Inclusion complexed (IC) and coalesced biodegradable poly(epsilon-caprolactone) (PCL), poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA), and their diblock copolymer (PCL-b-PLLA) were achieved by forming ICs between host alpha-cyclodextrin(alpha-CD) and guest PCL, PLLA, and PCL-b-PLLA, followed by removing the alpha-CD host with an amylase enzyme. FTIR spectra of the coalesced polymers reveal that the host alpha-CD can be completely removed, without polymer degradation, by treatment with an amylase enzyme. The melting and crystallization behavior of these CD-IC treated polymers, which are crystallizable, biodegradable, and bioabsorbable, are investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarized optical microscopy. Results show that coalescence increased the crystallinities of the homopolymers but decreased that of the diblock copolymer. The Avrami exponent (n), derived from both isothermal and nonisothermal crystallization models for homo-PCL and -PLLA and the PCL and PLLA blocks in the diblock copolymer samples coalesced from their ICs, is close to 4, indicating homogeneous crystallization, whereas crystallization of the blocks in the as-synthesized diblock copolymer yields an Avrami exponent around 3, indicating heterogeneous crystallization. All of these results demonstrate that the PCL and PLLA homopolymers and blocks in the IC-coalesced samples are more readily and homogeneously crystallized than those in the as-synthesized samples or their physical blend, even though the level of crystallinity in the IC-coalesced diblock copolymer is significantly lower. Moreover, unlike the as-synthesized diblock copolymer, the crystallization of PCL and PLLA blocks in the IC-coalesced diblock copolymer are not influenced by their covalent connection.  相似文献

Thermal transition property of cellulose diacetate-graft-poly(L-lactide) (CDA-g-PLLA) varies depending seriously on the molar substitution (MS) of lactyl unit, as represented by a drastic Tg depression with increasing MS (0 or =14). To make clear the thermally induced development of supramolecular structures for this series of graft copolymers, physical aging and crystallization experiments were conducted under isothermal conditions at temperatures, respectively, comparable to and higher than their Tg's. For aged copolymers with lower MSs of 4.7 and 22, an enthalpy relaxation was followed by differential scanning calorimetry. The analysis of time evolution of the relaxed enthalpy in terms of a Kohlrausch-Williams-Watts relation revealed that the overall relaxation time and the distribution of relaxation times were, respectively, rather longer and much narrower compared with the corresponding data for plain PLLA. For crystallized copolymers of MS=22-77, a spherulite formation was observed by polarized optical microscopy. The growth rate was much lower than that for PLLA per se, and the developed texture usually contained banded extinction rings unlike the homopolymer. The slower growth kinetics was analyzed quantitatively to estimate the interfacial free energy of PLLA crystals constituting the spherulites, by using a folded-chain crystallization formula expanded for a binary mixing system composed of a miscible crystalline/amorphous polymer pair. Discussion of these experimental results took into consideration the effect of the CDA backbone as "anchoring substrate" and "linked diluent" for the PLLA grafts.  相似文献

Several novel functionalized graft copolymer nanoparticles consisting of chitosan (CS) and the monomer methyl methacrylate (MMA), N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate hydrochloride (DMAEMC), and N-trimethylaminoethyl methacrylate chloride (TMAEMC), which show a higher solubility than chitosan in a broader pH range, have been prepared by free radical polymerization. The nanoparticles were characterized in terms of particle size, zeta potential, TEM, and FT-IR. These nanoparticles were 150-280 nm in size and carried obvious positive surface charges. Protein-loaded nanoparticles were prepared, and their maximal encapsulation efficiency was up to 100%. In vitro release showed that these nanoparticles provided an initial burst release followed by a slowly sustained release for more than 24 h. These graft copolymer nanoparticles enhanced the absorption and improved the bioavailability of insulin via the gastrointestinal (GI) tract of normal male Sprague-Dawley (SD) strain rats to a greater extent than that of the phosphate buffer solution (PBS) of insulin.  相似文献

