多孔β-TCP用于构建长骨组织的实验研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
探索新型的多孔β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)作为组织工程骨支架材料的应用效果。分别应用单纯β-TCP(对照组)和骨髓间质干细胞(bone marrow stem cells, BMSCs)、β-TCP复合物(实验组)修复狗尺骨2cm的骨缺损,术后通过X光片、核素扫描、大体观察和组织学观察判断长骨骨缺损的修复效果。X片观察:3月时,实验组尺骨缺损由内植物较好的桥接,内植物边缘模糊,管腔及内植物与缺损断端之间有新生骨形成;对照组尺骨缺损处的内植物明显变形,出现密度不均的裂解颗粒,其与缺损断端连接处有新生骨形成。6月时,实验组尺骨缺损被伴有骨髓腔的新生骨连接,有皮质骨形成;对照组尺骨缺损被高密度影连接,没有骨髓腔和明显皮质骨形成,尺骨远端直径明显细于实验组。核素扫描的延迟相骨显像:1月和2月时两组之间有显著性差异,3月时两组之间无显著性差异。大体观察:3月时可见,对照组尺骨直径明显小于实验组,实验组的骨缺损处新生物的体积明显大于对照组;对照组的内植物周围有纤维组织紧密包裹,难于分离。6月时可见,实验组新生骨色泽红白相间,明显已被塑形;对照组新生骨体积、形状不完整。HE观察:3月时,实验组β-TCP的孔隙中,可见新生骨在表面贴附生长;对照组β-TCP的孔隙中有类骨质形成,充填着大量核深染的巨核细胞和毛细血管。6月时,两侧的β-TCP都完全消失,都有新生骨形成,但对照组新生骨量和骨结构明显差于实验组。复合骨髓基质干细胞的多孔β-TCP能够修复长骨骨缺损。  相似文献

酪酸梭菌活菌散在治疗母乳性黄疸中的应用   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的观察在常规治疗的基础上加用酪酸梭菌活菌散(商品名:宝乐安)治疗新生儿母乳性黄疸的疗效。方法176例母乳性黄疸患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组90例,对照组86例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服酪酸梭菌活菌散,2组均不停止母乳喂养,并观察2组患儿日均总胆红素水平及黄疸消退时间的变化。结果治疗组日均胆红素下降值为(58.61±26.52)μmol/L,显著高于对照组(39.12±25.41)μmol/L(P〈0.01);黄疸消退时间,治疗组为(4.25±2.68)d,显著短于对照组(6.42±2.74)d(P〈0.01)。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗母乳性黄疸,可迅速降低胆红素水平,缩短治疗时间。  相似文献

目的:探讨蒙药新Ⅱ号对阿霉素性扩张型心肌病大鼠心功能、心肌病理、心肌细胞内质网应激及凋亡作用。方法:30 只SD 雄性大鼠分为3组(n=10): 正常对照组、模型组(腹腔注射阿霉素2 mg/kg体重,1次/周,用药4周后观察4周)和蒙药新Ⅱ号组(腹腔注射阿霉素2 mg/kg体重,1次/周,用药4周后,给予蒙药新Ⅱ号30 mg/kg·d灌胃,共4周)。观察大鼠的一般情况,8 周后行高频超声心动图检查,测定各项心功能指标,检查结束后处死大鼠,取心脏,行HE 染色、VG染色及电镜观察。用TUNEL 法检测各组大鼠心肌细胞凋亡, Western blot 检测各组大鼠心肌细胞内质网伴侣蛋白GRP78、GRP94及促凋亡因子CHOP、caspase-3表达。结果:与模型组相比较,①蒙药新Ⅱ号组大鼠心脏左室结构及血流动力学各项指标均有明显改善(P<0.05)。②蒙药新Ⅱ号组大鼠心肌病理积分明显下降(P<0.01)。③蒙药新Ⅱ号组大鼠心肌细胞内质网应激伴侣蛋白GRP78、GRP94、CHOP、caspase-3表达及细胞凋亡明显减少 (P<0.01)。结论:蒙药新Ⅱ号可改善扩张型心肌病大鼠心脏功能,减轻心肌病理变化,缓解内质网应激,减少心肌细胞凋亡。这一实验结果可能是蒙药新Ⅱ号治疗扩张型心肌病作用机制之一。  相似文献

