We have investigated the mechanism of the interaction of Streptomyces sp. N174 chitosanase with glucosamine hexasaccharide [(GlcN)(6)] by site-directed mutagenesis, thermal unfolding, and (GlcN)(6) digestion experiments, followed by theoretical calculations. From the energy-minimized model of the chitosanase-(GlcN)(6) complex structure (Marcotte et al., 1996), Asp57, which is present in all known chitosanases, was proposed to be one of the amino acid residues that interacts with the oligosaccharide substrate. The chitosanase gene was mutated at Asp57 to Asn (D57N) and Ala (D57A), and the relative activities of the mutated chitosanases were found to be 72 and 0.5% of that of the wild type, respectively. The increase in the transition temperature of thermal unfolding (T(m)), usually observed upon the addition of (GlcN)(n) to chitosanase mutants unaffected in terms of substrate binding, was considerably suppressed in the D57A mutant. These data suggest that Asp57 is important for substrate binding. The experimental time-courses of [(GlcN)(6)] degradation were analyzed by a theoretical model in order to obtain the binding free energy values of the individual subsites of the chitosanases. A (-3, -2, -1, +1, +2, +3) subsite model agreed best with the experimental data. This analysis also indicated that the mutation of Asp57 affects substrate affinity at subsite (-2), suggesting that Asp57 most likely participates in the substrate binding at this subsite.  相似文献

This paper summarizes our present electrostatic calculations on P-type ATPases and their contribution to understand the molecular details of the reaction mechanisms. One focus was set on analyzing the proton countertransport of the sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase (SERCA1a). Protonation of acidic residues was calculated in dependence of pH for different enzyme states in the reaction cycle of the Ca2+-ATPase. We proposed that the acidic Ca2+ ligands Glu 771, Asp 800 and Glu 908 participate in the proton countertransport whereas Glu 309 is more likely to serve as a proton shuttle between binding site I and the cytoplasm. Complementary to infrared measurements, we assigned infrared bands to specific Ca2+ ligands that are hydrogen bonded. Ion pathways were proposed based on the calculations and structural data. Another focus was set on analyzing the energy transduction mechanism of P-type ATPases. In accordance to electrophysiological experiments, we simulated an electric field across the membrane. The impact of the electric field was studied by an accumulated number of residue conformational and ionization changes on specific transmembrane helices. Our calculations on the Ca2+-ATPase and the Na+/K+-ATPase indicated that the highly conserved transmembrane helix M5 is one structural element that is likely to act as energy transduction element in P-type ATPases. Perspectives and limitations of the electrostatic calculations for future computational studies are pointed out.  相似文献

Bacterial chitosanases share weak amino acid sequence similarities at certain regions of each enzyme. These regions have been assumed to be important for catalytic activities of the enzyme. To verify this assumption, the functional importance of the conserved region in a novel thermostable chitosanase (TCH-2) from Bacillus coagulans CK108 was investigated. Each of the conserved amino acid residues (Leu64, Glu80, Glu94, Asp98, and Gly108) was changed to aspartate and glutamine or asparagine and glutamate by site-directed mutagenesis, respectively. Kinetic parameters for colloidal chitosan hydrolysis were determined with wild-type and 10 mutant chitosanases. The Leu64 Arg and Leu64 Gln mutations were essentially inactive and kinetic parameters such as V max and k cat were approximately 1/107 of those of the wild-type enzyme. The Asp98 Asn mutation did not affect the K m value significantly, but decreased k cat to 15% of that of wild-type chitosanase. On the other hand, the Asp98 srarr; Glu mutation affected neither K m nor k cat. The observation that approximately 15% of activity remained after the substitution of Asp98 by Asn indicated that the carboxyl side chain of Asp98 is not absolutely required for catalytic activity. These results indicate that the Leu64 residue is directly involved in the catalytic activity of TCH-2.  相似文献