In this paper, a simple and novel method based on free-radical polymerization initiated by potassium persulfate (KPS) was developed to synthesize the MPEG–chitosan diblock copolymer (MPEG–CS). The obtained MPEG–CS diblock copolymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), respectively. The MPEG–CS copolymer could self-assemble into nanoparticles in aqueous solution. A typical TEM photography indicated that the well-spherical nanoparticles with diameter at about 200 nm were obtained. In vitro cell culture assay indicated that MPEG–CS nanoparticles are non-toxic and cell-compatible as the polymer concentration was smaller than 0.6 mg/ml. In conclusion, the obtained MPEG–CS nanoparticles might have great potential application in drug-delivery system.  相似文献

Dextran graft poly (N-methacryloylglycylglycine) copolymer-tyrosine conjugates (dextran-g-PMAGGCONHTyr) were synthesized and characterized. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) results indicated that the graft copolymers are soluble in pH 7.4 PBS and 0.9% saline solutions. The graft copolymers were labeled with (125)I, and the labeling stability in 0.9% saline solution was investigated. Pharmacokinetics studies showed a rapid clearance of (125)I-labeled graft copolymers from the blood pool. Biodistribution images confirmed the preferable liver and spleen accumulation within 1 h after injection and rapid clearance from all the organs over time. The graft copolymer with molecular weight of 9.8 kDa was eliminated from the kidney significantly faster than those with higher molecular weight. The effect of the numbers of -COOH groups on the graft copolymers on the biodistribution was also investigated. It was found that the graft copolymers with the average number of -COOH groups per glucopyranose unit (DS(-COOH)) of 0.57 and 0.18 are mainly distributed in liver and spleen at 1 h after injection, whereas the graft copolymer with DS(-COOH) of 0.07 is mainly accumulated in kidney.  相似文献

α-Acetal, ω-alkyne poly(ethylene oxide) was synthesized as building block of glycoconjugated poly(ε-caprolactone)-graft-poly(ethylene oxide) (PCL-g-PEO) copolymers. The alkyne group is indeed instrumental for the PEGylation of a poly(α-azido-ε-caprolactone-co-ε-caprolactone) copolymer by the Huisgen's 1,3 dipolar cycloaddition, i.e., a click reaction. Moreover, deprotection of the acetal end-group of the hydrophilic PEO grafts followed by reductive amination of the accordingly formed aldehyde with an aminated sugar is a valuable strategy of glycoconjugation of the graft copolymer, whose micelles are then potential. A model molecule (fluoresceinamine) was first considered in order to optimize the experimental conditions for the reductive amination. These conditions were then extended to the decoration of the graft copolymer micelles with mannose, which is a targeting agent of dendritic cells and macrophages. The bioavailability of the sugar units at the surface of micelles was investigated by surface plasmon resonance (SPR). The same question was addressed to nanoparticles stabilized by the graft copolymer. Enzyme linked lectin assay (ELLA) confirmed the availability of mannose at the nanoparticle surface.  相似文献

In this investigation, new biodegradable brush-like amphiphilic copolymers were synthesized by ring opening polymerization. Poly(L-lactide) (PLLA) was grafted onto chondroitin sulfate (CS), which is one of the physiologically significant specific glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), using a tin octanoate [Sn(Oct)2] catalyst in DMSO. The hydroxyl groups of the chondroitin sulfate were used as initiating groups. These functional groups enable specific mucoadhesion or receptor recognition. The degree of substitution (DS), the degree of polymerization (DP) and the chondroitin sulfate content (from 1.1 to 15.4%) were analyzed by 1H NMR. The characteristics of these grafted copolymers, including the structure, the thermal properties and biodegradability, etc., were examined with respect to CS content. Meanwhile, the amphiphilic core (PLLA)-corona (CS) nanoparticles, with size smaller than 200 nm, was examined by dynamic light scattering (DLS). Zeta potential analysis exhibited the value in the range -18.3 to -49.4 mV. The morphologies of the nanoparticles were observed by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The nanoparticles with lower cytotoxicity were examined by MTT assay. Furthermore, the in vitro BSA release kinetics of those CSn-PLLA nanoparticles was also determined in this study.  相似文献

