Immunostimulatory effects of collagen from jellyfish in vivo   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
We focused on the biological activity of the collagen extracts obtained from the giant edible jellyfish, Nemopilema nomurai. Jellyfish collagen extracts stimulates the production of immunoglobulins (Igs) and cytokines by human hybridoma cells and human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Therefore, we examined the immunoregulatory function of jellyfish collagen extracts in mice. Intake of jellyfish collagen extracts facilitated the Ig production activity of lymphocytes from spleen and Peyer's patch. Furthermore, the levels of Igs in the serum clearly increased after the administration of jellyfish collagen extracts. Intake of bovine collagen from Achilles' tendon also activated lymphocytes activity in mice. The activity of total and antigen-specific Ig production in splenocytes from OVA-challenged mice was also enhanced by collagen intake. However, the total and OVA-specific IgE levels in the serum were not affected by the collagen intake. These results suggested that jellyfish collagen extracts stimulates an immune response in vivo, without inducing allergic complications.  相似文献

Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is a major barrier to successful allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation and is largely mediated by activated donor lymphocytes. Lymphotoxin (LT)-α is expressed by subsets of activated T and B cells, and studies in preclinical models demonstrated that targeted depletion of these cells with a mouse anti-LT-α monoclonal antibody (mAb) was efficacious in inhibiting inflammation and autoimmune disease. Here we demonstrate that LT-α is also upregulated on activated human donor lymphocytes in a xenogeneic model of GVHD and targeted depletion of these donor cells ameliorated GVHD. A depleting humanized anti-LT-α mAb, designated MLTA3698A, was generated that specifically binds to LT-α in both the soluble and membrane-bound forms, and elicits antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity in vitro. Using a human peripheral blood mononuclear cell transplanted SCID (Hu-SCID) mouse model of GVHD, the anti-human LT-α mAb specifically depleted activated LT-expressing human donor T and B cells, resulting in prolonged survival of the mice. A mutation in the Fc region, rendering the mAb incapable of mediating ADCC, abolished all in vitro and in vivo effects. These data support a role for using a depleting anti-LT-α antibody in treating immune diseases such as GVHD and autoimmune diseases.  相似文献

IL-2 was originally identified as a potent T cell growth factor. It was subsequently demonstrated that IL-2 also exerts proapoptotic effects under certain conditions. Inactivation of IL-2 by gene targeting in mice showed that whereas IL-2 is not essential for the generation, clonal expansion, or differentiation of lymphocytes to effector cells, it has a unique role in preventing the accumulation of activated lymphocytes. IL-2(-/-) mice show lymphoadenopathy and autoimmune reactions, suggesting that the proapoptotic effects of IL-2 may predominate in vivo. In this study, we confirm that lymph nodes (LNs) are enlarged in IL-2(-/-) animals, but surprisingly, we found that their spleens are almost normal in size. Subsequent to this observation, we compare lymphocytes from LNs and spleens of IL-2(-/-) and IL-2(+/-) animals to analyze molecular and cellular correlates of the immunopathological disorders found in IL-2-deficient mice. LN lymphocytes from IL-2(-/-) are selectively activated and show an enhanced survival capacity and an increased ability to proliferate in vitro when compared with LN cells from IL-2(+/-) mice and splenocytes from IL-2(-/-) and IL-2(+/-) mice. Because the apoptosis inhibitor FLIP has been shown in vitro to participate in the IL-2 control of activation-induced cell death, we analyze its expression in IL-2(-/-) mice. FLIP was found to be selectively overexpressed in the LNs of IL-2(-/-) mice, but no overexpression was found in spleen cells or thymocytes. These results suggest that FLIP, in conjunction with other IL-2-regulated genes previously characterized in our laboratory, is involved in controlling lymphoadenopathy in IL-2(-/-) mice.  相似文献

