Drainage waters at the metal mining areas often have low pH and high content of dissolved metals due to oxidation of sulfide minerals. Extreme conditions limit microbial diversity in such habitats. A microbial community of cold acid mine drainage (6.5°C, pH 2.65) at the Sherlovaya Gora polymetallic open-cast mine (Transbaikal region, Eastern Siberia, Russia) was studied using metagenomic techniques. Most of microorganisms belonged to a single uncultured lineage representing a new species of the Betaproteobacteria genus Gallionella. Bacteria of the genera Thiobacillus, Acidobacterium, Acidisphaera, and Acidithiobacillus were the minor components of the community. Almost complete (3.4 Mb) composite genome of the new bacterial lineage designated Candidatus Gallionella acididurans ShG14-8 was reconstructed using metagenomic data. Genome analysis revealed that Fe(II) oxidation probably involved the cytochromes localized on the outer cell membrane. The electron transport chain included NADH dehydrogenase, a cytochrome bc1 complex, an alternative complex III, and bd-, cbb3-, and bo3-types cytochrome oxidases. Oxidation of reduced sulfur compounds probably involved the Sox system, sulfide–quinone oxidoreductase, adenyl sulfate reductase, and sulfate adenyltransferase. The genes involved in autotrophic carbon assimilation via the Calvin cycle were present, while no pathway for nitrogen fixation was revealed. High numbers of RND metal transporters and P type ATPases were probably responsible for resistance to heavy metals. The new microorganism was an aerobic chemolithoautotroph that belonged to the group of psychrotolerant iron- and sulfur-oxidizing acidophiles of the family Gallionellaceae, which are widely distributed in acid mine drainage.  相似文献

The main characteristics of a periodic bioleaching of the refractory gold-bearing pyrite ore from the Tandzut deposit (Armenia) with the help of moderate thermophilic bacterium Sulfobacillus thermosulfidooxidans subsp. asporogenes and original thermotolerant strains Leptospirillum spp. were studied. The optimal pH for oxidizing the ore by S. thermosulfidooxidans subsp. asporogenes was 1.8; the pulp density providing maximal iron leaching rate was 10%. The intensity of oxidation processes decreased at higher ore concentrations. When using S. thermosulfidooxidans subsp. asporogenes, the largest amount of iron passed into the solution at the initial oxidant (Fe3+) concentration of 1.3 g/l. Cocultivation of S. thermosulfidooxidans subsp. asporogenes and Leptospirillum spp. increased the degree of pyrite ore leaching to 98.4% vs. 34.1% in the case of the former bacterium alone.  相似文献

Physicochemical and microbiological characteristics of formation waters low-temperature heavy oil reservoirs (Russia) were investigated. The Chernoozerskoe, Yuzhno-Suncheleevskoe, and Severo-Bogemskoe oilfields, which were exploited without water-flooding, were shown to harbor scant microbial communities, while microbial numbers in the water-flooded strata of the Vostochno-Anzirskoe and Cheremukhovskoe oilfields was as high as 106 cells/mL. The rates of sulfate reduction and methanogenesis were low, not exceeding 1982 ng S2–/(L day) and 9045 nL СН4/(L day), respectively, in the samples from water-flooded strata. High-throughput sequencing of microbial 16S rRNA gene fragments in the community of injection water revealed the sequences of the Proteobacteria (74.7%), including Betaproteobacteria (40.2%), Alphaproteobacteria (20.7%), Gammaproteobacteria (10.1%), Deltaproteobacteria (2.0%), and Epsilonproteobacteria (1.6%), as well as Firmicutes (7.9%), Bacteroidetes (4.1%), and Archaea (0.2%). DGGE analysis of microbial mcrA genes in the community of injection water revealed methanogens of the genera Methanothrix, Methanospirillum, Methanobacterium, Methanoregula, Methanosarcina, and Methanoculleus, as well as unidentified Thermoplasmata. Pure cultures of bacteria of the genera Rhodococcus, Pseudomonas, Gordonia, Cellulomonas, etc., capable of biosurfactant production when grown on heavy oil, were isolated. Enrichment cultures of fermentative bacteria producing significant amounts of volatile organic acids (acetic, propionic, and butyric) from sacchariferous substrates were obtained. These acids dissolve the carbonates of oil-bearing rock efficiently. Selection of the efficient microbial technology for enhanced recovery of heavy oil from terrigenous and carbonate strata requires model experiments with microbial isolates and the cores of oil-bearing rocks.  相似文献