The in vitro responses of Schwann cells (RT4-D6P2T, a schwannoma cell line derived from a chemically induced rat peripheral neurotumor) on various types of electrospun fibrous scaffolds of some commercially available biocompatible and biodegradable polymers, i.e., poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB), poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV), polycaprolactone (PCL), poly(l-lactic acid) (PLLA), and chitosan (CS), were reported in comparison with those of the cells on corresponding solution-cast film scaffolds as well as on a tissue-culture polystyrene plate (TCPS), used as the positive control. At 24 h after cell seeding, the viability of the attached cells on the various substrates could be ranked as follows: PCL film > TCPS > PCL fibrous > PLLA fibrous > PHBV film > CS fibrous approximately CS film approximately PLLA film > PHB film > PHBV fibrous > PHB fibrous. At day 3 of cell culture, the viability of the proliferated cells on the various substrates could be ranked as follows: TCPS > PHBV film > PLLA film > PCL film > PLLA fibrous > PHB film approximately PCL fibrous > CS fibrous > CS film > PHB fibrous > PHBV fibrous. At approximately 8 h after cell seeding, the cells on the flat surfaces of all of the film scaffolds and that of the PCL nanofibrous scaffold appeared in their characteristic spindle shape, while those on the surfaces of the PHB, PHBV, and PLLA macrofibrous scaffolds also appeared in their characteristic spindle shape, but with the cells being able to penetrate to the inner side of the scaffolds.  相似文献

The crystallization kinetics of poly(l-lactide), PLLA, is slow enough to allow a quasi-amorphous polymer to be obtained at low temperature simply by quenching from the melt. The PLLA crystallization process was followed by differential scanning calorimetry and optical microscopy after nucleation isothermal treatments at temperatures just below (53 degrees C) and just above (73 degrees C) the glass transition temperature. The crystallization exotherm shown in the heating thermograms shifts toward lower temperatures as the annealing time at 73 degrees C increases. The same effect is shown to a lesser extent when the sample nucleates at 53 degrees C, showing the ability to nucleate in the glassy state, already shown in other polymers. The shape of the DSC thermograms is modeled by using Avrami's theory and allows an estimation of the number of crystallization germs formed. The results of optical microscopy are converted to thermograms by evaluating the average gray level of the image recorded in transmission mode as a function of temperature and calculating its temperature derivative. The shape of such optical thermograms is quite similar to that of the DSC traces but shows some peculiarities after long nucleation treatments. Atomic force microscopy was used to analyze the crystal morphology and is an additional proof of the effect of nucleation in the glassy state. The crystalline morphology observed in samples crystallized after nucleation in the glassy state is qualitatively different from that of samples nucleated above the glass transition temperature, and the number of crystals seems to be much greater than what could be expected from the crystallization kinetics.  相似文献

We report on the modulation of phase morphology, plasticization properties, and thermal stability of films of partly branched poly(l-lactide)-co-poly(epsilon-caprolactone) copolymer (PLLA-co-PCL) with additions of low molecular weight compounds, namely, triethyl citrate ester, diethyl phthalate, diepoxy polyether (poly(propylene glycol) diglycidyl ether), and with epoxidized soybean oil (ESO). The PLLA-co-PCL/polyether films showed significant stability against thermal depolymerization, high film flexibility, and good plasticizing properties, probably due to cross-linking and chain branching formation between diepoxy groups with both the end carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of the PLLA copolymer (initially present or generated during the degradation process) to produce primary ester and ether bonds, respectively. Diethyl phthalate and triethyl citrate ester were found to be efficient plasticizers for PLLA copolymer in terms of glass transition and mechanical properties, but the more water-soluble plasticizer triethyl citrate induced a dramatic loss in the molecular weight of the copolymer. Although ESO cannot play the role of a plasticizer, it substantially stabilizes and retards thermal depolymerization of the PLLA copolymer matrix, possibly because of a reaction between epoxy groups with the end carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of the PLLA copolymer. The presence of ESO in PLLA-co-PCL/ESO/triethyl citrate blends enhanced the compatibility and miscibility of the plasticizer with the PLLA copolymer matrix, considerably improved the mechanical properties (elongation at break), and substantially stabilized the copolymer against thermal depolymerization. It seems likely that the epoxy groups interact not only with the end hydroxyl and carboxyl group of the copolymer but as well with the hydroxyl group of triethyl citrate plasticizer to produce a new ether bond (C-O-C) as the cross-linking unit. On the other hand, for PLLA-co-PCL/ESO/polyether blends, (80/10/10) epoxidized oil distorts the compactness of the blend by diminishing the proposed entanglements between carboxyl, hydroxyl, and diepoxy groups of polyether and reduces the high elongation properties otherwise observed in the PLLA-co-PCL/polyether films. The multicomponent approach toward modulating poly(l-lactide)-co-poly(epsilon-caprolactone) copolymer films using epoxy compounds and plasticizers and the insight into the nature of various PLLA matrixes presented here offer advantages to a broad engineering of PLLA copolymer films having desirable physical properties and multiphase behavior for efficient uses in future technical applications.  相似文献