Cells of "Paenibacillus fukuinensis" D2 produced chitosanase into surrounding medium, in the presence of colloidal chitosan or glucosamine. The gene of this enzyme was cloned, sequenced, and subjected to site-directed mutation and deletion analyses. The nucleotide sequence indicated that the chitosanase was composed of 797 amino acids and its molecular weight was 85,610. Unlike conventional family 46 chitosanases, the enzyme has family 8 glycosyl hydrolase catalytic domain, at the amino-terminal side, and discoidin domain at the carboxyl-terminal region. Expression of the cloned gene in Escherichia coli revealed beta-1,4-glucanase function, besides chitosanase activity. Analyses by zymography and immunoblotting suggested that the active enzyme was, after removal of signal peptide, produced from inactive 81-kDa form by proteolysis at the carboxyl-terminal region. Replacements of Glu(115) and Asp(176), highly conserved residues in the family 8 glycosylase region, with Gln and Asn caused simultaneous loss of chitosanase and glucanase activities, suggesting that these residues formed part of the catalytic site. Truncation experiments demonstrated indispensability of an amino-terminal region spanning 425 residues adjacent to the signal peptide.  相似文献

Chitinases are known to hydrolyze chitin polymers into smaller chitooligosaccharides. Chitinase from bacterium Serratia proteamaculans (SpChiD) is found to exhibit both hydrolysis and transglycosylation activities. SpChiD belongs to family 18 of glycosyl hydrolases (GH-18). The recombinant SpChiD was crystallized and its three-dimensional structure was determined at 1.49 Å resolution. The structure was refined to an R-factor of 16.2%. SpChiD consists of 406 amino acid residues. The polypeptide chain of SpChiD adopts a (β/α)8 triosephosphate isomerase (TIM) barrel structure. SpChiD contains three acidic residues, Asp149, Asp151 and Glu153 as part of its catalytic scheme. While both Asp149 and Glu153 adopt single conformations, Asp151 is observed in two conformations. The substrate binding cleft is partially obstructed by a protruding loop, Asn30 - Asp42 causing a considerable reduction in the number of available subsites in the substrate binding site. The positioning of loop, Asn30 - Asp42 appears to be responsible for the transglycosylation activity. The structure determination indicated the presence of sulfone Met89 (SMet89). The sulfone methionine residue is located on the surface of the protein at a site where extra domain is attached in other chitinases. This is the first structure of a single domain chitinase with hydrolytic and transglycosylation activities.  相似文献

Fifty-nine amino acid sequences belonging to family 57 (GH-57) of the glycoside hydrolases were collected using the CAZy server, Pfam database and blast tools. Owing to the sequence heterogeneity of the GH-57 members, sequence alignments were performed using mainly manual methods. Likewise, five conserved regions were identified, which are postulated to be GH-57 consensus motifs. In the 659 amino acid-long 4-alpha-glucanotransferase from Thermococcus litoralis, these motifs correspond to 13_HQP (region I), 76_GQLEIV (region II), 120_WLTERV (region III), 212_HDDGEKFGVW (region IV), and 350_AQCNDAYWH (region V). The third and fourth conserved regions contain the catalytic nucleophile and the proton donor, respectively. Based on our sequence alignment, residues Glu291 and Asp394 were proposed as the nucleophile and proton donor, respectively, in a GH-57 amylopullulanase from Thermococcus hydrothermalis. To validate this prediction, site-directed mutagenesis was performed. The results of this work reveal that both residues are critical for the pullulanolytic and amylolytic activities of the amylopullulanase. Therefore, these data support the prediction and strongly suggest that the bifunctionality of the amylopullulanase is determined by a single catalytic centre. Despite this positive validation, our alignment also reveals that certain GH-57 members do not possess the Glu and Asp corresponding to the predicted GH-57 catalytic residues. However, the sequences concerned by this anomaly encode putative proteins for which no biochemical or enzymatic data are yet available. Finally, the evolutionary trees generated for GH-57 reveal that the entire family can be divided into several subfamilies that may reflect the different enzyme specificities.  相似文献

