加拿大一枝黄花对土壤营养元素吸收与转运特征   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
选择临海沿江镇加拿大一枝黄花重度入侵区域,分别收集植物与土壤样品,研究加拿大一枝黄花对土壤中7种营养元素的吸收、转运特征。研究结果表明:7种营养元素在植物组织中的平均含量排序为:Zn〉K〉Ca〉N〉Mg〉P〉Mn。而且不同器官对同一种元素的积累存在显著差异,总体规律表现为叶和花蕾积累元素最多,其次是枝条和根状茎,根和茎则积累最少。地上器官对各元素的转移能力表现出明显差异,但各器官均对氮素有较强的转运能力,转运因子均明显高于1。地下器官(根和根状茎)对氮素有较高的富集能力,富集因子同样明显高于1。7种元素在加拿大一枝黄花不同器官的吸收转运存在着一定的促进或者拮抗作用。在花蕾、枝条和根中,磷吸收分别与Mg、Mn和Zn吸收呈现显著负相关;在花蕾中,氮的吸收和Mn的吸收呈现显著正相关;在不同器官里,K、Ca、Mg、Zn和Mn吸收之间多呈现正相关。  相似文献

Summary Concentration of N, P, K, Ca, Mg and S in summer groundnut crop was higher than in kharif while Zn, Fe, Mn and Cu contents were higher in summer crop. Kernel's N, P and Zn; Leaflet's Ca and Mn; Stem's K and Fe; Root's S and Cu and Petiole's Mg contents were highest. Shell's N, P, K, Mg, S, Zn and Cu; Kernel's Ca, Fe and Mn contents were the least. N, P, K, S, Zn and Cu concentrations decreased linearly as the crop grew. Ca, Mg, Fe and Mn concentrations did not display any distinct pattern. Ca concentration was positively correlated with pod yield in both the seasons.  相似文献

Vertical distribution of root density (length per unit soil volume) and abundance (length per unit ground surface area) to a depth of 1.5 m or to the depth of the water table and their relationships with soil properties and tree basal area were examined in 36 soil profiles of pine-oak and oak-pine forests of the New Jersey Pinelands. Soil morphology were almost uniform within the forest type and characterized by the presence of high coarse fragment contents in the C horizon in oak-pine uplands; by the spodic B horizon and water table in the C horizon in pine-oak lowlands; by the sandy soil throughout the profile in pine-oak uplands; and by the firm argillic B horizon in pine-oak plains. Root density decreased from ranges of 44423–133369 m m-3 in the 0–5 cm depth in all the forest types to 1900–5593 m m-3 in the 100–150 cm depth in all the forest types except in pine-oak lowlands. Total profile root density and abundance was in the order: oak-pine uplands>pine-oak lowlands>pine-oak uplands>pine-oak plains. Root density correlated positively with organic C, total N, water soluble P, exchangeable Ca, Mg, K, Al, Fe, and cation exchange capacity, and negatively with bulk density, coarse fraction content, and pH, whereas root abundance correlated positively with organic C, total N, water soluble P, exchangeable Ca, Mg, K, and Fe, and negatively with bulk density. No correlation existed between root density and abundance with tree basal area. Higher root density in the E horizon of oak-pine uplands as compared to the other forest types was associated with high nutrient content; higher root density in the C horizon of pine-oak lowlands was associated with a shallow water table beneath the horizon; and lower root densities in the B and C horizons of pine-oak plains were associated with the presence of a firm clay layer in the B horizon.  相似文献