The physical properties, crystallization, and spherulite growth behavior and mechanism of linear and 3-arm poly(L-lactide) [i.e., poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA)] have been investigated using absolute molecular weight as a molecular index. The branching reduces the chain mobility of PLLA and must be excluded from the crystalline regions. The former factor gives the higher glass transition temperature (T(g)) and starting temperature for thermal degradation (T(d,S)) of 3-arm PLLA compared with those of linear PLLA. On the other hand, both the former and the latter factors lead to the higher cold crystallization temperature (T(cc)), the longer induction period for spherulite growth (t(i)), the lower melting temperature (T(m)), crystallinitiy (X(c)), and radius growth rate of the spherulties (G) for the 3-arm PLLA compared with those for the linear PLLA. The G of 3-arm PLLA showed the vague dependence on number-average molecular weight (M(n)), probably because the branching effect was balanced with the molecular weight effect. At the M(n) exceeding critical values, the linear and 3-arm PLLA crystallize in regime II or regime III kinetics, depending on crystallization temperature (T(c)). In contrast, at the M(n) below critical values, the linear and 3-arm PLLA crystallize according solely to regime III and regime II kinetics, respectively, for all the T(c).  相似文献

Nanosized iron oxide particles exhibit osteogenic and radiopaque properties. Thus, iron oxide (Fe3O4) nanoparticles were incorporated into a biodegradable polymer (poly-L-lactic acid, PLLA) to fabricate a composite bone screw. This multifunctional, 3D printable bone screw was detectable on X-ray examination. In this study, mechanical tests including three-point bending and ultimate tensile strength were conducted to evaluate the optimal ratio of iron oxide nanoparticles in the PLLA composite. Both injection molding and 3D printing techniques were used to fabricate the PLLA bone screws with and without the iron oxide nanoparticles. The fabricated screws were implanted into the femoral condyles of New Zealand White rabbits. Bone blocks containing the PLLA screws were resected 2 and 4 weeks after surgery. Histologic examination of the surrounding bone and the radiopacity of the iron-oxide-containing PLLA screws were evaluated. Our results indicated that addition of iron oxide nanoparticles at 30% significantly decreased the ultimate tensile stress properties of the PLLA screws. The screws with 20% iron oxide exhibited strong radiopacity compared to the screws fabricated without the iron oxide nanoparticles. Four weeks after surgery, the average bone volume of the iron oxide PLLA composite screws was significantly greater than that of PLLA screws without iron oxide. These findings suggested that biodegradable and X-ray detectable PLLA bone screws can be produced by incorporation of 20% iron oxide nanoparticles. Furthermore, these screws had significantly greater osteogenic capability than the PLLA screws without iron oxide.  相似文献

End-capped poly(L-lactide) (PLLA) samples with dodecyl or 2-(2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethoxy)ethyl (MEEE) ester were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of L-lactide in the presence of zinc dodecanoxide or zinc 2-(2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethoxy)ethoxide as a catalyst, respectively. On the basis of NMR analysis, it was confirmed that the carboxylic acid chain ends of PLLA molecules were selectively substituted by dodecyl or MEEE ester groups. To evaluate the wettability on the surface of end-capped PLLA films, the advancing contact angle (thetaa) with water was measured. The amorphous PLLA films showed relatively similar thetaa values regardless of the chemical structure of the polymer chain end. In contrast, the thetaa values of semicrystalline films were varied over a wide range, dependent on the chemical structure of the chain end. In addition, the thetaa values of dodecyl ester end-capped PLLA film with low molecular weight increased with an increase in the crystallization temperature. Both the crystallinity and lamellar thickness of dodecyl ester end-capped PLLA films increased with the crystallization temperature. These results suggest that the segregation of the chain ends on the PLLA film surface was strongly affected by the crystallization conditions.  相似文献

