Reactions of the β-diketiminate lithium salt L2Li [L2={(2,6-Me2C6H3)NC(Me)}2CH] with anhydrous LnCl3 (Ln=Yb, Sm, Nd) in 1:1 molar ratio in THF afforded the new β-diketiminate lanthanide complexes L2LnCl(THF)(μ-Cl)2Li(THF)2 (Ln=Yb (1), Sm (2), Nd (3)). Recrystallization of complexes 1-3 from toluene gave the neutral complexes L2LnCl2(THF)2 (Ln=Yb (4), Sm (5), Nd (6)). Recrystallization of complexes 4 and 5 in hot toluene for two times gave the dinuclear complexes L2ClLn(μ-Cl)3LnL2(THF) (Ln=Yb (7), Sm (8)). Treatment of the mother liquor of complex 2 in hot toluene for three times gave the novel trinuclear complex L2SmCl(μ-Cl)3SmL2(μ-Cl)Li(L2H)(THF) (9). Each of these complexes was well characterized, while complexes 3, 7 and 9 have been characterized by X-ray diffraction structure determination.  相似文献

A series of LZn(II)Br (1-4) and LCd(II)Cl complexes (9-11) has been prepared by the reaction of metal halide precursors with the lithium salts of the N2S ligands bis(3,5-diisopropylpyrazol-1-yl)dithioacetate (L1), bis(3,5-di-tert-butylpyrazol-1-yl)dithioacetate (L2), N-phenyl-2,2-bis(3,5-diisopropylpyrazol-1-yl)thioacetamide (L3) and N-phenyl-2,2-bis(3,5-di-tert-butylpyrazol-1-yl)thioacetamide (L4). Characterization by X-ray crystallography and DOSY NMR studies indicate that LZnBr complexes 1-4 are mononuclear both in the solid state and in solution. Steric differences between ligands L1-L4 result in distortion from an ideal tetrahedral geometry for each complex, with the degree of distortion depending on the bulk of the ligand substituents. In contrast, the related complex L3CdCl was shown by X-ray crystallography to dimerize in the solid state to form the chloride-bridged five-coordinate complex [L3CdCl]2 (10). Despite 10 having a dinuclear structure in the solid state, DOSY NMR studies indicate 9-11 exist as mononuclear LCdCl species in solution. In addition, Zn(II) cyanide complexes of the form LZnCN [L = L1 (5), L3 (7), L4 (8)] have been characterized and the X-ray structure of 8 determined. Moreover, density functional theory calculations have been conducted which yield important insight into the bonding in 1-4 and 5-8 and the electronic impact of ligands L1-L4 on the zinc(II) ion and its ability to function as a Lewis acid catalyst.  相似文献

In our continuing efforts to explore the effects of substituent groups of ligands in the formation of supramolecular coordination structures, seven new CuII complexes formulated as [Cu2(L1)4(DMF)2] (1), {[Cu2(L1)4(Hmta)](H2O)0.75} (2), [Cu2(L2)4(2,2′-bipy)2] (3), [Cu2(L3)4(H2O)2] (4), [Cu2(L3)4(Hmta)] (5), [Cu2(L3)4(Dabco)] (6) and [Cu2(L3)4(Pz)] (7) with three monocarboxylate ligands bearing different substituent groups HL1-HL3 (HL1 = phenanthrene-9-carboxylic acid, HL2 = 2-phenylquinoline-4-carboxylic acid, HL3 = adamantane-1-carboxylic acid, Hmta = hexamethylenetetramine, 2,2′-bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, Dabco = 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2] octane and Pz = pyrazine), have been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction. In 1, 2 and 4-7, each CuII ion is octahedrally coordinated, and carboxylate acid acts as a syn-syn bridging bidentate ligand. While each CuII ion in 3 is penta-coordinated in a distorted square-pyramidal geometry. 1 and 4 both show a dinuclear paddle-wheel block, while 2, 5, 6 and 7 all exhibit an alternated 1D chain structure between dinuclear paddle-wheel units of the tetracarboxylate type Cu2-(RCO2)4 and the bridging auxiliary ligands Hmta, Dabco and Pz. Furthermore, 3 has a carboxylic unidentate and μ1,1-oxo bridging dinuclear structure with the chelating auxiliary ligand 2,2′-bipy. Moreover, complexes 1-6 were characterized by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy.  相似文献