探讨环渤海湾和黄土高原两大苹果产区土壤养分对‘富士’苹果品质的影响,筛选不同产区影响果实品质特性的主要土壤养分因子,明确优质‘富士’苹果的土壤养分含量指标等,为两大苹果产区果园合理施肥、提高果实品质等提供理论依据.于2010—2011年分别在我国环渤海湾和黄土高原两大苹果产区各选择22个县,每个县3片果园,共计132个乔砧‘富士’苹果园,对每个果园的土壤养分含量和果实品质指标进行调查和分析,应用偏最小二乘回归方法筛选不同产区影响果实品质的主要土壤养分因子,并建立果实品质因素与土壤养分含量关系的回归方程,线性规划求解不同产区优质‘富士’苹果的土壤养分含量优化方案.结果表明: 环渤海湾产区的土壤碱解氮、有效磷、钙、铁和锌含量极显著高于黄土高原产区,而土壤pH,有效钾含量显著低于黄土高原产区;黄土高原产区的果实可溶性固形物含量显著高于环渤海湾产区,而固酸比显著低于环渤海湾产区.土壤有效硼含量对两产区果实单果质量影响的正效应最大,而土壤总氮与两产区果实硬度呈负效应;环渤海湾产区的果实可溶性固形物含量主要受土壤总氮和有效硼的负、正效应影响,黄土高原产区主要受土壤有效钙和碱解氮正、负效应的影响.环渤海湾产区优质乔砧‘富士’苹果的土壤养分含量需求为高的土壤有效硼和pH,适宜的土壤有效钾;黄土高原产区为低的土壤全氮,高的碱解氮、有效钾和有效铁,适宜的土壤有效锌和硼.环渤海湾产区优质乔砧‘富士’苹果的土壤养分管理技术措施为增加土壤有效硼含量和调高土壤pH、调整土壤有效钾含量;而黄土高原产区为提高土壤碱解氮、有效钾和有效铁含量,降低果园土壤pH,适当调整土壤有效锌和有效硼含量.  相似文献

采用田间调查研究和室内化学分析方法,研究了涪陵区主要茎瘤芥种植区土壤肥力因子及其与茎瘤芥产量的关系.结果表明: 茎瘤芥种植区土壤有效钙、镁、铁、锰、铜和锌含量较丰富,分别为3034、260、11.2、26.1、1.15和1.50 mg·kg-1,有效磷适中,为19.3 mg·kg-1;但有机质、碱解氮、速效钾和有效硫含量较为缺乏,分别为9.05 g·kg-1、89.2 mg·kg-1、106 mg·kg-1和27.0 mg·kg-1.茎瘤芥产量与土壤pH、有效钙呈极显著正相关,而与有效铁呈极显著负相关关系.土壤肥力因子对茎瘤芥产量的影响为:有效锰>有效铜>pH>有效铁>速效钾>有效钙>有效镁>有效硫>碱解氮>有效锌>有机质>有效磷;通过逐步回归分析剔除不显著变量,建立了土壤有效钙与茎瘤芥产量间的线性方程:Y=31636+3.63X6.

为了探讨外源2,4-表油菜素内酯(2,4-epibrassinolide,EBR)诱导燕麦(Avena sativa L.)幼苗抗盐性的效果及其生理调节机制,以"青引2号"和"加燕2号"燕麦为材料,研究NaCl胁迫下施用外源EBR对燕麦幼苗无机离子吸收、运输和分配的影响。结果表明:100mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫下,"青引2号"和"加燕2号"燕麦幼苗叶片和根系中的Na+、Cl-含量均显著升高,对阳离子的吸收产生了拮抗作用,导致燕麦幼苗叶片和根系中的K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Mn2+、Fe2+、Zn2+、Cu2+含量显著降低,离子稳态平衡被打破; 100 mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫下,施用0.01μmol·L-1外源EBR后,"青引2号"和"加燕2号"燕麦幼苗叶片和根系中的Na+和Cl-含量显著降低,促进了燕麦幼苗根系对K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe2+、Mn2+、Cu2+和Zn2+的吸收,叶片和根系中K+/Na+、Cl-/Na+、Ca2+/Na+、Mg2+/Na+、Fe2+/Na+、Mn2+/Na+、Cu2+/Na+和Zn2+/Na+显著升高,并且有效调控燕麦幼苗体内无机离子的运输...  相似文献