Aspergillus niger isopullulanase (IPU) is the only pullulan-hydrolase in glycosyl hydrolase (GH) family 49 and does not hydrolyse dextran at all, while all other GH family 49 enzymes are dextran-hydrolysing enzymes. To investigate the common catalytic mechanism of GH family 49 enzymes, nine mutants were prepared to replace residues conserved among GH family 49 (four Trp, three Asp and two Glu). Homology modelling of IPU was also carried out based on the structure of Penicillium minioluteum dextranase, and the result showed that Asp353, Glu356, Asp372, Asp373 and Trp402, whose substitutions resulted in the reduction of activity for both pullulan and panose, were predicted to be located in the negatively numbered subsites. Three Asp-mutated enzymes, D353N, D372N and D373N, lost their activities, indicating that these residues are candidates for the catalytic residues of IPU. The W402F enzyme significantly reduced IPU activity, and the Km value was sixfold higher and the k0 value was 500-fold lower than those for the wild-type enzyme, suggesting that Trp402 is a residue participating in subsite -1. Trp31 and Glu273, whose substitutions caused a decrease in the activity for pullulan but not for panose, were predicted to be located in the interface between N-terminal and beta-helical domains. The substrate preference of the negatively numbered subsites of IPU resembles that of GH family 49 dextranases. These findings suggest that IPU and the GH family 49 dextranases have a similar catalytic mechanism in their negatively numbered subsites in spite of the difference of their substrate specificities.  相似文献

Protonation of acidic residues in the sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca(2+)-ATPase (SERCA 1a) was studied by multiconformation continuum electrostatic calculations in the Ca(2+)-bound state Ca(2)E1, in the Ca(2+)-free state E2(TG) with bound thapsigargin, and in the E2P (ADP-insensitive phosphoenzyme) analog state with MgF(4)(2-) E2(TG+MgF(4)(2-)). Around physiological pH, all acidic Ca(2+) ligands (Glu(309), Glu(771), Asp(800), and Glu(908)) were unprotonated in Ca(2)E1; in E2(TG) and E2(TG+MgF(4)(2-)) Glu(771), Asp(800), and Glu(908) were protonated. Glu(771) and Glu(908) had calculated pK(a) values larger than 14 in E2(TG) and E2(TG+MgF(4)(2-)), whereas Asp(800) titrated with calculated pK(a) values near 7.5. Glu(309) had very different pK(a) values in the Ca(2+)-free states: 8.4 in E2(TG+MgF(4)(2-)) and 4.7 in E2(TG) because of a different local backbone conformation. This indicates that Glu(309) can switch between a high and a low pK(a) mode, depending on the local backbone conformation. Protonated Glu(309) occupied predominantly two main, very differently orientated side-chain conformations in E2(TG+MgF(4)(2-)): one oriented inward toward the other Ca(2+) ligands and one oriented outward toward a protein channel that seems to be in contact with the cytoplasm. Upon deprotonation, Glu(309) adopted completely the outwardly orientated side-chain conformation. The contact of Glu(309) with the cytoplasm in E2(TG+MgF(4)(2-)) makes this residue unlikely to bind lumenal protons. Instead it might serve as a proton shuttle between Ca(2+)-binding site I and the cytoplasm. Glu(771), Asp(800), and Glu(908) are proposed to take part in proton countertransport.  相似文献

Pseudomonas sp. A-01, isolated as a strain with chitosan-degrading activity, produced a 28 kDa chitosanase. Following purification of the chitosanase (Cto1) and determination of its N-terminal amino acid sequence, the corresponding gene (cto1) was cloned by a reverse-genetic technique. The gene encoded a protein, composed of 266 amino acids, including a putative signal sequence (1-28), that showed an amino acid sequence similar to known family-46 chitosanases. Cto1 was successfully overproduced and was secreted by a Brevibacillus choshinensis transformant carrying the cto1 gene on expression plasmid vector pNCMO2. The purified recombinant Cto1 protein was stable at pH 5-8 and showed the best chitosan-hydrolyzing activity at pH 5. Replacement of two acidic amino acid residues, Glu23 and Asp41, which correspond to previously identified active centers in Streptomyces sp. N174 chitosanase, with Gln and Asn respectively caused a defect in the hydrolyzing activity of the enzyme.  相似文献

