The reaction of with Co(dmgBF2)2(H2O)2 in 1.0 M HClO4/LiClO4 was found to be first-order in both reactants and the [H+] dependence of the second-order rate constant is given by k2obs = b/[H+], b at 25 °C is 9.23 ± 0.14 × 102 s−1. The [H+] dependence at lower temperatures shows some saturation effect that allowed an estimate of the hydrolysis constant for as Ka = 9.5 × 10−3 M at 10 and 15 °C. Marcus theory and the known self-exchange rate constant for Co(OH2)5OH2+/+ were used to estimate an electron self-exchange rate constant of k22 = 1.7 × 10−4 M−1 s−1 for .  相似文献

Electron spin resonance using spin-trapping is a useful technique for detecting direct reactive oxygen species, such as superoxide (). However, the widely used spin trap 2,2-dimethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrrole N-oxide (DMPO) has several fundamental limitations in terms of half-life and stability. Recently, the new spin trap 2-diphenylphosphinoyl-2-methyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrrole N-oxide (DPhPMPO) was developed by us. We evaluated the biological applicability of DPhPMPO to analyze in both cell-free and cellular systems. DPhPMPO had a larger rate constant for and formed more stable spin adducts for than DMPO in the xanthine/xanthine oxidase (X/XO) system. In the phorbol myristate acetate-activated neutrophil system, the detection potential of DPhPMPO for was significantly higher than that of DMPO (kDMPO = 13.95 M−1 s−1, kDPhPMPO = 42.4 M−1 s−1). These results indicated that DPhPMPO is a potentially good candidate for trapping in a biological system.  相似文献

The compound Tl2B12H12 which consists of icosahedral anions and Tl+ cations shows a metal-centered r.t. luminescence at λmax = 530 nm which originates from the lowest-energy sp triplet of Tl+. This emission indicates a considerable covalent interaction between Tl+ and which is based on the hydridic nature of the boron cluster.  相似文献

The oxidation of oxalic acid by tetrachloroaurate(III) ion in 0.005 ? [HClO4] ? 0.5 mol dm−3 is first order in and a fractional order in [oxalic acid], the reactive entities being AuCl3(OH) and ions. The pseudo first-order rate, kobs, with respect to [Au(III)], is retarded by increasing [H+] and [Cl]. The retardation by H+ ion is caused by the dissociation equilibrium . A mechanism in which a substitution complex, is formed from AuCl3(OH) and ions prior to its rate limiting disproportionation into products is suggested. The rate limiting constant, k, has been evaluated and its activation parameters are reported. The equilibrium constant K1 for the formation of the substitution complex and its thermodynamic parameters are also reported.  相似文献

The system was studied at 25 °C and at I = 0.1 M NaClO4 using hydrodynamic voltammetry, gold potentiometry, UV-Vis spectrophotometry and Raman spectroscopy. The presence of two mixed-ligand species, Au(S2O3)(SO3)3− and , was detected from the Raman experiments and supported by the gold potentiometric experiments. The stepwise formation constant, log K11r, for the reaction was found to be 1.1 (r = 1) and 4.8 (r = 2) from the hydrodynamic voltammetric experiments.  相似文献

Using an anionic precursor [(Tp)FeIII(CN)3] (1) as a building block, two cyano-bridged centrosymmetric heterotrinuclear complexes, (2) and (3) (en = ethylenediamine), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. In each complex, [TpFe(CN)3] acts as a monodentate ligand toward a central [Mn(C2H5OH)4]2+ or [Ni(en)2]2+ core through one of its three cyanide groups, the other two cyanides remaining terminal. The intramolecular Fe-Mn and Fe-Ni distances are 5.2354(4) and 5.0669(11) Å, respectively. The magnetic properties of complexes 2 and 3 have been investigated in the temperature range of 2.0-300 K. A weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the Mn(II) and Fe(III) ions has been found in complex 2. The magnetic data of 2 can be fitted with the isotropic Hamiltonian: where J and J′ are the intramolecular exchange coupling parameters between adjacent and peripheral spin carriers, respectively. This leads to values of J = −1.37 cm−1 and g = 2.05. The same fitting method is applied to complex 3 to give values of J = 1.2 cm−1 and g = 2.25, showing that there is a ferromagnetic interaction between the Fe(III) and Ni(II) ions.  相似文献

Hydrothermal chemistry was used to prepare the bimetallic organic-inorganic hybrid oxide [Cu(I)Cu(II)2(trz)2Mo4O13(OH)] · 6H2O (1 · 6H2O). The structure consists of chains linked through into a three-dimensional framework. The structures of the simple metal-triazole phases [MoO3(Htrz)0.5] (2) and [Cu(trz)] (3) are also reported. Compound 2 is two-dimensional, constructed from corner-sharing {MoO5N} octahedra. Compound 3 consists of {Cu(trz)}n chains linked through weak Cu?Cu contacts into a virtual layer.  相似文献