In order to identify the effects of soil properties on the transfer of Cd from soil to wheat under actual field conditions, 126 pairs of topsoil and wheat samples were collected from the Yangtze River delta region, China. Relevant parameters (Cd, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, N, P, K, S, pH, total organic carbon, and speciation of soil Cd) in soil and wheat tissues were analyzed, and the results were treated by statistical methods. Soil samples (19.8%) and 14.3% of the wheat grain samples exceeded the relevant maximum permissible Cd concentrations in China for agricultural soil and wheat grain, respectively. The major speciations of Cd in soil were exchangeable, bound to carbonates and fulvic and humic acid fraction, and they were readily affected by soil pH, total Ca, Mg, S and P, DTPA-Fe, Ex-Ca, and Ex-Mg. Cadmium showed a strong correlation with Fe, S, and P present in the grain and the soil, whereas there was no significant correlation in the straw or root. Generally, soil pH, Ca, Mg, Mn, P, and slowly available K restricted Cd transfer from soil to wheat, whereas soil S, N, Zn, DTPA-Fe, and total organic carbon enhance Cd uptake by wheat.  相似文献

Summary A novel stable isotope labelling procedure for microbeam analysis was developed to monitor exchange and uptake of nutrients, primarily Mg, K and Ca, by root tips at the cellular level. Initially root samples were analysed from 2-year-old spruce trees, originating both from a nursery and from a polluted forest site, (1) for the cortex cell wall accessibility and nutrient binding properties, (2) for the influence of low pH and elevated aluminum concentrations on Ca binding to cortex cell walls, and (3) for long-range transport into the secondary xylem, proximal to the labelled root tip. In nursery control plants, Ca is localized mainly in the apoplast of the cortex. Exchange of Mg, K, Ca in the cell wall of the cortex and the primary xylem with label in incubation solutions is almost completed to equilibration within 30 min. In the secondary xylem we could detect Mg, K, and Ca from labelling solutions in minute amounts after 30 min, and as a major fraction after 48 h. This indicates that stable isotope labelling can be used to study both ion-exchange properties of the apoplast and long-range transport. Slight acidification of the labelling incubation media to pH 4.5 reduced Ca binding to the cortex cell walls slightly, but acidification to the extreme value of pH 2.3 reduced binding 41%. A combination of pH 4.5 and increased free aluminum reduced the binding by 83%. In a preliminary attempt to analyse the nutrient binding capability of the root-tip apoplast from pollution affected trees, we exposed fine roots of 2-year-old spruce from an acidified and polluted site showing typical low levels of Ca and Mg in the cortical cell walls to Ca-enriched media. Under these conditions the Ca content of cortex cell walls doubled upon incubation at pH 4.7, reaching 40% of the total binding capacity of our nursey control plants.  相似文献

A four-year field study was conducted on a Hebert gravelly sandy loam (pH 4.5) in Nova Scotia to assess the effects of pruning management and seven fertility amendments on lowbush blueberry (Vaccinium augustifolium Ait) production (yield, above ground and root tissue composition) and soil fertility. Pruning by oil burning produced higher fruit yields than flail mowing but burning had the opposite effect on the plant N content (with a lesser influence on above ground Mn and Zn). None of the fertility treatments (chicken manure, dairy manure, swine manure, urea, sawdust, NPK, NPK+S+Lime+Micronutrients) produced fruit yields significantly greater than the control. Treatments provided the equivalent of 50kg total N/ha/2-yr cycle. Treatments influenced tissue N, P, K, Ca, Mg, B, Mn, Cu, Zn and Mo levels. In general, the three manure treatments produced the highest levels of plant macronutrients; the urea treatment produced the lowest levels of plant nutrients. In most cases, extractable levels of soil P, K, Ca and Mg were highly correlated with the plant tissue content of these elements. Overall, the dairy manure treated soils were the highest in soil fertility.  相似文献

We investigated element accumulation in vesicles of the arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungus Glomus intraradices, extracted from the roots of inoculated leek plants. The elemental composition (elements heavier than Mg) was quantified using particle-induced X-ray emission (PIXE), in combination with scanning transmission ion microscopy (STIM). In vesicles, P was the most abundant of the elements analysed, followed by Ca, S, Si and K. We analysed 12 vesicles from two root systems and found that the variation between vesicles was particularly high for P and Si. The P content related positively to Si, Zn and K, while its relation to Cl fitted to a negative power function. Vesicle transects showed that P and K were present in central parts, while Ca was present mainly near the vesicle surfaces. The results showed that P is an important part (0.5% of the dry weight) of the vesicle content and that the distribution of some elements, within mycelia, may be strongly correlated.  相似文献