Metamifop is universally used in agriculture as a post-emergence aryloxyphenoxy propionate herbicide (AOPP), however its microbial degradation mechanism remains unclear. Consortium ME-1 isolated from AOPP-contaminated soil can degrade metamifop completely after 6 days and utilize it as the carbon source for bacterial growth. Meanwhile, consortium ME-1 possessed the ability to degrade metamifop stably under a wide range of pH (6.0–10.0) or temperature (20–42 °C). HPLC–MS analysis shows that N-(2-fluorophenyl)-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)-N-methyl propionamide, 2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)-propionic acid, 6-chloro-2-benzoxazolinone and N-methyl-2-fluoroaniline, were detected and identified as four intermediate metabolites. Based on the metabolites identified, a putative metabolic pathway of metamifop was proposed for the first time. In addition, the consortium ME-1 was also able to transform or degrade other AOPP such as fenoxaprop-p-ethyl, clodinafop-propargyl, quizalofop-p-ethyl and cyhalofop-butyl. Moreover, the community structure of ME-1 with lower microbial diversity compared with the initial soil sample was investigated by high throughput sequencing. β-Proteobacteria and Sphingobacteria were the largest class with sequence percentages of 46.6% and 27.55% at the class level. In addition, 50 genera were classified in consortium ME-1, of which Methylobacillus, Sphingobacterium, Bordetella and Flavobacterium were the dominant genera with sequence percentages of 25.79, 25.61, 14.68 and 9.55%, respectively.  相似文献

Atherosclerosis represents an inflammatory response to the disturbance of the endothelial layer in the arterial bloodstream. In the present study, an analysis of associations of polymorphic markers for the genes controlling synthesis of proteins involved in atherosclerosis pathogenesis in coronary atherosclerosis (CA) patients (217 subjects) and in a control group (250 subjects) was conducted. The following genes were examined: rs991804 (CCL2 gene), rs1126579 (CXCR2 gene), rs4074 (CXCL1 gene), rs4073 (CXCL8 gene), rs333 (CCR5 gene), rs2471859 (CXCR4 gene), rs1801157 (CXCL12 gene), and rs2569190 (CD14 gene). Using the Monte Carlo and Markov chain (APSampler) method, allele/genotype combinations associated with both low and high CA risk were revealed. The most important findings included the following: CXCR4*T/T + CCL2*C + CCR5*I/I (Pperm = 1 × 10–6, OR = 0.44, 95% CI 0.3–0.63), CXCR2*C + CD14*C + CXCL12*G + CCL2*C + CCR5*D (Pperm = 4 × 10–6, OR = 5.78, 95% CI 2.34–14.28), CD14*C + CCL2*C/C + CCR5*D (Pperm = 6.3 × 10–6, OR = 5.81, 95% CI 2.17–15.56), CXCL8*A + CXCR2*C + CD14*T + CXCR4*C (Pperm = 0.01, OR = 3.21, 95% CI 1.63–6.31).  相似文献

Isolation, characterization and virulence of the culturable bacteria from entire tissues of larval Ostrinia nubilalis (Hübner) (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) were studied to obtain new microbes for biological control. A total of 16 bacteria were isolated from living and dead larvae collected from different maize fields in the Eastern Black Sea Region of Turkey. The bacterial microbiota of O. nubilalis were identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa (On1), Brevundimonas aurantiaca (On2), Chryseobacterium formosense (On3), Acinetobacter sp. (On4), Microbacterium thalassium (On5), Bacillus megaterium (On6), Serratia sp. (On7), Ochrobactrum sp. (On8), Variovorax paradoxus (On9), Corynebacterium glutamicum (On10), Paenibacillus sp. (On11), Alcaligenes faecalis (On12), Microbacterium testaceum (On13), Leucobacter sp. (On14), Leucobacter sp. (On15) and Serratia marcescens (On16) based on their morphological and biochemical characteristics. A partial sequence of the 16S rRNA gene was also determined to confirm strain identification. The highest insecticidal activities were obtained from P. aeruginosa On1 (80%), Serratia sp. On7 (60%), V. paradoxus On9 (50%) and S. marcescens On16 (50%) against larvae 14 days after treatment (p < 0.05). Also, the highest activity from previously isolated Bacillus species was observed from Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. tenebrionis Xd3 with 80% mortality within the same period (p < 0.05). Our results indicate that P. aeruginosa On1, Serratia sp. On7, V. paradoxus On9, S. marcescens On16 and B. thuringiensis subsp. tenebrionis Xd3 show potential for biocontrol of O. nubilalis.  相似文献