Reported is a combined time-resolved optical (TRO) and infrared (TRIR) spectroscopic investigation of the flash photolysis of Mo(CO)6 in cyclohexane solution. TRIR studies using 308 nm excitation led to transient bleaching of the strong νCO band at 1987 cm−1 of Mo(CO)6 and appearance of new bands at 1931 and 1964 cm−1 attributed to Mo(CO)5(Sol). Using a high pressure/variable temperature flow cell, the kinetics of back reaction with CO (kCO) to regenerate the hexacarbonyl was studied over the PCO range 1-20 atm and at five temperatures. These data gave kCO=4.6±0.2×106 M−1 s−1 (298 K) and the activation parameters kJ/mol and J mol−1 K−1 from which an interchange mechanism was proposed. The analogous species seen in the TRO experiment displayed a transient absorbance at 420 nm and analogous kinetics properties although at lower PCO self-trapping with Mo(CO)6 (to give Mo2(CO)11) is a competitive process. The Mo(CO)5(Sol) transient could also be trapped by nPrBr (kRBr=5.3±0.7×107 M−1 s−1).  相似文献

A seven-coordinate FeIII complex, [Fe(oda)(H2O)2(NO3)], was obtained after dissolving Fe(NO3)3 · 9H2O in an aqueous solution of oxydiacetic acid (H2oda) at room temperature. In the solid state, the FeIII center adopts a pentagonal bipyramid geometry with an {FeO7} core formed by a tridentate oda2− and a bidentate in the equatorial plane, and two axial water molecules. Magnetic measurements and EPR spectra revealed the presence of S = 5/2 FeIII centers with rhombic zero field splitting parameters (D = 0.81 cm−1, E/D = 0.33 ). Weak antiferromagnetic interactions with J ≈ −0.06 cm−1 operating between neighboring Fe ions connected through Fe-O-C-O?H-O-Fe paths are estimated using the molecular field approximation.  相似文献

Conductometric investigation on the bis(triphenyl phosphine) ruthenium(II) complex, cis-[RuCl2(L)(PPh3)2] (A) (where PPh3: triphenyl phosphine and L: 2-(2′-pyridyl)quinoxaline, C13N3H9), in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) was performed at temperatures ranging from 25 to 50 °C. In addition, cyclic voltammograms of A were recorded on platinum working electrode in dichloromethane (DCM) and dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) using n-tetrabutylammonium hexafluorophosphate (NBu4PF6) as supporting electrolyte at 25 °C. The molar conductivities (Λ) demonstrate that A behaves as uni-univalent electrolyte in DMSO over the whole temperature range. This behavior can be explained in terms of the replacement upon dissolution of chlorine and PPh3 ligands by DMSO molecules, and consequently, the formation of the ion-pair [RuCl(L)(PPh3)(DMSO)2]Cl [B+Cl] which is dissociated in some extent. The Λ values were analyzed by means of the Lee-Wheaton conductivity equation in order to estimate the limiting molar conductivities (Λo) and the ion-pair association constants (KA) of [B+Cl]. The limiting ion conductivities for the B+ ion were evaluated using n-tetrabutylammonium chloride (NBu4Cl) as “reference electrolyte”. The thermodynamic functions related with the ion association, such as Gibbs free energy , enthalpy , and entropy , were evaluated as well. The mobility of B+ was found to increase linearly with rising temperature and the consequent decrease of the viscosity (η) of DMSO. The KA and values indicate that the association of [B+Cl] increases to some extent with the rise of the temperature followed by the decrease of the dielectric constant (ε) of DMSO. The voltammetric experiments indicated that the couple Ru3+/2+ is reversible and diffusion controlled in DCM and completely irreversible in DMSO.  相似文献