The reactions of [Mo(CO)6] towards a 2,6-di(imino)pyridine L1 and related ligands were studied. The reaction with L1 afforded two new complexes, [Mo(CO)4L1] (1) and [Mo(CO)4L2] (2), where L2 is the 2-amino-6-iminopyridine ligand arising from the hydrogenation of one imine function of L1; similar reaction with a 2-acetyl-6-iminopyridine ligand L3 afforded [Mo(CO)4L3] (3). Compounds 1, 2 and 3 have been fully characterised by IR, 1H NMR and X-ray crystallography; they present a metal ion in a pseudo-octahedral environment, the three organic ligands acting with bidentate N2 coordination modes. One of the imine functions in 1, the amine function in 2, and the ketone function in 3 are uncoordinated.  相似文献

Four new binucleating ligands featuring a hydroxytrimethylene linker between two coordination sites (1,3-bis{N-[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]-N-methylamino}propan-2-ol, HL1; 1,3-bis{N-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-N-methylamino}propan-2-ol, HL2; 1,3-bis[bis(2-methoxyethyl)amino]propan-2-ol, HL3; and 1-bis[(2-methoxyethyl)amino]-3-{N-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-N-methylamino}propan-2-ol, HL4) were synthesized, along with the corresponding zinc complexes. The structures of three dinuclear zinc complexes ([Zn2L1(μ-CH3COO)2]BPh4 (1), [Zn2L3(μ-CH3COO)2]BPh4 (3), and [Zn2L4(μ-CH3COO)(CH3COO)(EtOH)]BPh4 (4)) and a tetranuclear zinc complex ({[Zn2L2(μ-CH3COO)]2(μ-OH)2}(BPh4)2 (2)) were revealed by X-ray crystallography. Hydrolysis of tris(p-nitrophenyl)phosphate (TNP) by these zinc complexes in an acetonitrile solution containing 5% Tris buffer (pH 8.0) at 30 °C was investigated spectrophotometrically and by 31P NMR. Although zinc complexes 1, 3, and 4 did not show hydrolysis activity, the tetranuclear zinc complex 2, containing μ-hydroxo bridges, was capable of hydrolyzing TNP. This suggests that the hydroxide moiety in the complex may have an important role in the hydrolysis reaction.  相似文献

Four new hetero-bimetallic Co3+-Na+ and Co3+-K+ coordination polymers having the molecular formulae [Na(H2O)Co(L)(N3)3]n (1), [Na2Co(L)(N3)3(H2O)5][Co(L)(N3)3] (2), K[Co(L)(NCS)3]·H2O (3) and K[Co(L)2][Co(NCS)4]·0.5H2O (4), were synthesized. Compounds 1-4 were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, UV-Vis, and thermogravimetric methods. These bimetallic systems have EE, EO azide bridge (1, 2) as well as bent (1, 2, 3) and linear (1, 4) aquo bridges. Important features observed among them were: a Z-shaped and diamond-shaped Co2Na2 clusters in 1, a centrosymmetric double ladder like polymer based on Na4 cluster in 2, and a linear KOK core having paddle-wheel structure in 4.  相似文献