Tk+/- transgenic mice were created using an embryonic stem cell line in which one allele of the endogenous thymidine kinase (Tk) gene was inactivated by targeted homologous recombination. Breeding Tk+/- parents produced viable Tk-/- knockout (KO) mice. Splenic lymphocytes from KO mice were used in reconstruction experiments for determining the conditions necessary for recovering Tk somatic cell mutants from Tk+/- mice. The cloning efficiency of KO lymphocytes was not affected by the toxic thymidine analogues 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine (BrdUrd) or trifluorothymidine (TFT), or by BrdUrd in the presence of lymphocytes from Tk+/- animals; however, it was easier to identify clones resistant to BrdUrd than to TFT when Tk+/- cells were present. Tk+/- mice were treated with vehicle or 100 mg/kg of N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea (ENU), and after 4 months, the frequency of Tk mutant lymphocytes was measured by resistance to BrdUrd. The frequency of Tk mutants was 22+/-5.9x10-6 in control animals and 80+/-31x10-6 in treated mice. In comparison, the frequency of Hprt mutant lymphocytes, as measured by resistance to 6-thioguanine, was 2.0+/-1.2x10-6 in control animals and 84+/-28x10-6 in the ENU-treated mice. Analysis of BrdUrd-resistant lymphocyte clones derived from the ENU-treated animals revealed point mutations in the non-targeted Tk allele. These results indicate that the selection of BrdUrd-resistant lymphocytes from Tk+/- mice may be used for assessing in vivo mutation in an endogenous, autosomal gene.  相似文献

Chemokines are small proteins that direct the migration of leukocytes to inflammatory foci. Many cell types, including macrophages, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, and lymphocytes, produce chemokines in vitro, but biologically relevant sources of chemokines in vivo have not been well characterized. To investigate the pertinent sources of macrophage inflammatory protein-1 alpha (MIP-1 alpha) in vivo, we used MIP-1 alpha-deficient (MIP-1 alpha-/-) mice as donors and as recipients in adoptive transfer experiments after a lethal infection with Listeria monocytogenes (LM). Unexpectedly, we found that the production of MIP-1 alpha by CD8+ T cells was critical in this system, as the cells from MIP-1 alpha-/- mice primed with LM were significantly less effective in protecting naive mice against a lethal infection by LM than were the CD8+ T cells from wild-type (wt) mice. This requirement for donor T cell production of MIP-1 alpha was confirmed by the observation that wt donor T cells do not mediate protection when coadministered with an anti-MIP-1 alpha polyclonal antiserum. Production of MIP-1 alpha by the recipient mice was not required for protection, because wt and MIP-1 alpha-/- recipients were equally well protected by wt T cells. A 2- to 3-fold decrease in the number of transferred lymphocytes was seen in the spleens of mice receiving T cells from MIP-1 alpha-/- mice compared with those receiving wt T cells. In addition, CD8+ T cells from MIP-1 alpha-/- mice had a reduced ability to kill LM-infected target cells in vitro. These findings demonstrate that T cell production of MIP-1 alpha is required for clearance of an intracellular pathogen in vivo.  相似文献

Chlorophyllin (CHL) has been examined as an antioxidant/radioprotector in splenic lymphocytes from BALB/c mice. CHL inhibited lipid peroxidation induced by 2,2'-azobis(2-propionimidinedihydrochloride) (AAPH) in lymphocytes in vitro. It also partially prevented radiation-induced suppression of mitogenic stimulation of lymphocytes in vitro. Generation of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) by radiation or AAPH was measured as oxidation of dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (H(2)DCF-DA) using flow cytometry. Addition of CHL to lymphocytes in vitro significantly inhibited the increase in intracellular ROS. Further, lymphocytes from mice treated with CHL (100-400 microg/gbw i. p.) showed varying levels of ROS depending on the dose and the time (24 to 72 h) after injection. The extent of radiation-induced apoptosis and suppression of concanavalin A (con A)-induced mitogenesis ex vivo corresponded with changes in ROS levels in CHL-administered mice. Antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase and glutathione peroxidase (GPX) were also estimated in lymphocytes from CHL-treated mice. CHL offered protection against whole body irradiation (WBI)-induced lipid peroxidation and apoptosis in lymphocytes at all the time points studied. These results demonstrate antioxidant effect of CHL in vivo.  相似文献