Calreticulin is a Ca2+ -binding chaperone that resides in the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum and is involved in the regulation of intracellular Ca2+ homeostasis and in the folding of newly synthesized glycoproteins. In this study, we have used site-specific mutagenesis to map amino acid residues that are critical in calreticulin function. We have focused on two cysteine residues (Cys(88) and Cys(120)), which form a disulfide bridge in the N-terminal domain of calreticulin, on a tryptophan residue located in the carbohydrate binding site (Trp(302)), and on certain residues located at the tip of the "hairpin-like" P-domain of the protein (Glu(238), Glu(239), Asp(241), Glu(243), and Trp(244)). Calreticulin mutants were expressed in crt(-/-) fibroblasts, and bradykinin-dependent Ca2+ release was measured as a marker of calreticulin function. Bradykinin-dependent Ca2+ release from the endoplasmic reticulum was rescued by wild-type calreticulin and by the Glu(238), Glu(239), Asp(241), and Glu(243) mutants. The Cys(88) and Cys(120) mutants rescued the calreticulin-deficient phenotype only partially ( approximately 40%), and the Trp(244) and Trp(302) mutants did not rescue it at all. We identified four amino acid residues (Glu(239), Asp(241), Glu(243), and Trp(244)) at the hairpin tip of the P-domain that are critical in the formation of a complex between ERp57 and calreticulin. Although the Glu(239), Asp(241), and Glu(243) mutants did not bind ERp57 efficiently, they fully restored bradykinin-dependent Ca2+ release in crt(-/-) cells. This indicates that binding of ERp57 to calreticulin may not be critical for the chaperone function of calreticulin with respect to the bradykinin receptor.  相似文献

The catalytic domain of chitobiase (beta-N-1-4 acetylhexosaminidase) from Serratia marcescens, is an alpha/beta TIM-barrel. This enzyme belongs to family 20 of glycosyl hydrolases in which a conserved amino acid pair, aspartate-glutamate, is present (Asp539-Glu540). It was proposed that catalysis by this enzyme family is carried out by glutamate 540 acting as a proton donor and by the acetamido group of the substrate as a nucleophile. We investigated the role of Asp539 and Glu540 by site-directed mutagenesis, biochemical characterization and by structural analyses of chitobiase -substrate co-crystals. We found that both residues are essential for chitobiase activity. The mutations, however, led to subtle changes in the catalytic site. Our results support the model that Glu540 acts as the proton donor and that Asp539 acts in several different ways. Asp539 restrains the acetamido group of the substrate in a specific orientation by forming a hydrogen bond with N2 of the non-reduced (-1) sugar. In addition, this residue participates in substrate binding. It is also required for the correct positioning of Glu540 and may provide additional negative charge at the active site. Thus, these biochemical and structural studies provide a molecular explanation for the functional importance and conservation of these residues.  相似文献

dUTP pyrophosphatases (dUTPases) are essential for genome integrity. Recent results allowed characterization of the role of conserved residues. Here we analyzed the Asp/Asn mutation within conserved Motif I of human and mycobacterial dUTPases, wherein the Asp residue was previously implicated in Mg2+-coordination. Our results on transient/steady-state kinetics, ligand binding and a 1.80 Å resolution structure of the mutant mycobacterial enzyme, in comparison with wild type and C-terminally truncated structures, argue that this residue has a major role in providing intra- and intersubunit contacts, but is not essential for Mg2+ accommodation. We conclude that in addition to the role of conserved motifs in substrate accommodation, direct subunit interaction between protein atoms of active site residues from different conserved motifs are crucial for enzyme function.  相似文献

In the hydrolytic reaction catalyzed by an endoglucanase from a Bacillus strain (endoglucanase K), 2 of 12 Trp residues, Trp174 and Trp243, are responsible for binding of the substrate and/or for the catalysis (Kawaminami, S., Ozaki, K., Sumitomo, N., Hayashi, Y., Ito, S., Shimada, I., and Arata, Y. (1994) J. Biol. Chem. 269, 28752-28756). Here we report results of a stable isotope-aided NMR analysis of the active site of endoglucanase K, using Trp174 and Trp243 as structural probes. Hydrogen-deuterium exchange experiments performed for the NH protons of main and side chains of Trp residues revealed that Trp174 and Trp243 are located in the hydrophilic and hydrophobic microenvironments in the active site, respectively. We also carried out pH titration experiments for indole C2 proton resonances of Trp residues and measured the pH dependence of specific activities for wild-type endoglucanase K and its mutants in which Glu or Asp residues are replaced with their respective amide forms. On the basis of the results obtained from the present study, we conclude that (a) Glu130 and Asp191, which are in spatial proximity to Trp174 and Trp243 in the active site, play a crucial role in the enzymatic activity; (b) Glu130 and Asp191 interact with each other in the active site, leading to an increase in the pKa values to 5.5 for both amino acid residues; and (c) the pKa values of Glu130 and Asp191 would lead to an unusually narrow pH-activity profile of the endoglucanase K.  相似文献