Four new ligands containing a pyridine or thiazole group and one or more N-(diphenylphosphinomethyl)amine functions have been prepared and employed for the synthesis of Mo(0) and W(0) carbonyl and dinitrogen complexes. For comparison coordination of the literature-known ligand N,N-bis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)-methylamine (PNP, 1) to such systems has been investigated as well. Two new ligands are N,N-bis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)-2-aminopyridine (pyNP2, 2) and N,N′-bis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)-2,6-diaminopyridine (PpyP, 3). In a third new ligand, N-diphenylphosphinomethyl-2-aminothiazole (thiazNP, 4), the pyridine group is replaced by thiazol. Finally, the pentadentate ligand N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)-2,6-diaminopyridine (pyN2P4, 5) has been synthesized. Coordination of ligands 2, 3 and 4 to low-valent metal centers is investigated on the basis of the three molybdenum carbonyl complexes [Mo(CO)3(NCCH3)(pyNP2)] (6), [Mo(CO)4(PpyP)] (7) and [Mo(CO)4(thiazNP)] (8), respectively, all of which are structurally characterized. Moreover, employing ligands 1 and 2 the two dinitrogen complexes [W(N2)2(dppe)(PNP)] (9) and [Mo(N2)2(dppe)(pyNP2) (10), respectively, are prepared. Both systems are investigated by vibrational and NMR spectroscopy; in addition, complex 10 is structurally characterized.  相似文献

Two oxime-functionalized diazamesocyclic derivates, namely, N,N′-bis(acetophenoneoxime)-1,4-diazacycloheptane (H2L1) and N,N′-bis(acetophenonoxime)-1,5-diazacyclooctane (H2L2), have been prepared and characterized. Both ligands (obtained in the hydrochloride form) can form stable metal complexes with CuII and NiII salts, the crystal structures of which were determined by X-ray diffraction technique. The reactions of H2L1 with Cu(ClO4)2 and Ni(ClO4)2 afford a penta-coordinated mononuclear complex [Cu(H2L1)Cl] · ClO4 (1) and a four-coordinated monomeric [Ni(HL1)] · ClO4 (2), in which the ligand is monodeprotonated. The ligand H2L2 also forms a quite similar mononuclear [Ni(HL2)] · ClO4 complex with Ni(ClO4)2, according to our previous work. However, reactions of different CuII salts [Cu(ClO4)2, CuCl2 and Cu(NO3)2 for 3, and CuSO4 for 4] with H2L2 in the presence of NaClO4 yield two unusual mono-μ-Cl dinuclear CuII complexes [Cu2(HL2)2Cl] · (ClO4) (3), and [Cu2(H2L2)(HL2)Cl] · (ClO4)2 · (H2O)(4). These results indicate that the resultant CuII complexes (1, 3 and 4) are sensitive to the backbones of diazamesocycles and even auxiliary anions.  相似文献

The reactions between the copper (II) salts [CuXL]PF6 (L: 2,6-[1-(2,6-diisopropylphenylimino)ethyl]pyridine) (X = Cl 1, X = Br 2) and LiTCNQ, in a DMF/water mixture, or Et3NH(TCNQ)2, in acetone, produced the new complexes [CuXL(TCNQ)] (X = Cl 3, X = Br 4). For both compounds, crystallographic studies have clearly evidenced the existence of dimeric complexes [{CuClL}(TCNQ)]2 owing to π-π overlap between two adjacent TCNQ radical anions. Compound 1 reacted with Et4N(C10N7) to afford the mononuclear derivative [CuClL(C10N7)] (5), while its reaction with K2C10N6 produced the dinuclear complex [(CuClL)2(C10N6)] (6). The crystal structures of complexes 5 and 6 have been determined by X-ray crystallography. Magnetic studies have revealed that compound 6 displays weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the two metal centres, conversely compounds 3 and 5 exhibit purely paramagnetic behaviours.  相似文献