This study describes how group dynamics and diet have influenced the ranging patterns of a western gorilla group at Bai Hokou, Central African Republic. The results are compared with those from an earlier study [Cipolletta, International Journal of Primatology, 2003], when the same group was larger and undergoing the process of habituation to humans. Data were obtained from maps of the gorillas' travel routes, direct observations, and analysis of fecal samples. Through the years, the group has experienced a decrease in size, from eight to three individuals, with periods of membership fluctuation. The male's search for new mates resulted in a larger home range than was recorded when the group consisted of more individuals. Moreover, despite an average group size of three throughout this study, the monthly range and mean daily path length (DPL) were also larger when the group was acquiring/losing members in new areas, than when no new members joined or left the group. Fruit was consumed year-round, although more heavily so during wet months. The influence of fruit consumption on the ranging patterns was concealed initially by the effect of habituation [Cipolletta, International Journal of Primatology, 2003], and later (at least partially) by the male's search for new mates. In the last 14 months of the study, when the group numbered only three individuals and was ranging in a restricted area, the average DPL, but not the monthly range, increased when the gorillas were consuming more fruit.  相似文献

Antigenic properties of 23 leptospira cultures isolated in Peru were studied by immunological absorption. Two new individual leptospira serovars were classified as huanuco with a reference strain M-4, representing a new Huanuco serological group, and san-martini with a reference strain CT-63 belonging to the Hebdomadis serological group. Besides for the first time in the American part of the world serovar budapest belonging to Icterohaemorrhagiae serological group was recorded; also the first finding of serovar pyrogenes of the pyrogenes serological group was certified.  相似文献

Previous studies have shown that the opinion of confederates in a group influences recognition memory, but inconsistent results have been obtained concerning the question of whether recognition of items as old and new are affected similarly, possibly because only one or two confederates are present during the recognition phase. Here, we present data from a study where recognition of novel faces was tested in the presence of four confederates. In a long version of this experiment, recognition of items as old and new was similarly affected by group responses. However, in the short version, recognition of old items depended proportionally on the number of correct group responses, while rejection of new items only decreased significantly when all confederates gave an incorrect response. These findings indicate that differential effects of social conformity on recognition of items as old and new occur in situations with an intermediate level of group pressure.  相似文献

This study was designed to clarify which vascular carrier, the arteriovenous shunt loop or the arteriovenous bundle, has more potential as a vascular carrier for an artificial skin flap in rats. An arteriovenous shunt loop was constructed between the femoral artery and vein using an interpositional artery (group I) or vein (group II) graft. For arteriovenous bundle groups, the femoral artery and vein were used and subdivided into two groups: distal ligation type (group III) and flow-through type (group IV). The vascular pedicle was wrapped with an artificial dermis and implanted beneath the inguinal skin for 4 weeks. For the control group, a folded sheet of artificial dermis without any vascular carrier was embedded. In experiment 1, the volumes of generated tissue within the artificial dermis were measured in the experimental and control groups (n = 5 in each group). In experiment 2, the origin of new blood vessels sprouting from the arteriovenous shunt loop and arteriovenous bundle were evaluated histologically. The volume of generated tissue in the shunt groups was significantly greater than that in the bundle groups (p < 0.01). However, the bundle groups also showed a great potential for producing new tissue. Serial histological studies showed that new capillaries were derived not only from the vasa vasorum of the femoral vessels but directly from the femoral vein in both the shunt and the bundle groups. This "sprouting" was extensively exhibited in the group III. Although the arteriovenous shunt loop showed a greater potential for producing new tissue and capillaries, the distal ligation type of bundle was thought to be an effective and practical vascular carrier for producing a tissue-engineered skin flap.  相似文献

The reaction of mothers to replacement of breeding adult males was studied in two captive groups of vervet monkeys. Mother-infant behavior for 15 infants born in the season following the introduction of new males was compared to mother-infant behavior for 35 infants born with adult males that had been resident in the group for more than a year. The mothers responded to the presence of new males by being more protective toward their infants in the first 3 months. Increased protectiveness disappeared in the second 3 months, and in the infant’s sixth month of life mothers with new males in the group became more rejecting than mothers with long-term resident males. The combination of increased protectiveness and increased rejection was unusual among the mothers with long-term resident males but was the most common mothering style used in the presence of new males. The rate of rejection was inversely correlated with the interbirth interval, and mothers with new males in the group conceived sooner and had significantly shorter inter-birth intervals compared to mothers with long-term resident males.  相似文献