The time course of self-assembly of a hybrid hydrogel system was investigated using dynamic light scattering (DLS) techniques. The self-assembling system consisted of a hydrophilic synthetic N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide (HPMA) polymer backbone and a pair of oppositely charged peptide grafts (CCE and CCK). These two distinct pentaheptad peptides were anticipated to act as physical cross-linkers by the formation of antiparallel coiled-coil heterodimers. Equimolar mixture of HPMA graft copolymers CCE-P and CCK-P solutions (where P is the HPMA copolymer backbone) with total concentration from 1.25 to 10 mg/mL were measured at a scattering angle 90 degrees and room temperature. A critical extension of average relaxation time was observed with increasing concentration and incubation time. To reveal the role of coiled-coil grafts in the self-assembly process, a pair of modified random coil peptides, CCEw and CCKy, was designed. The DLS evaluation of HPMA copolymer conjugates (CCEw-P and CCKy-P) at total concentration of 10 mg/mL demonstrated that no association occurred after 28 h of incubation. Moreover, addition of a competing peptide (CCK) or a denaturant (guanidium chloride, GndHCl) to the self-assembled CCE-P/CCK-P hydrogels resulted in partial disassembly or collapse of the hydrogel clusters. These results correlated to changes in the secondary structure of peptides (grafts) as measured by circular dichroism spectroscopy (CD). These investigations supported the hypothesis that the self-assembly of CCE-P/CCK-P into hybrid hydrogels is mediated by the formation of coiled-coil heterodimers.  相似文献

Quantum dot (QD) and adenovirus (ADV) nanoparticles were surface-modified with graft copolymers that exhibited a charge reversal behavior under acidic condition. Poly(L-lysine) (PLL) was grafted with multiple biotin-PEG chains (biotin-PEG-PLL graft copolymer), and the remaining primary amine groups in the PLL backbone were postmodified using citraconic anhydride, a pH-sensitive primary amine blocker, to generate carboxylate groups. The surfaces of streptavidin-conjugated QDs were modified with citraconylated biotin-PEG-PLL copolymer, producing net negatively charged QD nanoparticles. Under acidic conditions, citraconylated amide linkages were cleaved, resulting in the recovery of positively charged amine groups with subsequent alteration of surface charge values. Intracellular delivery of QD nanoparticles was greatly enhanced in an acidic pH condition due to the surface charge reversal. The surface of avidin-conjugated adenovirus (ADV-Avi) encoding an exogenous green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene was also modified in the same fashion. The expression extent of GFP was significantly increased at more acidic pH than pH 7.4. This study demonstrates that various nanosized drug carriers, imaging agents, and viruses could be surface-engineered to enhance their cellular uptake specifically at a low pH microenvironment like solid tumor tissue.  相似文献

A new method of surface modification of hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (n-HA) by surface grafting reaction of l-lactic acid and ring-opening polymerization of l-lactide (LLA) was developed. Two modified HA nanoparticles were obtained: HA modified by l-lactic acid (l-HA) and HA grafting with poly(l-lactide) (PLLA; p-HA). The modified surface of n-HA was attested by Fourier transformation infrared, (31)P MAS NMR, and thermal gravimetric analysis. The results showed that l-lactic acid could be easily grafted onto the n-HA surface by forming a Ca carboxylate bond and initiated by the hydroxyl group of the grafted l-lactic acid and LLA could be graft-polymerized onto the n-HA surface in the presence of stannous octanoate. The highest grafting amounts of l-lactic acid and PLLA were about 33 and 22 wt %, respectively. The modified HA/PLLA composites showed good mechanical properties and uniform microstructure. The tensile strength and modulus of the p-HA/PLLA composite containing 15 wt % of p-HA were 67 MPa and 2.1 GPa, respectively, while those of the n-HA/PLLA composites were 45 MPa and 1.7 GPa, respectively. The elongation at the break of the l-HA/PLLA composite containing 15 wt % l-HA could reach 44%, in comparison with 6.5% of the n-HA/PLLA composites containing 15 wt % n-HA.  相似文献