The reactions of Ag+ with five mixed donor phenanthroline-containing macrocycles (L1-L5) having N2S3-, N2S2O-, N2S2-, N3S2-, and N4S2-donor sets, respectively, have been studied in MeCN by spectrofluorimetric, spectrophotometric, conductometric and potentiometric methods. All ligands form 1:1 [Ag(L)]+ complexes, and in the case of L4 and L5, formation of 1:2 [Ag(L)2]+ species is also observed. The corresponding formation constants have been evaluated and their values allow a deeper insight into the role played by complexation process in the potentiometric selectivity for Ag+ of membrane electrodes (ISE), and in the selective transport of Ag+ through supported liquid membrane (SLM) systems based on these ligands. The X-ray crystal structure of the complex [Ag(L4)]BF4 is also reported.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterisation of two dicopper(II) and two dinickel(II) macrocyclic complexes, [CuII2LPr] (10), [CuII2LBu] (11), [NiII2LPr] (12) and [NiII2LBu] (13), are reported. The two new Schiff-base macrocycles (LPr)4− and (LBu)4− are isolated as dimetallic complexes 10-13 by the [2+2] condensation of 5,5-dimethyl-1,9-diformyldipyrromethane (9) and 1,3-diaminopropane or 1,4-diaminobutane, respectively, using Cu2+ or Ni2+ template ions. Single crystal X-ray structure determinations carried out on 10-13 show that each metal atom is in a square planar N4 geometry, being bound to two deprotonated pyrrole nitrogen atoms of one dipyrromethane unit and to the two adjacent imine nitrogen atoms. NMR spectra obtained for the two dinickel(II) complexes 12 and 13 show that in CDCl3 solution they are highly symmetrical and diamagnetic.  相似文献

Synthesis and single crystal X-ray structures of H2L1 and VO(L1)(HL) [H2L1 = N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-ditertiarybutyl)-N′,N′-dimethylethylendiamine) or simply aminebis(phenol) and H2L = salicylic acid) are reported here. The complex [VO(L1)(HL)] is in distorted octahedral geometry under O4N2 donor environment where the basal core is defined by O(1), O(3), O(2) and N(5) atoms and two axial coordinates are occupied by O(4), an alkoxo-group and N(1), an imino-nitrogen atom. The electron spray mass spectrometric study on [VO(L1)(HL)] in MeCN clearly points out the existence of single species in solution. Again, the 51V NMR of the bulk polycrystalline sample reveals that the complex [VO(L1)(HL)] mainly exists in three out of four possible isomers. The formation of [VO(L1)(HL)] from both [VO(L1)(OMe)] and [VO(L1)(OEt)] was followed kinetically by reacting with salicylic acid in MeCN. The presence of isosbestic point indicates a clean conversion of the reactants to product.  相似文献

Palladium [PdCl2(L)] complexes with N-alkylpyridylpyrazole derived ligands [2-(5-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (L1), 2-(1-ethyl-5-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (L2), 2-(1-octyl-5-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (L3), and 2-(3-pyridin-2-yl-5-trifluoromethyl-pyrazol-1-yl)ethanol (L4) were synthesised. The crystal and molecular structures of [PdCl2(L)] (L = L2, L3, L4) were resolved by X-ray diffraction, and consist of monomeric cis-[PdCl2(L)] molecules. The palladium centre has a typical square-planar geometry, with a slight tetrahedral distortion. The tetra-coordinate metal atom is bonded to one pyridinic nitrogen, one pyrazolic nitrogen and two chlorine ligands in cis disposition. Reaction of L (L2, L4) with [Pd(CH3CN)4](BF4)2, in the ratio 1M:2L, gave complexes [Pd(L)]2(BF4)2. Treatment of [PdCl2(L)] (L = L2, L4) with NaBF4 and pyridine (py) and treatment of the same complexes with AgBF4 and triphenylphosphine (PPh3) yielded [Pd(L)(py)2](BF4)2 and [Pd(L)(PPh3)2](BF4)2 complexes, respectively. Finally, reaction of [PdCl2(L4)] with 1 equiv of AgBF4 yields [PdCl(L4)](BF4).  相似文献

