first time, that PSF absolute may have positive effects on skin regeneration and/or wound healing by inducing migration and proliferation of dermal keratinocytes via the Akt/Erk1/2 pathway. Therefore, PSF absolute may be a useful natural material for skin regeneration and/or wound healing.  相似文献

Using in vitro-flower experimental system of Taihangia rupestris Yü et Li in which development or abortion of stamens could be controlled by temperature, the cytological and cytochemical changes in both development and abortion processes of the stamens were comparatively studied. Cytological changes of the stamen abortion initiated at the microsporocyte stage before which normal cytological process were seen from stamen primordium to primary microsporocyte stage. However, despite of the normal cytological process, polysaccharide accumulation was never observed in the cells of anther and filament where as in the normally developing stamens polysaccharide accumulation must largely occurred in those cells mentioned above. The author considered that such cytochemical changes prior to the morphological deviances might be of great significance to approach the cause of tempera-ture-induced male sterility.  相似文献

We developed and optimized 15 polymorphic microsatellite loci in the jungle perch, Kuhlia rupestris. Loci were screened in a single population (n = 24) from Fraser Island, Queensland, Australia. Number of alleles per locus ranged from 3 to 19 and observed heterozygosity from 0.25 to 1. No significant linkage disequilibrium was detected between any pair of loci. Genotype proportions for these loci in the population sampled were in Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium.  相似文献

Validation of the ageing of deep-water fish is difficult and there are only a few instances where the rings on the otoliths have been shown to be laid down annually. Roundnose grenadier have been fished commercially in the North Atlantic since the 1960s and the adult fish have frequently been aged by counting the rings in otoliths or scales. All the ageing was done on the assumption that the rings in the otoliths or scales were annual. Between 1975 and 1992, the Scottish Association for Marine Science carried out seasonal trawling surveys in the Rockall Trough using a fine-meshed trawl, and collected otoliths from a wide size range of roundnose grenadier. An examination of the growing edge of otoliths from juvenile fish from these collections suggests that the rings in the otoliths are laid down annually. The broader, opaque zones which represent the growth phase were dominant between September and March. The thinner, hyaline zones were dominant between April and July. The apparent delay in the growth phase compared with most shallow-water species is discussed in relation to the availability of mesopelagic prey.  相似文献

The iridoids, 6S-hydroxy-8S-methyl-4-methylene-hexahydro-cyclopenta[c]pyran-3-one and 6S,9S-dihydroxy-8S-methyl-4-methylene-hexahydro-cyclopenta[c]pyran-3-one, were isolated from the aerial parts of Verbena littoralis. Their structures and stereochemistry were elucidated by means of NMR spectral data analysis. Both compounds showed moderate in vitro activity against gram positive and negative bacteria as well as moderate in vivo intestinal peristaltic action in mouse. The iridoids also showed moderate free radical scavenging activity against l,l-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) as well as antioxidant activity, the latter being evidenced by redox properties measured using E1CD-HPLC.  相似文献

Three new diterpenes koninginols A-C (13) and two new sesquiterpenoids 11-hydroxy-15-drimeneoic acid (4), koninginol D (5), together with twelve known compounds (617) were isolated from the endophytic fungus Trichoderma koningiopsis A729 derived from Morinda officinalis. Their structures were fully assigned with the aid of extensive spectroscopic analysis and reported data from the previous literatures. Koninginols A and B were disclosed as intriguing diterpene alkaloids, whereas the koninginol C was disclosed as one of the two examples of harziandione diterpene. All the isolates were evaluated for their antitumor activity, and compounds 12, 46, 1113, 1617 were evaluated for their antibacterial activity, wherein the new compounds 1 and 2 exhibited significant antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis with MIC values of 10 and 2 μg/mL, respectively.  相似文献

In this work, an interesting potential application of phytochemistry is reported. In particular, we employed the Sporne diagrams to provide information about the evolution of some different Lamiaceae species in relation to their content in secondary metabolites. In more details, fifteen species belonging to six different genera were studied i.e. Ajuga L., Galeopsis L., Melittis L., Sideritis L., Stachys L. and Teucrium L. The selected secondary metabolites were iridoids because of their wide occurrence and distribution within all the family, thus providing a more accurate and general overview. Nineteen different compounds of this class were identified in the studied species. The aim of this work was to verify if the evolutionary data available in literature for the studied species and based on molecular studies, matched with those obtained from a more phytochemical approach or not. The final objective was to ascertain a correspondence between these two opposite methods. The results of this study clearly showed that, only in some cases, this correspondence was present. This may suggest the possibility to use both methods for drawing phylogenetic trees of plants. Anyway, this study is not general and is quite limited in studied species and in collection areas and does not intend to affirm its absolute accuracy even though it may be a good starting point for future researches in this field.  相似文献

One new diterpene (1) and new compound (2), along with four known compounds (36) were isolated from the fungal mycelia of Hericium erinaceus by the tracking method of antibacterial activity. The structures of compounds (16) were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. Compound (3) showed strong antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori (ATCC43504) and compounds (1), (2) and (4) showed moderate antibacterial activity. Compound (1) exhibited good cytotoxicity against three human cancer cell lines (K562, LANCAP, HEP2).  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the whole plant of Hypericum curvisepalum led to the isolation of nine polycyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinols (19). Among them, curvisepalumiones A (1) and B (2) are two new compounds and their structures were elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic data analysis combined with Rh2(OCOCF3)4-induced electronic circular dichroism experiment. Cytotoxic assay showed that all the tested compounds except for 1 was moderately cytotoxic against human hepatocarcinoma cell line SMMC-7721 cell line, while compounds 3 and 4 also exhibited cytotoxicity toward MGC-803 cells. In addition, compound 2 exhibited weak inhibitory activity against Bacillus subtilis.  相似文献