Four novel mixed (porphyrinato)(phthalocyaninato) rare earth double-deckers EuIII(TClPP)[Pc(t-BuPhO2)4] {H2TClPP = tetrakis(4-chlorophenyl)porphyrin, H2[Pc(t-BuPhO2)4] = 1,3,10,12(11,13),19,21(20,22),28,30(29,31)-octa-tert-butyl-tetrakis[1,4]benzodioxino[2,3-b:2′,3′-k:2″,3″-t:2?,3?-e1]phthalocyanine}, HEuIII(TClPP)[Pc(α-OC4H9)8] {H2[Pc(α-OC4H9)8] = 1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-octa-butoxy-phthalocyanine}, EuIII(TClPP)[Pc(MeOPhO)8]{H2[Pc(MeOPhO)8] = 2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-octakis(4-methoxyphenoxy)phthalocyanine} and EuIII(TClPP)[Pc(PhS)8] {H2[Pc(PhS)8] = 2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24-octakis(benzenesulfenyl)phthalocyanine} have been prepared for the first time by treating Eu(acac)(TClPP) with corresponding metal-free phthalocyanine in refluxing 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene (TCB). Typical IR marker bands of the monoanion radical , and show strong bands at 1310, 1319, and 1318 cm−1, and are attributed to pyrrole CC stretchings. The TClPP IR marker band at ca. 1270-1300 cm−1 was not observed for these compounds. These facts indicate that the hole in these double-deckers is mainly localized at the phthalocyanine ring. The marker IR band for phthalocyanine monoanionradical, , appearing at ca. 1312 cm−1 as a medium absorption band was not observed for HEuIII(TClPP)[Pc(α-C4H9)8]. Instead, a significant peak appearing at ca. 1321 cm−1 with weak intensity is assigned to the pyrrole stretching of the phthalocyanine dianion, . This suggests that both the phthalocyanine and porphyrin rings exist as dianions in mixed (porphyrinato)(phthalocyaninato) complex, . The four complexes were characterized by MS, EA, UV-Vis and IR spectra.  相似文献

CR1R2OH, Ri = CH3 or H, react with the complex [CoIII(NH3)5CN]2+ to form an observable intermediate probably via bonding to the nitrogen of the cyanide. This intermediate isomerizes to form a second intermediate. The second intermediate decomposes into Co2+(aq), 5NH4+, CN and R1R2CO. The plausible structures of the intermediates are discussed. The radicals CH3, CH2CHO, , and are considerably less reactive towards this complex, the formation of intermediates in their presence is not observed.  相似文献

Lewis acid catalysts [Eu(NTf2)3] and [Yb(NTf2)3] can be easily crystallized from a p-xylene solution in the presence of carboxylic acids and a small amount of water to give a trihydrate and a pentahydrate, respectively. In the crystallization of [Eu(NTf2)3(H2O)3], linear molecules such as n-alkanes and n-alkanoic acids act as templates to form crystals belonging to the trigonal space group with a hexagonal cylindrical structure, which is constructed by 3D hydrogen bonding network. On the other hand, [Eu(NTf2)3(H2O)3] crystallized in the cubic space group P213 in the presence of a bulkier carboxylic acid, cyclohexanecarboxylic acid. In both [Eu(NTf2)3(H2O)3] crystals, ligands act as bidentate ligands coordinating to the Eu atom through two oxygen atoms. [Yb(NTf2)3] crystallized as a pentahydrate in the monoclinic space group P21/n, in which ligands coordinated to the Yb atom with only one oxygen atom.  相似文献

One-pot reaction between MnCl2·4H2O, K2tcpd (tcpd2− = [C10N6]2− = (C[C(CN)2]3)2− = 2-dicyanomethylene-1,1,3,3-tetracyanopropanediide anion) and 2,2′-bipyrimidine (bpym = C8H6N4) in aqueous solution yields the new compound [Mn2(bpym)3(tcpd)2(H2O)2] (1). The molecular structure of 1 consists of a centrosymmetrical binuclear complex which includes unprecedented unidentate tcpd ligands with two bidentate and a bis-chelate bpym units. Examination of the intermolecular distances reveals that the dinuclear units are held together by hydrogen bonds involving coordinated water molecules and two nitrile groups of the tcpd ligand, giving rise to a 2D structure overall. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility data show the occurrence of slight antiferromagnetic coupling (J = −0.58 cm−1) between the Mn(II) ions through bridging bpym (the exchange Hamiltonian being defined as ).  相似文献

The kinetics of the stepwise reduction of the title complex [Fe2(CN)10]4− by sulfite have been studied in the presence of air as a function of pH, sulfite concentration, temperature and ionic strength using stopped-flow and conventional spectrophotometric techniques. The kobs versus pH profile shows a marked increase in rate with increase of pH over the range 3.7 ? pH ? 6.1 due to the increase in concentration of the more reactive sulfite species . The reaction proceeds in several stages, the first of which involves a one electron transfer process with the formation of the radical anion This then adds on in a rapid stage to form a species . The second and third stages also involve one electron transfer. In the third, or possibly a fourth stage cleavage occurs, the final product being [FeII(CN)5(SO3)]5−. The reaction rate is sensitive to the nature of the cation present with a reactivity sequence .  相似文献