The aromatic thioether (2,6-bis((2-(dimethylamino)ethylamino)methyl)phenyl)(tert-butyl)sulfane (6) reacts with [Pd(NCCH3)2Cl2] under S-C bond cleavage to give the dinuclear palladium(II) complex [L3Pd2(μ-Cl)]2+ (7), where (L3) = 2,6-bis((2-(dimethylamino)ethylamino)methyl)-thiophenolate. Complex 7 reacts readily with sodium acetate and sodium acetamide by the displacement of the bridging chloride group forming [L3Pd2(μ-OAc)]2+ (8) and [L3Pd2(μ-ONHCCH3)]2+ (9), respectively. Complex 8 can also be prepared by the reaction of 6 with [Pd(OAc)2]. All complexes were isolated as perchlorate salts and fully characterized by ESI-MS, IR, 1H, and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The structures of 7[ClO4] and 9[ClO4]2 have been determined by X-ray crystallography. The latter structure reveals a μ1,3-bridging acetamidate unit showing that (L3) can alter its conformation sufficiently to accommodate a multi-atom bridging species between the two Pd atoms.  相似文献

In our efforts to investigate the relationships between the structures of ligands and their complexes, two structurally related ligands, 1-(2-pyridylmethyl)-1H-benzimidazole (L1) and 1-(4-pyridylmethyl)-1H-benzimidazole (L2), and their four complexes, [Zn(L1)2Cl2] (1), [Hg(L1)Br2] (2), {[Zn(L2)Cl2](CH3CN)} (3) and [Hg(L2)Br2]2(CH3CN)2 (4) were synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Structural analyses show that 1 has a mononuclear structure, and 2 and 3 both take 1D structure. While 4 takes a dinuclear structure. 1, 2 and 4 were further linked into higher-dimensional supramolecular networks by weak interactions, such as C-H?Cl and C-H?Br H-bonding, C-H?π, and π?π stacking interactions. The structural differences of 1-4 may be attributed to the difference of the spatial positions of the terminal N donor atoms in the pendant pyridyl groups in L1 and L2, in which the pyridine rings may act as the directing group for coordination and the benzimidazole rings act as the directing group for π?π stacking and C-H?π interactions. The luminescent properties of the corresponding complexes and ligands have been further investigated.  相似文献

A tridentate NNO donor Schiff base ligand [(1Z,3E)-3-((pyridin-2-yl)methylimino)-1-phenylbut-1-en-1-ol = LH] in presence of azide ions coordinates with cobalt(II) and copper(II) ions giving rise to three new coordination complexes [Co2(L)21,1-N3)2(N3)2] (1), [Cu2(L)21,3-N3)]·ClO4 (2) and [(μ1,1-N3)2Cu5(μ-OL)21,1-N3)41,1,1-N3)2]n (3). The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, UV-Vis spectral studies, and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. These complexes demonstrate that under different synthetic conditions the azide ions and the Schiff base ligand (LH) show different coordination modes with cobalt(II) and copper(II) ions, giving rise to unusual dinuclear and polynuclear species (1, 2 and 3) whose structural variations are discussed. Magneto-structural correlation for the very rare singly μ1,3-N3 bridged CuII-Schiff base dinuclear species (2) has been studied. In addition, the catalytic properties of 1 for alkene oxidation and the general catalase-like activity behavior of 2 have been discussed.  相似文献

In order to further understand the coordination chemistry of diazamesocyclic systems, a series of mononuclear NiII complexes with 1,4-diazacycloheptane (DACH) functionalized by additional imidazole or pyridine donor pendants, including [NiL1](ClO4)2 · H2O (1), [NiL1Cl](ClO4) (2), [NiL2Cl](ClO4) · CH3OH (3), [NiL2Cl][NiL2](ClO4)3 (4) and [NiL3](ClO4)2 (5), where L1 = 1,4-bis(N-1-methylimidazol-2-yl-methyl)-1,4-diazacycloheptane, L2 = 1,4-bis(pyridyl-2-yl-methyl)-1,4-diazacycloheptane, and L3 = 1,4-bis-(imidazol-4-yl-methyl)-1,4-diazacycloheptane, have been prepared and characterized. A detailed study on the solid structures and solution spectra of these complexes indicates that tetradentate ligands L1, L2 and L3 would lead to new NiII complexes with different coordination environments in the solid states and solution. The N-methyl substituted imidazole functionalized ligand L1 forms green compound 2 and yellow product 1; while the pyridine functionalized ligand L2 affords red product 4 and green complex 3; the ligand L3 results in only one stable mononuclear NiII product 5. The solution behaviors of these interesting compounds were also investigated by UV-Vis technique.  相似文献