We synthesized methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(alpha,L-glutamic acid) (mPEGGA) diblock copolymer by ring-opening polymerization of N-carboxy anhydride of gamma-benzyl-L-glutamate (NCA) using amino-terminated methoxy polyethylene glycol (mPEG) as macroinitiator. Polyelectrolyte complexation between mPEGGA as neutral-block-polyanion and chitosan (CS) as polycation has been scrutinized in aqueous solution as well as in the solid state. Water-soluble polyelectrolyte complexes (PEC) can be formed only under nonstoichiometric condition while phase separation is observed when approaching 1:1 molar mixing ratio in spite of the existence of hydrophilic mPEG block. This is likely due to mismatch in chain length between polyanion block of the copolymer and the polycation or hydrogen bonding between the components. Hydrodynamic size of primary or soluble PEC is determined to be about 200 nm, which is larger than those reported in some literatures. The increase in polyion chain length of the copolymer leads to the increase in the hydrodynamic size of the water-soluble PEC. Formation of spherical micelles by the mPEGGA/CS complex at nonstoichiometirc condition has been confirmed by the scanning electron microscopy observation and transmission electron microscopy observations. The homopolymer CS experiences attractive interaction with both mPEGA and PGA blocks within the copolymer. Competition of hydrogen bonding and electrostatic force in the system or hydrophilic mPEG segments weakens the electrostatic interaction between the oppositely charged polyions. The existence of hydrogen bonding restrains the mobility of mPEG chains of the copolymer and completely prohibits crystallization of mPEG segments. In vitro culture of human fibroblasts indicates that mPEGGA/CS-based materials have potential in biomedical application, especially in tissue engineering.  相似文献

The synthesis of poly(methyl methacrylate-co-methacryloxysuccinimide-graft-poly(ethylene glycol)) (PMMA-co-PMASI-g-PEG) via living free radical polymerization provides a convenient route to well-defined amphiphilic graft copolymers having a controllable number of reactive functional groups, variable length PEG grafts, and low polydispersity. These copolymers were shown to form PMMA-core/PEG-shell nanoparticles upon hydrophobic collapse in water, with the hydrodynamic size being defined by the molecular weight of the backbone and the PEG grafts. Functionalization of these polymeric nanoparticles with a 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecanetetraacetic acid (DOTA) ligand capable of chelating radioactive 64Cu nuclei enabled the biodistribution and in vivo positron emission tomography of these materials to be studied and directly correlated to the initial structure. Results indicate that nanoparticles with increasing PEG chain lengths show increased blood circulation and low accumulation in excretory organs, suggesting the possible use of these materials as stealth carriers for medical imaging and systemic administration.  相似文献

A poly(L-lactide)-b-poly(Nepsilon-(Z)-L-lysine) (PLLA-b-PZLys) block copolymer was synthesized through the ring-opening polymerization of Nepsilon-(Z)-lysine-N-carboxyanhydride using L-Phe-terminated PLLA as a macroinitiator. The L-Phe-terminated PLLA was prepared through a novel three-step process. First, the hydroxyl-terminated PLLA was synthesized through the ring-opening polymerization of L-lactide initiated by n-butanol under the existence of tin(II) ethylhexanoate. Subsequently, the complete capping of the hydroxyl end group of PLLA with BOC-L-Phe was achieved by using a mixed anhydride of BOC-L-Phe under the catalysis of 4-(1-pyrrolidinyl) pyridine. Finally, the free amino end group was obtained by removal of the t-butoxycarbonyl group through trifluoroacetic acid treatment under anhydrous condition. All these treatments were conducted under mild conditions, thus avoiding the breakdown of the PLLA backbone. Poly(L-lactide)-b-poly(L-lysine) block copolymer was produced after deprotection treatment of PLLA-b-PZLys. The structure of the block copolymer was confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, and GPC. Adjustment of the ratio of the NCA monomer to the macroinitiator could control the chain length of the PLys block.  相似文献