The enzyme activities of the superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx), glutathione reductase (GR) and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) content were measured in tissue extracts of the liver, kidney and lung of sheep in a nonpolluted control area (C), a polluted area pasture (PP) and those from polluted areas but fed in the laboratory with an experimental emission supplement diet (EEF). Compared with the control SOD, activity was significantly increased (1.75 times) only in the liver of the PP group. In the EEF group there was a tendency toward lower activities in all organs. The Cu,Zn-SOD isoenzymes pattern analyzed by isoelectrofocusing was different in the organs of the animals exposed to pollutants when compared with those of the controls. In the liver, two new isoenzymes with pI 5.30 and 5.70 were found in the PP group and an additional isoenzyme with pI 5.10 in the EEF group. The kidney isoenzymes with pl 5.30 and 5.40 were inhibited in the EEF group. In the lung, two new isoenzymes appeared with pl 5.30 and 5.40 in the PP group and two new isoenzymes with pI 6.10 and 6.50 in the EEF group. GSHPx activity was inhibited in the liver and kidney of the sheep exposed to pollutants. GR activity was significantly changed only in the liver. The activity in the PP group was 2.30 and 2.10 times higher than in the C and EEF groups, respectively. TBARS content was increased in the liver and kidney of the EEF group compared with the control.  相似文献

A population of rhesus monkeys (Macaca mulatta)at Tughlaqabad on the southeastern outskirts of New Delhi has grown rapidly in the past 4 years, and the largest group (Group A) has given rise to three smaller groups. Fissioning, or new group formation, was not consistently associated with any particular season of the year or stage of the reproductive cycle, but it did occur in each case when the parent group reached approximately 120 monkeys. The fissioning process was not preceded or accompanied by unusual aggressive behavior. It occurred quietly and appeared to be a loss of cohesion within the large group by which a subgroup achieved behavioral and spatial independence. Some aggressive interactions did occur following each fission when the new group approached or attempted to reenter the parent group. Each newly formed group was subordinate to the parent group and all other groups in the population.  相似文献

Objective: A study was conducted to evaluate the impact of the placement of complete dentures by using the Global Oral Health Assessment Index (GOHAI). Background: Oral health quality of life indicators can be used to evaluate the effects of dental treatments. Material and methods: The 26 participants were treated in a French University Clinic during 2002. They were randomly divided into two groups. Each group received new prostheses, but evaluation of the quality of life was made at different periods [baseline, denture placement (group 1), 6 and 12 weeks (group 2) after placement]. A questionnaire was used to collect information on patient's satisfaction with the previous and new prostheses. Nonparametric tests were used to test the relationships between patients’ satisfaction or baseline data and GOHAI variations with time as well as to compare mean values of GOHAI within each group. Results: At baseline, the impact of oral health problems was apparent; the mean GOHAI‐Add score was 45.8 (10.2). Six weeks after placement of the new denture, there was no difference in GOHAI scores compared with the initial assessment. An improvement in GOHAI score was observed 12 weeks after the participants received their new dentures (p < 0.05). Change in GOHAI‐Add scores was negatively correlated with the initial GOHAI‐Add score. Patients who preferred the new prosthesis enjoyed a positive change in GOHAI scores (p < 0.001). There was a relationship between participants’ satisfaction with the new dentures and change in GOHAI scores (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The GOHAI can be used to evaluate needs for and effect of the making of new complete dentures.  相似文献