Clostridium paraputrificum M-21 beta-N-acetylglucosaminidase 3A (Nag3A) is an enzyme classified in family 3 of the glycoside hydrolases. To identify catalytic residues of this enzyme, mutations were introduced into highly conserved Glu and Asp residues. Replacement of Asp175 with Ala abolished the catalytic activity without change in the circular dichroism spectrum, strongly suggesting that this residue is a catalytic residue, a nucleophile/base or a proton donor. Since the K(m) values of mutant enzymes D119N, D229N, D229A and D274N increased 17 to 41 times as compared with that of wild-type enzyme, Asp119, Asp229, and Asp274 appear to be involved in substrate recognition and binding. Taking previous studies into consideration, we presume that Asp303 is the catalytic nucleophile and Asp175 is the proton donor of C. paraputrificum Nag3A.  相似文献

Kinetic analysis of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase has implicated a glutamate or aspartate residue in (i) formation of mevaldate thiohemiacetal by proton transfer to the carbonyl oxygen of mevaldate and (ii) enhanced ionization of CoASH by the resulting enzyme carboxylate anion, facilitating attack by CoAS- on the carbonyl carbon of mevaldate (Veloso, D., Cleland, W. W., and Porter, J. W. (1981) Biochemistry 81, 887-894). Although neither the identity of this acidic residue nor its location is known, the catalytic domains of 11 sequenced HMG-CoA reductases contain only 3 conserved acidic residues. For HMG-CoA reductase of Pseudomonas mevalonii, these residues are Glu52, Glu83, and Asp183. To identify the acidic residue that functions in catalysis, we generated mutants having alterations in these residues. The mutant proteins were expressed, purified, and characterized. Mutational alteration of residues Glu52 or Asp183 of P. mevalonii HMG-CoA reductase yielded enzymes with significant, but in some cases reduced, activity (Vmax = 100% Asp183----Ala, 65% Asp183----Asn, and 15% Glu52----Gln of wild-type activity, respectively). Although the activity of mutant enzymes Glu52----Gln and Asp183----Ala was undetectable under standard assay conditions, their Km values for substrates were 4-300-fold higher than those for wild-type enzyme. Km values for wild-type enzyme and for mutant enzymes Glu52----Gln and Asp183----Ala were, respectively: 0.41, 73, and 120 mM [R,S)-mevalonate); 0.080, 4.4, and 2.0 mM (coenzyme A); and 0.26, 4.4, and 1.0 mM (NAD+). By these criteria, neither Glu52 nor Asp183 is the acidic catalytic residue although each may function in substrate recognition. During chromatography on coenzyme A agarose or HMG-CoA agarose, mutant enzymes Asp183----Asn and Glu83----Gln behaved like wild-type enzyme. By contrast, and in support of a role for these residues in substrate recognition, mutant enzymes Glu52----Gln and Asp183----Ala exhibited impaired ability to bind to either support. Despite displaying Km values for substrates and chromatographic behavior on substrate affinity supports comparable to wild-type enzyme, only mutant enzyme Glu83----Gln was essentially inactive under all conditions studied (Vmax = 0.2% that of wild-type enzyme). Glutamate residue 83 of P. mevalonii HMG-CoA reductase, and consequently the glutamate of the consensus Pro-Met-Ala-Thr-Thr-Glu-Gly-Cys-Leu-Val-Ala motif of the catalytic domains of eukaryotic HMG-CoA reductases, is judged to be the acidic residue functional in catalysis.  相似文献

The results of a DFT theoretical investigation on the catalytic mechanism of the QC enzyme are presented. A rather large model-system is used. It includes the most important residues that are believed to play a key-role in the catalysis. The computational results show that the rate-determining step of the catalytic process is not the nucleophilic attack leading to the cycle formation (a very easy and fast process with a negligible barrier of 0.8 kcal mol(-1)), but a proton transfer, which is assisted by the Glu201 residue acting as a proton shuttle (general base and general acid). A complex network of hydrogen bonds (involving Asp248 and other residues) contribute to lower the activation barrier for the proton shift which affords the formation of an ammonia molecule bonded to the substrate. The ammonia molecule is a good leaving group which is easily expelled from the substrate in the last step of the catalytic cycle, but remains anchored to the enzyme as a ligand of the zinc cation. The metal plays a key-role in assisting the nucleophilic attack (electrostatic catalysis) since it polarizes the substrate gamma-amide carbonyl group (its electrophilic character increases). Also, the strength of the nucleophilic nitrogen (substrate alpha-amino group) is enhanced by hydrogen bonds involving the Glu201 residue. The computations outline the important role of Trp329 in helping the substrate binding process and stabilizing the cyclization transition state.  相似文献