The present studies examined resting and activated murine gamma/delta T lymphocytes, in vitro and in vivo, for surface expression of FcR. Polyclonal gamma/delta TCR+ lymphocytes selectively grown from the spleen and intestine of normal mice did not express FcR when the cells were in a resting state, but when cells were activated with anti-CD3 antibody virtually all of the splenic gamma/delta lymphocytes and a large subpopulation of the intestinal gamma/delta lymphocytes expressed IgA and IgM FcR. This was confirmed by using transgenic mice. Resting gamma/delta TCR+ lymphocytes from the spleen, thymus, lymph node, and blood of gamma/delta TCR transgenic mice did not express FcR for any of the five major classes of Ig H chains. Activation of the gamma/delta TCR+ cells via the CD3/TCR complex induced high levels of IgM and IgA FcR and low levels of IgG FcR. Finally, in hepatic granulomas of schistosome-infected mice, activated gamma/delta TCR+ cells are present and express high levels of IgA and IgM FcR and low levels of IgG FcR. These investigations establish that transition of gamma/delta TCR+ lymphocytes from a resting to an activated state (triggered via the T3Ti TCR complex) is accompanied by the induction of surface membrane receptors specific for Ig H chain isotypes. The activation-linked expression of FcR on gamma/delta TCR+ lymphocytes provides potential mechanisms for coupling the functional activities of gamma/delta T lymphocytes with immune mechanisms that involve Ig molecules, such as antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity.  相似文献

To determine the lymphoid target cells of simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) in vivo, peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) and lymph node lymphocytes (LNL) were positively selected (>97% purity) for surface expression of CD4, CD8, or CD20 and then analyzed for SIV provirus using semiquantitative DNA amplification. We found provirus in CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocytes but none in CD20+ lymphocytes. During acute SIV infection (< or = 214 days postinoculation), the percentage of PBL and LNL CD4+ cells containing proviral DNA ranged from 0.2 to 20% and from 0.2 to 2%, respectively. Proviral burden in the CD8+ population of either PBL or LNL ranged from 0.01 to 0.2%. Virus isolation by cocultivation was positive for both CD4+ and CD8+ purified populations. No difference in proviral burden was observed between PBL and LNL subsets during acute SIV infection. Up to 19.4% of positively selected CD8+ cells also expressed CD4, and thus the provirus may reside within a dual-positive population. This dual-positive population may represent activated lymphocytes that are particularly susceptible to infection and may provide an opportunity for virus entry into the CD8+ CD4- lymphocytes in vivo.  相似文献

SOCS1(-/-) mice accumulate within the thymus and periphery CD8(+) lymphocytes that express memory cell markers and display heightened in vitro responses to common gamma-chain cytokines. To investigate whether dysregulated homeostasis of T lymphocytes and acquisition of memory phenotype by CD8(+) cells in SOCS1(-/-) mice were mediated by IL-7 and/or IL-15 in vivo, we have generated SOCS1(-/-)IL-7(-/-), SOCS1(-/-)IL-15(-/-) and SOCS1(-/-)IL-7(-/-)IL-15(-/-) mice. We observed that in mice lacking SOCS1, either IL-7 or IL-15 skewed thymocyte development toward CD8 lineage, whereas IL-15 is the principal mediator of dysregulated homeostasis in the periphery. Homeostatic proliferation of SOCS1(-/-) CD8(+) lymphocytes in Rag1(-/-), Rag1(-/-)IL-7(-/-), Rag1(-/-)IL-15(-/-), and Rag1(-/-)IL-7(-/-)IL-15(-/-) mice showed that SOCS1 deficiency did not overcome the requirement for IL-7 and IL-15 to sustain homeostatic expansion. Differential expression of memory phenotype markers CD44, CD122, and Ly6C by SOCS1(-/-)IL-15(-/-) CD8(+) lymphocytes suggest that multiple signals contributed to the memory cell differentiation program. To address whether increased IL-15 responsiveness of SOCS1(-/-) CD8(+) lymphocytes required prior TCR sensitization, we generated SOCS1(-/-) H-Y TCR transgenic (Tg) mice. Using female SOCS1(-/-) H-Y TCR(tg) mice in Rag1(+/+) and Rag1(-/-) backgrounds, we show that acquisition of the memory phenotype by SOCS1-deficient CD8(+) lymphocytes did not require prior antigenic stimulation, but required the presence of activated T cells. SOCS1 deficiency accelerated the maturation of CD8 single-positive thymocytes expressing Tg TCR, but did not compromise negative selection in HY-TCR(tg) males. Our findings illustrate distinct functions for IL-7 and IL-15 in T lymphocyte development and homeostasis, and stringent regulation of these processes by SOCS1.  相似文献