Growth and uptake of N, P, S, K, Ca and Mg in barley ( Hordeum vulgare L.) were studied in water culture using young plants of 17 cultivars. Large varietal differences were obtained in dry weight production and mineral accumulation. The differences were not the same for plants grown in high- and low-salt media. For plants grown under both conditions there was a good correlation between dry weight production and total N content. Total shoot contents of K and Ca were closely correlated with shoot dry weight. Utilization of P and S in high- and low-salt plants and Mg in low-salt plants was variable in relation to dry weight production in both types of nutrient conditions. The correlation between dry weight and total content of Mg in high-salt plants was good. These differences in mineral economy between young barley plants were partly caused by varietal differences in relative growth rate, and in high-salt seedlings also by differences in seed content of N. The significance of root size, and of uptake, root-shoot partitioning and use-efficiency of specific elements differed; all four factors were important for P and S, but had varying impact on K, Mg and Ca. For N, differences in root size and ion accumulation were the most important factors causing varietal variation in mineral nutrition. – In a special experiment seedlings of barley were transferred to N-free nutrient solution after six days of adequate N supply. There was no significant varietal differences in use-efficiency ratio of N. Root/shoot partitioning of N was unaffected.  相似文献

在天全县的退耕还林地中,对三倍体毛白杨细根与黑麦草草根的分解及其N、P、K、Ca和Mg养分动态进行了研究.结果表明,细根直径0~1、1~2和0~2 mm及草根的分解速率与时间呈负指数关系,第1年干重损失率分别为76.17%、69.80%、73.44%和79.3%,分解0%所需的时间分别为217、266、24和172 d.细根分解过程中,N和Ca浓度增加,而P、K、Mg浓度下降;草根分解过程中,其养分元素的浓度变化整体上没有规律.细根分解过程中P、K和Mg的养分残留率与其干重残留率的变化趋势相似,分解前期下降较快,随后下降比较平缓,N和Ca的养分残留率下降则比较平缓,并且养分的分解速率均以P最快,其次是K和Mg,而N和Ca最慢;草根分解过程中N、P、K、Ca和Mg的养分残留率初期下降比较快,随后趋于平缓,并且元素分解速率呈不规则变化,其中Ca分解速率最慢,其它元素的分解速率相近.  相似文献

The distribution, accumulation, and cycling of N, P, K, Na, Ca, and Mg in terms of their concentration in the biomass was quite different from those in soil in Heishiding Nature Reserve (111°53′ E, 23°27′ N). The concentrations of N, Ca and P were higher in plant, and much lower in soil. The average content of the elements in different organs was in the order as: leaf>branch>bark>root>wood, although this was not true for all the elements. Trunk and leaf had the most and the least accumulation of the elements, respectively, and branch and root were comparable. In the forest, most of the elements (97 %) were concen- trated in the tree layer. The total amount of elements in the ecosystem was 3324.2 kg· ha-1 among which N amounted 1470.5, P 51.0, K 1097.7, Na 22.6, Ca 566.2, and Mg 116.2. Yearly absorption of the elements was 432.2 kg · ha-1 among which N amounted 207.1, P 6.5, K 144.9, Na 6.9, Ca 52.6, and Mg 14. 1; and element absorption among different organs accounted as 35.0 kg · ha-1 · a-1 in wood, 14.8, in bark, 66.1 in branch, 143.2 in leaf, 25.3 in root, and 147.7 in fine root (D<3 mm). Total return of the elements from litterfall, death and fallen trees was 311.8 kg · ha-1 · a-1, among which N accounted for 154.3, P 4.7, K 102.1, Na 6.2, Ca 34.5, and Mg 10.0. Return from different organs was: wood 10.2, bark 4.3, branch 17.0, leaf 123.0, root (not in- cluding fine root) 9.4, and fine root 147.7. Total retention was 120.4 kg · ha-1 · a-1 among which N accounted for 52.8, P 1.8, K 42.8, Na 0. 7, Ca 18. 1, and Mg 4.1; retention in different organs was: wood 24.8, bark 10.5, branch 49.1, leaf 20. 2, and root 15.9. Ca, Mg and P have higher cycling and utilization efficiencies.  相似文献