Diversity of the oil-degrading microbial strains isolated from the water and sediments of the Gulf of Finland (Baltic Sea) in winter and in summer was studied. Substrate specificity of the isolates for aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons was studied. The isolates belonged to 32 genera of the types Proteobacteria (alpha-, beta-, and gammaproteobacteria), Actinobacteria,Firmicutes, and Bacteroidetes. Seasonal variations of the oil-degrading microbial communities was revealed. The presence of the known genes responsible for the degradation of oil aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons was determined. The alkB sequence of the alkane hydroxylase gene was found in ~16% of the studied strains. The sequence of the phnAc phenanthrene 3,4- dioxygenase was found in Sphingobacterium sp. and Arthrobacter sp. isolates retrieved in winter and summer. In five Pseudomonas sp. strains from winter samples, the classical operons of naphthalene degradation (nah) were localized in catabolic plasmids, of which three belonged to IncР-9, one, to IncР-7, and two to an unidentified incompatibility group. Burkholderia and Delftia strains contained the operons for naphthalene degradation via salicylate and gentisate (nag). The presence of nag genes has not been previously reported for Delftia spp. strains. The sequences of the nagG salicylate 5-hydroxylase gene were also found in Achromobacter, Sphingobacterium, and Stenotrophomonas strains.  相似文献

Efficient methodology for simultaneous extraction of multiple bioactive compounds from microalgae still remains a major challenge. The present study provides a method for the sequential production of three major products: Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF, a nucleotide-peptide complex enriched with vitamins, minerals, and carbohydrates), lipid, and carotenoids from Chlorella vulgaris biomass in an economically feasible manner. After protein-rich CGF was extracted, the spent biomass was found to contain 12% lipid and 3% carotenoids when extracted individually, compared to that of the un-utilized (fresh) biomass (lipid, 14%; carotenoids, 4%). When extracted simultaneously using conventional methods, the yield of lipid from “CGF and carotenoids-extracted biomass,” and carotenoids from “CGF and lipid-extracted biomass” were significantly reduced (50%). However, simultaneous extraction using different solvent mixtures such as hexane:methanol:water and pentane:methanol:water mixture-augmented lipid yield by 38.5% and carotenoids by 14%, and additionally retained chlorophyll and its derivatives. Column chromatographic approach yielded sequential production of lipid (18%), lutein (9%) with better yields as well as without chlorophyll interference. Different geometric isomers of lutein all-E-(trans)-(3R,3′R,6′R)-β,ε-carotene-3,3′diol, 9Z(cis)-(3R,3′R,6′R)-β,ε-carotene-3,3′diol, and 13Z(cis)-(3R,3′R,6′R)-β,ε-carotene-3,3′diol were purified by HPLC and elucidated by CD, UV, NMR, FT-IR, and Mass spectra. In conclusion, the study provides an efficient and economically viable methodology for sequential production of lipid and lutein along with its geometrical isomers without chlorophyll influence and yield loss from the protein-rich CGF-extracted spent biomass of marine microalga, Chlorella vulgaris.  相似文献