An adult male chacma baboon,Papio hamadryas ursinus, emigrated from his habituated natal group at age 100 months and joined a neighboring multimale-multifemale group. Subsequently this male, together with eight adult females, all with infants <1 year old, formed a one-male group (OMU). The male was the only adult male in this group for over 200 days. Circumstantial evidence shows that shared parentage of the infants with this male determined which females joined the new group. In addition, 10 juveniles younger than 4.5 years joined the new group. Based upon persistent close physical association, especially at sleeping sites, these juveniles were presumed to be the older independent progeny of the eight adult females. Thus, the founding elements of the new group were the adult male and partial matrilines—mothers, their infants, and their independent juvenile offspring. The OMU status of the group ended with the sequential intrusion of three males known to be low ranking in other groups. The first of these intruders was successful in joining the OMU in spite of the OMU male's earlier successes in rebuffing this and other potentially high-ranking males. Six additional males later entered the fission group during a 6-month interval. Two of them outranked the original male. All additional males present in the last 100 days of observations came from the same group, which was not the group of origin of the females.  相似文献

目的:探讨妇科手术后病人的阴道护理的新方法、新手段,旨在提高临床疗效。方法:随机选取398例妇科手术后的病人做常规会阴护理,对其中172例使用阴道消毒治疗器做阴道护理。结果:试验组的172例术后病人在尿路感染率、阴道炎、宫颈炎、息肉发生率明显低于常规组。结论:妇科手术后病人在应用新式阴道消毒治疗器后,不但能弥补传统阴道护理方法的不足,还明显扩大了会阴护理的消毒范围,减少妇科手术后阴道、尿道逆行感染的发生率,有效的提高临床疗效。新式阴道消毒护理器应是目前临床应用中的较理想的护理方法和手段。  相似文献

One hundred and ninety students aged 6 to 18 at a boarding school 120 km west of Nairobi in the Rift Valley participated in a comparative trial of malaria prophylaxis. Treatment with a combination of amodiaquine 25 mg/kg over three days plus doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for five days cleared their blood of Plasmodium falciparum. They were then randomly divided into the following three groups matched for age and sex: one group slept under mosquito nets; one group received one or two tablets (100 mg each) of proguanil hydrochloride daily according to weight; one group received one or two placebo tablets daily which were the same size and colour as the proguanil tablets. Malaria was diagnosed when asexual P falciparum were seen on blood films and was treated with pyrimethamine-sulphadoxine. At the end of one school term 188 of the 190 students had completed the study. One new infection was found during 3893 days of follow up in the mosquito net group, eight new infections over 3667 days in the proguanil group, and 35 new infections over 3677 days in the placebo group, representing a reduction of 97.3% and 77.1% in attack rates for the mosquito net method and for treatment with proguanil respectively. 为了评价国产麻疹、腮腺炎、风疹三联减毒活疫苗(MMR)的安全性和免疫原性,按整体随机抽样原则,以进口同类疫苗和国产各单价疫苗作为对照,开展现场临床观察;比较不同疫苗组免疫后的反应率、抗体阳转率、保护率及几何平均滴度(GMT)。试验组与对照组接种后,除了试验疫苗的中、强发热反应率高于进口对照疫苗的发热反应率(8.60%与2.00%)外,未见其它有显著差异的不良反应。试验组麻疹免后抗体阳转率高于进口对照疫苗(99.5%与94.6%),麻疹抗体GMT也高于单价麻疹对照疫苗的GMT;试验疫苗与进口MMR疫苗的风疹抗体阳转率、腮腺炎抗体阳转率相比,均无显著性差异。实验研究结果显示,试验MMR疫苗与进口MMR疫苗具有相似的临床反应及良好的免疫原性。  相似文献

目的:研究新型磁性纳米脂质复合物对肝癌细胞和肝细胞的作用。方法:将肝癌细胞(Hep-G2)和肝细胞(L-02)根据加入的不同浓度新型纳米脂质复合物,各自分为空白对照组、不同浓度含铁脂质体组、空脂质体组,用MTT法观察各组细胞毒性,筛选出适合的浓度和时间;用普鲁士蓝染色、电镜检测观察各组细胞吞噬情况;用原子分光光度计观察各组细胞内铁含量;用细胞磁共振观察新型纳米脂质复合物体外显影效果。结果:新型磁性纳米脂质复合物含铁浓度在0.238μg/ml以上时,24小时有较强的细胞毒性,对肝癌细胞和肝细胞的抑制率均超过40%,故以下实验选择含铁浓度在0.238μg/ml以下;肝癌细胞和肝细胞与各浓度新型磁性纳米脂质复合物共同培养,24小时普鲁士蓝染色最高阳性率分别为5.5%和1.25%,24小时细胞内铁含量最高值分别为0.675pg/cell和0.460pg/cell;24小时电镜观察肝癌细胞和肝细胞空白对照组均未见颗粒样物质,各含铁脂质体组和空脂质体组均可见颗粒样物质;24小时肝癌细胞和肝细胞磁共振感兴趣区均未见明显信号表达。结论:新型磁性纳米脂质复合物含铁浓度在0.238μg/ml以下时,24小时细胞毒性较小;肝癌细胞对新型磁性纳米脂质复合物的吞噬作用稍高于肝细胞对其的吞噬;进入细胞内的新型磁性纳米脂质复合物含铁量低,体外显影效果不佳。  相似文献