Using noncompetitive methodologies comparing CD43(+/+) and CD43(-/-) mice, it has been reported that CD43(-/-) leukocytes exhibit reduced recruitment efficiency to sites of inflammation. More recent analyses demonstrate that CD43 on activated T cells can function as an E-selectin ligand (E-SelL) in vitro, suggesting that CD43 might promote rolling interactions during recruitment of leukocytes and account for the reported recruitment deficits in CD43(-/-) T cells and neutrophils in vivo. Internally controlled competitive in vivo methods using fluorescent tracking dyes were applied to compare recruitment efficiency of CD43(+/+) vs CD43(-/-) activated T cells to inflamed skin and of peripheral blood neutrophils to inflamed peritoneum. A simple CFSE perfusion method was developed to distinguish arterial/venous vasculature and confirm appropriate extravasation through venules in a Con A-induced cutaneous inflammation model. In vivo recruitment of peripheral blood neutrophils to inflamed peritoneum was core 2 GlcNAcT-I dependent, but recruitment efficiency was not influenced by absence of CD43. There were also no significant differences in core 2 GlcNAcT-I-dependent, selectin-dependent, cutaneous recruitment of activated T cells from CD43(+/+) and congenic CD43(-/-) mice in either B6 or P-selectin(-/-) recipients despite biochemical confirmation that a CD43-specific E-SelL was present on activated T cells. We conclude that recruitment of neutrophils and activated T cells in these in vivo models is not influenced by CD43 expression and that if CD43 on activated T cells performs an E-SelL function in vivo, it contributes in a limited physiological context.  相似文献

In vivo labeling experiments of Forsythia intermedia plant tissue with [8-14C]- and [9,9-2H2,OC2H3]coniferyl alcohols revealed that the lignans, (-)-secoisolariciresinol and (-)-matairesinol, were derived from two coniferyl alcohol molecules; no evidence for the formation of the corresponding (+)-enantiomers was found. Administration of (+-)-[Ar-3H]secoisolariciresinols to excised shoots of F. intermedia resulted in a significant conversion into (-)-matairesinol; again, the (+)-antipode was not detected. Experiments using cell-free extracts of F. intermedia confirmed and extended these findings. In the presence of NAD(P)H and H2O2, the cell-free extracts catalyzed the formation of (-)-secoisolariciresinol, with either [8-14C]- or [9,9-2H2,OC2H3]coniferyl alcohols as substrates. The (+)-enantiomer was not formed. Finally, when either (-)-[Ar-3H] or (+-)-[Ar-2H]secoisolariciresinols were used as substrates, in the presence of NAD(P), only (-)- and not (+)-matairesinol formation occurred. The other antipode, (+)-secoisolariciresinol, did not serve as a substrate for the formation of either (+)- or (-)-matairesinol. Thus, in F. intermedia, the formation of the lignan, (-)-secoisolariciresinol, occurs under strict stereochemical control, in a reaction or reactions requiring NAD(P)H and H2O2 as cofactors. This stereoselectivity is retained in the subsequent conversion into (-)-matairesinol, since (+)-secoisolariciresinol is not a substrate. These are the first two enzymes to be discovered in lignan formation.  相似文献

The proliferation of murine T lymphocytes in response to syngeneic Ia bearing non-T cells (syngeneic mixed lymphocyte reaction, SMLR) has been shown to generate regulatory T cells in vitro. An in vivo regulatory role has therefore been proposed for the SMLR. To study this role more directly, we examined the effects of repeated iv injection of mice with activated syngeneic B cells. Three such weekly injections induced a suppression of the plaque forming cell response to a subsequent injection of trinitrophenylated keyhole limpet hemocyanin (TNP-KLH). The suppression was transient and could not be maintained by additional injections of activated syngeneic B cells. The suppression was transferable to syngeneic recipients with splenic lymphocytes. Continued weekly iv injections of LPS induced blasts, as well as weekly intraperitoneal injections, caused enhancement rather than inhibition of the response to iv injected TNP-KLH. The enhancement was prevented by injection of anti-L3T4. Spleen cells from mice which had received three iv injections of activated syngeneic cells suppressed an in vitro secondary response to TNP-KLH by normal immune spleen cells. The cells responsible for the immune suppression were Thy 1.2+. The results indicate that repeated exposure to activated B cells causes activation of suppressor pathways but does not bring about a chronic state of immune suppression.  相似文献