测定分析了圆柏属2种常绿木本植物叶片干物质含量、叶绿素含量及N、P、K、Na、Ca、Mg等元素含量的季节变化和元素间的关系。结果发现,两种圆柏叶片N含量与叶绿素含量正相关,反映了其一年四季的生长情况;两树种N和K含量的季节变化趋势相似,夏、秋季高于冬、春季,表明两树种夏、秋季富集的营养物质较多,与夏、秋季较高的生物量一致;而P、Ca、Mg和Na含量是冬、春季较夏、秋季高,表明圆柏属植物通过积累这些无机渗透调节剂来增强其对低温的抗性。两树种叶片对N和K同步积累,对P、Na和Mg同步积累,但在元素积累模式上也存在一定的差异,元素间的关系也要复杂得多。  相似文献

以黄瓜‘新泰密刺’、‘津优1号’为供试品种,研究沙培条件下不同浓度(0、50、100、150、200 mg·L-1)纯化腐植酸(PHA)浇灌对低氮胁迫(1 mmol·L-1 NO3-)下黄瓜幼苗生长及养分吸收的影响.结果表明: 在较低N供应条件下,沙培浇灌PHA可显著增加黄瓜幼苗的根总长、根表面积及根尖数,增大根体积,促进黄瓜幼苗株高和茎粗生长,增大叶面积;显著提高黄瓜幼苗叶片中脯氨酸及可溶性糖含量;促进N素以及P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe元素的吸收.由参试两黄瓜品种对低氮胁迫下PHA处理响应效果来看,不同品种的某些性状对PHA处理浓度的敏感程度稍有差异,综合结果显示,施用100~150 mg·L-1PHA可显著促进两品种幼苗生长及养分吸收.  相似文献

The background concentration of selected alkali and alkaline earth metals (sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium) in some macrophytes was explored in the wetland system of Keoladeo National Park, Bharatpur, India. Changes in the concentration of these elements in the course of macrophyte decomposition were also studied. The species selected were Paspalum distichum, Paspalidium punctatum, Cyperus alopecuroides, Pseudoraphis spinescens, Ipomoea aquatica, Neptunia oleracea and Hydrilla verticillata, which dominate the aquatic vegetation of the Park. Litterbag decomposition experiments were carried out with nylon bags of two different mesh sizes (0.14 and 0.375 mm) in the laboratory and in the field. Among the macrophytes, Hydrilla was the fastest decaying species with the lowest half-life (12.65 days) and Paspalidium the slowest with the highest half-life (385.08 days). Overall, the grasses had low decay rate and high half-life. Background concentration of Na, K, Ca and Mg varied among the plant species. During decomposition and towards the end of the experiment, Na, K and Ca gradually declined whereas Mg increased. The variation was significant (ANOVA, P <0.05) among metals and macrophytes. Na showed no correlation with the weight loss of decomposing macrophytes in the field or in the laboratory tanks. In the field, the K concentration, in contrast with the observations in the tanks, was negatively correlated with the biomass and positively correlated with Ca content. Ca concentration in the biomass was negatively correlated with the weight of the remaining biomass, while Mg was positively correlated with the biomass in the litterbags.  相似文献