A new class of glycerol non-utilizing mutants, designated glcC, has been isolated. The glcC gene was mapped in linkage group VI and mutants were found to complement the reference strains glcA1 (linkage group V) and glcB33 (linkage group I) in diploids. The new mutants were unable to grow on glycerol. However, in contrast to the glcA and glcB phenotype these mutants did grow well on dihydroxyacetone and D-galacturonate. By in vivo 13C NMR spectroscopy it was shown that the glcC mutant did not take up glycerol but did take up dihydroxyacetone. The latter substrate was converted intracellularly into glycerol which was then catabolized as normal.  相似文献

The purpose of this investigation was to study the effect of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP), transforming growth factor beta-induced gene h3 (betaig-h3), and chitosan on early bony consolidation in distraction osteogenesis in a dog model. Sixteen dogs were used for this study. The lateral surface of the mandibular body was exposed in the subperiosteal plane and the vertical osteotomy on the mandibular body was extended downward. An external distraction device was applied to the mandibular body, and the mandibular distraction was started 5 days after the operation at a rate of 2 mm/day up to a 10-mm distraction after 5 days. The experimental group was then divided into a control group, a BMP group, a betaig-h3 group, and a chitosan group, depending on the type of implantation material used in the distracted area. On the same day after completing the distraction, BMP, betaig-h3, or chitosan was implanted into the distracted area. No material was implanted into the distracted area in the control group. After implanting the materials, the distraction device was left in place for 7 weeks to allow for bony consolidation. Four dogs were allocated to each group. Two dogs in each group, a total of eight dogs, were killed 4 weeks after completing the distraction and the other eight dogs were killed after 7 weeks. Serial radiographs were obtained every week after completing the distraction. New bone was generated in the distracted zone in all groups. In the BMP group, the formation of active woven bone was observed throughout the distracted zone, and the new bone appeared to be nearly normal cortical bone 7 weeks after implantation. In the betaig-h3 and chitosan groups, the development of new bone was observed in the distracted zone after 7 weeks; however, the amount was less than that in the BMP group. In the control group, the new bone was observed at the edges of the distracted zone. These findings suggest that BMP seems to be very effective in early bony consolidation in distraction osteogenesis.  相似文献

A new bacterium, Saccharopolyspora pogona (NRRL30141) was discovered which produced a series of very potent insecticidal compounds structurally related to the ‘classical’ (i.e., C-21-ethyl) spinosyns. A series of fermentations gave sufficient extract to allow the isolation and characterization of a total of 31 new metabolites. The majority of these compounds contained a but-1-enyl group at C-21 of the macrolide in place of the ethyl group in the ‘classical’ spinosyn series, corresponding to an additional acetate group incorporated during their biosynthesis. Additionally a variety of other new functionality was seen including hydroxylations, several novel forosamine sugar replacements, and a novel 14-membered macrolide ring analog.  相似文献

The synthesis of ‘head‐to‐tail’ cyclized peptides requires orthogonal protecting groups. Herein, we report on the introduction of bis(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine (Bpa) as a new protecting group for carboxylic functions in SPPS. The synthesis of the Bpa‐protected aspartic acid was straightforward, and its utility was investigated under standard peptide synthesis conditions. The new protecting group was cleaved in a very mild way using Cu(OAc)2 and 2‐(trimethylsilyl)ethanol as nucleophile in a microwave oven without affecting other groups. Hence, the new group is ideally suited for the synthesis of ‘head‐to‐tail’ cyclic peptides, as demonstrated for a cyclic pentapeptide and cyclic hexapeptides.