Immunotoxins containing recombinant human-derived single-chain fragment variable (scFv) reagents (83 and 40) against CTLA-4 (CD152) linked to saporin, a ribosome-inactivating protein, were prepared and tested on CD3/CD28-activated T lymphocytes, MLRs, CTLA-4-positive cell lines, and hemopoietic precursors. Immunotoxins induced apoptosis in activated T lymphocytes and were able to specifically inhibit MLR between T lymphocytes and dendritic cells. The 83-saporin immunotoxin also inhibited the T cell activation in an MLR between T lymphocytes and an EBV-positive lymphoblastoid B cell line. Toxicity tests on hemopoietic precursors showed little or no effects in inhibiting colonies' growth. As the 83 scFv Ab was reactive also with activated mouse T lymphocytes, 83-saporin was tested in a model of tumor rejection consisting of C57BL/6 mice bearing a murine H.end endothelioma cell line, derived from DBA/2 mice. The lymphoid infiltration due to the presence of the tumor was reduced to a high extent, demonstrating that the immunotoxin was actually available and active in vivo. Thus, taking the results altogether, this study might represent a new breakthrough for immunotherapy, showing the possibility of targeting CTLA-4 to kill activated T cells, using conjugates containing scFv Abs and type 1 ribosome-inactivating protein.  相似文献

By a variety of assays, investigators (1-4) from several laboratories previously observed changes in numbers of thymus-derived suppressor lymphocytes (Ts) in patients with acute active multiple sclerosis (MS). Changes in numbers of Ts in the peripheral blood compartment of such patients closely follow disease activity. Extending these observations we now report Ts are activated in the peripheral blood of certain patients with MS. This activation occurred in vivo in the majority of patients with active disease, but only during remission after an acute episode of MS. In contrast, activated Ts were found infrequently in patients with chronic progressive or stable MS, with neurologic diseases other than MS, or healthy individuals. The suppressor activity found in peripheral blood T cells during the acute remitting stage of disease was associated with elevated numbers of lymphocytes bearing Fc receptors for IgG and/or OKT8 markers.  相似文献

The capacity of exogenous IL 2 to induce the growth of antigen-activated T lymphocytes in vivo was evaluated. The in vivo growth of adoptively transferred T lymphocytes that had been previously cultured long-term with IL 2 was initially examined, because in vitro such T cells are exquisitely dependent upon exogenous IL 2 for proliferation and survival. Daily administration of IL 2 in vivo, beginning on the day of cell transfer, induced these IL 2-dependent long-term cultured T lymphocytes to proliferate in vivo, and the magnitude of in vivo growth was proportional to the dose of IL 2 administered. The capacity of IL 2 to induce the in vivo growth of antigen-activated T cells not previously exposed in vitro to exogenous IL 2 was similarly studied. T lymphocytes from the spleens of immune mice, activated by 5-day culture with tumor antigen before transfer, survived poorly in vivo when injected with antigen alone, but demonstrated marked proliferation in vivo in response to antigen and exogenous IL 2. By contrast, immune spleen cells transferred with antigen, but without prior culture, proliferated without supplementary exogenous IL 2. Moreover, the growth of noncultured donor T cells was not augmented by the administration of exogenous IL 2, implying that noncultured spleen cells immune to tumor antigens can produce sufficient amounts of endogenous IL 2 in vivo to sustain maximal T cell growth over the time period examined. Importantly, the ability of exogenous IL 2 to induce donor T cell growth in vivo correlated with its ability to function in vivo to augment the anti-tumor efficacy of specifically immune donor T cells in models for the adoptive therapy of disseminated antigenic murine leukemia. Thus, the current studies highlight the potential of exogenous IL 2 to induce T cell growth in vivo and suggest that the administration of IL 2 in vivo may be useful for augmenting T cell responses that are relatively deficient in the production of endogenous IL 2.  相似文献