Chromosome numbers for 98 plants ofF. pallens, 19 ofF. psammophila, F. belensis andF. vaginata, and 44 ofF. ovina (originating from Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia and Latvia) are given. In addition to theF. ovina andF. pallens groups, chromosome counts for the following taxa are also reported:F. alpestris (2n=14) reported for the first time in this work,F. amethystina subsp.amethystina (2n=28),F. brevipila (2n=42),F. cinerea (2n=28),F. rupicola subsp.rupicola (2n=42) andF. versicolor subsp.versicolor (2n=14).InF. pallens, two ploidy levels (2n=2x=14+0-1B, 2n=4x=28+0-1B) as well as two natural triploid plants (2n=21+0-1B), were found. In addition to the fourF. pallens types that have been distinguished in Austria, one new tetraploid type (F. pallens “scabrifolia”) from the Czech Republic and Germany is reported and its taxonomy is discussed. The distributions of the Oberösterreich-Niederösterreich and Pannonisches-HügellandF. pallens types outside of Austria are documented.Only the diploid chromosome number (2n=14) was found inF. psammophila andF. vaginata. Chromosome numbers forF. psammophila subsp.muellerstollii andF. belensis (both 2n=14) were determined here for the first time. Two ploidy levels, 2n=14+0-5B corresponding toF. ovina subsp.ovina and 2n=28 corresponding toF. ovina subsp.guestphalica andF. cf.duernsteinensis were confirmed inF. ovina. Differences in chromosome structure (simple and multiple secondary constrictions) betweenF. pallens as opposed toF. psammophila andF. vaginata are discussed. Pyrosequencing of the 16S rRNA gene fragments was used to investigate the bacterial community of an Alla hot spring microbial mat. The mat community was mainly represented by the members of five phyla: Deinococcus-Thermus, Nitrospirae, Atribacteria (OP9), Proteobacteria, Chloroflexi, and Firmicutes, with other groups responsible for not more than 2% of the total number. From hot springs of the Baikal Rift Zone (Buryatia, Russia), 13 strains of aerobic alkaliphilic thermophilic organotrophic bacteria were isolated, and their morphology, ecology, physiology, and phylogenetic position were studied. Based on analysis of their 16S rRNA gene sequences, the isolates were identified as members of the family Bacillaceae. Strains Al-9-1, Se-1, Ga-1-1, Ga-9-2, and Se-1-10 were assigned to the genus Anoxybacillus; strains Ur-6, Br-2-2, А2, and Um-09m, to the genus Bacillus; strains Gor-10s and Gа-35, to the genus Paenabacillus. Secreted endopeptidases of the isolates were shown to have relatively narrow substrate specificity. The investigated enzymes were characterized by high pH (6.3–11.4) and temperature stability (23–70°C), which makes it possible to carry out organic matter degradation in the environment under variable ecological conditions.  相似文献

A total of 198 yeasts were isolated from 140 samples collected from 7 mangrove forests in 4 provinces of Thailand, and were found to belong to 30 genera, 45 described species and at least 12 undescribed species based on their 26S rRNA (D1/D2 domain) gene sequence. The most prevalent species was Candida tropicalis, followed by Candida pseudolambica and Rhodosporidium paludigena. Lipid accumulation, as determined by Nile red staining, of the isolated yeasts revealed that 69 and 18 strains were positive and strongly positive, respectively, while quantitative analysis of the intracellular lipid accumulated in the latter indicated that 10 of these strains, Pseudozyma tsukubaensis (YWT7-2 and YWT7-3), Rhodotorula sphaerocarpa (YWW6-1 and SFL14-1SF), Saitozyma podzolica (YWT1-1, NS3-3 and NS10-2), Prototheca zopfii var. hydrocarbonea OMS6-1 and Prototheca sp. (YMTW3-1 and YMTS5-2), were oleaginous. In this study we found that under nitrogen depletion condition (155 C/N ratio) Pseudozyma tsukubaensis YWT7-2 accumulated the highest level of intracellular lipid at 32.4% (w/w, dry cell weight), with a broadly similar fatty acid composition to that in palm oil.  相似文献

Massive parallel sequencing (the Roche 454 platform) of the 16S rRNA gene fragments was used to investigate microbial diversity in the sediments of the Posolsk Bank cold methane seep. Bacterial communities from all sediment horizons were found to contain members of the phyla Actinobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Deinococcus-Thermus, Firmicutes, Nitrospirae, Chloroflexi, Proteobacteria, and the candidate phyla Aminicenantes (OP8) and Atribacteria (OP9). Among Bacteria, members of the Chloroflexi and Proteobacteria were the most numerous (42 and 46%, respectively). Among archaea, the Thaumarchaeota predominated in the upper sediment layer (40.1%), while Bathyarchaeota (54.2%) and Euryarchaeota (95%) were predominant at 70 and 140 cm, respectively. Specific migration pathways of fluid flows circulating in the zone of gas hydrate stability (400 m) may be responsible for considerable numbers of the sequences of Chloroflexi, Acidobacteria, and the candidate phyla Aminicenantes and Atribacteria in the upper sediment layers and of the Deinococcus-Thermus phylum in deep bottom sediments.  相似文献