Concentrations of major nutrients (C, N, P) and acid soluble metals (Ca, Mg, K, Al, Fe, Mn, Pb, and Zn) were determined in modern (0–1 cm) and pre-acidification (5–10 cm) sediment layers collected from 37 alpine and 3 forest lakes in the Tatra Mountains (Slovakia, Poland) in 1996–1998. Sediment composition reflected catchment characteristics and productivity of lakes. In the sediments of alpine lakes, C and N concentrations decreased and Mg increased with a decreasing proportion of vegetation and soil in the catchment. Decreasing Ca:Mg ratios in sediments along the vegetation gradient was inverse to that in water, and could be associated with different ratios of cations in water leachate from catchments and in solids which enter the lake due to soil erosion. Phosphorus concentrations increased with the proportion of moraine areas, with till soils rich in P. Concentrations of C, N, P, and Ca in sediments positively correlated to their concentrations in water. Sediment concentrations of Al and Al:Ca ratios increased with decreasing sediment and water pH. A negative correlation between water pH and concentrations of organic C in water and sediments indicated the important impact of organic acids on the acid status of the lakes exposed to higher terrestrial export of organic matter. Compared to the pre-acidification period, the modern sediments had significantly higher Fe, Mn, Zn, Pb, and K, but lower Mg concentrations. The Zn and Pb enrichment was more evident in oligotrophic alpine lakes than in more productive forest lakes and was independent of lake water or sediment pH. Fe and Mn concentrations in the modern sediments were higher than in ambient soils and bedrock, while those in pre-acidification sediments were similar to contemporary soils and to the rock layer. The enrichment of the modern sediments with Fe and Mn thus probably resulted from both their redox recycling and ecosystem acidification.  相似文献

The foraging habitat selections of brown-eared pheasant (Crossoptilon mantchuricum) and the common pheasant (Phasianus colchicus) were studied in Huanglongshan Nature Reserve Shaanxi, China. Foraging habitat characteristics were measured on the basis of expected differences between species at 183 sites from November to December 2006 and January 2007. The results showed that both species selected foraging habitats with altitude (<1200 m), conifer forest, half sunny and half shady slope, sunny slope, density of trees (<5 individuals/100 m2), cover of shrub (>50%), visibility class (<10%) and distance to water source (<300 m). However, the brown-eared pheasant selected habitats with cover of trees (30–50%), middle or lower slope location, distance to edge of woods (<300 m) and human disturbance (<500 m), and the selection on density of shrub was not observed, compared to the selections on cover of trees (<30%), lower slope location, distance to edge of woods (<500 m) and human disturbance (<300 m), and density of shrub (>500 individuals/100 m2) for common pheasant. We also found that the common pheasant avoid predators by concealment whereas brown-eared pheasant evade predations by running away strategy.  相似文献

Cavity spot is initiated anywhere on the carrot storage organ, when cells of the outermost layers of the secondary phloem collapse progressively, leading eventually to rupture of the periderm. A wound periderm forms around the lesion and suberin and lignin are deposited in the cell walls. Polyphenols accumulate in tissue around the lesion. Neither Ca or K concentrations in the soil or their ratios were related to cavity spot in surveys of crops in E. Scotland. Of the many characteristics recorded, only soil bulk density was related to the incidence of the disorder. No consistent responses to high concentrations of Ca or K were obtained in field and pot experiments. A response to Ca as gypsum was possibly due to its effect on soil structure.  相似文献

应用系统分析和动态模拟的方法 ,对结果初期锥栗人工林的养分动态变化进行了分析和模拟 ,构建了林分树体地上部分、地下部分、土壤和凋落物 4个分室 ,测定了各分室的N、P、K、Ca、Mg各养分元素的现存库量 .土壤分室中N、P、K、Ca的现存量最高 ,分别达 311.4 7、11.4 36、2 18.9kg·hm-2 和 87 5 6kg·hm-2 ,Mg含量水平以凋落物分室最高 ,达 7.2 6 9kg·hm-2 .根据分室模型 ,计算了 5种元素各分室的流通量和流通率 ,并在不同营养元素补偿水平下 ,对系统各分室在未来 5年内的养分变化进行了模拟 ,结果表明 ,各元素每年最适宜的补充量为N 2 0kg·hm-2 、P 8kg·hm-2 、K 5kg·hm-2 、Ca 10kg·hm-2 、Mg 5kg·hm-2 .在这种补偿条件下 ,系统各分室间养分流动通畅 ,树体生长代谢正常 .研究结果可为锥栗人工林该期栽培营养管理提供依据  相似文献