Five new complexes [Cu2(L1)I2] (1), [Cu(L2)I]2 (2), {[Cu2(L2)I2](CH3CN)3} (3), [Cu2(L3)I2] (4) and {[Cu(L3)I](CH3CN)}2 (5) have been obtained by reacting three structurally related ligands, 2,3-bis(n-propylthiomethyl)quinoxaline (L1), 2,3-bis(tert-butylthiomethyl)quinoxaline (L2) and 2,3-bis[(o-aminophenyl)thiomethyl]quinoxaline (L3) with CuI, respectively, at different temperatures. Single crystal X-ray analyses show that 1, 3, 4 possess 1D chain structures, while 2 and 5 are discrete dinuclear molecules. It is interesting that the reactions of CuI with L1 at room temperature and 0 °C, respectively, only afforded same structure of 1 (1a and 1b), while using L2 (or L3) instead, two different frameworks 2 and 3 (or 4 and 5) have been obtained. The structural changes mainly resulted from the different conformations that L2 or L3 adopted at different temperatures. Our research indicates that terminal groups of ligands take an essential role in the framework formation, and the reaction temperature also has important effect on the construction of such Cu(I) coordination architectures. Furthermore, the influence of hydrogen bonds on the conformation of ligands and the supramolecular structures of these complexes have also been explored. The luminescence properties of complexes 1, 2, and 4 have been studied in solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Three Cu(II)-azido complexes of formula [Cu2L2(N3)2] (1), [Cu2L2(N3)2]·H2O (2) and [CuL(N3)]n (3) have been synthesized using the same tridentate Schiff base ligand HL (2-[(3-methylaminopropylimino)-methyl]-phenol), the condensation product of N-methyl-1,3-propanediamine and salicyldehyde). Compounds 1 and 2 are basal-apical μ-1,1 double azido bridged dimers. The dimeric structure of 1 is centrosymmetric but that of 2 is non-centrommetric. Compound 3 is a μ-1,1 single azido bridged 1D chain. The three complexes interconvert in solution and can be obtained in pure form by carefully controlling the synthetic conditions. Compound 2 undergoes an irreversible transformation to 1 upon dehydration in the solid state. The magnetic properties of compounds 1 and 2 show the presence of weak antiferromagnetic exchange interactions mediated by the double 1,1-N3 azido bridges (J = −2.59(4) and −0.10(1) cm−1, respectively). The single 1,1-N3 bridge in compound 3 mediates a negligible exchange interaction.  相似文献

The synthesis, crystal structures and magnetic properties of two different copper(II) complexes of formula [Cu(L1)(dca)]n · nClO4 (1) and [Cu(L2)]2(dca)(ClO4) (2) [L1 = N,N-dimethylethylene-N′-(pyridine-2-carbaldiiminato), HL2 = N,N-dimethylethylene-N′-salicylaldiiminato, dca = dicyanamide anion] are described. Spectroscopic and electrochemical properties have also been discussed. A one-dimensional chain structure with single, symmetrical, μ1,5-dca bridges is found in compound 1. The copper atom in 1 has a square pyramidal geometry. A tridentate Schiff base ligand, having NNN donor sites, and one nitrogen atom from dca occupy the basal plane. N(18) of a neighbouring unit occupies the apical site. The Schiff base used in compound 2 is a tridentate anion with NNO donor sites, which changes the structure in a dinuclear unit of copper atoms bridged by single end-to-end dicyanamide ion. The environment around copper in 2 is square planar. Magnetic susceptibility measurements for 1 and 2 reveal the occurrence of weak antiferromagnetic interaction through the dca ligand.  相似文献