Dynamics of the composition of the microbial community was studied during start-up of a single-stage completely mixed constant flow laboratory setup for ammonium removal by the nitritation/anammox process from the filtrate of digested sludge of the Kuryanovo wastewater treatment plant (KWTP), Moscow. To decrease the period of the start-up, the setup was initially inoculated with two types of activated sludge (nitrifying sludge from a KWTP aeration tank and sludge from a sequencing batch reactor enriched with anammox bacteria). The start-up and adjustment stage was therefore decreased to 35–40 days, and nitrogen removal efficiency reached 80% after 120 days of the setup operation. Taxonomic analysis of the composition of the microbial community was carried out by pyrosequencing of the 16S rRNA fragments obtained using the universal and planctomycetes-specific primers. In the course of adaptation of activated sludge to increasing nitrogen load, microbial community of the setup became less diverse and more specialized. The contribution of anammox bacteria of the family Brocadiaceae, closely related to Candidatus “Brocadia caroliniensis,” increased gradually. Members of the order Nitrosomonadales were involved in ammonium oxidation to nitrite. While nitrite-oxidizing bacteria of the genus Nitrospira were also detected, their share decreased with accumulation of the activated sludge. The contribution of other bacteria varied as well: the shares of the phyla Ignavibacteria, Chloroflexi, and Acidobacteria increased significantly (up to 13, 12, and 10%, respectively of the total number of reads), while relative abundance of the Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Actinobacteria, Firmicutes, Synergistetes, Aminicenantes, Thermotogae, and Cloacimonetes decreased. Thus, application of pyrosequencing made it possible to monitor succession of the bacterial community involved in nitrogen removal by nitritation/anammox process.  相似文献

High-throughput sequencing was used for comparative analysis of microbial communities of the water and mat from the Hoito-Gol mesothermal mineral sulfide spring (Eastern Sayan Mountains, Buryat Republic). Activity of microbial communities was determined. While both spring biotopes were dominated by members of three bacterial phyla—Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, and Firmicutes—they differed drastically in the composition of predominant phylotypes (at the genus level). In the water, the organisms widespread in aquatic environments were predominant, mostly aerobic chemoorganotrophs of the genera Acinetobacter, Pedobacter, and Flavobacterium. In the microbial mat, the organisms actively involved in the sulfur cycle predominated, including sulfur-reducing bacteria Sulfurospirillum, sulfate-reducing deltaproteobacteria, sulfuroxidizing chemoautotrophic bacteria, anoxygenic phototrophic bacteria of the phyla Chloroflexi and Chlorobi, as well as purple bacteria belonging to the α-, ß-, and γ-Proteobacteria. Microbial mats of the spring exhibited higher phylogenetic diversity compared to high-temperature mats containing photosynthetic microorganisms.  相似文献

Adaptive laboratory evolution (ALE) was employed to isolate arsenate and copper cross-resistant strains, from the copper-resistant M. sedula CuR1. The evolved strains, M. sedula ARS50-1 and M. sedula ARS50-2, contained 12 and 13 additional mutations, respectively, relative to M. sedula CuR1. Bioleaching capacity of a defined consortium (consisting of a naturally occurring strain and a genetically engineered copper sensitive strain) was increased by introduction of M. sedula ARS50-2, with 5.31 and 26.29% more copper recovered from enargite at a pulp density (PD) of 1 and 3% (w/v), respectively. M. sedula ARS50-2 arose as the predominant species and modulated the proportions of the other two strains after it had been introduced. Collectively, the higher Cu2+ resistance trait of M. sedula ARS50-2 resulted in a modulated microbial community structure, and consolidating enargite bioleaching especially at elevated PD.  相似文献