Bovine CD38/NAD+ glycohydrolase catalyzes the hydrolysis of NAD+ to nicotinamide and ADP-ribose and the formation of cyclic ADP-ribose via a stepwise reaction mechanism. Our recent crystallographic study of its Michaelis complex and covalently-trapped intermediates provided insights into the modalities of substrate binding and the molecular mechanism of bCD38. The aim of the present work was to determine the precise role of key conserved active site residues (Trp118, Glu138, Asp147, Trp181 and Glu218) by focusing mainly on the cleavage of the nicotinamide–ribosyl bond. We analyzed the kinetic parameters of mutants of these residues which reside within the bCD38 subdomain in the vicinity of the scissile bond of bound NAD+. To address the reaction mechanism we also performed chemical rescue experiments with neutral (methanol) and ionic (azide, formate) nucleophiles. The crucial role of Glu218, which orients the substrate for cleavage by interacting with the N-ribosyl 2′-OH group of NAD+, was highlighted. This contribution to catalysis accounts for almost half of the reaction energy barrier. Other contributions can be ascribed notably to Glu138 and Asp147 via ground-state destabilization and desolvation in the vicinity of the scissile bond. Key interactions with Trp118 and Trp181 were also proven to stabilize the ribooxocarbenium ion-like transition state. Altogether we propose that, as an alternative to a covalent acylal reaction intermediate with Glu218, catalysis by bCD38 proceeds through the formation of a discrete and transient ribooxocarbenium intermediate which is stabilized within the active site mostly by electrostatic interactions.  相似文献

Maltohexaose-producing amylase, called G6-amylase (EC 3.2.1.98), from alkalophilic Bacillus sp.707 predominantly produces maltohexaose (G6) from starch and related alpha-1,4-glucans. To elucidate the reaction mechanism of G6-amylase, the enzyme activities were evaluated and crystal structures were determined for the native enzyme and its complex with pseudo-maltononaose at 2.1 and 1.9 A resolutions, respectively. The optimal condition for starch-degrading reaction activity was found at 45 degrees C and pH 8.8, and the enzyme produced G6 in a yield of more than 30% of the total products from short-chain amylose (DP = 17). The crystal structures revealed that Asp236 is a nucleophilic catalyst and Glu266 is a proton donor/acceptor. Pseudo-maltononaose occupies subsites -6 to +3 and induces the conformational change of Glu266 and Asp333 to form a salt linkage with the N-glycosidic amino group and a hydrogen bond with secondary hydroxyl groups of the cyclitol residue bound to subsite -1, respectively. The indole moiety of Trp140 is stacked on the cyclitol and 4-amino-6-deoxyglucose residues located at subsites -6 and -5 within a 4 A distance. Such a face-to-face short contact may regulate the disposition of the glucosyl residue at subsite -6 and would govern the product specificity for G6 production.  相似文献

Voltage-activated Ca2+ channels are membrane protein machinery performing selective permeation of external calcium ions. The main Ca2+ selective filters of all high-voltage-activated Ca2+ channel isoforms are commonly composed of four Glu residues (EEEE), while those of low-voltage-activated T-type Ca2+ channel isoforms are made up of two Glu and two Asp residues (EEDD). We here investigate how the Asp residues at the pore loops of domains III and IV affect biophysical properties of the Cav3.2 channel. Electrophysiological characterization of the pore mutant channels in which the pore Asp residue(s) were replaced with Glu, showed that both Asp residues critically control the biophysical properties of Cav3.2, including relative permeability between Ba2+ and Ca2+, anomalous mole fraction effect (AMFE), voltage dependency of channel activation, Cd2+ blocking sensitivity, and pH effects, in distinctive ways.  相似文献