Mitogen activated protein kinases (MAPK) play a critical role in controlling cell survival and repopulation following exposure to ionising radiation. Most investigations on these pathways have been done using cultured cells or by ex vivo treatments. The present study was carried out to determine whether the response of MAPKs in mouse lymphocytes differs following in vivo and ex vivo irradiation with 60 Coγ-rays. We observed that ex vivo treatment resulted in a very significant decrease in the activated p44/42 and p38 MAPK as compared to in vivo. However, stress activated protein kinase (SAPK) response showed no significant difference between in vivo and ex vivo treatments. These observations point towards the differences in response elicited when the treatment is given in vivo as compared to in vitro. Therefore the findings reported from in vitro or ex vivo treatments should be treated with caution especially if it has to be clinically applied.  相似文献

The immunoreceptor NKG2D stimulates activation of cytotoxic lymphocytes upon engagement with MHC class I-related NKG2D ligands of which at least some are expressed inducibly upon exposure to carcinogens, cell stress, or viruses. In this study, we investigated consequences of a persistent NKG2D ligand expression in vivo by using transgenic mice expressing MHC class I chain-related protein A (MICA) under control of the H2-K(b) promoter. Although MICA functions as a potent activating ligand of mouse NKG2D, H2-K(b)-MICA mice appear healthy without aberrations in lymphocyte subsets. However, NKG2D-mediated cytotoxicity of H2-K(b)-MICA NK cells is severely impaired in vitro and in vivo. This deficiency concurs with a pronounced down-regulation of surface NKG2D that is also seen on activated CD8 T cells. As a consequence, H2-K(b)-MICA mice fail to reject MICA-expressing tumors and to mount normal CD8 T cell responses upon Listeria infection emphasizing the importance of NKG2D in immunity against tumors and intracellular infectious agents.  相似文献

Subcutaneous (sc) immunization of mice with allogeneic spleen cells can induce delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) to histocompatibility antigens. Intravenous immunization with irradiated allogeneic spleen cells, on the other hand, induces suppressor T (Ts) lymphocytes. These Ts cells are capable of suppressing the host-versus-graft (HvG) DTH reactivity which normally arises after sc immunization. Moreover they can suppress the development of antihost DTH effector T cells during graft-versus-host (GvH) reactions. These models for HvG and GvH DTH reactivity were used to study the influence of 2'-deoxyguanosine (dGuo) on the induction, further development, and expression of Ts cells in vivo. It was found that administration of dGuo inhibits the proliferation-dependent induction and further development of Ts cells, but not the suppression mediated by already activated Ts cells.  相似文献

Mono ADP-ribosyltransferase 2 (ART2) is an ectoenzyme expressed on mouse T lymphocytes, which catalyze the transfer of ADP-ribose groups from NAD(+) onto several target proteins. In vitro, ADP-ribosylation by ART2 activates the P2X7 ATP receptor and is responsible for NAD(+)-induced T cell death (NICD). Yet, the origin of extracellular NAD(+) and the role of NICD in vivo remain elusive. In a model of acute inflammation induced by polyacrylamide beads, we demonstrate release of NAD(+) into exudates during the early phase of the inflammatory response. This leads to T cell depletion in the draining lymph nodes from wild-type and, more severely, from mice lacking the CD38 NAD(+) glycohydrolase, whereas no effect is observed in ART2-deficient animals. Intravenous injection of NAD(+) used to exacerbate NICD in vivo results in fast and dramatic ART2- and P2X7-dependent depletion of CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes, which can affect up to 80% of peripheral T cells in CD38(-/-) mice. This affects mainly naive T cells as most cells surviving in vivo NAD+ treatment exhibit the phenotype of recently activated/memory cells. Consistently, treatment with NAD(+) abolishes primary Ab response to a T-dependent Ag in NICD-susceptible CD38(-/-) mice but has no effect on the secondary response when given several days after priming. Unexpectedly NAD+ treatment improves the response in their wild-type BALB/c counterparts. We propose that NAD(+) released during early inflammation facilitates the expansion of primed T cells, through ART2-driven death of resting cells, thus contributing to the dynamic regulation of T cell homeostasis.  相似文献