The human–primate interface is an increasingly relevant theme in primatological research. To understand the extent of ethoprimatological studies in contemporary primatology, we explored 7 years of primatological literature through a systematic review. We reviewed original research papers published in the American Journal of Primatology, the International Journal of Primatology, Primates, and Folia Primatologica between January 2010 and December 2016 for the presence of 14 search terms relevant to the ethnoprimatological approach. We sorted research papers into topical categories to identify trends in the recent primatological literature. Of the 1551 papers that met the criteria for inclusion in this review, 12 papers (0.8%) self-identified as an ethnoprimatological study by using the term in the title or keywords, and only 17 papers (1.1%) used the term anywhere in their text. However, the presence of other relevant keywords—anthropogenic (16.3%), crop (9.1%), disturbance (18.7%), conflict (6.2%), humannonhuman (0.5%), humanprimate (1.0%), interface (1.5%), perception (2.5%), culture (2.6%), ethnography (0.1%), trade (6.8%), provision (16.1%), and tourism (4.6%)—in a variety of research papers suggests that the human–primate dimension is salient for many, if not most, areas of primatological interest. The ethnoprimatological approach is relevant to every research trend we identified in today’s primatology. We highlight existing literature that exemplifies ethnoprimatological engagement and present potential research questions in each area, demonstrating that primatology as a whole would benefit from greater attention to the human dimension.  相似文献

We investigated the bacterial community structure of Soldhar hot spring with extreme high temperature 95°C located in Uttarakhand, India using high throughput sequencing. Bacterial phyla Proteobacteria (88.8%), Deinococcus-Thermus (7.5%), Actinobacteria (2.3%), and Firmicutes (1.07%) were predominated in the sequencing survey, whereas Bacteroidetes, Verrucomicrobia, Aquificae and Acidobacteria were detected in relatively lower abundance in Soldhar hot spring. At the family level, Comamonadaceae (52.5%), Alteromonadaceae (15.9%), and Thermaceae (7.5%) were mostly dominated in the ecosystem followed by Chromatiaceae, Microbacteriaceae, and Cyclobacteriaceae. Besides, members of Rhodobacteraceae, Moraxellaceae, Xanthomonadaceae, Aquificaceae, Enterobacteriaceae, Bacillaceae, Methylophilaceae, etc. were detected as a relatively lower abundance. In the present study we discuss the overall microbial community structure and their relevance to the ecology of the Soldhar hot spring environment.  相似文献

Incubation with microbial culture supernatants improved essential oil yield from Aquilaria subintegra woodchips. The harvested woodchips were incubated with de man, rogosa and sharpe (MRS) agar, yeast mold (YM) agar medium and six different microbial culture supernatants obtained from Lactobacillus bulgaricus, L. acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactococcus lactis, Saccharomyces carlsbergensis and S. cerevisiae prior to hydrodistillation. Incubation with lactic acid bacteria supernatants provided higher yield of agarwood oil (0.45% w/w) than that obtained from yeast (0.25% w/w), agar media (0.23% w/w) and water (0.22% w/w). The composition of agarwood oil from all media and microbial supernatant incubations was investigated by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Overall, three major volatile profiles were obtained, which corresponded to water soaking (control), as well as, both YM and MRS media, lactic acid bacteria, and yeast supernatant incubations. Sesquiterpenes and their oxygenated derivatives were key components of agarwood oil. Fifty-two volatile components were tentatively identified in all samples. Beta-agarofuran, α-eudesmol, karanone, α-agarofuran and agarospirol were major components present in most of the incubated samples, while S. cerevisiae-incubated A. subintegra provided higher amount of phenyl acetaldehyde. Microbial culture supernatant incubation numerically provided the highest yield of agarwood oil compared to water soaking traditional method, possibly resulting from activity of extracellular enzymes produced by the microbes. Seventy-eight soil samples were collected from the various locations in the vicinity of Kaziranga National Park (Assam), India, during April to October 2009 and screened for the presence of keratinophilic fungi using the hair baiting techniques for isolation. Thirty-nine isolates were recovered and identified by recognition of their macro- and micromorphological features. Their identification was also confirmed by the BLAST search of sequences of the ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 rDNA region against the NCBI/GenBank data and compared with deposited sequences for identification purpose. Eleven species related to seven genera were recorded viz. Aphanoascus durus (1.28%), Arthroderma tuberculatum (3.84%), Arthroderma corniculatum (1.28%), Chrysosporium indicum (16.66%), C. tropicum (3.84%), Ctenomyces serratus (5.12%), Keratinophyton punsolae (1.28%), Microsporum appendiculatum (1.28%), Microsporum gypseum complex (11.53%), Trichophyton mentagrophytes (11.28%) and T. terrestre (2.56%).  相似文献
